Totally recommend! We love Joe! He is amazing at what he does, and very knowledgeable!! He came and did a service on our AC and was fantastic and very friendly! Not to mention quick! Thank you! We will be using this company from now on!

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

Phillip over at Society Air is great to deal with, prompt, and fairly priced. If you want to deal with someone who's not going to rip you off call Phillip.  Our ac went out on a Sunday night and Phillip showed up the next morning, earlier than promised, and had it fixed in no time.  Every other company had long wait times and higher prices.

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

Our heating went down during the holiday season. I called a number of places, but no one was available to come and fix it. Chino Valley Heating and Cooling gave me Wade's number. Wade answered the call and he was able to come and assess the issue I was having with my heating the same day. It turned out that the motor and switch in my HVAC needed to be replaced.
Wade is a great communicator, he gave me updates until the project was completed.
I highly recommend them for any HVAC services. My heating is now restored and my house is now warm and comfy. Thanks to Wade and Bill for coming to the rescue.

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

My 16 year old air handler finally had enough and I already knew I'd have to replace it and the A/C unit together due to their age. Matthew came out on Tuesday to look at everything and replaced the handler and unit Saturday. Considering it's almost impossible to find a 5 ton split with heat pump and not have to order it, I was ecstatic!  He was friendly, professional and knew his stuff.  There were some complications with the fan on the air handler scraping and he got it fixed on the spot so I could have air conditioning again. Desert Sky AC is now my go to for A/C or heating! I'd give them more stars if they were available!! Highly recommend!!

The new high teck Trane is on the roof! Schiller Air did an amazing job. They were on time, quick. They cleaned their messes. They went above and beyond what most companies will do. He backs his work with a 10 year warranty. This was a big purchase. When the crane lifted it up my stomach turned, oh my... it is expensive. But after I add more insulation this house is going to be easy to cool and heat. My bills are going to drop like a rock. I get a $300 SRP rebate too! I would recommend these guys any day of the week!

Came home from work at night and my AC was blowing hot air.  Eklund Air came out the next morning while I was at work.  Calvin quickly identified my capacitor was blown and replaced it.  I was very happy with the quick response and the fact that I didn't have to be there for him to fix it.  The service was professional and I will definitely be calling them again for my future needs!!

Very disappointed with Chandler Air. They installed a heat pump on my home. A couple weeks later, an electrician tells me the power supply to the unit is not up to code. I call Chandler Air to ask them about it and a technician comes to look at it. He says it's not up to code but Chandler Air won't do electrical work. I voice my frustration that I was not notified/warned that the issue would need to be remedied when the unit was installed. Technician says it's not to code, but it's good enough for us. Then they want to charge me $85 to tell me that it's not good enough for code but it's good enough for them. And they never warned me. So my house hasn't burned down, yet. I am paying an electrician to fix it. And Chandler Air won't honor their warranty for the heat pump install unless I pay the it's good enough for Chandler Air $85 fee.

If it was the owner's home and his/her children were sleeping at the home, do you think the technician would warn them?

We returned from a vacation (in June) to find our AC out. I reached out late that evening and by first thing the next morning (maybe overnight) Scott had replied and he had time set aside for us that day to evaluate. He diagnosed the problem and had us up and running before we had even heard from some of the other companies.

Scott considered our goals and plans (including a speedy resolution) and gave us reasonable options and a recommendation. He kept us informed and met his commitments (budget and schedule).

I have a 35-year-old house and I have tried many air-conditioning maintenance companies I was out visiting my girlfriend in Cavecreek and she used air conditioning by Jay.  I need new I need to have my air conditioning in service but the last time I had them service I tried to sell me $15,000 worth of equipment, this was a night and day experience with the technician CAREY, he spent a lot of quality time checking out both of my units were which were about 28 years old I've had some modifications to them and he was just amazing what excellent condition they are he did his 25 -150 step process whatever it was he spent a lot of time here .
I can't say enough good things about air-conditioning by Jay and now I have no problem keeping my house at 78° and it's working like a charm thank you air-conditioning by Jay

If there was such a thing as minus stars I would give that to them. Please stay away from this company. Please check the BBB for any information
