Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Just had these folks out to service the AC on a home we just purchased. We were shocked to hear that we need a new AC (cost $12000). Our system is 16 years old, but has been working fine. We were told that it is only cooling at 50% and to expect an electric bill in excess of $400. The rep got pissed when we challenged him on his assessment as AC seemed to work fine. We asked what was he going to try to sell us. He took offense and left. We followed up with SRP and our power usage is well within the normal range. So, our unit seems to be working fine. Not impressed with this gentleman.

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

I did not have to use Phillip for service, but he did reply within minutes even though they were closed and was very nice. Will use them if needed in the future

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

They installed at Nema 14-50 outlet for my Tesla. Wade and Bill are fantastic! I highly recommend them!

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Desert Sky AC was sent to service our HVAC unit by our Home Warranty company. We learned that while we do not like our Home Warranty company, we really liked Desert Sky. Matthew was our technician. He was on time, professional, friendly, and patient... As he answered ALL of my questions without a hint of frustration. He was thorough in his work and what we thought could be a very costly visit, he actually pinpointed another culprit in the mechanics of our unit and was able to repair it on the spot. We appreciated his honesty and we will absolutely call on him again in the future. In an industry where there tend to be more scams than not, it was refreshing to have someone knowledgable and truthful taking care of us.

Fastest service, lowest price, good people

I found out I lost air at 4:00 on a Friday in July in Arizona. Not the time you want to be calling an air conditioning place for service. I placed 4 calls (2 recommendations and 2 highly rated on Angie's list) and Schiller's was the only one able to come out same day - they didn't charge overtime even though it was pushing into weekend hours.

Robert was extremely fast and helpful. He was able to get my air back up and running for the weekend and make the necessary repairs on Monday. He was patient and thorough in answering my questions (there were lots). He also gave me the exact parts info so I could research prices. I can tell you they came in under (by a lot) from the other quotes and guaranteed their work for a year.

Great small company that I would gladly give my business to again and happily refer to all!

Louie B. is my HERO.  119 outside and Louie is on my roof replacing my capacitor.  Dedicated and prepared.  I called 5 places and CHANDLER AIR was the first to call me back and didn't hesitate to make sure I was scheduled that day.  The hottest day of the year, the busiest day for HVAC companies, no problem.  Goettl told me they couldn't get there for 4 days.  I said you'll have to let yourself in because we'll be dead by then.  Call Chandler Air, they are the best.

We've used AC by J a couple of times now. Just a week or so ago, my mother's AC started blowing hot air. Nate is the serviceman who came to look at the unit only to find that the variable speed motor had blown. The next day, they located a new motor and had it installed in no time! Nate was super. Everyone was of course, and we appreciated their quick and efficient service. I would recommend to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. They were dispatched for my AC service call through my home warranty but not available via phone. I was able to reach them on FB messenger and requested services. They said they could be available in 30 min for a fee of $125. I mentioned they were dispatched through my home warranty and they back peddled, giving all the excuses why they couldn't come unless I paid them $125 after already paying my warranty company for the service call. I had the home warranty company on the phone and the JUMBO AIR representative wouldn't cooperate with a phone call to hear they were authorized. What horrible customer service and not abiding by the contract. DO NOT USE them
