Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

I would like to just give out some kudos to rescue one air, my name is Clarence a.k.a. Rudy, my family and I recently moved out here to Gilbert Arizona in November 2016, I am a first time home buyer so I did not know too much about servicing a swimming pool & Air Conditions so I got some advice from some of my friends that do own a pool & Air Conditions, so I did a little soul-searching and to my surprise I was very lucky to get a reliable and honest company! Scott was one of the first person I've spoken to came out gave me a estimate compared to the other companies I talked to they were the best according to price range and warranty! I had a situation in 2017, monsoon season was in the air and I was out and about with my family came home one evening and found out that my air conditioning went out the storm had blew out my surge protector luckily for me I called right away the next morning to rescue one they promptly came out and repaired my situation quick and reliable service ( Cory) was the first tech to come out. He was very professional kind and courteous. When it was time for my service the next time, Austin came out and gave me a complete check up, he was very very professional very kind also, he gave me some advice wasn't trying to pressure me into sales of something I did not need, he took his time in explaining to me about everything about my air-conditioning and heating which I did not know, he left me a brochure and some suggestions what I need to do to maintain my heating and air-conditioning for the near future. Well, recently on 4/26/2018 I replace my whole unit because The unit I had was having a few problems and in the long run I will be wasting my money trying to take the easy way out by just doing minor repairs, as we all know you get what you pay for. So I made the decision that it would benefit me in the long run just to replace the whole unit because I know that I wasn't going to be moving anytime soon, so in my mind ( you can pay me now or you can pay me later as they say ). The technicians that came out and service me were wonderful quick and efficient their names are Dean and Michael. They came out on time called me 30 minutes before they arrived ( 8' o'clock) on Time! These two men came in and they did their job, when they finished there was no debris, clean up their mess also took the old unit away so fast I didn't even know it disappeared so quickly because they put all the old parts aside for me to view along with the new equipment to be installed. I give  ***** five stars to rescue one in their team Scott, Austin, Cory, Darin, Dean, and Michael.  Oops! I almost forgot my wife Kookie was very well please also with the type of service, we offered them lunch and cold  water and lemonade to the team because I know that their job is not easy. I am going to recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

This is the first a/c man that didn't come off as a crook. Maxx air out of coolidge is one of the worst.

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

Wade & Bill were very informative.  They did first quality work!  All the appointments were on time. They did excellent work and responsive.  Couldn't ask for anything better!  Great work and customer service. Thanks Guys!

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Very prompt and efficient service to fix a heating issue.  Definitely would recommend.  Casey was excellent.

Desert Sky AC was sent to service our HVAC unit by our Home Warranty company. We learned that while we do not like our Home Warranty company, we really liked Desert Sky. Matthew was our technician. He was on time, professional, friendly, and patient... As he answered ALL of my questions without a hint of frustration. He was thorough in his work and what we thought could be a very costly visit, he actually pinpointed another culprit in the mechanics of our unit and was able to repair it on the spot. We appreciated his honesty and we will absolutely call on him again in the future. In an industry where there tend to be more scams than not, it was refreshing to have someone knowledgable and truthful taking care of us.

i have used at least 5 different AC companies in the last few years. I used them once because they were poor at service, or wanted to charge me for things I didn't need. I had  a friend suggest i call Schiller. It is the best experience I've had with an AC company. Heather was great on the phone, in getting me on their schedule. Brandon determined the thermostat which was installed recently was the wrong one. This company has just become my new AC company when I have problems in the future

Came home from work at night and my AC was blowing hot air.  Eklund Air came out the next morning while I was at work.  Calvin quickly identified my capacitor was blown and replaced it.  I was very happy with the quick response and the fact that I didn't have to be there for him to fix it.  The service was professional and I will definitely be calling them again for my future needs!!

Called these guys out to check and service my a/c. Skeptical as always I figured I would need a few quotes to make sure that whatever they say is wrong that is would be the problem.

However...

The guy came out, he arrived at the earliest time of the window and was very professional.

After all said and done he said my a/c was fine, a some years left in it since it is original equipment for an old house. I asked him about future plans for additions to the home and issues with added rooms for cooling and he was very informative...did not try to upsell me on anything. Did his job and left.

Overall experience: Excellent and I would recommend and use again.

I went to this company after a bad experience with another. I was really happy with their customer service and very pleased with their work. They did a repair and thorough a/c maintenance. Used them for twice a year tuneup maintenance on a/c and heater for couple years. Was happy with them until last visit on a repair on my water heater. The control box mechanism went bad, not keeping the burner lit. So had them come out to replace it after I got the manufacturer ship me a new one. The repairman seemed very nice, was explaining as he had progressed, but I didn't watch over him since dealt with them many before no problems. Well that might have been the mistake. After awhile he got me to show & tell me what he found and done. He said everything was fixed ok, but that there might have been another problem caused by the gas hose to tank. It was slightly pinched closed but not to where it was shutting the gas off to heater, but might make it work harder that may have led to the control to go bad in first place. I don't remember it being that way before he worked on it and it was never mentioned by the previous repairmen from them that have worked on the water heater to flush out it out. I was thinking this guy accidentally caused the pinching and couldn't fix it so came up with this to hide the mistake. I asked and made he sealed the area to make sure no gas would leak from and he showed he did put sealant and checked for leaks. But after that, I couldn't trust this company anymore to do work on my house again.

I even got a guy friend to look at the work and told him about the story and he agreed it was probably a mistake caused the pinching during his repair. This friend also came out to look at my water heater before I got it repaired to see if they knew what was wrong and he said he is sure the hose wasn't like that before.

Overall, I say this company is good and reliable, but as the customer and owners of the appliances they are working on you are to be just as good in being vigilant in ensuring the repairs are to be done to your satisfaction. I blame myself for not watching the whole time and I blame the repairman for not owning up to their mistake. It would have been fine if was owned up because it wasn't a bad problem and he did make sure wasn't gonna be a problem like no gas going where it needed to go or blowing me up. Got to have trust and make it right, so that's why they lost my business.

If I could give zero stars I would! The experience with this company was a total scam. The first time they came out to fix our air conditioning they said they did not have a TXV valve to fix it and would be back the following WEEK! They did not come back for over a week while we were having record temperatures (105-111) in Arizona. The second time they FINALLY came back they changed out the valve and said they had to drain all the Freon to do so. This did not fix the AC. They told us that their was a 5% chance that it was the same valve but on the heating unit so they could not fix it again until they got the part the next week. TWO WEEKS into this and they called telling us they would have to drain the Freon AGAIN and we would be responsible to pay for the first time and the second time re-filling the Freon- which was $700-800 EACH time! When we asked to speak to the owner/Supervisor Christina refused to give us the information and refused to send the tech to fix the AC!  So two weeks without air and they refused to fix it! We had an honest man from a reputable company come to our home and he fixed the AC in 1/2 hour by replacing a fan (a part he had in his truck) and he said the heat valve has NOTHING to do with the AC. We were being scammed by Jumbo Air and as soon as we started catching on and asking questions we were dismissed. We spent countless HOURS on HOLD the phone with them while they told us one lie after another. We emailed the owner's son Pete with no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!
