Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Rosarita from Rescue One reached me via phone, and was likely the sweetest person I've talked to in years. I needed to get my AC checked up, and her top notch customer service made me give Rescue One Air a chance. I was impressed that they called the day before to confirm, then called 30 minutes before their tech showed up... love the communication! Mike was the tech who came out, fully masked, and was awesome. Quick, efficient, and walked me through everything to ensure I fully understood all of his recommendations. I will absolutely use Rescue One again in the future.

PS: I had my AC checked up last year, and was told my AC was old and likely needed to be replaced within a year. Mike showed me that the coil was replaced 7 years ago, and that the rest of the AC (while inefficient), was still perfectly fine for years. Love the honesty here!

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

I did not have to use Phillip for service, but he did reply within minutes even though they were closed and was very nice. Will use them if needed in the future

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

Our heating went down during the holiday season. I called a number of places, but no one was available to come and fix it. Chino Valley Heating and Cooling gave me Wade's number. Wade answered the call and he was able to come and assess the issue I was having with my heating the same day. It turned out that the motor and switch in my HVAC needed to be replaced.
Wade is a great communicator, he gave me updates until the project was completed.
I highly recommend them for any HVAC services. My heating is now restored and my house is now warm and comfy. Thanks to Wade and Bill for coming to the rescue.

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

My 16 year old air handler finally had enough and I already knew I'd have to replace it and the A/C unit together due to their age. Matthew came out on Tuesday to look at everything and replaced the handler and unit Saturday. Considering it's almost impossible to find a 5 ton split with heat pump and not have to order it, I was ecstatic!  He was friendly, professional and knew his stuff.  There were some complications with the fan on the air handler scraping and he got it fixed on the spot so I could have air conditioning again. Desert Sky AC is now my go to for A/C or heating! I'd give them more stars if they were available!! Highly recommend!!

Robert and Brandon are sincere and honest people. They have a great staff too. I had them replace a heat pump a few years ago and their prices were the best. Not much overhead like big companies have. They also do my annual inspection on the units to make sure they are running. They are honest with that too.

All around great people who do what they are good at and don't want to screw you over.

Needed to have a New A/C Unit and after checking with several other companies and doing some research I choose to go with Turn-Key on account of their promptness, professional standards & On Time. They showed up with everything and told me it would take around 2-3 hours which it was 2 1/2 hours. I was impressed with the American Standard Unit and how quite it was. Scott Masterson treats you like you are family. The Job was left Clean (Spotless) and I feel I got the Best Deal & Workmanship Possible.

Great company who has professional employees.  They call the day before their scheduled appointment and a half hour before the days appointment.  My new installation was installed by skilled technicians who showed they cared about providing a perfectly installed unit.  They answered all of my questions which showed me that they were a trained crew who had the experience needed.  I have used many other AC companies with a very bad experience by some and I strongly recommend AC by J.

If there was such a thing as minus stars I would give that to them. Please stay away from this company. Please check the BBB for any information
