Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

David from Rescue One Air came by our new home today. He went through our home AC system, took a look at vents in each room and two outdoor units. After, we received a sheet of recommendations/options and pricing, my fiancé and I were able to make the best decision for our family that would leave us both financially comfortable and cool.  We will definitely call Rescue One again and we will of course request, David! Thank you to the entire Rescue One Air team!

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

Philip came out performed a great job in maintenance on my two units. Based upon the original quality they will be coming back to take of other services as well. Based upon initial service I would highly recommend.

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Schiller HC is A professional, responsive, efficient and welcome HVAC company!  I received referrals from neighborhood and it proved true! Had an aging old HVAC and needed to proactively get estimates for a new system before another taxing summer.  1 of 4 estimates Jason came by with a thorough and astute review of my system and suggestions for replacement.  After comparing to 3 other companies they proved the best choice as provided solid installation, followed through on minor issues that needed to be addressed.   Brandon and Tony were attentive, professional and the best.  Need work for AC?  Call Schiller.

My air conditioner quit working in the middle of summer. I came home to a very hot house  after a long shift. I called them up and someone was out that night. It was out of freon. He found a leak and repaired it- thankfully my cats were able to sleep that night in comfort :) fair prices and friendly service!

We hired Chandler Air for routine service of our fully functioning air conditioner. Prior to Chandler Air coming our air conditioning and electricity had worked perfectly. We'd been in the office 3.5 years and had no problems with either during our entire time here. During the service the technician blew a fuse that caused the air conditioning and lights around it to turn off. The technician couldn't fix the fuse and we had to hire an electrician. Chandler Air said it wasn't there fault even though they were the only ones on the roof at the time. Will not use them again and suggest you don't either.

This company gave me a reasonable estimate compared to other companies. They gave me a great deal when I needed two air conditioners.
When they came to install they were always 15 minutes early. They went right to work and finished in time stated. I am extremely happy with our new air conditioners. Scott, the owner knows his business and would recommend him highly.

Jennifer and Todd from AC by J were outstanding. I noticed I had no hot water at 1pm on a Friday so I called AC by J. Jennifer understood my urgency with the weekend coming up and got me promptly scheduled within a few hours.
Todd the technician arrived shortly before my schedule window and quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me options. My household was up and running with hot water shortly thereafter.
I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the scheduling and servicing for my home.

If there was such a thing as minus stars I would give that to them. Please stay away from this company. Please check the BBB for any information
