Joe and his team did a great job this week!  We had 2 AC units replaced.  He is honest, fair, personable, and trustworthy.  His team showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were very efficient.  He evaluated our situation and took into consideration feedback that we provided.  I highly recommend him!

Robert was friendly and gave me a lot of information. He did not just try to tell me that my unit needed to be replaced. (Like the 4 other companies who came to my house for 5 minutes). He actually told me I had options. He spent an hour and half here but in the end I decided to have my entire unit(s) replaced. Kevin who came out to do the measurements was great. He was friendly and at no point made me feel like I had to buy new unit(s). He also was informative and polite. On the day of the install, they were organized and finished the job the same day! They were here for over 10 hours, because they were so concerned about doing the job just right. They did not leave a mess either. The only thing that happened was that someone stepped through the drywall above the bathroom. But that was not a problem at all because they sent someone out to have it fixed right away. And now it looks good as new (like it never happened). During the install I could not really give them the attention they deserved because I was extremely ill. But my mom was there to assist them with anything they needed or asked. About two days later, I received a get well card from their company. Overall this company is a fantastic company, and I am so happy that I choose them over anyone else. I will not have any problem referring them to anyone who needs this type of services. Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. We had an issue end of this summer.  After our usual guy went dark on us and wouldn't return a call, we found Cooler Tymes on yelp.  
Called and left a voicemail
Literally got a call back same day and an appointment for the next morning
They fixed our issue and were very quick about it.  The pricing was fair as well.  Me I'll definitely call them whenever we need any hvac work done!!

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

I requested service on yelp and Suttle Air Was the first to respond late one Sunday evening. I booked an air vent/ dryer vent cleaning and they came out a few days later. Chris was the service tech and was super friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and walk me through the whole process. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! It was a great experience and I highly recommend Suttle Air!

Had a tech come out for a seasonal inspection, everything went great.  Guy showed up on time, and went about with the job.  He also made some recommendations which I liked and the best part is the flat service fee.  I will differently use these guys again.

I found Ken on home advisor. He called me back right away and he scheduled an appointment and arrived on time.  He did a great job being patient and explaining what he was doing on my unit. He cleaned the attic Evaporation coil. LOOKS LIKE NEW. I will definitely call Ken again for service. ***** 5 stars!! Thank you!!

You were able to come out to assess the situation quickly, recommend, quote and ultimately install a brand new unit.  After gathering multiple quotes I appreciate your ability to price match to get me the most value for my money. The day before I was scheduled to move across country, I was informed that my a/c unit had leaked into my downstairs neighbors condo causing damage to their unit. It was a Saturday in August in Arizona. I called another company first who I previously used and was told they couldn't help me until Sunday night. When I contacted Pineapple, I spoke to John the owner who said he would come to my place that night. He came and quickly diagnosed  then fixed the problem. He also did the repairs to the pipe that runs through my neighbors unit. The cost was so far below what I was imagining for an emergency weekend call. I highly recommend Pineapple for the efficiency of the work, the cost, and the kindness they showed to accommodate customers.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Kyle and Jarret showed up on time to install our American Standard 18 SER. Variable Speed Platinum Series Air Conditioner and Heating Unit.
They are very professional, courteous and patient when it comes to answering question us lay people ask, right.
They are very organized, clean and clean up entire area on which they were working.
I also dealt with Garret Cosgrove, there spokesperson at Trilogy at Vistancia. He is very honest, sincere and extremely helpful when looking at air conditioning needs. He is not pushy, very patient and great st follow-up and follow through.
A couple of things to keep in mind, it takes pretty much all day for the install, be patient and understand the pickup of the old unit may not happen till the next day. So be it.
Also the repair, finishing work on the entry to the attic is done by a finishing carpenter and that needs to be scheduled so there are a lot of moving parts be patient, kind and goods things will come your way from this great privately owned business.
Kyle needs to update his photo as he now has 4 youngsters to occupy his spare time.

My fiance and I decided to give Brian a call after some friends of ours had him out to look at their problematic air conditioner. After they had some bad experiences with some other local heating and cooling companies, I knew that he had to be good from how much they raved about him. I really liked him from the minute I met him. He showed up on time, he called a half an hour ahead to give me notice, and his manners didn't stop there. He's a genuinely nice, hard-working, and honest guy. He spent about two hours at our house, even though he got here at 5pm and still had other calls after us. He wrote up an extremely detailed list of all of the things that needed to be repaired and gave us bids for each one. He was also upfront about the fact that the repairs don't need to be done right away, and he hung around and answered all of our questions afterward. We will definitely be using him for ALL of our future heating and cooling needs. We wouldn't even think of using anyone else.
