Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

We've use Cool/Hot Guys AC several times over the last two years.  Joe is awesome, trustworthy and very nice.  We have two older units, mismatched, confusing thermostats, blown caps, etc.  He shows up on time, knows what he is doing, and charges very very fairly.  This company, and Joe, have the highest ethical business practice.  Need AC work?: definitely use this cool hot guy

I was looking for a local A/C contractor to service my a/c just to make sure it was ready to handle the summer heat. Luis came out from Cool Touch and was amazing. Luis was very thorough but also went out of his way to explain what he was doing and why. He also showed me how to program my thermostat properly in order to set it at certain temps while I'm not home and for it to start cooling the house down before I get home. Luis was very nice and didn't try to sell me on things that I didn't need. He recommended the maintenance program and explained what it was and why it could benefit me and how it could save me $$ in the event I needed a part for a repair. I will definitely be taking him up on that program. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Cool Touch and Luis and will be using them as my go-to local HVAC contractor.

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

Had an appointment scheduled, talked on the phone, received email confirming appointment for 10-11am.
Then no show, no call- wow!

Professional and reliable. Texted before appointment and on time.  Price for general service was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but Steve was thorough. He also educated me on the best filter for my AC and my needs. I definitely recommend them

I am so impressed by John and his crew. My heating system went out on one of the coldest days in AZ. I knew ahead of time that my 20+ year system would have to be replaced. John came over on the first day called. Reviewed options with me and had a new system installed the next day. His crew were friendly and professional and on time. My previous HVAC company checked my unit and told me nothing was wrong it was just hot.  Well, that is not an answer so I had to look elsewhere.  Very pleased to meet Gerald with AirZona.

These folks were polite and informative over the phone, on time for their appointment and thorough in explaining their findings; in my case, I needed to purchase a new A/C unit.

Gerald explained some of my options and what he would do in my situation then gave me a price.  When your A/C unit goes out in the summer, all you really want is to have it fixed so you don't shop to find the best deal.  However, the price quoted was about $2,000 less than I had paid 11 years earlier so I was very content to proceed.

Two days later AirZona installed my new Trane unit and I am pleased that everything is back to normal.  Gerald and his team were on time, professional, polite and clean.  We have already told friends of our experience and will be  referring others to AirZona in the future.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Kyle installed new unit for us and just in time before the Phoenix heat. Provided us with great service.

Needed to have my aging HVAC replaced, Sorenson gave me the best quote, the best communication, and the best advice in regards to financing. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of or that they were trying to upsell me. They are my go to from this point on.
