Joseph was amazing!  He knew right what to do to solve my A/C problem on the phone, unlike the last guy from another company that came out last year.  I had water leaking in to my tub for a couple of years.  Problem solved finally.  I have his number in my speed dial now.  He is very personable, timely, and dependable.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. We were experiencing a rattle in my AC system that was driving us pretty crazy. We found Cooler Tymes online via Google search. They were able to setup a call for the afternoon.The tech arrived on-time and  he was professional and courteous. The issue was identified and fixed very quickly. He gave me some advice regarding our system too - which was helpful because we only recently purchased the house.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

I started off by requesting an estimate for a dryer vent cleaning. Mr. James Suttle responded quickly. I'm appreciative that James was able to accommodate my schedule to come out sooner than later due to me leaving town. I received a heads-up text that James was on the way and he arrived with another technician right on time. James asked if I preferred them to wear masks before they came in. The vent cleaning took roughly 20 minutes. James communicated any issues well, was professional, and was very courteous.

Our A/C unit went out probably on one of the hottest days. This was not only an inconvenience but it was an expensive inconvenience. We called Alternative Air and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They gave us a few options on a replacement unit and replaced it the very next day.

We had shopped around and these guys gave us  the most fair and honest quote. But what stood out the most was how professional Avnel is. He made sure to check for leaks and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. We recommend Alternative Air to anyone looking for a good, reliable and honest HVAC company. 8/19/16- Update:  AC decided to give me problems tonight.  Called Bakers at 7:30 pm and doorbell rang by 8.   1 run capacitor later, I've got nice cold AC again.  Highly recommend.....again.

Turned my furnace on (gas) and it set off the smoke detectors.  Googled heating/AC service for Surprise and got a list.  Baker was the third call and only company to actually answer the phone.  Asked Ken if he could take a look at it Monday (called Friday afternoon).  Ken said he could look at it same day and called in advance.

He serviced the system and furnace running fine.  Just needed cleaning of the AC coil.  Fast, friendly and professional.  Highly recommend.

Professional and reliable. Texted before appointment and on time.  Price for general service was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but Steve was thorough. He also educated me on the best filter for my AC and my needs. I definitely recommend them

They responded nearly immediately after hours on holiday weekend when our A/C died. Came out next day and examined everything and provided several options and the offer to to the work with guarantee within 24 hours.

Our old HVAC company was able to wrap our home warranty into this unit replacement at low expense to us however so we used them this time.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

Wow am I impressed!  Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC.  The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional.  We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional.  Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it.  The work went very smoothly and  everything was cleaner then when they arrived!  
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is.  I couldn't be happier.  Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Kyle came out quickly to diagnose my AC problem, gave me multiple options / prices for repair thru replacement. I had already d cider to replace the units and Kyle's quote was much less than the competition and he sent a crew out the following day to do the install. Overall a great experience and I am very happy with the units and value I received.

Brian did a great job installing our new unit, very professional! Thank you for making our house cold again!
