Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

I returned from a quick trip to San Diego to find that my house was nearly 100 inside.  Joe made a detour from where he was going and was at my house within 20 minutes.  Solved the problem quickly and gave me some suggestions for how to prevent the same from happening in the future.  Best part...Joe realized that he mostly offered advice and declined my offer to pay him for the visit.  Want that all the reviews say is true.  He is a very friendly, honest businessman and seems like he is concerned with helping people be comfortable.  This company goes to the top of my list of who to call!

AC went out the evening of July 3rd. I tried a couple things to no avail. I called a 3 places I found on Angie's list. Left 2 voice mails and the other took my name, said Eric would call me. Also said that it would be $142.50 an hour. After waiting 3.5 hours and no call from Eric, I searched again and came across Cool Touch on Yelp. I called and they said it would be $59 service call, but it would be waived if I had service performed. Said OK and I was told that the tech would be here between noon and 4.

The tech, Robert, showed up at 1:00, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was gone by 1:40. Now the problem with the unit was something that I would have attempted to fix on my own, but since it was July 4th there was no appliance parts stores open.

Robert fixed the unit and didn't try to over charge me or sell me anything. I would recommend Cool Touch.

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

They did a great job for me. He was so nice and walked me through everything. He even took video to show me what was happening in my attic.

Can't express enough appreciation. After a long period of wheezing and sputtering, my second floor air perished, and tried to take my kids with it. We had another contractor out a year ago and he seemed to fix everything BUT the weak flow on the second floor. We attributed it to the sun, to bad construction, to a poor configuration of ducts. Our house was 5 years old when we moved into it and now it is 11. So we learned to live with it.

Today we found out a part had been degrading gradually. Within 30 minutes, the part was replaced and we have air on the second floor the likes of which we never had before. Now I can sponge my children off the floor and pour them into their beds for a comfortable sleep.

Thanks Mike, for arriving quickly, for knowing your stuff, and for just generally having a helpful spirit. You are an asset to the company.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

The owner / technician rushed the job and let me without a dryer for a week as the dryer vent wasn't properly treated.  He finished with a tape job and broke our fixture next to the dryer.  The quote for proper repairs never came.  Use the next guy.

Just had an HVAC guy here to do a summertime check up on my A/C unit, before the unit has to work hard over the next few months.  It was a good thing I had him out, he showed me melted plastic and melted wires he found inside the control box.  That's replaced!  Keeping Molly 'n me safe. I've used this company a couple of times since moving in two years ago and have always been happy with their service and their prices have been fair.  They come out the same day or next day of when I call.

Had an appointment scheduled, talked on the phone, received email confirming appointment for 10-11am.
Then no show, no call- wow!
Disappointing that you would waste a possible client day and lack professionalism .

Tom was courteous, quick, and informative in a semi-emergency. Couldn't be happier with the service. I will use them from now on for any HVAC needs.

JP is not only very knowledgeable about AC units, he is a great person overall. He truly cares about you needs and takes pride in his work. Definitely recommend this company.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

An honest and reliable company run by a man who once served his country and now serves his community.  Very impressed by the level of professionalism, along with the honesty and transparency related to our service- it was very much appreciated! I always hate when I have to call a repair guy and then dread that feeling that I've been taken advantage of- it feels good to have someone to call that has integrity and the best interests of his customers in mind! Brian and Ryan were extremely helpful in repairing and replacing parts to my AC unit.

Brian answered my calls and questions over 2 different days and was super informative and understanding. I had my Ac unit stop blowing cold with 3 dogs and 2 kids in the house.

Ryan came out over two days and worked extremely quick. Super friendly, awesome work ethic and takes pride in his work. I'm sure I could have found maybe someone cheaper for the repairs but the quality is always worth the extra money.

Would highly recommend for anyone in the west valley who may need AC repairs.
