Many thanks to Amer Khudher who came out today for a couple of electrical issues. He called about an hour before the scheduled time frame saying he could come earlier if that worked for us. It was indeed good for us and we appreciated the call. Such a nice guy! He checked an outlet that we thought was not working and it turned out to be fine. He explained what to do should it trip again. That took all of 3 minutes! Then he gave us a quote on a new smoke alarm which was very reasonable. Was planning to set up a time to replace the smoke alarm but discovered it wasn't 12 years old but only 8.
I will positively request Amer the next time I need electrical work and would encourage anyone reading this review do the same.

My AC stopped cooling at 1:30pm and I immediately shopped for a few AC companies and Comfort Experts were one of the first ones to give me an estimate! Got here by 3:30pm and had it totally fixed by 5pm! Ryan was excellent! He was kind, wore a mask the whole time, and made sure we knew the steps we needed to take so that it would be easier on the wallet. Fantastic service. Fast. Install of a new system, removal of in closet air handler, three drops for returns and replacing inefficient old duct work in one day. Custom job with excellent results. The guys worked as a unit and I was impressed at their attention to detail.
HVAC running great. Steve came over the Saturday morning before his daughters softball game to help me with the thermostat. A little unit lockout that I did not know about. All good now.
They all seemed like good hearted family guys that I would invite to my house to watch a game.
Hope this helped. One last thought. Arizona Refrigeration dropped the ball on a warranty install on a different house. Charged my $1200 for 3 hours work to install a compressor that failed under warranty. Crooks.

Absolute nightmare. They sure love to aggressively push their PLATINUM or Silver or whatever color BS package.
Stay away from them. All they care about is ripping you off with service fees and expensive fixes on products they force you to use.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

So I purchased a mini split to go in my garage. I called Stay Cool the owner Garrett was prompt in calling me back and gave me a great price to install it. He was here yesterday. Garrett installed the unit in about 3 hours. Great to have a cool garage for my home workout. Would definitely recommend Stay Cool for any need.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I had Kevin come over and he installed a very nice roof top trane unit for me. I got a few reasonable quotes from other companies and some very unreasonable but Kevin still beat them all. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he actually genuinely cares about his clients. Thank you for all your help though the process. It was a flawless install process and everything is working well. Other companies have had to come back and didn't have everything on the install day.

I have never interacted with an AC company that was so knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to address customer questions and concerns in order for consumer to make best purchase decisions. Luis was the tech, and I'm impressed with how much he cares that one doesn't purchase some product and then later regret it. I have had this challenge before when the timing, or the order of getting certain services such as Duct cleaning, re-sealing ducts, buying Air Scrubber, and or new HVAC, counter acted other purchase if not done in certain sequence.

I had heard of them on the radio - obviously a good place to advertise because when the ol' AC konked out the other day, I immediately thought of them. Our tech Chris was awesome, friendly, funny, answered a million questions we had about the AC unit. He was upfront about the cost and possible future concerns about the unit. We are now prepared and have Precision on speed dial!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

So my first Impression from the company was really positive but after I signed on the dotted line things changed...the system was to be installed in one day and all trash was to be removed same day. I left the installers and headed off to work. When I got home everything seemed to be in order other than all the trash they left in my front yard. The next morning I headed up into the attic to look at the new unit and I was not happy. There were exposed wires just left lying in the attic, the changes to the air intake that were discussed in the contract had not been done and there was a 2 inch gap in the air duct cooling my attic not my home. I called the office and left a message for Mike and received no response. I called the following day and they finally had someone come take away the old unit. After 2 more visits they finally got the hole fixed and wires taped off. As I was talking to the tech about the repairs I asked where the air scrubber/UV light was located that was included in my contract. The Tech told me it hadn't been installed and it was never in his work request. So I called Mike and he assured me it was an honest mistake and that they weren't trying to cheat me. The Trane unit seems to be doing great and I am happy with it but the customer service was differently lacking. I wish I could say I just caught them on a bad day but this was over 3 weeks. Hopefully they can work on this and insure it doesn't happen to others.
