Paul was the technician that serviced our A/C for routine maintenance. He was prompt and I also received a courtesy phone call with ETA before he made his way over to our house which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very professional and explained the work he had completed and also the proposed preventative work he recommends we get done to ensure our unit lasts as long as possible before having to replace it. I recommend Northern Air Mechanical Services and will continue to use them for maintenance services and repairs if ever needed.

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Their technicians serviced my 25+ year old AC unit and repaired some leaky ductwork.  They showed up on time and kept me informed at every phase of the work.  Increased the functionability of my older unit and it was able to keep up with the record heat we are experiencing. Great job!

High priced,  told me I had a leak didn't even offer to fix it.  Not impressed.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

No one can prepare you for a broken AC.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! The A/C at my rental property quit working and so I reached out to K&K, along with four other companies. Danny was the first to respond, and was able to go out to property for quote within hours of me reaching out. He also went out of his way to install new A/C the next day, accommodating my tenant who had been without air for days. Great communication, on time for install, and over very customer focused. Finally, since money does matter to all of us, he came in with the lowest quote ($500-3000 less than some other A/C guys quoted). I would definitely recommend using K&K....

This sounds like more disinformation for sure. I believed that I was taken and I did diligent research to determine the facts before I even considered writing a review like this. I was never told what size my original unit was, that is the question that was asked and never answered. Never were the words load test even mentioned to me, it was more like a big secret as to what size my unit was and I still don't know. My neighbors unit has nothing to do with mine at all so why would you assume anything about size from that, so you can drop that double talk. If you did your due diligence and answered my questions I would have been a more informed consumer. I know that the facts were deliberately withheld from me to help your Professional sell me a larger unit. I was sold a larger unit then I originally had. The unit could have been a little undersized for the house but not by much. Nice try though I'm sure your double talk will work on most people. If that salesman still works for you then you have a decision to make. He is a trained killer bent on the up-sell based on wrong information, withheld         information, deception and lies. I stand firm on all of the information included in my original review as well as this one.

I CANNOT say enough good things about this company!  Every part of my experience with them was top notch...from the initial call I made, I had a great feeling about choosing this company.  Customer service was amazing...answered my questions over the phone and on site, called back to confirm I would be home, etc.
The technician (Joe) was polite, professional, and took the time to sit down and explain to me what the issues were with my AC.  (And also gave me some great pointers about air filters!)
Repairs were made promptly after the issues were diagnosed and the technician had all the necessary parts on his truck.  
Prices seemed very reasonable, and I never once felt like I was trying to be 'upsold' on what was needed.  
A+++   Will recommend highly to all of my friends and family!

I've had nothing but great service from Day and Night. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and personable.

Jeff came out today for a whole home plumbing inspection. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and even gave us a few tips and suggestions in between. He checked our water heater which is now 7 years old and past its warranty. He examined the tubing that's attached only to find part of it was melting. Good thing he checked....he said that it could be giving off carbon monoxide (eek!)

Needless to say, they'll be coming out early next week to replace our water heater. Thanks to Jeff for finding all these little problems (which could very easily turn in to bigger problems). Did I also mention he found some issues with our irrigation system? Problems (aka violations) that our home inspector missed?

Honest company and employees (many of whom are veterans). FYI, if you are a member of Angie's List, you get some MAJOR discounts. I got over $200 off my new water heater.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

We had a motor which burned out on our furnance (it suppose to snow tonight in Sedona) and needed to be repaired. Once the part was ordered and received, Stay Cool came out and fixed the issue. They even stayed an extra 15 mins or so to explain what fixes/repairs were made and tested the furance to make sure it was working well.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

Kevin really hooked us up. I work in the hvac industry so I know a good price, what a professional does, and what should be included. He hit all the marks.

Keep in mind as I am writing this (Summer 2021), there are NATION WIDE equipment shortages, for every brand, every where. At least for now you can expect delays getting equipment. Knowing this, we ordered ours ahead of time. Called a few companies, some didn't even bother sending a proposal (why did you waste your time coming here at all..?)

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I am so glad we found Canyon State Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing to continue to provide HVAC and Plumbing services for our 89 years old aunt who lives remotely in Sun City from us in CA...My aunt, who lives in an hoarding house, very seldom allows anyone to enter her house for repair, including the telephone and utilities company.  On top, she stays up all night and sleeps at day, having hearing difficulty.

Her AC and heating unit went off in July, we reserved the next day free estimate appointment with all difficulty notes of entering.  Instead of say NO to us like some other companies we called, Kelli Kerber, the dispatcher, patient ally took down all information for us... Jorel Canizales, arrived on schedule, talked to our aunt, gained her confidence, trust and came in with the repair done at no charge to us...NO kidding...he spent times to explain and
