After searching for a company to come and try and fix my 21year old air conditioning system, I came across Hobaica on APS, better business bureau and people I knew and all gave good reviews.
I was a first time customer but was treated as if I was doing business with them forever. I called late in the day and yet they still came the same day. Even in follow up, they always came in time frame they stated, in fact they were usually early. They always called when they were on their way, every person was polite, efficient, and professional including Jimmy, angel, Carlos, and Steven just mention a few.
I feel comfortable in recommending them to friends and family.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

The owner Ryan came out on my late work night to give me a quote on a new Trane A/C system. That in itself showed me how customer oriented his business is, while 7 other A/C companies refused to work around my busy hospital clinic schedule.

Ryans quote was fair and within price ranges of local competitors. However, what sold me was Ryans through inspection of my attic gas furnace. Moreover,he discussed his strategy for installing a new unit correctly. He presents himself like an engineer.

So, I hired Ryan and his crew. 1 week after the consultation, the Comfort Expert crew arrived punctually on time at my home ready to install my new system.
Although I wasn't home during the install, my wife's said they were working non stop from 7-5PM in order to complete the job. She too was impressed!

I must say, as A/Cs go, my new Trane XR-16 looks great and it is such a beast.  Another perk was the ultra modern Ecobee WiFi thermostat. Looks great in our new home. I feel I made the right decision in choosing Comfort Experts.

So grateful for this company!!! Our A/C went out over a weekend. After another company came out, charged us a ton and our unit still wasn't fixed, I got a hold of K&K through Yelp.

Really fast response! I told them what the other company diagnosed our A/C with and they got back to me with a quote that beat everyone else AND they had the part we needed!! Scheduled for the next day and it was fixed! Danny even checked our other unit to make sure everything was good. I'm SO glad we found these guys!

This company superseded my expectations. As a single mom, I am always leery of service companies ripping me off. I never felt that with Reliance. The tech who came out to look at my AC unit never pressured me into buying their unit. He simply stated the facts and let me make up my mind to purchase- which I really appreciated. My rep, Daniel, is fantastic. He took the time to explain everything in detail, to find the best option for me. Enrique and Jose were very polite and quick to get the job done. We had a little glitch in the thermostat. I called Daniel and he immediately took care of the problem, within the hour of me calling him. David followed up with cleaning the air ducts. AccuTemp Refrigeration saved the day! After being scammed by another company called Accutemp Air, I was able to get top notch service and installation from a reputable company. It was impressive from the moment I spoke to the manager till the installation was completed. Their customer service was outstanding. I will continue to recommend them to all of my friends!

My AC went out - I called Day & Night at 8:30pm and had a technician at my place an hour later. Kasey, the technician, was very nice, professional, and arrived in a Day & Night van (not subcontracted). Would recommend to anyone needing after business hour service calls!

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

Garrett with Stay Cool just showed up an hour early and fixed our heat pump that had been out since last Friday. You don't realize how amazing AC is until it goes out! I highly recommend Garrett and this business!

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

This review should have been done many years ago but life has a way of getting away from you. In the winter of 2015 I was shopping to replace my HVAC system and gathered quotes from a number of companies. I went with Kevin Konnis at Quantum Climate Control Services based on his competitive price, excellent online reviews and a recommendation from an HVAC wholesaler.

I highly recommend Kevin at Quantum Climate Control Services based on over 7 years of having him not only install a new HVAC system in 2015 but also having him service it. Kevin is professional, knowledgeable, honest and a great person to work with. He's a straight shooter who gives you options with no hard sell. I trust him enough that he has done work for neighbors, family, and friends.

Lane from Kings Plumbing was so great to work with.  He was knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. He gave me straight answers and some helpful tips on preventative maintenance. Awesome guy and hard worker. Thanks KIngs Plumbing!

Follow up response from Contactor is a complete fabrication. Not only was the installation terrible and incomplete, apparently Dishonesty is Corporate Policy also.

Buyer Beware!

As for working with me to repair damage done to my property, I have not been contacted by anyone, with any resolution or time frame to address issues.

Additionally, after this unscrupulous follow up to my review, I wouldn't let them back on site to even repair the damage!

I'll be taking my business elsewhere,  and I'd recommend you doso also.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Called Canyon State to service and maintain our air-conditioning heating system service technician Pablo did a very thorough job checking our furnace and air conditioning very satisfied with the service would highly recommend them They were very prompt arriving on time
