Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Sold our house, and the buyers inspection revealed a couple of issues we didn't know about. A/C drip pan in the attic rusty, and drain line possibly plugged.
Since I had such a good experience with this company a couple of years ago, gave them a call.
Efficiently scheduled appointment. Technician showed up on time. Thoroughly professional gent fixed the problems for the price I was originally quoted. I highly recommend this Company. Their standards and behavior have been exceptional!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Their technicians serviced my 25+ year old AC unit and repaired some leaky ductwork.  They showed up on time and kept me informed at every phase of the work.  Increased the functionability of my older unit and it was able to keep up with the record heat we are experiencing. Great job!

My AC went out on the day my wife gave birth to our second son, which happened to be a 100 degree day. I had family in town to help and needed to rush to fix it correctly fast.  Raud was on time, super nice, and explained everything with detail so that I had no doubts about replacing AC , running new air ducts to balance the rooms and remove hotspots then finally sealing the air ducts. There was no pressure and when I was stressed the most he made me feel at ease.  Angel and Carlos worked their butts off and got it done fast. Hobaica also worked with me on an energy audit I had done a month earlier from a different company so they transferred it to them and got me tons of rebates from SRP to make the project affordable.  Compared to the other two companies that came and gave me quotes I am really happy with my choice going with Hobaica and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

My husband made the appointment under his name. My full last name isn't even posted here. Did you just look up F as a last name? It is ignorant to assume that I spend my time creating negative reviews. You're response should be more professional instead of hostile. My review is 100% accurate and I still have the actual quote. I will be posting that now that you have wildly questioned the validity instead of professionally approaching my honest review. And, no I am not one of the many AC competitors that are located within Gilbert if that is what you are insinuating. I have no idea what you are specifically referring about in regard to the second paragraph of your response (which has been entirely removed now) Plainly put, your business quoted me a higher amount than your competitor. That is not my problem.

We just bought this home and even a home warranty; however, when the AC went out and it was 100 degrees the warranty company expected us to wait for several days and every place I called to get service either didn't answer the phone or had a full voicemail box so I couldn't even leave a message!  Frustrated and overheated, I called K&K who agreed to come out in just a couple of hours, even though he was currently on the other side of the valley.  He arrived with a smile, despite what must be a grueling job this time of year, and discovered the problem within just a few minutes.  After two days of suffering, he found and switched out a dead solar battery in about 15 minutes and had my home feeling chilly before he left.  The price was fair, he was very pleasant and made sure to explain everything, along with pictures of what he was doing/did.  I will definitely call them for any future HVAC needs!  Thank You!

After a week long business trip, I returned home on a Friday afternoon to find my AC unit broke sometime while I was gone.  117 degrees outside and 101 degrees inside certainly was a delightful slap in the face!  Called up Reliance and they happened to have a tech available and he was there a few hours later.  Brayden showed up, hopped on the roof, and within minutes had the issue figured out... burned out capacitor.  Ended up replacing it and the unit was up and running.

During a heat wave, you'd expect a company company to take advantage but they had pretty darn reasonable prices and approached it like any other project on any other day.  Definitely will use them again in the future!

I can't praise this company enough. Our A/C had broke on Thursday afternoon on an early August day when the temps were around 110. When I called Accu Temp on Friday morning, they first estimated someone would be out between 2 and 4 hours, but then called back that they rearranged their schedule and had someone out in 30 minutes.

The person who came out, Ken, was thorough, knowledgeable, and most of all, conscientious. After spending all day up-and-down on the roof in the sweltering heat, without taking a lunch, and after having put his ladder and tools away, he wasn't happy with the differential between the intake and out-flow temperatures (he expected 20 degrees and it was 16 degrees), so he got the ladder and tools out again to add  1/2 pound more of refrigerant, and the differential was now the expected 20 degrees. And this was on a Friday afternoon to boot!!!

Trust is hard to come by now-a-days, and not only will we stay with this company for on-going maintenance and inspections, but will whole-heartedly recommend this company to friends and co-workers.

We used to be customers.  The last two times they failed to show up in the 2-3 hour time window they had committed to.  After I call them....The first time the dispatch told me that other unscheduled customers took priority over my scheduled repair job.  The second time they just could not make it during the morning window.  I picked morning so we would not get bumped.

They did not even have the courtesy to call and say they would be late.  If they can't respect my time (yes I took off of work to be home for their service call), they I cannot respect them as an organization.

We did use them before, but no more.  Many other highly rated AC companies, and I already was serviced, professionally and on time by one, certainly not Day and Night.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

They are fabulous and so very knowledgeable.   Came out, gave me an estimate and we set a date and time.  I had to have a complete air/heating system put in.  They came out, did their job which was greater than it should have been but the one that had to be removed was not done as well as it could have been.  Apparently, because of that, they had more work to do.  Never had a complaint, just did what had to be done.  They are a full service company and they will be my go to for all my heating and plumbing needs.  They are as honest as the day is long and besides being very professional,they are very congenial.   I cannot say enough about this guys.  They are terrific.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

Kevin really hooked us up. I work in the hvac industry so I know a good price, what a professional does, and what should be included. He hit all the marks.

Keep in mind as I am writing this (Summer 2021), there are NATION WIDE equipment shortages, for every brand, every where. At least for now you can expect delays getting equipment. Knowing this, we ordered ours ahead of time. Called a few companies, some didn't even bother sending a proposal (why did you waste your time coming here at all..?)

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. Precision Air and Heating rocks! I was over whelmed by having to replace my old rickety A/C unit and Furnace. One call and they sent someone out for a free appointment to see what I was working with. Everything was made so simple for me and I was set for an install the next week! JOSE and KEITH arrived for the install and COMPLETELY rocked it! They never stopped working for one second. They finished quickly leaving a clean work area and I had the entire rest of the day to enjoy in my ice cold air. Thanks Precision Air!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Canyon State to the rescue. My air conditioner died last Friday & I spent the weekend trying to figure how what to do & how much to spend. Something reasonably priced but also could be taken care of quickly. I combed the APS Qualified Contractors, reviewed them on Yelp, & checked for their ROC license.

I came across Canyon State and could not be more impressed or happy with their service. I received a quote from James Dunkins but it wasn't just one! He took the time to give me four prices on one sheet and an extra price contained in the email. Canyon State uses Trane products & the quotes included RunTru. I never heard of this but looked it up, read the reviews, & saw it too was a Trane product.

The prices was definitely right but more importantly, to me, was the customer service. It didn't feel like it was a massive push or over eager sale. There wasn't an upscale but a genuine, how can we help you? The fact that they also had a portable A/C to help me survive until they could I stall also helped.

James was patient & indulged all of my questions. He was thoughtful in his responses & the tone of his voice made me feel like a friend instead of some rando new potential customer. When he came on Sunday to set up the portable A/C & measure, I felt even more confident in the decision to go with Canyon State.

The first year of service (2 checks) are included with a proposal for maintenance plan to be given at the second service. The warranty for the new install is reasonable as well. I really appreciate the upfront pricing & how it is a flat fee. No hidden surprises. No up sales. No pressure.

I am extremely happy with Canyon State & this all started with James. The techs who installed the unit & set up the thermostat were professional, competent, & personable. Each person I spoke with made me more confident with the purchase.  I don't feel like they're going to forget about me or that I was just another bottom line $$$. This is a small, family run business that has been around for over 30 years.

Highly recommend Canyon State. Definitely a company I will rely on for years to come. Give them a call, you will not regret it.
