Paul was the technician that serviced our A/C for routine maintenance. He was prompt and I also received a courtesy phone call with ETA before he made his way over to our house which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very professional and explained the work he had completed and also the proposed preventative work he recommends we get done to ensure our unit lasts as long as possible before having to replace it. I recommend Northern Air Mechanical Services and will continue to use them for maintenance services and repairs if ever needed.

Always great service from Hobaica. The team is so friendly and knowledgeable. I've used them for AC services and just recently plumbing too. I got a text message of the tech's name and photo after he confirmed his arrival time. This is a really great security feature. Quite awesome actually. I've never had that with any other company. This was my second annual AC tune up with Comfort Experts. They were very responsive by Yelp messaging, provided a competitive rate, and multiple appointment options.
The tech, Jeremy, called me 20 minutes before his arrival (which was well within the 3-hour appointment window). I also received a text from Comfort Experts saying the tech was heading my way.
Jeremy arrived and offered to wear PPE for COVID. He was very personable, positive, and cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain my system was operating properly and had a couple recommendations. Jeremy showed me pictures of the concerns, explained all the pricing, and did not exert any pressure to purchase. The final invoice contained a lot of details and clear pricing.
The tech last year was also very personable and professional. Jeremy was a great reflection on Comfort Experts.

This company does not care about customers... or maybe just certain customers.
I bought a $50 Groupon for KK Heating & Air and Danny Cruz came out to look at my system. The Groupon was for a system inspection which should speak for itself but, he only looked at what I thought the problem was; what do I know.
So, he tells me what the problem is and says he'll find the part and get back to me. No written estimate or anything. He never got back to me.
He sure made sure to get that Groupon payment off my phone though.
Don't bother with companies that don't take the utmost care of their paying customers.

If companies think they are not required to give the same service to Groupon customers as they do, everyday customers, then they shouldn't sell them. This is not the first time I've been treated like a second class citizen when using a Groupon for a service provider.

Boy, did I get lucky! My AC stopped working and by the time my normal installer/maintenance company checked it out and told me the condensor had died, I was into a second day w/o AC and the home was at 90 degrees. Contacted a number of companies and Daniel Grimm from Reliance called and came out that PM. We discussed a complete Trane system and I agreed to a new system to replace my 8 yo Goodman heat pump and AHU. Reliance could not install the system for another 4 days and gave me a portable AC unit for my bedroom, which was a lifesaver. Enrique and Jose' installed the system in 1 day and I could not be happier. They cleaned up after their work and kept me informed during the install.
A couple of weeks later, I felt that the zoning system (1 heat pump feeding 3 zones) was not functioning properly and called Daniel about it. That afternoon Enrique and a helper came out and spent several hours checking out and fixing a damper that was not completely closing. It is now working as good as ever.
Of the many HVAC service companies I have utilized in my homes across the US, this company is, by far the best. No BS and they know their business especially working on Trane equipment. You should be as lucky as I am by using them for your HVAC install/maintenance.

Why does this always happen during the Summer months? I come home from work yesterday and notice that my house is hotter than outside! Good thing my house has 2 AC units(upstairs/downstairs), so I made an appointment for the next day for a repair tech.
I get a call from Jennifer that the tech will arrive between 10-3 and get another update that the tech is on the way. My tech , Ken, quickly finds the cause as a bad contactor, shows me the bad part (that has tons of filth on it) and replaces it. Ahhh..... cool ac again.
Accutemp will always be the best for me as not only are the office personnel and techs always courteous and friendly ( a lost art in 80% of business nowadays), but
their updates and prompt service has made me a customer for life. Gotta keep up on those Season maintenance to keep my outside units clean!

Loved how they met my needs and concerns so promptly in this summer heat. My AC unit inexplicably stopped working in this summer heat and Vincent came out on a Sunday and ran the unit through all its checks, found the problem and had it up and running within the hour. Masked, polite, professional, happy to be of service... how refreshing and wonderful to work with... Vincent even went above and beyond to repair a small problem that he alertly found that wasn't part of work order. Definitely will call again and can recommend!

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

What an amazing company. We had an issue with our A/C not blowing very cold and had a George Brazil tech come out. He told us our unit had a leak and needed to be replaced. He then pushed hard to sell us a new unit and even got him manager on the phone to get us a deal. Very pushy. It felt like a car salesman pressuring us. I told them I wanted another opinion and they started pushing harder. Anyway, the next day I called Kevin. He came by the house and took about 30 minutes looking over our A/C. He told us that the coolant was low and suggested adding coolant (around $70) and seeing how long it would last before doing costly repairs or buying a new unit altogether. Talk about an opposite experience from the first company. We added coolant and it worked for another 12 months. At that point, we decided to add coolant again. This time it worked for only about 2 weeks. He came back out and checked it out. He refilled the coolant and adjusted the valve until there was no leak AT NO COST. He said that he felt like the valve was leaking and in an attempt to tighten it during the prior visit, it must have caused the leak to increase. After that visit, we haven't had any further issues. Kevin had amazing customer service and he was totally honest and open with us. I can't suggest him highly enough!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

We discussed for a moment waiting till I got home to take a look at it (since I do many of our home repairs myself) but quickly concluded that we should get a technician out to our house ASAP or we'd likely need to wait till the next morning. My wife called Canyon State a few minutes after I got off of the phone with her (maybe 4:45pm) and was pleased to learn that a technician would be out to our house (we live in Surprise) between 5 and 7 pm.
Astonishingly, the technician (Jake) knocked on the door shortly after 5pm!
He quickly determined that the problem was with the outdoor unit corresponding with the upstairs AC (a motor had failed, and the unit was evidently SUPER hot)
We approved the replacement for that motor, and by 6:10pm I was paying the bill for the completed repair (using a slick iPad app - which wasn't really a factor, but was cool to see how they were using modern technology to make transactions easier).
We had a cool upstairs by bedtime, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went.
If anything breaks again, I'll definitely be calling Canyon State (saved them to my phone as a contact :)
