Needed a new A/C unit installed because dog had been urinating on the previous outdoor system. Spoke with Jason who was able to get me a reasonable quote for a new unit installed. They were very patient and listened to my concerns as I had just been ripped off by a different competing place who had been out three times including charging us for coolant when it was spot on obvious there was corrosion and a leak (I do not recommend Simply The Best).

Jason provided the quote and the install was done within a few days which is excellent response time considering I was in a jam and summer is here. Installers were very professional and even had the job done under the quoted time frame and did preventative maintenance on the other existing unit. Recommended. Straight forward, friendly and professional and don't play games with you like some of the other guys. We need integrity living in Arizona with the heat and I can say based on my experience, Northern Air provides exactly that! Thanks again and will use in the future for all cooling and heating needs!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

My HVAC broke down end of August, Heat warning in effect and literally 2 hours after I called McMillin Air their technician Lalo had my A/C up and running again!!! I can't begin to tell you how impressed and grateful I am! They will have all of my future business. A million thanks is not enough.

When our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a June night, we called a number of AC companies. Reliance was the first to respond. Azel did the initial inspection and, even though it was late in the day, he alerted Daniel to our emergency, and he was at our door within the hour. Daniel took measurements, answered all our questions, identified the ideal replacement unit, helped with financing, and left us with a portable AC unit so that we and our dogs could at least sleep comfortably until our new unit was installed.

I used AccuTemp to install a new AC but it was also a good product Trane which they were able to get finance for us. They recommended to go 1/2 ton larger than required no bigger which makes it easier on the AC to run. They did an excellent job installing and only service 1 time in 25 years to replace a capacitor (200.00) and still running strong.  I see a lot of stories here but no mention what brand AC they have or installed.  The first tech that came out didn't find the problem thought it was the thermostat, when they didn't seem to work they sent another guy out and that tech was I have to admit didn't do a good job at first seem pre-occupied with personal stuff on the phone and left, I had to call the company and they call him back out that's when he got busy and found it was the capacitor and it's been working great ever since.  I don't believe in the seasonal maintenance stuff. Not broke leave it alone less hands messing around the better.

We have had several plumbing repairs this year includibg a new water heater. Day&Night gave us a great value on the water heater. Carey was very helpful in anwering all the questions we had. We alsk had a new AC unit installed and it was well worth it. Carey in CS and each team of people that came to tbe house werw awesome.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

So I purchased a mini split to go in my garage.  I called Stay Cool the owner Garrett was prompt in calling me back and gave me a great price to install it.  He was here yesterday.  Garrett installed the unit in about 3 hours.  Great to have a cool garage for my home workout. Would definitely recommend Stay Cool for any need.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. I scheduled a service call for yesterday and Ken (only reason I give two stars) came out to look at our unit. He was very informative and diagnosed thru video of our unit that the issue we were having is with the compressor. It totally died and we need a new unit. Ken said that the next step is to schedule a visit with a sales supervisor (Mike, Don or Chad) who will come to inspect the attic, duct work, return, etc. Ken called the office and scheduled the call for today from 2-7 pm. 6 pm arrives and no call from the office or the tech. I called the office at 6:30 and spoke to a young woman who said that the tech called at 12:30 pm and at 6:10 pm and left a voicemail each time. I have been by my phone all day and have no missed calls and no voicemail messages. She said that we are still scheduled but since we didnt answer the phone we were bumped. She assured me that we were the next call in line. I called again at 7:01 pm and spoke with Kirby. Kirby informed me that he saw in the account that I did receive a call earlier in the day and that they left a vm. After explaining again that I had not received a phone call I was put on repeated holds so that Kirby could figure out the situation. He apologized that he was just now getting up to speed on the situation and that he didn't have good notes. After my complaint that I've been waiting at home all day, Kirby said he understood and that he is doing everything in his power to make sure things are notated in my acct. After angrily stating that the person I spoke with earlier had lied to me that I received 2 phone calls, I was put on another hold. He returned and said that 3 people actually tried to call me. I asked for their names and was once again put on another hold. When he returned, Kirby reassured me that I am next on the list and that the tech is in Glendale and would be leaving within the hour. That was at 7:08 pm. I said that by the time the tech gets here it will be around 9 pm. Kirby said he didn't know how long it would take and can't predict traffic nor when the tech will be leaving. I asked again for the names of the people who he said that called and he said legally he was not allowed to give out their names. I asked which law that was and he said he didn't know. I asked if he could give me the times that they called and he said 12:10, 6:12 and 6:31 pm. I never received a missed call alert nor a voicemail for the first two times and I have the cell phone call log to prove it. The last time was actually when I called Precision. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a long hold, was told that there are only 2 people working right now and a manager isnt available. Kirby said he was escalating this to a concern call in which a manager would call me back first thing in the morning. I asked for the mgr's name and he said Vincent. He asked if I wanted to keep the tech tonight or if I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. I asked for the name of the tech who was at the job tonight. Kirby easily and quickly gave me the name of Chad. When discussing the supervisor's visit today, I was told by Ken yesterday that there is no charge for the visit. So I asked Kirby if there is a charge for today's visit, and again, after another hold, he returned to say there was no charge for the visit. I asked if Kirby will be calling me to tell me when the tech is on the way and he said it will be him or someone else, to which I added that it would be the other employee that is currently at work with him. Meanwhile, I received a call at 7:53 pm from an unknown caller. Turns out it was Vincent who I discovered IS a manager but is NOT on premises. How convenient. Vincent was calling to let me know that Chad the technician was on his way. I asked if Vincent is the manager and he said yes. I shared to save him a call tomorrow, I have had a less than excellent experience with Precision thus far. He asked what made it less than excellent and I shared that I was lied to by the young woman and got the run around from Kirby. Vincent apologized for Kirby, that he was a new employee and that they have been the # 1 AC company in Phx for 7 years and hates to lose my business. He asked if we could still have the tech come out to our house today. After putting him on a brief hold, I thanked Vincent for his apology but I will be going with a different company to replace the unit. He was again sorry to lose my business but that if there was anything that they could do to let them know. I also shared that I would be telling the friend who recommended them to me about my experience so that she has a fuller picture of the company she purchased from. Also, WHILE I am on the phone with Kirby I received two text messages saying that they had tried to reach me but that they needed verbal confirmation to allow the tech to come. The timestamp is 7:57 pm. I think they were trying to cover their tracks to make it look like they had called me earlier.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Friday morning, just about to finish my shower and I go to shut off the water and the handle comes off in my hand. The water is still on full blast and it's hot as hell. I've got no way to shut it down. The top of the stem is still in the handle. It twisted right off.
I quickly dried off, through on some clothes, and headed out to the garage and shut off the hot water at the tank. Hot is off but still have a little cold running. Time to call a plumber.
I ask Google for a plumber in the Sun City West area. I get a bunch. Call the first...they can't come today. Call the second...cant get there till Monday. Third was Canyon State...She told me they could have a plumber there in two hours. Great, I said.  Send him over.
He came on time, fixed the problem (it wasn't easy) in an hour and he was gone.
The availability was great, he was very professional, (knew what he was doing), and the price was reasonable. I couldn't have asked for more. I've never used them before but they will be my first call next time.
