If there were Zero stars I would rate that. I had a tech come out on Saturday 3-27-21 to do a routine service check of my AC on ground and Air Handler in attic. My unit is only 3 years only and is a Bryant 5 ton and Carrier air handler. I was told I need a capacitor on my unit outside the Bryant. Now I know these thing do only last about 3 to 5 years so I knew I might be due. The tech quoted me $498 to replace it. I was floored and he tried to do his best on explaining the cost. I asked for the part # and he was hesitant to give it to me. I did finally get the quote and I looked up the part # on line and the capacitor was $65 at Home Depot. This is a 5 minute fix when you have the part. I gave them they $49 service call and called another company who replaced it for $50 total. The capacitor Hobaica quoted me wasn't even the correct part. I called Monday morning to nicely express my concern with the manager and got the same song and dance. He really didn't care but I felt a sense that he knew I was on to them and told me his cost on the part was $120. Still $498 to put in something that took 5 minutes was crazy. Beware of Hobaica.

I've never had the need to write a review for any business before but i just couldn't be more glad that it's for K&K. My mother is 83 years old and had her heating unit go out on her during the coldest time of year. I called a few other company's to please check the unit, when they found out it was an older unit they flat refused to even come out. I came across K&K and figured i'd try one more. I spoke with Danny and he was more than glad to come out, even though it was raining that day, he offered to come out same day. He came and checked out the unit and did his best to try and get heat to the house for my mother, who by the way suffers from crippling arthritis, but was unable to due to units condition. He wrote out an estimate for a replacement unit and asked me to call if we needed his service again. After he left my mother told me that she had a great feeling about this man, as did I. He must have felt something because he called later that night to check on her and again stated that if he could help in any way to please call at any time, day or night. After contacting the insurance company they asked for better wording as to why unit needed replaced and Danny was able to help us out thru the whole insurance process, and also worked us into his schedule to make sure my mother got heat as soon as possible. Danny is an awesome man, And K&K is not just a business, they are now FAMILY... Thank You So Much

I used Accutemp in 2013 and received good service. No idea what happened to them, but they failed miserably this last time on an unnecessary level.
I called Accutemp on a Friday and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. They gave me a 4 hour window for the appointment (1pm to 5pm). While I was a little unhappy about the large window, what could I do? I waited all day and even called off work to make this appointment happen. As you'd have it, it was 4:50pm and they called and said we won't make it, can we extend the window an additional 2 hours? No thanks.
While I understand that things happen it is paramount to communicate to your customers. With a 4 hour window you never thought to call me and let me know that you may not be able to make the original window?
This may be one of those times where Accutemp should have under-promised and over-delivered. Instead they under-promised and under-delivered. Instead I went with Dukes of Air and my experience was completely different - they were in contact with me 3+ times before my appointment AND ended up coming over 2 hours early.

I was given a 12-4 appointment and they never showed or called. When I made the appt I told them it was a serious issue that the problem with the air circulation could cause carbon monoxide in the home besides some other issues. I don't know how the company is rated so high. I rate them zero stars if I could.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

They are fabulous and so very knowledgeable. Came out, gave me an estimate and we set a date and time. I had to have a complete air/heating system put in. They came out, did their job which was greater than it should have been but the one that had to be removed was not done as well as it could have been. Apparently, because of that, they had more work to do. Never had a complaint, just did what had to be done. They are a full service company and they will be my go to for all my heating and plumbing needs. They are as honest as the day is long and besides being very professional,they are very congenial. I cannot say enough about this guys. They are terrific.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

We got an awesome heat pump installed and couldn't be happier. Our Bosch unit was installed and purrs like a kitten. We also got some advice to get some roof repairs done, to correct some problems created by our former HVAC unit installation.
Kevin did the work himself, after the roofers performed repairs. We are very happy with our choice and want to highly recommend Keven to anyone who reads this review. I will hire him again in the future and I will tell all of my family and friends how happy I am.

I called Precision Air and Heating because my attic unit was clogged and leaking through my ceiling. They came, two days later. Besides telling me what needed to be fixed the service tech tired pushing service plans. Trying to up-sell me on something that I didn't want. I was very annoyed. I told him to fix/replace what was broken. That was yesterday. Today my A/C unit that was just serviced isn't working. It is currently 109 degrees outside and my house is 83 degrees, with the thermostat being set to 79! After calling back, telling them about this they told me they couldn't come out for another 2 days! I'm very disappointed. I've used this company in the past and was very happy.

I've waited to update this post once all the work had been completed, mainly the replacement of the drain pan.
Overall I've been satisfied with my experience although I do believe things could have gone smoother. You are correct when you say your service manager had to come out on the 13th to repair a subsequent issue, but you conveniently leave out that the subsequent issue was caused by the first tech leaving a valve open when he finished the day prior. Nothing was broken and it only took about 15 minutes for your Service Manager, Jon, to recharge the system and have it back up and running. It's disappointing that your reply seems to characterize the situation differently. I was actually very pleased at the service Jon provided. He stopped by on his way home at 8:00 at night, something that I feel incredible grateful for and shows Precision's dedication to customer service. So instead of making it sound like our old A/C unit had an additional problem I would have painted the picture of Precision quickly fixing a mistake that could have happened to anybody.
My two suggestions:
1. If a customer calls back the very next day after service because there unit is NOT working you should make it a high priority. They just purchased your company's services and nothing feels worse than dropping hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it.
2. Don't mischaracterize situations on yelp posts. Having to fully explain the situation makes me less satisfied than I was with original mistake. I don't enjoy taking to yelp when I'm not getting the customer service I feel is necessary because I realize a bad review does have a significant impact to your business and livelihood. It seems the better approach would have been to let it be and I would have updated my post to explain how the situation was remedied.
Again, I'm overall satisfied with the repair to my A/C and the eventual correction to a minor mistake. I'd also like to reiterate the outstanding customer service provided by Jon at such a late hour at night.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best. Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit. I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Friday morning, just about to finish my shower and I go to shut off the water and the handle comes off in my hand. The water is still on full blast and it's hot as hell. I've got no way to shut it down. The top of the stem is still in the handle. It twisted right off.
I quickly dried off, through on some clothes, and headed out to the garage and shut off the hot water at the tank. Hot is off but still have a little cold running. Time to call a plumber.
I ask Google for a plumber in the Sun City West area. I get a bunch. Call the first...they can't come today. Call the second...cant get there till Monday. Third was Canyon State...She told me they could have a plumber there in two hours. Great, I said. Send him over.
He came on time, fixed the problem (it wasn't easy) in an hour and he was gone.
The availability was great, he was very professional, (knew what he was doing), and the price was reasonable. I couldn't have asked for more. I've never used them before but they will be my first call next time.
