Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Paul was the technician that serviced our A/C for routine maintenance. He was prompt and I also received a courtesy phone call with ETA before he made his way over to our house which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very professional and explained the work he had completed and also the proposed preventative work he recommends we get done to ensure our unit lasts as long as possible before having to replace it. I recommend Northern Air Mechanical Services and will continue to use them for maintenance services and repairs if ever needed.

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

We thought there was something wrong with our AC, but they came out and checked it for quite a while actually. Our AC units were fine and they didn't charge us a thing. And this was during the high heat of the summer!

After having Hobaica install a new HVAC unit a few years ago, I have had them service the unit twice a year.  In every instance, the serviceman has been prompt, courteous, friendly, and efficient.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

As a new business owner I was in a panic when we had a power outage and when the power came on my heater kept turning on to 85° IN SPRING AZ.. when the weather is perfect = sauna in my gym .  

Confession, this was the 2nd company I called since the first one didnt answer and Inwas SOO happy that Ryan not only answered, but helped me  find my breaker box, sent pics to see which one was the AC/Heating unit to turn it off till they could come out and check things out.

The guys that came were nice, one was in training but already a smart cookie since he knew about the common wire? I have no idea what that means but the long story short, my AC units are on, they are not blowing hot air and now I have my nest system connected to my phone and  functional!

I told the guy I would pay his initial come out and check things fee because of our phone call and with the added hour was a bit much, but you cant skimp on quality! Hence the 5 stars: great customer service, right on time and my unit is working.

Couldnt ask for more!

Our A/C started blowing warm air last night.  We got online and put out the call for quotes and availability.  Danny of K&K got back to us within 5 minutes and put us on the books for first thing in the morning.  The techs were prompt and professional, told me what they were doing, and found that the capacitor was completely dead.  They were able to get us swapped and back up in short order.  They checked everything else including coolant and vent temperatures.  They adjusted some vents and cleaned my coils all for a reasonable price.  We will definitely keep them on speed dial for any future needs.

What an awesome experience!  Called me to tell me they were on their way.  Had a super nice service guy!  He explained everything to me and actually showed me pictures of the problems.  I was shocked at how reasonable they were and how professional.  I had 2 different friends recommend companies to me and after checking their reviews I picked Reliance.  So glad I did!!

I CANNOT say enough good things about this company!  Every part of my experience with them was top notch...from the initial call I made, I had a great feeling about choosing this company.  Customer service was amazing...answered my questions over the phone and on site, called back to confirm I would be home, etc.
The technician (Joe) was polite, professional, and took the time to sit down and explain to me what the issues were with my AC.  (And also gave me some great pointers about air filters!)
Repairs were made promptly after the issues were diagnosed and the technician had all the necessary parts on his truck.  
Prices seemed very reasonable, and I never once felt like I was trying to be 'upsold' on what was needed.  
A+++   Will recommend highly to all of my friends and family!

Okay so prior to today I would have given this company a full 5 stars. Outstanding service, professional, prompt, etc. I have been a customer for several years and recommended them to everyone in my area.

As of today I have to remove a star. They cannot seem to schedule an appointment correctly for air conditioning servicing.

Synopsis from the full story below: They moved my appointment without warning but agreed to correct the appointment to my original time and then never showed up. Appointment ended up being moved to another day.

I made my appointment for Monday 10am-Noon (they even confirmed the time in a voicemail message the prior Friday) but they elected to change the window to 8am with ZERO warning.

7:30am I received several phone calls from them to confirm my 8am appointment. I was not available to take those calls. I called them back at 8:30am (1.5 hours before my actual appointment) and was informed that I missed my 8am appointment.

They agreed to move my appointment to 10am-Noon slot (which it should have been all along).

No one came. Noon rolled around and I called back again only to be informed that I missed my appointment of the day (8am) and it would have to be rescheduled for tomorrow.

Seriously?

They could not seem to use their scheduling software correctly. Every single time I spoke to them on the phone they were adamant that my appointment was 8am.

I NEVER agreed to an 8am time slot. I have standing appointments on Mondays and would never be available at that time.

I wasted my entire morning waiting for someone that never showed up.

Why only 1 star removed? The service manager that I spoke with was apologetic and said he would work with the staff to ensure it does not happen again. He worked with me to find a resolution that works for me.

I appreciate how fast the service manager looked into the matter.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

A less than four year old condenser unit would not start up. Called Stay Cool and had an appointment window for 2-5 PM. At four pm i called to confirm and they said yes, but someone else was in front of me. 5:30 PM rolled around and no Stay Cool. No call, no nothing. Unreliable, unprofessional. Buyer beware.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

We had Quantum out to check our two AC units before we sold our house. The units needed to be inspected and serviced. Quantum was quick and professional. They took the time to explain the units' inner workings and the issues identified. I would recommend them.

They sent a seasoned plumber who said that he did not like the price that I would be charged to change an outside spigot. So he gave me a lower price. Was not sure if this is a line that he tells everyone. Not happy about the price. On the first try, the fitting leaked. The second try worked.

They sent a tech out on the 23rd of December. He was here for over 2 hours trying to clear a kitchen sink that was clogged. He did not appear experienced in the field, he also was on the phone with the office getting instructions on what to do. He tried to snake the line from the drain under the sink and complained on how the line was a one piece unit and not the standard section install. I asked if he could install the proper drain pee trap, and he said he does not keep parts on his truck ?? I told him a hardware store was about a mile down the road, he said they only use parts from their warehouse, hardware store plumbing pee traps are sub standard. He tried snaking it from the roof vent and still could not clear the drain. The only problem was the kitchen sink, the other drains in the home were not effected. After 2 hours he said they would need to come back on Monday, the office was closed until then for the Christmas holiday. I would need to allow them to camera the line, there was a major problem. He also had some little vacuum for water, he used it to drain my sink, but it kept blowing water out the exhaust on my kitchen walls before he emptied it. He changed me 150.00. The next morning I called another company to get a second opinion and hopefully get it draining. The next company came out, snaked the line from under the sink, it cleared and was draining in about 20 minutes.
Why would Precision send a non experienced plumber to clear a clogged kitchen sink drain, why would they not keep basic parts on the truck, why would they try to upsell a camera scope when the next plumber just cleared it with just snaking it? Not happy, ripped off, and certainly wouldn't let them touch my A/C unit!

Update my service was on 12/23 on Balmoral Ave in Mesa, you were able to delete my review on Google, did you delete my service record as well?

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Your audit tech, Ken Kucera was nothing short of perfect in professionalism, knowledge, service and just being a great guy. My husband, Jack, is a retired electrical engineer, residential & commercial contractor and a Jack of all trades and he loves to test the knowledge of people in the service industries he understands. Many people don't make the grade, but Ken was able to describe, in technical detail, what the audit process was, why it was being done, what the equipment did and what the data meant. He answered all of our questions and easily chatted in tech talk with Jack.

When the audit results were ready, Ken explained what he had found, what he suggested needed to be done and what additional things we may want to do in the future to make our home as efficient as possible. He did not push services or hard sell us, he simply offered information and willingness to be of service in any capacity Canyon State AC could provide.

We scheduled Canyon State to come out to fix the ducting in the attic. Kyle Hicks & Albert Espinoza arrived on time, with all the parts, materials and tools necessary to complete the job and did so in the estimated time. They left the work site clean and removed all the old ducting. Using your partner company to blow in insulation was as painless as working directly with Canyon State. APS sent out an inspector to make sure all the work was completed properly. We got their thumbs up.

A few months later (June 2015) we turned on our HVAC for the first time since Canyon State did an all points check up on our unit. We found that it was turning on and running but it was blowing out outside ambient temperature air. We called Canyon State and explained our issue. Because they had our warranty info on file, they noticed our warranty was due to expire in the following four days. Canyon sent out Gabe Maestas that day and he found a blown control board. He ordered it and it arrived in 2 days that same day Gabe was out to replace the board. While he was replacing it he found the start components also had blown, suggesting we had had a power surge between when they serviced it the first time and when we turned it on the in June. Gabe offered to install a surge protector, we said do it. Oh, and they didn't charge us for these last two service calls, just for the surge protector. What could have cost us nearly $1,000 ended up costing us $120. THANK YOU Canyon State!
