Referred by a friend, I called and Pedro answered very quickly.  Very polite, helpful  and quick. My unit was old and required special parts. When the unit was returned to working order but not quite how it was before due to the parts I ordered they gave me a full refund. I will definitely  be calling again when I am able to replace my entire Unit.

I recently had my AC unit downstairs stop cooling. I contacted another company and they came out and told me I had a refrigeration leak in the attic and that it would cost me almost $2,000 to fix it. Obviously I wasn't happy that I had to spend that kind of money so I asked for recommendations from contacts at work and was referred to Dalen. Dalen was professional, informative and thorough. He came over the next day and found that the problem was the txv valve. He found no leak.,,,he ordered the part and installed it for much less than $2,000!!!! Dalen's number is now programmed in my phone and will only be calling him for any heating/cooling issues. He knows his stuff!!! You won't be disappointed!!

AccuTemp Refrigeration was the third company I called for a repair quote for my A/C unit which quit working back in October.  I had been told previously that my current unit was undersized so I expressed interest in possibly getting a new unit instead of repairing the old one.  

The technician who came out was on time and after assessing the situation recommended that given the relatively young age of the my current unit and smaller duct size, that repairing the unit was probably the best way to go.  I really appreciate the honesty and not trying to sell me anything I didn't need.  On top of the professional service they also ended up with the most affordable.  I will definitely be using Accutemp next time I have an A/C issue.

Less to do with actual service and more to do with the type of people they hire. If you own this business you should let your employees know that even the way they drive around town represents you. I was just almost rear ended by one of your guys driving aggressively and then he had the nerve to pull up and drive next to me with the window down yelling obscenities at me and trying to intimidate me for the next half mile until I took the first exit because I was afraid of what this guy would do. If I had the time to memorize his license plate before I exited the highway I would be filing a police report right now against that guy. You should be ashamed of your employees if that is the image they put out into the community for your business. I could not care less about value, and if I need any air conditioning maintenance this summer I will be calling you just to let you know that I couldn't care less about the price of your business, your employees have already spoken volumes to how you view your customers/potential customers.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

We called got a call back right away. Had a technician Jeff come out the same day. Had our Air conditioner installed 2 days later. Very Quick respond. They did a very good job. Thanks for your service Garrett

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I had Kevin come over and he installed a very nice roof top trane unit for me. I got a few reasonable quotes from other companies and some very unreasonable but Kevin still beat them all. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he actually genuinely cares about his clients. Thank you for all your help though the process. It was a flawless install process and everything is working well. Other companies have had to come back and didn't have everything on the install day.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. After a rather chaotic beginning---I would like to compliment Precision Air and Plumbing on being professional, respectful and completing  our A/C installation !  They followed thru with Customer Service that went beyond the usual to accommodate us.

All this occurred despite, a rather testy communication on our part through out the above procedure and phone calls.  They stayed late and got us connected in well over 100 degrees to make sure we had protection for me (age 88) and numerous pets.  I wrote a letter outlining the procedure and stress ---with not expecting a reply and Low and Behold---I DID get a phone call from Manager Ray !!!  We had a very productive discussion, ending with the proper customer service you want to expect from your provider.

I would like to thank Ray, James (our tech who was here till late for us), the respectful Gentleman who initially addressed my calls (when I was not as respectful) and the Office staff who had to listen to me  and copying an entire AC manual that was missing for me!!!!  The 5 stars are for following thru thru-- maybe 4 for the problem

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
