Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States
Needed a new A/C unit installed because dog had been urinating on the previous outdoor system. Spoke with Jason who was able to get me a reasonable quote for a new unit installed. They were very patient and listened to my concerns as I had just been ripped off by a different competing place who had been out three times including charging us for coolant when it was spot on obvious there was corrosion and a leak (I do not recommend Simply The Best).
Jason provided the quote and the install was done within a few days which is excellent response time considering I was in a jam and summer is here. Installers were very professional and even had the job done under the quoted time frame and did preventative maintenance on the other existing unit. Recommended. Straight forward, friendly and professional and don't play games with you like some of the other guys. We need integrity living in Arizona with the heat and I can say based on my experience, Northern Air provides exactly that! Thanks again and will use in the future for all cooling and heating needs!

I have struggled for many years with many different service providers trying to figure out what is going on with my unit. The air was cool, but not cold and the unit would run almost 24/7 and the hot afternoons were never comfortable. Mind you I had many other providers out and I even had service agreements with those providers. Very sad to me to think of the $$$ spent and wasted. But now I found this co and things are looking up. My service technician was prompt professional and fully diagnosed the problem.
I am back living in cool comfort and the results are fantastic. I am glad I found this company, just wish I would have found them sooner!

I messaged Ryan at 9 pm because my AC wasn't working on my rental house and he came out the next morning at 7:30 on a holiday. He was not only efficient and transparent about my problem and the possible solutions, but he was also extremely friendly and kind. I will definitely be using his company if I have a problem again and referring him to anyone who has problems with their AC or heater!

Our 3.5 ton builder-grade Carrier unit crapped out. I called around and talked to several companies. The differences in quotes was staggering. To say that most of them overcharge would be an understatement. Many of them are putting in lower quality units as well.
Fast forward to Danny at K&K. He uses Trane, which is like the Toyota of heating and cooling, meaning, it lasts a really long time. He was direct, great at communicating, and did exactly what he said he would. We liked his work and pricing so much that we ended up replacing our 5 ton unit with him as well.

When our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a June night, we called a number of AC companies. Reliance was the first to respond. Azel did the initial inspection and, even though it was late in the day, he alerted Daniel to our emergency, and he was at our door within the hour. Daniel took measurements, answered all our questions, identified the ideal replacement unit, helped with financing, and left us with a portable AC unit so that we and our dogs could at least sleep comfortably until our new unit was installed.

I can fix most anything but I know nothing about residential AC. My unit wasn't working, hottest week and setting records in Phoenix, had no idea who to call or what to expect but was expecting the worst. Mike was the tech they sent. I was pleasantly surprised when he got to the house same day we called and was just a super nice and knowledgeable tech. I was fully expecting with the high demand this week to get hosed but they were fair and honest, .They didn't hit me with an Emergency or Same Day extra charge! I didn't feel like I was getting fllim-flammed by them either.

I'll actually have my unit serviced regularly now that I'm not terrified to as so many people I know (18-20 range) that have had their unit serviced said it quit 2-3 weeks later and had to buy a whole new unit. Mike deserves a pat on the back and maybe a bonus to go with that pat on the back!! When you need service, forget the rest and call the best!!

DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME! One of their installers stepped on an overhead fire sprinkler in the attic flooding our home. We had to move out for months to repair all of the damage. The company was reasonable with us following the accident but their insurance company REFUSES to pay. Their insurance carrier told me that I had to go through my insurance as they can't pay up front for claims of that size (over $50,000 worth of damage) and that they would then reimburse my insurance company. Well fast forward 1 year and my insurance company is having to file a lawsuit against theirs to get reimbursed. I'm out my $1,000 deductible and my rates have increased 50% and on top of it all I may need to testify in court. Decent company but they are essentially uninsured so if anything happens in your home, you are screwed!

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

A less than four year old condenser unit would not start up. Called Stay Cool and had an appointment window for 2-5 PM. At four pm i called to confirm and they said yes, but someone else was in front of me. 5:30 PM rolled around and no Stay Cool. No call, no nothing. Unreliable, unprofessional. Buyer beware.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

We had Quantum perform a checkup on our system and are extremely satisfied with the service received. They arrived exactly when they said they would and got it taken care of. We had been told in the past by several other companies that there was an issue that needed to be fixed and would be fairly expensive. Kevin checked it out and dispelled that. He identified a minor issue that may come up but nothing that needed immediate attention. The price for the checkup was very reasonable. We also like that they are a small, local company. We will definitely look to them in the future any work needed on our system. We highly recommend them. Thanks.

I have never interacted with an AC company that was so knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to address customer questions and concerns in order for consumer to make best purchase decisions. Luis was the tech, and I'm impressed with how much he cares that one doesn't purchase some product and then later regret it. I have had this challenge before when the timing, or the order of getting certain services such as Duct cleaning, re-sealing ducts, buying Air Scrubber, and or new HVAC, counter acted other purchase if not done in certain sequence.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Our heater went out so we called Canyon State. We got a quick fix but unit was 13 years old and needed more work done to function correctly. Michael came out next day to explain fixing or replacing. We opted to replace since unit was so old and not that efficient any longer. Two days later Manny and Steven came and installed the new unit. Very professional men and it was done in no time. BOY what a difference the new unit makes. Also want to state that lady that took the original call was very caring and listened to our problem then referred us to the proper person for a solution. All aspects of our transaction with Canyon State were 5 star
