Needed a new A/C unit installed because dog had been urinating on the previous outdoor system. Spoke with Jason who was able to get me a reasonable quote for a new unit installed. They were very patient and listened to my concerns as I had just been ripped off by a different competing place who had been out three times including charging us for coolant when it was spot on obvious there was corrosion and a leak (I do not recommend Simply The Best).

Jason provided the quote and the install was done within a few days which is excellent response time considering I was in a jam and summer is here. Installers were very professional and even had the job done under the quoted time frame and did preventative maintenance on the other existing unit. Recommended. Straight forward, friendly and professional and don't play games with you like some of the other guys. We need integrity living in Arizona with the heat and I can say based on my experience, Northern Air provides exactly that! Thanks again and will use in the future for all cooling and heating needs!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

I contacted Mike Hobaica. He came over personally, and for well over a hour he went through my attic and on my roof. Mike recommended to replace the unit instead of fixing the old one. He explained that it would be much more cost effective. He also explained the long term cost savings from a energy stand point. This was ten years ago! It was one of the best decisions we made on our house, and to do business with Hobaica's. I HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team at Hobaica Services!

We had our AC fail on the hottest day of the year so far.  Based on recommendations from neighbors, I contacted Comfort Experts.  

I spoke with Ryan, one of the owners, and within an hour or so, he was at the door to help us.  He was very professional certainly knew what to look for.  In a 45 minute period he had the AC unit back up and running.

The response was great, the work well done and all at a reasonable price.

EXTREMELY disappointed with this business. They started a job back in August and never returned to fix it. I've called over 6 times in the last several months, texted and left VM to no avail. Please go somewhere that finishes a job and returns your calls.

It's still going strong two years later (a 15 year old unit) and your honesty and great service are much appreciated.

so you write all this, but still your company didnt close off my gas pipes in closet, have photos if needed. thats terrible work ethic and i still stand on my first comment. and no i didnt just drop this case because two of the guys talked in circles to justify this mess.

Thank you, thank you! In this 109 degree day, we had a power surge and my AC stopped working. I called Day & Night and within the hour tech Conrad Dominguez was out here and on the roof. The compressor had shut off and he also did my cleaning (my bad didn't call before I turned on the air a few months ago) He was up there a couple of hours. I am soooooo Thankful to Conrad who was a total professional and explained to me what had happened and showed me pictures as well. Day and Night thank you to the office staff as well who always treat me with respect.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

Garrett with Stay Cool just showed up an hour early and fixed our heat pump that had been out since last Friday. You don't realize how amazing AC is until it goes out! I highly recommend Garrett and this business!

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

What an amazing company. We had an issue with our A/C not blowing very cold and had a George Brazil tech come out. He told us our unit had a leak and needed to be replaced. He then pushed hard to sell us a new unit and even got him manager on the phone to get us a deal. Very pushy. It felt like a car salesman pressuring us. I told them I wanted another opinion and they started pushing harder. Anyway, the next day I called Kevin. He came by the house and took about 30 minutes looking over our A/C. He told us that the coolant was low and suggested adding coolant (around $70) and seeing how long it would last before doing costly repairs or buying a new unit altogether. Talk about an opposite experience from the first company. We added coolant and it worked for another 12 months. At that point, we decided to add coolant again. This time it worked for only about 2 weeks. He came back out and checked it out. He refilled the coolant and adjusted the valve until there was no leak AT NO COST. He said that he felt like the valve was leaking and in an attempt to tighten it during the prior visit, it must have caused the leak to increase. After that visit, we haven't had any further issues. Kevin had amazing customer service and he was totally honest and open with us. I can't suggest him highly enough!

Amazing amazing amazing!  We had a huge back up and they responded fast!  They were so polite and efficient. Zac was great scheduling and Randy was fabulous. They were excellent using Covid precautions. Highly recommend them!

I've got to hand it to my service tech Rick R. and Precision Air & Heating for taking care of my home last night. Rick R. came to my house and was very nice right from the beginning. He took the time to diagnose, repair and talk to me what had to be replaced and repaired. He did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with him and this Precision. Top quality guys, products, prices and customer service all the way around. I am so happy that I also bought the 4 year maintenance agreement on my home too. Not only is this transferable, but I know that my HVAC system will be taken care of. This already has saved me money buying the agreement because it saved the trip charges for emergency calls and is also discounted price for any work they do. I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
