Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Sold our house, and the buyers inspection revealed a couple of issues we didn't know about. A/C drip pan in the attic rusty, and drain line possibly plugged.
Since I had such a good experience with this company a couple of years ago, gave them a call.
Efficiently scheduled appointment. Technician showed up on time. Thoroughly professional gent fixed the problems for the price I was originally quoted. I highly recommend this Company. Their standards and behavior have been exceptional!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

We thought there was something wrong with our AC, but they came out and checked it for quite a while actually. Our AC units were fine and they didn't charge us a thing. And this was during the high heat of the summer!

I called Hobaica Services because they were an authorized dealer for Lennox air conditioners.  I will give them props because their technician, Kris, was very timely, courteous and professional.  However, $360 to replace the condenser capacitor is outrageous!  Shade Tree Mechanical Contractors replaced the part for $150.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

I got home from work and noticed that my thermostat wasn't on and I did some troubleshooting.  Found that a fuse was out.  I called around and everyone was too busy to stop by.  Danny came over right away and replaced my fuses to get my house warm again.  He noticed that my fan wasn't working correctly and he was able to replace the parts the next day.  I was impressed with his quality of work and his willingness to go the extra mile.  

If you are stuck in the cold and need your furnace fixed right away Danny is the guy.

Reliance is by far the best in the business. They have been an absolute God-send with so many uncertain times for during the AZ summers. The best guys around....Daniel Grimm is a total blessing to our family. Too many stories of blessings to share. I promise you won't find better service or quality of work anywhere else. Grateful for Reliance!

They changed my ac 6-7 months ago. The price was good and installer did a good job. But the customer service is not as good. I got the filters after making some calls. The ac is making very loud noise also, they came and checked but couldn't fix it. I was promised $200 aps rebate but i haven't got it yet and haven't received call back from accutemp after several follow up call.

Friends. That's what Day & Night means to my family. A company full of excellent characters, from the administration through to the technicians who go out of their way for us *every visit*.  We have no hesitation calling these folks for our HVAC stuff - chances are high this will extend to the their plumbing techs based on the fantastic service received to date.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

Garrett with Stay Cool just showed up an hour early and fixed our heat pump that had been out since last Friday. You don't realize how amazing AC is until it goes out! I highly recommend Garrett and this business!

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

What an amazing company. We had an issue with our A/C not blowing very cold and had a George Brazil tech come out. He told us our unit had a leak and needed to be replaced. He then pushed hard to sell us a new unit and even got him manager on the phone to get us a deal. Very pushy. It felt like a car salesman pressuring us. I told them I wanted another opinion and they started pushing harder. Anyway, the next day I called Kevin. He came by the house and took about 30 minutes looking over our A/C. He told us that the coolant was low and suggested adding coolant (around $70) and seeing how long it would last before doing costly repairs or buying a new unit altogether. Talk about an opposite experience from the first company. We added coolant and it worked for another 12 months. At that point, we decided to add coolant again. This time it worked for only about 2 weeks. He came back out and checked it out. He refilled the coolant and adjusted the valve until there was no leak AT NO COST. He said that he felt like the valve was leaking and in an attempt to tighten it during the prior visit, it must have caused the leak to increase. After that visit, we haven't had any further issues. Kevin had amazing customer service and he was totally honest and open with us. I can't suggest him highly enough!

Didn't use them only talked to them on yelp. Very nice, didn't string me along or ignore me. Told me upfront they didn't do what I needed and recommended me to another plumber

I've got to hand it to my service tech Rick R. and Precision Air & Heating for taking care of my home last night. Rick R. came to my house and was very nice right from the beginning. He took the time to diagnose, repair and talk to me what had to be replaced and repaired. He did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with him and this Precision. Top quality guys, products, prices and customer service all the way around. I am so happy that I also bought the 4 year maintenance agreement on my home too. Not only is this transferable, but I know that my HVAC system will be taken care of. This already has saved me money buying the agreement because it saved the trip charges for emergency calls and is also discounted price for any work they do. THANK YOU Rick and Precision for being an outstanding company and having quality people all the way around. You have a long lasting customer. I also am a licensed REALTOR® here in Arizona and already recommended your company to many clients and friends of mine as well.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Our house was 100 degrees inside because our air conditioning broke in the Phoenix summer. We have a home warranty company but because they couldn't get anyone to us right away they allowed us to call an out of network contractor. We chose Canyon State after the positive reviews. When I call I explained that we could pay up front costs and seek reimbursement from the warranty company later BUT the technician would need to speak with our warranty company to have the repairs authorized. They said ok
The technician arrived and it was suddenly a different story. The technician was there to collect his service fee but refused to talk to the warranty company. The technician left us with a non working air conditioning and a 100 degree house because they refused to get authorization from our warranty company.
So disappointed with Canyon State and clearly they don't care about ac repair at all...just collecting a service fee
I would not recommend Canyon State to my worst enemy. They come for their service fee but don't want to get authorization from the warranty company to do the actual repair.
