My a/c would turn on for 10seconds and then stop. The temp was rose 6 degrees in 4 hours. I called Semper Fi, a lady answered right away and gave my information to the on call tech and said he would call me back ASAP. Bill called me 15 minutes later and said he would be here (Queen Creek) in 45 minutes. He was here in exact 45 minutes and was quick. Probably 40 minutes total. He checked in the attic and my system (3yr old) and said it was the compressor and motor cap. He replaced it and just like that out a/c works! He stayed and cleaned up and made sure multiple times (broken up) that it was in fact working and at a good temperature.

Mind you this all happened on a Sunday afternoon at 1545hrs that I called. I am beyond happy with the service that I received.

Had to call them out again had a Ac issue let's just say Jacob and the team are the best my issue was weird to say the least so they sent a senior technician out and they figured it out from the first call to the end the best

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Our AC went out ~7 PM in the middle of the hot Phoenix Summer and it was getting hot real fast inside the house. Tony, the owner, came out in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. He diagnosed the problem within about 10 seconds of opening up the unit and had me running again in less than an hour. He is certainly a rare find as you could tell that he wasn't just trying to sell me a brand new unit- it was just an easy fix and much cheaper than a new unit. I appreciate his help and I will certainly be calling him again next time anyone I know has an AC issue.

My thermostat went out and the home warranty company sent AAA.  Wow!  Ben the service tech was informative, prompt and courteous.  I would recommend them to assist with any air con issues!  That you AAA!!!

I found Rex and his team on here and after considering three bids I went with them. Honest, on time and very responsive I will highly recommend Señor Mist if you're looking to install a residential or commercial system.

I chose Preferred Air for routine AC maintenance. Daniel did a very thorough job of cleaning and examining the whole HVAC system. He explained any potential issues that I could have in the near future, and he had some good suggestions on things that I can do to extend the life of my AC unit. Daniel even made some custom-sized air filters for me because my air intake is a strange size.

If you are looking for HVAC services that use the ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure approach, then Preferred Air is a great choice!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

On time, made a quality inspection, with appropriate adjustments. No problems with this company.

I am very satisfied with the service from Bell Air. Jeff arrived early and went to work for our yearly maintenance. He found several issues and had the unit back to peak performance in no time. Jeff was very friendly and explained recommended repairs and answered all my questions. Hopefully we are good for another year, if not I know who to call.

We had a problem with one of our AC units. We called and the same afternoon, Steves sent out someone to check out and fix our unit. It turned out it wasnt too complicated but he fixed it efficiently and at a very fair price. We will definitely call them back if we have any other issues.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Mike and his crew are great and resourceful. Prices are very fair and appropriate. The craftsmanship and attention to detail, we're exceptional. Ben is very responsive. My AC wasn't working and he fit me in with his other appointments. Within an hour he had the AC going.

We had our 23 year old unit replaced in March . From the sales to install was nothing but professional.  We had multiple estiments for the replacement and weren't comfortable with the what we were seeing from the other companies.
We had the energy audit and found out we were in good shape and they didn't try to sell us more service than we needed.  The installation was fast and well done and the installers were very knowledgeable and pleasent to have in our home.
After the install they sent out a crew to balance the ducts to get the same airflow in all the rooms as we have the old metal ducts. The system worked well but did not seem to get cool on the living room with this heat. Jaycox sent the balancing team back out at, at no cost, to rebalance the ducts. The system is working perfectly . They took care of all the paperwork for warranty and power company.

I would highly recommend them,and already have, to all my friends.

Jorge is hands down, the best. When my air conditioner had its last cold breath (I recently bought my house and the Lennox unit here was already 25 years old), I needed someone to replace it, but it's a huge purchase and decision so I wanted to make sure I did everything right.
I had spoken with another HVAC installer, but once I met Jorge I knew he was the one for me. He's honest, responsible, explains everything in detail and does not oversell.
Jorge's name is on the business, he's involved with every step and that's important to him, and it is to me too, as a customer. I know Jorge stands behind his work, and it's meticulous and professional.
He goes above and beyond, I'd say 100% go with Jorge. You won't be disappointed.

So these guys are running a commercial right now for free diagnosis. Call them on Friday evening, they came out on Monday morning.  

My house is only 2 1/2 years old so I didn't really think anything would be wrong with it but I was totally surprised when Jason educated me on things to keep my HVAC running smoothly, that I would've of never known.

It's great when you have someone that you can trust and I guarantee I will not go anywhere else.
