Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

With the crazy electrical storms the past few days my AC unit exploded, yes really.  I wasn't sure what to do so from a recommendation from my sister I filled out the web form for Accurate Air on their website ( it was late when the explosion happened ). Their office staff called me promptly when they opened  in the morning and were very nice and sent George out right away.  George came and surveyed the damage and gave me a few options on repairing or replacing the exploded compressor.  I opted for a new AC unit.  They got one from the warehouse and had it installed the new morning in the morning all in about 24 hours.  I had really good luck with them.

Again, a very honest and conscientious man. I highly, highly recommend Semper Fi. Additionally, they appreciate people who have been in the service!I have used Semper Fi for the last four years. The Tech just left, I will post up a few other reviews because the service and the workmanship have always been great. I have purchased THREE units from them and had service done 2 times. Well, this call was because I was unsure if the unit was working right. They came right out, spent over a hour making sure all the readings were correct and I even programmed the thermostat (Which made a huge difference).

Our AC went out ~7 PM in the middle of the hot Phoenix Summer and it was getting hot real fast inside the house. Tony, the owner, came out in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. He diagnosed the problem within about 10 seconds of opening up the unit and had me running again in less than an hour. He is certainly a rare find as you could tell that he wasn't just trying to sell me a brand new unit- it was just an easy fix and much cheaper than a new unit. I appreciate his help and I will certainly be calling him again next time anyone I know has an AC issue.

My thermostat went out and the home warranty company sent AAA.  Wow!  Ben the service tech was informative, prompt and courteous.  I would recommend them to assist with any air con issues!  That you AAA!!!

To everyone looking for an mister system, Senor Mist is the way to go. I had my system installed two years ago. Still loving it. I met with Rex the owner, he was on time, fair priced, and his crew did an amazing job. Over the last two years I have added some thing to the system, and again same great service. Also the maintenance has been performed just as good from Senor Mist.

Also Senor Mist installed my heaters. Great quality, service, and install.

I own North Star lighting. Rex has impressed all my customers. It is good to know i can refer Senor Mist.

They responded fast and came to my house on the same day I requested service on a Saturday. They didn't charge me a trip charge or extra for a Saturday call and they did an excellent job. They send you photos of their work and allow you to pay via an app. Great service.

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

I felt my TRANE combo heat pump with auxiliary natural gas furnace wasn't heating the home properly when in heat mode. Called Prescott air conditioning based on the high reviews here. Rich came out along with an assistant technician. Rich took a look at it and indicated that although it appeared to be working properly, it wasn't quite optimum. He said he can start throwing some parts at it, but that it being TRANE and that a lot of their parts are proprietary, that could get expensive. Rich also mentioned a TRANE specialist could come out and diagnose it with their specialty test equipment, but that could also get pricey. He explained that heat pumps don't work quite as well when it's cold out and that if it was his system, he would just run the furnace since it's on natural gas. I expected a charge for at least his time and trouble, but he said that since he didn't feel like he really did anything, that there was no charge and to just keep him in mind for future service and when I'm ready to have the A/C serviced to ready it for the summer. You can't put a pice on integrity and service like that. I would absolutely use them again and recommend Prescott air conditioning and heating to family and friends.

We priced the same machines from Trane with four contractors for apples to apples comparison.  Bell was the least expensive of the four, with the top two being quite close to one another  except Bell also included duct cleaning in their proposal.  We stepped up to pretty sophisticated machines and control devices with variable speed components everywhere we could so it wasn't an expensive exercise to buy two sets.  The work was done on time and as proposed and works exactly as expected.

We were having issues with our ac upstairs, so I sent an email inquiry about having someone come out and look at it. I got a response within 30 minutes or less and they were able to send someone out the following morning. My ac issue was resolved and now it's working really well. I would definitely recommend this place and I will most definitely use them again.

I need to start off by saying that I called Michael at Desert Chill Air Conditioning at 6:00 pm on a Monday early evening.  My A/C unit for upstairs all of a sudden was blowing out warm air and was over 90 degrees upstairs. I couldn't be more impressed with how honest and straight forward Michael was and getting my A/C Unit up and running within 5 minutes!  He found the run capacitor to be bad, which was the best news for me as the customer. He had a new run capacitor on his truck, installed it, and what do you know, ice cold air upstairs again!  Total Cost of $65.  In the past several years, I have been given the run a round with many different A/C guys and companies.  I am so happy to finally find Michael at Desert Chill Air!  His honesty and ethics will never be forgotten in my books.  If you are looking for the run a round and many different diagnosis with these companies, call someone else.  If what you need is a quick and honest job, call Michael at Desert Chill Air Conditioning.  I am so happy I did and still can't stop smiling!

Ben is very responsive. My AC wasn't working and he fit me in with his other appointments. Within an hour he had the AC going.

I called on a Friday afternoon and they came on Saturday so responsive and helpful.  Tech came and really just checked the charge.   He stated that he added some refrigerant, but barely any. But he charged me a pound without even weighing.   Good by Jaycox.

I contacted Jorge Flores to do a yearly tune up on my HVAC system. Jorge arrived on time and serviced the unit. While testing parts of the unit he found that one of the capacitors was failing, and was able to put in a new one on the spot. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received from Jorge Flores Air Conditioning and Heating. His pricing is very reasonable and his service is outstanding.

I was given a call by the service manager Vinny, who said he contacted two Carrier distributors with my model number, and confirmed that the capacitor they placed, the 55uF is the correct value. Based on his information, I called Carrier, who told me that the compressor they use is a brand called Copeland Scroll, and the run capacitor for the unit is written directly on the compressor itself, and is also available on Copeland Scroll's website. I went outside and looked at the compressor through the grates, and also took down the model number (ZP36K3E-PFV-130) to look up the run capacitor value online. I verified Vinny's number of 55uF as being correct. Therefore, I stand CORRECTED by Vinny the service manager. I have called the new company that serviced my unit recently and replaced the 55uF with a 50uF run capacitor, and they say they will come out today and try to see if they can get the 55uF to work, based on my input (which is very kind). However, this does not excuse the fact that this run capacitor only lasted for less than a year. Vinny pointed out the fact that they install 1000's of capacitors a year, and some of them fail; unfortunately, I am one of those unlucky/dissatisfied customers that had one of these run capacitors fail within one year of getting it at the cost of $320US to replace it. I upgraded my review rating to two stars based on Vinny's input, but I cannot say I am satisfied with a run capacitor that only lasts for less than a year, regardless of whatever reason it is.

My home was built in 1950 and after some water damage due to the old plumbing, I had to have my whole house re-piped and the drains/sewer replaced. It was a wild experience and I appreciate that Parker & Sons had the expertise to do the repairs. The guys were great! I learned so much! I am very happy with the work performed by Parker & Sons. After going through the process, I have some feedback:

I wish I had been advised to remove or cover any remaining items inside my home before the work was performed. I figured the drain line replacement would be a dirty job, but I didn't realize how severely dirty it would become. Perhaps this is naive, but these specific plumbing repairs were a new experience for me. Because I left items inside my home uncovered, I had to do a lot of cleaning after the drains were replaced. This could have been avoided if I had been educated / cautioned before the job was performed. (Also, if you are a home owner and have fur babies - I was paranoid about dogs & humans being exposed to Valley Fever spores so we really deep cleaned all the remaining dirt left on the floor, under appliances, and in crevices before moving back in to the home. Valley Fever spores can be killed using 10% bleach solution.)

Crews can do a better job of cleaning up after themselves around the perimeter of the home. Outside I discovered cigarette butts, orange peels, half-eaten produce discarded in the yard, and fragments of 1-inch PVC.  If this is what the owner sees when they arrive home, it leaves a lasting impression which undermines the hard work and expertise of skilled plumbers.

Offer a complementary post-repair video of the drain to demonstrate to customers how round, scale-free pipes appear in a video. A pre and post repair video will really show the customer what they paid for. (I'm a hydrogeologist and this is performed for clients when rehabilitating old wells. It really makes an impact.)

Overall, I am really happy with the repairs performed by Parker & Sons. I would recommend Parker & Sons to friends and family and would definitely use them again.
