Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

On time, did a thorough a/c checkup, made sure to remind me to change the filters regularly (had not been doing so).  Charged me a reasonable fee for service.

Semper Fi was referred to me by my neighbor, who had recently used them and raved about them.  I had an equally fantastic experience.  The people on the phone were very nice and knowledgeable.  They set up the appointment quickly and Daniel the technician showed up on time.  He did a great job!  He was very nice and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. He was not in a huge rush and he fixed the problem.  I am so relieved and grateful!  If I have any more problems, I will be calling them again and requesting Daniel.  I would strongly recommend this company.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Called to schedule an annual check up and got an answer right away. Turns out it was the owner who answered and immediately got me on the schedule for a 2 day turn around. Tony was professional and informative about the check up.. will definitely be using him for future needs!

My thermostat went out and the home warranty company sent AAA.  Wow!  Ben the service tech was informative, prompt and courteous.  I would recommend them to assist with any air con issues!  That you AAA!!!

Quoted me $625 for labor only to replace an in warranty single speed condenser fan motor  avoid like the plague.

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

Rich came to do a diagnostic on the ac at a home I had just purchased. Once he identified the problem he went through the options I had to correcting the issue. Rich was honest and helpful. We ended up replacing the whole unit and Rich gave us a great deal on the condenser. The unit works great and the house is nice and cool, which is great considering the heat lately. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest technician that won't try to sell you something you don't need and will provide great service.

So this will be part 1 of my review. This is just the quote process, which to me, is the most important.
Josh, the quoting tech, arrived when he said he would. Excellent. We chatted about what my strategy with the new unit would be. I told him that warranty and the company that installs the unit will guide our decision.
He went up and looked at our current unit, which, by the way runs perfectly, however, it's 15 years old.
I told Josh that I want to look at a more efficient unit now, rather than wait until the summer, when I would be captive for what's in stock and at peak season pricing. He gathered quotes for the two
Models I told him I'm interested I. And the. Called his boss for any discounts, above and beyond what he already gave me.
So, my wife and I will review our quotes and see if we go with a new heat pump or go with mini-splits. Stay tuned for part 2 if we decide to go with Bell and the heat pump.

I have used Steve's for years, and I've always been happy with their customer service and response time. When my AC went out while I was out of town, I called them. They were there and had it fixed the next day within the time frame they promised they'd be there to check it out! The AC was cooling the house when I got home. This was in the middle of summer, so I really thought I'd be moving to a motel for the weekend. Nope! Steve's saved the day. I will always use them and recommend their services.

My daughter's AC started leaking and for 2 days, I was trying to find someone who is honest and knowledgeable. Finally, a family member told us about Michael, and we are so glad we called him. He was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. We can't thank him enough, and he is our guy from now on.

When my AC stopped working I contacted Jorge Flores to evaluate the problem of my 20 year old system. Fearing the worst, I knew it wasn't going to be pretty. Jorge was very honest and thorough and after going over my options I decided to get a new unit. We couldn't be happier with our decision. We got an excellent new Train unit and couldn't be happier. We purchased an air conditioning unit in May. the install went well and the employees were extremely friendly. there were a few minor hiccups with the unit but they came out quickly to fix them. we are very satisified with both the unit and the staff..

A/C went out around 4:30pm. Called around and they were the first that could get a tech out to us same day. Tech called and said he would be at the house around 5:15pm. He shows up on the dot. Friendly. Takes a look at the thermostat, goes up on the roof, and eventually comes back down. Says that our thermostat wiring was bad but he was able to do some kind of work around to get the unit back up and running. Thank goodness as this all happened in AUGUST.

Anyways, he goes on to recommend that we replace our super old thermostat. He shows us some model for sale or says we can buy our own and he can install for us. Wife and I do some research and decide to buy our own. We do so and call up Parker and Sons the next day. They have the same tech, Imbert, back over in no time. He's again punctual, friendly, and completely professional. Had the new smart thermostat up and running in about an hour.

VERY IMPRESSED with this company and their tech Imbert. We'll definitely be calling Parker & Sons the next time we have an issue with our A/C, electric, or plumbing. We are even planning on using them for a bi-annual inspection of our A/C unit.
