Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

We have had our HVAC systems serviced and repaired by the Accurate Air team for several years now. (We had used others before that, and have been much happier with Accurate on both pricing and apparent quality.) The technical staff explain things well, and offer clear information about what's recommended and what's necessary. I understand they are not compensated on commission, which helps explain why--relative to some other companies--it's never felt like we're being pushed to do anything unnecessary. I appreciate the friend who referred us to Accurate, and have referred other friends to them too.

I called this company in the middle of summer last year and they so took care of us. The service guy showed up before the scheduled time and was very friendly and nice. It didn't take him long to find the problem and give us a price. The A/C was blowing cold again in no time. These guys were very professional and i would recommend them to any one needing A/C Work. Since I was so happy with the first repair I called them again this year because my A/C is getting old and wanted to get a quote for a new system. They came out to my house and completely measured my home and gave me a complete analysis of what i needed and i was totally amazed at the detail of his estimate. He didn't just give me a quote, he showed me the energy efficiency benefit of using different units and even went in to detail about what my savings would be if i changed my windows and stuccoed my house. I'm so happy with this company and sure you will be too.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

I can't say enough about this company and the professionalism shown to me.  My a/c went out on the east side of the house and I have company coming next week and I was sure it was a goner.  To my relief these guys fixed the problem and I HAVE AIR ON THE EAST SIDE.  YEA.  

No kidding, I highly recommend this company and I intend to have them out if I ever need any air conditioning work done.  Tony was so professional and courteous and respectful.

I've used this company for my home, our business and have passed along their number to my in-laws and a few other people. They are always out quickly and honest about what you need and don't need. If you don't want the hassle of shopping around or getting 2nd opinions, skip it and just use these guys!! :)

I cannot recommend Preferred Air highly enough.

My husband, newborn and I just moved into a new house and thought (perhaps foolishly) that we wanted to raise the ductwork in the kitchen, living room and hallway before we settled in. I looked on Yelp and Google and had a couple of companies come in to do an estimate. Daniel (from Preferred Air) was kind, personable and upbeat. And had a great price. Personably, he was my first choice immediately.

Although he recommended that we remove all our old insulation, we thought that was cost-prohibitive and so declined. Because of the mess it would make to do the demo first (even thought that would have been the easiest for them), Daniel told us they would put all the new ducts in before we ripped out the ceiling and then come back and take all the old duct work when we were done with the demolition (that was originally supposed to be done the same day per the quote) so that the home would be cleaner for our baby. They crawled through feet of insulation in an Arizona summer to complete the work. THEN when we started the demolition we realized that he was right and we really needed to remove the insulation (let's remember this is not a review of our competency as DIYers ;) we called them back. He was responsive and made a few calls to change up his schedule so they could come in just two days later and get it all taken out for us. They were here at 6:30am and worked a full day to complete it. Kind, thoughtful and hard working with a very messy job. I've told Daniel I would buy a vertical plot in San Francisco from him at this point; he was so very right about what we needed done.

We are thrilled with the thought they put into our new ductwork - they laid it out much better than the old, put in an extra return and thought about the positioning of the vents carefully,  which was hard because our furniture was not yet positioned so they were constantly asking about the usage of each room.

Honestly, the only negative we had was that some of the sheetrock near a return air vent got broken and needs to be repaired. But the house is old and the sheetrock is not attached frequently enough to the rafters, so that might have been entirely an issue with our house that would be hard to avoid when cutting a hole in bad sheetrock. I couldn't tell you for sure.

However, back to what we love about them. Additionally, they gave me a recommendation for a sheetrocker whom we love and he, in turn, recommended an amazing electrician. To us the community of craftsmen around them speaks highly of their work.

Highly, highly recommend this company. If I ever have another job up their alley, I would hire them again in an instant.

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

Harley, our technician was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He cleaned, checked and adjusted our A/C unit. He assured us we'd be comfortably cool  and energy efficient this summer. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend.

We had been using another AC company that was our builders choice....so happy to have ditched them and be back with Bell AC!!! They always provided excellent service in our previous home and recently provided excellent service in our current home. Their response time is great and they really work with the customer on a day and time appointment that works for them. The customer service is great from the initial phone call to the follow up of the appointment!

Very unsatisfied with the information verbally told to me and what was documented on the receipt.

I've had Steve out , each time , about a week apart. Payments in the hundreds of dollars.

And now paying in the thousands for additional work overlooked at.

I need to start off by saying that I called Michael at Desert Chill Air Conditioning at 6:00 pm on a Monday early evening.  My A/C unit for upstairs all of a sudden was blowing out warm air and was over 90 degrees upstairs. I couldn't be more impressed with how honest and straight forward Michael was and getting my A/C Unit up and running within 5 minutes!  He found the run capacitor to be bad, which was the best news for me as the customer. He had a new run capacitor on his truck, installed it, and what do you know, ice cold air upstairs again!  Total Cost of $65.  In the past several years, I have been given the run a round with many different A/C guys and companies.  I am so happy to finally find Michael at Desert Chill Air!  His honesty and ethics will never be forgotten in my books.  If you are looking for the run a round and many different diagnosis with these companies, call someone else.  If what you need is a quick and honest job, call Michael at Desert Chill Air Conditioning.  I am so happy I did and still can't stop smiling!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents -

Our AC unit went out and we had another well-known company in the area come out to give us an estimate on fixing what was wrong, which happened to be the compressor. They gave us an astronomical price, so we called Jaycox, whom we had service our unit in the past. We were thankful that Patrick was able to help us over the phone and quoted us a much more reasonable price (less than half of what the other company had quoted us). Shane, the technician who came out to replace our compressor and complete the job, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very thankful Jaycox was able to help us and not charge us an arm and a leg for the same exact part and labor/installation. We highly recommend them to anyone needing AC/Heating services.

Jorge is back! One of the Valley's favorite HVAC technicians has returned.  For decades he has helped customers with his expertise, at minimum expense.  Jorge's honesty and kindness is unmatched.  When my AC stops working, he finds simple solutions, like replacing a burned out fuse, or a run/fan capacitor.  Jorge is a gem. I feel so fortunate to have his help.

An amended review...  We purchased a new heat two weeks ago and we had to have a portion of the new heater repaired.  It was covered under warranty, but this should not have happened.

This is the 2nd time I have used Parker and am very happy with their service and follow up.... I have had to call them several times with AC issues and have been able to secure an appt the following day (even on a Sunday evening for an appt on Monday AM).... Excellent service in all ways.. would not hesitate to use them again.  Tom P
