I recommend using Andre's Air Conditioning and Heating for all your AC needs.  I have dealt with companies that give me a window and then can't make it in that window because it is after 5pm.  Andre told me he was personally coming, he came in the window promised, and stayed well after 5pm to get my unit up and running.  He also was very thorough and explained everything to me in terms I could understand  and was very honest.  His work is very detailed and extremely affordable.  You cannot go wrong with this company.

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

If I could give this company 10 stars I  would!! My home warranty company sent out Carlos, owner of ADEX heating and cooling. I had no heating in the middle of this cold wave. He rearranged  his schedule so he could fit me in a day earlier.  He came to my home in the evening after he had been all the way in Mesa, I'm in north Phoenix. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He got my heat on quickly. The specifications sticker on my unit was faded so he called the manufacturer the next day to get more information if needed. He was thorough and didn't try to upsell me on other services. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling repair. Bonus points: he answers his phone when you call!!

Super Easy to work with. Quality painters. My house is beautiful again!  I had them paint the exterior of my home. It was built in 1996 and had never been painted, so there were many stucco cracks and my patio celing was peeling and cracking something fierce. They were fast efficient and truly did some quality work. I totally fell in love with my home again.

Middle of July the AC broke on our rental home.  The tenent reported it at 10pm, but most AC repair shops don't open till 8am.  They got us scheduled for the next day but when I called back to see if they could fit us in before night fall, because our tenent has a 10 month old infant, they said they would likely be able to.   I very much appreciated their willingness to try to respond more quickly!  That week was record breaking 120 degree heat wave so I know their techs were overworked, but they were still willing to jump hoops and work overtime for us.  That is the kind of attitude that wins customers over!  Thank you!

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

My experience with this company was above and beyond. Their pricing is great, and the products are excellent. I am happy we chose to work with A.C. Infantry out of all the companies we spoke with. Dacoda and his team are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they get the job done right the first time. Robert was great!!! We have tenants in our house and the Air Conditioning broke right in the middle of the 120 degree heatwave. Robert worked with our home warranty company and had the A/C fixed promptly. He was on the job within an hour. Great customer service and we will definitely be using him again.

Any one in Arizona that has an AC problem in August panics if their AC stops working.  At 10pm on Sunday night my AC stopped working.  I called Chas Roberts at 10pm, they were so polite and helpful.  They could not send anyone out that night but assured me someone would call in the AM.  At 5:36am someone called me, I called back, and they informed me someone would be at my home between 3pm-7pm, that day. Mario called at 3:05pm and stated he would be there in 20 minutes.  Mario arrived and was able to tell me in minutes what was wrong and had it fixed in a short time.  He kept me informed and explained everything he did.  I cannot tell you how great they were, I would use them again in a second.
