I had an AC system that was not blowing cool air. Andre was able to come out quickly to service the unit.  He showed up on time, thoroughly inspected the unit, located a leak, and quickly repaired it.  Prompt, professional, friendly service. You can't beat that.

We had a handyman out to our home to hang some patio lights. In the process, something happened where we could not get any electricity. I called Hope, and they came out the very same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem easily. They worked very neatly and efficiently. I will be using Hope from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My freezer in my fridge recently stopped working so I needed a quick fix. Hews Repair showed up the same day to take a look. Unfortunately, my fridge was beyond saving but he told me what the issue was and didn't even charge me for the service call. These are stand up guys and I will definitely call them next time for my appliance repair needs.

Carlos responded immediately. He responded to my request on Sunday & was at my house on Tuesday morning!! He told me what was going on with my air conditioner unit & is coming back next week to help me on another issue that I had. He was great as far as communication goes & I feel safe having Carlos on my side!!!

Awesome service today from Bruce with McLaughlin Air!  He is our go to A/C repair guy . Fast response time, very courteous, thorough, honest and helpful!  Give him a call first!  Highly would recommend him here in Maricopa.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Our microwave drawer stopped working last week and I finally got around to addressing it.  I went on Yelp to get some recommendations and emailed 4 companies with our issues.  Honest Appliance was the first to respond and offered an afternoon appointment the same day.  The gal that set up the appointment was very friendly and thorough on what their charges are.  Jeremy was the technician that came out yesterday.  He was very thorough in his explanation of the issue, he did a great job and the charge was very fare.  We have had an ongoing issue with our refrigerator, and he took the time to call someone he knew that specialized in Electrolux issues and offered feedback..above and beyond the scope of the job he was paid to do.  I like that they are a small family owned business and would recommend them.

I called Convenient Home Services to have a tune up on my AC units last summer. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful, and that is probably the only reason why I would give this company even two stars.

The HVAC techs came out promptly at the time that were scheduled, but when I explained to them what was going on, they immediately said that it was likely I needed to replace the units. This is before they had even looked at the units! The lead tech then proceeded to be very pushy and  continually suggested to me how it wasn't even worth replacing and they should just install new units. Keep in mind the house is only about 10 years old, not brand new units by any measure, but not on their last legs either.

The units were low on freon, and I told the tech to put three pounds in each unit. After agreeing to this and receiving the final invoice, the tech put four pounds in each unit, stating, Three pounds would not have done anything. This led to an additional $290 I was invoiced for that I had not authorized.

Overall, I would suggest for you to spend your money elsewhere.

If it wasn't for these guys me and my family would've been living in a hotel for a week! Thank you so much for the fast response and reasonable price!

We have called Mark on multiple occasions now. He has diagnosed the problems within a few minutes. He takes the time to show you the problem and explain every way of how to fix it. Prices are very very fair. Highly recommend for all A/C or heating needs.

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

My experience with this company was above and beyond. Their pricing is great, and the products are excellent. I am happy we chose to work with A.C. Infantry out of all the companies we spoke with. Dacoda and his team are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they get the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend this business because of their prompt communication and honest diagnosis and recommendations. Also, because this company is local, I don't have to schedule too far out in advance when something needs repairs or maintenance.

This company saved the day! My a/c was not blowing cold air and this happened mid day, I messaged a few businesses on yelp and Andrew was the first one to get back to me. They were able to come out later that night and check out what was going. They do charge a service fee but it does get applied to the overall bill which is nice as well. They were able to fix the problem with a recharge of my system and we now have cold air. I will definitely be using this company for any problems I have in the future with my HVAC. I highly recommend!

Dec. 2014 i purchased a brand new 4 ton 13 seer a/c unit (Lennox) but the unit did not provide the appropriate heat. i contacted pro solutions air don (owner) & he was very understanding & very considerate regarding my problem. he came out & gave me a couple of options...i chose an option & component got installed...my problem got resolved.

Since Dec. 2014 ive had several problems with my unit (i.e. no heat, blown fuse, and most recently again no heat). don (owner) has always been there to take my calls & always willing to educate me about my unit. im not, & cannot personally blame pro solutions air for the problems associated with my unit because i know they did not build it. but im very happy with pro air solutions service, & would highly recommend them to anyone. however, im very disappointed on how this new unit has performed thus far.

Dec. 13, 2015 sunday morning it was very, very cold & my new lennox unit again was not generating any heat. so i contacted pro soluations air again & don was there to take my call as usual. i explained to him my problem & he assured me that they will come out tomorrow morning to resolve the problem a.s.a.p.  the next day don stop by as promised & found/fixed the problem so now i have heat again. this time i made a specific request to don to get my unit replaced if possible...he assure me that if i experience another problem he'll make a strong argument/effort on his behalf to have my unit replaced.

pro solutions air has always been there whenever i had a problem & has always assured me that they would always be there for his customers.

I wouldn't recommend Meadow air or Rob R.  They don't provide a high-level of service, nor are they professional.

I wish I could give a zero.  Worst service ever.  I called around six because my air wasn't working and It was over 100 degrees.  guy came out at 7:30 and said sorry my ladder isn't tall enough but someone else will come out.  9:00 I called and I was told I was next in line.  11:00 I called and my call was returned around 11:15 and I was told the tech was running behind but if I still needed service it would be two hours.  since it is hot I said yes tonight will be fine.  it is now 3:30am and nothing.  I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.  based on the reviews I am not alone.  good luck staying in business with this business model.  good luck.
