Honest Air is great! Easy to schedule, got an email confirmation almost instantly and a very reasonable quote. We had our dryer vent cleaned out, it was quite the job since it hadn't been done in awhile.  Lance was able to come out early, he was very professional about explaining the process and cleaned everything up when he was done.  Very happy with the service!

Andre was the third (out of four) companies I had come out and inspect my broken AC. He came out on a Sunday and seemed to go above and beyond the others in terms of explaining the problem, providing possible solutions and ultimately his reasonable price. He and his crew did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him for all AC services.

The last month has been let down after let from different contractors and Refridgeration guys promising to be here and complete the work, so I wasn't really expecting anything different from these guys. I WAS WRONG!!!!
I called them late yesterday afternoon and was told they would meet me at my shop between 7am and 7:30 am depending on traffic ( I was thinking here we go again another no show).
How wrong was I ??? The guys showed up on time, completed the work on my refrigerated display unit, cleaned up and the price was very fair.
You maybe thinking to yourself well there just doing their job
Believe me its hard to find people who show up on time, get the job done and they don't rip you off. I will definitely be call Hope Refridgeration again for all my electrical and Refridgeration needs.

Great price, and great service. I got a lot of quotes, and they were about half the price and were quick and efficient for my Washer repair. I had multiple that were $300+ and they knocked it out for $160. Accurate quote before they even came out, and a warranty. 10/10 would recommend again.

Carlos is very professional and thorough. The level of his air conditioning service is far superior to any prior hvac professional i have seen (40 years and multiple homes with ac service done). He truly professionally cleans your condensing coils. Doesn't just rinse them with water.  Takes pieces apart and looks for problems before they break. All the usual charge level pressure test, etc also. No bogus upselling !  Also quoted install of a mini-split and his pricing is very reasonable. Will look to do that in the future.

We highly recommend Bruce. He was professional, reasonable and punctual. Our AC started  blowing hot at 530pm. We called McLaughlin Air and was told he can come out at 6am. I said ok because that was the soonest we could get this fix. Well 30 mins later Bruce called and said he's on his way. What a blessing if you ask me! It's 926 pm and he's still here fixing our AC unit. He went above and beyond. Bruce provides great customer service and will definitely refer him to our friends here in Maricopa.

Our furnace crap out on worst possible time, coolest day in January.
We call the Arizona Cooling company on 23th. Dave the owner come same day few hours later. Albrough, we have to wait for part almost a week
Jeremy come to instal it. He was on time, very polite. Pleasure to deal with him!  
We are very impress with Company, their customer service, punctuality and over all carness in response!.

We sign the contract for a year for coming inspection on our air Condition.
Definitely they are a keepers!!

Had my AC go out today in a rental. Spent half the day trying to work with my home warranty to find someone before they authorized me to find my own contractor. I decided to reach out to Mark because he had good reviews, though not many, but still better than most in the Casa Grande area.

I called him around 4:45pm on a Saturday, he was out and diagnosed the issue by 5:20, a bad condenser fan motor and bad capacitor. He was very patient as I worked with the warranty company for 15 minutes. I got the approvals and he started working. He finished around 7:20pm and everything was working great. Tenants were very happy.

Mark answered all my questions I had and was very thorough with everything. His customer service is top notch and I would not hesitate to use his services again. He was very honest and did not upsell me, in fact he was straightforward and gave the recommendation based on my personal circumstances and what would be best for me, even if it wasn't the most expensive option, so I appreciate that.

For the amount of work along with the parts I thought Mark was VERY reasonable. For an emergency after hours weekend call he didn't charge any extra fees or anything. No service charge, emergency charge, or administrative or anything. He just charged me for the capacitor and motor fan. He provided the price upfront and at the end that was what I paid. No bait and switch or any tactics.

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

Had a great experience with A.C. Infantry today! If you're looking to have an AC check up, Dacoda is your guy. Responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using AC Infantry for future maintenance calls and/or repairs. I know when my unit needs replacing in a few years, I won't look anywhere else! Highly recommend.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

This is the worst company ever. Unfortunately I recently moved to AZ and the homeowner has a home warranty which always designates that this company be used. They have made it clear that since there is a home warranty that A/C issues are not an emergency and will not be fixed in a timely manner.  When I first moved here in June it took 5 days for them to come to the house and fix the A/C unit. The tech at that time told me that the unit was old and should have been replaced. On 8/1 the A/C unit died again. The same tech was out the second time, this time he stated that there was a leak and that the Freon had all leaked out and it had burned out the control board.  At that time, it took them until 8/14 to order the needed part, but someone screwed up and the wrong part was ordered. It is now 8/31 and they were scheduled to replace the part but cancelled until 9/4.  They still do not consider this to be a necessary or important repair.  This has to be the most unethical and greed driven company I have ever had to deal with in my life.
I would steer people away from working with this company and find a company that actually cares about helping those in the community.  Their company logo states Never a problem, just a solution, this is a total joke and a bald faced lie.  Run away from this company!!

Terrible business.  I had an A/C go down and called this business to have them fix the problem.  When they were here, they fixed the system without informing us of what the problem was in order for me to decide how to go about this.  They repaired a thermostat wire, but did a bad job with the repair.  A week later, the same problem came back.  They were trying to upsell us a new unit, because of the wire.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they never responded.  Just shows they are willing to rip you off and take no accountability foe their service..  Stay away from this business!

Giving credit where credit is due... these guys work hot and conditions that can be dangerous, even deadly!
Although I had to wait for the appointment (my issue was not an extreme emergency), it was worth it! The customer service/thoroughness that I experienced from Blas and Freddy was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Big thanks to their supervisor as well, supporting them through a more complicated job.

Way to go and hats off to Blas, Freddy and the Chas Roberts family.
