Very pleased with the service of this company.  Our 3rd time having them out for our A/C units (maintenance and duct cleaning services).  Eric took care of our scheduling and Gio came out and performed the service - great customer service from both!  It's refreshing to feel confident and comfortable that you are getting the best service and advice from a company....thank you both!  We'll see you in the spring for preventative maintenance of our units.

It all started moving from CA to AZ. We purchased our first home and signed up for home warranty to make sure if anything happened, I would be covered for AC repairs. Every summer for 5 years I dealt with a bunch of scam artist AC companies filling my ac leak with Freon and calling it a fix. After each visit I paid $80x11 visits over the course of 5 years costing $880 plus my monthly on my home warranty of $65. Andre uncovered my AC system and ducts were out of code and full of holes. He explained all the problems to me and all the work necessary to have my system fixed correctly which previous AC companies neglected to address.(back story)

After numerous escalations to our home warranty company, Andre's Air-conditioning came to the rescue. He's dedicated, skilled, meticulous, honest and takes pride in his work. I recommend if you are suffering from the same AC repair negligence call Andres's Air condition and he'll solve all your problems and do it right the first time...

Victor is the most professional and nicest contractor that we had the pleasure of working with!  He was able to come out within hours of calling him and his prices are super reasonable!  We called him for one project but quickly found out he does almost everything!  He installed new ac vents in our kitchen, new outlets on our patio and next to our back door, changed out all of our old outlets throughout our house, installed new fans, light fixtures, and the most dramatic, beautiful under cabinet led lighting in our kitchen! His customer service is superior!!!  He went above and beyond to help us with our house projects!  I highly recommend Victor for your home repair and projects!!

The two gentlemen that came out and looked at my washing machine  were very professional and polite.  They told me it could be one if two things  one of which I knew for sure I thought would of been a possibility and the second would be possible pump replacement  .  That was before they found out what it Was and finished the investigation.  I was honesst with them up front that if it ended up being the pump replacement I was not going to have them do the work as I knew it was going to be costly.  They still investigated what the issue was further and when they firgured it out it was the more expensive option wHich they already knew i wasNt going to have the work done.  They cleaned up after themselves they were even wearing masks wHich I don't t blame them going  into strangerS homes with the current pandeMic going on.   While I didn't have them repair it, I was still impressed with the two gentlemen.  I paid the very reasonable service charge  which I already knew what it was going to be upfront.  I did leave a tip for them just because I wAs impressed.  I would completely recommend them.  I am hoping that when I need their services in the future that they contract with my hOme warranty company.

Carlos is very professional and thorough. The level of his air conditioning service is far superior to any prior hvac professional i have seen (40 years and multiple homes with ac service done). He truly professionally cleans your condensing coils. Doesn't just rinse them with water.  Takes pieces apart and looks for problems before they break. All the usual charge level pressure test, etc also. No bogus upselling !  Also quoted install of a mini-split and his pricing is very reasonable. Will look to do that in the future.

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

This is my new go to for appliance repair! Everyone I dealt with was kind and I felt like they truly wanted to help resolve my problem quickly. My refrigerator was repaired the same day and for a reasonable price. Working with Honest Appliance was easy, quick and if I need a repairman again - this will be my first call!

They are finally coming out to see if the air is flowing properly after taking their advice and getting over $4500 work done after using them for our SRP energy study. Will update again then

I had a warranty issue which was more of a manufacturer issue....112 degrees and they definitely are getting tons of calls, no problem as Mark & Brett were on the issue in less than 12 hours. I can't say enough about these guys and their responsiveness. They are first class and treat your call as it's the most important request they have. You can't go wrong with Mark of Excellence!

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

Had a great experience with A.C. Infantry today! If you're looking to have an AC check up, Dacoda is your guy. Responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using AC Infantry for future maintenance calls and/or repairs. I know when my unit needs replacing in a few years, I won't look anywhere else! Highly recommend.

My AC broke in the middle of summer and it was miserable, called them and they were so quick to help me.. definitely gonna save their number in case this heat kills my AC again!! Thanks guys

Don & Tyra are great people. Our AC went out in our store, and Don was there within 30 minutes to diagnose and had his crew come out and repair it the same day. He is honest, and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend this company for all your AC needs. Last night, our home AC went down. Don went to the house and repaired it himself with an hour. It was only the capacitor that was bad....THANK GOD!! I appreciate this company and will ALWAYS use them from now on. Great customer service is hard to find, and this company is top notch!

Robert was at my house today to do the annual check up on my AC unit. He was the most honest and professional tech I have used since my unit was installed in 2014. I do not plan on using any other company from now on.  Robert with Meadow Air was fantastic. Thank you.

Ok, so I've gone through Chas Robert's more times than I'd like to truthfully admit. Mainly because they were the hired contractor on the build of our neighborhood.

I had recently been let down by them for a heater issue during the winter. But the problem began when I used the plumbing side recently for a warranty replacement on a tankless water heater.

I wish I could remember the name of the tech, but it doesn't matter because it's a direct representation of the service I've received before as well.

The job: use Rheem warranty replacement system to get a replacement tankless unit, and have the customer pay for labor... Easy

Tech arrives: begins to tell me how he's been working on these for nearly twenty years, and he can tel me right off the bat that the unit is undersized for my home and it'd be in my best interest to upgrade the size...... what? **Mind you...I've been troubleshooting this unit with Rheem, Chas Robert's techs, Plunbing Masters Techs on previous visits, and he is the FIRST to have this mind blowing revelation....right sir.... Tell me more!

**Side note: I'm an industrial technician and work on really big machines...and can easily say this replacement will take less than two hours, and about 5 total tools***

He then goes to give me a quote of $2,500 in labor to replace this. I openly told him what type of scam are you running where you're gonna charge me $2500 labor on a unit that cost $700 to buy?!?! There are literally three pipes, and a vent hood that needs to be loosened. Oh, and I'll need some of his thread tape for the pipes.

He then just kept telling me how I should just get a water softener system through them instead.

I told him other plumbing had quoted less than much less than $1000 for this and he said well you won't get the quality work from Chas Robert's..... lmao. THE WORK IS ALREADY DONE!!! You're literally loosening, then tightening three pipes!

Needless to say, I got a quote from yet another company, and yes, it was less than $1000 again. Thanks Chas Robert's!

10 out of 10 I would NOT recommend.
