Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in United States

Not bad if you are looking to just get a quick vacuuming of the ductwork for $120.  However, most often this does not get all of the dust and dirt since this company only uses canister type HEPA vacuums.  Overall, I would say I could have done the job myself with a shop vac fitted with a HEPA rated filter and an extension wand.  Also, the tech told me that my entire system (yes I confirmed, ENTIRE) had been cleaned... However this would not have been possible with the equipment being used and the particular configuration of some of my duct work, actual was about 85-90% cleaned.  I opted to instead spend a little more money and have Sears come back a few days later with a huge truck mounted vacuum that moves some 20,000 cubic feet of air per minute and uses compressed air with an air whip to mechanically knock down the remainder of the dust and dirt in the ducts. I have to say, Sears was able to remove much more dust than the shop vac method.  Also, he did not seal and sanitize my system as was advertised.

I recommend using Andre's Air Conditioning and Heating for all your AC needs.  I have dealt with companies that give me a window and then can't make it in that window because it is after 5pm.  Andre told me he was personally coming, he came in the window promised, and stayed well after 5pm to get my unit up and running.  He also was very thorough and explained everything to me in terms I could understand  and was very honest.  His work is very detailed and extremely affordable.  You cannot go wrong with this company.

I called this company for a bathroom vent install.  I have no attic or crawl space so the job wasn't easy (plus my nephew had already removed the old unit so there was just a hole in the ceiling).  Two men from the company responded the same day I called, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves.  And the price was very reasonable.  I had previously received a quote for $1,100 and one for $1,200 and Hope Refrigeration did the job for $150.00.  

I can't find the words to tell you how pleased I was with their help.  As a single woman, I've had bad luck with contractors, but HOPE REFRIGERATION is truly a five star company and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone.

You arrived at my home pretty close to the time that he said he would be there. He took a look at the microwave, tested it and indicated that the magnetron had failed. When I told him it was under warranty with Samsung , he said he would not charge the service fee because he really didn't do anything. I will certainly call on Hew again if I need appliance repair. Thx.

Carlos answered my initial request in just a few minutes and was able to schedule the repair same day. His work was efficient and reasonably priced. He also explained everything to me as he was working so I could understand the problem and his solution for repair. Highly recommend

We highly recommend Bruce. He was professional, reasonable and punctual. Our AC started  blowing hot at 530pm. We called McLaughlin Air and was told he can come out at 6am. I said ok because that was the soonest we could get this fix. Well 30 mins later Bruce called and said he's on his way. What a blessing if you ask me! It's 926 pm and he's still here fixing our AC unit. He went above and beyond. Bruce provides great customer service and will definitely refer him to our friends here in Maricopa.

Our furnace crap out on worst possible time, coolest day in January.
We call the Arizona Cooling company on 23th. Dave the owner come same day few hours later. Albrough, we have to wait for part almost a week
Jeremy come to instal it. He was on time, very polite. Pleasure to deal with him!  
We are very impress with Company, their customer service, punctuality and over all carness in response!.

We sign the contract for a year for coming inspection on our air Condition.
Definitely they are a keepers!!

I called Convenient Home Services to have a tune up on my AC units last summer. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful, and that is probably the only reason why I would give this company even two stars.

The HVAC techs came out promptly at the time that were scheduled, but when I explained to them what was going on, they immediately said that it was likely I needed to replace the units. This is before they had even looked at the units! The lead tech then proceeded to be very pushy and  continually suggested to me how it wasn't even worth replacing and they should just install new units. Keep in mind the house is only about 10 years old, not brand new units by any measure, but not on their last legs either.

The units were low on freon, and I told the tech to put three pounds in each unit. After agreeing to this and receiving the final invoice, the tech put four pounds in each unit, stating, Three pounds would not have done anything. This led to an additional $290 I was invoiced for that I had not authorized.

Overall, I would suggest for you to spend your money elsewhere.

Had my AC go out today in a rental. Spent half the day trying to work with my home warranty to find someone before they authorized me to find my own contractor. I decided to reach out to Mark because he had good reviews, though not many, but still better than most in the Casa Grande area.

I called him around 4:45pm on a Saturday, he was out and diagnosed the issue by 5:20, a bad condenser fan motor and bad capacitor. He was very patient as I worked with the warranty company for 15 minutes. I got the approvals and he started working. He finished around 7:20pm and everything was working great. Tenants were very happy.

Mark answered all my questions I had and was very thorough with everything. His customer service is top notch and I would not hesitate to use his services again. He was very honest and did not upsell me, in fact he was straightforward and gave the recommendation based on my personal circumstances and what would be best for me, even if it wasn't the most expensive option, so I appreciate that.

For the amount of work along with the parts I thought Mark was VERY reasonable. For an emergency after hours weekend call he didn't charge any extra fees or anything. No service charge, emergency charge, or administrative or anything. He just charged me for the capacitor and motor fan. He provided the price upfront and at the end that was what I paid. No bait and switch or any tactics.

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

My experience with this company was above and beyond. Their pricing is great, and the products are excellent. I am happy we chose to work with A.C. Infantry out of all the companies we spoke with. Dacoda and his team are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they get the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend this business because of their prompt communication and honest diagnosis and recommendations. Also, because this company is local, I don't have to schedule too far out in advance when something needs repairs or maintenance.

They are very responsive and do great work. Hired them to fix my water heater, definitely will go back to them in the future!

Our 10+ years old A/C unit was making airplane loud noise and I had at least 3 different parties reviewed and all said it is time to replace. Got a quote from them and Pro Solutions Air was the most professional and gave us the best price.
The installation crew was also very professional and did a great job.
A week or two later we had a need for the heater and it didn't turn on... So we contacted them and came back the same day and adjusted (fixed) in a matter of 10 minutes.
Installation comes with 10-year maintenance sounds too good to be true and I will come back here to give an update next year.

UPDATE: It has been a few years since we installed. The A/C unit stopped working. I called Pro Solutions Air and they fixed it for free and reminded me that I should be calling them for Free 10-year maintenance for every year so this 10-year maintenance is a real deal and I'm still very happy with them and I highly recommend this company and will be using them for next A/C replacement for sure.

I had Meadow Air replace both the a/c units at my house this past weekend. I worked with Rob and he was so patient with me and always answered all of my questions. We were given a great price on the units; much better than others with less comparable equipment. The Techs who performed the installation (5 of them) were extremely professional and you'd never even know they did any work inside and outside the house. I will highly recommend your company to anyone I know in the market for new a/c units or service!

Worst company ever!!  They were the contractor that installed the a/c and heating in the tract of houses I live in so we have to use them to have any hope of warranty coverage.  The Goodman units they installed are garbage and have failed once a year, every year we've been here. Chas Roberts  NEVER keeps their appointments, usually diagnose the problem incorrectly and install parts that don't fix the problem, and by the time they finally figure out what is wrong, I've had to take time off work to meet them 2 or 3 times and somehow the particular thing wrong with MY unit is never covered.  They are ridiculously expensive.  And don't believe for a minute anything you tell the schedulers when you call the problem in will EVER get passed on to the guy who eventually shows up.  I've wasted a lot of time having to reschedule a second appointment because some critical piece of information, that would have made it possible to fix the unit first time, didn't get passed from the recptionist to the repair person despite my PLEADING and their promise that she would do so.
Lastly, the price this pack of thieves charge is outrageous. CHOOSE ANY COMPANY OTHER THAN CHAS ROBERTS!!!!!
