Desert King was on our shortlist of potential contractors and after talking to Dan at the Home Show, we scheduled him to come out for a quote to replace all of our windows (19 plus a sliding door.) Working with Dan and the overall sales process was so much better than the other big name company who gave us a quote. He was on time, friendly, and most important - efficient. He answered all our questions and pointed out a few things that we hadn't thought of. The windows came in faster than expected and James was awesome working with us to schedule a convenient install date - we had to reschedule the install fairly last minute, but James was completely understanding and got us re-booked with no hassle.

The installer, David, contacted us the day before & showed up exactly on time every day. They were friendly, respectful and total pros. They finished on time. The windows are fantastic - the noise reduction is amazing and they look great - not at all like some of the replacement jobs you see with massive flashing around the outside edge. Getting all new windows was a huge investment for us, and we are impressed with the quality of Desert King's product for the price.

Our only real complaint is that they broke a window outside and didn't do a good job cleaning it up; there was glass along our backyard walkway, on the driveway, and scattered over the public sidewalk. Most importantly, they didn't tell us it happened so we could keep an eye out. I called Dan about it & someone came out that afternoon to clean up, but even after that, there was still a lot of glass. Jason, the owner, called to apologize which I appreciated, but it wasn't a great way to end an otherwise excellent experience. That's the only thing that kept me from a five star review, but even with that, I would highly recommend them.

Did the whole deal remotely for a rental I have in Mesa.  His price beat the pants off the competition plus Mike's customer service was second to none.  Installation went super smooth and he even went back to take pictures of the windows for me since I couldn't be there in person.  Financed the windows 18 months same as cash.  I even had questions after the install and Mike was quick to answer.  Excellent experience,  highly recommend them!

I had a positive experience with Mark today. He fit me in last minute and outside of business hours. He replaced my window in under an hour. We used Yelp to select who would be installing our windows. K & J Windows had the most and best rated Yelp reviews for 2016 so we called them for a quote.  Tony came out and provided a review of windows and installation.  The frames of the old windows would be covered with new channel frames minimizing damage to the existing window openings and keeping the mess to a minimum.  That sounded great and we had all windows quoted (11 total) at a cost of $11,000+. We decided to begin with the six most critical reducing the cost to $6,000+.   We were advised to remove anything breakable and the crew would provide any other protection needed. A two man crew arrived late due to traffic and began to tear out a large bay window in the master bedroom. They laid down some tarps and proceeded to tear out the old window frame back to the drywall. Much more extensive demo than we were led to believe but John, the lead installer, made a comment that you never know what you are going to find until you tear into a window made sense and at this point we were committed to get the old window out and the new, Simonton, window in. Six windows took the entire day (actually four windows and two sliding doors).  The window box in the kitchen was a real mess.  At one point John was outside using a sawsall while his helper stood in the kitchen with a leaf blower blowing the dust and debris out the window.  Man, what a mess that made.  Finish work around the frames was left to last so it was very late when the finish work began.  The finish work reflected a 10+ hour work day. Given the hour and the mess, we did not do a thorough inspection until the following morning. Finish work is at best a 3 and dust was in every nook and cranny throughout the house.  We love the windows but the mess it left was very upsetting to my wife. She is a fastidious housekeeper and will not let anyone clean other than herself. It took her a good week to go through every dish, pot, pan, drawer, books and bookcases, picture frames and floor in every room of the house to get the mess cleaned up. When we called to authorize payment we expressed out dissatisfaction with not having been provided fair warning of the mess this undertaking would require and offer fair warning here to anyone who is considering window replacement. Simonton windows are very nice and we believe the investment was worth it but be prepared for some serious clean up once they are in.

We were in need of replacing our sunscreens so I contacted Imperial right through their website. It took about a day to hear back; however, the owner John called me up the next night because he was in my area and did a quote for me right on the spot after hours. I was super impressed by his customer service. We decided to move forward with the replacements because the price was right and I loved the custom frames that they have, they keep the screen from sitting right against the window which makes a difference on the temperature inside.
With it being summer it is their busy season and there was a few week lead time, but Bob was out at my home installing the screens in the exact time frame that they quoted and he showed up on time, no waiting during a large window of time for the repair man to arrive here. We are so happy with the results and I have to say that our screens look the best on the block. I highly recommend Imperial Windows to anyone who is looking to replace all their homes screens.

We hired DunRite to replace all our windows. From start to finish, communication was excellent. The salesman was not pushy..measuring and installing personal were friendly, kind and were a pleasure to have in our home. Kudos to Collin and  Matt for a great install and being so pleasant during the installation. I would highly recommend this company if you're in the market for new windows.

Very quick response to inquiries. Great, reasonable price for services rendered and friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Best experience I've had with home repairs, ever. If I ever need a similar service I will be using this company again. 10/10 would recommend.

Steve, the company owner, went out of his way to ensure the installation was perfect.  The initial install saw unforeseen circumstances.  However, Steve corrected the issue without hesitation.  I will make one thing clear, this was the best customer service experience I have ever witnessed.  Every residential renovation project will not be without flaw, but it is how these are addressed that separates the average contractor from the superior.  Dependable Glass is superior.  The appeal of his very competitive price and glowing reviews from other clients of his in Anthem was why I selected him originally.  What will keep me coming back for future jobs and keep me recommending him to others is the level of service I received.

What an experience.
- I originally took my removable window there myself as they quoted me a really good price just to have the glass replaced. They said they would call me once its done in a week or so.
- A week or so goes by, no contact. I had to phone them and they said that there technician 'misplaced' the window, they will call me back once they find it. A few days go by, I phone again and they have 'lost' my window. They said they will contact me to arrange a new window replacement.
- Another weeks goes by, I again had to contact them to see what the hold up is. They said they will have someone come out to measure the window frame and replace the whole thing, all I pay is labor.....fair enough i'm okay with that. Guy comes and measures window, he said they will call me with ETA of delivery dates/times.
- 4 weeks go past and they finally call, frame will be here Monday we will come and replace that day. Monday rolls around, no one shows up, no phone call, nothing. I call at 1500 and they say the window was damaged in delivery, 'we will call once we receive another new frame'.
- Another 4 weeks go by, nothing. I decided to go there myself and talk with them. Supposedly distributer didn't have any materials in stock to build the window so they couldn't give an estimated date when it was done. I suggested trying a different one as this has gone on for way longer than it needed to.
- The next day the called and scheduled it to be fitted. The came and fitted the frame, done quite a bit of damage to the wall but that was slightly expected. The next day a guy came out and filled in the damage with wall repair, which it cracked later when it dried so I had to fix it myself.

Overall view....this is the snippet version of what I went through, the customer service I received was very up and down. I had to do all the hassling and phoning them when it should be the other way around. How/why did they lose the window in the 1st place is beyond me. But, they sensed that and they helped by not charging for the frame.
But would I recommend using them on my experience? No.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone hands down not only did an amazing job, but also showed me why and how the repair was needed. Add that he beat others prices by A LOT. He was a gentleman and went above and beyond. He will be my window guy from here on out. Thanks Tyrone!!

The guys who put in my shower glass were amazing. They were super sweet to my dogs and went above and beyond when installing my shower wall. I wasn't fully prepared for the install and they offered to help in order to get the glass installed that day. It went super fast, I was so grateful.

Paul, and his team were awesome. Very responsive and clear communicators. They completed my job in no time. Even going the little extra mile by screwing my downpipes back up. Their roof inspection is trustworthy and I'll continue to use Paul and ECS on all future jobs.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

This was the easiest big purchase my husband and I have made in a long time. Everyone was friendly, informative and knowledgeable AND the product is outstanding! Our next door neighbor just had their doors replaced from another company and did not have even close to the same experience that we had in service or product quality. We went with the safe guard glass, zoe extreme glass visions 2500 series. Yes, it is top of the line, but worth every penny. It is an amazing product! Now I can enjoy the sunlight without the additional heat coming through the window. Thank you Krasiva for a GREAT experience. Just had my windows and sliding door replaced.  Great job, showed up on time, good value.  Nice looking product.  My house is quieter and the windows and door do not leak air and water like the old ones.  Mike our sales rep who also measured the windows knew the product well and all of the rules of working in our subdivision.  He made sure the necessary paper work was filed with the HOA. Cant say enough about our installation team headed by Matt and his co-workers Kenny and Devon.  Very nice guys, who knew what they were doing and extremely customer focused.  They went over and above to  make me a happy customer.  So far could not be happier with my new windows and the installation process

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
