Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ

On or about Monday February 5th, 2018 I inquired about getting an estimate on a window installation for my home through this Yelp app. I was very clear the area I wanted the window installed would require cutting through a brick wall, because there is no window at this spot currently. I received a reply from Greg who stated they could do the job, and we proceeded to schedule an estimate for Saturday February 10th, 2018. Greg asked me if 10am would be ok and I replied that I had another estimate scheduled for that day at 8:30 am, so I asked if someone could come by at 11am instead. Greg replied, Sure. I confirmed that would work well and I also asked him to please contact me with the name of the person who would be arriving at my home to perform the estimate. Greg replied by stating, Will do!. Saturday arrived and 11am came and went. Nobody ever showed up or has contacted me since. Their website says they pride themselves on customer service. If this company cannot even keep an appointment, I darn sure don't want them cutting holes in my brick wall to install a window! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this company! EVER! I only selected one star because there are no options for zero stars or negative stars!

33 windows replaced and installed in 3 Days ! Just had new windows replaced and I must say we are more the pleased. From the start Dan Gorden  480-800-9707 our sales rep came out was so thorough with his whole presentation . We had several quotes but decided to go with this company . So professional and the install went so smooth. Couldn't be happier. These should be your choice if you want value and quality .

My old screens were tight weave sun shade material. Compared to that, the mesh on the new screens are larger and very small insects get through; the screens are industry standard and this issue should not be unique to Windows4Less. However, I contacted my sales guy, Mike, who was great at getting back to me. Sadly, they do not offer screens with smaller mesh, but he offered to look into replacing them with aftermarket screens at an additional cost. Still great service months after my purchase and install!!

Five stars!!! They delivered a quality product at a fair priced. Tony the salesperson didn't try to up sell me on more than I needed. The install was quick and painless, and done ahead of what was originally quoted. Would recommend, would use them again.

Amazing team and a fantastic job done by everyone involved. This company is trust worthy, hard working and super cost efficient!! We will be reaching back out to them soon for a new front door. I've also already recommended them to my neighbors. :)

I recently used DunRite for a home I am completely renovating in Scottsdale, so I needed quite a few new windows and doors. Sal was incredibly easy to work with and super efficient. Very quick response time, and great customer service from the office team and also the team that did the install. DunRite was more reasonable than several other quotes I had received for the same product, and had a faster turn around time! Will absolutely be using them again in the future!

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! I'm super happy about my service with Apodaca's. They were able to get someone out quickly to measure and we got the estimate back like a day later too. Had 4 dual pane windows replaced. Everyone is very professional and friendly, I will keep going to Apodacas for my window repairs and replacements. Pricing was good and so was the speed of all the repairs and service.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I love Tyrone! In a world where prices are exorbitant and companies are ripping the customer off just because they can, in comes Tyrone. He just wants to feed his family, not pay off his entire mortgage. We had a lot of unusual glass situations. He did not hesitate on what to do. He does exactly what he says he is going to do. Do yourself a favor if you need glass and call Tyrone. His helper Ray was an exceptional person too!

Cheryl and Nick were great to work with! The team that came out to do the work was equally as friendly and did a great job.  Great pricing and responsive service. I'll definitely call on them again.

We've had these guys come out to help n us with a core c of problem areas with our gutters. They were very responsive and did a great job. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

EDIT: How very sad that this business decides to argue with people online instead of provide good customer service. Yes, I had a problem with my ceilings. Yes, I did start a new job. Those are not reasons why I did not go with your company, but they were reasons my door project was delayed. Which I told your representative the last time we spoke. I'm not sure how that somehow makes it ok to call me over and over every day for a week less than a month later, which I am now assuming was done spitefully. You guys must have a lot of time on your hands. I uploaded screenshots of every call to this post, although they seem to be out of order. But it's very visible that you harassed me, apparently because I postponed my project or because I may have used someone else. At no point did I ASK anyone to call me in this manner.

I walk into their office it wa informed that they can't give me a price on windows. In the middle of a show Room standing there 2 people working and they can't give me numbers because their sales guy needs to call me. This is unbelievable I guess they really don't want business. I will have to call Dave Ramsey and explain to him the level of customer service he's advertising Is not what hes portraying it to be. I made a special trip down here So I can speak to somebody in person. Shame on window world

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!
