Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ

I ordered 8 sets of custom iron doors from this company.  I paid them a large down payment on 4/20/22.  It's now 4/18/2023 and my project is nowhere near finished.  First off, none of the departments communicate especially on large custom projects.  I had to reach out to them for updates.  Two of my doors had to be reset.  The paint on one of the iron doors came off with tape, and I can see light at the base of one of my entry doors.  This will all have to be fixed.  They stared installation on 1/23/2023.  And my house has been torn apart since.  No one is returning my calls, and they don't seem to be in any hurry to finish this job.  I wanted to give them the opportunity for referrals, but I just cannot put my neighbor through what I have experienced.  Now it's just a waiting game....  Save yourself the heart ache and go elsewhere

Desert King helped me design and install a custom ThermaTru front door for my house and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

The sales staff and installers are very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond and installed a smart lock and did a wonderful job with the molding I requested.

Everyone I spoke with is highly attentive and committed to the best customer service, which is often difficult to find in this industry, especially for smaller jobs such as mine.

My old screens were tight weave sun shade material. Compared to that, the mesh on the new screens are larger and very small insects get through; the screens are industry standard and this issue should not be unique to Windows4Less. However, I contacted my sales guy, Mike, who was great at getting back to me. Sadly, they do not offer screens with smaller mesh, but he offered to look into replacing them with aftermarket screens at an additional cost. Still great service months after my purchase and install!!

I have worked with Mark Garcia and his team for a couple of years now, and every experience has been positive. Mark is a very nice guy, and has provided me with really quality windows for an affordable price. I've even needed him on the fly when our dog has broken several panels. Mark has been super quick to respond and replace them - sometimes within hours. His communicative and his team really does a professional job. We got a second set of windows along with a new kitchen remodel, and our new windows are really the pièce de résistance of our project. Anytime I need new windows or glass replacement I wouldn't hesitate to contact Garcia Windows.

I had a 3 start but feel more a 3+, so I gave them 4 as they are really nice people and do have good customer service. I feel guilty for having to give them this review. But it is what it is. I called Imperial Windows for a 2nd estimate as my first was a bit high. Ken came out Friday afternoon. Almost felt he was in a bit of a hurry for the weekend as I asked if he could give me a quote on new front door and side panel as well so can see what I am looking at, but the windows needed to be done first as I wanted to see if the windows solved the issue with heat in my house or not as I feel heat come thru my front door and side panel. He said he can do that another time, lets get the windows done first. I had received a larger estimate from another company (one for all windows and one for front door & side panel) but they had priced me out with triple pane windows. Most of my townhome front windows all face west and the afternoon sun is brutal. This is a big issue for me as from 2pm-7:30pm I have solid sun. I had single pane windows before with sunscreens and they did very little. So I was excited to get my windows done and chose Imperial Windows due to the great reviews. I explained to Ken my heat issues on the west side as well as telling how hot it gets during the SRP 3-6pm time of use time. So my kitchen which is next to my dining room (no solid wall dividing) is 78 during this time and the room right next to it with the big window is 3-4 degrees hotter. I also explained to him I am disabled and home all day long and miserable as it is so hot in my house. This room with the large window is the one I am in a lot. He told me that I don't need triple pane windows, just Low E double pane. So he quoted me 6 Low E windows and 2 sliding doors. I asked him if I needed sunscreens and he said no why? I said for privacy. I have a unique situation where my dining room has a large window and is my bedroom. The same large window I speak of in this review. He told me no one can see in. I feel so uncomfortable because I feel they can. I go outside and check. When the sun is directly on the windows the reflection is greater. But today is over cast and you can see in quite clearly. So now I am trying to figure out how to make it more private with out again, having to have blinds closed. I had window film on the lower half of a couple windows before for privacy. But was told I cannot use window film. The quote was a lot lower than my other estimate due to going with only double pane. I never told him what I was quoted, nor did I tell him I had a top price I could go. Now that the windows are installed and I am trying to figure out how to make the privacy issue work and it isn't going very well as I refuse to have blinds curtains closed all the time. I am also dealing with the hot west direct sun and I honestly wished I was quoted triple pane. Or at least even just the one large window that seems to let my room heat up still so much. It's not as bad as before but it's still pretty warm in here and fans are still going 24/7. I was tired of having to have insulated curtains on that large window which helped tremendously but were ugly plus I felt so closed in as my place is small. I took those down and now have just my vertical blinds, but it still gets so warm. I do wish I was quoted with triple pane windows as it would have been worth it to me to pay the price even if it was just for the largest window on the west side which I think would have drastically helped. This is actually a bit of a big deal to me thus the 3 stars, as now I am trying to find the best window covering that will help with heat for this large window yet let light in and not make me feel closed in. I wanted to use my vertical blinds with no insulated curtains. But now it cost me several hundred to put cellular blinds up as they are supposed to help trap heat. Haven't gotten them yet as they are in the mail, so we will see. Still not the option I wanted. If it wasn't for this one issue, Imperial Windows would have gotten 5 stars.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Awesome place.  Brought a large piece of glass for a table top down from Idaho to my daughter in Phoenix.  I was in a pinch to return the vehicle to the Bieber that glass was transported on.  I found one company that lied their butts off who wouldn't cut it down because it's tempered glass.  Knowing full well it wasn't, I let them keep going on with telling me I should just throw my piece away out back.  Then they gave me a quote for $210 for them to cut me the two pieces (I had one that needed one cut). What a scam Bell Glass.  The old fart s a big fat liar.  He sells it well though Eve taking a blade to it and said see, it's tempered. It had been tempered he would have shattered it.  Well I might not be a local but this Idaho girl ain't no stupid either.  Thanks Dependable glass for your $33 job!  Your bacon abs pancakes looked awesome too!  Bell Glass, you can suck!

Just wanted to update my review.   Tech did come out on scheduled day (was a little behind schedule but I don't care about that at all) and preformed work.  Both tech and office staff were super polite, professional and easy to work with.  Job well done in my opinion and I would use them again

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I love Tyrone! In a world where prices are exorbitant and companies are ripping the customer off just because they can, in comes Tyrone. He just wants to feed his family, not pay off his entire mortgage. We had a lot of unusual glass situations. He did not hesitate on what to do. He does exactly what he says he is going to do. Do yourself a favor if you need glass and call Tyrone. His helper Ray was an exceptional person too!

They came and worked on our shower door, moved over the door on his own and put in poly carb trim to prevent leaking
WE HAVE NOT BEEN Spraying the water toward the door like he suggested we were doing because it's leaking again
They called and the owner call and gave us a very bad time told us you can't fix old after we told him were going to replace it somewhere down the road but were not having this local yokel do it.
RUDE, Argumentative, disrespectful.

You missed out on doing our repair

Had a difficult gutter installation (2 story hillside house). Paul was able to quickly provide a completive quote. Crew was professional and did an amazing job. Fantastic customer service!

The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. I will definitely go back to Superior Replacement Windows
if I needed windows put in.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

In 2009 I had 2 windows and my front door replaced by Krasiva.  I have been very happy with the work and the product they sold me.  I had thought I was paying a lot for the windows until I spoke to my neighbor about a window he simply had new glass installed in.  Now I know I got a great deal and the windows are very energy efficient.  when there was a problem with first window installed (wrong size), the owner personnally came over to check things out and make things right.

We had a wonderful experience with Window World.  We are extremely happy with the product, excellent quality and craftsmanship. Our sales representative Ace was great to work with, very knowledgeable and down to earth. The installation went  very smoothly, Jose  and his crew were awesome.  They were very professional and extremely skilled at what they do.  They were on time, thorough and did exceptionally good work.
Overall we are very happy with Window World . Our expectations were exceeded.

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
