Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ

I highly recommend Greco Roman! They have a great  selection of brands and manufactures to choose from and they not only beat the price I was quoted from Anderson but the quality, in my opinion, was superior. In only took a matter of weeks from the time of order to installation and they have their own in house installers that handled my job with extreme care! They treated my family like family and I couldn't recommend these guys more!

Would like to find a phone number for this company, west star windows. They installed our windows in 2005 and did a great job but we now need some work done on the patio door lock.  Thank you!

Chuck from UC Glass came out and replaced a cracked window. Rather than just do the putty around the pane he did the entire window frame. That's above and beyond what needed to be done. Chuck pointed out a problem with other windows which was and is a concern. I appreciated his input and plan on having him come back to do all the windows in the guest house. Chuck is honest and very helpful. I would recommend him and UC Glass to everyone. Thanks Chuck!

Billy showed up on time and had a mask on. Even though he was not able to do my project he stayed and explained my windows to me and how everything works just for me to have some knowledge about them. He was very nice and polite. I would use him in the future if I needed a window replaced. Thanks Billy!

The burglars used a rock to break my front door window to enter my house when I was gone. ( The Sheriffs have done little,...nothing,.. to help with the stolen property so far.  )  I definitely needed to get my glass replaced.  I called another glass service and they referred me to Square One.  I am glad they did, since Square One came out and measured,...and then a few days later, installed the window.  It looks perfect.  I would call them again,.... but I hope that I will not need to.

Very, very poor service, communication, and organization!  Riley came to my home to give me a quote to replace some windows.  He stated I would receive the quote that afternoon (July 2019).  I did not receive it, I waited a week called, he said his office would get it out that afternoon.  Once again, checked spam folder etc....nothing.  Called a few more times....why?  It was measured and finding a Milgard window company seems difficult, many I called only sell to contractors.  So I finally get hold of Riley again.  I told him if I did not get a quote that day I would assume they did not want my business!  No call.  But stupid that I am, I called again today...spoke with someone in the office who was pleasant and did at least return my call...Riley cannot even find my measurements said I probably should go with another dealer.   This is definitely not a company who wants your business.  AVOID!

I had to post a review for Raben Glass. Ashur was amazing! Very professional and reasonable.  I needed a few windows replaced and called many (5) glass companies. I went with Raben and I couldn't be happier with my choice.  Ashur came out (right away) and gave me an estimate and made me feel comfortable right away.  He ordered my windows and gave me a date for installation and what do you know..... He showed up when he said and did an amazing job while not making a mess and when he left, THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! No headaches, No added charges!

The only thing I can add is that if you are reading this review, do not hesitate to call Raben!  Finally, a contractor who is honest, clean and professional and most of course reliable!  Thank you Ashur and Sonny for a job well done and please use me as a reference if needed. ANYTIME!

I always look for veteran owned companies when choosing people I want to work with and Raben IS a vet owned company and it shows!

Randy took a check for almost $8,000.00 and then failed to provide the doors. He then kept coming up with excuses for why there were delays for months until he  stopped answering phone calls and texts altogether. DO NOT give this company any money, they will steal from you and never provide the services they signed a contract to deliver.

David went the extra step to make sure the job was completed and met my expectations.

The service from beginning to end was outstanding. I was kept up to date with the install. Gave me detailed info on install with a 2hr window. Driver called the day of delivery and had me scheduled early. Very friendly person and caring and made sure the install was a perfect fit. Cannot say enough about how happy I was about tbe service.
I also wanted to add that DJ my installer went over and above to troubleshoot my  FIREPIT. He took a quick look hit some buttons and VOILA it worked.

Jonathon is a really nice person, which is making me a tad more lenient with this rating.

Horrible communication. This company was extremely difficult to work with after we paid our 50% deposit. They told us that after we paid our deposit, the door would be ready in 15 business days. Once it was clear the door was late, they never communicated with me and I constantly had to check in for the status.

35 business days later, I got a text the door was ready for install.  They scheduled install and said they'd be there between 8-9 am. At 830 am I got a text saying the installer was sick and we had to reschedule.

The morning of the rescheduled  install, Jonathan said he'd be a little late, after 830.  At 11:30, he still wasn't there but a potential customer of his showed up at my house to pay him a deposit. This is extremely unprofessional to give a clients address. Jonathan wasn't even there! The random customer finally left after waiting 45 minutes.

The day he was supposed to install,  he lied over and over about where he was. He constantly said he would be here soon or  on my way it's pretty clear he double booked us and hoped we were gullible enough to believe it.

Finally showed up 4.5 hours late with the wrong glass!!!  They put our order oh wrong. We had to wait a other few weeks for the new glass.

The install didn't go well. It took 10 hours because our slate floors are uneven so he had trouble getting the door to line up. The actual final door is  wonderful , although we have to have our  handy man come out to fix a ton of the areas around the door.  

There we're holes / gaps where air and bugs could get in. It took 3 more weeks to get this fixed.

Beautiful end result but would not recommend

Mariano did an amazing job installing our doors at our house. I was renovating my house and I wanted to install new doors for the whole house. He was very patient and gave me good recommendations. I'm for sure coming back to replace my windows next

There are some nice people that work here. Unfortunately I didn't get one of them today. If you go to the paint department stay away from Nancy. She has major attitude, is rude and has no clue what customer service means. Reported her to the manager so hopefully she'll get the training she ignored or forgot. Left and took my business elsewhere.

I ordered a patio door in April and a bedroom window a few days later.  Finally in September they arrived and then it took over a month to plan to install them.  I spoke to the manager two days before the installation and he said he would be there at 9:00.   At 10:30 I called and he said he couldn't contact the installer but he would keep me informed.  I called at 2 and he said that he still couldn't get a hold of the installer.  I asked if it was too late to do the installation that day and he said yes.  He said he would be in touch the first of the next week to reschedule.  Today is midweek and I have yet to hear from him.  I cannot speak about their product but they have terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
