Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ

I am a repeat customer of American Vision Windows, see Oct 2016.  This time I finished replacing all my windows.  I love the product from experience, because it installs quick and clean. Josh Blackwater, Martin Grijalva and Matt Warren showed up right on time, were very polite and were as professional as Trevor the AVW saleperson. They all had AVW t-shirts on so I felt like I was being taken care of by the AVW family.

OUTSTANDING!! Had a 20 year old large picture window replaced a couple years ago by another company that did a terrible job. Needed another replaced and was determined to find a great company. Southwest was it. Steve and Mike did an excellent job of replacing the broken window (with a new frame) then cleaned up spotlessly. Southwest is honest, ethical, reasonably priced, licensed, bonded, insured, and have a special certificate given to only 5% of contractors in the country.  Very highly recommended.

Such an AMAZING company! Chris was truly great to work with and he made the entire process smooth and efficient. He was always available for questions and when he was not, he got back in a timely manner. The day of the installation was quick and easy and I couldn't be happier with the quality of my windows! I have saved so much on my energy bills with heating and cooling. I referred Chris to a friend of mine and he experienced the same quality of work. I will continue to refer Tracer Window and Door to all my friends and family who are looking for a reliable and respectful company.

Ever since I moved into my condo in Sun City, during the heavy rains, water would seep under the patio door into the Arizona room. I had people tell me that it couldn't be repaired. But Joe and Jeff came out, took off the whole door, fixed the problem with the bottom plate not being sealed down properly, replaced the trim, and even put new trim around the two patio windows. The wall with the patio door was not even tightly fastened down, so it moved! They fixed all of those things, including several issues not in the initial quote, at no extra charge. I was also doing some remodeling in my bathroom but had gotten stuck. So, while they were here for the patio door, Joe also did some work in the bathroom, even though that was not why they had come out. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Joe and Efficient Home Pro.

Super happy with my experience with LJ Neal and Sons.  I got many quotes from different window companies but was happy with their price and communication. The installation itself was seamless and my new Pella windows look amazing. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

Oh my gosh, Rick Lewis, owner of Prescott Window and Door and his crew we met who did the work (Scott, Mike, Tom and the others) they are outstanding. Such attention to detail, excellent workmanship, very courteous and so on and so on and so on. I can't say enough good things about this crew and this company.  They make sure the entire job is done with perfection and pride and its evident they know what they are doing.

After hearing about & seeing our friend's windows and meeting with multiple window companies, we are so glad we decided to go with this company. Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

these people are the absolute worst. from there customer service and lack of communication. i called lowerys on 5/16/22  called to get some questions ansered and a quote. two days later stil no call. so on 5/19/22 i took the time to take the window down to them myself. this was approximately 10am. the young lady that helped me said that they would get with a technician and call me back immediately. well once again they didnt even bother to call me. so after two days and the weekend passing, i had to call them. so on monday 5/23/22 i had to call once again. no apologies just excuses but i finally got a quote from them for $400.00. absolutely outragious. you can get a brand new one at home depot for half the price. dont waste your time with this company.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

I would give Jason a high 10+ if it was available!!! We are very very happy with his work. He calls and lets you know about when he will arrive. The glass that needed to be repaired was double pained. I called around and glass shops wanted $500-$1200 to replace the entire frame and windows!!! No way. I searched some more and gave The Jackson Glass a call. I received a call back in just a few minutes.

He said that he could replace the one broken glass. To replace the entire framing and windows were not needed. He also gave me a less expensive quote. We are both Seniors and noway could we have afforded $500-$1200 elsewhere.  

Jason is very meticulous as Joseph D. stated in his review. We were very impressed. So much so; that I ordered some screens and had others re-screened.

Don't go anywhere else!!! Call the number and you will be happy you did!

Thes guys were on task! Great with communication and follow through. Comparable in price, clean, and professional. After a few quotes and some research, i was impressed and happy with my decision. My winows do not whistle and it stays nice and cool inside.

They may be a great company, but when you ignore a no soliciting sign, knock on someone's door, and are asked what your company does, just answer the question. Dustin was asked three times what his company did and three times he talked around the answer. When I became annoyed he called me an embarrassment and disrespectful.

Never trust a company who can't answer a simple question about what they do.

In the interest of full disclosure, I did purchase windows from these people a while back, and I do love the product. The windows are fantastic, they have held up great and they work as advertised. Top notch quality, and absolutely no complaints on the product itself.

So why, you ask, the 1-star? That's all down to the people working there and the way they conduct themselves. To start with, the sales guy we worked with was a real piece of shit. Had the temperament of a school kid, and when we called him out on trying to screw us out of a discount we were owed, he pitched a fit in front of my neighbors and threatened to walk off the property. This over a pithy 10% discount!

Not only that, but the guy had the balls to tell me, with a straight face, Tell your neighbors where you got these windows, but don't tell them what you paid, since everyone's situation is different. He seriously expected me to be coy or dishonest with my neighbors, just so he could try to screw them out a few grand more than I paid? Wow. And what's more, the asshole even pitched their referral program, so if I was willing to bullshit my neighbors, I would get a kick back after he bent them over!

Better still, the company continued to hit me up for additional business, even after I no longer had any windows left to replace. Endless cold calls, all coming from different numbers, but always the same knuckle draggers calling from the same local office. I nicely ask not to be called, tell them I love the product but don't have anymore windows, but it does no good. They keep calling. I talked to managers, I talked to supervisors, I heard every excuse in the damn book. We have new people here, and then it became, we just got new computers or we just got a new auto-dialer and we're working out the kinks, and finally, my favorite, our system crashed, we lost the do-not-call information. This went on for several years!

Bottom line, you should avoid these douche bags at all costs. Sales people are shady as hell, and the people working in their offices are dumb as a fucking post.

I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
