Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ

On Feb 10th, 20 I had my master bath shower completely remodeled by AVW. YES! They do bath/showers also! First off, I want to say that if I could give 10 stars to these guys, I would. So, originally, I set up consult for 10 windows, not knowing they also did bathrooms. ELIAS came out, was super nice, professional, and not pushy or salesman-like-in an annoying way at all whatsoever. He was just very helpful. During conversation I mentioned needing bathroom work also, and found out AVWs also does this. I ended up signing on for my bathroom AND all my windows both. At an amazing deal. Did not even have to think about it or go looking for anymore estimates. So, back to my shower, I had a garden tub with tile in horrid condition completely removed and a large walk in shower put in. They removed everything, drywall, moved plumbing drain pipe, raised shower head for my husband, etc, put in my new shower with the glass doors, just beautiful. JARRED, DALE, JOE, and NATHAN were all so nice and having them in my home for 3 days felt like no inconvenience at all. Each one of them are very professional, go above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect and do not hesitate to get your input along the way to make sure you are happy with the progress. Each day after they left, my home did not even look like there was construction going on, they clean up every particle of dust along their way and have great respect for peoples property. I can honestly say that by the 3rd day when it was all done, my mom and I both were sad to see them all go, they felt like family. My windows will be installed this coming Sat 2/22 and I have no doubt that I will have the same experience with the window team.

OUTSTANDING!! Had a 20 year old large picture window replaced a couple years ago by another company that did a terrible job. Needed another replaced and was determined to find a great company. Southwest was it. Steve and Mike did an excellent job of replacing the broken window (with a new frame) then cleaned up spotlessly. Southwest is honest, ethical, reasonably priced, licensed, bonded, insured, and have a special certificate given to only 5% of contractors in the country.  Very highly recommended.

Reached out 3 times to Tracer Window and Door and got no return call or email.  

They do not want your business, if they did, they would return a call/email.

Highly recommended. Hired them to do some remodeling.  Upgraded my carpet flooring to tile. Also had some drywall repairs with new paint.  They were in time, clean and I didn't feel robbed. Very honest contractor who does quality work.  Highly recommended

I had an excellent experience today buying 4 appliances with Bill Erdstein at Bell Road Home Depot.  Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Also was able to get us a discount . Thank you, Bill and Home Depot.

exceptional service, attention to detail, picky about their work, clean,great communication, so...yea i would recommend these folks..BTW, i have a friend that owns a glass company in WA that does mostly custom houses. so i know the business a little more than most...thanks bill and team..will be back

Super happy with my experience with LJ Neal and Sons.  I got many quotes from different window companies but was happy with their price and communication. The installation itself was seamless and my new Pella windows look amazing. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

DO NOT even think of using this company unless you want to pay for poor service or no service.  They claim that they are so busy that they cannot schedule installs less than 3 weeks out.  So you will have to wait for factory to make your door (understandable for custom door) and if the door arrives, you will have to WAIT for install or hire your own. Our door came in the wrong size as verified by owner and sales agent after I notified them that door was short.  They did not want to refund us our money or order a new door even if wrong size door was received.  They claimed that they could fix the short height problem by ordering a threshold part to go at the bottom of the door.  The part took about 2 weeks to get to them but I had to repeatedly call to try and get the part installed.  Again, they were so busy that they could not set a definite date.  When they finally installed the part, they did not finish the job properly.  The door was not cheap...about $2000. Order from anyone else because you will have to wait for these guys anyway.  And then get a good professional installer who has pride in their work.  In the end, you will have less stress and save you time from chasing this company for service!!  How would you like to pay $2000 and have your door/frame look like this?  Ordered door 9/1...still trying to get job completed properly.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

Excellent customer service!!!  From beginning to end, this has been a smooth and simple process!  They called me to remind me of appointments.  When I requested text messages, they did just that!

And the fees were very reasonable!!!  

Tim is a great guy and worked to do ONLY what was needed.  He didn't attempt to up-sell me anything!  He assessed the issues and repaired them quickly at a price that was very reasonable.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

Good experience. With window installation .  The nightmare began when we ordered two front doors.  We ordered two Masonite Vista Grande 24 inch wide glass doors. One with fir texture and rain glass for the main front door. To be painted red upon arrival.  I have several emails and text, Jackson Glass assured me we were getting 24 inch wide glass not standard 22.  I even gave them photos.  The second door  was to be the same door with clear Lowe glass and smooth finish. This door was supposed to match another door that is located on the same patio. To no ones fault, the order was delayed due to Covid. While we waited, I told the company I wanted to order the door hardware. Jason, the installer told me that they could get me schlage locks at a discount. I met with his wife at my home for almost an hour giving her part number and photos of the hardware.  I was I was out of town when the doors arrived.  We were told right off that the supplier had messed up and we did not get the fir texture on the front door.  Ok we accepted it since we waited so long.
Little did we know this would be the start of the worse expience i have ever had with a contractor of any kind. The wrong doors came in and were installed. They were standard 22inch!  I came home to a messed up paint job and the hardware was a brand I never heard of. So the factory messed up and to be fair the installer had with the paint due to the heat. They still have not explained why they wasted my Saturday morning picking out hardware I never got and why the hardware they gave us was installed crooked. Ok it happens. So  In an effort to speed things up, my husband and I agreed to accept the front door with the rain glass provided the paint was corrected and they installed hardware we purchased. All they had to do is get one, just ONE door right, the patio.  They could not do that either. The patio door I received was the correct 24 inch. However, once again someone messed up.  Instead of clear glass I got frosted, instead of smooth finish I got fir.  I how have two miss matched doors on my patio and the deadbolt is crooked.  I am done with excuses. There supplier issues are their problem. We did not get ANY of the doors ordered 5 months ago.  I was told the red front door has been repainted.  We have been patient and understanding with this mess.  We have told them to reinstall the newly painted red door and send us the correct patio door.  We don't now how this will end but based in our experience , we have very little confidence. Im giving them one month to make this right. If not, we will be forced to file a complaint with the BBB and ROC.. I will have no choice but to use the balance I owe them to hire someone else to finally finish this mess This company had great recommendations however my husband and I cannot recommend them after our experience so far. How this will end remains to be seen and I will update this review

We originally rated Modern Resolutions at 5 stars and still give them some stars because we do love the windows themselves. Also, the people who installed them were fantastic - quick, friendly, etc. However, when we purchased we were told our financing would be zero payments and zero interest for 24 months. We asked many clarifying questions and were assured that no payments would be required until the balance was due in 24 months. We were/are not in a position to pay for them now, and this financing was the reason why we went ahead and purchased the windows now instead of waiting another year or two (which was our original plan). Now that the windows are installed and the transaction has been made, we received a monthly bill for the loan. !!! Naturally, I reached out to Modern Resolutions to find out why we have a monthly bill and am now being told that the sales person was wrong about the terms of the financing and it turns out that while it is interest free for 2 years, minimum payments do need to be made monthly. For us, that's several hundred dollars each month that we did not have budgeted at this time. We did sign the contract for the loan, so even though we were told multiple times that we would have zero payments due until Nov 2024, we are now in a contract to make high monthly payments beginning immediately. We would NOT have purchased the windows this year had we known the true terms of the financing. While I do not really think the sales person intentionally misled us, we are faced with the consequences of this financial obligation that we cannot get out of. And for that reason, I say to purchase at your own risk.

Dustin came to our house and answered all our questions, along with providing us with a great a price. The window installers were beyond great and hardworking. They knew exactly what they were doing, working efficiently and quickly. We had LEI replace 20 windows in our home. I would def recommend LEI to others.

Just got a call from this outfit claiming their name is Reliant Capitol and it is. Plus many other names.  Not sure about their work but don't care for their marketing techniques.  We are also on the Do Not Call list and they showed up as unlisted.  

Folks if you want to earn my business, please be more honest.

I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
