I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Demers glass company is very reasonable, however their employees are not very professional. It doesn't matter if you are off the job, don't wear your work shirt and act rude in a bar etc. it's a reflection of the company and who they employ. Just sayin

Came to my door unsolicited saying they were selecting 2 homes in the area to do window replacement for advertising basically all I had to do was put a sign in the yard and write a good review saying what I liked. This is a shady sales tactic and I wasn't about it. I did mention to him that HOAs do not allow advertising on signage in yards - seemed questionable at best.

Vista View just replaced the shattered glass of my large patio door.  Louis was quick to reply on Yelp to schedule an estimate.  One of only three vendors to actually come out to look at the door, Louis was professional, on time and friendly.  I could tell he knew his stuff.  The glass was ordered and installed without any issues and looks great.  Although I hope no more glass doors get broken, I know who to call.  Highly recommend.

Alex and his team were referred to me by another one of his existing or past customers. I had a sliding glass door that had cracked and broke into pieces due to the recent summer heat wave.

I had reached out to other companies and most were not responsive or just plain incompetent.

Alex and his team came onsite to measure the glass and then contacted the manufacturer to place the order for the specialized glass.

After waiting about two weeks, he scheduled time with me to replace the glass.

His team came onsite and cleaned up after themselves, after installing the new glass.

Everything was smooth from beginning to end. Highly recommended for your glass repair and install needs.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

Make no mistake these security screens are not cheep but you get what you pay for. They are custom made for you home and your windows then carefully installed.

My new construction home was just completed and we ordered our screens. If you don't know what you are looking for, you can't even tell they are an after market addition.

The installation crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. The screens look amazing.  They encountered a problem with the Acadia door due to some normal construction anomaly's, no questions asked they fixed until it was perfect.

My husband and I are thrilled with the screens we now feel like we can leave the windows open any time we want and not worry about our pets popping out the regular screens.  We can now safely bring the outside in for them.

Bottom line if you can afford them get them you won't be sorry!

The glass insert Entry Brite installed has changed the feel and look of our home dramatically. Our once dark foyer is now bright and beautiful. I love walking past the foyer and seeing light! Chris was our sales person. He is very kind, responsive and not pushy (this was huge to me). He was nice to talk to. Our installer was Tim and his helper was Kevin. Both were very nice and professional. They came in, got the work done in the terrible Arizona heat. They did all the paint touch ups. The door looks amazing and we could not be any happier. If you are on the fence about changing your door, I'm here to tell you so was I. Changing it out was a great decision! Entry Brite will not disappoint. I am in no way affiliated with this company. My employer found a cracked glass in one of our manager's offices. Called this company and two others, they were the first to respond, the first to come out and view the damage and the first to give us a quote. Within a week the replacement glass was installed and we were really pleased. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Nothing but amazing feedback about this company!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Being new to the community I had to make a tough decision on who to trust and not knowing enough about windows it made it even more daunting. Luckily I came across Freelite and the rep who helped me made it very simple to understand. They really understood what needed to be done and helped me out and the installation team was very nice and respectful.

I contacted Affordable Windows and Home Renovations, after I had contacted several other companies and I was at the end of my rope. It seemed like every company had some type of fast talker or some kind of scam with a gift card or free window. It seems like when companies find out they're dealing with a woman the price sky rockets. On my last stitch effort, I called Affordable Windows and they were very professional and prompt. Affordable Windows sent a guy out to measure what I needed and showed me the different Windows and Door options I could choose from. Affordable Windows and Doors also had a much faster turn around time than anyone else I had come across. When it came to pricing, I was blown away. Affordable Windows and Doors should change their name to Very Affordable Windows and Doors. I had the BEST experience with Affordable Windows and Doors, they were on time, did GREAT work, explained everything and also cleaned up a mess that wasn't even theirs. I own a professional window cleaning company in the valley and was in a pinch to have a window screen repaired for one of my clients. Craig and his crew came through and we're able to make an exact replacement of the original. It looks absolutely flawless and they did it in probably 20 minutes. Sorry for the late post-We highly recommend AZ Valley. The Dans were fantastic. We had a big, fairly complicated job. When we had an issue Dan was there to help us out and make sure we were completely satisfied.  We love the work they did and would use them again.

Very poor customer service on a window replacement under warranty damaged window was less than 3 months old. Took nearly a year to replace cracked window! Cannot recommend this business for any new products. Took issue up to owner level within organization, with no resolution or satisfactory explanation for awful service. Marvin Windows should be ashamed for their relationship with this installation company.

Never was able to purchase product. Was difficult setting appointment, then day of, no one called to confirm, so called them. Appointment was set, sales person 30 min. late. Called office, and they were pretty rude, saying people run late. He should have called. Well, he never did, and after way everything was handled, moving on to more professional companies. My time is valuable as well Weathersby. Sorry for inconveniencing you with expectation of respectfulness.

Angel came out to inspect my window and measure for a replacement.  Showed up on time, knew what he was doing and got things set for a repair.  Repair happened within two weeks.  Looks great!  Service was excellent.
