I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Demers glass company is very reasonable, however their employees are not very professional. It doesn't matter if you are off the job, don't wear your work shirt and act rude in a bar etc. it's a reflection of the company and who they employ. Just sayin

I called RMK to get an estimate for replacing my windows. Ryan called me to set up an appointment. He never showed up or called to say he was not coming. I left a voicemail with the office to let them know he did not arrive for the appointment and I left a voicemail on his mobile. I never received a call back from anyone. With this kind of service before even getting an estimate, I would not consider using them for my job.

Alex and his team with Golden Arrow Glass was wonderful to work with! We had a large double pane window crack on the outside and it needed to be replaced. Alex was very responsive to my request for a quote and out of the other 3 people I received quotes from he was the only one to reach out and communicate with me and follow up on what are needs were. Golden Arrow Glass received our business because their estimate was fair and consistent with all of the other quotes we received, but most of all because of their responsiveness and excellent communication! Excellent work and I would recommend Golden Arrow Glass for any window or glass needs.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

Just had a great in home estimate done with this company.  This is our third new construction home; thus, we have had many estimates from many different trades.  BJ was by far the best sales representative we have had.  He is not only kind and courteous, but he gives you the straight talk and direct pricing.  We found him to be honest and integerable.

For the past 13 years I have used Entry Brite,  a decorative glass & door company for several of my homes, including my current home here in Encanterra. They have customized my entry doors,  as well as made custom french doors for my den. They do wonderful work, using your existing door to install your choice of glass inserts they have available. There are so many beautiful patterns and styles to choose from! I can't believe how much light the glass panels let in. The glass inserts change the whole look of a room or entry way not to mention adds curbside appeal when you view the front door from the outside ... Currently, we are discussing a custom door for our laundry room with smart area that we also use as an office.  Call them for a complimentary quote. They are the best, you will not be disappointed!

Very happy I went with Mountain View. I had a cracked and stained semicircular window above the main picture window at the front of the house and most other window repair companies wanted much more to repair. I went with Mountain View a little worried the quality might not be as good because of the reasonable price but the new window looks great. I am very happy to have received both a great quality job and great price.

The team at Affordable once again did an amazing job! This is my second time using this company (they replaced all the windows and back sliding door on my house in August of 2015 and did an amazing job then). The windows I ordered this time were for a new build detached garage at my house. After the windows were ordered, Jamie did a great job of keeping me up to date on their delivery date and called me as soon as they came in. There was a small mix up on the glass on the windows, part of it being my fault, but Jeff (the owner) did an amazing job on working to get that fixed and volunteered to come out and replace the glass at no extra charge. He really is a business owner that wants to make sure his customers are happy. I am still a very happy customer and will recommend Affordable Windows to anyone that asks! I own a professional window cleaning company in the valley and was in a pinch to have a window screen repaired for one of my clients. Craig and his crew came through and we're able to make an exact replacement of the original. It looks absolutely flawless and they did it in probably 20 minutes. Found them on yelp, took an extremely long time to get someone out to give a quote and the sales rep did not pull through.

I made an appointment with lifetime windows for full window and door replacement in my home. When I made the appointment I was asked if I was the sole decision-maker in my house and I told them I would be making decisions for this project. They sent out a sales person who arrived late and without a mask, contrary to their posted COVID protocols. The sales person asked me if I was the sole decision-maker and I told her that I would be sharing this information for final decision making with my spouse (note that I had already interviewed several local companies, this one is not special). The salesperson insisted, I informed her that I found it offensive that she required my husband to be at home in order to talk about their service. She informed me that it was so nothing would get lost in translation, so that I wouldn't get the information wrong when I told him. Great. Now she's offended me twice. I told her that if she insisted on waiting for my husband that she would be waiting forever. Then she packed up and left. Just like that, so much for professionalism.

As I mentioned, I have interviewed several companies and not a single one has sent out a salesperson without a mask, not a single one insisted that both homeowners be present, and not a single one has acted unprofessionally until Lifetime.

This company seems completely out of touch with how families operate. Even if given the benefit of the doubt which they do not deserve, in a time where it is a complete luxury to have a midday appointment in your home to discuss window replacement it is absolutely unreasonable to ask for all home owners to be present.

Great team. Great windows. Wife is thrilled.
She is pretty picky about things, and she is extremely detail-oriented.
I don't know if there is even a higher level of praise for something than to say my wife couldn't find anything wrong with it.
She has not shut up about how happy she is about the service, the windows themselves, and the company.
Like I said, it doesn't get any better than saying the wife is thrilled.

Angel came out to inspect my window and measure for a replacement.  Showed up on time, knew what he was doing and got things set for a repair.  Repair happened within two weeks.  Looks great!  Service was excellent.
