Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

I called Demers glass last week for a quote or discussion about my broken window in my home. No one returned my call, However this being a few weeks later, I'd like to say that Demers Glass has called me several times like a good professional, they apologized and explained why I didn't get a call that first time. I'd like to try this company for my broken window. These days most places don't try very hard to get your business. I used RMK windows to do a $9000 job on the home I'm living in, which included 2 sets of french doors replaced.  We needed new windows for a rental where the windows were a disaster and the heat in the home was terrible due to the window issues. Although I loved the service and the product from RMK on my home, I didn't want that kind of investment for a rental.  I got an estimate from another company.  RMK just happened to be coming to my home to do a repair (guaranteed for life) and I mentioned that I was having windows done at my rental. The guy from RMK asked if he could have a chance to put in a bid, to which I agreed.  As it turned out, I saved $1000's of dollars with RMK and got premium windows. The difference at the rental is remarkable, both in looks, but especially in cooling down the home.  RMK has been outstanding to work with, both before, during and after the installation.  I would definately recomend them when you're getting an estimate.

From start to finish Golden Arrow Glass was top tier customer service. I began with submitting a project request through Yelp and they were one of the first companies to respond. After a few other quotes, we had them out to give an in person estimate. They even helped answer some questions about other windows not related to the window we needed replaced. They followed up that same day with an estimate and it was competitive and lower than the other quotes. They were accommodating and understanding when we had go old school and use checks for payment ( I know it was more of a hassle) They were prompt to respond and follow up with questions we had while waiting on the manufacturer. On the day of the window replacement they messaged the approximate time of arrive and they were right on time. Quick and clean install. Overall just good people. They will be our go to for any glass needs.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

Just had a great in home estimate done with this company.  This is our third new construction home; thus, we have had many estimates from many different trades.  BJ was by far the best sales representative we have had.  He is not only kind and courteous, but he gives you the straight talk and direct pricing.  We found him to be honest and integerable.

Can't say enough good things about this company. They just finished installing a glass and wrought iron panel and screen in my entry door. It is beautiful. Love the fact the glass opens so that I can get a cross breeze through the house in cooler months. Chris, my initial contact with the company was terrific . Even though they do not have a showroom he assured me that they wouldn't get paid until we were satisfied and that if I was unhappy with the color powder coat I chose or the style they would switch it out, no charge. He also assured me that if the glass insert which opens needed adjusting in the future they would come out and take care of it. Tim the installer was great as well. He was very pleasant and had the work done quickly and cleaned up the glass and the floor before he left. I would definitely recommend this company. Now I can't wait until the weather cools down a bit so I leave my door open!

Mountain View Glass provided us with exceptional 5 Star service! We called to get a bid for glass replacement in our French door; Mario arrived on time and measured our door to prepare a bid. Later that afternoon, we received a very thorough bid including type of glass, project details and requirements along with the warranty description. I requested a consultation on line for French doors.  No one called, sent an email or anything.  Their web site and their actions are complete opposites.  If they cannot help you or do not have the product you asked about at least they should say something like: We appreciate your interest on our business.  Unfortunately we are unable to help you at this time.

We had a sliding door installed in our bedroom to open up to the pool. Affordable windows did a great job. High quality product and expert installation. Devon and Dan where our installers and they were friendly and very professional. We highly recommend them and their products/services.

I made the mistake of trusting a neighbor and not shopping this guy around. His work isn't superior by any stretch of the imagination and prices are definitely high.

I had this company install an enlarged picture window in our kitchen. Jerry, the salesman came out to the house gave us a quote for the work which was only for the cutting of the wall and put the window in place. It took 7 weeks for the window to be delivered. Never heard from Jerry again. Very pricey to say the least but it was the only company in town that would install one window. I did not need 3 or more. Be certain that you understand that the plaster, painting,etc will be a separate charge. The day after, another gentleman came out and repaired the outside stucco around the glass, but no painting.  Dustin and his partner did a fine job on the install and John was good as well to repair the outside wall. I was very surprised that Jerry, or someone from the office NEVER  called to see if all was satisfactory. This is poor communication on this company's behalf. Be certain to ask ALL the questions you need at the first appointment so you will understand what work will/will not be done for your price quote.Hopefully the company will call you to follow up on the work done to see if all was satisfactory.

I made an appointment with lifetime windows for full window and door replacement in my home. When I made the appointment I was asked if I was the sole decision-maker in my house and I told them I would be making decisions for this project. They sent out a sales person who arrived late and without a mask, contrary to their posted COVID protocols. The sales person asked me if I was the sole decision-maker and I told her that I would be sharing this information for final decision making with my spouse (note that I had already interviewed several local companies, this one is not special). The salesperson insisted, I informed her that I found it offensive that she required my husband to be at home in order to talk about their service. She informed me that it was so nothing would get lost in translation, so that I wouldn't get the information wrong when I told him. Great. Now she's offended me twice. I told her that if she insisted on waiting for my husband that she would be waiting forever. Then she packed up and left. Just like that, so much for professionalism.

As I mentioned, I have interviewed several companies and not a single one has sent out a salesperson without a mask, not a single one insisted that both homeowners be present, and not a single one has acted unprofessionally until Lifetime.

This company seems completely out of touch with how families operate. Even if given the benefit of the doubt which they do not deserve, in a time where it is a complete luxury to have a midday appointment in your home to discuss window replacement it is absolutely unreasonable to ask for all home owners to be present.

We had all of our windows and patio doors replaced in 2017. In the following years we had a few problems with the patio doors. Each time I called, I got in the schedule and Chris came to fix the problems. Last week, I called because rain was dripping through one of my master bedroom window. Chris came again and made sure to put caulking around the outside of my window as it had deteriorated over time. He didn't charge for his service and I was happy to get the problem fixed. I am glad that even after several years after the new windows were purchased that are keeping their word at providing a warranty on their work and on their products.

I gave the company a 5 star review on Facebook and just wanted to send an update regarding the tech who came out to do the last install at my house.  the Company service was efficient, friendly, timely and we were more then satisfied to give a honest review of 5 stars. What left a bitter taste was that the tech Jon, gave me a Starbucks card for a cup of coffee, as thank you for taking time to review the service and company. When I went to use the card for a cup of coffee, it was empty. I bought my own cup of coffee and this is a review on the tech not the company's
service.
