I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Demers glass company is very reasonable, however their employees are not very professional. It doesn't matter if you are off the job, don't wear your work shirt and act rude in a bar etc. it's a reflection of the company and who they employ. Just sayin

I used RMK windows to do a $9000 job on the home I'm living in, which included 2 sets of french doors replaced.  We needed new windows for a rental where the windows were a disaster and the heat in the home was terrible due to the window issues. Although I loved the service and the product from RMK on my home, I didn't want that kind of investment for a rental.  I got an estimate from another company.  RMK just happened to be coming to my home to do a repair (guaranteed for life) and I mentioned that I was having windows done at my rental. The guy from RMK asked if he could have a chance to put in a bid, to which I agreed.  As it turned out, I saved $1000's of dollars with RMK and got premium windows. The difference at the rental is remarkable, both in looks, but especially in cooling down the home.  RMK has been outstanding to work with, both before, during and after the installation.  I would definately recomend them when you're getting an estimate.

I was so pleased to find Golden Arrow Glass Co.  They were incredibly responsive.  Each time I had a question, they responded immediately.  All of the people at Golden Arrow that we worked with were a pleasure.  I mentioned that they were so responsive, and Alex said they try to treat everyone as if they are family.  I truly believe that--because that is how we were treated.  The response time was fast, the bid was competitive, the glass came in very quickly--within two weeks, I think, and the installation was great.  
Great company.  I will use them again when necessary and I highly recommend them.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

After a long wait to get the screens custom made, (close to 10 weeks) I finally got them installed today by the Henderson, NV location.  Even though these are expensive,  they are head and shoulders above the quality and looks of the other option in Las Vegas that Olson Iron has. The looks alone add value to the house.  Along with making all my windows impenetrable to your average burglar, these really cut down on heat going through your windows. I have tint on  my windows but the evening sun would still heat up the windows and effectively turn them into radiant heaters  in the late afternoon sun.  After the screens were installed I felt the glass  that would normally be warm that time of day and to my surprise they had almost no heat coming through from the sun, this will save me on electrical bills in the summer months. Bottom line, if you can afford the screens, get them, they are top quality , look at it as an investment in your property and your family's safety. The installers in Henderson, NV did a great job.

The glass insert Entry Brite installed has changed the feel and look of our home dramatically. Our once dark foyer is now bright and beautiful. I love walking past the foyer and seeing light! Chris was our sales person. He is very kind, responsive and not pushy (this was huge to me). He was nice to talk to. Our installer was Tim and his helper was Kevin. Both were very nice and professional. They came in, got the work done in the terrible Arizona heat. They did all the paint touch ups. The door looks amazing and we could not be any happier. If you are on the fence about changing your door, I'm here to tell you so was I. Changing it out was a great decision! Entry Brite will not disappoint. I am in no way affiliated with this company. My bedroom screen has been broken for months and has been such an eye sore. I'm so glad I finally called Mr. G's. They were super quick to respond and got me on the schedule the next day. The customer service was great and I was really happy with their prices.

Jason was extremely helpful!!! I called another nearby glass company for assistance with an art project and I didn't get near the kind of customer support that I did with Jason at Econ Windows. I've now had Freelite install 3 skylights and, the latest job, convert a depressing shuttered window into BEAUTIFUL French doors.  I'm surprised to see anything but excellent reviews for this company - in my opinion they do very good work.  I'm told I'm picky and yet I've been nothing but pleased with the results from Freelite.  Yes, things don't happen instantly, but I believe that's normal for the business and Chip (and others on his staff) have always been responsive to my inquiries and kept in close touch with scheduling information.  With major remodel jobs I suspect there are always some issues and I've had a couple (very minor ones), and Freelite has been prompt and effective in clearing these up.  They stand by their work and apparently the installers take pride in theirs.  Absolutely no mess left behind after the door installation, which is pretty amazing in itself.  I definitely recommend this company!

My experience with Affordable Windows occurred right after getting a new roof. After having workers hanging out on my roof for two weeks and littering my yard with trash, I was not looking forward to the window installation.

But I have to give the boys who did the installation some major props because they were the complete opposite of the roofers. They were punctual, worked really hard (didn't even take a lunch), carefully covered anything that had potential to get dirty,  and anything that was moved was put returned to its exact location.  When they left, my house was in the exact same condition as when they had arrived (I wish I could say the same thing about my roof, which weeks later, is still getting fixed).

The windows look great, the entire process was seamless, and their quote was the lowest (cute story, the sales person was competing against the other lowest bidder, who just happened to be his uncle who worked at another company).  

It was nice to have a home repair project go exactly as planned for once.

Requested a quote on Yelp.  Was contacted extremely quickly and made an appointment for the next morning at my house.  Was given several options for what I wanted (including an option that was much less expensive then what I first asked for a quote on).

Arrival for our appointment was prompt and the appointment was concise and informative.

Craig left with our existing two patio screen doors and returned 3 days later with them rescreened.  Pet guards were added when they were returned.

They look great and I appreciate the guarantee on the pet screens.  Cost was very affordable.

I had a great experience with AZ Valley Windows. They replaced a ton of windows in my house. My experience with the salesman as well as the installers was great. Dustin was very professional and did a awesome job getting everything completed on time. Despite material delays due to backlog windows were installed by time originally quoted. Would definitely recommend.

My contract was signed in September and it is  now the end of June and I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. (Well past the 22-24 weeks promised in my contract) The first crew came out and did such poor quality work that three other crews had to come out just to repair the mess that they made of my windows & sliding glass doors. 4 windows need to be replaced entirely and the stucco and frame work of my sliding glass doors are STILL have not been repaired. The front office does not communicate with the work crews or with the clients! Someone did leave a voicemail in early May telling me the new windows (to replace the 4 that had been damaged) would be here on May 17th. I haven't heard a word since. I would NOT recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors to anyone!

I don't even know where to start...our experience was flawless from start to finish.

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. I spent a month making decisions about ratios for openings, style of window, etc. No one ever made me feel rushed or pressured. They were always available to answer questions.

Our windows got here FAST! I barely had time to blink and we were already setting an install date.

And the install team were meticulous. I have never in my life seen contractors that careful, skilled, and neat. They made almost no mess, and the mess they did make, they cleaned up! I have also never seen such PERFECT caulk lines. WHAT? How does that even happen??? Caulk is evil! Nope, lovely and perfect, super neat little lines that blend seamlessly into the house.

Also, the measurements were perfect - and I mean PERFECT. These windows replaced the original windows from 1961 - steel frame casement windows. I have no idea how Chris measured so exactly - they fit precisely in the openings - no gaps! They were seriously EXACTLY the right size for every single opening.

And the windows themselves are amazing. I'm so glad we went with Milgard.

What a difference. And their prices were competitive and reasonable.

I can't say enough good things. I can't even think of anything I would add as a negative - this was an absolutely perfect experience. I thought ripping windows out of my home would be stressful and messy - Weathersby made it easy, fun, and fast! We are so pleased!

I gave the company a 5 star review on Facebook and just wanted to send an update regarding the tech who came out to do the last install at my house.  the Company service was efficient, friendly, timely and we were more then satisfied to give a honest review of 5 stars. What left a bitter taste was that the tech Jon, gave me a Starbucks card for a cup of coffee, as thank you for taking time to review the service and company. When I went to use the card for a cup of coffee, it was empty. I bought my own cup of coffee and this is a review on the tech not the company's
service.
