I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

I called Demers glass last week for a quote or discussion about my broken window in my home. No one returned my call, However this being a few weeks later, I'd like to say that Demers Glass has called me several times like a good professional, they apologized and explained why I didn't get a call that first time. I'd like to try this company for my broken window. These days most places don't try very hard to get your business. I called RMK to get an estimate for replacing my windows. Ryan called me to set up an appointment. He never showed up or called to say he was not coming. I left a voicemail with the office to let them know he did not arrive for the appointment and I left a voicemail on his mobile. I never received a call back from anyone. With this kind of service before even getting an estimate, I would not consider using them for my job.

They showed up on time and did a fantastic job on installing my shower door with a very reasonable price. I highly recommend

I was so pleased to find Golden Arrow Glass Co.  They were incredibly responsive.  Each time I had a question, they responded immediately.  All of the people at Golden Arrow that we worked with were a pleasure.  I mentioned that they were so responsive, and Alex said they try to treat everyone as if they are family.  I truly believe that--because that is how we were treated.  The response time was fast, the bid was competitive, the glass came in very quickly--within two weeks, I think, and the installation was great.  
Great company.  I will use them again when necessary and I highly recommend them.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

We just had Entry Brite install a glass door in our front door.  It is so beautiful and the process was very easy.  Grayson was great and always got right back to me.  Kevin installed the glass and did a very good job.  Totally changed our entrance way.

We recently had all our windows replaced by Mountain Glass. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional work done in their installation. It took some time to get the windows due to matters beyond their control, but Christine kept us informed throughout that time of their status. The crew was very professional, courteous and timely. They took pains to be sure there was minimal if any mess during the course of installation, and even rehung the blinds, a very pleasant surprise. I would, and have recommended them to others considering window replacement. Thanks to everyone at Mountain View for your kindness and professionalism during a particularly trying time.

I highly recommend this company! They are very responsive, reasonably priced and professional.  They replaced some windows for me and did an awesome job!

This should be less than one star. These guys are horrible. Made appointment weeks in advance and they cancelled the day of, with no concerns. Hire at your own risk. I was able to find a higher rated company who actually apologized for My bad luck and had a technician out there for my original appointment with Freelite. Maybe I should have the Freelite guys give a call to learn how to properly run a business

These guys rock! They installed a beautiful door/window and also windows that matched the door. Prices were good. They were clean and on time. I highly recommend them.

I made the mistake of trusting a neighbor and not shopping this guy around. His work isn't superior by any stretch of the imagination and prices are definitely high.

Just had a new side door to the garage install.  Everything looks great.  You pay for what you get.  Install was great. Southern exposure, we will if it was worth it.

This all started when I was looking to initially have some window glass replaced due to seal failure, then changing my thoughts to replacing a couple of windows, then re-thinking that it would look odd for my home. Hesitantly I started to get bids, which I highly recommend, not only for pricing comparison but also to get a feel for each company/sales pitch, etc.

Weathersby pricing was competitive. These are the reason I personally went with them:
*  They were not pushy but rather informative and assisted in choice options for each room window that varied.
*  I was concerned with how the old windows were being removed and the look with new windows on a stucco exterior and being properly sealed. Michael took the time to explain their process, which made me feel more at ease.
*  They were upfront about the timelines with the window ordering to install.

A shout out to Chris, Bubba, Tim, and Kirk for the largest picture window (7'-9 x 5'-9) installation, it was picture perfect .  They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up after window replacement.  Chris, how those windows fit just perfect with the existing raised stucco is amazing. I literally feel like I moved into a new home.

I personally went with the Milgard Tuscany Series. I know the Tuscany may cost more but living here in the blazing state of Arizona it was a COOL, right choice for me, well worth the look, comfort and view. I am sure there are others that have experienced something similar, where with the old windows I closed all the shutters and curtains to keep the sun heat out. Now with the new Milgard windows, my air-conditioners are running less times even with the shutters and curtains open all day.

Overall the experience with SR Glass was excellent.  We had two double pane windows replaced.
Angel and Dave did a great job in under an hour and the windows fit perfectly.  The cost was
a few hundred dollars less than another estimate we received.  We would definitely recommend
this company.
