I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

My quest began as such: need glass shelves for a buffet hutch. The bozos who moved it figured they didn't need to remove the existing glass shelves prior to moving; that didn't work out as planned. Hence, my hunt for glass shelves.
I looked EVERYWHERE & called just about EVERY glass business in the valley. Demers was one of 2 responses I received. I chose them because their prices were slightly less than the other. Once the ball was rolling, it was an easy process.
Trish and Tina were a pleasure to work with. They provided me with quotes on both anneal (less in price, not as strong) and tempered (stronger, able to hold more weight) glass. I chose tempered because I have a whole bunch of pretty glass nonsense to put on display. Once I signed the quote, it took about a week for the glass to be ready. For an extra fee, they deliver but I opted to pick up since they're only a few miles away. Look at my pics and see why I'm a happy old bird. I'd definitely use them again for any custom glass needs. I used RMK windows to do a $9000 job on the home I'm living in, which included 2 sets of french doors replaced.  We needed new windows for a rental where the windows were a disaster and the heat in the home was terrible due to the window issues. Although I loved the service and the product from RMK on my home, I didn't want that kind of investment for a rental.  I got an estimate from another company.  RMK just happened to be coming to my home to do a repair (guaranteed for life) and I mentioned that I was having windows done at my rental. The guy from RMK asked if he could have a chance to put in a bid, to which I agreed.  As it turned out, I saved $1000's of dollars with RMK and got premium windows. The difference at the rental is remarkable, both in looks, but especially in cooling down the home.  RMK has been outstanding to work with, both before, during and after the installation.  I would definately recomend them when you're getting an estimate.

Louis with Vista View Glass and Mirrors was very responsive to my request for a quote, and communicated quickly throughout the entire process. When my glass came in, he and his crew installed it the same day! Very competitively priced in the quickly changing glass market! I would use Louis and Vista View again without hesitation.

Very disappointed when we went to park today to see your company vehicle taking up the handicapped parking despite many open spaces in the lot.  And poorly parked at that. Ended up parking farther away because the other handicapped spot was taken when I got here

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I just had security screens installed by Tucson Security Screen Masters.  My neighbors actually had these installed around their entire home, and gave me the idea to check it out.  I did a lot of research on these, and got  a number of bids.  This is an investment for your home and your security.  I felt Security Screen Masters was the company to go with.  The sales process was simple, honest with a great product and NO pressure.   BJ Clifford was great to work with!!  No long sales pitch, no crazy sales gimmicks where your price today is XX and your price tomorrow is XX.    The price was the price.  Everything was amazing from the sales consult to the installation.  The installation team was phenomenal.  This has done wonders for my peace of mind.   They look beautiful on my home.   I have to say this was one of the better businesses in Tucson I have had the pleasure of working with!!

I called this company for some help re a broken latch on the window insert in our wrought iron door; which was purchased (15yrs ago) by our builder.  The owner happened to pick up the phone and couldn't have been nicer.  He identified our need, called his NV factory, and ordered our part.  When I opened the priority box, I found the part and three extra (in case you need for future).  If I rec'd this service for such a small item, I'd use them for any door, window, glass insert etc.  Their products are beautiful and service, world class.  Thank you so much, you exceeded expectations.  Joe Straining, PV, AZ

This is one of the few companies I did not have ANY problems with during my construction in the middle of all this CoVid crazyness. They showed up when they said they would.  Communicated when shipping delays happened by supplier. Finished on schedule, accommodating for changes due to living in a historical home, and professional. All workers wore mask as I am immune suppressed and were respectful of my health concerns. Great quality product and half the price of the other bid. They corrected their own mistakes without charging me for them. Hired windows cleaners for free and reinstalled the blinds. This is my second project with them and both went well.

I don't think they are the cheapest place, but they installed our windows quickly and they look great. They followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would recommend getting a quote from them if you're looking for one window replaced or all of your windows replaced.

I own a professional window cleaning company in the valley and was in a pinch to have a window screen repaired for one of my clients. Craig and his crew came through and we're able to make an exact replacement of the original. It looks absolutely flawless and they did it in probably 20 minutes. Sorry for the late post-We highly recommend AZ Valley. The Dans were fantastic. We had a big, fairly complicated job. When we had an issue Dan was there to help us out and make sure we were completely satisfied.  We love the work they did and would use them again.

Chris Fout was fantastic.   Knowledgeable about the products I wanted to know the possibilities for a few areas in my home that were to hot in the summer and to cold in the winter.  Got a quote and signed on the dotted line. Woohoo.

This all started when I was looking to initially have some window glass replaced due to seal failure, then changing my thoughts to replacing a couple of windows, then re-thinking that it would look odd for my home. Hesitantly I started to get bids, which I highly recommend, not only for pricing comparison but also to get a feel for each company/sales pitch, etc.

Weathersby pricing was competitive. These are the reason I personally went with them:
*  They were not pushy but rather informative and assisted in choice options for each room window that varied.
*  I was concerned with how the old windows were being removed and the look with new windows on a stucco exterior and being properly sealed. Michael took the time to explain their process, which made me feel more at ease.
*  They were upfront about the timelines with the window ordering to install.

A shout out to Chris, Bubba, Tim, and Kirk for the largest picture window (7'-9 x 5'-9) installation, it was picture perfect .  They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up after window replacement.  Chris, how those windows fit just perfect with the existing raised stucco is amazing. I literally feel like I moved into a new home.

I personally went with the Milgard Tuscany Series. I know the Tuscany may cost more but living here in the blazing state of Arizona it was a COOL, right choice for me, well worth the look, comfort and view. I am sure there are others that have experienced something similar, where with the old windows I closed all the shutters and curtains to keep the sun heat out. Now with the new Milgard windows, my air-conditioners are running less times even with the shutters and curtains open all day.

We had a window replaced and new glass installed on another window.  The window job was unusual because siding could not be removed to access the flange holding the window in place.   The SR team figured out a solution, worked through a few challenges,  and got the job done.  Special thanks to Danielle who kept us informed and Angel who did a great job with the installation.   We will use SR Window and Glass in the future and highly recommend them.
