I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

My quest began as such: need glass shelves for a buffet hutch. The bozos who moved it figured they didn't need to remove the existing glass shelves prior to moving; that didn't work out as planned. Hence, my hunt for glass shelves.
I looked EVERYWHERE & called just about EVERY glass business in the valley. Demers was one of 2 responses I received. I chose them because their prices were slightly less than the other. Once the ball was rolling, it was an easy process.
Trish and Tina were a pleasure to work with. They provided me with quotes on both anneal (less in price, not as strong) and tempered (stronger, able to hold more weight) glass. I chose tempered because I have a whole bunch of pretty glass nonsense to put on display. Once I signed the quote, it took about a week for the glass to be ready. For an extra fee, they deliver but I opted to pick up since they're only a few miles away. Look at my pics and see why I'm a happy old bird. I'd definitely use them again for any custom glass needs. We had all our windows replaced in our home.  (7 windows to be exact) RMK Windows did a fantastic job on my home. All the staff I worked with from the salesperson, installers and the manager they were all professional, on time and very friendly. The service and workmanship I was provided was top notch. I would highly recommend this company for you windows needs. You will not be disappointed!

Great working with Louis. He was quick to reply with a quote even on the weekend he replied right away.  He was able to get us a great price and is very reasonable. Responds to e-mails and texts  immediately. Very professional and prompt.

Golden Arrow did a great job from start to finish!  They replaced  glass on a large custom door and replaced the screen door, wheels and door handle on my patio slider door.  They were very knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced.  The custom door glass fix ended up being more complex than we all thought but they provided us options and the door looks beautiful.  I highly recommend them!

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

This is our second time using Entry Brite; we replaced the remaining transoms windows and added two cabinets ( 4 doors) in our kitchen.  It changed the look of our house.  Kevin, Tim, and Chris are fantastic to work with, as with everyone we dealt with at Entry Brite.    We have one more project ( window) to replace and can't wait to work with them again.

I had a break in a week ago, and these guys were referred to me.  All I can say is amazing service.  They did their job expertly, were very easy to deal with and as far as I am concerned are as good as it gets for sure.

My bedroom screen has been broken for months and has been such an eye sore. I'm so glad I finally called Mr. G's. They were super quick to respond and got me on the schedule the next day. The customer service was great and I was really happy with their prices.

I live out of state and needed a window replaced in our home.  Jason from Econ Windows met me at the house on time when I was in town and provided a fair price.  Jason is very responsive and always available to answer questions.  He did a great job!

1). Josh did a great job: listening to what I envisioned, the measurements, quote and my technical questions about the energy efficiency of the windows.  I felt comfortable with the purchase.
2). Good communication about the schedule from the office.
3).  Windows arrived ahead of schedule and fit perfectly.
4).  The install team was spot on.  a). They respected my request to mask up when inside the house.  My wife is COVID susceptible due to lung issues.  I really appreciated that. b) They did a great job taking out the old windows.  The contractor we used for another job left large pieces of broken glass that were dangerous to our dogs.  These guys had a system that was well thought out.
5) The windows are great, good looking as expected (from the work we did with the salesman) and you can already feel the efficiency benefit by the way the room feels.

I will use them when I replace my front windows.

I don't think they are the cheapest place, but they installed our windows quickly and they look great. They followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would recommend getting a quote from them if you're looking for one window replaced or all of your windows replaced.

I want to start off by saying that Vanishing Screens is an amazing company!  I called and made an appointment to have them look at my double French doors for installation of retractable screens.  Craig came out quickly, said it would be no problem to custom fit retractable doors.  The appointment I made was for a consult but when we made the decision to move forward with the install, he said he was available right then to get started.  He had all of the equipment necessary in the workshop trailer he was pulling.  I was thrilled we didn't have to wait to get the job done at a later time.  He had the beautiful new doors installed in no time and cleaned up the area when he was finished. The price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone when I made the appointment.   It was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend Vanishing Screens!

Sorry for the late post-We highly recommend AZ Valley. The Dans were fantastic. We had a big, fairly complicated job. When we had an issue Dan was there to help us out and make sure we were completely satisfied.  We love the work they did and would use them again.

I made an appointment with lifetime windows for full window and door replacement in my home. When I made the appointment I was asked if I was the sole decision-maker in my house and I told them I would be making decisions for this project. They sent out a sales person who arrived late and without a mask, contrary to their posted COVID protocols. The sales person asked me if I was the sole decision-maker and I told her that I would be sharing this information for final decision making with my spouse (note that I had already interviewed several local companies, this one is not special). The salesperson insisted, I informed her that I found it offensive that she required my husband to be at home in order to talk about their service. She informed me that it was so nothing would get lost in translation, so that I wouldn't get the information wrong when I told him. Great. Now she's offended me twice. I told her that if she insisted on waiting for my husband that she would be waiting forever. Then she packed up and left. Just like that, so much for professionalism.

As I mentioned, I have interviewed several companies and not a single one has sent out a salesperson without a mask, not a single one insisted that both homeowners be present, and not a single one has acted unprofessionally until Lifetime.

This company seems completely out of touch with how families operate. Even if given the benefit of the doubt which they do not deserve, in a time where it is a complete luxury to have a midday appointment in your home to discuss window replacement it is absolutely unreasonable to ask for all home owners to be present.

Called Weathersby Windows to schedule the Always Complimentary Estimates to replace my sliding patio door. They refused to come out unless I replaced a minimum of 5 windows or doors. I only need a new patio door. So much for their No pricing games. Unethical business practice requiring you to purchase more than you need or want.

Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. 8 weeks by from the time I initially contacted them until I finally called them up and requested a refund BECAUSE THEY STILL HADN'T COMPLETED THE WORK. And the work was not particularly hard - it was a roller door replacement for a sliding glass door. Here's the timeline.

1. Called them to ask for service/quote.
2. Took a while to get that scheduled, but finally they did.
3. Showed up to check the door. Gave me a quote and said they would order the parts. Requested a deposit of $100.00 which I promptly paid.
4. Never heard from them again.
5. After weeks have gone by I call them. I am told they had been shorthanded but were going to call my tenants (it's a rental property) that day to schedule the work.
6. They don't call.
7. I call back 5 days later. They finally schedule a service appointment.
8. They come out and...they have ordered the wrong part. Tell my tenant they have to order the correct part and leave. No ETA on when it will be in, no next steps, nothing.
9. I call them 5 days later and get a voicemail. I request a refund of my deposit in that voicemail. They don't call me back.
10 I call them again the next business day and they finally pick up. The lady on the phone wasn't even aware they had been out there with the wrong part. She says they are going to refund me.
11. I want to underscore the above timeline was LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS.

This is seriously the worst company I've ever dealt with. If I could give negative stars I would.

DO NOT USE THEM!! You will thank me.
