Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ
I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

RMK Windows was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on our window replacement project. From our first meeting with Jake (sales rep), through the install process and then the demostration of their warranty commitment the RMK team was top notch. We had recently purchased a 1980's home that had been remodeled inside and out except for the windows. The energy and sound improvements with the new windows is incredible and look great too. The smoothness of the windows to open and close is such an improvement over our original windows. The installers were very profressional, cleaned up their work like they were never there, and were very thouruogh in showing us the operation of each window type that was installed. After the windows were complete we noticed a blimish in one of the planes of glass and RMK was very quick to respond and have it replaced, a testiment to their warranty. The process went so smooth from start to finish, we are happy to recommend RMK Windows to everyone we know!

So... there's a difference between needing windows and needing glass. Thankfully, I only needed to replace glass! Luis was awesome! Unfortunately, my windowsills in my office had settled and it was rough getting them out and the new ones in. Luis did an awesome job getting the new ones in! Very happy with him!

Very disappointed when we went to park today to see your company vehicle taking up the handicapped parking despite many open spaces in the lot. And poorly parked at that. Ended up parking farther away because the other handicapped spot was taken when I got here

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

This was our second job w/Security Screen Masters. They did such a fantastic job with our front door and rear sliders we brought them back for a couple smaller doors (from kitchen & master bedrm) that also open onto the rear patio. From start to finish, the whole experience was first-class, and the finished products are functionally and aesthetically excellent. Good communication, frequent updates while awaiting installation, efficient and pleasant installer--all good!

For the past 13 years I have used Entry Brite, a decorative glass & door company for several of my homes, including my current home here in Encanterra. They have customized my entry doors, as well as made custom french doors for my den. They do wonderful work, using your existing door to install your choice of glass inserts they have available. There are so many beautiful patterns and styles to choose from! I can't believe how much light the glass panels let in. The glass inserts change the whole look of a room or entry way not to mention adds curbside appeal when you view the front door from the outside ... Currently, we are discussing a custom door for our laundry room with smart area that we also use as an office. Call them for a complimentary quote. They are the best, you will not be disappointed!

We recently had all our windows replaced by Mountain Glass. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional work done in their installation. It took some time to get the windows due to matters beyond their control, but Christine kept us informed throughout that time of their status. The crew was very professional, courteous and timely. They took pains to be sure there was minimal if any mess during the course of installation, and even rehung the blinds, a very pleasant surprise. I would, and have recommended them to others considering window replacement. Thanks to everyone at Mountain View for your kindness and professionalism during a particularly trying time.

Jason was extremely helpful!!! I called another nearby glass company for assistance with an art project and I didn't get near the kind of customer support that I did with Jason at Econ Windows. If you want a trustworthy, customer service oriented company...choose Econ Windows. TRUST ME! I'll be back!! Thank you Jason!!

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:
- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn't know when the manufacturer's deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.
- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.
- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it's fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.
Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.
Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

They were great. Had 15 windows and our sliding glass door replaced this summer. They were our first estimate and after four other estimates I came back to them. No pressure, no hard sales pitch. The installation was done in two days in June in AZ which must have been miserable for the crew, but they were professional, and courteous, and did a fantastic job. Not the cheapest option, but I think the extra money was well worth it. Would totally recommend them to anyone looking for new energy efficient windows. Now if only the windows repelled doggy nose prints, it would have been perfect.

Was interested in retractable screen doors for our patio doors and looking to add screens to a couple of windows. I requested a quote on yelp and Craig responded pretty quickly with prices. I was a little nervous because there aren't many reviews for this business on Yelp but I figured we'd take the chance since they do have a high review rate despite the low review numbers. The double Retractable doors were $675 Installed (on our patio French doors) and the standard window screen ran between $45-65 each (based on size). We made an appt and Craig was over the following week to take measurements and give us a more exact price. He was very professional, personable and curteous.
On installation day, everything went smoothly and installation was quick. After checking the window screens I noticed that they were loose and asked him if he could fix them which he did by adding springs of some sort. Finally, he explained how to use the retractable screens leading out to the patio, as well as things that might go wrong (like forgetting the screen is there and accidently walking through it!!) and what to do about it. He did let us know how much it costs to replace the screen if it tears so appreciated the heads up. Craig also let us know that they just moved to the area which is probably why they have such a low number of reviews.
So far, we love the screens and appreciate being able to have the doors open now that it's cooler in sunny Arizona. Highly recommend this company.

Would I have AZ Valley Windows install my windows again..... NEVER.
I decided on Marvin windows, and the main headquarters in the Phoenx area said that there were two approved installers in the west valley - Lifetme and AZ Valley Windows. For various reasons I chose AZ Valley Windows, They came to my home to give me an estimate, speaking in their window replacement vernacular. I wanted the windows to match the Marvins we had installed in our new sunroom 10 years ago. I was told that was not possible since they were replacement windows - only with original installations could the frames match what was there - (which proved not to be true). The two men involved told me that they (sun room) were NOT MARVIN windows - even after I showed them the bills and the rest of my 10 yr. old file.
At the end of the installation the windows were much smaller - being inset - than the originals they were replacing. The installers furiously pounded the original metal frames into the sides of the opening and then installed the smaller replacements - using MUCH caulking all the
way around the inserts and putting WIDE frames on the outside leaving the (14) replacements looking terrible on the outside. It only took two days to install their way - and to do it right it would have taken much longer. Apparently they did not choose to do it the correct way and the way I requested.
When I complained to the owner, he made up stories as to the reason why they were installed that way. When I checked up on his facts I found out they were not true. He has never answered my last email.
Would I hire them again..... NO, NO, NO!!!

I called to make an appointment. I was told appointments are at 2 weeks out. Took my name and information and was given a date and time. I called 5 minutes before scheduled appointment to confirm and was told I wasn't in their book. I was then told the owner's wife would call me back. She never did. Glad this happened as I would not want to hire any company that can't track appointments and don't care about missed appointments that wasted and delayed customer time. Find someone else who cares. Beware of this one.

We are in the process of selling our home. During the home inspection, the inspector noticed seal movement on several of our windows and suggested that there might be failure and thus the need for possible repair or replacement. To verify the inspectors report, I contacted SR Windows. I was in the 5 day window of accepting or denying the inspection findings, so I needed quick response. SR was quick to make the house call for their inspection.
Angel, the SR Window representative was quick to point out that there was nothing wrong with the windows. The seal movement was simply cosmetic and was not affecting the quality of the seal. There was no evidence of moisture or staining and therefore, the windows did not need to be fixed or repaired. This was a very upstanding and professional gesture by Angel and his company. Since I was in a pickle with the inspector, Angel could have mis-lead me and caused me to consider an expensive fix that wasn't really necessary.
I thoroughly recommend SR WIndows. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional.
