I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

During the recent windstorm, a bedroom window exploded into the bedroom of my kid's vacation rental.  They live in another state and had a renter schedule in a few days...so the need was urgent.  I called a few glass companies and couldn't really get any response or urgency on their part to help me out.  Then I called Demers and talked with Trish!  She was so helpful and understanding of my situation.  I was able to get this completely taken care of pretty much the same day.  While this was a pretty simple repair (window slider with a single pane), I so appreciated Trish's empathy, response and helpfulness in getting this repaired...and it was very reasonably priced.  Demers will be my only call the next time I have glass needs.
A company is only as good as the members of their team.  Demers is very fortunate to have such an outstanding team member like Trish on their team!

We used RMK windows to install all new windows and 2 sliding doors in our home. The installation team is awesome; they keep to the scheduled date and time as promised, clean up debris, and work until the job is completed.  The sales team offers very competitive pricing, and our salesman, Josh, was very easy to work with and always returned our calls promptly.

There were a few issues with our order, (NO FAULT OF RMK)
and Brian, the owner was quick to sort it out and get it corrected quickly. Their customer service is what makes RMK stand out from the others, they don't stop until you are completely satisfied with everything. I would rate them a 10 plus!  I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking to replace windows or doors!

Louis promptly responded back to me and we were able to set up an appointment for measurements within a couple of days. He provided me with a window and kept me informed on his arrival time. When he arrived he was respectful, knowledgeable and provided me with a quote. His professional manner and turn around time made me glad I had chosen him to replace 7 double pane windows.  I have already shared his contact information with others!!

I highly recommend Alex and Golden Arrow Glass. They recently installed a splash panel in my shower. Their prices are affordable and they were responsive and professional throughout the whole process!

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

We love this family owned company.   They were knowledgeable and had really great customer service   Kevin was our installer and was clean, efficient and checked before he left if we had any issues or questions and gave us the information to call if we had any issues.  he took our door off and did the work out by his truck. When he replaced it he made sure we checked the lock  so it worked properly   our new house is beautiful but our door looked like it came from an old apt.  Now it's flippin beautiful and lights up our entry way    He was in and out between 45 min and an hour.  Matched our paint and I was astounded how different our entry and door looks.   I would recommend them to anyone. We needed something to protect our windows as we live on a golf course. Mario came to our home and suggested window screens mounted away from the glass about two inches and had other customers that were very please with that solution.

I requested a consultation on line for French doors.  No one called, sent an email or anything.  Their web site and their actions are complete opposites.  If they cannot help you or do not have the product you asked about at least they should say something like: We appreciate your interest on our business.  Unfortunately we are unable to help you at this time.

I contacted Affordable Windows and Home Renovations, after I had contacted several other companies and I was at the end of my rope. It seemed like every company had some type of fast talker or some kind of scam with a gift card or free window. It seems like when companies find out they're dealing with a woman the price sky rockets. On my last stitch effort, I called Affordable Windows and they were very professional and prompt. Affordable Windows sent a guy out to measure what I needed and showed me the different Windows and Door options I could choose from. Affordable Windows and Doors also had a much faster turn around time than anyone else I had come across. When it came to pricing, I was blown away. Affordable Windows and Doors should change their name to Very Affordable Windows and Doors. I had the BEST experience with Affordable Windows and Doors, they were on time, did GREAT work, explained everything and also cleaned up a mess that wasn't even theirs. I own a professional window cleaning company in the valley and was in a pinch to have a window screen repaired for one of my clients. Craig and his crew came through and we're able to make an exact replacement of the original. It looks absolutely flawless and they did it in probably 20 minutes. Just had a new side door to the garage install.  Everything looks great.  You pay for what you get.  Install was great. Southern exposure, we will if it was worth it.

My contract was signed in September and it is  now the end of June and I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. (Well past the 22-24 weeks promised in my contract) The first crew came out and did such poor quality work that three other crews had to come out just to repair the mess that they made of my windows & sliding glass doors. 4 windows need to be replaced entirely and the stucco and frame work of my sliding glass doors are STILL have not been repaired. The front office does not communicate with the work crews or with the clients! Someone did leave a voicemail in early May telling me the new windows (to replace the 4 that had been damaged) would be here on May 17th. I haven't heard a word since. I would NOT recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors to anyone!

This all started when I was looking to initially have some window glass replaced due to seal failure, then changing my thoughts to replacing a couple of windows, then re-thinking that it would look odd for my home. Hesitantly I started to get bids, which I highly recommend, not only for pricing comparison but also to get a feel for each company/sales pitch, etc.

Weathersby pricing was competitive. These are the reason I personally went with them:
*  They were not pushy but rather informative and assisted in choice options for each room window that varied.
*  I was concerned with how the old windows were being removed and the look with new windows on a stucco exterior and being properly sealed. Michael took the time to explain their process, which made me feel more at ease.
*  They were upfront about the timelines with the window ordering to install.

A shout out to Chris, Bubba, Tim, and Kirk for the largest picture window (7'-9 x 5'-9) installation, it was picture perfect .  They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up after window replacement.  Chris, how those windows fit just perfect with the existing raised stucco is amazing. I literally feel like I moved into a new home.

I personally went with the Milgard Tuscany Series. I know the Tuscany may cost more but living here in the blazing state of Arizona it was a COOL, right choice for me, well worth the look, comfort and view. I am sure there are others that have experienced something similar, where with the old windows I closed all the shutters and curtains to keep the sun heat out. Now with the new Milgard windows, my air-conditioners are running less times even with the shutters and curtains open all day.

I gave the company a 5 star review on Facebook and just wanted to send an update regarding the tech who came out to do the last install at my house.  the Company service was efficient, friendly, timely and we were more then satisfied to give a honest review of 5 stars. What left a bitter taste was that the tech Jon, gave me a Starbucks card for a cup of coffee, as thank you for taking time to review the service and company. When I went to use the card for a cup of coffee, it was empty. I bought my own cup of coffee and this is a review on the tech not the company's
service.
