I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

After my son put a rock through a friend's RV trailer window, I took the broken window in the frame to Demers Glass.  The price for the replacement glass was very reasonable and right in line with other quotes that I had already received. The glass had to be ordered and the initial lead time was 3-5 business days.  I explained that we are going camping in 3 days and would really like to have the window back before we go. Cynthia promised to check into expediting the process.  I left the window with them so that they could take measurements and planned to pick it up along with the glass when it arrived.  My husband planned to put the glass in the frame and reseal it.  Less than 24 hours after placing the order I received a call from Cynthia stating that she was able to get the order expedited and that they installed the glass into the frame for me at no extra cost!  Thank you so much for the AMAZING customer service!  I will most definitely refer Demers Glass to everyone that I know.

We were in the market to get new windows when I opened the door to a salesperson for RMK windows and we set up an appointment for an estimate.  While the person giving the estimate did win my trust during this appointment that was all about to change.  I had requested windows be installed prior to Thanksgiving but was told that they would try but it would most likely be the week following.  After not hearing back from anyone before Thanksgiving and the week after had passed I finally had to call to see when they were planning on installing. We were not on their install list at that time, I had to explain what I was promised installation during these times then received a call back to say they would be out the following week and I would be receiving a call from the installer, time came and went with no call.  I called again and finally the installer called me back and in his words they had to squeeze some bigger jobs in before mine and once those were done they would be out.  Good to know that my time was not as valuable as the bigger paying jobs.  This set the course for our experience throughout the install nothing but excuses for being late and only having one person on the job.  They said they would clean up their mess outside before leaving but no, I had to crawl around picking up broken glass all around the outside of my home which was not appreciated.  Bottom line we do like our windows, thank god, but the customer service and installation needs more than alot of work.  Nobody ever even checked up on us after to see if everything was good or not.  I cannot recommend RMK to anyone else to purchase windows from.

I started looking for someone to replace a broken glass  (a glass pane in a single hung window met a flying rock) in need of repair about 3 weeks ago.  I forgot that Yelp will help you link up with contractors on the app.   If you didn't know it, you can Start a project in the app and the app will help you find contractors.  I reached out to several contractors that way until I found VVGM.  Something about our first messages exchanged here and the positive reviews led me to believe I'd choose Louis.  After talks with several contractors, I decided Louis was the right person.   He was very straight forward and punctual for each appointment.  No fee to provide an estimate.   VVGM had fair competitive pricing and best of all... was fastest to be available to get the job done.  I was very pleased with the service I received during the glass replacement and the quality of the work done too.

Golden Arrow did a great job from start to finish!  They replaced  glass on a large custom door and replaced the screen door, wheels and door handle on my patio slider door.  They were very knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced.  The custom door glass fix ended up being more complex than we all thought but they provided us options and the door looks beautiful.  I highly recommend them!

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

We had Bulldog Security handle securing our home. All doors, windows, and enclosed our patio so that our cats have a place to enjoy the outdoors without parents having to worry about any unwanted predators getting to them. I digress, this company is worth every penny!! Our sense of security is off the charts!! Vernon and the crew that did the installation were Amazing. Working with Nicole to help with dates that worked for all was Professional, Courteous, Understanding!! Again, if you are looking for a way to truly secure your home, do not hesitate to give them a call. First year we used them was 9/2019. Second year we used them was 10/2021. Every interaction was Fantastic

We just had a stain glass panel installed on the front door. The door looks amazing. The stain glass installed by Kevin, was professional and impeccable. I would recommend this company for anyone wanted to enhance the entrance to their home.

I had a 4x2 single pane glass window probably from the '70s. I contacted mountain view Glass and the easiest way for me was to load the window up and take it to his shop. He was one of a few companies that actually had the single pane glass and was willing to do the job. Got their met his wife and him and his brother real nice people got the glass changed out brought it home.

Good family business.

My bedroom screen has been broken for months and has been such an eye sore. I'm so glad I finally called Mr. G's. They were super quick to respond and got me on the schedule the next day. The customer service was great and I was really happy with their prices.

Jason was extremely helpful!!! I called another nearby glass company for assistance with an art project and I didn't get near the kind of customer support that I did with Jason at Econ Windows. I called for a quote on a skylight. Right on their website it say free estimates for skylight replacement. I was told on a phone 60.00 fee. I said it is free on your website. If you change the rules change your website. Then I was told I am mistaken that is for windows. Well not it wasn't. I have done business with you in the past . Not anymore. Keep your estimated because you are problematic just too expensive and that is why you now need to charge for free estimates.

TL;DR - Buy your next set of windows here! This company does great work without breaking the bank!

I found Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors by researching (googling) local companies and wanted to check out their product. Looking to get out of our aluminum windows that conducted heat and cold, I thought vinyl windows to be the logical choice for longevity and cost effectiveness. I am very pleased with the decision to use Affordable Windows + for the job!

We installed 12 windows throughout the home my guys Dan, Kage and Brandon knocked it out of the park! They were professional, respectful and efficient and were able to get all windows installed within a few hours with having to go up and down stairs and what not. Kudos to you guys because it looked like some of these were a (bleep) to install. The finish is perfect and the windows look great.

Now having the windows installed for a little over a week, I can confirm that road noise is greatly reduced! This is a giant win for these things. Also, the darker window option (I think it allows like 40% of light in) is super necessary for sun facing windows. The light coming in is a bit bluer in hue than natural sunlight, so plan accordingly!

Overall, Affordable Windows + Exteriors is a great company to work with. The whole process from consultation to shipping communication and finally installation has been fantastic. They were very communicative and quick to answer any questions. Shipping was altered because newsflash we are in a pandemic, but I never wondering what was going to happen. Isn't it nice when companies follow through and do what they say they can and perform at a high level? Thank you for our windows!

I had a great experience beginning with Julie in their office, she was friendly and informative. Craig came out and gave us an estimate. He professional, and knowledgeable and was able to show us the product right in their truck. After looking at a couple other options we decided to purchase from them. The installation was scheduled quickly which is a miracle with all the back orders we experience elsewhere due to COVID. On installation day they were on time and where in and out very quickly with minimal disruption. The screens looked great!  Two days later my dog ran through one of the screens and pulled it all the way out. Craig came back out a few days later and repaired it an no cost! Overall excellent product and excellent customer service. I will use them again and highly recommend.

Found them on yelp, took an extremely long time to get someone out to give a quote and the sales rep did not pull through.

My contract was signed in September and it is  now the end of June and I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. (Well past the 22-24 weeks promised in my contract) The first crew came out and did such poor quality work that three other crews had to come out just to repair the mess that they made of my windows & sliding glass doors. 4 windows need to be replaced entirely and the stucco and frame work of my sliding glass doors are STILL have not been repaired. The front office does not communicate with the work crews or with the clients! Someone did leave a voicemail in early May telling me the new windows (to replace the 4 that had been damaged) would be here on May 17th. I haven't heard a word since. I would NOT recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors to anyone!

Me and my wife had our entire house done about 15 windows, new front door and the security door. Chris and his team were amazing and did everything they could to help us. Our house was built in the 1940s and gave Chris some curveballs. However, Chris and his team adjusted quickly and the project turned out amazing. Chris and his team are professionals and experts in their craft. I highly recommend Chris and his team at Weathersby they are top-notch!

We've given this company several opportunities to make this right, but clearly they have chosen not to. They viewed our small job on repair of a sliding glass door and took a deposit check with a promise for the work to be completed. This was a month ago. We've attempted to contact them at least 4 times and left repeated messages for a return call, but no response. They even had the nerve to cash our check. I'm not one to post negative reviews, but we've been taken advantage of and this is just not right. We are small business owners ourselves and would never treat clients in this matter. Use caution if you choose to use this company.
