I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

We were in the market to get new windows when I opened the door to a salesperson for RMK windows and we set up an appointment for an estimate.  While the person giving the estimate did win my trust during this appointment that was all about to change.  I had requested windows be installed prior to Thanksgiving but was told that they would try but it would most likely be the week following.  After not hearing back from anyone before Thanksgiving and the week after had passed I finally had to call to see when they were planning on installing. We were not on their install list at that time, I had to explain what I was promised installation during these times then received a call back to say they would be out the following week and I would be receiving a call from the installer, time came and went with no call.  I called again and finally the installer called me back and in his words they had to squeeze some bigger jobs in before mine and once those were done they would be out.  Good to know that my time was not as valuable as the bigger paying jobs.  This set the course for our experience throughout the install nothing but excuses for being late and only having one person on the job.  They said they would clean up their mess outside before leaving but no, I had to crawl around picking up broken glass all around the outside of my home which was not appreciated.  Bottom line we do like our windows, thank god, but the customer service and installation needs more than alot of work.  Nobody ever even checked up on us after to see if everything was good or not.  I cannot recommend RMK to anyone else to purchase windows from.

Very disappointed when we went to park today to see your company vehicle taking up the handicapped parking despite many open spaces in the lot.  And poorly parked at that. Ended up parking farther away because the other handicapped spot was taken when I got here

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I first installed security screen masters back in 2011 in my first home. I never felt vulnerable leaving my window open.
We just installed screens in our 2nd home and added a hefty security  enclosure door in our front yard. Very very happy with the outcome and satisfied with their products. I highly recommend.

The glass insert Entry Brite installed has changed the feel and look of our home dramatically. Our once dark foyer is now bright and beautiful. I love walking past the foyer and seeing light! Chris was our sales person. He is very kind, responsive and not pushy (this was huge to me). He was nice to talk to. Our installer was Tim and his helper was Kevin. Both were very nice and professional. They came in, got the work done in the terrible Arizona heat. They did all the paint touch ups. The door looks amazing and we could not be any happier. If you are on the fence about changing your door, I'm here to tell you so was I. Changing it out was a great decision! Entry Brite will not disappoint. I am in no way affiliated with this company. Mountain View Glass provided us with exceptional 5 Star service! We called to get a bid for glass replacement in our French door; Mario arrived on time and measured our door to prepare a bid. Later that afternoon, we received a very thorough bid including type of glass, project details and requirements along with the warranty description. We were pleased with the bid and today our glass was installed! Mario did spectacular work removing the existing glass and installing our new glass! Thank you for your outstanding service!

My bedroom screen has been broken for months and has been such an eye sore. I'm so glad I finally called Mr. G's. They were super quick to respond and got me on the schedule the next day. The customer service was great and I was really happy with their prices.

I had a broken window. Jason came by the next morning. A few days later, he came back with the new piece and promptly installed it without a hitch.

Price was very fair, too.

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn't know when the manufacturer's deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it's fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

Affordable Windows has great customer service. Everyone we worked with was exceptionally professional and friendly; the customer service reps on the phone, the salesmen who inspected the home and gave us a quote, and the installers. The process was clear cut, timely, and well communicated, and all of our expectations were fully met. The windows are excellent quality and look beautiful. So much excessive road sound and heat are blocked out now. And our new French style sliding door looks gorgeous! Very happy with my experience, I'd highly recommend this company.

I previously spoke with a handful of other companies concerning window screens and this was the only one that took any time to explain their prices and processes with me.  They were patient and cordial on the phone which is important to me.  

They did a great job installing sun shade screens and they even came back out just to make sure everything was correct and answer any follow up questions I had.  They truly care about customer satisfaction and deliver the quality needed.

AZ Replacement Windows did a nice, clean installation for five vinyl replacement windows.  One window needed adjustment and they were quick to come back and resolve.  The windows look very nice.  The installers and sales rep were easy to deal with and professional.

Chris Fout was fantastic.   Knowledgeable about the products I wanted to know the possibilities for a few areas in my home that were to hot in the summer and to cold in the winter.  Got a quote and signed on the dotted line. Woohoo.

We had a window replaced and new glass installed on another window.  The window job was unusual because siding could not be removed to access the flange holding the window in place.   The SR team figured out a solution, worked through a few challenges,  and got the job done.  Special thanks to Danielle who kept us informed and Angel who did a great job with the installation.   We will use SR Window and Glass in the future and highly recommend them.
