I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

During the recent windstorm, a bedroom window exploded into the bedroom of my kid's vacation rental.  They live in another state and had a renter schedule in a few days...so the need was urgent.  I called a few glass companies and couldn't really get any response or urgency on their part to help me out.  Then I called Demers and talked with Trish!  She was so helpful and understanding of my situation.  I was able to get this completely taken care of pretty much the same day.  While this was a pretty simple repair (window slider with a single pane), I so appreciated Trish's empathy, response and helpfulness in getting this repaired...and it was very reasonably priced.  Demers will be my only call the next time I have glass needs.
A company is only as good as the members of their team.  Demers is very fortunate to have such an outstanding team member like Trish on their team!

Came to my door unsolicited saying they were selecting 2 homes in the area to do window replacement for advertising basically all I had to do was put a sign in the yard and write a good review saying what I liked. This is a shady sales tactic and I wasn't about it. I did mention to him that HOAs do not allow advertising on signage in yards - seemed questionable at best.

Requested quotes for a broken window and Louis responded quickly.  Louis is very friendly and I immediately felt comfortable allowing him into our home, all good vibes.  He accommodated my hectic schedule and replaced my window and with a better seal than the original install.  I will be using this company again when I'm ready to convert a window with a pass through once our yard is ready.  We highly recommend this company and Louis.

Golden Arrow Glass replaced all my bug screens, repaired a window and replaced a large window. They even managed to replace the window with no stucco damage! They were professional, courteous and did a great job. I will definitely hire them again for any window or glass needs.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

The triple pain windows as well as the security doors are a must for any home in AZ.
I am from WI and we had great windows to fight the cold. Well here in AZ the battle to keep the heat out is just as important. The new security screen door looks awesome and makes my wife  relaxed having the front door open while preventing people from seeing in while we can see out. We can let air flow through the house which is great and cuts down on running the A/C.

We love this family owned company.   They were knowledgeable and had really great customer service   Kevin was our installer and was clean, efficient and checked before he left if we had any issues or questions and gave us the information to call if we had any issues.  he took our door off and did the work out by his truck. When he replaced it he made sure we checked the lock  so it worked properly   our new house is beautiful but our door looked like it came from an old apt.  Now it's flippin beautiful and lights up our entry way    He was in and out between 45 min and an hour.  Matched our paint and I was astounded how different our entry and door looks.   I would recommend them to anyone. We needed something to protect our windows as we live on a golf course. Mario came to our home and suggested window screens mounted away from the glass about two inches and had other customers that were very please with that solution.

They look beautiful and give us peace of mind in reducing the glass breakage we have had for years. The installation was very professional and perfectly installed.

Being new to the community I had to make a tough decision on who to trust and not knowing enough about windows it made it even more daunting. Luckily I came across Freelite and the rep who helped me made it very simple to understand. I submitted for a quote through yelp with this company and five others. Just about everyone got back to me but what I loved about this place is they were the ONLY company to give me an actual price in their response. I booked an appt to have my screens measured and they were out within a couple days. They did my measures on a Thursday and installed the following Monday. I love my new screen of course with this beautiful November weather and their price actually beat everybody. The install guy was nice not creepy at all...hey face it some guys arrive on creep vibes. He was knowledgeable and got it installed quickly and was on his way. Anytime I need a screen I'm calling them. If anyone needs a screen I would refer them to Vanishing Screens.

Found them on yelp, took an extremely long time to get someone out to give a quote and the sales rep did not pull through.

My contract was signed in September and it is  now the end of June and I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. (Well past the 22-24 weeks promised in my contract) The first crew came out and did such poor quality work that three other crews had to come out just to repair the mess that they made of my windows & sliding glass doors. 4 windows need to be replaced entirely and the stucco and frame work of my sliding glass doors are STILL have not been repaired. The front office does not communicate with the work crews or with the clients! Someone did leave a voicemail in early May telling me the new windows (to replace the 4 that had been damaged) would be here on May 17th. I haven't heard a word since. I would NOT recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors to anyone!

I called to make an appointment.  I was told appointments are at 2 weeks out.   Took my name and information and was given a date and time.  I called 5 minutes before scheduled appointment to confirm and was told I wasn't in their book.  I was then told the owner's wife would call me back.  She never did.  Glad this happened as I would not want to hire any company that can't track appointments and don't care about missed appointments that wasted and delayed customer time.   Find someone else who cares.  Beware of this one.

Overall the experience with SR Glass was excellent.  We had two double pane windows replaced.
Angel and Dave did a great job in under an hour and the windows fit perfectly.  The cost was
a few hundred dollars less than another estimate we received.  We would definitely recommend
this company.
