Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

During the recent windstorm, a bedroom window exploded into the bedroom of my kid's vacation rental.  They live in another state and had a renter schedule in a few days...so the need was urgent.  I called a few glass companies and couldn't really get any response or urgency on their part to help me out.  Then I called Demers and talked with Trish!  She was so helpful and understanding of my situation.  I was able to get this completely taken care of pretty much the same day.  While this was a pretty simple repair (window slider with a single pane), I so appreciated Trish's empathy, response and helpfulness in getting this repaired...and it was very reasonably priced.  Demers will be my only call the next time I have glass needs.
A company is only as good as the members of their team.  Demers is very fortunate to have such an outstanding team member like Trish on their team!

We were in the market to get new windows when I opened the door to a salesperson for RMK windows and we set up an appointment for an estimate.  While the person giving the estimate did win my trust during this appointment that was all about to change.  I had requested windows be installed prior to Thanksgiving but was told that they would try but it would most likely be the week following.  After not hearing back from anyone before Thanksgiving and the week after had passed I finally had to call to see when they were planning on installing. We were not on their install list at that time, I had to explain what I was promised installation during these times then received a call back to say they would be out the following week and I would be receiving a call from the installer, time came and went with no call.  I called again and finally the installer called me back and in his words they had to squeeze some bigger jobs in before mine and once those were done they would be out.  Good to know that my time was not as valuable as the bigger paying jobs.  This set the course for our experience throughout the install nothing but excuses for being late and only having one person on the job.  They said they would clean up their mess outside before leaving but no, I had to crawl around picking up broken glass all around the outside of my home which was not appreciated.  Bottom line we do like our windows, thank god, but the customer service and installation needs more than alot of work.  Nobody ever even checked up on us after to see if everything was good or not.  I cannot recommend RMK to anyone else to purchase windows from.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

We recently had all our windows replaced by Mountain Glass. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional work done in their installation. It took some time to get the windows due to matters beyond their control, but Christine kept us informed throughout that time of their status. The crew was very professional, courteous and timely. They took pains to be sure there was minimal if any mess during the course of installation, and even rehung the blinds, a very pleasant surprise. Being new to the community I had to make a tough decision on who to trust and not knowing enough about windows it made it even more daunting. Luckily I came across Freelite and the rep who helped me made it very simple to understand. AZ Replacement Windows did a nice, clean installation for five vinyl replacement windows.  One window needed adjustment and they were quick to come back and resolve.  The windows look very nice.  The installers and sales rep were easy to deal with and professional.

Lifetime Windows and Doors are the absolute best! Our Marvin Windows are just amazing and the double Lifetime Unlimited warranty is the best out there. They do a meticulous installation and A+ on communication. Five star high five!

I called to make an appointment.  I was told appointments are at 2 weeks out.   Took my name and information and was given a date and time.  I called 5 minutes before scheduled appointment to confirm and was told I wasn't in their book.  I was then told the owner's wife would call me back.  She never did.  Glad this happened as I would not want to hire any company that can't track appointments and don't care about missed appointments that wasted and delayed customer time.   Find someone else who cares.  Beware of this one.

We are new here to Arizona and so finding companies you can trust is always a challenge BUT not when we called SR Windows & Glass!  What a blessing!  From the first call to request an estimate (which was FREE) we could already feel this was going to be a pleasurable experience!  One of the technicians Angel showed up and took accurate and quick measurements.  He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable! When we got the quote we were happy to get such a reasonable rate! All of the other glass companies will only come out for a base rate or  for only 3 or more windows. We only needed one and I love the fact that no job is too small for SR Windows and we were treated just as important as a big job!  Within one week Angel came back out and installed our window within record time! I HIGHLY recommend to request Angel for measurements and installation! Thank you SR Windows!
