Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Went with another company no spevial reason just did. So i cant say much about this company. Since you replied i will go further. Your first review was neither negative or positive i was being neutral.  2nd review. I reveived 5 automatic emails from 5 different companies. As i recall i did respond to all of them with as much information as i could or had or knew. I dont work in the window business. One company had a 3 window minimum. I was looking to just replace 1 window but will now be replacing 2 windows. no one called me from your company. I will not and do not have to try and track down a company or someone to talk to. The company i went with responded to my email also texted me and sent me a brochure and also spent time talking to me on the phone answering my question and explaining the process. I like to talk with someone and meet with them as i can get a feeling about the company by the tone in their voice and how they respond to me. If your company had really wanted my business someone would of reached out and called me. No one did. Please dont act like you did all you can to get my business. You did not. Like i said i was giving you a neutral review and being fair now i give you less than that. One automatic email means nothing. So now i change my teview to 1 star.

By the way i just checked all me emails as i save everything. I contacted yelp and home advisor on april 13th. Home advisor was a mistake but i continued. The only message i received from you guys was on april 14th telling me you were closed and would contact me shortly. No one contacted me. Just for your information.  That is why i didnt use you guys . i heard back from 4 other companies not you. Therefore i would not use you know or in the future and i would not recommend you. Stop acting like you wanted my business and stop acting like you contacted me.  I was being nice when i let the companies that i did not use that i was using a different company just to be courteous.

We have lived in our house for three years and have always had hot spots. The front room our master bedroom and the babies room where always much hotter then the rest of the house. Our A/C unit could never catch up and would run all day trying to keep a temperature it couldn't reach especially in the afternoons. But after our new windows from RMK im glad to report the living room no longer needs a fan to keep us comfortable and the other rooms are as cool as the rest of the house. On top of that our A/C unit actually shuts off periodically. The day they installed the windows I was worried we would never get the house cooled back down till later in the day. They finished installation around 2pm and immediately felt the lack of heat coming through the windows and just a few hours later our A/C unit actually kicked off and we were floored by that. Great job and installation crew were courteous. Windows look great. I did wait 2 months to write the review as I wanted to see our energy bills. Installation happened 2 weeks into our billing cycle and our electric actually cost $50 less from the previous 2 years. Our next billing cycle from June 20 to July 20 wasn't as much of a savings but still atleast $50. But its because we started setting the A/C even lower at nights and during the day because who doesn't want to sleep cold. I bet anyone who installs the windows and really wants to test their limits of reducing their bill each month would see a huge savings. As for us, we are just way more comfortable then we have ever been in our house.

Never showed up for the consultation. Did not call, or text. We rescheduled and he did the same thing the next day. If the company isn't reliable enough to show up for a consultation, this is not a company I'd trust to show up for the actual job. This review is being written 1.5hrs after the time he stated he'd be here.

I was so pleased to find Golden Arrow Glass Co.  They were incredibly responsive.  Each time I had a question, they responded immediately.  All of the people at Golden Arrow that we worked with were a pleasure.  I mentioned that they were so responsive, and Alex said they try to treat everyone as if they are family.  I truly believe that--because that is how we were treated.  The response time was fast, the bid was competitive, the glass came in very quickly--within two weeks, I think, and the installation was great.  
Great company.  I will use them again when necessary and I highly recommend them.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

Bulldog Security Screens are simply amazing! The quality of the screen is exceptional... I purchased another brand for my other home but there is no comparison to Bulldog. The installers were very professional and did an absolute fabulous job! I would most definitely recommend Bulldog to anyone thinking of installing security screens. The entire process from the initial phone call to Bulldog , the consultation to installation has been way above board! Keep Up the Exceptional Customer Service!!

After collecting many estimates for new iron front doors, I came upon Entry Brite's ad in Home Magazine.  Jeff came out and measured my double entry front doors and showed me all his samples available.  I selected a beautiful iron/glass version to be inserted into my front doors.    Installation took a couple of hours, and wow what a difference. The insert is heavy duty 12 gauge iron and 1/2 glass. Doors look they were made that way. Can't tell they were inserts.  Anyone wanting to dress up their front doors without breaking the bank should look into this. A great option.

We recently had all our windows replaced by Mountain Glass. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional work done in their installation. It took some time to get the windows due to matters beyond their control, but Christine kept us informed throughout that time of their status. The crew was very professional, courteous and timely. They took pains to be sure there was minimal if any mess during the course of installation, and even rehung the blinds, a very pleasant surprise. I would, and have recommended them to others considering window replacement. Thanks to everyone at Mountain View for your kindness and professionalism during a particularly trying time.

Don't waste your time I can't get a callback or scheduled for an appointment.  Even if they do the best work in the world my time is valuable.  This is the second time I have been blown off by this company.

My mother and I just recently bought a house in Chandler and knew we were going to be buying windows after we moved in. It was a process. We had a number of sales reps come into our home and go through the sales pitch on why their windows are so great and how they are leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else.

After the 5th or 6th sales pitch, you realize that most of the windows are basically the same. To tell you the truth, it was like watching a bad sitcom on repeat. I even went to the Home and Garden show and requested a few more companies to come out and give me estimates. I was so jaded to the process all I wanted was for the person to show up, measure my windows and sliding door, give me their sales price (for nearly the exact same vinyl window as all the other companies), and get out so I could get on with my life.

Believe me, my mother felt the same way at this point.
That's how I treated John from Affordable Enterprises. Just another sales person that comes in, gives a spiel about the product. Shows you a few documents, does the blow torch or heat lamp test, and then pulls in the sample window. And he did just that and more.

I am a difficult person to sale to. Everyone has a great product and most can provide good customer service. But out of all the sales people we had in our home this past month, John from Affordable Enterprises, exceeded my expectations. I didn't feel like another sale when he spoke with us.

He went over the benefits of the window he was trying to get us interested in, the same windows a few other companies used, but John went a step further. John had with him a portfolio of customers he helped in the past. With this portfolio, he was able to show us how the windows looked installed on the homes, which gave us a better idea on what we could expect when the job was done.

Along with the pictures, he really knew his customers. Every house he showed us, he gave us a story of how this customer wanted this window (or door) for this reason or that. This man was excited to tell us about how happy his customers were with their investment and how it has improved their living conditions. The fact that he goes back to the customers after the job is completed, to ensure that everything was done to the customers satisfaction, means something to me.

For me, the product is only a small portion of the sale, especially when there are many companies to choose from. The exceptional customer service and respect we received from John today is what earned him our business.

We are still waiting for the windows to be ordered and installed, but I will provide an update on the progress.

I'm Very thankful for Vanishing Screens quality, speed, and cost.  Cody did an absolutely fantastic job and was very professional to work with.  

I previously spoke with a handful of other companies concerning window screens and this was the only one that took any time to explain their prices and processes with me.  They were patient and cordial on the phone which is important to me.  

They did a great job installing sun shade screens and they even came back out just to make sure everything was correct and answer any follow up questions I had.  They truly care about customer satisfaction and deliver the quality needed.

Sorry for the late post-We highly recommend AZ Valley. The Dans were fantastic. We had a big, fairly complicated job. When we had an issue Dan was there to help us out and make sure we were completely satisfied.  We love the work they did and would use them again.

Lifetime windows is a fantastic company to work with.  From making an appointment for an estimate,  salesperson,  schedulers,  installers,  customer service are excellent.   I have absolutely no complaints.   If you would try LifeTime windows you will not be disappointed.

Very poor customer service.  Never receive call backs.  Broken promises on instillation dates and so many excuses.  My husband finally exploded and we got some action taken.  Is'tn that a sad thing to say.  Contract stated 4-5 weeks and after 8 weeks, the day before they were to install the door,(which had been 7th week) they said it wasn't made correctly.  They would get it remade ASAP. So what, tack on another 8 weeks?  

After 2 months we got our deposit back.  Need I say anymore.

We had a window replaced and new glass installed on another window.  The window job was unusual because siding could not be removed to access the flange holding the window in place.   The SR team figured out a solution, worked through a few challenges,  and got the job done.  Special thanks to Danielle who kept us informed and Angel who did a great job with the installation.   We will use SR Window and Glass in the future and highly recommend them.
