I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Highly recommended glass replacement service provider. They came and replaced 3 of my old windows. Worked very hard to remove old windows that kept refusing to let go. Wonderful workmanship and wore masks and shoes covers during the whole process. Very considerate

We had all our windows replaced in our home.  (7 windows to be exact) RMK Windows did a fantastic job on my home. All the staff I worked with from the salesperson, installers and the manager they were all professional, on time and very friendly. The service and workmanship I was provided was top notch. I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

Contacted this company based on reviews and the product I was looking for. They have a great team that are very professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. The rep came to my house to show me the product I was interested in. A security door that just appeared to be a screen door. I picked what I wanted and scheduled a date to have installed. The price was not an issue but could be for some but you get what you pay for. In this case extreme quality. The installation team were very efficient and had the door hung in an hour and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely happy with the entire purchase and how it looks. Thank you very much. Next will be the rear slider.

Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience as everyone else here. When they first put in my window the installer bent the frame... not a big deal
Things happen. He left the paint half done and said someone would be there the next day at 8:00 to finish, no one was there and I realized the paint was chipped off the frame. Finally I had the paint person there later that afternoon. They brought a frame back after they said they were getting one from their Vegas location, and the frame didn't fit... they said again they were going to get one from their Vegas location and finally it for but the installer just left a mess. He was only interested  in taking my money vs cleaning up after his work.  I was going to use them to replace patio doors but I will look for alternatives.

Every single person I dealt with at Mountain View Glass & Mirror was amazing. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, HONEST and willing to accommodate anything I needed.  They are fast in getting out to make the repair quickly for you.

After contacting a number of other companies, Mountain View was only the only company that stated from the beginning that they could make the repair I needed, which replacing just the bottom half of a window, without hesitation, whereas all of the others were dead set on trying to convince me that I needed to buy an entirely new window.  This saved me hundreds of dollars from the start and the work they did was beautiful as they had a perfect replacement already in their warehouse.

Additionally, I found that they were very flexible on working out the billing options as the repairs I have need have all been for tenants in rental properties, often far from my home, but they have been willing to take payment by phone, mail and have even made trips to pick up a check from me, saving me tons of time!

My bedroom screen has been broken for months and has been such an eye sore. I'm so glad I finally called Mr. G's. They were super quick to respond and got me on the schedule the next day. The customer service was great and I was really happy with their prices.

My husband and I have used Freelite services for several projects in our home including skylights, total replacement of all our windows and exterior doors, including a decorative front door, plus specialty indoor room doors and closet doors.  Every project was completed on time and in the manner expected.  We have referred several of our neighbors to Freelite and have heard great comments from them after also using Freelite for windows and doors.  Chip Marvin is easy to work with and has good ideas when asked.  All the workmen did a great job and were clean and presentable plus they left our home in great condition when the work was finished.  I recommend Freelite to anyone who wants top notch service!

I just want to say the two installers I had out to do my windows Nick Sommer window other Nick excellent excellent employees they were very informative they came on time they cleaned up after themselves I would recommend Nick to anyone. I really wish the owner would of stayed and explained something to me but Nick was there to clean  up my confusion. which I really appreciated. I would use this company again for future jobs. Just had a new side door to the garage install.  Everything looks great.  You pay for what you get.  Install was great. Southern exposure, we will if it was worth it.

I had an in home estimate for window and sliding door replacements.  Virgil arrived on time and was very knowledgeable with the products and brands.  He did a demonstration with heat on the glass and answered all my questions.  Looking forward to seeing the results when the installation is complete.  The pricing was better than I expected.  I will update my review after the work is completed.  So far, I'm very impressed.

EVERY single person that I dealt with at Weathersby Windows was knowledeable and polite. I am an existing customer and when contacting the store the folks there want to bring resolution to my requests.  Other competitors bring up obstacles.  I had unfortunately bought  a couple of windows and a sliding door from a national seller and it has been nothing but trouble. They are into their 9th month and still do not have the installation completed.
The Weatersby Windows sales-person (Vinnie) was perfect.  He stayed on top of the intallation project from start to finish and kept us informed about appointments.
The reason I gave them a 5-STAR rating is that there is not one single thing I would change about how the entire process flowed.
And equally important is that these windows work like magic.  We wish we had bought them years ago.

HORRIBLE !!!!!!!The worst customer service ! I called to schedule a window replacement, was put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. She had taken my information and NEVER called me back. I emailed that I was still waiting for appointment time...nothing!! 3 days later I called and was told they were so busy that they do NOT do estimates. I made it very clear I needed a window replaced and they had done window replacement for an insurance claim earlier this year. ( not to mention the tech threw the glass in my neighbors yard instead of cleaning it up) I was told they have staffing problems ..again.....told me they don't have time to give FREE estimates. Never received an apology. I was made to feel as if I was looking for free service.  Danielle was very RUDE !! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
