Great service and price. Did not try to up-sell. On time and fast installation.

Was looking for a company that did custom glass and mirrors; not just auto glass. Took four drawn to-scale templates for 4 pieces of glass to protect table tops. It's 4 days later, still waiting for the job quote.....haven't heard a word from them.

So it's more than three weeks later and I still haven't heard a word from them. I had to call them even though it's clearly evident they're not interested in the business. They told me that they did get a reply from their supplier but couldn't tell me why they didn't bother to call me and catch me up to speed. Oops they said.  They then proceeded to tell me that they needed to have cardboard template provided. I have provided them with to scale drawings on graph paper, that any high school student could've made a cardboard template from, but not the glass company. It also doesn't change the fact that they completely dropped the ball didn't bother to call me back with their companies feedback. Absolutely a lackluster low caliber company.

First of all... Richard and his crew have been in the valley for over 25 years, killin' it!  All of my commercial projects have been designed, spec'd, engineered to the standards they were supposed to be.  Never been late on any project and customer service is top tiered. As for residential, they have never let me down there either... slammed out my house way ahead of schedule. Thank you for all the help and for always being reliable!  All the best!

Latch did an amazing job on my backyard project recently! They extended my porch, added pavers and also added a significant amount of artificial turf grass to the yard. My kids are so happy to have the space! They got the job done quickly and Paul the Project Manager was awesome to work with. I highly recommend using them for any of your home improvement needs!

Israel was wonderful! Very communicative and fair pricing. I had a shower door waiting at my home that needed to be installed and he was happy to oblige. Other companies quoted me almost double what he charged. The work is professional and he did a great job. Don't think twice on hiring this dependable business owner. I'll definitely be calling him for all of my future window and door needs

I placed an order with this company in early Decemeber and never once did anyone follow up with us on next steps--just a hand shake during measurements and that they would get the job done in 8 weeks.

Fast forward to late January, both Sam and David have zero clue about the measurements, the job, and their only rebuttal was you never placed a deposit or paid for the job?

I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of management, attention to detail, and the overall professionalism of this company--not to mention how badly this error/oversight has affected our project's timeline.

Do yourself a favor and look for another window company that respects your time and values your business.

Called him up and he said he'd get back to me. Two weeks later I gave up and decided to try and fix my sliding door myself. Fixed it and texted him that I didn't need his services. He filled my phone with page after page of insulting nonsense crybaby texts till I blocked his number.

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.

Don't order anything that requires a fork lift .  Super slow  to get a bag of sand dropped into my pick up. . Then 5 guys come out after 40 minutes and not one has a key for the fork lift . Slow beyond belief.

Extremely unprofessional service and has no courtesy whatsoever for customers time. We scheduled a time and day for them to come over since they said they are mobile and when that day and time came they never showed up or bothered to let me know they were running over an hour late. They were supposed to arrive at 3 pm and I waited until 3:05 pm to text them and ask if they were still coming with no response until 3:15 pm with them saying they were somewhere else and can maybe stop by in an hour. He wouldn't even give me a quote for my glass and after an hour passed still didn't show up so I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. This place is a joke and it's no wonder it has no reviews or customers.

I decided to have $1500 worth of blinds ordered and in stalled by homedepot.  
1.  Ordering:  good, the lady who ordered was good, but after that was all dow hill.
2.  Paying  for measurements:  the person to come and measure was Real baad.  He called at 7:45pm to set time, not during working. They he didn't suppose to do, calls only during working hour, LIES....... ans they would take of it.  LIES... continue reading.
3. Delivery of blinds.  They told me the blinds would be delivered at my back garage door, no, no... two delivered front door, one back door, WOW.  I called to explain I was missing blinds and when would they be delivered.   They told me Thursday of the week, nothing.   I called  and told them I didn't receive.  They looked up my order said the computer shows Friday next day, nothing delivered again.  I called again and they said Saturday, nothing.    You can imagine how I felt now.  Didn't get until Monday the next week.   They did the ordering and made more excuses on way delivery wasn't done on time or correctly -Bad customer service
Installation: They promise that the installer would call during work hours  to set up time, again lies,, no he called again at 7:45, during my dinner time which  shouldn't be used for other things.   I asked why he calling so late, he said that's when he makes his calls ummmm.  Homedepot said it wouldn't happen again, but again it did.  Pooooooor customer service
4.   I will NEVER use Homedepot for any more projects. Their unreliable, make up excuses (lies) to cover for installers, delivering and they're unreliability.  One star is all I can give, if a negative 1 is possible I would give.  Its a bad time to give bad service.

I hired Sears to install a front door in October 2017, the completion date was supposed to be December 10, 2017.  The install date turned out to be January 12, 2018.  The job was terrible.  I contacted sears to let them know I was unhappy with the job.  They sent out another person on January 23 to look at the door.  He told me they would have to reorder parts and come back out to fix the door.  The last thing I asked him to do was to have sears contact me and let me know when I could expect them to come back out and finish the door.  Today is February 2, 2018 and I have heard nothing, nothing.
