We replaced 5 windows in our home. Everyone at Mirage is professional and knowledgeable.  Rich and Mario helped me choose the right window vendor and glass for my new windows, which took several calls and many questions. Their prices were very good. The crew was on time, courteous and very skilled. They even recommended a good restoration company to replace the stucco and drywall that was torn out as a result of the new windows.

When we purchased our home in Mesa it was a fixer upper to say the least, I didn't know where to start! Luckily I found Latch's number through a coworker and I am so glad because they were able to provide everything I wanted to do with remodeling my home without me needing to sit on the phone all day finding contractor! I didn't have to lift a finger, My home went from being an ugly duckling to beautiful swan! Thank you again good folks at Latch!

Israel was wonderful! Very communicative and fair pricing. I had a shower door waiting at my home that needed to be installed and he was happy to oblige. Other companies quoted me almost double what he charged. The work is professional and he did a great job. Don't think twice on hiring this dependable business owner. I contacted Low-E Windows and ordered several windows through them. David and Sam were so professional from the first call. They were  helpful when measuring, ordering and delivery. They went out of their way for delivery of my windows to accommodate my deadlines. It's refreshing to see people operate with integrity and exceptional customer service and represent a quality product. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!

We highly recommend this company for sliding door repair! We called on Monday and Jeff came out that afternoon.  He was VERY knowledgeable about the door.  He had the part to fix it but he noticed it was dented.  He asked if it would be ok if he came back the next day so he did use the bad one..  We really appreciated his integrity to not use the dented part.  Also the 3 year warranty he gave us on the door repair is great!

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.

Don't order anything that requires a fork lift .  Super slow  to get a bag of sand dropped into my pick up. . Then 5 guys come out after 40 minutes and not one has a key for the fork lift . Slow beyond belief.

Extremely unprofessional service and has no courtesy whatsoever for customers time. We scheduled a time and day for them to come over since they said they are mobile and when that day and time came they never showed up or bothered to let me know they were running over an hour late. They were supposed to arrive at 3 pm and I waited until 3:05 pm to text them and ask if they were still coming with no response until 3:15 pm with them saying they were somewhere else and can maybe stop by in an hour. He wouldn't even give me a quote for my glass and after an hour passed still didn't show up so I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. This place is a joke and it's no wonder it has no reviews or customers.

I decided to buy a shed that Home Depot was showing in their garden area.  Went to customer service to order it on Apr 24.  Yes, it was available.  So I ordered the materials needed to build a floor and shingles for the roof.  I, then went to a shipping service and paid them to pick up the shed.  They were to wait for my call to tell them when it would be ready.  I'd been promised that it would be that afternoon.  I paid the service.  Then, that same day I get a call that the shed was not available.  That I could pick up everything but the shed.  I asked when the shed would be available and the man told me the 26th or 27th.  The next day I call and I was told that the order was cancelled.  How could it be cancelled?  So I advised the customer service person that it wasn't cancelled by me.  She tells me that the shed is in stock and that they will pull it.  OK.  I receive no call.  The next day I go to track the order and there's nothing there.  So I call again.  These calls I make take at least 30 minutes of holding time each.  When I speak to the lady, she knows nothing about it, but tells me it wasn't cancelled.  And like the others, it will be available.  I ask her if she can guarantee that and she transfers me to Angel at the store.  I get hung up on, but Angel calls me back.  She tells me that the one available showing on the computer is the model and that the actual shed is not available.  She continues to inform me that because it hadn't sold well, they probably wouldn't get any more in stock.  I am incensed now.  I paid the delivery service in advance and will probably not get my money back.  And I will receive no shed which I need desperately.  So, I cancelled everything.  She assures me that my credit card will have no charge on it.  We'll see.  I can guarantee her one thing.  I WILL NEVER SHOP HOME DEPOT AGAIN.  Lowes, here I come.

We had Sears cabinet refacing .. we were promised a week completion and it got done nearly 5 weeks later.  It was because wrong doors was shipping and a drawer was ordered wrong.
We had family coming to town and they had gotten our busy because they promised NO problem it will be done. A very ugly unfinished kitchen.
