Recently ordered a large custom frameless glass shower panel for our master bathroom.  I ordered the glass on Friday afternoon and it arrived the following week.  

Before I ordered from Nelson Glass, I received four quotes. Nelson's price was fair, but to be honest, I was impressed by Nelson's technician, Ashur.  He was patient and thorough, answered all of my questions, made suggestions and shared photos of other installations he'd recently completed.  When the office called back with the pricing, Stephanie was 100% in sync with what we'd discussed.  Communication was excellent.

The end result:  Ashur and two other technicians arrived about week and a half after I placed my order with the new shower glass.  Installation was efficient, professional and clean.  They gave me a few tips on how to best keep the glass clean and the left the job site spotless. Pun intended... We love our frameless glass shower and it's been very easy to maintain.

We replaced 5 windows in our home. Everyone at Mirage is professional and knowledgeable.  Rich and Mario helped me choose the right window vendor and glass for my new windows, which took several calls and many questions. Their prices were very good. The crew was on time, courteous and very skilled. They even recommended a good restoration company to replace the stucco and drywall that was torn out as a result of the new windows.

Terrible. Consistently ignored our calls about an error that they caused during a job. They betrayed the trust of my wife and I. They continue to ignore our calls, block our numbers, and pawn us off on people who a day later don't work for the company anymore. Do not waste your money on the terrible service these people provide. They scammed us, please don't fall for it.

Unfortunately, I have found the service levels of Bird Glass and Israel to be poor at best.  I understand delays because of product shortages, I understand repairs to previously installed products don't receive the same attention as new jobs. What I can not deal with is multiple and when I say multiple I mean 7 times I was promised that someone will be out to fix a leak in the shower installed, just a few months ago.  Israel has said he will be at the house and was a no show. But more than that no even giving the courtesy of letting me know that he wont be able to show. We all have busy lives, we all have jobs and understand when things come up. What is the challenge is the constant telling me he will be there and not showing.  It effects my schedule it effects my wife's schedule.  The lack of consideration and concern for my time is uncalled for.

I placed an order with this company in early Decemeber and never once did anyone follow up with us on next steps--just a hand shake during measurements and that they would get the job done in 8 weeks.

Fast forward to late January, both Sam and David have zero clue about the measurements, the job, and their only rebuttal was you never placed a deposit or paid for the job?

I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of management, attention to detail, and the overall professionalism of this company--not to mention how badly this error/oversight has affected our project's timeline.

Do yourself a favor and look for another window company that respects your time and values your business.

Great customer service!!  I called Jeff around 10 in the morning and he was here the same day. Got my sliding glass door back in working condition. Super professional and walked me through what he did to fix my door and why. Would recommend to anyone looking for a door repair company.

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.

Don't order anything that requires a fork lift .  Super slow  to get a bag of sand dropped into my pick up. . Then 5 guys come out after 40 minutes and not one has a key for the fork lift . Slow beyond belief.

Extremely unprofessional service and has no courtesy whatsoever for customers time. We scheduled a time and day for them to come over since they said they are mobile and when that day and time came they never showed up or bothered to let me know they were running over an hour late. They were supposed to arrive at 3 pm and I waited until 3:05 pm to text them and ask if they were still coming with no response until 3:15 pm with them saying they were somewhere else and can maybe stop by in an hour. He wouldn't even give me a quote for my glass and after an hour passed still didn't show up so I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. This place is a joke and it's no wonder it has no reviews or customers.

I decided to have $1500 worth of blinds ordered and in stalled by homedepot.  
1.  Ordering:  good, the lady who ordered was good, but after that was all dow hill.
2.  Paying  for measurements:  the person to come and measure was Real baad.  He called at 7:45pm to set time, not during working. They he didn't suppose to do, calls only during working hour, LIES....... ans they would take of it.  LIES... continue reading.
3. Delivery of blinds.  They told me the blinds would be delivered at my back garage door, no, no... two delivered front door, one back door, WOW.  I called to explain I was missing blinds and when would they be delivered.   They told me Thursday of the week, nothing.   I called  and told them I didn't receive.  They looked up my order said the computer shows Friday next day, nothing delivered again.  I called again and they said Saturday, nothing.    You can imagine how I felt now.  Didn't get until Monday the next week.   They did the ordering and made more excuses on way delivery wasn't done on time or correctly -Bad customer service
Installation: They promise that the installer would call during work hours  to set up time, again lies,, no he called again at 7:45, during my dinner time which  shouldn't be used for other things.   I asked why he calling so late, he said that's when he makes his calls ummmm.  Homedepot said it wouldn't happen again, but again it did.  Pooooooor customer service
4.   I will NEVER use Homedepot for any more projects. Their unreliable, make up excuses (lies) to cover for installers, delivering and they're unreliability.  One star is all I can give, if a negative 1 is possible I would give.  Its a bad time to give bad service.

We had Sears cabinet refacing .. we were promised a week completion and it got done nearly 5 weeks later.  It was because wrong doors was shipping and a drawer was ordered wrong.
We had family coming to town and they had gotten our busy because they promised NO problem it will be done. A very ugly unfinished kitchen.
