Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ

Hired them to fix my sliding glass door. They came to replace the grate but realized all I needed was some screw tightening and readjustment, and they didn't even charge me! They were so nice and I appreciated it.

Chuck is the best! Not only did he show up and give me a very competitive price on screens for two of my rental properties, he was very professional and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule on both properties! They did a nice job with ordering the window but the installation process was a mess. They left Nails out in my shower and I stepped on one the next day... they didn't cover anything so we had dust all over our brand new vanity and toothbrushes... they had to cut the stucco but they came out the next day to fix it! Took about three months to get our window orders which is common in the field at this time. They were pleasant to work with I'm just unhappy with the cleanup job... luckily one of my children did not step on the nail!

We had to replace our existing skylights. Had several quotes from various companies. Mitch came buy with a quote that was within reason and comparable to the others. What separated  Mitch, and overnight skylight, from the others was his enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for what he was doing and talking about. Not going to lie, I had my reservations considering they were relatively new company with a new license. I voiced these concerns to Mitch and he understand yet was committed to starting his business off on the right foot. In today's world it's important to give a new business the opportunity to build a positive reputation and that is exactly what they've started doing. Mitch and his partner (Who, I might add, is a 3rd generation, glass person), do it right! No issues, on time, excellent work and they stand behind their work and the product they install. I would lightly recommend overnight skylight and the team.

Redid the shower glass in the main bathroom. Jeff was amazing. He's very skilled. I could tell he knew what he was doing when he came out to measure and quote. There was a part that was cut wrong but measured correctly. The owner called and was very accommodating. The final result was awesome. Great experience. Thanks to Jeff especially.

That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. Timely, Efficient, Friendly and no upscale/hard sale.  Job was able to be done same day with quality workmanship.

DO NOT GO HERE. There are far better, cheaper, and more honest places to go to than this poor excuse for a business. I paid for 2 pieces of glass. I was called one time to pick them up, and it wasn't a pleasant call. I picked one them up and asked if they could let me know if they can install the other one. I never got a call back. The window wasn't a huge concern like the other one, but I remembered I still had one there. So I called myself a few months later, even though I was still waiting on an answer. The lady was incredibly rude and said they didn't have my glass even though I paid for it and still had the receipt. She threatened me on the phone, and I told her it was unfortunate and they should have my glass, she hung up on me. I called back, and a different lady, much more nice answered, named Patty and she said my glass wasn't ready yet. I then got another call from the rude lady and was told my glass wasn't there, and it wasn't her problem. A business shouldn't strong arm its customers like this, and quite frankly shouldn't be a business.

I called Desert Breeze Glass when I needed a windshield replaced on my automobile from  a rock that was kicked up by a semi truck in front of me on the freeway. From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated with such Professionalism. The friendly Receptionist connected me to Cathryn who then walked me through the process. She did everything from explain to me what to expect, to helping me talk to the 3rd party Agency that took my information for my insurance company, to setting up the appointment for repair. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, entertaining with her delightful demeanor and sense of humor. She helped lighten my mood from being upset and inconvenienced with what I thought was going to be a long, drug out process to get a replacement.

As promised, the service tech, Hector called me when he was 30 mins from our meeting spot.  He made sure to stop and introduce himself again once we met at the location, greeting me full eye contact, stated his name again, and a gave me firm hand shake. Just as Cathryn was, he too was super friendly and accommodating as he came to my place of business to do the repair. He was very conscientious of his surroundings before he started his work and made sure my car was in a safe location and that he was free of beams from the over-head parking to do the repair safely.  

He and his assistant were not only courteous but quick as well. He had his paperwork all ready for me to sign as soon as I met him at the car when he called to say he was done and the car was ready. The assistant then made sure to stop what he was doing and thank me for my business as well. They even waved as they drove away. I was so thoroughly impressed with the whole process and know just who I will call when I have a glass need in the future.

Need glass yourself or know of someone who does? I highly recommend Desert Breeze Glass... They were the best!!!

They replaced my windshield but damaged my dashboard.  They sent a guy to look at it and he claims it was already that way.  No!  It was not!!!Now I am waiting for the supervisor to get back to me.  I called my insurance and they said I need to get an estimate and try to get Universal auto glass to repair this.  We'll see how that goes!  Thanks for ruining my car Universal auto glass!!! You suck!

Robert-first of all you do NOT know about my car!  It has NOT been in the Arizona sun for 11 years!  You need to shut the eFF up before you start speaking like you know the history of a car that you #1 did not see and # 2 who says you're the expert in Pontiacs!  If you sincerely felt bad for my situation you would not have actrd like an asshole on the phone call.  As a business owner you should have suggested I get the estimate instead of denying any responsibilty and acting like an asshole!  And btw the dash was NOT warped.  So SUCK IT!

Hope installation goes better and good quality. Price was ridiculous by time it was finalized.

Install went well - at least it hasn't fallen out or leaked yet. We'll see - compared to 2.5 times the original price.

They overcharged us. They vastly misrepresented when our order would arrive. They didn't communicate about delays. They missed three due dates. They never finished the installation.

We had a great experience with this company. Their price was better than anyone else's and they were very timely with the installation. Great customer service.

I had bought a shower door to have installed. I called around to a few places that installed shower doors. Most were way too expensive. I called CK glass,  Cody and Kat were great to work with a very reasonable rate. Cody and Jared showed up on Friday morning and had my shower door installed within an hour and a half. Very professional and everything came out great. Thanks CK glass and mirror.
