Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ
Sevy owns and operates this business. He is an upright man. He is honest and ethical and does fantastic work. I used him ten years ago to replace all windows in my house and blow out two windows to make doors with side lights. Two years ago I had to have him back to replace one of the doors because the sprinklers had damaged the wood. He designed and manufactured a specialized metal frame for that door so it wouldn't happen again.
My neighbors down the street saw the quality of his work and also hired him to replace all of their windows. They, too, were completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Sevy and A Pro again in the future.

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door. The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona. I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door. They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. I would not hesitate to recommend Simonton window and door products and/or Affordable Doors of Arizona to family, friends or anyone for their window and door needs. Go to: affordablewindowsofaz.co… and read about Simonton windows and doors and AWOA's excellent services.

Replaced a bedroom window after golf ball broke it. Steve came and measured the same day I called. Five days later and they just finished the installation. There quote was less than half of two other quotes I got. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5. By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did! Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.
I would highly recommend Ferguson Exteriors.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

We were in Phoenix for a show and as we were setting up realized we hadn't packed two pieces of glass needed for our display case. With a quick call to K & K we were assured by Tami that they could cut the pieces for us and have them ready in just an hour and a half. The pieces came out perfectly and very reasonably priced. Totally happy with this experience in customer service.

We could not be any happier with our experience at Lasting Impressions. We just had our new door and sidelight installed today, and it is beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job! The service we received from day one was professional and courteous. We initially had to put a temporary hold on our order given an unforeseen circumstance, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. We feel very fortunate that we made the initial stop into this store when we started looking for a new door. They were thorough, detailed, honest, and there were no last minute add ons or surprises. We highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you Lasting Impressions!

We had been looking to replace our front door for some time and we met with a few different companies to discuss a replacement. Greg from Pella met with us to discuss our options and based on our positive experience with him we decided to move forward with Pella. This was in mid-June of 2020 and marks the end of any positive experience that we had with Pella.
- Our install was scheduled for early September but was then re-scheduled for late September. It was then pushed back multiple times into November. Various excuses (COVID, delays at the factory, shipping difficulties) were given. This alone would've been enough to warrant a negative experience, but there was much more to come.
- Our door was finally scheduled for install in mid-November. However, upon attempting to install the door, the install crew found defects both in craftmanship and cosmetics. In their words, it never should've left the factory in Iowa. Considering our old door had been removed and disposed of, they installed the partially defective door with the intent of ordering a new one.
- The folks at Pella told us that they would do everything possible to expedite the creation and shipment of a new door. We were hoping for a couple weeks, especially considering how many times they'd already re-scheduled. The best they could do was the end of December.
- End of December - we are at the six-month mark. Pella calls and states the door didn't make the shipment. We're LIVID and ready to cancel. We then speak with a sales manager who assures us our door will arrive in the next shipment at the end of January.
- End of January. The day before the scheduled install, we receive a call stating that they need to push our install date back a day because the door needs touch-ups. Not thrilled that it wasn't more thoroughly inspected before leaving Iowa.
- Door is installed at the end of January, somewhat sloppily (see photos). There are caulking and painting errors that will need to be touched up - this should've been inspected and caught by a supervisor. Our porch lightbulb was broken in the process, and the glass was only cleaned up after we brought it to the installers' attention. Pella also had to send a technician back in the following days to address an issue with the hinges.
- The icing on the cake was being sent a final invoice that was $300 over what we had been told our final amount due was. Yes, it was an error, but in typical Pella fashion, it again demonstrated a lack of attention to detail.
In hindsight, it was a big mistake to hire Pella for this job. Yes, they attempted to make up for the multiple issues throughout the process with discounts, etc. But there comes a time when the project should be finished and finished up to a certain standard. Seven-plus months is MUCH too long, and I'm not sure that they ever met that certain standard. Lesson learned.

I didn't realize how much of a difference a window would make in my electric bill! I had a few windows with broken seals. I wasn't sure if that meant the windows needed to be replaced or if I could just repair them. I contacted several glass/window replacement companies to ask questions that would give me an idea of what my options were. Not only did Alliance Glass give me a great deal on my window replacement, but they took the time to actually educate me on the difference in quality and performance I would notice with the glass I chose to go with for the replacement. I would highly recommend their services to any of my clients or friends. Dealing with glass/windows is not something we do on a regular basis; having a professional company to rely on for the details makes a difference in the experience. Thank you, Alliance Glass! Well folks do not do business with this company , I repeat warning do not do business with this company , I recently made a down payment to have a commercial window replaced at my business , haven't heard a word other than the message on the phone , or the we are currently assisting another customer, so I decided to go by their place of business , no one was there but the open sign was on , door locked but company vehicle was in back , went to a neighbor business of theirs and asked about the company and he immediately told me a lady was I. There no more than 15 minutes before me , asking the same thing because they took a deposit from her and nothing , well I go with this other company , and come to ding out , TDGlass , has had their contractors license RED FLAGGED !!!!!! After a storm damaged our room I asked DaBella to come out for a quote. Two salesmen came out. They wanted to give me an hour long pitch about how great of a company they were and how a new roof is an investment, blah blah blah. I had to ask them 5 times what the price was, they didn't want to tell me. When they finally did tell me, the price was 3x more than other quotes I got. I told them that the insurance company's estimate was much lower than their quote and that I would need an itemized breakdown to submit to the insurance company. They told me no. They wouldn't give me a breakdown. I went with another company that gave me a reasonable, itemized quote

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
