Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ
Sevy owns and operates this business. He is an upright man. He is honest and ethical and does fantastic work. I used him ten years ago to replace all windows in my house and blow out two windows to make doors with side lights. Two years ago I had to have him back to replace one of the doors because the sprinklers had damaged the wood. He designed and manufactured a specialized metal frame for that door so it wouldn't happen again.
My neighbors down the street saw the quality of his work and also hired him to replace all of their windows. They, too, were completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Sevy and A Pro again in the future.

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door. The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona. I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door. They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. I would not hesitate to recommend Simonton window and door products and/or Affordable Doors of Arizona to family, friends or anyone for their window and door needs. Go to: affordablewindowsofaz.co… and read about Simonton windows and doors and AWOA's excellent services.

We just finished up a bathroom remodel with new shower doors. We selected Wesley's glass after meeting Peggy. She came in and helped us pick the right product at the right price. The installation was on time and quick with the results all we could hope for. We are very happy we selected Wesley's glass.

The installers showed up on time and masked! They covered the floor and area they would be in with canvas and plastic. They asked what trim we wanted to leave and went to work removing old sliding door and replaced with a new one. They reinstalled trim on interior and added new on the exterior and primed and caulked it all. They cleaned everything up and were so polite. We had gotten a quote ahead of time and there were no surprises!
We will use them again for future work. Thanks guys!

I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5. By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did! Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.
I would highly recommend Ferguson Exteriors.

We did a major full window replacement with them. And replaced our ratty wooden front door with a glass one (other door installers said we needed to replace the whole area for 3x the cost). We replaced regular patio doors with disappearing window/door walls (yes - I needed my handyman to prep the area but Josh and Tami worked with us). All done with Western Window systems product which are found in the high end golf clubs etc. We did this in a series of stages over the covid year - the period during which most contractors were too busy to return calls so between my handyman, Tami and Josh - we created miracles. I also had them create glass doors for a wine wall and a massive mirror for the powder room. They do it all. I waited until the project was done to write my review - because I selfishly did not want them to become too busy - but they are the best. And their crew is great! Polite! Always ensuring no broken glass is left on driveway etc. If you are looking at replacing one window - go to Home Depot. If you want something special - call these guys!!!

We had been looking to replace our front door for some time and we met with a few different companies to discuss a replacement. Greg from Pella met with us to discuss our options and based on our positive experience with him we decided to move forward with Pella. This was in mid-June of 2020 and marks the end of any positive experience that we had with Pella.
- Our install was scheduled for early September but was then re-scheduled for late September. It was then pushed back multiple times into November. Various excuses (COVID, delays at the factory, shipping difficulties) were given. This alone would've been enough to warrant a negative experience, but there was much more to come.
- Our door was finally scheduled for install in mid-November. However, upon attempting to install the door, the install crew found defects both in craftmanship and cosmetics. In their words, it never should've left the factory in Iowa. Considering our old door had been removed and disposed of, they installed the partially defective door with the intent of ordering a new one.
- The folks at Pella told us that they would do everything possible to expedite the creation and shipment of a new door. We were hoping for a couple weeks, especially considering how many times they'd already re-scheduled. The best they could do was the end of December.
- End of December - we are at the six-month mark. Pella calls and states the door didn't make the shipment. We're LIVID and ready to cancel. We then speak with a sales manager who assures us our door will arrive in the next shipment at the end of January.
- End of January. The day before the scheduled install, we receive a call stating that they need to push our install date back a day because the door needs touch-ups. Not thrilled that it wasn't more thoroughly inspected before leaving Iowa.
- Door is installed at the end of January, somewhat sloppily (see photos). There are caulking and painting errors that will need to be touched up - this should've been inspected and caught by a supervisor. Our porch lightbulb was broken in the process, and the glass was only cleaned up after we brought it to the installers' attention. Pella also had to send a technician back in the following days to address an issue with the hinges.
- The icing on the cake was being sent a final invoice that was $300 over what we had been told our final amount due was. Yes, it was an error, but in typical Pella fashion, it again demonstrated a lack of attention to detail.
In hindsight, it was a big mistake to hire Pella for this job. Yes, they attempted to make up for the multiple issues throughout the process with discounts, etc. But there comes a time when the project should be finished and finished up to a certain standard. Seven-plus months is MUCH too long, and I'm not sure that they ever met that certain standard. Lesson learned.

Through a series of errors made by a well-intentioned family member, the sliding part of a dual-pane window was taken out and put in backward. After several days of trying to fix it, we finally called someone to do something we could not achieve. While the place I called, was unable to repair it they referred me to Alliance Glass. Jose came out and within 5 minutes had the sliding pane out and 30 minutes later he had repaired the rollers and put the window back in, correctly! He was professional and could laugh along with me as we spoke about it. I will definitely recommend them and will call them back in the future.

Please note: I did not end up using this company. My carpenter recommended this company as likely able to handle a tricky job on my home. I did have them come out and give an estimate which I did find about 10% higher than my other bid but competitive in that they are a company vs a sole proprietor that I chose. The salesperson was not timely in response at all in three different communications over six months (but did at least eventually respond). Very dry in communications but when added to the lack of timeliness I interpreted as disinterested in doing the work. I am glad I went with the other company after coming here to read the other reviews when I went to leave this one.

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
