I've worked with this company for years and I totally spaced leaving a review. We had work that needed to be done recently and they were quick to respond. Rates were some of the best in the valley (I got about 8 other quotes) and I sincerely appreciate that after all these years they remain very competitive with pricing. As for the work, it's always done quickly and they never make us wait long (especially when it's actually hot outside).

The owner is also really good about breaking things down, I'm a bit inquisitive and he is always transparent with me when I ask lots of questions. What I appreciate about him the most is the low pressure he puts on each interaction, I mean, I have several messages in my inbox right now from other other companies that make me cringe.

They were wonderful.  Arrived ontime, checked everything out - showed me a couple of issues, offered a couple of ways to fix the issues then promptly went back on the roof and fixed the issues.  Simple, quick, and amazingly thourough.  I will use them every year from now on to service my ac/heater unit.  One less thing to worry about!!  perfect!

Hands down, The. Best.

Our 15 year old Trane unit died yesterday. With the house at 87' at around 5PM we called for service and were told Josh would be there between 7 and 9AM the next day. Josh appeared at 7 and diagnosed the unit as needing replacement and after a short call with Brian, we'd arranged for purchase and install of the new Trane TODAY!

Vince the foreman was amazing.  Excellent service - was kind, fast and helpful with updates. By 1:20 this afternoon, the house was cooling off and the new unit was running. We cannot say enough good things about this company as well as each person we interacted with. A wonderful experience, these guys did great work, were thoughtful, courteous and respectful of us and the property. A five-star experience.

AirTime Cooling and Heating was excellent from start to finish.  Brian (the owner) did the estimate. He was very informative about the options, equipment, process, and provided a competitive estimate. Including installing a Nest Learning Thermostat I bought at Costco for no addition charge. He even provided a bit of advice on installing a scoop to redirect more air into my south facing living room which is the hottest room in the house. I made and installed the scoop myself and it's working.  Once I made my choice between six 4+ star contractor estimates, AirTime rose to the top and was able to get the install done within a week. The crew of James, Jordan, and Vincent did a commendable job, were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They also were Hank, my dog, approved.  I got exactly what I wanted without any issues.  Highly recommend them.

I'm going to tell you this company does not disappoint! My air conditioner went out Sunday  it was the original unit  and I already knew I had to replace it. I was referred to this company they went out of their way brought over portable air conditioners for my family until they were able to get my unit which was 5 days and the hottest days as of yet! No charge they took care of me with one of the cheapest quotes but making my family comfortable. All the guys were so nice. I can not say enough about all of these guys. Airtime Cooling and Heating replaced 2 HVAC system in my house in Oct 8th, 21.  What an outstanding job from A to Z!

It started with Brian who provided initial and free estimates in May'21.  We have received a few quotes with similar price ranges and equiments.  It was Brian's responsiveness, clear communication, none pressure, and professional business ettiques that drove my decision of selecting his company.  He patiently answered phone call each and every time i had clarifying questions.  And never was a time, I felt pressure in making this big decision

The clear communication and promptness theme continued on to the installation day. Airtime called the day before and stated they would like to arrive at 4:30am and knocked on the door at 5:00am.  When I came out at 4:30am to unlock the gate, Vince, the installation manager, was already there and greeted me.  Airtime team really demonstrated customer orientation and prompness. The installation crew,  Vince, Josh, James, and Jordan quickly assembled and started their work

The crew wrapped up the installation, system testing on both Hot and Cool setting, and then proceeded to the cleanup stage around Noon time.  The test showed some adjusments needed on the blower in the attic and Josh identified the issue and addressed it quickly

I am very delighted and highly recommended Airtime Cooling and Heating.  They did an outstanding job.  Now i'll save the best for last.  Today, i called Brian to express my Thanks and also to follow up on logistic for the 2 year service that was part of the installation.  He did not answer the call.  I did not leave any message as I wanted to say Thanks directly.  Two minutes later, Brian returned my call.  First thing he asked.. How is the HVAC system working.  Is there any adjustment needed?  This is Customer Orientation at its finest.  Thank you, Brian and your installation team.  Well Done

Though I did not use Airtime cooling for services, Brian was still able to recommend that I call the manufacturer for a warranty inquiry after another company was taking me for a ride and never bothered to call. Brian told me what questions to ask and showed me what to do. I would recommend just for the fact that they are very responsive and did help with my inquiry. They just didn't happen to service the brand a/c I had. Thanks Airtime!

From the start, working with Brian (owner) was a joy. He is incredibly knowledgeable and honest, helping us figure out exactly what we needed which included the right size A/C unit, attic insulation and duct work. If I had a question, Brian had no problem hopping on the phone to answer it. After getting numerous bids, it was clear their pricing and service was the best. Once we gave them the green light, we were able to get scheduled right away. The crew was just fantastic - very efficient and thorough. AirTime Cooling and Heating replaced my HVAC system in November 2020 and we have been very pleased.  

Brian was very responsive and informative and provided a very fair quote.  They also handled all the paperwork for SRP and manufacturer rebates.

Brian allowed us to make this big and expensive decision without constantly pestering us to see if we'd made a decision yet and I really appreciate that.

The installers showed up right on time and did an excellent job.  They kept me updated throughout the day with texts and pictures (I wasn't home.) When they finished, everything looked great and the only indication they had been there, was a comfortable home with new HVAC units.

They also cleaned the air ducts and dryer vents.  I could not believe the amount of lint in the dryer vent.  GET YOUR DRYER VENTS CLEANED!!

I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC system.

First, this is a 5 star review and they did not do any work for me....why...read on.

We have lived in AZ for three years and have used three large companies.  Each time, we have had problems with our bi-annual inspections.  Appointments cancelled with little notice;  issues with the system that needed to be fixed immediately even though we were not having problems; and then recommendations for upgrades or new ducting.  It always felt, well, slimy...especially when one tech told  us his company was great, because you could make big money through commissions.  Not something you want to hear them brag about when they are doing service in your house.

I looked at the Yelp reviews and saw this company had all 5 stars.  I called and the phone was answered on the second ring by Brian, who I think may be the owner.  He was very open to talking about their approach to business.  No commissions, just a job well done, and done right the first time.  I told him I had a home warranty and he explained some of the pitfalls with those programs.  Mind you, he did not bad mouth them, just told me what I at least expected, but did not want to admit to myself.  He gave me some pointers on things to ask my home warranty company, and offered to review what they told me if I wanted a second opinion.  Who does that!  

I will make the calls he recommended and will sleep on it a night or two but based on our conversation I am considering cancelling the home warranty (which I had mostly for the HVAC) and just dealing with a family owned business.

From the time I made the appointment for an estimate through the entire process of installation of my two new air conditioning units, AirTime was a pleasure.

The person that gave me the estimate was very thorough. He was the only one that got up in the attic to see what I had and what could be done to improve the temperature in my two front bed rooms. He explained the difference between single stage, dual stage and multi stage units and the expected cost savings and benefits/ cons of each. I chose AirTime based on him as they were not the cheapest quote I received.

The day of the install the company sent out two crews. Everyone was very polite, said good morning to all of us and explained what was happening. I was informed several times on what I had and what they were going to do to make it better and if I was ok with the change.

I was super happy with the end product and looking forward to this summer with my two new ac units!  Highly recommend AirTime.

Airtime did a good job on the new A/C install.  They were done fairly quickly. The crane was here and gone in less than an hour.  I would have given 5 stars except the crew threw the install trash into my backyard and left it for us to cleanup.

Brian and his team made the choice very easy to go with them. Every aspect of them is top notch, quality of install, price. With summer on the horizon it was time to replace the builders grade Goodman units on my house that was built in 2004. Being this was large purchase I had gotten 2 other quotes and Airtime was MUCH less. In fact I got two Trane Variable speed units for less than one company wanted  for two single stage units. There honestly wasn't/isn't any reason to get a quote from anyone else.

Was recommended to AirTime by a coworker who was impressed with their speedy service and honest work. I had a reoccurring problem with my AC unit and, after calling my usual guys to check it out but finding them all backed up, I called Airtime and I'm glad I did. Axel was prompt and at my home within the quick timeframe they said he would be, he spent a long time checking and rechecking the issue and ensuring we had cold air blowing in the hot summer months. I called them back a few weeks later for another issue and they were again very professional and quick to respond. This time around it was a bigger issue but Axel got the needed part that was under warranty and quickly fixed my issue again. I would highly recommend Airtime and their professional staff to anyone.

Is there such a thing as an honest AC repair company???
Look no further. I actually used yelp to request quotes on my non-functioning AC unit. ATCnH responded quickly and was able to get me a same day appt, within 3 hours of calling. Grant Meile came to my house on time, and was very professional. I love that he wore a mask the entire time he was inside and outside of my house. I have had my AC unit serviced and fixed in the past, and never have I observed a company using the AC sensors inside and out of the house. Very good tech!!  Also, my system is R22 and some companies will over charge to service your system as much as $150 a pound. I had a company that wanted to charge me $322 for two pounds of R22...(ridiculous) Airtime Cooling charged me $80 ( 20% Yelp discount on the total bill) a pound and got my system up and running in no time.  Honest, high tech, professional technician, covid safe... easy 5 stars. Thanks again for great service. Grant also gave me estimates on how much it would cost to replace my 22 year old system.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I would give these guys 10 start if I could. I called at 12:30pm to report issues installing a nest thermostat after spending two hours figuring out the thing (online instructions were far away from reality). I was honestly expecting availability towards the end of the day, yet somehow and against all predictions, Mark showed up at HOUR LATER to help me with the issue!!! While setting up the thermostat, I took another shot and asked if the unit could get the yearly checkup; Mark had no issues with that either!! He not only made sure everything was in working condition but fixed up an clogged drain!! Two hours after calling in, my issue was resolved and my unit is ready for the summer!!!

Update August 2020- Had an issue with our unit blowing a fuse yesterday in the 116° heat- Brian was immediately responsive and was able to send Vince out to check it and resolve it for us quickly. I am grateful for the great customer service once again!

We just had our entire A/C replaced by Vince and he was great!! He was friendly, efficient, and communicated everything so I could understand. I had a slight issue with payment- an extra charge came up for using a credit card that was not mentioned to me beforehand by a prior tech, and Vince immediately got on the phone with Brian his boss and they were able to resolve the issue for me. I really appreciated their willingness to provide great service on both fronts!

So we thought these guys were going to be good. They had a great review on Angie's List, and good reviews on Yelp. The guy came and said we needed a new part and replaced it. We paid, and were grateful we didn't need a new air conditioner. Here we are about 10 days later with no air, and we need to get our units replaced. So basically, we paid them for nothing because they didn't fix the problem. They charged us to replace a part that didn't fix the unit. We have a brand new $300 part on a unit that doesn't work.

***update**** we contacted the owner Brian, and they sent someone out free of charge to do another repair and gave us a GREAT deal since the other issue didn't resolve the problem! We will continue to use them in the future for sure!!!! Great service!!!

WOW! Great customer service!  Really great customer service.  Had two new units installed 5 years ago.  Had a very small issue today. Contacted owner/Brian late on a Thursday afternoon, as we approached our first 100 degree day in April.  I knew they must already be busy, but, there was an AIRTIME crew member, Travis,  at my door within the hour.  Minor repair quickly completed and very reasonably priced.  So nice to have such amazing customer service.  Felt like I was a lifetime customer and now I'm certain of it.

I can't believe I don't have a review up for Bryan B and his team. I met him 8 years ago when I needed a new A/C at my old house. He was the neighbor of a friend. Just saw on my Facebook memories where the ladies had a mom's night out and Bryan and Air Time were our hot topic. Everybody appreciated his HONESTY and fair prices. He installed two new Tranes at my current house maybe 6 years ago. I have recommended them to at least half a dozen friends.

We had one issue where my unit wasn't heating well and the tech came out and couldn't find anything wrong. Couple weeks later I was positive something was wrong and they came back out and finally figured it out and corrected it and charged me a discounted price since they missed it the first time.

Do yourself a favor and just call Air Time first !

I had been using another heating ac company for the last 10 yrs but recently had 2 catastrophic failures on ac units installed by them.I also noticed that over the last couple of years that that company was more interested in up selling me products  whenever it was time for  a tech to come out and do my annual unit checkups and most often not products related to the actual performance  of my units.After the 2nd ac unit failed I was in need of a new ac unit and researched a new company to do the install and subsequent maintenance.I interviewed 3 companies after looking at their reviews on yelp.The company that I chose to do business with was AirTime.The owner came out and gave me the estimate on my new unit and thoroughly explained the install and how he expected his company and employees to perform. After deciding to go with AirTime I have found that everything that the owner stated was true.I just had my annual ac service and found it to be more thorough than I believed it could be and best of all there were no up sales.Like the owner told me when I bought the new unit from him if we determine you need something for your units it will be because you  need it and we will not pressure you if you decide that now is not the time that you decide to have it done.I am quite pleased with this company and expect to have a long and pleasant relationship with it.

Got my 1st APS bill after having new heat pump installed. $35 less than last year!! My home has never been this comfortable in the 35 years that I've been here. The blower on this unit seems much more efficient than the previous units and has eliminated all hot spots in my home. Extremely happy with my entire experience!

I called up AirTime because it was that time to change out my 1990s AC unit on the roof. Brian the owner came out and gave me estimates on Trane and Carrier AC units. He was very easy to talk to, thorough, he took his time to answer all my questions and there was no high pressure sales pitch. I told him I was getting four more estimates that day. A week later, I received the 4 other estimates and none of the other AC companies could beat Brian's competitive price and work guarantee. I just had our AC unit installed today by Vince Prano. Vince called me the day before asked me questions and gave me a time to expect him. They came on time, wore masks, answered all my questions and was very efficient, clean and thorough with the job. Vince is a very nice guy and is OCD made me feel comfortable because I knew he would take his time and do things right. Brian has a great team! I would highly, highly recommend Airtime Cooling & Heating for their honest work, decent prices, and their guarantees on the work completed.

Got a drain problem for my AC. Made an appointment on the second day and tech did an excellent job fixing it. Their response is fast and professional. Later on, a minor associated with the service rose (We didn't notice that during the service). Made another appointment and they came in solving it without charge. Already had a great experience with Air Time C&H previously. So it was an easy decision to call them to check on a potential Furnace issue. Travis was out to debug the issue and discussing various options resulted in us deciding to replace the A/C & Furnace. We are especially COVID-19 and Dust Allergy sensitive due to some immune issues in the family. We were extremely impressed with the care every one who did the work took to wear a mask, keep the dust to the minimum, cleaned up perfectly after they were done etc. The whole experience was professional, reasonably priced and they were caring about the current Pandemic situation and our special family circumstances.

No hesitation in saying this is an awesome company to work with and their employees are equally awesome. Choose them, you won't go wrong.

Brian, the owner, came out and gave me a quote on replacing my A/C units.  He was probably the 5th company I had out and was really impressed with him.  He noticed right away that my 2nd floor A/C unit was dripping out the reserve valve and gave me a quick fix for it.  None of the other companies even noticed even though it's right by the front door and was causing some stucco damage to my wall.  Then he was very up front and honest with his information and answered all my questions very thoroughly and gave me options on things I didn't even know I could do.  And then he amazed me with his price.  

During the install, his guys were very quick and courteous and also answered more questions I had and catered to me about my being curious to the things they were doing and why and they answered all my questions and finished everything well within the time frame they told me.

Due to all their professionalism, they have made a new customer for life.  I will only give these guys a call for any of my A/C needs and hopefully since I have brand new units, that won't be for a long time now but I'm confident if any problems arise I can count on them to handle it.

This is yet another, extremely justified 5 star rating. Why? This is worth the 3 minute read...read on....

Why a 5 star review from me, someone who takes ratings seriously, rarely gives 5 stars and only to those truly deserving? Because my 3 experiences have been outstanding. All 3? Yup, can't be coincidence.

This morning I identified quickly that downstairs was warmer than normal. I checked the air handler and thermostat, both were working fine. Went outside to find the fan outside was not turning. It's going to be 113 degrees today, not cool! (pun intended). Having used AirTime twice in the past, I called them at 7:20am. Lowell answered immediately. I told him what was happening/ He said sounds like X is wrong. I asked if that was common and if it was expensive. He said it was pretty common and told me it was about $250'ish. He said he could have one of his newer, but very experienced guys, named Grant, here between 9am and 11am. Sure, I thought, that's in only an hour and a half best-case, that's quick, excellent, send him over. The second I hung up the phone I got a text saying Hi, Grant from AirTime is scheduled to arrive today between 9am and 11am. Awesome, great knowing I was on the schedule and had acknowledgement.

At 8:36am I received another text saying Grant from AirTime is en route. Are you kidding? Awesome, in real time I knew he was on his way, and earlier than planned. I this too good to be true, is this guy going to be fresh out of HVAC school or was just fired from his 4the consecutive job in the last 6 months. Nope. Grant showed up and was a mature, tenured, experienced technician who is clean, friendly, articulate, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the cover off the big A/C unit and in less than 3 seconds said that's the problem, right there (pointing to it), see how this XX is swollen up? It's bad. He said let me show you on my multi-meter what it says and what it should say. And he did. Outstanding communication, thorough and technical. He fixed the issue with a new part he had in his truck, tested other stuff, told me the statuses, gave me some advice on longevity of the units, filters and cleaning and headed inside to give me the invoice.

How much? Almost exactly what Lowell initially thought it would be on the phone. Perfect! Did Grant write me up a paper invoice? Nope. They have a real-time app on their phones that does everything. Ten seconds after he finished it, my invoice showed up in my email and a text. Fantastic, fast, easy, convenient! Grant said goodbye, thanked me for calling them (great advocate for this clearly excellent business) and gave me a couple business cards with a discount for my next service. I then realized I had some of those cards in my file from previous service. But, I was so caught up in the moment of not having air conditioning, the pigeon control guys working on the house and getting my kids off to their first day of school, that I forgot to use the discount card. No worries, I figured, I'd use it next time.

I called the office to tell Brian how fantastic Grant, Lowell and their automated systems were. Lowell answered and asked if he could help with anything since Brian was in the field. I told him Grant just left and I wanted to tell Brian how great they were. We chatted for a minute and I told Lowell that he was 'on the money' with his initial estimate of issue and cost. I mentioned that I forgot to use my discount card, but no worries, they already charged my credit card today so I'd just use it next time. He said, Nah, I'll just take care of it now and refund you the discount amount. What? Really? Who does this? AirTime does this. They are fantastic in all regards. They are customer service focused to the max. Brian called me back a bit later and, in typical style, was very appreciative and thoughtful. It seems to run in their blood.

Why 5 stars? These guys have found the magic sauce. They care about their customers, they are responsive, service focused, very competitively priced, they treat each other with respect and care, are outstanding communicators and technicians, are prompt and timely, keep their word, and are trustworthy. It's shocking (in a good way) to find a company like this. If they remain the same going forward, I see absolutely no reason I would ever call another A/C company. After all, what else could you want?

Honestly, if you have an issue with your A/C and you don't call AirTime, you're making a mistake. In my experience, you won't go wrong choosing AirTime for your HVAC work.

I've used AirTime Cooling and Heating for the past few years (because of their ratings), and have been wow'ed by the service.  I've had two annual inspections, and both times they said everything works well and I don't need any changes.  

Right before the first inspection, I had a condenser fan motor seize up on me, that I replaced myself (plus the fan blade, because I couldn't get it off).  The new blade I got was difficult to get on, and I didn't get it in place optimally.  That came back to bite me yesterday (1.5 years later), as the blade had slowly worked its way free.  I was concerned there could be damage to the coils or condenser, so I called AirTime and got a same-day appointment scheduled.

Grant came out and was extremely professional.  He knew I had some background exchanging parts, so he explained everything that was going on and how I could maintain my fan motors to extend their lifetime.  He managed to salvage my fan blade and get it working again, while also showing me how to position it better than I had previously.  

I'm just blown away at how helpful this company is, without trying to push products on you.  My experiences with Grant, Brian, Shawn, and a couple others have always been top-notch.  They also haven't ever mentioned to leave them a review, so their reviews aren't skewed because of that--they're legit.

Our AC started running 24/7 but not cooling the house. Brian came out, got it running cold again (temporarily), and set us up to get a new system. He also said he'd come back out if it started running warm again, and even gave us his cell phone number! The guys that came out to put in the new AC were clean, courteous, professional, and FAST. I completely recommend this company. Every single person we dealt with was great. And yes, another company had come out so we knew we needed a new system, but they never got back to us. And they left us still sweating in the Arizona monsoon. AirTime is the best. Oh, and we got a rebate from SRP too!

Very knowledgeable and professional! I have home owners warranty with old republic but I was skeptical of their service based on my previous experience. So I called AirTime Cooling and Heating instead. I am so glad I did. The technician came and checked both heating units.  He explained his work really well when asked.  One of the thermostats needed a replacement and he quoted a reasonable price based on my amazon comparison.  All in all, I saved money by calling Airtime instead of Old Republic. Thanks to all the fellow Yelpers out there we called this company when our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon. Thursday Sean came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it, (a capacitor). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick, and he didn't try to sell us more than we needed. In fact he told us our 10 year old system was in good shape!

Stellar service and quote process! I'm genuinely delighted by this company's intelligent use of technology and follow-through. Sent me a quote within 5 minutes, and had a technician out the very next day. I received text notifications throughout, so I was able to keep track of

Brian and his team are always cordial, safe, neat and clean while installing AC unit at my personal home and at my rental home. They also did a repairs at another of my rental homes. So far so good. I'll be honest, I did not have a company in mind, so I went to Yelp and read some of the other reviewers. I decided to give AirTime a shot and really felt as if I hit a bullseye.

AirTime did an excellent job from start to finish. Making an appointment was a breeze and my technician, Grant, was awesome. He was polite courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my situation and laid out all of my options.

Was very impressed by Grant's professionalism; sometimes you get that sleazy feeling that the technician is going to try sell you this and that, but I never felt that. He came off very honest and genuine in my opinion.

This was definitely a 5 star experience and would highly recommend them if you have any a/c or heater issues.

Josh from AirTime gave us some excellent service, and I'm glad to have the opportunity to recommend the company and service technician to others.

I had done a bunch of amateurish troubleshooting and repairs on the AC and he was totally cool about it. Josh took the effort to explain everything he was doing, and helped me really understand where I was at with my unit.

He just has a great attitude and I'd be glad to have him back on any future work.

I need a ac repair on Friday evening and requested quotes from places on Yelp. This company responded first and was able to schedule me right away for first thing Saturday morning. Then checked with the tech to see if he could come on Friday and he was able to. Travis showed up and quickly had my ac running again. They went above and beyond to make sure my air was working. I contacted AirTime since they have a quick response time on Yelp and great reviews. I can totally understand why and the great reviews are justified! I had some questions on my AC units performance so Brian recommended a general tune-up. Grant was the technician who came out and wow, he's the best! He walked my bf and I through the entire tune up process, basically gave us A/C unit 101 and explained how all the parts work, what to look out for, longevity of parts, etc. What a friendly and incredibly knowledgeable guy! Our A/C unit is fine for now, but I absolutely trust Airtime for when our unit inevitably needs service and recommend AirTime to others.

Great company and Great Service. I called at 4:15 on Friday because my air was blowing hot air. Grant was the gentleman that arrived within 30 minutes. In less than an hour Grant had fixed a capacitor and added Freon. He explained in great deal everything he was doing. I know the system is old and I will need a new one soon. Couldn't be more happy with Airtime! They have provided great service for us for a few years now. Last year they installed a brand new AC/Heating system for a very fair/competitive price and went over and above to be sure that we were happy with the system.

Recently we had an issue with the AC,of course on the hottest day of the year, when they were already swamped with other service calls. Yet they were right there to take care of us and make sure all was working for us when we needed them! We are very grateful!

After having many unpleasant experience with other contractors, AirTime renewed my faith in good service professionals again. I needed routine service performed on two units. They were able to get me scheduled the following week! Josh was excellent, very thorough, and explained everything. One of the units needed some wiring replace, which he was able to do on the spot. My old Ruud went out after 18+ years of AZ's inferno summers..I thought it might have been the capacitors, so i replaced them, but that wasn't the problem...

After reading all the great reviews, I put in a service call with Airtime. At my request, Grant promptly appeared at my residence the following day.

Grant took the time to show me what was wrong with my AC...The compressor was hosed and was shorting out the system...Considering the unit was 18+ years old, I decided to replace it.

The quoted price for a new unit was exactly what i was expecting and they offered to install it the very next day...Plus, they lent me a portable AC to get through the night - it was a life-saver!!

Vince appeared bright and earlier the next day and had my new roof top unit installed and working within a few hours...Simply Amazing!!

Bottom line, if you are looking for an AC company that's honest and offers competitive pricing with fast installation - then look no further, these guys are it...

Tom came to the house and gave me a complete description of what I needed, what work they would do and what to expect.  They even provided me with a portable AC to keep me comfortable until the new AC was installed. Replaced 2 original 4 ton HVACs with Brian and could not be happier with the service and price. I did a lot of research and of the 4 diff companies I had called most sent estimators one sent a tech but only with Airtime did the owner (Brian) come to not only do the estimate but was way more knowledgeable and willing  do the legwork to evaluate what I really needed (and didn't need)
Saved a ton over the bigger overhead companies and could not be happier with the install crew, timeliness and attention to detail. There may be bigger companies out there but I don't think you'll find better than Airtime and I suspect you'll pay a lot more.

Brian contacted me before any other company. I requested a bid to replace my 15 year old SEER10 central air and furnace. As it turned out Brian provided a lower price on a SEER 17 unit but that was not my only consideration

Brian clearly knows his business and I say this having spent twenty years in HVAC myself.

I contracted with Brian to do the change out. The work was done by clearly qualified employees. It was done professionally. It was done in a timely manner.

I would recommend Airtime and Brian to anyone wanting honesty, quality work and professional conduct. This is a first class business!!

We recently had one of our heating zones quit on us. We called Airtime (using Yelp) and the owner of the company picked up. He told me he'd assign a technician and text me with the appointment information. Within minutes he texted me that the tech (who turned out to be their service manager) would arrive at 10 to noon. He actually showed up at that time. Within minutes he had diagnosed the issue (bad igniter) and very soon had the issue fixed. No up charge attempts or phony issues.

These folks are honest and competent. Definitely a home run.

I noticed my A/C wasn't cooling and had some issues that seemed to come on suddenly, right after a storm. It was last night at 9PM when I called AirTime and was very surprised that someone answered the phone! First positive in this review. It turns out I spoke directly to the owner, Brian, who was very helpful and arranged to have someone come out this morning to look at my unit. Grant arrived half an hour early this morning (another positive) which was wonderful considering this weekend the temperatures are already nearly the hottest they have been all year. He was super helpful, didn't try to upcharge me on anything I didn't need, and most importantly, solved the problems with my A/C unit! The employees at AirTime are honest, ethical people. The price was very reasonable and the service was superb. I will be calling AirTime to do an annual PM on my A/C and also regular checks on my heating system. I highly recommend this company and will be letting everyone I know about the great service I received.

I received a call from Brian, the owner, regarding my online request for a new A/C install.  Unfortunately, I had to let Brian know because of my compressor on its way out, I went with another company for the install.  Brian was very polite, friendly, and wanted to make sure I was receiving a competitive price with the other company.  Brian took the time to verify my purchased A/C's make and model number and check their price with the price I was getting my new A/C (furnace, air handler, etc).  This was absolutely not necessary but showed exceptional customer service.  Brian was not pressuring me in any way to get my business.  I confirmed I was getting a fair deal.  This kind of service is very hard to come by and I thank him for it.  I will definitely reach out to Brian for any future repairs (hoping I wont need them though).  Thanks Brian.

All of the five star reviews are certainly deserved. Our unit went out yesterday while we were out of town. Got home to a really hot house! Got an AirTime recommendation from a neighbor, and along with all the Yelp reviews gave them a call early Sunday evening. Brian was everything everyone had said. Prompt, professional and willing to help. He called us back a short time later with an estimated time of arrival on Monday for his technician. Considering this is a time numerous units are breaking down due to the extended heat we were thrilled they could come the next day. Josh sent a text telling us he was on his way and arrived on time. He had us up and running in about 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable, explained what was wrong and gave an accurate quote. Highly recommend AirTime and will definitely use them again!

This is our first house (built in 1996) and we've been wondering when the HVAC would finally give out.  Over the years I've troubleshot the equipment myself.  Changing capacitors and the condenser fan myself (right after some other company would come out and scare my wife to death with their repair prices).  I've always checked the AC in the off season regularly to make sure it was still working and one day in February (when it was still cold out) the system wasn't putting out cool air, just room temperature air.  I could hear the condenser was no longer running.  This HVAC was the original one installed in the house (a 20 year old Trane).

We knew this would be a major expense so I turned to my church bulletin because I want to support local, Christian business owners whenever I can so I gave Brian a call.  I wasn't going to call that other company that happens to come by with their horror story pricing.

I contacted Brian I think on a late Saturday night by email.  He replied by email Sunday and we met after work on Monday.  I had done some research on units, and warranties and he gave us an education on the current situation with manufacturers to help us make our decision.  We decided to stick with Trane.  It helped that the Trane distributor is three blocks from our house.  So he was able to obtain the equipment right away and came back the next day.  The work crew was great and it wasn't bad at all spending the couple days at home while they got the job done.

This work was done a year ago and I want to say Tuesday they spent removing the old system and cleaning the lines.  Then they had other appointments that day to go to.  They then came back first thing the next morning and installed the new system.  

We paid a very competitive price.  Much better than it could have been. Brian handled all the rebate paperwork and we received our refund in a month or so.  It's a year later and the heating and AC work great.  

I'm glad our HVAC went out in February so we weren't uncomfortable with the temperature, or having to wait a long time for installation as I know the summer months are typically when HVACs break down and schedules get busier.

The only thing they dropped the ball on was we wanted all the ducting checked.  I knew for a fact that the ducting right where it connects to the unit in the attic had a huge tear in it that I had run some duct tape over.  I wanted them to inspect all the ducting for damage and repair.  This was never addressed, nor cleaning it out in any way.  So now I have to find another company to do this because I guess they won't.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

On Friday, July 27th I arrived home to a house that seemed considerably warmer than usual. I checked the thermostat and it reads 89 degrees, but we normally have it set for 78. I'm like, oh shit, the AC is not working and here comes a hot weekend. I go straight to the computer, look on Yelp to see reviews for AC Repairs and find at the top of the list AirTime Cooling and Heating and start reading the reviews. I'm impressed, so I proceed and check their website... find a coupon, call the number and leave a voicemail message that I need help. About 15 minutes later I get a call back... I'm impressed again. I explain to Lowell my situation, he recommends I check my air filters, which I did - he was right they were bad and needed to be changed (I had totally spaced on how long it had been since I last changed them). Lowell told me how normally their weekend service calls are much more $ than a weekday and they were booked up (being that we're approaching 4:30pm on a Friday), but he'd still give me their special $59 rate for a Saturday morning service call... that was great! So per Lowell I changed the air filter, turned the AC off, let it set for about an hour, turned it back on and the house started to cool off a bit to where we could manage through the night.
    Morning came and Josh arrived. He and I climbed on our roof and both of us were shocked at how cemented up our AC was. It was like someone had plastered all around the doors so we couldn't get into the controls. We had some insulation work done about 1 1/2 years ago and don't know if they did it or the previous owners, but Josh had to use a saw to open the doors to our almost 8 year old York AC. As we're on the roof and he's checking the thermostat the fan dies... it literally konked out as we're standing there. Well... that's pretty much it, time for a new AC. We sit down and discuss our options and choose a Trane HP 15 Seer. Because I had read previous reviews, done some online research and my wife had spoken to some people she knows who have had to replace their AC units recently we were confident we were getting the best deal from AirTime without having to call around, including a $1000 rebate and $100 coupon I found on their website (I always look for coupons!).
     So... here we are, Saturday and we've no AC and it's hot out... well AirTime provided us with two portable AC's for our home. We have 2 boys and 3 dogs, and we needed to keep cool... this is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
     On Sunday night, yes, Sunday night... Brian the owner came to the house to measure for the new AC to be installed on Monday. Again I joined him on the roof to confirm what they'll be doing to remove the old unit and install the new one. While he was measuring I decided, since I'm up there to trim some branches off a tree that was hanging over the front of the house and Brian came over and helped me!!!
     Now it's Monday and time for the new installation... we've got Scott installing the new control panel inside, a different Josh and Sterling doing the install on the roof. It was cool to watch the crane lift the old one off the roof and the new one up. It only took a couple hours once the crane arrived. The guys were very nice and explained what I needed to know about the unit.
     Tuesday, Brian the owner called me to ask how everything went and if the house felt good and explained the warranty info would be in the mail soon once they do all the registration for us.
      I took a few days to write this review because I wanted to make sure everything has been good with the AC and it is. I can honestly say that I am soooo glad I read the very positive reviews on Yelp and called AirTime because they truly have provided us with excellent customer service and a nice cool house again. AC went out at night in mid-August. Called them at 6 am next morning, surprisingly someone answered (not voicemail), they showed up on site a few hours later, determined that a fan motor had failed, they had the part on their truck and quoted a price to fix it, and by about noon everything was fixed and my AC was blowing cold air again. They are punctual, reliable, honest, and charged a fair price. Their good reviews are well deserved.

I called Brian last fall when a friend recommended them, and got a quote to replace my old system. Their quote was the best of 5 that I asked for (taking into account the type of system I wanted), and was the most efficient for the least money. At that time, I was trying to decide between new windows or a new AC system. Well, I went with the windows (would make the same decision now).
The old system finally gave up on July 3rd. Yes, the day before the holiday. Because I have a home warranty, I called them and they sent out a tech, but it wasn't until 3:30 until I had a diagnosis and prognosis. It was going to take 3-5 days AFTER the warranty company approved any repair before they would be able to fix anything. I used a portable swamp cooler to keep the house reasonable during the 4th holiday, and I called Brian first thing on the morning of the 5th.
He sprang into action, and had portable AC units delivered to my house to keep us cool, and called me back to confirm the cost of a new system. It had gone up from the previous fall (totally expected) but only a small increase. I told him to please get me on his schedule as soon as possible. He said most likely that it would be Monday, July 9th.
His guys were finishing up what they thought was their last install for the week on Friday, 6th, and Brian asked them to come get us cool with a new system. Man, they showed up, got the old system out, replaced everything and had the new system up and running in less than 4 hours, start to finish. Vince and Josh and crew worked professionally, efficiently, and didn't even disturb our toddler! What a great crew! I even bought them pizza for doing the extra job, when they thought they were finished for the week!
I cannot stress enough the honesty and integrity all of the guys from AirTime showed during the whole process. They were informative and caring about our situation and got the house cooling down 3 days ahead of time! WOW!
They didn't charge extra because it's summer, and a holiday week. In fact, their price for the new system was WAY cheaper than a competitor who said they could be here on the 5th (they weren't) for a much less efficient system.
Our house is now cooler, and is using much less electricity for cooling than the old system ( I check energy usage daily ).

He had the best quote, of three hi-rated local contractors, and Brian gave me a thorough estimate, explaining all the elements of a new air unit without ever being condescending. The job was started and completed on time and the crew was friendly, neat, and properly cleaned up before leaving. Thank you AirTime!

We decided to drop our large corporate 'commissioned based' HVAC company and give Air time a call. We had seen their ads in the church bulletins and read the OUTSTANDING reviews online. So last week Travis showed up (on time) professional, respectful, experienced and gave us a thorough maintenance check on our two Trane units. He is quiet and gets right to work and we couldn't be more pleased!!! We can't wait to schedule our next years appointment with Air Time!

Airtime installed a new unit for us last spring/summer(2017). It stopped cooling the house around the beginning of Sept. (2018). We called Brian & he immediately sent someone out. It took a few days & a few techs before Travis(he's so great!) isolated the issue. It was a leak that required a part that had to be ordered from Trane. We really appreciated the fact that they came out about 3 times to fill up the freon to make sure that we would be comfortable while waiting for the part to come in(I think it took about a week). Some of this happened during a holiday weekend, as well. Parts & labor were obviously covered under warranty, but the freon is not, which Brian said he normally charges for....but as a courtesy, he comped it for us. Very nice thing to do! And certainly not to be expected again.
 All in all we only had to deal with one hot night with no a/c (the last night when no amount of freon would help, as the leak was too big) & Brian said we could get a hotel for that night & that he would try to get reimbursment from Trane. Too difficult to wrangle the dogs & cat, so we chose to stick it out that night. And the next morning Travis showed up 1st thing & was here for about 5 or 6 hours(poor guy).
Very impressed with Airtime! They went above & beyond. Always respond immediately, techs get here quickly, they are professional, seasoned, honest & hard working. Gary, Josh & especially Travis were nothing short of amazing. Thanks Brian! You have a great team & we will be sure to recommend you in the future & we also will be using you for yearly check-ups!

Our air conditioner stopped working on our 17 year old heat pump.  My husband thought he knew the problem and it would be a minor Repair
We were also interested in getting a bid on a new heat pump and air handler due to the age of the unit.  This company had the fastest response time to look at the old unit.  We got a text when the repairman was enroute.  The repair was done quickly which got the fan working and we had a working unit.  The repair man measured for a new unit and got our brand preferences.  He called his office and wrote up a quote for our requested brand.  We already had other bid information from neighbors who had gotten new units.  We accepted the quote.  This company emailed receipts, invoices and service appointment information.  The installers arrived promptly.  They were knowledgeable, efficient and kept us in the loop.  Clean up was great.  They accepted our payment and emailed a receipt.  Job well done!

My wife and I highly recommend using this company for any air conditioning or heating needs! We just bought a new home and recently tried using our A/C and realized that the vents weren't blowing out cold air, when the service guy arrived he was knowledgeable about the thermostat we had and realized the issue was regarding the wiring of the thermostat. He fixed the problem in a quick manner and even explained in detail what he did to resolve it. The customer service was great and the prices were very good compared to competitors as we made sure to get quotes from 4 different companies. Overall, for the quality of service and value, my wife and I are really happy with using AirTime!

I was highly disappointed with this company. I found them on yelp with good reviews and called them yesterday morning in regard to my air conditioning. The gentleman that answered the phone referred me to someone else to call as he said the phone calls should not be forwarded to him.  I phoned the number and spoke with someone who asked me a few questions and said she was on another line and asked if she could call back.  24 hours later my call has still not been returned.
The tone and the service was just not inviting to believe that I would get good service so I contacted another company who provided A+ service.  

Brian I appreciate your response.  I realize it's a busy time of year for your business and things happen.   I will give your company another try if the services are needed.

It was a dark and stormy night...and we were without heat in January (don't laugh, Chandler can get cold...sometimes...okay, not really cold but it still sucked). These folks had to be able schedule THE SAME DAY! I'm thankful I was able to get them into the house to repair the heating issues.  We got the best price and darned good service.

Theses guys went above and beyond!  They were very professional, courteous, and good at checking in to let me know what's going on and where. They took care of little things they didn't have to, they pushed for a stellar customer service experience and I would say they achieved it!

Airtime Cooling and Heating stepped up to the plate and took on an extra bit of their work to help me getting the heating up and working.  Um, it broke because I was trying to do the work myself, but that is a WHOLE nother story....

Suffice it to say that both heating systems were broken (um...who broke the systems?), called Airtime and they came out same day, repaired the problems, provided superior customer service and took care of everything at a great price, no a fantastic price!

My AC stop working after i tried to change my thermostat and accidentally brow the fuse shorting the wires. I called Airtime at around 6pm and the lady in the phone promised to call me back within an hour or two to schedule someone look at my AC. Well... i waited the whole night, no call back!
Next morning i called again and she scheduled me at the evening. In the evening, the technician finally came which was about 30 to 45 minutes late given the 1 hour window.

The technician was able to fix all my problems and he was also very helpful in helping me changing new thermostat.

I would rate 5 star for the AC service but i am going to give only 3 star for the customer service because of not calling back and also being 30 to 45 minutes late. So overall 4 stars.

Called Brian to service an old air conditioner and found out from Travis that the service technician dispersed by our home warranty company overcharged the system and did not find 2 failing elements.  Travis performed service and the unit was working within the hour however long, story short, the heat this year was too much for the old unit and we asked Brian for a quote on a new system.

Brian went right out to our house and provided a quote not long afterwards.  Was not a difficult decision for us because the quote was the best and Brian, Travis and the entire team are super responsive, and their expertise is outstanding.

When the old unit failed this past week, we called Brian on Thursday morning and the new unit was installed that very afternoon!  

We have a very cool house now, thank you Brian, Travis and the entire team!

I wish we could give Air Time Cooling and Heating extra points for their responsiveness, workmanship, and expertise!  We will recommend Air Time Cooling & Heating every opportunity we have!

I purchased my existing HVAC from another family-run company, had them do periodic maintenance and was satisfied with their service over the years. The last time they came, there was a rather heavy-handed upsell attempt, complete with visual aids in giant font, encouraging me to install items to protect me from expensive disaster. I asked a knowledgeable friend what he thought: snake oil, he said. Deciding to try an alternative company for my winter checkup, I read Air Time Heating and Cooling's terrific Yelp reviews. Brian scheduled me for an appointment, which I had to later change on short notice. Although it was the busy holiday season, he rescheduled me promptly. Grant arrived at my door on time. He worked diligently, was pleasant to have around, answered my questions with his extensive knowledge, and gave me efficiency tips. And no upsell attempts! Based on this very positive experience, I will continue to call Air Time.

I moved into a new house that needed a new A/C unit.  I received several bids from all the local companies that I found on Yelp and Brian's was actually cheaper by quite a bit for the exact same equipment and service.  Sometimes that makes me leary going with the cheapest but Brian was very professional and actually walked me thru a lot of the details to make me feel comfortable with the process.
We got a new Trane system and the unit is so big and pretty compared with the Goodman unit that is just a few years old.  I wish I could've replaced them both it was that good.
Anyways, the install went great and we are very pleased with our purchase and install.  They even handled all of the SRP paperwork and we got a $600 check a few weeks later.  Thanks a bunch.

Yes I'm giving this company 5 stars
After I called Chandler Air and George Brazil it was by far the best choice. I knew I had a huge problem with my Air conditioner.
But never go with the first guy it was sketchy when Chandler Air said I had a leak without  diagnosing  the problem and pretending to add Freon for Free then called his boss to give me a price for a new unit.
Unable to accommodate the correct size for my home and not give me proper information.
I called George Brazil  yes the sales person was terrific but all the add-ons and up grades were the highest over 10,000.00
No way could  I afford this company.
Air time was my last choose and got my business.
The price was just over 6,000 and I got the better unit and rebates as well. It was on there website.
The job was done on time in within my budget.
A few problems that they had to deal with  to install the new ac like a brick wall around my ac unit that needed moved.  They took care of this and a trim around the opening  of the ceiling to get up in the roof. Never a complaint or an extra charge.
They even balanced our the air flow in the south west of my home.
I'm 100 percent happy.
My home is more efficient than it was before.
It does make a difference. Because Air Time knows how to give great customer service.

Last night Brian came out to my house, even though it was the end of the day and all his guys had already gone home, to take a look at my air conditioning unit that stopped working. He was here within 20 minutes of my call. Then he had my system fixed and running again in no time. We hired Brian about 3 years ago to do the Ac and duct work on our new Office. Brian's guys did a great job as we have never had any issues. After this last summer was over we got a price from him on replacing 2 old units on our house. At the time we were not ready. Last week he sent out Travis and a helper to finally replace those units. His guys were there 2 days and did a wonderful job. BEST part was he honored the quote he gave me several months ago. Would recommend theses guys to anyone needs Ac or heating! My heat pump began making terrible noises on a Sunday, when the temperature hit 118 degrees. Stupidly, I had put off replacing it. Now I was desperate.

The next day I began calling installers with high Yelp ratings. They all responded as best they could, since they were swamped with work.

Brian Boyer of AirTime had the lowest bid for a 16 SEER, 3.5 ton unit. Unfortunately, it was a few days before he could get to me. Temperatures reached 99 degrees in the house. The dog went to a kennel and I went to a motel.

Brian's people did a great installation job. The house is nice and cool, and the outside unit is much quieter than the old one. The air handler installation in the attic looks very professional. Plus, the installers were very pleasant.

Replacing a heat pump is not cheap or pleasant. But if your A/C fails in the summer, you're in big trouble. So, I advise you to bite the bullet and get it done when it's convenient. Select several contractors with high ratings on Yelp for bids. You're less likely to be cheated by them. Let them educate you on what you need.

Be sure to get a bid from Brian Boyer at AirTime. You won't be sorry.

I had an old AC unit that broke down every year and finally decided to pull the trigger and replace it.  I knew I had issues with my ductwork and that the unit was running way too much for what should be needed to cool my house.  Brian (the owner) came out personally the same afternoon I called to give me an estimate to replace the unit with a new 4 ton Trane and fix all my ductwork woes.  Their bid was competitive and they were able to do the install the NEXT business day.  All the employees at AirTime that I interacted with were polite, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile; I would gladly hire them again.  I also had duct cleaning and sealing done at the time of the install which got my duct leakage reduced by 97%!  Could not be happier with the whole process.

We moved into New home and issues with our upstairs unit. Brian came over the following day and determined that our compressor was out. Airtime is definitely one of the better companies I've worked with using my Home warranty service, after a terrible experience I had with Just Plumbing I thought all vendors were going to treat Home warranty customers the same, but Brian was a real pro and went above and beyond to help save money.
 Airtime ordered the part and had it available for install in a timely manner. Thanks Brian for the great customer service, and we will absolutely continue to work with Airtime for our preventative maintenance!

Just had my installation completed today and couldn't be happier! I know I chose the right company. Brian was very knowledgeable and honest and did not try to up-sell me anything I did not need. He was always responsive in answering all my questions at any time of the day (and I had a lot questions!). I felt I got the best deal with the quality of installation you need when replacing an HVAC system. There was never any pressure and only facts and recommendations based off his experience. The Trane and SRP rebate helped make it affordable for me. The workers were very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves when finished. I know I will be taken care of if any issues come up in the future. Great job guys and I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs you may have!

Brian came to my house and thoroughly explained what I needed. I settled on a Trane air conditioning unit. His pricing was very fair. We set up an installation date and his crew showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. His crew consisted of Shawn, Donnie and Cameron. Amazing team at AirTime Cooling and Heating!  Brian and his team worked tried to save our 12 year old AC unit  motor went out on a Friday night.  They even looked for an after market motor to try.   Didn't find one so they tried the factory motor.  It immediately burned out. No charge to us for trying it.  So we agreed and installed a new unit.  We were given 3 options in different price ranges.  Once selected installed the next day.  We are extremely happy with the results.   Professional and friendly crew!  Highly recommend  AirTime Cooling and Heating!  Home grown in Chandler AZ!

I've been using Brian and Airtime for several years now for all my A/C maintenance and repairs.  Last week, the day finally came to replace a 13 year old unit.  From the beginning when Travis the technician diagnosed all the issues and gave us our options, all the way through the install and startup, the process couldn't have been smoother.  Brian and his team are honest, straightforward, and truly care about their customers.  My A/C was replaced the next day, and the installers, Shawn and Donny, couldn't have been better.  They arrived on time, actually a little early, and left our home cleaner than it was when they arrived.  

We love our new Trane system, and now realize are old unit was way more inefficient than we ever thought.  The house is so much cooler, and my daily electricity usage has dropped considerably.

You're not going to find a better company to take care of your cooling and heating needs in the Valley.

This is my first time using AirTime, and I couldn't be happier.  The first sign of a good company was the courtesy call 20 min. prior to the techs arrival.  Having dealt with AC companies & various other contractors before, I was ready for the sales pitch after my AC units were given their annual maintenance.  I was wrong! Shawn, the service manager that came out, was very honest with me. He made me aware that one of my units was very old, and didn't want me to waste my money on that unit because of its age. He informed me that the unit will need to be replaced soon, and the smart move was to save my money and prepare for a new unit.  He didn't try and sell me or scare me into purchasing a new unit on the spot or some nonsense repairs. Shawn told me what was needed and approximately how much longer I had.  I requested a quote on a new unit and he gave me a fair price that will be tough to beat.  Because of his honesty and professionalism, I will be going to AirTime for all my heating and cooling needs.  The gained a customer for life.  Not only that, but Shawn was great to my dog :)

With all that being said, I highly recommend AirTime for all your heating and cooling needs.  They are honest and very fair. You won't be disappointed.

Thanks Shawn and AirTime crew. See you guys in the future. Hopefully later than sooner.

I initially chose Airtime based on Yelp reviews. They were quick to arrive, were friendly but not effective. At the time, they were short staffed as technicians quit. I complained to the owner and asked why the technician wasn't more aggressive and didn't offer to fix my problem as I would have paid more money for the part. He apologized and admitted they were short staffed and didn't have time to address my issue. Because of his candor, I went with them to install my units. I paid for expensive nice units. While the units work, I still had hot and cold areas in the home. I had poor ventilation in one of the bedrooms. This was addressed with them and they did nothing to address it. Also, they promised to schedule a follow-up visit to make sure the units worked well. Never got a call from them. I even initially contacted Brian by text, and wanted to refer them to a friend. He ignored my text. It seems like once they got your money after installation, they didn't care any longer and all that talk about post- service seemed less than genuine IMHO. Well, this was a poor business decision by them. I am moving into a new home and will likely purchase new units. I absolutely will NOT consider them for my next home nor will I refer them to friends. I would encourage Brian to spend more time valuing their existing clients and improve customer service skills.

Although they had red flags when I chose to go with them to buy my units, I admittedly chose them because they were cheaper ( by $1K or so) compared to a more reputable company I researched. In retrospect, I feel that was a mistake. The more expensive company did a more thorough inspection, seemed more organized and specific. They were also more established. In retrospect, you get what you pay for. I will choose to go with this other company for my next units even if it costs more. I don't want hot/cold areas and poor ventilation like i have now.

Bottomline, if you have the money and prefer quality of work and better organization, I would research additional companies and go with them. I feel I got what I paid for. I decided to save money but received less service.

When our AC gave out, we turned to Yelp and found Airtime Cooling. I called at 9:30 and they were here within an hour! Brian was very courteous and professional and quickly located the problem which had to do with the time delay on the unit. Since our unit is 20 years old, rather than replacing the part, he simply bypassed the delay which fixed the issue. Brian did recommend getting our ac replaced within the next year which we knew we would have to do at some point. He gave us some great info as far as rebates, etc when we do decide to replace. I know that when that time comes, we'll be calling Airtime Cooling!

I first used AirTime for a maintence service and I was pleased with the service and recommendations that Travis suggested. After obtaining quotes from other companies and AirTime, I decided to purchase a new heat pump ac unit from them. Brian, the owner during the quoting process made it easy and was very professional,. The installation process was great and Brian followed up with us a couple of weeks afterwards to check-in. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

Airtime cooling and heating came in for service call, Josh was excellent.  He checked the unit, added R-22 freon, climbed in the attic to check the unit thoroughly.  He explained about the pricing of the r-22 freon and said in a few years as it gets scarce, the price for R-22 freon will increase.  What I like about this company, they do not work on commission so you are not told you need unnecessary work.  I appreciate that Josh took the time  to explain the unit, surge protector, coils and seers and tons on  my unit.  My unit is over 18 years old there wasn't any pressure to buy a new unit.  When I'm ready for another unit, I'll definitely will go to Airtime for a replacement unit.

Thank you so much for coming out today! My husband had pretty much an idea of what the problem was but couldn't get the part in time. Service guy was friendly, called to notify when he was in route, and came within his scheduled time. Appreciated the owner (?) checking on me late at night past closing hours to make sure we had either the unit fixed temporarily or was able to get an appt for the next day. Never want to go through an AC issue during a bad heatwave, and had a sick child to deal with . Thank you gentlemen for your prompt responding and timely service!

I don't write reviews often unless it's extremely poor, or in this case, excellent service. I called first thing in the morning the other day after discovering my ac stopped functioning. I spoke with, what I believe is the owner. He was professional and listened to my problem and the troubleshooting I had done. He made the appointment for me that afternoon at 2pm. I was notified via text the tech was on his way, about 40 min early. Unfortunately I was planning on 2 and just was served my lunch. I called them to ask if the tech could wait about 30 min and he obliged. The tech (Travis) showed up shortly after I got home at 2 and I explained what I experienced and my troubleshooting steps. He took a look at the system and gave me an estimate. The total time working plus diag was about two hours. I made sure the tech was hydrated with cold water and he was very grateful. I even offered him beer but he politely declined. The total was just a hair less than the estimate of 1500. I was completely out of refrigerant and my discharge like was plugged up again. I thank both of the gentlemen that I had the pleasure of dealing with and appreciate their patience. My ac is working cold again and my family and I will survive another summer.

We're ALL are looking for repair companies that we can trust to do the correct work and not take advantage of us when we are most in need. Repairs that we might not be the most familiar with. Auto, plumbing, heating and air come to mind. Choose wrong and we pay dearly with our hard earned money.

We have STOPPED SEARCHING for an air conditioning company. Airtime Cooling and Heating is the one that we now trust to treat us professionally, not sell us parts or repairs that we don't need and not overcharge for things that we do need for our A/C system.

Our experience is below and we recommend that you give them a call for your A/C needs too.

In Chandler and after 120+ degrees last weekend and we were suddenly in need of A/C work. The unit got very loud and the cool air had all but stopped. We figured that no one would be able to help too quickly this time of year. We were wrong. Airtime answered the call promptly during business hours and with a text, so they had our address, they were able to schedule our 2 hour appointment window to come out the NEXT day.

Brad called to give the now on the way to you, 30 minute warning. That was nice, so we didn't have to be in the house melting until just before he arrived.

He asked about what was happening with the system, really listened to what I said and then thoroughly looked over and ran tests on both the air handler in the attic and the cooling unit outside. Brad had it diagnosed as a faulty capacitor in no time.

He then told me how much it would be to fix. No up sell or unneeded anything, just a diagnosis and repair on what had to be done. In the 20 years of getting A/C repairs done, this is always the dreaded part. Do I really need what they are trying to sell me? I didn't feel that way this time.

I said lets get it done. 15 minutes later, wonderful COOL AIR began to flow out of the vents again.

Thank you Airtime and and thank you Brad for your professional and honest hard work. Thank you for treating your customers honestly and fairly in our greatest time of need. You have earned my trust and future business.

We woke up to a warm house and found the fan on the unit wasn't working. Of course, it's Sunday so we are expecting huge fees and long waits. These guys were unexpected; first, they have Sunday hours, then they arrived within an 1.5 hour of my initial call and did not have an outrageous weekend fee! Super impressed and will use them again. Our thermostat stopped working and we were able to get someone to come take a look at it the same day we called.  They explained what the issue was, what our options were, and were able to give us price comparisons on new thermostats so we could make the best choice for us.  The service was prompt and thorough - we had a great first time experience!

Brian and his gang were amazing! Fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I had been using the same AC guys for almost 17 years and something had changed within their services that made me search elsewhere. I got 4 quotes for 2 different houses and learned a lot about AC's from each of the Reps. I liked all of them. Each of the estimates given were detailed, but Brian won me over. His crew that has been with him forever and he has a large team - so you don't have to wait if you have an issue. I got a brand new system and will have them replace the unit on my other home next. I highly recommend them and they already went to rescue a co-worker's mom's condo unit the following day that I sent them his contact info. They were so grateful! Good job guys!

Extremely happy with the new A/C system Brian and team installed.  In giving me the quote, Brian pointed out many areas where the original installers took short cuts (original system that came w/the house) and explained how they would remedy these downfalls.  Brian's quote came in very competitive, and Brian was very knowledgeable about SRP's rebates, and was able to take the rebate off my end price (I didn't have to do the paperwork to get the rebate).  In the end, their price came in a little lower than what Brian actually quoted due to some changes in what was installed.  Bottom line, Brian could have just charged me the same but actually charged us less.  Super pleased w/the professionalism of the team.  All the guys working were very knowledgeable as I asked different questions along the way.  In the end, a new A/C system is not cheap, and Brian and team did a great job.

After doing my own maintenance for the last 2+ years because of 'rip-off' concerns that I had with other 2 other companies (the guys that advertise all over town and on the radio...) (see my other reviews), I decided to outsource the work this year as I have ran out of time due to other obligations.  I called A.T. and spoke with Brian and we had a great conversation.  I realized immediately that I may actually be dealing with a reputable company for a change.  We agreed to set an appointment for the Full Maintenance Service for both of my units.  On the original day of the appointment, Shawn came to provide the service.  Due to an emergency on my part, I had to change the appointment as Shawn was standing at my door.  He was very obliging to my request and we changed the appointment to another day that would work better for me.  On that day, he arrived on time and got started right away.  He inspected my system thoroughly.  When he was wrapping up the call with me, he went through in high detail the results of his work/findings and he had some recommendations but he made it clear that they were superficial and not critical to operation or reliability of my 8 year old units.  Clearly, Airtime is in business to provide customer's with good, honest service and support and I want to thank them (Shawn and Brian) for pleasant experience that I had with them.  I will be a customer for a long time from here on out.

We just upgraded our 22 year old system and after getting 3 quotes we chose AirTime Cooling and Heating. In addition to price, responsiveness, customer service, technical knowledge and follow up along with great Yelp reviews and a recommendation from my neighbor, the decision to go with AirTime was easy. We just had a 2 week post installation follow up during which time one of Brian's team adjusted the drop down ladder in our garage which had to be removed for the installation. There was no question that Brian and crew did their utmost to make us happy with the process and I found the crew members to be very respectful which was much appreciated.

I recently had AirTime come out for our annual, first of the year service. Everything checked out fine...thank God! Our unit is 20 years old so we were fingers-crossed. When it goes, we will definitley call AirTime for our new unit.

My husband and I have used AirTime for all of our AC issues for about 10 years.  Brian and Josh are professional and I trust them because they have always provided the highest quality of work at a fair and reasonable price.  
Recently I had to have both of my AC units replaced at my house.  I am currently going through a tough divorce and Brian maintained a professional attitude and integrity even after my soon to be ex-husband was rude to him.
The work on my units proved to be quite difficult because of the way the attic was built and took longer than expected to get finished.  It was summer and got quite hot so in order not to leave me and my two children overnight without AC, Brian and Josh stayed late to make sure to get one of the units working and allowed the two installers to go home.   They really were helpful and went the extra mile.
I only plan to use AirTime for my AC repairs.  I highly recommend them to you too.

I called Airtime on a referral from another friend of mine who had two air-conditioning units installed. Brian came out and gave me a quote for free did not have a hard upsell approach just told me what I needed and was very professional and acted with a lot of integrity.  Their quote was several thousand dollars less than the other two quotes I received from other companies.  They were scheduled to install two units in my house at 6 AM in the morning and they showed up on time, worked hard and clean, got the units installed and were very clean and very thorough. They also schedule to follow up in two weeks to confirm that the units were working correctly.  What a nice touch.  This is a small family owned company with over 20 years experience in the business located in the south Chandler area.  I would highly recommend calling them for a quote!

They were able to schedule my tune up within the same week.  When I called around other companies didn't have openings until the next month.  The Tech that showed up was friendly and checked out my A/C system and gave me some great pointers since I was a first time home buyer.  They recommended for me to do an acid wash, and the moment they did the clean I could feel the difference.  I will definitely be calling back for any future needs.

I decided to go with AirTime Cooling and Heating after receiving 7 bids from other AC companies for 2 AC units for my primary residence.  I found AirTime Cooling and Healing via the SRP website as they are a SRP certified company. Brian the owner was responsive, honest and professional. He did not attempt to up sell any unnecessary products and advised the best unit for our house. The installation job was top notch!!!  The installers were prompt on the job and went above and beyond to get the job done right!! They did not cut any corners and were very meticulous in the installation. I got the unit installed on 12/31/16 and today 3/22/17, AirTime Cooling and Heating came for a complimentary check up to ensure the units are ready for the summer.  This to me was unexpected and greatly appreciated as these are brand new units and no other company would do this.  I have given AirTime Cooling and Heating multiple referrals already and will be using them for all my Cooling and Heating needs for my rental properties.

I had Airtime Cooling and Heating install a new Trane A/C system and put a 2nd return in my office. While I did not shop around for prices, I thought the price they quoted me was really good. I think I called them on a Thursday, they came out Friday to inspect and gave me a quote. I can't remember what day it was, either Monday or Wednesday it was installed. Couldn't believe how fast and seamless the whole process was. It has taken me more time and effort to get someone out to trim my palm trees, than it was to have Airtime Cooling and Heating install a whole new system for me. If I ever buy another house that needs a new A/C unit, I will definitely be calling them again.

Came home on a Sunday night to find one of our A/C units not working properly. Looked on Yelp for local companies with good reviews. I sent a message through Yelp around 8pm on Sunday night not expecting to hear anything until Monday. To my surprise I had a response within minutes and better yet a service call scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Great service at a fair price.

Thank you to Brian & the entire install crew for an excellent job.When I decided to replace my 15 year old A/C & Gas Furnace b/4 next summer I contacted 7 different companies who stopped by, inspected my current system, gave estimates, explained how long it would take to schedule & how long the job would take. Brain from AirTime was the first and the best. His estimate was written out clearly & included each Trane model # for both systems, plus the coil #. He explained everything clearly. Any rebates were included, and/or tax credits. What type of financing plan available was also clearly explained. His office did all the paper work for the financing, both the SRP rebate & Fed tax credit, plus the new equipment warranties.
Looks like other customers did the same & feel the same way as I do about AirTime. Brian actually returned two other times to clarify a few issues other companies had mentioned which seemed unnecessary or confusing. After deciding on his company the new system was installed in about 4 days.
Once the job was finished, the inside & outside of my home was spotless & no one could have guessed a complete Heating & Cooling system had been installed earlier that day.
If anyone is considering a new system I highly encourage them to consider AirTime.They will be glad they did.

Had Shawn out to the house. He diagnosed issue immediately and correctly and fixed it next day. Even had a part fail that he had installed and he came back out to fix next day at no charge. Very affordable and excellent service. Would recommend to everyone. He was not trying to up sell into things I did not need, he was only trying to fix my problem and make me happy with his service.

My previous experience with this company turned out to be an unfortunate miscommunication with one of their technicians. What I was told previously was 100% incorrect. Airtime (unlike some other companies) is not in the habit of charging their customers again when they are recalled to a job. I know this because Brian, the owner, contacted me as soon as he found out about my poor experience. Not only did he come out and recheck my system, he did it on a Sunday free of charge. He owned the mistake that had been made and did everything in his power to make it right. This is a company that knows how to treat it's customers. This made such a good impression with me that I'm having them install my new AC unit.
It's difficult to find a good AC company who genuinely puts the customer first, but this one really does. They're going to be my go-to AC guys from now on, and I highly recommend using them if you ever have the need.

Our home's heat pumps were 1994 vintage and (thinking correctly)we knew it was just a matter of time before one or both units failed. I researched a multitude of companies and picked my top three to proved a bid last fall- Airtime was of course on my top three list. Brian, the owner of Airtime showed up to provide an estimate and I was impressed with his professionalism and price. When one of the old units failed this summer on the weekend we already knew who to call. Brian came out that same day to diagnose our heat pump's issue and we decided to replace it. The install crew was there that Monday and did a nice install and thoroughly cleaned up the job site afterward. We decided to go ahead and replace the second unit as well and we're once again extremely satisfied with the quality of the install and clean up afterward. The install crews were great and Brian (owner) showed up each time. I would highly recommend- Brian takes great pride in his company's reputation and was a pleasure to work with.
