A Quality HVAC is very honest!! We have had them out multiple times to service our equipment. They always give us a great report, and our unit is 10 years old! They do not try to upsell us at all. This time they did have a couple recommendations, but nothing too concerning or costly.

What I really LOVE is that they videotaped our equipment while also recording detailed comments as to the condition of our equipment!! Never has an HVAC company done that before!! I asked them to email it to me so that I could show my hubby and I promptly received the video!!

It was so impressive that they took the extra step so that I could SEE with my own eyes equipment that I cannot see without taking it apart myself or going up into the attic!! The two recommendations they suggested were documented in the video!! Kudos!!

Someone recently posted a negative review. If you look up that profile, you will see that person has 20 one star reviews and only 3 five star reviews. I always take that into consideration when determining the value of a review.

This company has many good reviews, and I say for good reason!! The employees are very competent, respectful and honest!!!

AC crapped out overnight. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get here by noon and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well.
We will be using them again.

Our zone damper motors/actuators began to malfunction. Chase diagnosed the problem and replaced the affected units the following day. He was very polite and professional at all times. I plan to use A Quality HVAC for all future issues.

I'm debating whether it is 4 or 5 star, but leaning towards 5. The most important things are the workmanship, availability, accuracy and professionalism. These were all aced with flying colors. You get what you pay for. It wasn't a cheap AC replacement. They were ready within an hour of my call to add additional refrigerant. They were available to reschedule as needed. They turned on a dime for me. They got me the energy rebate I requested, without me having to lift a finger. They worked directly with my insurance to make sure I was taken care of. They make detailed reports and can explain the more decisions. Even though I didn't need the extra thermostat at this time, it was included in the package. I had to ask for it when it came time to pay the bill. I think it was complimentary along with the install but they still itemize free things on the receipt. The complimentary refrigerant was left off the receipt, the only exception.

I had use this company in the past for many years.  They installed a new unit on my business.  I worked fine until need to use the heat.  Informed them it would not come on.   Tech came out and changed wires on unit on roof that goes to the thermostat.   As we all know winter is very short.   So to my surprise in spring now the A/C would not come on.   I was told that they would charge me for a service call because and i quote Clint you must have changed the wires  I reminded him that i have used his company for many years and for many units on my rentals,  that he was going to that petty i would take my business else were.   So i did.   When that companies tech came out and checked the wires it was determined that when the new unit that was installed by A quality they spliced a longer piece of thermostat wire to the new unit and  they did not match colored wires correctly  so that the same pattern on the unit matched the pattern at thermostat.    The lack of detail by A Quality caused me lots of aggravation and for them to lose a good customer.

I do find it interesting that a company that claims to be in business for 25 years only has a handful of reviews.   Kind of tells me they dont have a whole lot of happy customers.

I got an estimate from this company. I asked Abby a few questions over the phone yesterday about some other issues with my garage concerning insulation along with the air conditioning. Abby kept putting me on hold and asking her manager answers to my questions to make sure she gave me the right answers. That is fine with me since she was making sure she gave me correct answers from the manager themselves. But: She told me that the manager said the estimate they had given me originally would include everything we had discussed over the phone yesterday. I asked them to give me an updated estimate sheet that put that verbiage in writing. They sent that over today and they added over $1000 for services on top of that estimate I had yesterday. I called and asked them why they did that and that they didn't honor what the manager said yesterday about the estimate they already gave me being all inclusive. I was told the manager would call me back. The manager never called me back. They sent me some new estimate with a little discount but it was still $1000 over what they said was the estimate that would be all inclusive yesterday. I called them back to again ask why they didn't go or what they/the manager assured me yesterday through Abby. Abby assured me that the manager would call me after they got back from lunch. The manager never called me. I do not recommend this company; they do not stick to what they say including what the manager says. They also don't have enough respect for me as a potential customer to call me back. I had an appointment set with them to have them tuneup another AC in my house and I canceled that with them since I no longer trust and respect them. My neighborhood just joined next-door and we tell each other what companies to hire and what to avoid. I will be telling my neighbors to avoid this company. Hold these people accountable to what they say they; have no problem slapping on over $1000 to anything. And that is a manager's assurance they didn't stick to. Do not trust them. And it's too bad because John, the guy who came out to check the AC situation in my garage, was really nice-- but he's working for a company that doesn't stick to what they tell you. Be careful, avoid them.

Enrique has been coming for years to service my 20 year old systems.  He keeps them running in tip top shape and doesn't try to sell me anything that is not necessary.  Monthly cost for this service is less than a one time charge to have the serviced once.  Plus there are other perks.  They are always on time, clean, and take all necessary precautions.  We are looking at replacing the system, and they are our choice to do it.

Loved John Carey. My heater was blowing cold air. I knew it would be bad as the unit is 15 years old. I'm in a terrible position.  Just widowed and laid off off work. He fixed it due to my circumstances from the owner for no charge. Made me cry even more. They are angels. Im truly blessed. I  will see if the city has a program.  If they do I'm recommending  this company to do the job! I will be forever grateful!!

Had them come out to do routine service on our 2 1/2 year old Trane systems before the summer hits.  The technician was very professional, used his protective gear for COVID 19 precautions, and did a thorough job checking out and cleaning our units.  Price was competitive as well.  It is clear why they have great reviews (why I chose them!).

They quoted me $8k for a new system that I had to have and said it was the only solution.  Called someone else and it turned out to be just a bad condenser fan motor and he fixed it in 2 hours for minimal cost....watch out!

Mitch and Cary were on time, courteous and professional. We had them service our unit and fix a thermostat that we installed incorrectly. They were completely receptive to our new social distancing rules. Overall it was a great experience!

Good people - extremely professional and take the time to actually inspect everything and then walk you through what they found so you can understand. Not the cheapest I found out there, but chose them because they were the most professional and transparent and I wasn't disappointed. Bryan made sure everything was taken care of through the whole process.

We have used A Quality for years, the entire team is awesome. Few years ago we had a small ac fire our insurance company sent out an adjuster and a big name hvac company to give me a song and dance trying to tell me that my outside unit is blown and needs to be replaced with one of their high end systems including a attic Hp. I was skeptical remembered a company that attended same church so we called. The next day a tech came out and informed us we did not need a new unit but our fan motor is bad and it would only be around 300. I was sold the technicians have integrity and our very ethically sound. As a field tech myself my family's felt comfortable with the cooling decisions without the BS scare tactics like other companies.

I contacted this company for a routine AC check before the summer heat. The technician came out and told me my compressor was going bad. I told him that I had it replaced 3 years ago. He then told me that The AC leaking free-on and that when they changed my compressor(3 yrs ago)they didn't fix the real problem the Free-on leak so now my compressor is bad again. I have had 2 AC Services before this company and none of the techs told me I had a leak and or that my compressor was going bad. How did this company know that 3 years ago I had a free-on leak??? Then they gave me  quotes to fill with free-on and also to replace the entire AC unit.  Move forward bout a month, I go to turn on my AC and it doesn't work at all! I got outside and see that they left the fuse outside of the compartment. I put it back inside where is belonged and the AC worked. I since have had another AC company come out, referred to me by a close friend. The tech found that the shedder valve was loose and then capped, which allows for a slow leak of Free-on. This was left by Quality HVAC company's technician. Very upsetting and I'm glad I got a second opinion. My compressor is working just fine and I do not have a free-on leak!!

This company was referred to us by our electrician as our A/C had been out for 36 hours, the company the home warranty referred was not available for Four more days! I called Brian in desperation, advising him of our situation.  Even though they were booked for the day he said he would get someone out to us today!  Only minutes after I hung up with him the technician called me and said they were on their way, I nearly cried.  Enrique showed up as expected and reviewed the situation.  They were very kind, courteous and professional while in our home, they advised me of the situation with photos taken of our unit.  They said they could repair it right away, and they did!!  So now, I am so thankful we called and received the recommendation because they were absolutely wonderful!  I absolutely recommend A Quality HVAC for their work, professionalism and compassion!  A+++

A Quality HVAC Services lives up to their name. I had a different company come out for a heating repair and they literally tried to charge me nine times more than A Quality HVAC charged me. What does this tell us? It tells us that A Quality HVAC is honest and didn't try to gouge me by making it seem like I needed a bigger repair than I did. Mitch was my technician and I specifically ask for him by name for all future maintenance. He is friendly, has integrity, and explains things clearly. These guys are the best.

Gave this company a shot this week in hopes that my A/C would get fixed. And sure enough, it did.

But let me break down why I gave this company 5 staawws (stars). So I call and lovely Amber answered. Now I say lovely because she answered with such enthusiasm and a good introduction. She was pretty damn professional. If there was a sport for answering services, Amber would be on the top team and the leader of that shit. Good job Ambros! They were quick to schedule me in the next day and was able to get a confirmed window to expect a tech. On the day of my repair they even called to ask is it OK for tech to come early?. Now in my head I'm like fuck yeeuhh come early my damn balls is sweatin but I can't say that cause I'm try a be a professional customer.

So my technician came and introduced himself as Enrique.  Now Enrique didn't come to my home all Pisces that he had to work, didn't have a bad attitude or any nonsense like that. He was positive, friendly, and certainly a happy person. Let him know my issue and this dude went to grind mode. He looked at my thermostat and went and fixed a blown fuse. Here is what really made the other 4 stars. Enrique not only showed me a problem, showed me how I can fix it, showed me how things worked and stuck around to make sure it was Alaska in my home. I don't care if this job was easy to him or hard, he came correct. I really insisted on giving him tip but he assured me that he was fine and that it was his job to even be doing what he was doing. I was impressed. I would recommend requesting this godlike technician!

I would break my own damn A/C just to have some 5 star service like this. Hell motha fuckin yeah!!!

GREAT SERVICE. I was desperate for a second opinion. I got an immediate response and great customer service. I especially like the way they send a pic of the technician before arriving. I am so happy I called! I hate that you just can't trust people now a days. The last company was horrible and tried to charge me $500 for a part I didn't need (I wrote a YELP review for them too). This company charged $59 for an initial inspection, fixed my problem and gave me great advice. Living in AZ is tough! Everyone needs a good reputable AC company to call. I suggest you do your research and read EVERY review.

I had my AC go out around 11pm. We had my daughters birthday party scheduled with a bunch of kids staying the night so I needed someone out quick! I looked on Yelp and seen the reviews so I called around midnight and left a message. I didn't expect a call right back but I did, they set up a time for first thing in the morning. Tech came out and made quick work of troubleshooting the issue. I have worked with AC units before so I pretty much knew what the problem was, but had to work on the other side of town that day. I was nervous to have someone look at it because of horror stories that I have heard AC companies ripping customers off. I couldn't have been more pleased to hear the low cost of the repair and timely matter that it was done! I would highly recommend this company and will be my primary service provider moving forward.

My brother initially referred us to A Quality HVAC Services and we totally can understand why! Our technician, Robert was very timely and more importantly, very professional! He explained to me the specific steps that he was going to take to assess the problem and after determining the issue, he would resolve it. He had our air conditioning running again in a matter of no time! Lastly, but certainly not least, the price point was exceptional! We were very well pleased and will definitely use them again, when necessary.

When my AC went out I called A Quality HVAC Services. I got someone on the line and a technician was at my house within the hour. Mitch was great and got my AC working again quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

My Air Conditioner (AC) stopped working last night and this morning I call this company because of the only review.  They do honor the $15 discount advertised on this site.  I was given a specified time (3-5 p.m.) and was called at 2:48 and was told that the technician will be at my home in 20-30 minutes.  Enrique showed up (within the time the office said he would) and introduced himself and then listen to what I had to say of the situation.  He went to investigate the problem and checked everything.  His analysis was spot on!  We were quoted a fair price for the faulty capacitor and then he promptly replaced the items.  During the repair service, Enrique gave me some advice on how to diagnosis problems in the future and fully explained how the system works!  After he replace the faulty part, Enrique checked the entire system from the unit to the air handler to the air flow in the vents.  Great customer service!  

I would recommend this company to anybody.  In March of this year I had George Brazil come out to assess my AC units and they said they were in great shape, but when they assessed my AC units at my rental home they were able to tell the capacitor was going to break and it did.  George Brazil could tell one capacitor was going bad on one unit but not the other????? Then they try to sell you an annual service program and if something needs repair during that time, you still have to pay for repairs just at a discounted rate (big deal).   I will use this company to asses my HVAC units in the future.

I can not express in words the relief I have in finding a reputable company for hvac after 18 years in living in the valley. A quality air not only answered my questions via phone ahead of time as best they could (something every other AC company will not do) they also not only fixed my issue with my main air handler drain being plugged quickly & efficiently but as well took care of a once over on my unit since another company (ace air) did shotty work at an excessively repulsive price ($1200 for a capacitor & fan motor, I was without AC for 10 days waiting for the part causing me to have a seizure from heat stroke and a bill to pay off for over a year, They refused to warranty their work if I wouldn't sign up for their service plan, which I wouldn't since I didn't ever want them stepping into my home again.

As a single female alot of times we are left to feel like prey for the frenzied commision based vultures in the HVAC field & we are at their mercy 100% in blazing desert summers with animals & humans not able to sustain life without ac... Central Air settled the West. Let's make this industry honorable again.

A quality air is not a step in the right direction but a HUGE LEAP in the right direction... I wish more companies could be reminded of what ethics are.
