Alon was responsive, amiable, and so helpful. Despite a malfunctioning lock, he was able to get the door open without breaking the doorframe and replaced the lock competently and efficiently. I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

My house's front screen door deadbolt got jammed and I can usually jimmy it a bit and finally unlock it but this time I couldn't.  I called Alcatraz a little late in the evening and explained my situation.  At first I was a little put off by the service fee but it needed to be done so I went along with it.  I briefly remember calling a locksmith for my car one time and was left with a $200 bill, and then I called another time for a different house lock issue and the guy wouldn't even give me any pricing so I ended up not fixing whatever it was because I was afraid of the bill.  My home is currently on the market so I needed to get the front door opened obviously so I prepared myself for a nice little bill.  The total with the service fee was far less than I expected.  The people I worked with were extremely polite.  I am so glad to have found this company.  Definitely keeping their number in case I ever need a locksmith.

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

New to the valley and in my first home. I called to have the locks replaced. Instead of just going with what I asked for and collecting a bigger payment they suggested having the existing locks rekeyed. The outcome will be the same (locks that only I have the keys for) but by using the existing hardware I saved money. Also I called at 4pm thinking that it would take a few days for an appointment but 40 minutes later they were here working on it. Prices were better than I had heard from other locksmiths. Overall a perfect stress free experience that I could not be happier about. Thank you!!

RIck rekeyed some locks.  He was very personable, efficient and reasonably priced.  I respected his integrity and taking time to make sure everything was done correctly.  I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Called Mr Sitton for a new car key. Jon was quick to respond to my house. He cut a brand new key for my car and was very reasonable on price. He was $300.00 less then the dealership!  I will be using him again, and telling all my friends and family.

Called because I locked myself out of my car this morning. Within 15 minutes of my call, he arrived and was able to unlock my car quickly and efficiently. I also purchased a extra car key through Desert Locksmith so that this would not happen again. Was very friendly and knowledgeable about the services. Would recommended.

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.
