I started having trouble inserting my key in my front door lock. I thought this would be a good time to upgrade my lock to an optional keyless one. I bought a new lock and called and spoke to Alon. He came out yesterday afternoon and installed my new lock. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, but he figured it out and then showed me how to use it. He was efficient and friendly. The price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Highly recommend! Was able to set an appointment quickly and answered all my questions about replacing a mailbox key when I called. Arrived on time and was very professional!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

I cannot imagine better customer service!  Today I thought we were going to need to rekey a house due to a misplaced key.  Todd answered the phone right away and make sure there was immediate availability to come and help us out.  I was almost on the verge of a panic attack on the phone with him but he calmly explained the process and told me that these things happen all the time, and not to worry about it.  The pricing is affordable and definitely fair.  Luckily we found the key and had to cancel our appointment.  I expected there to be some kind of fee since we help up so much of his time.  Instead, he just said, "Think of us next time if you need help."  I am so impressed by this business and I felt very comfortable dealing with them.  I will definitely be calling them anytime I need help with house locks or if I lock my keys in my car.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

The locksmith was hired to install new door locks and deadlocks on the house's exterior doors. Additionally, the locksmith was also hired to re-kay all new door locks & deadbolts to be the same key. This service was contracted due to the fact that I purchased a new house and wanted to change out all exterior locks.
Total number of doors to receive new locks = 5
Total number of keys requested to be keyed alike = 6
The locksmith arrived and started his work. Upon completion of the above-stated scope of work, the locksmith stated he had checked all doors, locks, and keys. The locksmith handed me a set of six keys and asked that I also check the doors/locks and keys to ensure they worked.
I walked the house and tested 2-3 random keys in each lock, turning each key to engage the lock and ensuring they turned freely and locked as they should.
The locksmith took my credit, charged me for the service, then left. My family and I then went out to lunch and ran a couple of errands. Upon our return, we unlocked the security front door and attempted to unlock the main front door deadbolt. The lock would not move or operate.
I went and tried the side door that had a new lock installed, and the keys unlocked the deadbolt and doorknob locks - however - there is a security door frame lock installed on the other side of this door, so I was not able to open the door.
I promptly called the locksmith back and explained to him that the front door deadbolt was not functioning and that my family and I were locked outside (in Arizona heat with a five-year-old and eight old and dogs kenneled inside the house). The locksmith immediately began arguing with me that the fault was mine for not checking every key in every lock. I explained to the locksmith that regardless of not checking every single key in every lock (I checked 2-3 random keys in every lock), the defect was most definitely caused by the installation process and not caused by a double-check process. The locksmith also admitted that he was responsible for checking every key in every lock, which did not happen.
The locksmith stated that he would see if there was someone he could get out to the house to drill out our brand new lock and let us in. I received a call from another locksmith company who *Ace Locksmith had, called to help me. This new locksmith stated it would cost me $200 - $300 for him to make an emergency call and perform a drill out of my lock. So *Ace Locksmith's support and resolution of their failed installation was to charge their customer to fix their mistake. I declined the service and called the original locksmith back.
When I called *Ace Locksmith back, I was told again that the issue was my fault and that there was nothing he could do for me. I requested that the original locksmith come to my house to let my family and me in and fix his mistake - which he declined to do. I then asked that the original locksmith refund me 100% of the charges for the services as my only resort left was to break into my house. The cost of repairing the broken window or door that I would need to break to get in would cost more than the total of the original botched job that the locksmith had done. He also declined to refund me the total costs.
I ended up having to break into my house, damaging my door frame, so I could finally let my children inside.
This locksmith performs poor quality installations and does not stand behind their work as a craftsman. The company's customer service is horrible. I now have keys that I paid for that do not open my front door and a broken side door frame.

Super service from a well trained staff. If you need keys this is the place to go. Unlike the big box retailers the keys will always work. They have blanks for special or unusual keys. They also have a big selection of high quality locks, safes, gun safes etc. this is my go to place for everything key related.

I had to rekey my house on short notice.  They were responsive immediately on the phone,  prices are reasonable and professional.  Stormy is fantastic - she rekeyed everything fast, and was so pleasant and helpful.  I am referring all my contacts to this locksmith for home and business needs.  Cant say enough nice things.  A great vendor to keep.

I love these guys, this is the second time I have used them for two commercial locations I have purchased and Rick was able to figure out the spaghetti mess and reduce the number of keys while giving me the flexibility I needed with the Master.

The other think I liked about the service is he never says not today, or make you wait, he has twice now fitted me in his busy schedule, even though he had to drive back to Scottsdale from Phoenix for my small job.

I was also impressed that he did not try up charge as many of the bait as switch ads do, like a  $15 service fee, $10 pulling in the driveway fee, $10 to open a truck sliding door fee....  His prices were exactly as he quoted me and no surprises.  He just seems like a normal honest hardworking guy building a business the old fashion way.

I will use Rick at RJ Locksmith for my next purchase for sure.

I can not begin to express how incredibly grateful I am for this company, I called on a Saturday evening just after letting a staff member go and I knew changing my locks was my only option. I chose them for their 5 stars on Yelp and they deserve every one. John showed up in 20 minutes, was absolutely professional and extremely reasonably priced. Truth is the lock he installed works better then the one we originally had. THANK YOU again, I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

Adams was great.  I called and Tom told me where I could get the parts (he is not full service and will tell you such).  I called him back and he showed up on time, made the repair, was very nice and professional - a rare attribute these days.  His prices are reasonable.  Great price, great service, great outcome - can't ask for more
