Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

I used them in the past a few years ago.  They did a great job, so I called them a second time, because I had a roommate that moved out.  I support small businesses that give good service.  He gave me a quote over the phone which I felt was fare.  I told him I had 3 locks which needed changing.  The quote was based on that.  Once the technician arrived the price changed because I had a security door which is keyed on both sides. There was a little confusion,  but quickly resolved. They did a great job rekeying all of my locks. I tested them before the technician left and tested the automatic lock,  all worked great.  They are easy to work with,  arrived on time,  and great service.  I will use them again if needed and send referrals.  They are veterans and I support all veteran businesses.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

I got locked out of my big rig and had to call a locksmith, the first company I called was apparently a scam, told me $19 over the phone but when the guy showed up he said I had a special lock and it would cost $250 to get me in, I didn't think that was the case because this is not the first time I got locked out. I told him to leave (fast) and then I called Mr Lockout, the guy showed up and had me in my truck in less that 1 minute for $50 flat, that's what they quoted me and that is what I paid. Rick is a really good guy and does good work. He was able to come by same day to switch our locks and fix a lock which had a key stuck in it. What really impressed me was he found a flaw in the previous installation and fixed it as part of his service without batting an eye. Thanks sir!

Jon from Sitton Locksmith came out and took care of my needs today.

I moved into a new office and wanted to secure my new location. Not only did he rekey the locks, but he also lubed/greased the locks so the key slides easily in and out, but also turns and locks/unlocks easily too. He made sure I tested ALL locks and ALL keys.

I like how he stamped 'DO NOT DUPLICATE' on the key for another level of added security.

Ran is great and very professional.  We had a new Duplex we needed many doors rekeyed and changing out some locking door knobs to non locking versions and some new deadbolts.  Everything he did was perfect I will be having him again as we buy more properties or have issues in the future that need to be addressed.

Found the absolute best locksmith last night when I was locked out of my home. Tom gave great customer service! He arrived when he said he would, and could not have been nicer or more professional. The job turned out to be more complex than initially anticipated, but he persevered and got me into my home. He took time to help explain to me what had happened, and told me exactly what I needed to do next to replace my broken lock. I was quoted a price up front, but because it was a more complicated job than initially thought, it was a bit more expensive, but I had expected that; and the increase was very minor. Tom's prices are very fair, and I would absolutely hire them again next time I'm in need. I highly recommend this company! Thank you, Tom!
