Unbelievable fast turn around on very short notice-- was in a jam as I had lost the keys to my home(never really used them as I use a garage electronic entry anyway) and needed keys for the home to be placed on the market to sell--- Tom responded immediately and Peter was sent within less than 1/2 hour! Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Called them at 6:30 AM.  They called back at 7:20, 10 minutes before they opened. They said they would have a technician at my house between 8A and 10A.  Called at 9 and said 20 minutes.  Arrived 18 minutes later.  Changed the locks in 30 minutes. Gave me a $5.00 discount because I mentioned Yelp.Two locks, 4 keys, 30 minutes; $80.00. From call to done 3.5 hours.  Courteous, prompt, stayed in touch.  Nothing but the highest praise.  And the locks work just fine. Thank you!

Got locked out of my place and didn't discover it until I got off of work at 1am! He was responsive and was there bright and early, when I couldn't even get other locksmiths to respond. Took about, I dunno 2 seconds to get in and then he offered to rekey the lock to fit the key I had. It was great and now I can finally enjoy my weekend, by catching up on some sleep :)

I locked myself out of my workspace at 3pm on a Saturday. I immediately called Desert Locksmith - Ran was pleasant and friendly, said he should arrive in about 25 minutes. He arrived promptly and called me as he entered the parking lot. He inspected the lock and in less than 15 minutes he had the door unlocked! Ran saved my life. Courteous and professional, timely, friendly and for a fair price! Hopefully I won't have any future instances for his services, but if I do, I will call him immediately! Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.
