They are very fast to respond, which is exactly how a locksmith should be.  My situation wasn't an emergency, I wasn't locked out, but they treated it as if it was and that's my kind of service.  I do not write a lot of reviews so you know this is a high level of service.  Thank you for doing a great job

Tom Console, owner showed up at our house one hour after calling. As well as being extremely nice and courteous, Tom did excellent  work fixing the lock on our security door and replacing / re-keying our front door lock.
If you need a locksmith, don't bother looking anywhere else. He's the best in the business. Thanks again Tom.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Todd helped talk me through fixing my locked steering column over the phone and was greatly helpful by saving me the trouble and hassle of waiting for a locksmith to come out. I'm so grateful and would definitely recommend!

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.

I was locked out of my house after going in a walk. These guys came right out and were able to let me into my house. I am so appreciative! We will use them for every time we need a locksmith!

Was locked out of my car. Took literally seconds.  Professional , fair priced , and communicative.

I moved into a new home in Peoria and wanted the locks changed, I gave Ace locksmith a call and they were able to set up an appointment with me later that day, the technician was quick and efficient and charged the most reasonable price in town! My husband went there today to get a replacement key and the rest of his broken key retrieved from the ignition. He was quoted elsewhere for a price of $80 and then went to key west because of the location. Not only was the service amazing,  the price was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper for 2 keys and retrieval! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and they will get our business again!

Update: Just moved in to a new house and used them again. Again, they were there when they said they would be, did a good job and did it at a reasonable price. Calling them is an easy decision.

RIck rekeyed some locks.  He was very personable, efficient and reasonably priced.  I respected his integrity and taking time to make sure everything was done correctly.  I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Had a great experience using Sitton locksmith services the other day. They made me a new remote key for my car. Responded quickly to my request in the Yelp app. Friendly and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

Changed 3 locks one key, repaired 3 locks..one upside down. Presented me with a lock out card number sequence and has an anvil stamped on the key to differentiate similar looking ones. All three locks had issues.

The final test was passed with the old 4 key test drive. Smoooooth.
