You will NOT find a more reasonably priced or more competent locksmith in this area! I locked myself out of my house like a big dummy and called all the locksmith services nearby and let me tell you, prices vary WILDLY. RJ not only answered himself but was extremely personable. It should be mentioned that his quoted price was less than HALF of all the other companies that responded. Thanks RJ!!

Rick you were a life saver! I was shopping for a locksmith to rekey my house. Not only was he the only one who picked up the phone he was able to accommodate my Saturday request on a holiday weekend. He spent meticulous time making sure all the key works then helped us out with the mailbox key as well. To say Rick went above and beyond is an understatement!

Don't go anywhere else just call Rick. He is honest and reasonable in pricing. You will never again get this kind of service. Not only did we find a great locksmith but also a friend who cared. Kindness is rare in business but not to Rick. Highly recommend!!

I locked my keys in the house! I did a quick search and after reading the positive reviews..I called Rick..and I'm so happy I did! He answered his phone immediately..and gave me a quote, and told me he could be there in 20 minutes..which he was! He worked quickly and efficiently, yet was very personable and enjoyable to chat with while he worked. He was also very professional, making sure that I was the owner of the house!  

I had expected this episode to derail my day..but it literally took him less than 1 hr..and he had to unlock '3' locks!!!!

Quick response and great work! Rick is a friendly and honest worker. He worked quickly and around my schedule. I lost my mailbox keys, so he replaced the lock and provided me with 3 new keys. Please consider him for all your locksmith needs. His price was the best I'd found.

RJ arrived within 5 minutes of our agreed upon time. He was/is super friendly and VERY talkative. He is a native Arizonan so I learned a lot about the area surrounding our new home while also having our locks rekeyed. It took three hours to key six cylinders (our front door was apparently a bit challenging), which strikes me as quite long; however, I prefer working with someone who takes their time to get it right over someone who rushes through and leaves me with issues. He's a very kind man who seems to enjoy his work. He even offered me a discount when the job was completed, which I declined in the hope that he would pay it forward. Time will tell on the quality of the job - for now I'm satisfied.

We got locked out of our house on a Sunday morning, and we were worried we would be charged extra. Rick answered right away and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a quote and was there within 30 minutes.  We just had one lock to pick and he picked it quickly, and the price never changed. If I ever need a locksmith again, I'll definitely call Rick. I love these guys, this is the second time I have used them for two commercial locations I have purchased and Rick was able to figure out the spaghetti mess and reduce the number of keys while giving me the flexibility I needed with the Master.

The other think I liked about the service is he never says not today, or make you wait, he has twice now fitted me in his busy schedule, even though he had to drive back to Scottsdale from Phoenix for my small job.

I was also impressed that he did not try up charge as many of the bait as switch ads do, like a  $15 service fee, $10 pulling in the driveway fee, $10 to open a truck sliding door fee....  His prices were exactly as he quoted me and no surprises.  He just seems like a normal honest hardworking guy building a business the old fashion way.

I will use Rick at RJ Locksmith for my next purchase for sure.

5 stars is not enough to give Rick and his wonderful locksmith  service.  From the initial call to the setting up the appointment, to fulfilling the job Rick showed much knowledge, expertise and awesome customer service skills.  He rekeyed 24 locks for our church in the most efficient time needed and is to be highly recommended for any locksmith services needed.  What it mostly to be recognized is his down to earth personality.  He quoted us a very reasonable price and we are completely satisfied with his work. Rick is a really good guy and does good work. He was able to come by same day to switch our locks and fix a lock which had a key stuck in it. What really impressed me was he found a flaw in the previous installation and fixed it as part of his service without batting an eye. Thanks sir!

Needed my new rental re-keyed same day because of a weird situation.  Rick came out on a Friday night at 8pm! He was efficient, re-keying 7 locks and beat the prices of all the other quotes.  Make sure to tip good service!

AHHHMAZING!! The absolute best and honest customer service I've ever received from a locksmith!! We moved to Peoria AZ and, due to the circumstances surrounding the vacancy, decided a quick lock change would be prudent. Rick Jefferies (thus RJ) had left a card among the myriad come-on packages sitting our new homeowner's junk mail pile. Being in a hurry, and without time to do protracted due diligence, we called him. Are we ever glad we did! Rick came immediately, assessed the lock situation, explained the alternatives and the basis for each. He covered various locking methods which seemed non-sensical to us, and told us the reasons for their application.

Rick offered a quite reasonable quote, and, when we accepted, set to work right away. He efficiently tackled the assignment and did a beautiful job, curing our sketchy security situation and allaying our fears of intrusion and theft. In sum, Rick Jeffries is professional, reasonable, efficient, caring, and consummate professional. Just the type of man to whom you can fully entrust your confidence.
