The back door on my food truck broke late at night and I called several locksmiths that were unable to help me. One of them told me outright that they did not carry the part that was broken. Luckily I called CJ and he stated he carried the part and would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was very professional and fix the door within 15 minutes. I would recommend this business for anyone. The deadbolt lock on the front door of our home started to get difficult to operate a few weeks ago. It recently got to the point that my wife couldn't lock, or unlock the door. I checked on Yelp and found the listing for 24/7 Locksmith under door lock repair. I sent in a job request and quickly got a response from CJ at 24/7. He said he was completing another job and be at my house in a few minutes. He arrived and fixed the lock. He also adjusted a screen door lock that my wife also had a problem with.

Wow, the guy gets customer service in a day and age when no one gives a rats about the customer. So my story starts with a panic phone call that we're locked out of the condo and it's a Sunday, UGHHHH. I won't name who locked the screen door but let's say it wasn't me.

My options were limited to either heading to the hardware store and buying a drill or calling a locksmith. So I open my YELP app and locate Cory. I dialed and wow he answered ASAP. A live human answered phone I was in shock on a Sunday morning . I explained my issue And he said "No Problem I'll be there in 45 mins"! I was stunned. Told me the price of $85 and I agreed. Really like I was gonna shop around come on.

So 45 minutes later CJ texts me saying he's at the gate. Punctual I love it! I greet him and show him the lock. CJ opens he bag of safe cracking tools and in 5 minutes he's opened the screen door, THANK GOD. $85 then exchanges hands, I'm happy and he's happy and his job is done just like he said it would be Iin less than 1 hour from my initial call.

I'm 100% satisfied with his service. This man is worthy of a 5 Star review and I recommend you make sure you use his service if your ever in a jam. Thank you so much for assisting us in our time of need, your the best!

We had an urgent need to change locks on our rental. Tenant left with the key, which made it worse. CJ came within an hour, changed 5 locks, and completed everything quickly for a very reasonable price! He was prompt in responding to my request for a quote too.

CJ came out within a couple hours and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. My deadbolt broke in the locked position. He was able to fix with no damage and installed a new lock and door handle. Awesome service, thank you! I chose him based on his good Yelp reviews.

Horrible and unprofessional. They had me waiting for three hours to unlock my vehicle.Kept saying someone is on there way.  When they finally show up. The guy shows up in a regular unmarked car (sedan), without a uniform on. I didn't know who he was?? By then i had already called another company who showed up within 40 minutes of the original time i called them. What a difference. And shows up, uniformed, and in a work vehicle (company logo van)  to identify who he is. And did the job correctly.  That's professionalism! Not this 24/7 company. Beware!!!!

I would not recommend using them. They broke my door handle on 5/26/20 and I have been trying to reach them to have them come out and fix it with no luck!!! Very unprofessional customer service who hung up in my face. There are plenty of options in the valley. I'd recommend using someone else.

I would like to praise CJ from 24/7 lock smith. He wasn't able to come out but he was texting me and helping me find someone reputable to come out to my business cause we got broken into at 1 am and needed a lock replaced. He didn't stop at all until he found me one. Amazing service from the gentleman. This will mmake me do business with this company even though they were not able to be of service tonight.

Went out for a night of shopping only to return home at 11pm and discover we were locked out of the house.  CJ was the only service provider to answer the phone at that hour and was there to assist within 35 minutes- exactly when he estimated he'd arrive. He even texted to advise when he was 10 minutes away!  It only took him a few minutes to skillfully pick the door lock and we were back home.  Great service, fair price and very professional.
