HISTORY
Established in 2015.
Owner, Jon Sitton, started locksmithing as a technician while a Sophomore at Arizona State University. After graduating with a Bachelor's in Communications, he explored other fields, including medical sales, and came to realize locksmithing was his true love and helping other's in need was his passion. After working in the locksmith business for 5 years, he realized he wanted a business that he could call his own and pass down to future generations. In 2015 he started his own company, Sitton Locksmith.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
When Jon was working for bigger companies he realized they had so much over head (nice offices, fancy personal cars, ect.) Jon came to the conclusion that if he cut his overhead and unneeded expenses he could cut his prices. The formula was simple, cut needed expenses means lower prices for his customers, lower prices means returning customers. Jon has trained over 25 technicians and has been told he is one of the best lock pickers on the West Coast. In addition to picking locks, he is extremely fast at rekeying. He is always up for a rekeying challenge!

Jon responded quickly and gave an estimate. My situation turned into an emergency when my front door handle broke and I couldn't open the door from either side. Since Jon's wife has gone into labor! He referred me to Golden Lock and Hunter responded and changed out my licker and handle within hours. They both get 5 stars!

Another glowing review -- and satisfied customer. Initial response and estimate was fast, scheduling easy and convenient. My original request was for a keypad deadbolt installation, but I ended up needing a second lock installed and two locks re-keyed -- no problem. Friendly, gracious service. I'm sure I'll use Sutton again, and enthusiastically recommend them.

The experience was great from the start. The initial contact over the phone was friendly and warm. Their estimate came in below other companies. When they arrived at the house to get my latch dislodged from the door and replace the knob, the service man was wearing a mask and was as personable as he was knowledgeable. If you need a locksmith, these guys are great to work with.
Just purchased a used truck F150 limited of course it only had one key fob. I had never purchased a vehicle without it having two sets of keys. But I just had to have it.
Messaged Jon with Sutton Locksmith. He promptly messaged back. He quoted getting the key fob, programming it and delivering it to my house for a very reasonable price. Jon quoted getting it done in 30 minutes to an hour. Well he got it done in about 20 minutes, maybe less.
I totally am going to recommend this young man to my friends, patients, and to anyone reading this.
Had last second issue at a rental home in Mesa. Sitton was able to fit us in the same day within 4 hours. Was on time finished job with no issues and at a fair price

I frantically messaged Jon at Sitton late on a Saturday night when I couldn't get my new smart lock to work. I had spent HOURS trying to set it up and even called in two reinforcements to help. Begrudgingly, I reached out to several locksmiths for professional assistance.
Via yelp messages, Jon answered my questions quickly, kindly, and offered me a next-day weekend spot for a reasonable price. When I was able to make the lock work(!!!!) just shy of 4 hours before our scheduled appt, I texted Jon to cancel. I was somewhat expecting a cancellation fee but Jon was quick to reply back and nice enough to not mention a fee, only that he was happy I got it figured out.

Jon was amazing! So nice, responsive, and fast! I could not believe how fast our locks were changed and how fast they were able to get to our location. Jon was so friendly and helpful! Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend !
Contacted Jon in the morning to have my commercial door rekeyed. He was prompt and super helpful with answering all my questions and even came the same day. My door was set in 30mins and I also had 6 new keys made in that time frame. His prices were fair and reasonable and I will be calling him again for any locksmith needs.

We needed an extra key for our two cars, we bought both used and only received one key for each from the dealers. I messaged Jon through Yelp and he responded immediately. He had to order one of the key fobs. I confirmed I wanted the keys on a Friday, and he was able to come to our house by Tuesday afternoon. It was a very quick turn around, despite having to order the key fob. He made both keys in about an hour, and they both work great. I highly recommend Sitton Locksmith. Jon is very professional, courteous and easy to work with. He always responded to my messages very quickly.
Need a locksmith? Look no further!! I was in need of a locksmith to come to my property on short notice and swap out the door locks. Jon got back to me immediately and was out at the house the next morning. His communication was elite, and he did an amazing, clean job and his prices were very reasonable. Very professional all around, and we're very happy with his work. Would only use him going forward for any locksmith needs.

I can not begin to express how incredibly grateful I am for this company, I called on a Saturday evening just after letting a staff member go and I knew changing my locks was my only option. I chose them for their 5 stars on Yelp and they deserve every one. John showed up in 20 minutes, was absolutely professional and extremely reasonably priced. I messaged Jon thru the Yelp app & he responded quickly. We made an appointment for the following day. He texted me when he was on his way and he arrived on time. Perfect.
I had kind of an odd job for him. I had special-ordered some fancy Emtek entry door hardware (deadbolt & locking knob, both w square backplates), and I couldn't get them to align cosmetically while functioning technically.
Jon dove into the problem and managed to figure it out & fix it.
He also re-keyed both pieces, one of which I had no key for.
Jon's mastered the art & science of locksmithing for sure! And he is a nice, normal, professional young guy, not a creep like lots of locksmiths out there!

My son recently was locked out of his condo. I contacted Jon at Sitton locksmiths. He responded quickly and was able to meet us within the hour. The door was opened in less than a minute and we were in. Jon also rekeyed the lock to match the deadbolt. I would 100% recommend this company. Wow what great service! I bought a used car from a private seller and the car only came with one key. I needed to have more made and programmed so I got a referral from a friend about this company and called them right away. Jon came right over and did it all at his truck in 10 minutes. I was able to get two brand new keys that are fully programmed (after I got the pin from a dealership who obviously tried to get me to have the keys made there for 3X's more money!). Now it's all done and I never even left my home. I highly recommend Sitton Locksmith and Security as they are a great company to work with!

Jon from Sitton Locksmith came out and took care of my needs today.
I moved into a new office and wanted to secure my new location. Not only did he rekey the locks, but he also lubed/greased the locks so the key slides easily in and out, but also turns and locks/unlocks easily too. He made sure I tested ALL locks and ALL keys.
I like how he stamped 'DO NOT DUPLICATE' on the key for another level of added security.
I highly recommend Sitton Locksmith.
Jon responded promptly when I reached out after having my keys locked in my car (thanks, Mom). When he arrived, he was cordial and very chill. Really nice guy. His pricing is more than fair. I HIGHLY recommend if ever in need of a great locksmith. Thx again, Jon!

Called to have our front door lock re keyed. Jon was fast, friendly, professional and affordable. I would not hesitate to use his services again!
Got locked out of my place and didn't discover it until I got off of work at 1am! He was responsive and was there bright and early, when I couldn't even get other locksmiths to respond. Took about, I dunno 2 seconds to get in and then he offered to rekey the lock to fit the key I had. It was great and now I can finally enjoy my weekend, by catching up on some sleep :)

Accidentally locked keys in my truck, so I searched the Yelp! reviews and Sitton Locksmith looked to be an easy choice with the great reviews. I called and within the hour he was over and quickly got the truck unlocked. He used a mini air-bag that opened up a big enough gap from the door frame to slide a flexible fiberglass pole in to push the unlock button.
The best part was after he was done. He was very upfront about costs on the phone and was very professional and personable on site. When making payment, he asked if my auto insurance covered roadside assistance, which I had completely forgot about. No worries, he wrote up the invoice properly and I submitted the roadside claim online and will be reimbursed.
If I ever have a lock or similar issue again, I won't hesitate to use Sitton. Great experience!

I called around for quotes and was impressed by Jon's communication skills. He sounded reliable and offered me a good deal. Within an hour, he made the service call and unlocked the storage room lock for me very quickly. Out of my expectation, he offered added value service for me by making me a new key. He is really professional and considerate. I highly recommend his services!
I thought this was going to be some outrageous price but it turn3d out to be reasonable and the guy was fast with getting the lock off.

I called Sitton Locksmith in hopes of fixing my front door lock. I had called a few other locksmiths in the area but they were hesitant to give me an actual quote for what the work would cost. Most of the locksmiths wold say that they $x for a service call but would not confirm how much fixing the lock would cost.
Jon from Sitton Locksmith, did not try to play that game. I described the issue, and he gave me a quote for the service call and work fee. It is a comfort to know ahead of time how much it would cost, because previously I had to deal with locksmiths who would increase prices as soon as they arrived. I do understand that some problems do require more work and therefore cost more money, but sometimes it feels like you're being taken advantage of. However, Jon was upfront about the cost, which I appreciated.
Jon arrived within 30 minutes of my call, fixed the lock, and gave me a new key (for free). He is professional, knowledgeable, and his prompt fixing of the lock made my life a lot easier. I recommend Sitton Locksmith without any hesitation.

I had a excellent experience with Sitton Security. Jon was able to gain access to my safe and suggested ways to make the system foolproof. Punctual, helpful, professional and reasonable, I could not expect more from a locksmith.
Fantastic! Honest! When I called and explained our car was stolen with the house keys in it, Jon came out an hour later to rekey all of the doors. Jon was so helpful and courteous to answer any questions we had. He is or #1 guy to call make him yours.
Sittton is professional, timely, and makes you appreciate that there are still people who take pride is creating quality work in the trades.
Jon was very professional and helpful. I messaged him here on Yelp and he responded almost immediately and called me as requested. He was able to come through same day to re key the locks in my house in the early evening. He texted me when he was on his way and had great communication skills. He was able to tell me the price up front and his rates are very competitive (I contacted 5 locksmiths and he was the best price and one of the only ones who would tell me the price upfront). He is very kind which goes a long way. I would recommend him and will be using him again for sure.

This was a perfect customer experience. I had a malfunctioning side yard gate and wanted to get my front door rekeyed to match two garage entry doors. I called this morning and spoke to Jon, and he came out himself at noon, just as promised, calling 15 mins before arrival. He explained everything and quoted all prices before he did any work. Called Mr Sitton for a new car key. Jon was quick to respond to my house. He cut a brand new key for my car and was very reasonable on price. He was $300.00 less then the dealership! I will be using him again, and telling all my friends and family.
