This guy REALLY saved me. I was flying in from Miami and was locked out of my house. He coordinated with me while I was in my Lyft ride home to make sure he was there at the same time I got home. I'm so grateful I didn't have to stand in front of my house with all of my luggage waiting in front of all of my neighbors. I got right in. And he had keypads in stock with him already, so I got a new keypad installed as well. Thanks!!!

Super quick, very friendly! Alon will be the only locksmith I ever call! So soo thankful he came out and helped me. Literally came out in like 20 minutes and was in my apartment almost instantly.

Alon has helped me out twice now with rekeying locks and reprogramming my garage door when I needed it done in a hurry. He is responsive, reliable and trustworthy. If you need a locksmith I highly recommend you call him first. He's great!!
Great company! I love that they are family owned, have a store front, and the staff are warm and very competent. I've only been there twice, but I've been very impressed.
"I can be there in 15 minutes" is exactly what you want to hear when you've just brought your friend home from the hospital and her lock is broken so she can't get into her own house. Alon was responsive, amiable, and so helpful. Despite a malfunctioning lock, he was able to get the door open without breaking the doorframe and replaced the lock competently and efficiently. We are so grateful and highly recommend his services.

If you're like me and very forgetful then you will always need to have a great locksmith on dial in your phone. ;)
Alon is AMAzING and comes HIGHLY recommended. I needed the front door deadbolt opened (last minute at 7pm) which is every locksmiths nightmare...oopsies. Having faith and a couple tools and a drill later we were able to open it!
Not only that but I decided to change the lock to a keyless digital deadbolt, which I told him before we met so he recommended which brand to buy at Home Depot (Defiant) and saved me a pretty penny. The deadbolt I bought apparently was faulty so he brought the same one from his car and told me to return mine. Life saver!

I made the dumb mistake of locking my family out of the house. I called Call Locksmith AZ and they came within 15 minutes and had us back in our home in about 10 minutes. Alon Avital, the locksmith, was very friendly, professional, competent, and quick. The price was reasonable and I would definitely call them again if the need arises. I would recommend them highly if you are ever in need of a locksmith.

They are very fast to respond, which is exactly how a locksmith should be. My situation wasn't an emergency, I wasn't locked out, but they treated it as if it was and that's my kind of service. I do not write a lot of reviews so you know this is a high level of service. Thank you for doing a great job
Highly recommend. I needed to have a lock set replaced on our security screen door because the locking mechanism broke. Alon was able to fit us in the schedule and within two hours replaced our dingy gold-looking set with a brand new brushed nickel set. In addition, he rekeyed the new set to our old one. Friendly, Fast and Professional.

I started having trouble inserting my key in my front door lock. I thought this would be a good time to upgrade my lock to an optional keyless one. I bought a new lock and called and spoke to Alon. He came out yesterday afternoon and installed my new lock. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, but he figured it out and then showed me how to use it. He was efficient and friendly. The price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.
Got locked out of our truck at 6am. He answered right away when I called and came within the hour to help us. Got us back in the truck in 5 mins. Thank you!

Needed to have my home's door knob & deadbolt rekeyed due to tenant default (as they still had a key). Our family is so thankful that Alon answered and showed up for us! We had just gotten the keys to our rental home, and didn't know the doors locked automatically, so after throwing out trash from painting, we came back and we're locked out! When we looked for help, his company was well reviewed and he ANSWERED our call! You will not be disappointed with his services, he has solid experience and came through for us!

Alon communicated with me immediately and kept me updated on his arrival time. Him and his partner arrived promptly on a Saturday and had my new Electronic car keys within 25 minutes. I would highly recommend.

Alon was so persistent to get me into my house when the deadbolt failed. It was a high security lock and he worked at it until he got in! Absolutely would recommend his company for even the toughest job!

They were wanting to make their retirement on one call. They are not reasonable at all for the service I needed.
Upgraded to keyless entry. He was very fast and professional and had good prices. Showed up on time and accepts zelle so it was convenient as well.
These guys are the best. The tech. Chris was the best thing since ICECREAM. He was fast, professional and he did exactly what he said he would do and he got me back on the road again. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work I greatly appreciate it.
BEWARE. (As the business owner's response below demonstrates, he is combative and unprofessional. Thus reinforcing the accuracy of this review). Alon, the owner, broker my door and lock, refusing to take accountability, repair or refund. After admitting he broke it and doesn't have the knowledge to repair, he decided to call and tell me that I broke it. He's a locksmith ... that I called for his expertise and should have been able to repair. He basically stole money and left. After many calls and texts, asking him for a resolution, I ended up having to file a report with the police for my safety. My boyfriend and I also will be moving forward with other actions including filing a claim with the BBB, small claims court and contacting "3 on Your Side." I'm hoping this review can prevent others from enduring similar poor experiences and being ripped off. Should Alon make the situation right I will update.
