Been  while since I've been stiffed. Congratulations ACE LOCKSMITH you got me. I had an appt with you for this morning. You never called or showed up. I took off 3 hrs of work to accommodate this appt. You were a no show. One of the best things about living in the Phx area is you can always find somebody else. And I did. I find it hard to believe you have a reputable business yet are incompetent at the same time. Its safe to say, I nor any members of my family here in AZ will be utilizing your services in our lifetime. Again Thanks for the no-show.

The locksmith was hired to install new door locks and deadlocks on the house's exterior doors. Additionally, the locksmith was also hired to re-kay all new door locks & deadbolts to be the same key. This service was contracted due to the fact that I purchased a new house and wanted to change out all exterior locks.
Total number of doors to receive new locks = 5
Total number of keys requested to be keyed alike = 6
The locksmith arrived and started his work. Upon completion of the above-stated scope of work, the locksmith stated he had checked all doors, locks, and keys. The locksmith handed me a set of six keys and asked that I also check the doors/locks and keys to ensure they worked.
I walked the house and tested 2-3 random keys in each lock, turning each key to engage the lock and ensuring they turned freely and locked as they should.
The locksmith took my credit, charged me for the service, then left. My family and I then went out to lunch and ran a couple of errands. Upon our return, we unlocked the security front door and attempted to unlock the main front door deadbolt. The lock would not move or operate.
I went and tried the side door that had a new lock installed, and the keys unlocked the deadbolt and doorknob locks - however - there is a security door frame lock installed on the other side of this door, so I was not able to open the door.
I promptly called the locksmith back and explained to him that the front door deadbolt was not functioning and that my family and I were locked outside (in Arizona heat with a five-year-old and eight old and dogs kenneled inside the house). The locksmith immediately began arguing with me that the fault was mine for not checking every key in every lock. I explained to the locksmith that regardless of not checking every single key in every lock (I checked 2-3 random keys in every lock), the defect was most definitely caused by the installation process and not caused by a double-check process. The locksmith also admitted that he was responsible for checking every key in every lock, which did not happen.
The locksmith stated that he would see if there was someone he could get out to the house to drill out our brand new lock and let us in. I received a call from another locksmith company who *Ace Locksmith had, called to help me. This new locksmith stated it would cost me $200 - $300 for him to make an emergency call and perform a drill out of my lock. So *Ace Locksmith's support and resolution of their failed installation was to charge their customer to fix their mistake. I declined the service and called the original locksmith back.
When I called *Ace Locksmith back, I was told again that the issue was my fault and that there was nothing he could do for me. I requested that the original locksmith come to my house to let my family and me in and fix his mistake - which he declined to do. I then asked that the original locksmith refund me 100% of the charges for the services as my only resort left was to break into my house. The cost of repairing the broken window or door that I would need to break to get in would cost more than the total of the original botched job that the locksmith had done. He also declined to refund me the total costs.
I ended up having to break into my house, damaging my door frame, so I could finally let my children inside.
This locksmith performs poor quality installations and does not stand behind their work as a craftsman. The company's customer service is horrible. I now have keys that I paid for that do not open my front door and a broken side door frame.

I made an appointment with mike,the shop was easy to find he was very patient and figured out what I needed. He took care of it in a professional manner

I had to replace pcm in my grandsons 2000 Ford Expedition. He came to Wickenburg and made 2 keys and programmed vehicle. Very courteous and really new what he was doing. I would recommend him anytime.

Responded quickly and the young man did a really great job changing all my locks to the same key. Very happy with these guys

Great service. Bo came out within 10 minutes after I ran into an emergency with my new huis, where the old owners couldn't hand over the keys as they packed them. After Bo replaced all locks I felt secure in my new home. I am very happy that he came out so fast and was able to reduce my loving anxiety a lot less.
The pricing was very reasonable for this service as well.

Contact Kwikpick lock and safe or anywhere but here... it's a scam. Called this locksmith on a Sunday and let them know what type of lock I had. Guy over the phone told me it'd be 95 flat. "Locksmith" shows up and turns out he's a private contractor which wasn't disclosed over the phone and he's now charging 165? I have a smart lock with security plates and this guy tried to use a crowbar after I told him I wanted it picked (I know alot of guys prefer to drill it but I've had someone pick it before and if he couldn't pick it he should have just told me he wasn't the guy for the job.) It's been difficult to open my door for the past day and now it just straight out won't open. He caused damage to both my door frame and my lock. This company tells me they will call me back but won't call me back about any issues I'm having/had 1. The price change and not disclosing they hired another person to do the job and 2. The damage the person they contracted has done to my lock which I now have to contact someone else to replace.

I want to thank Ace locksmiths we ran into a small speed bump this Memorial Day weekend I have my daughter visiting from out of town unfortunately she lost her car keys and the keys had the electronic chip in it and we were not able to get the car started we called up Ace locksmith they came out within a half hour 45 minutes diagnose the problem made new keys on the spot and reprogram the vehicle to work with the new set of keys extremely pleased and happy with the service they provide for us and recommend them highly considering it was Labor Day weekend and they came out as fast as they did we are extremely grateful awesome company

Ari is excellent technician spectacular job efficient and friendly. 5:45pm and he arrived in 20 minutes after I locked keys in van. Highly recommend

I got locked out of my car. My dog was inside and the car was running while I ran to an outdoor bank kiosk. Somehow my dog locked me out. This company too my call immediately and had someone out within 15 mins. They unlocked the car in about 2 mins. They were nice and respectful. I appreciated their speedy service! If my dog locks out me again, I will definitely call them!

We locked the keys in our running car on a Saturday. After getting the runaround with many different locksmiths (all with hidden fees) we called Ace Locksmith. Best call we have made. They are honest and do not BS in any way. Gave us a guaranteed quote prior to arriving which was affordable and fair. Other companies would not quote over the phone.

A friend's vehicle auto locked his keys inside, and he didn't have a spare. We searched Yelp for nearby locksmiths that did auto work in the Sun City area and Ace Locksmith came up. They were pleasant on the phone, told us they'd be here within twenty minutes and were here in ten! The service was performed quickly and by a pleasant young man. We received our Yelp discount, but even without the discount it was a bargain in this summer heat. I'd recommend this company to anyone in the Sun City area (and any other areas they serve).

Very friendly. Very respectful.  Highly recommend and will be using their services again if needed. A little more than others. For me their tone and demeanor over the phone was it. At the end of it very worth it.

Mordy was able to rekey my mothers house after keys were stolen. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. He came out on Saturday within an hour of so if calling.

Bo was great. He arrived same day and completed the service also the same day. He answered all of my questions and performed the service faster than what I expected. I moved into a new home in Peoria and wanted the locks changed, I gave Ace locksmith a call and they were able to set up an appointment with me later that day, the technician was quick and efficient and charged the most reasonable price in town! I would highly recommend Ace Locksmith to all my family and friends!

I had lost my key for my car and the locksmith nicole who came out was very nice and did a great job. Very good pricing and I was pleased with her work. I needed a key replacement and she was quick and had great customer service. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I recently moved into a townhouse complex and the landlord did not provide a mailbox key. I was told I would have to contact a locksmith to get a new lock and key. I contacted Ace Locksmith in Phoenix and they came out the same day. The tech was courteous and kind but told me it would cost over $200 to get a new lock and key. For a mailbox?? That price is completely outrageous! I respectfully declined but still had to pay the $29 service fee for the technician coming out which I am very unhappy about. I wouldn't recommend them to others.

They came quickly and helped me get to work and my daughter to school on time. I would highly recommend them to family and friends if they need this in the future

I needed to get a house rekeyed for new tenants.  They answered the phone right away and had someone to my house in an hour.  Quick, professional service at a fair price.

I first choose Ace because it was in Sun City. I sent a request for price opening my trailer and making a key. They ask for a picture. I sent a picture and never heard back. To me that is poor customer relations .

My wife and I have been living in Sun City for exactly a year now. When we purchased our house the locks and locksets were really messed up - The "flippers" who refurbished our home apparently didn't want to spend much time or money on proper, high quality, high security locks. We needed to have the house re-keyed anyway just for security concerns as there's no telling who might have duplicate keys out there. Anyway, we called Ace Locksmith because they are local, and we prefer to deal with local people when we do something like this (locks, pest control, alarms, etc.). Our locksmith tech Bo, a very nice young man, arrived promptly, took a look at what we needed, and then went right to work. He already had everything he needed in his truck and was finished within the hour. We now have a house that has better locks that work better. Thank you Bo for your fast and courteous service. You have given us both peace of mind!
