This review is based solely on communication and not their actual work. The gentlemen (very nice) came out to look at the repairs I wanted done in my home. They emailed me the plans, costs and everything.  I wanted to use them and felt very comfortable with them. Then after many attempts to book them, they said they could not do the project until about a month and a half later due to a busy schedule. I said that was fine and I would wait. So I waited and waited and have sent them MANY messages and got no response. So the work on my home was not completed and now I have to start looking for someone else to do the work. Very poor communication. I get that you're busy, but if you say you can book me in February, then keep your word. Here it is now, February, and I get no response.

Jorge was very apologetic about the issues and has since come and started repairs. I am VERY pleased with the work they have done thus far. You know it's a good company when they acknowledge their downfalls and work hard to correct them. I will post pictures after the work is completed and I'm sure they will be earning 5 stars. Thanks guys!

John returned my call for a quote on the same day, AND arrived on time the day of service.  Not only was he on time, he came prepared with ladder and tools necessary to install 4 ceiling fans, 2 light fixtures, assemble 2 twin metal beds, and mount bathroom hardware.  Before he started work, he reviewed the job with me to ensure he understood my request, and updated me as he progressed and/or had a question.
John was enjoyable to talk with; he's personable, respectful and a hardworker.  As a new homeowner in Maricopa, I have more projects I'll be calling John for.  Need a trustworthy, and reliable handyman?  Call John.  You won't be disappointed.

For the actual handyman who came to the house, I would give 5 stars. At least he was forthright in telling me that he had no experience with repairing the sliding glass door rollers and track. His boss must have misunderstood what I was looking to have done. Anyway, the only expense for the visit was lost time and I did eventually find someone to repair the door.

George is fun to work with. I had several issues with my home and building project that seemed insurmountable. His knowledge and proffesionalism were a welcome relief. He was prompt efficient, knowledgable and a spectacular value. I appreciate the little extras that come with good solid service, and a sense of humor. I reccomend this business to anyone who wants real value, and a great finished project.

T & R Solutions is a great handyman service.  I would recommend T & R Solutions to anyone!  Quick response, reasonable quotes, show up on time, took pride in his work, professional and did an awesome job!  I'll definitely be using his service again!

Lucien is everything you want in a handy man. Respectful and professional. I found him through Home Depot and he was able to help me from A to Z with a bathroom remodel. New tiled shower, new vanity install, new toilet and new tile on the floors. All of it done perfectly and quickly. He listened and gave me regular picture updates. Highly recommended!

We finally (finally) got these projects done. Yay! PhD Home Solutions came to the rescue! They do excellent wall tile work plus other odds and ends. They mounted a bathroom cabinet and ceramic tiled its wall, installed a countertop and wall tile toilet in our laundry, removed an old and replaced with new toilet, and did some detail trim work under our main entry door. Fast response, super nice folks, efficient, detailed, fast and they know what they're doing really, really well. PhD's prices are reasonable. The owners Paul and Carrie are fabulous and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done in the home. Kudos!

My boyfriend and I are staying with his elderly Aunt and Uncle in Payson, AZ this week, their sink garbage disposal was clogged for a while we noticed and Jim was the first person I found online to call and my boyfriend talked to him over the phone with the issue we had and he not only fixed the issue over the phone with us but let us know he could be out tomorrow first thing to help us out further if needed. We really appreciate the fast help as plumbing issues are very frustrating. Thank you Jim!! What a great guy.

I had what I thought was a simple repair on my back gate. I reached out to a contracting company that said I would need a concrete guy and a welder in order to get it fixed. I contacted George and he said he'd take a look. He confirmed my initial thought and literally fixed the door within minutes. Very personable and easy to work with!

Jay Adrian has been a great discovery for us.  He is very personable, reliable, punctual and fairly priced.  He fixes, repairs, and installs all sorts of things.  He does things right the first time.  I most highly recommend him!

Great communication. Came out promptly to give an estimate and when started the job was always time. Job came out great! He painted 3 rooms for me. Will definitely use again

Michael quoted me at 6 hours to complete some tasks, then after he was done for the day he estimated he needed another 4-5 hours to get the other tasks completed. Total list of tasks were:
Replace 2 ceiling fans
Replace 2 towel rods
Swap the motors on 3 bathroom exhaust fans
Swap the faucets on 2 bathroom sinks
Replace 3 bathroom toilet roll holders

I told him I was unwilling to pay for additional 4-5 hours worth of work that he estimated it would have taken to get all the tasks done. I felt like $300 worth of labor should have been plenty to get the tasks done. In my world if you quote someone for a price for a job, that's what they pay, not double.

When I called to let him know that the one toilet paper holder he mounted was crooked, he claimed it wasn't until I told him I used a digital level to determine it was mounted 5 degrees off. I guess that's my fault for not checking his work before he left. He said he'd call back to schedule to come by and fix it, but that never happened.

Michael is more trouble than he's worth. My fiancée couldn't get any work done due to constant interrupting, requests for her to help him during the tasks, and personal questions that were none of his business that had nothing to do with completing the job that he kept asking. Its none of his business to know my custody arrangement with my ex-wife.

As a Realtor it is very important to me that the people I refer to my clients and to my friends are professional, knowledgeable, personable and have high ethics. It is a refection on me if I give out that referral. At the top of my list is Larry with Preferred Handyman Services! He goes above and beyond in every way possible.
Larry is one of the most ethical people I know and his work is exemplary. If something is not within his realm of expertise or if he feels the job best be handeled in a different way, he will refer you to someone who he feels is better suited for the job. His fee's are resonable and his workmanship is always up to the highest of standards.
I myself have used his services many times over the years and everyone of my clients and friends who have hired him have nothing but great reviews.

If I could give Preferred Handyman Services 10 stars I would.

DAVID BURGES and Jamie  do a great job  with home  damage repair, appliance  and fixtures  installation, and some remodeling.

John was very good with communication.   Called before coming over, and fixed a light that no other handyman was able to fix before him.  He is good to work with and knows his stuff!

Came out to my house, seem very genuine, promise to email me a quote the following week, never heard from Ryan again. I called and emailed him....Oh well, I'll find somebody better.
