Adams Locksmith

Well all I can say is I'll be damned !! I've never ever used that expression before !!!
Our main door to go out in back yard to let dog out & where our pool is would not open. Of course this happened on Christmas!!
Hubbie can save lives but cannot even screw in a bolt ( diff types of brain ... don't ask ). He called our regular locksmith who said he wouldn't work today ( 12/26/22). Even though this really was an emergency.
I looked up on Yelp & came across Tom who owns Adams Locksmith. Hubbie called him early this am & they set up a time. He was here for two hours & had everything on his truck he needed to replace the parts & fix it.
Needless to say, I am blown away by his professionalism & know how let alone coming to our rescue. His prices are very reasonable. I will NEVER call anyone else & neither should YOU. I ONLY wish I knew about him when we moved here ... truly THE BEST.

Changed 3 locks one key, repaired 3 locks..one upside down. Presented me with a lock out card number sequence and has an anvil stamped on the key to differentiate similar looking ones. All three locks had issues.

The final test was passed with the old 4 key test drive. Smoooooth.

Very knowledgeable locksmith and fair prices. Very nice guy. Highly recommend. I had some locks changed to match all my doors and he fixed some door knobs.

It's neat when  people are genuinely interested in their work. Mr. Adams is such an individual- arrived promptly, volunteering a lot of little tips and facts about locks and the industry today while he worked. In about an hour, he fixed several issues I had been wasting so much time on my own trying to solve. Very fairly priced, too!

Fantastic service.  I got locked out of a room in my house via electronic lock (batteries died) and Thomas came over within an hour of my call, got me back in, and re-keyed the lock so I now have emergency keys in case the batteries die on me again! Thanks, Thomas!

Adams was great.  I called and Tom told me where I could get the parts (he is not full service and will tell you such).  I called him back and he showed up on time, made the repair, was very nice and professional - a rare attribute these days.  His prices are reasonable.  Great price, great service, great outcome - can't ask for more

Tom did a great job. Changed out and rekeyed alike all the exterior locks in my house. He knows his stuff, works efficient, prompt, personable and friend. I recommend him without reservation.

Great experience using Adams locksmith I needed to get my locks rekeyed so I had one key for all of them and he was able to provide quick reliable service and even came out that same day and the price was on point

Called Adams Locksmith today for 4 door locks that never worked right. Tom came over within a hour and could not be more professional. Both front door locks i wanted re-keyed because we bought our home a year ago and didn't know who had keys. Our side gate deadbolt lock was very rusted and  couldn't get key out and more of problem than anticipated . The garage door lock never did work right, but it dose now, thanks to Tom. My wife said my days of being our Scottsdale  home locksmith are over. We both are putting Tom with Adams Locksmith on Speed dial on or cell phones. The price was more than reasonable and our home is safe and sound at last.

Found the absolute best locksmith last night when I was locked out of my home. Tom gave great customer service! He arrived when he said he would, and could not have been nicer or more professional. The job turned out to be more complex than initially anticipated, but he persevered and got me into my home. He took time to help explain to me what had happened, and told me exactly what I needed to do next to replace my broken lock. I was quoted a price up front, but because it was a more complicated job than initially thought, it was a bit more expensive, but I had expected that; and the increase was very minor. Tom's prices are very fair, and I would absolutely hire them again next time I'm in need. I highly recommend this company! Thank you, Tom!

I would give these guys 6 stars if that was an option.  I learned the hard way that locking yourself out of a stand alone garage is right at the top of the "don't do this" list.   Tom took my call very early in the morning, showed up in 20 minutes,  made an almost impossible project look easy -- and the price was very reasonable.    Great work and great service.

The deadbolt on my outside shed stopped working. I was unable unable to unlock it. I called Adams Locksmith on a hot Saturday around 3PM and within 25 minutes Tom arrived. He was able to get it open and replace the deadbolt and the door knob quickly for a reasonable rate. He was friendly and also made some very helpful suggestions.

Tom came out to rekey our entire new house (6 locks) on the same day we called. And we were on the other side of the valley from where he was. IMPRESSIVE!!!   He was very knowledgeable, thorough explaining all he had done and REASONABLE!

I called Adams locksmith Tuesday night to have my new condo re-keyed the next day. I was given a service call time of 0630 the next morning. Tom showed up on time and did a great job. Adams Locksmith did a superb job re-keying all of the locks in my daughter's house.  In this field it's difficult to trust someone and it's nice to have one key for all the doors.
