Just used them again yesterday, and I called them a while back to help me at night- that's 4/5 times now?) Re: the night job, one of my men locked his keys in his work truck at the end of the day.. I thought he'd be there forever and it would super expensive for an after hours service call.. imagine my surprise when they showed up in less than 30 minutes, opened the truck in two seconds, and charged us an extremely reasonable fee!
Yesterday it was my turn.. I locked my keys in my truck across town at a supplier, and I was *so tired* from a dental procedure..I was about to break a window, then I remembered my favorite locksmith..I called them and despite being all the way across town, Carol said one hour... they showed up in *exactly* one hour and opened my truck in 5 minutes!

Get this... After Stormy installs the WRONG door hardware that I specified (totally my fault), she comes back the next morning with the correct hardware and switches it out at no additional cost. Granted, I had her do a lot of other work in addition to that, but she had every right to charge me for my cockup. THAT speaks volumes to their values and ethics as a business.

I can't say enough about how great the service was. I had an oversized door that required a different lock than I had purchased. Time was a factor. It was Thursday and had to be done by Friday. Carol found a store that stocked the exact lock in the specialty color and then rescheduled other appointments so that the could install on Friday. The technician Dave was very professional. He showed up with a mask and wore it all the time he was there. He installed the lock, which required him to leave and get parts. He rekeyed all the locks and switched out two of them. He cleaned up perfectly. The bill was extremely reasonable. No charges for trips to get parts. I highly recommend them.

Yup, I am one of those people that goes alot on customer reviews and star ratings, and I will read every review. I called for a rekeying, received a quote, made the appt. Carol came out, took care of my doors, even gave me a tip on how to care for my locks/deadbolts. Best part, the "price was right." If the need arises again this company will definitely have my business. I will also highly recommend to others in need of a locksmith.

Great company to work with! Provided exceptional and punctual service. Made two trips to the house when we realized a piece of our hardware set was machined improperly ( manufacturer's fault ). Even though it wasn't their fault that the install couldn't happen on the first visit, they didn't charge for the second visit and handled the new install quickly and professionally. HIGHLY recommend doing business with them. Ethical, affordable and high quality workmanship.
Quick response on yelp and most readily available locksmith. It was cheap compared to all the other quotes I got. Our guy was awesome I didn't get his name but the owner quoted me and sent him right away!!! Great service and I will save their information!
We moved to our new house in Glendale in October and the first thing we needed tog et done was have the house rekeyed and some door fixtures fixed/replaced. Mr Lockout came out same day and did a great job!! All of our locks are rekeyed and all work perfectly now. Thanks!!!!

There are good locksmiths and there are "Hacks" Mr. Lockout LLC is one of the good ones. They are professional, experienced and are there to provide a service and not rip you off.
The price that was quoted was the price on the invoice.
Carol runs a solid business, she does what she says she is going to do and I hope that I never need them again, however I know that if I have an issue with a lock, I am calling her.
Sadly, there are other lockout services that I believe are scammers. I called a few before I reached Carol. They were aggressive on the phone, the price they were quoting me was more than double of what I was charged and they even made it clear, that it is possible that the price could get even higher if they were not able to open the lock quickly. And they kept calling again and again even after I told them that I was all set.
I was charged a reasonable service call fee, plus a fair amount for the the different things that I needed done.
If you go somewhere else, Buyer beware.

Very easy to schedule an appointment and BEHOLD the tech was right on time! I can absolutely recommend.
Super Fast! I had a monster lock that I needed broken and I called Mr. Lockout. I was met by a courteous professional within the hour and he had the lock broken in minutes. The service was affordable and I would use Mr. Lockout again.

Carol is absolutely amazing! Even after the dealership attempted to cut two car keys for me they still didn't work. Carol came out to the house, cut two cars that work perfectly and also programed the remote within 30 minutes! Carol also has great prices on re-keying homes so as a real estate broker I highly recommend her services - perfect for a house warming gift! She is like the energizer bunny and never stops working!
Great customer service. Answered the phone immediately and reviewed my situation. Came back with very fair price. They were there within the hour and handled the job professionally with no hidden charges or surprises.
Call Mr. Lockout! My daughter was locked out of her car and had lost the only key she had (chip key with 4-button remote for Ford). Carol responded quickly and was there within a few hours. She opened the car and made and programmed a new key on the spot (for much less than others quoted). I will definitely call Mr. Lockout for any future needs! Thank you!

Contacted via the yelp app today which is a Sunday thinking I would hear back tomorrow. Within an hour I received a response. After sending pictures and explaining the situation, Carol gave me a diy trick to try and it is holding for the time being. If not we will definitely be calling this company to fix or replace the lock. And since we have other keying issues we will call them in the future too! Thanks so much.
Great fast service. Price was fair. They came out on a beautiful Saturday. I feel they are honest and reliable.
What happens when you misplace your keys while traveling and your other set is inside the condo? Well, if you're us, you immediately look at Yelp and find a high-rated locksmith to call. Being a Sunday, we were worried that the locksmith would be closed, but most were open. We called one company but the price seemed a little steep, so we shopped around and gave Mr. Lockout a call. Their price quote came in $20 cheaper and they had a five star average on Yelp so they quickly became the chosen locksmith!
We waited about forty minutes and then Bill showed up. He was extremely friendly and quickly grabbed his tools to get our door unlocked. I liked the fact that he was a friendly guy who made us feel very safe. If I were a solo girl, I would trust Bill to help me in a time of need. Within minutes, Bill had our door open and he also made us two new keys. It was very reasonably priced compared to the other quotes ($65 plus the price of the keys which were a couple dollars).
Thanks to Yelp we now have a go-to locksmith in time of need!

Got a quote via Yelp. Scheduling was easy and they're price was better than 6 other locksmiths I received quotes from. Dave was friendly and on time. He promptly cut and programmed my keys and there were no additions fees. Great service.
We were 250 miles away from home and were in dire need of a locksmith when our house/dog sitter arrived and our spare key broke off in the lock and he had NO way to get in our house to care for the dogs! Freaking out, not knowing what to do, I went to Yelp and called based on the other reviews and I'm so glad I did! Not only did Carol calm me down, she had Dave to my house within an hour and my sitter IN the house with a new key! Awesome service, fair price and quick turnaround! I would definitely call Mr. Lockout again! Thank you!!
Mr Lockout wasn't able to help me in my particular quirky lockout scenario, but they were EXTREMELY helpful in helping me to find someone who could. That's the real test for a company: how they treat you even if they aren't going to make money off of you.
Our technician got locked out during work. We called and they came within their stated time frame, priced very reasonably and professional thru out. Highly recommend!

I know that locksmiths are a dime a dozen but when searching for a locksmith on Yelp, nothing really stood out UNTIL I came across Mr. Lockout. A perfect name to my locked-out-of-my-house situation.
I gave Mr. Lockout a try and received great and speedy service at very competitive prices. Mr. Lockout was even able to make me extra keys - - as many as I wanted. Yippee - no need to make a special trip to Home Depot or Lowe's!

It was 5:30 on a Friday when I was locked out of my house and I had called about 7 locksmiths whom neither answered or were about to close. I was getting worried that I wouldnt find anyone to come out until I found these guys on yelp. They were very friendly when I called and sent someone over immediately whom let unlocked my door at a very reasonable price. Couldn't ask for anything more!

I called around to many different locksmiths and they could not even give me a ballpark with pricing. It was very annoying to try and figure out with them how much it would be to re-key my home that I had just moved into. Carol at Mr Lockout was the only helpful and clear locksmith company that I talked to. The prices are great, they cant be beat. Stormy came out and she was such an awesome person. She is very positive, happy and a perfectionist which is what you want with anyone working on your house. I would highly recommend this company.

I've locked myself out of my car & home quite a few times, and I've been taken by a few less-than-honest individuals. If you don't have a spare key somewhere, Mr. Lockout, LLC, is the true honest professional to call.
Fair price and great work! Cut a spare key and programmed it in no time! Highly recommended.
I absolutely recommend Mr. Lockout! I locked myself out of the house on a really hot morning and Stormy came to the rescue in about an hour. She was very kind, and quick! I've already given her card to everyone at work and will probably have her out again to re-key my house. Great job and thanks again for saving me from my very hot garage!

I called several locksmiths in the valley off of the net on a Google search and I never came across so many shyster sounding people. None could give me a set price on getting my keys out of my old 2003 Chevy Van work truck that I stupidly locked in it. It was gonna be the low or the high price they said, they really couldn't tell me...which means, they get out here and it's magically the high. Or it's only 19.95 only to find out that is the trip charge and now comes the charge for the work. I got on yelp and saw Mr. Lockout. Called up and talked to Carol and she said this is the price...boom! Dave was sent out and got it done and charged the price that was quoted. And let me tell you...it was quite a bit less then what all these other guys were wanting for it. I will definitely be recommending them.
Both Carol and Dave were very nice. I wish there was space for 5 more stars!!!

I had to rekey my house on short notice. They were responsive immediately on the phone, prices are reasonable and professional. Stormy is fantastic - she rekeyed everything fast, and was so pleasant and helpful. I am referring all my contacts to this locksmith for home and business needs. Cant say enough nice things. A great vendor to keep.
I got locked out of my big rig and had to call a locksmith, the first company I called was apparently a scam, told me $19 over the phone but when the guy showed up he said I had a special lock and it would cost $250 to get me in, I didn't think that was the case because this is not the first time I got locked out. I told him to leave (fast) and then I called Mr Lockout, the guy showed up and had me in my truck in less that 1 minute for $50 flat, that's what they quoted me and that is what I paid. Thanks for being honest with people...PS, I saved your number in my phone....

New to the valley and in my first home. I called to have the locks replaced. Instead of just going with what I asked for and collecting a bigger payment they suggested having the existing locks rekeyed. The outcome will be the same (locks that only I have the keys for) but by using the existing hardware I saved money. Also I called at 4pm thinking that it would take a few days for an appointment but 40 minutes later they were here working on it. Prices were better than I had heard from other locksmiths. Overall a perfect stress free experience that I could not be happier about. Thank you!!

I had an issue with a sliding glass door that would not latch properly. I tried several times to fix it myself, but was unsuccessful. I called these guys and the gentleman who came out figured out the problem right away, repaired the door, and now it latches. I was afraid I would need to replace the whole door, but they fixed it at a fraction of the cost.
I would definitely use these guys for any lockout or locksmith needs, especially aluminum sliding doors as not many technicians know how to work on these and actually fix the problem! Great job!!

My neighbor locked herself out her apartment. I called one locksmith for her that was unable to open the lock. I called Mr. Lockout next, and he was able to open the lock in a few seconds. Next time, I will call Mr. Lockout first.
Update: Just moved in to a new house and used them again. Again, they were there when they said they would be, did a good job and did it at a reasonable price. Calling them is an easy decision.

I was locked out of my car and they came pretty quickly and were really nice about it. I was feeling like a dope for leaving my keys in a car that locks automatically! They also were pretty cheap, though I admit I couldn't really compare them to anybody else as I have never used a locksmith before. They set the bar high, but no offense to them I hope I never need one again!

I have used this company 2 times because I have an 18 year old that can't keep up with his keys. They are wonderful, on time and have fair prices. Amazing!
Used them to twice, one for a lockout and once to install new locks at the house. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and were reasonably priced.
I contacted Mr. Lockout and they responded with the best price to get a new key for my truck, we made the appointment and within 30 minutes they arrived. They created the key and fixed a fuse all for the same price. Thank you for being honest, reliable and an overall amazing service!

I got locked out of my car. When I called, they were friendly and had great service. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone who finds themselves locked out of their car like me. I wasn't sure that they would take debit and they did! Sweet! Lifesavers!
I purchased a house and needed all the locks rekeyed as well as some adjustments to a couple bad deadbolts. I scheduled an appointment for next day service. Stormy showed up and provided great service with a friendly attitude. Along with the rekeying, some lock components were replaced and a little drilling was done to correct existing alignment issues. Very reasonably priced and excellent service.

I had a problem with the French doors for the patio. They were only one year old and out of the blue one day, I couldn't get it open. I researched online to see what the problem might be and it seemed to be a latch problem and it seemed the only fix for that was to get a locksmith out. Never having had problems like this before I scoured the net for a reputable locksmith and I stumbled on Mr. Lockout here on YELP. The reviews were great so I tried them. I am grateful I did! There was a prompt reply to my inquiries and an appointment made to my convenience. The tech was prompt, courteous and the work was done quickly, neatly and within the estimate given. I was happy because the 4th of July was quickly approaching and it would have been miserable not to be able to get to the backyard using the patio doors. THANKS MR. LOCKOUT!!!

I lost my only set of car keys to my 2001 Acura...Sigh...This has never happened to me before so I made the phone calls around the valley to check out prices from various locksmiths and dealerships. Unfortunately, most of the locksmiths I called sounded shady over the phone and would not/could not give me a set price over the phone...which is weird because this is their business and you would think they've done it before. The dealership was super overpriced. I came across Mr. Locksmith here on yelp and talked to Carol the owner. She was more than helpful and gave me first time key loser advice along with a set amount that it would cost me. She came out herself the next day and quickly and professionally got the job done for a great price. Losing your keys sucks and Mr. Locksmith made the situation much more bearable. Awesome A+++
