I searched for  a lock smith that could fix my broken Kwikset entry door handle around the areas of Chandler and Gilbert. One particular locksmith told me that they did not have the parts for a Kwikset and that they charge $40 an hour, seemed like they were to lazy and just didn't want to work, I will rate there establishment later.  I had just left that establishment and drove a ways and happened to see A Professional Locks I enter the establishment showing them my door handle and immediately they obtained the handle and took it to the desks and started working , in minutes my door handle was fixed.

I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

They fit a key to my jeep hood after trying quite a few keys and it worked!  I have been here 4-5 times for keys etc and always have had a good experience.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
