I locked myself out of my 2020 Freightliner Cascadia in Eloy Arizona when I went into truck stop for a shower. I forgot owner's name but he was only locksmith willing to come help me, nobody wanted to help me out!!! Lazy azz, sorry excuse for lock pickers around the Eloy, Casa Grade AZ area,, except for this dude!!! Then he gives me the bill and I almost kissed the dude! I didn't though, instead gave him a $20 tip...

A couple months later, in the dead-heat of Summer, My wife and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our home and vehicle directly in from of our home. I called AA Affordable and he was on his was to another call in another city. Upon learning that we were lock out in the summer heat he immediately re-dispatched himself to our location to assist in reentry to our home. He arrived within 20 minutes and was literally a lifesaver. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

A Professional Locks is awesome!  I've been driving for about 15 years and never locked my keys in my car until recently.  Now I've done it twice in the last 2 months and used them both times, and both technicians were extremely professional and personable.  They charge you the price they quote you over the phone and don't try to add on extra charges after they arrive.  Both times they were there in less than an hour (they check to see who's in the area and try to send someone out as soon as possible) and this last time, he was there in about ten minutes.  I was at a Walmart, getting a refund and after I was done I realized my keys weren't in my purse.  I was so embarrassed to be calling them again so soon after the last time (I'll definitely be having a spare key made even though it has to be purchased from the dealer, so it's a rip off).  He was really nice even though it took me a minute to remember which row I was parked in (I met him at the store entrance).  I told him I felt like an idiot and couldn't believe I let this happen again just a month and half or so after the last time.  He said I shouldn't feel stupid and he does this every day.  It was still afternoon, so I got the daytime rate.  He only charged me $55 dollars which is really cheap.  I'm not sure if that's their regular price or if I got a "frequent flier" discount, since I can't find a price list on the web site.  I didn't ask for a quote this time because the last one was less than $80 even in the evening, so I knew it would be reasonable, but they'll give you a quote if you ask for it.  Everyone should know that there are good, honest locksmiths out there.  These guys are the best!

I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

Awesome place to call when you lock your keys in the car and the only locksmith that didn't go through a dispatch center.

It was almost 7pm and I locked my keys in the car. He arrived 20 minutes after I called and within 10 minutes my door was open and my keys were back in my hand.

I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

I love this place always use Norms! I locked myself out and they got me back in. I purchased a safe and always get my keys cut with them. I have used other locksmiths before on my rentals and big mistake. Will not make that mistake ever again. Highly Recommend if you want the job done right.

We were on a serious hunt to replace the lock on our mailbox, after we found out through our local post office that they do not make or keep a copy of any mailbox keys, despite what the USPS website says. After an all day wild goose chase, we discovered that neither Home Depot, Ace, Walmart, Lowes, etc. carried the specific lock we needed for our community mailboxes. We stopped here right as the staff was closing up and about to lock up for the night. We told the locksmiths that they were our last resort before having to go online and pay double the price for an outdated lock. Luckily for us they had it!! We were so grateful that they actually were willing to stay open a few minutes later just to help us out. The staff here were very accommodating, very knowledgeable and professional despite of untimely arrival. We highly recommend this business!

It's not a great morning when you cannot unlock the door to the garage from inside of the house or inside the garage.  Despite removing both sides of the lock I was still unable to get the door opened, so I checked yelp to find a locksmith.

B1 had the best rating on yelp for Chandler locksmiths so I called them.  Dave was out in less than an hour, had the door opened within 5 minutes of arriving, immediately diagnosed the cause, had the new part in his vehicle and finished the repair in short order.  Very pleasant and cheerful to work with and charged me a fair price.  I now have a great locksmith I will most definitely use and recommend in the future.

This guys is amazing. I first met him When I lost my keys at the airport on Christmas night. He came to my rescue at really late at night and got me my key. He is extremely nice. He also programmed more keys for as backups. Extremely nice, really knows what he is doing. I am 100% recommending him to family and friends. If you need a locksmith he's the man to call. I was quoted "about $45" to unlock my car. After it took the guy 25 minutes longer than estimated to finally arrive, I was charged $180 for the most simple way to unlock a car. $29 for the service call and $35 for labor - understandable. But then another $120 charge to actually unlock the car?! And not only was I delayed and overpriced, I advised the man I was in a rush and had to be somewhere and he would not stop talking to me. I definitely would NOT recommend this company. Use pop-a-lock instead, they may take longer to be there be at least they won't try to rip you off.

BEWARE!!! Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I had a horrible experience with this company from the moment I used them. First they lied about the pricing. I was told for my vehicle there would be a flat rate of $120 and when the service was finished I was charged $225. I let that go because the service was finished and I thought we would be done there. NOPE! The next day my neighbor shows me that he can unlock my car vehicle with HIS car key!! I called back that day and asked why it happened and what can they do to fix it. Of course I wanted them to come out as soon as possible to get this corrected because not only myself but my neighbor was concerned as well. It took them 3 days to come out and "reprogram" the key. I was annoyed at that point but I decided to let it go AGAIN because I thought we would be done at that point. NOPE, then a couple of days after my key was "reprogrammed" MY VEHICLE WAS STOLEN with the original key that was lost after I was TOLD that key would no longer work. I called the company and asked to speak with a manager in regards to my concerns. I was hung up on and BLOCKED from contacting them. I was fed up and contacted the police to escort me to speak with the manager. When the police arrived the address on the website did not belong to the company. Needless to say we could not locate this company's actual business address and could not contact them by phone. The only reason I put one star is because I had to otherwise there would be none! I am planning on contacting the better business bureau to start an investigation. PLEASE BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
