After locking my keys in my freightLiner. I called J&T and Raul the locksmith showed up quickly and after about 10 min, had my truck opened. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise, not to mention the fair price I was given. I highly recommend J&T they're lifesavers!

A couple months later, in the dead-heat of Summer, My wife and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our home and vehicle directly in from of our home. I called AA Affordable and he was on his was to another call in another city. Upon learning that we were lock out in the summer heat he immediately re-dispatched himself to our location to assist in reentry to our home. He arrived within 20 minutes and was literally a lifesaver. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment and no one showed up within the timeframe they gave me. I called the office and no one answered. I called again and the guy that answered said he was finishing a job and could be there in 10 minutes. No sorry and no explanation as to why he's late. I asked him to charge me regular rate since he's late and he said no. I am appalled!

The company should have called me in advance to tell me they were running late. They also should have done something to make it right for being late. Horrible customer service!

I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

Al believes in old school service!  He contacted me to say that he was unable to complete the job I needed.  However, he put me in contact with a company who could.  He did not even need to respond to my yelp request.  But, he wants to help people.  Some companies say this but do not back their words with actions.  He did not do any work for me but his thoughtfulness will have me calling him anytime I need a locksmith.  Who cares enough these days to help someone without getting any monetary gain from it? Al does!  Thank you for you time and care, sir.

I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Excellent attention to detail and very professional.

A huge thank you to Nilda. Walmart told me my key was chipped. It wasn't.... And the dealer didn't have any and if they ordered them they would've charged me $25 per key. Apparently the key that I was given from the dealer was cut wrong so it was sticking when you tried to remove it from the ignition. She literally took the time to figure out the key code and make sure they all worked. Very professional and dedicated to making sure the job is done right! If I ever have the need again I will definitely be sure to return.

Need a key for my car, went there many times to get it cut. After numerous times I finally left the blank and the key. When I went back to get the newly cut key it was cut wrong and it was so sad too bad and,Norm I assume is the owner,never saw him and they couldn't care less I would never use these people again

Wonderful, efficient, and high quality service! Alan was the gentleman that met us (as we are opening a new store and needed to rekey the locks to perform the work). I  had called the day before to ask if he could meet us at 2:30 PM at our location and he even arrived early, was an absolute pleasure to talk and interact with and took the job seriously (still easygoing with a nice demeanor though!), and was prompt and efficient in his work- overall a great experience and reasonably priced and I would recommend Alan and Scottish Locksmith to anyone looking for this service!

Very helpful, and knowledgeable. Helped my friend after a long night with some supposedly friends. He was very sympathetic for my friend and really seemed to care about how tired he was and how much he needed help. Even gave him some water. Explained in detail what each of the fees were. Nick was incredibly professional.  He came within an hour and a half on a busy Friday morning.  He got us quickly into our locked storage closet and made keys as well.  Incredibly courteous.  Pricing was great!

These people are thieves. Charged $180 to unlock my old car. Absolutely astronomical and ridiculous price to unlock a car.

They were extremely fast in getting to office to fix the door. It took about 20 minutes for arrival. The technician was able to get door open and working again. He was very friendly.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
