These guys are great.  Craig installed my security system-- advised me I might want to get a system I could move with me.  When I moved, they removed and re-installed my system in my new home, all at a reasonable price.  I use their monitor service as well.  Have been very happy with their service.  They are prompt, courteous and professional.

Mordy did an EXCEPTIONAL job fixing our locks and rekeying everything. He was very personable and made us feel comfortable which was important to me to know that the person redoing our keys is honest and genuine. He spent the time to show me what he was doing and fixed our screen door that wouldn't close all the way. I HIGHLY recommend Mordy!

I found United Lock Service from Home Advisor.  I was contacted by 3 lock smith companies (all licensed and bonded) and United Lock Service was the best price by far.  One of the other guys even tried to imply that the pricing offered was because United Lock was not licensed.  Not true; I confirmed before using them.  Nathan was scheduled to arrive at 8 a.m.  He was prompt and professional.  His pricing was the same as quoted.  No bait and switch.  I hope to not need lock smith service again any time soon, but when I do, I'm contacting Nathan with United Lock.

Steve is punctual, courteous, and extremely convenient. I needed a cracked hose replaced so my air conditioning would work properly and he diagnosed it, ordered the part and repaired it very quickly to get this mom and her kiddos cooled off as quickly as possible. I am very satisfied and appreciate his straightforward answers and honest work.

I was locked out of my car, and needed to be somewhere within the hour.
I was bombarded by locksmith options... none of which stood out, until I came across Scottsdale Locksmithing. Leo called me within minutes, he opened my door for the best price I could find.

He was in time and efficient. A couple of last minute adds which he took care of. All in all, we were very happy.

Jaime came and took care of us on a Wednesday night at 8:30pm.  He was here within an hour of us calling him. He was fast, polite, professional, courteous, he gave me calls along the way, and kept us informed, and when I met him I felt super comfortable having him in my home.  The price is very reasonable for someone that meets all of this criteria and who is also extremely experienced.  I've used cheaper locksmiths in the past, and I got what I paid for.  My only regret was not having more cash on hand to give him a bigger tip.  When you find s good tradesman like Jaime, I hope you tip them well, us experienced tradesmen are a dying breed.  Thanks Jaime and Anderson! (Anderson I hope you take care of this guy! He's one of the rare good ones!)

Cory was very professional and responsive!  I reached out to him to change a couple locks. He immediately responded. He continued to respond to me with answers to questions I had prior to our appointment.  We scheduled a time and the day of the appointment he let me know he would be a little early and asked if that would be convenient!!  The quality of his work was exceptional and fairly priced!  I would highly recommend Cory and will definitely use him in the future!

Wow is an understatement!  I was trying to get a Nest installed in a metal door and needed the hole enlarged to place it in, plus a garage door was needing a quick repair to close properly.  I called NVL and they had a workman finishing a job down the street so he was contacted and he was installing the nest within 15 mins of my call!!  Crazy!  
Wade was very friendly, professional and did a great job, and checked his work before he told me it was finished.  His bill was very competitive with other quotes I had received too.  Would I recommend NVL, yes, 100%!  We will be calling them in future for all our locksmithing needs and you should too.

Worst service I've ever had. I call to have a key replacement for my vehicle they got here at 11 AM and worked on it until 4:30 PM the guy comes and knocks on my door and says he cannot figure it out and he is going to have to give up because Theres "something wrong with my car". I called another locksmith under 'Arizona Car Keys and remotes' and he come over right after and got the job done in 15 minutes. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed that over 4hours of my day was cut out of my life because of them.
Also A man named John that answered my phone call from there had a terrible attitude and bad communication skills. I highly do not recommend this business.

Steve and Sharon were the best! Was locked out of my home, they were there when I arrived from airport and within minutes has me in and an extra key made and the cost was $65!! Thank you steve and Sharon! I will recommend

Terrible customer service . Was never given a quote , was just told that they would be 29$ initially and starting at 25$ for service . I had to leave and left my girlfriend in charge and she doesn't know much about the process , it took them 15 seconds to open the door and they charged her 160$ . She was told after how much it would be . I called with my concerns and the technician hung up on me . Place is a joke , taking advantage of people . You'll have a better experience breaking your own window to get your keys and probably pay less.

Tom was as good as ever! All my new door fixtures are beautiful, and now I can rest easy again. The lock on my front door was sticking so badly that I had to wrestle with it for a good two minutes before it would finally open. That was a hazard waiting to happen (god forbid there was a fire/emergency and I couldn't get the door open). Tom's work is always A+ work, I'm so happy with it. He even remembered me, even after all the time that's passed from when I last called him. Thank you so much Tom, I really appreciate your great work!

First of all, Bill took my call even though he was on vacation. He set up the appointment for when he returned.  Bill did a very thorough job. I had 12 locks that needed to be re-keyed, including 2 smart locks.  He arrived on time, wearing a mask. He completed the job and made sure I checked all the locks before he left. He is a very friendly person and gave me other tips about desert living as I'm new to the area. I will use him again when the need arrives. I highly recommend him.
