Great service once again from the crew at University.   Not just keys and locks anymore, they are now doing our security cameras and keyless access.

As a Realtor being able to have other agents access my listings is of upmost importance,  so when I was told a fellow Realtor had taken or lost the key to my listing it was imparitive I get a replacement immediately to keep the showings active. I called and Bo answered,  I described the situation and he told me he would call me back as soon as he was on his way. In a short period of time he called back and said he would be there in 20 minutes.  Less than 20 minutes he was pulling up. Great guy, very friendly and efficient. He got the door open and made extra keys. Let's sell this now!

Called to have a broken house lock replaced, and Nathan arrived in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly and articulate. The lock cylinder was replaced and keyed to match another door lock. Work was done within 10-15 minutes, and a printed receipt provided. Cost was $75, but think they have Angie's list coupon as noted by another reviewer. Speedy and competent service, just what I was hoping for!

I don't write reviews often, but I am very grateful for Steve's work on my truck. He replaced an alternator for my 2016 Chevy Colorado. Steve is amazing and very knowledgeable. He will be my mechanic for all my service and repairs.  Thank you so much Steve!

We have used this company before to rekey some new bolts. The owner did the work and was reasonably priced. Today our other deadbolt was stuck. Called them this morning and not even an hour later, all is fixed. Ben, the tech, did a great job and looked for the best and most economical solution. Highly recommend!

Had these guys key a house that was just purchased. Quoted a price over the phone and set a time for the morning. The guy showed up on time and rekeyed everything we needed done. The price we were quoted on the phone was what we paid. Honest, reliable and friendly service. I'd use these guys again no problem.

Cory was very professional and responsive!  I reached out to him to change a couple locks. He immediately responded. He continued to respond to me with answers to questions I had prior to our appointment.  We scheduled a time and the day of the appointment he let me know he would be a little early and asked if that would be convenient!!  The quality of his work was exceptional and fairly priced!  I would highly recommend Cory and will definitely use him in the future!

David was a pleasure to do business with. He was a little late but he was in contact with me via text so it was not a surprise and I appreciated his diligent communication throughout the day leading up to his arrival. Pricing was very reasonable and he completed the work quickly and efficiently. He even gave me recommendations for other services that I might need for the new home I just purchased. Lost the keys to my jetta, called around and nobody was able to quote me on the phone except west valley, they gave me a good price and the locksmith came quickly and made me a key. Great service!

Amazing service! We had Johnny come out and fix a door that broken at the office , and he was amazing!

I am Eartha Kitty's Estate Sales Inc. and I was working on a sale in Ferndale, WA.  There was a large vintage safe that the owner, who died, neglected to leave the combination for.  I was pressed for time and couldn't  figure out what to do, so I looked in the local Yellow Pages for a locksmith and found Alpha Lock Services.

Jonathan answered the phone and came to the rescue!  Not only was he fast, courteous and helpful, but he had been at the house previously and had also helped the Trustee of the Estate install new locks!  

I was very impressed with his knowledge and will not hesitate to call him again!  He found a way to retrieve the original combination from the manufacturer of the safe and not have to drill it open to get in.  He only charged us for the short time he was there and also helped me open another safe that had lost it's key that was full of treasure as well!  Thank You Jonathan!

Tom was very professional and polite he went through the whole house examined every lock and explained why some were good and others could use an upgrade , he had all the equipment he need to make changes right on the spot , we will sleep more soundly knowing we are safer

Great job. Came right away to fix the door knob that was stuck in the locked position.  This was the door leading from the house into the garage. He had it fixed very quickly., then helped to to adjust the stop lock on our 8ft front door.  Unfortunately I don't recall his name, but he was tall and could easily reach the top of the door.

Bill was fantastic. Came out promptly and did a awesome job. Definitely would hire and work with him again.
