These guys are great.  Craig installed my security system-- advised me I might want to get a system I could move with me.  When I moved, they removed and re-installed my system in my new home, all at a reasonable price.  I use their monitor service as well.  Have been very happy with their service.  They are prompt, courteous and professional.

I just locked myself out of my apartment. Called and the gentleman said someone would head right over. I promptly received a call from the driver saying he was 25 minutes out. I was shocked and said "25 minutes?" The driver became irritated and yelled at me and then hung up.  I called the dispatch number and told him to cancel my request because the driver hung up on me and I didn't appreciate that type of business. After that, the driver called me 4 times yelling at me about cancelling my request. Not good business practice and I would not recommend this company!

My home warranty covered a very reasonably-priced re-keying via ARCO Lock & Security, so I wasn't expecting great service. BUT, great service is what I got! Kevin rekeyed all 5 of my locks in record time, and was incredibly kind and professional. I would definitely use ARCO again.

Bell Lock and Safe is awesome! John was at my house in less than 20 minutes to fix a broken door knob and had the job done in less than an hour! He was professional, nice and went above and beyond, making sure my door was working correctly before he left. He also wore a mask which I appreciate. The price was very reasonable, I really could not ask for better service! I will contact Bell Lock and Safe for any future locksmith needs and you should too!! :)

Joe was great. He came the day I called him. Very nice and quick to fix our front door lock.

If there was a way to give a 5+, I surely would. Cory and Old Glory Locksmith demonstrate client appreciation and beyond in every way. From his initial response to my inquiry, setting up an appointment and completing (fixing) our lock and making sure everything was 100% in order.

I recently bought a new house and needed all the locks rekeyed in it.  I was offered same day service if needed.  They were able to schedule on a day later in the week at a time that fit in with my work schedule.  The pricing was given to me over the phone when I made the appointment.  

The day of the appointment, he arrived on time and was very friendly.  I was provided good information throughout the appointment.  I would use them again and recommend them.

Lost a van key.
Called the KIA dealer and they wanted over $600 and my van had to be towed to their garage. I had NO key to copy and they wanted to make an appointment for next week since they didn't have the fob in inventory.
AAA Auto Doctor suggested Locksmith of Gilbert and John is amazing.
He came to me, made the keys with a emergency key in less than 2 hours. With a military discount, the amount was a little more than HALF of what the dealer quoted.
As far as I am concerned, John Cruz walks on water. If you need key help, this is the person to call!

He was thorough in his evaluation and up front with the pros and cons of my options when rekeying my new home and assuring a secure property.
