These folks have been so very helpful, on a couple of occasions 1.  Getting a key made, which they did very quickly/cheaply.   2.  Went in to see about getting special-order locks for the cargo carriers on my motorcycle. They are made in italy.  One helpful & friendly employee told me how I might go about it, but also offered to clean it up with graphite and oil it too.  Really helped!  Hardly need new locks for the time being.  Didn't charge me either.

Bo came to our office to replace a lock for our company. He arrived with an hour as promised, let me know the price before he got started, finished in about 15 minutes, and most importantly we don't have a key getting stuck in lock anymore. It actually works better than the old lock did when before it broke. Very painless from start to finish. Thanks!

I recently needed a locksmith and I gave United Lock Service a call. I had previously used them and was pleased with their service. They responded promptly (again), Nate was professional, efficient and did a great job. Strong work!

Steve was very prompt in getting back to my online request.  I had a key fob that was not communicating with my vehicle and he was great in explaining the options and providing me with pricing.  Steve came by the same day and was able to quickly reprogram my fob.  It saved me a ton of money compared with going to a dealer for programming or a new fob.  I highly recommend Steve... prompt, professional, and very reasonable prices.

Gave this place a shot based off the reviews. Had an issue with the tech with how much he was going to charge me. He was late and did not call to let me know he was running behind. Took about an hour of me standing outside my home locked out in the heat. It was unpleasant in AZ HEAT as everyone knows! After speaking with the owner he gave me a discount and made it right. I appreciate the discount and would most likely refer them. But only when speaking to a manager. Tech was not very friendly. :/ hope sometime else has better luck!

Never use these people.  They are horrible.  I had my lock changed in November.  In less than 1 year they have had to come out twice to fix the lock since it doesn't work.  Of course am always charged. Total rip off and bad work.

Can't say anything about the actual service or prices, but I called to have someone sent out to unlock my front door. We had family over and needed the door unlocked ASAP. When I called, the guy who answered said the tech is on a service call but will call us back soon. He never called back. Luckily I reached out to another company and wasn't waiting on these guys to call me back.

Upon contacting this company, they responded  right away and we set up an appointment for just a few days later. Corey was on time and professional.  He changed all our locks and reprogrammed our garage code and opener. He was very friendly and made the whole process easy. They make new copies of your keys for you, which was great.

Definitely go with these trustworthy folks.  Unlocked my house quickly and were very professional.  David & Wade went above the call of duty to accommodate me and had me in my home safely.  They will always be my go-to locksmiths.  Thank you North Valley Locksmith for saving the day.

Bought Honda Crv in 2019 and only received one key. I bought a blank key online but needed to have it cut and programmed. With modern keys this isn't very cheap. I received fantastic service. You can go to them or they will come to your location. Cut and programmed key quickly. Communicated through texting. Response was fast. I asked if i could get key made on the next day, and he was fine with that. After i requested i realized the next day was Mother's Day, so super cool to take time out, not only on a Sunday, but Mother's Day as well. Key has been working flawlessly and its great to not have to worry about something happening when you just have one key. Price was great, particularly when dealers want to charge upwards of $500!!!! Definitely recommend.

My son locked my keys in my car. I called sunday morning. Left a message and they called back 5 min later they were friendly and upfront with the cost. They arrived  30 min later. 5 min later I had my keys and my car open. Fast friendly.

Thomas is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled locksmith. He was thorough in his evaluation and up front with the pros and cons of my options when rekeying my new home and assuring a secure property.
