These guys are great.  Craig installed my security system-- advised me I might want to get a system I could move with me.  When I moved, they removed and re-installed my system in my new home, all at a reasonable price.  I use their monitor service as well.  Have been very happy with their service.  They are prompt, courteous and professional.

My worker locked himself out of his car and Mordy was out to help us within 10 minutes. He was super professional and quick!!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone .

My home warranty scheduled lock changes through ARCO and they were great. The tech was on time, courteous, he knew what he was doing and double checked everything he did.  You can't ask for more!

John came out today from Bell Lock & Safe and we could not be happier with his work. He replaced two entry locks/door handles including re-keying, fixed a stand alone sliding lock that was already on the door, and fixed the issues we'd had with one door not lining up so it didn't close properly. He came out in less than an hour and finished all the work just as quickly. He was personable, professional, and knew his stuff. And the price was great, too. We will definitely be saving Bell Lock & Safe for any future needs.

The times in which we live - especially in the world of real estate. As a very excited first-time home buyer on my closing day I was handed 15-20 keys for 8-10 different locks around the property. Even having a log of which key number goes to which lock my brain turned into scrambled eggs. I knew I was going to need to get the house rekeyed with the hopes of being able to have one key work for all of the locks around the house.

Called to get quotes from a few places and the person who answered for North Valley Locksmith was very friendly. He even took my call while on a construction site (never too busy for potential new clients). Originally wanted to try and schedule something over the weekend I received a follow-up call from Wade who said he could actually make the appointment same day later in the evening. He showed up on time and ready to work. Talked about my dad being a vet and how crazy real estate is right now, but he even brought towels to not mess up my new tile floors. Took him about an hour but got everything squared away.

About 15 minutes after Wade left I was locking up the place and could not get the front screen door to fully lock. I thought maybe something was wrong with a spring. Called Wade and he came back over within 20-25 minutes. Turns out I was the dummy - he locked the security door on the first attempt. Now I know I need to push the door in before locking it. Gave him a $20 for his gas to come back when I was in the wrong but was still very respectful the entire time.

These wonderful people came in to the house I just bought and took care of a million little things for me and my family. They not only changed the house locks but the mail lock and even reprogrammed the garage door opener!  They left us with plenty of keys and a second remote for the garage!

I just moved to the area and needed some locks re keyed ASAP and called Mike based on his Yelp  reviews. He came within two hours and did a great job he was very professional courteous and his rates are fair. I would not hesitate to use him again.

We bought a new house and all of the keys worked fine. However, we wanted the home rekeyed for safety. I contacted my home warranty company and they assigned Integrity. Thomas was prompt in contacting me and arrived on schedule. I have a dozen locks that needed to be rekeyed. Two of the locks wound up having issues after Thomas left. Thomas was quick to respond to the issue and resolve it. I can't give him 5 stars because there were issues, but having a contractor who is quick to respond to issues and resolve them has value.

I locked my keys in my car on Christmas day. I knew no one would be open so I waited til the following Monday to look for a locksmith. Shamrock was the only ones to answer my call and were taking appointments! He arrived and got my keys out with a few minutes and was extremely professional and polite. I hope I never lock my keys in the car again BUT if I do, I will be calling them again.
