Came in with my broken key to my '84 Cadillac. The guy up front was really courteous, gave me advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future, and made me three spares at a total cost of $6. I would absolutely recommend over ACE or Home Depot. Support local business!

I found West Valley Lock on Yelp and the reviews were positive one after the other. I called for them to change my home  locks  in a hurry and Bo was  here in 45 minutes.  He seems professional and  communicates  well to my questions and needs. I am very grateful to  them. Would recommend them to others.

I found United Lock Service from Home Advisor.  I was contacted by 3 lock smith companies (all licensed and bonded) and United Lock Service was the best price by far.  One of the other guys even tried to imply that the pricing offered was because United Lock was not licensed.  Not true; I confirmed before using them.  Nathan was scheduled to arrive at 8 a.m.  He was prompt and professional.  His pricing was the same as quoted.  No bait and switch.  I hope to not need lock smith service again any time soon, but when I do, I'm contacting Nathan with United Lock.

Brought my 2010 Chevy Malibu back to life. Changed the water pump and gave it some TLC all for an AMAZING price. Couldn't be more happier with the service Steve provided! Recommend 10/10! Will absolutely return if something else happens with my car.

Arco was the company contracted by my home warranty to re-key the locks on my recent home purchase.  After submitting the warranty service request I received a phone call from ARCO to confirm the work to be done and scheduled for the work to be done the next day.  The tech (sorry, can't recall his name) called 10 minutes before he arrived as promised.  When he arrived he verified who he was, asked a few questions, checked the locks to be re-keyed and got the job done within 15 minutes.  What stood out was he answered a couple of my questions regarding my locked mail-box and gave me advice on how to handle it.  Small thing, but isn't that what makes a successful service call for both sides.?  Thanks Arco Lock & Security.

I was dealing with my fathers untimely passing and coming in from out of town. It was early in the morning when I arrived at my father home and could not find a key. I made a phone call to Bell Lock & Safe, too early for them to pick up the phone. To my surprise, I spoke to someone who assured me that he would be there is less than one hour. Forty minutes later, he arrived and rekeyed the locks within thirty minutes. The gentlemen even provided me with a name and number of who may be able to assist me with some of the junk my father had collected. All in all, they exceeded my expectations.

I was locked out of my house this evening with my 3 small boys. Joe showed up ASAP, was professional and courteous, and got us in no problem. He will be the locksmith I use from now on. Highly recommended.

We had North Valley Locksmith do some lock repairs for us today. David said he would be there at 9:00 and he was  right on time. He gave options for what we could have done and then proceeded to do exactly that. I was very impressed with his professional manner and quality of his work. Ended up locked out when grandson needed car and took keys and remote to the house.  John showed up as promised. An expensive reminder why to make sure someone doesn't take your keys, but John took car of us.

I was locked out of my home on 3.28.20 and called this place (as the info for the locksmith I've used once before was locked inside the house).  I called West Valley Locksmith as I used my neighbors phone so I googled & ended up calling this place (should have borrowed the neighbors phone longer if I knew how BAD I'd be OVERCHARGED).  From the initial call till arrival was about 45-50min & locksmith Morty was friendly hence the one star. I was told it was $39 for the lockout and labor starts at $35.  Morty arrives and in the 3min (it was definitely not even 5min) and he QUICKLY had the door unlocked. I ask for the total and he said $164!!! He charged me $125 for 3min of "labor."  I'm a licensed healthcare provider and don't even make $125 every 3min!! I understand with the Covid19 pandemic small businesses may be taking a hit BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! SKIP THIS PLACE AND FIND A BETTER DEAL (You WILL with no issue). Or better yet, msg me and I'll give you the number of my preferred locksmith who doesn't take advantage of their customers. NEVER AGAIN!

Nice little place that has been here forever.  Great service, very good prices and the best part about having a locksmith copy keys over Home Depot is that they actually work!  This place was no exception, just wish they copied auto keys with chips.  This place is on the SW corner of Thunderbird and 19ave and is usually not to busy, think they also do mobile rekeys and stuff.

I used Jonathon several times, my automobile and home. He did a great job,his prices are reasonable, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a locksmith.

My review is an email with amounts censored for obvious reasons. This company gave me a quote close to HALF the dealer quote plus they offer the mobile service which I received.

Thomas is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled locksmith. He was thorough in his evaluation and up front with the pros and cons of my options when rekeying my new home and assuring a secure property. He is very conscientious and worked long into the night to complete the job that I had asked him to do. He is the best!

I could have one key work both my door locks.
Made the necessary changes and made four spare keys.
All in, less than $100 including service charge.

Locksmith Bill was so great! Just like a neighborly friend coming to help out in any way he can. My teen had locked her keys in the car and our fobs were not working either. He came within 30 minutes, opened the car and make two keys and fobs on the spot!  I put off getting new fobs because they were expensive at the dealership. He was way more affordable and friendly. I'm happy to give my money and business to him rather than overpriced dealership. We chatted and I discovered he even has a cool TikTok account! I've already recommended him to my cousin and intend on making a social media post for my local following.
