Received Mike's contact from our neighbors & handed him the 'To Do' list,all he asked was for the address, my contact & the tenant's contact. Less than a week later I got a call from Mike, he was halfway done with my list & even called to keep me apprised of the repairs & gain authorization to complete some additional issues he found.

Even my tenant had him fix a few extra things, he is that good! He takes pride in his work & it shows.

Above and beyond!! Eric was wonderful to work with. I inadvertently inserted the wrong car key in the ignition and locked up the whole column- it was immovable! So thankful that this was the first company to show up on my search for car locksmiths!!! Absolutely saving this number for any future disasters.

Excellent - same day service for an apt rekey - good communication, knowledgeable, went extra mile to make sure new lock we installed worked 100% better than the old lock and key.

This company is the best!  I couldn't believe it, but I Iocked my petsitter out of the house by locking a lock that doesn't have a working key.  I called A 1 Minute Key Service (from Chicago) and they were out to my house in Surprise so fast I couldn't believe it.  They let my petsitter in and then gave me a new lock for the one that wasn't working.  I don't know what I would have done without them as I had pets inside the house that needed medication.  I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Terry was excellent!!! Very professional and a "throwback" craftsman who takes pride in his work. He came onsite, sized up the job, looked at several alternatives, then systematically walked me through the best options. I will keep this company on speed dial and will use them in the future!

Quick, honest, friendly, communicative & efficient!  I'd seen his truck around town and the "Honey-Do's" stuck in my mind. I had a minor plumbing issue and called.  The owner Larry is no BS, incredibly funny and very straightforward. No nonsense.  Great sense of humor.  Extremely reasonable rates.  He accommodated my schedule, kept me abreast of what he was doing and communicated throughout the process and got things fixed quickly & efficiently for me.  Anytime I need something done now I'm giving this very "handy" man a shout!
