I locked my keys in the truck, called Nathan and he was out right away and was very reasonable! Would recommend not locking your keys in the truck, but if you do call Nathan!

I have not dealt with North Valley before. I drove to the shop thinking they were open, but they were closed. I left a brief message. David called back within 3 minutes explaining that he was under the weather (why the shop was closed), asked me what I needed, and proceeded to give me instructions on the likely solution to my problem. He was very pleasant, and helpful.
I returned home, followed his directions, and managed to fix my lock problem.
I am very impressed with David's sense of putting the customer first, without any probable financial return. KUDOS!
North Valley Lockshop will definitely be my go-to place for lock and security issues.

Downtown Locksmith is the best deal in town! Never again will I go to Home Depot or Ace Hardware for a key. I just purchased a remote entry fob with programming for my vehicle. It was around $70. The dealership wanted $400!

Our new house came without a mailbox key. I requested a quote and immediately had Savannah responding. The rate quoted was super reasonable, and the service was spectacular. I offered to pay upfront and was told to pay once the job was done. Ricky communicated with me on his way to the job, and called me after it was done. And because we are not yet living at the new house he offered to mail our new keys to us. If you need a locksmith Castro's is your company! I'm keeping their phone number just Incase we need any further help. This was NOT an emergency situation but had it been I would have been extremely pleased.

First of all, this is an actual locksmith company and not just a number that connects you with an independent contractor that may be unavailable at a later date.

We were locked out of our laundry room (and garage) because of a broken handle and lock and Josh came out in the evening and fixed the door handle, as well as re-doing the garage keypad.  

The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced.

My review of this business is long overdue. I've been a customer for close to 20 years. Patrick and his team have always done an amazing job - whether it be at my place of business or residence.  In a nutshell, Advanced Lock has integrity, they're always on time and offer great value. I will never use any other locksmith.  Thank you for being so professional and accommodating.

Needed a floor safe drilled and a new lock mechanism installed.  They immediately responded on yelp yesterday and set up an install today.  The tech was on time, got the job done quickly and with no mess and the cost was less than the estimate, which is pretty unusual.  I will absolutely use this company again.  Great job.

I don't do many reviews but when we receive excellent service I feel I must share with other yelpers. Brian was so helpful and nice. I called phone number before opening hours and he picked up remotely (he was on a job). Was friendly and answered my questions. Said he would call me back when he arrived at store. He did just as he said & called me back promptly advising he was at the store & could help us. We needed a Nissan car key duplicated. Brian did it quickly & was way more reasonable than dealership. Definitely will have our business in the future!

I had a door slam after the wind unexpected blew it shut and the handle would no longer turn.  Attempted to remove the handle and found I could not work with the mechanism inside.
I called Scott and asked if he could come out on Saturday.  He agreed and came out in the morning.  Within minutes he had the problem fixed, changed the lock, and then keyed the new lock so that I still only needed one key for my home.  He was very reasonably priced and so helpful.  
If I have any other needs for a locksmith, I will definitely call again.

They did what everybody else said it was not doable. It was a car key, to be programmed and cut. The dealer asked the customary $400.00 for a key, other locksmiths said it cannot be done, Pennington said "I don't see why not". And it was done in a matter of minutes.

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!
