He was on time and did a great job for me in installing a new lock and rekeying all locks to match.  Would definitely call him for any future lock needs.

We requested a quote on Monday and were satisfied with their quote. We called to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day.

The technician quickly changed the locks on several doors and made extra keys for us. The keys all worked as they should and the technician was very friendly and informative.

I live in a 3rd. generation, 1928 Historic home and with all credit due to Downtown locksmith I was able to keep and repair the orgiinal lock AND door, not replace.. which 2 other locksmith requested. With a fraction of the price, all characteristics were still in place! Phewww! I set the appt. the evening before, they were at my front door the time scheduled, lock was immediately fixed and the locksmith was very courteous to fix minor things he noticed wrong with my door jam as well. I will recommend any and every one in the historical homes and businesses to use Downtown locksmith for service, it's not easy living in such a older home and calling on anyone to fix, their 1st. suggestion is always to replace (easier for them/expensive for you) glad I found them!

Just moved into a new house and needed to re-key my locks. I have asked around and got a good response. Chose this business to deal with and they didn't disappoint. I needed it the next day since I wanted it done as soon as possible. He came in and assessed my locks, 2 of them needed to be replaced so I can get 1 major key for all of them. He went to HD and got me 2 locks for replacement and went to work. It was fast and thorough. He was very honest with me and charged me reasonably. Got the locks re-keyed and I couldn't be happier with it.

I had a great experience using Dani's Locksmith. Dimitri fixed 5 door handles/locks for me. He arrived when he said he would, was honest, explained his pricing upfront and fixed the issues within the same week even with parts needing to be ordered. I would definitely use his services again.

A really amazing company.  My neighbor locked herself out of her house, her garage door code wouldn't work, and she was stuck.  I googled locksmiths, and found Rusk to be close-by.  Josh answered right away, and gave me an estimate of when he would be here.  He kept in contact to keep us apprised of his ETA, and arrived on time.  A super nice guy, who did quick and effective job getting into the house.  He even tows a mobile office and made extra keys too.  I'd call Rusk again in a heartbeat.  Thanks Josh!  A pleasure doing business with you!

I've been here several times, and am always impressed by the fast, courteous, and knowledgable service. They were able to make duplicates of some unusual and obscure RV keys that ACE Hardware, Lowe's, and Home Depot were unable to duplicate.

These folks provided EXCELLENT service. Highly recommend them. Called them on a Sunday evening and they were prompt and professional. Herb and his wife were honest and provided the best option for getting me back in my car and house. No hidden fees as another customer mentioned and they made the process smooth in an otherwise difficult situation. A pleasure to work with them!

Bad service! I locked my car key in the truck. When I called them, they told it costed $29, but it turned out to charge me $180. It is a cheating company. I will BBB them. Never use them

Called last minute on a Saturday to have a deadbolt rekeyed. Was told I could bring down and wait. It was rekeyed perfectly within minutes and at a fair price as well. Highly recommended and will happily go back in the future. Thank you!

Rob was so great.  He called me back within a couple of minutes.  we had some issues with a person who helps out at our vacation rental/second home  this person still had a key to our home and we were not in the area to change the lock.
He went to our place, rekeyed the lock and even made extra copies as requested so that the renters coming that wknd would have enough keys.  he left another key with our trusted neighbor.  
We will be hiring him again in the spring/early summer to change our lock and paint our door a more fun color.
We will probably also use his and his wife's cleaning services that they also offer.

Had to have 2 cars rekeyed after my keys were stolen.  They were able to rekey my ignitions and doors.  They were very reasonable compared to the daalership.  I brought my cars in early morning and they were completed in a timely manner.  Been doing business here thru the years and have never been disappointed.

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. I called Acme Locksmith on a Friday afternoon to remove the deadbolt lock that malfunctioned on my security door.  It was jammed and I could not get it taken apart to replace. The person that answered was very pleasant and professional.  He had his person, Erv, sent over.  He arrived within 15 minutes, opened the lock in about 5 seconds, replaced the pins, and reinstalled. He even fixed the door jam piece that had not worked properly since installation.  Excellent work.  Fast, friendly, and not too costly.  Highly recommend.
