Had the most horrible experience with this business if you can even call it a business. First off the owner and operator of this locksmith shop told us the wrong address over the phone for his storefront location. It's actually wrong on yelp too, if you go to this carefree road location, the building is empty and says 'for rent'. Then we called him for the correct address and he said yes just come on down before 5pm. So we drove down there and got there at 4:45 (it's in Scottsdale) and the shop was CLOSED. So I called him and he said he 'left early because he had an appointment with another client'. Needless to say we drove all over and this man didn't even apologize for the runaround. He was actually quite rude and unhelpful over the phone as well. Not sure if this old man is off his meds or what but he honestly shouldn't be running a business if he doesn't even know his own address.

Downtown Locksmith is the best deal in town! Never again will I go to Home Depot or Ace Hardware for a key. I just purchased a remote entry fob with programming for my vehicle. It was around $70. The dealership wanted $400!

Couldn't be any happier with the service. Got my key cut and programmed. Also got my remote programmed. They told me I had eight other remote programmed to my truck, so they deleted the rest. Very personable, outgoing and friendly. Best price I found. Very responsive to my messages. Would definitely recommend.

Dani saved us! My dog and I got locked out of our house and Dani came to the rescue in 12 minutes. He was prompt and super friendly and he's now my locksmith on speed dial. I'd highly recommend him if ever you are in need of being rescued like us!

Had a guy by the name of Michael that came out same day service! I have a warehouse that uses this company and The QUALITY of care and fast acting this company gives is amazing! Anthony was the number I was given and after that they showed up in 2 hours!!!! Not saying this will happen to everyone but I was so surprised! I come across a lot of people in my business and will definitely be recommending them to this company.

A great company and family business you can trust! I needed a set of Cadillac keys made and the dealer wanted a fortune. I first stopped at a nearby locksmith and the cost was prohibitive. I'm just glad I found Mercury Lock & Safe! It saved me a bundle and the gentleman who programmed my new fobs was a real professional. I highly recommend this shop as A-1 +++.

Very happy with the service we received. I called Stoddart's with the hopes of having them come out sometime that day. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and told me that he would have someone out to the property within 30 minutes, which I was very impressed with. The tech that arrived (sorry, I don't remember his name) was very friendly and efficient. I've never needed to use a locksmith before, so I can't tell you whether the price was comparable to other companies in the area, but I was pleased with the price. We will definitely use them again if needed.

I drove into the area on a Saturday mid-afternoon and tried to phone United Lock and Key to see when they could possibly re-key my house.  I had trouble making phone contact, so I decided to drive by their address to see if anyone might be around.  I saw a gentleman sweeping his porch, so I went up and asked if and when he might be able to come by and re-key my house.  Rob said, "Is tomorrow (Sunday) okay?"  I was shocked (happily).  Rob said he'd be there around 11am.  He showed up at 10:30am, which was all the more impressive to me, as I rarely get that kind of promptness from many businesses around here.

Not only did he do exactly what I had hoped for, his prices were extremely reasonable and very much worth what I now think was probably a token gratuity I offered him.

I could not have been more pleased with how it all went down; and I will surely use (and recommend) Rob at United Lock and Key in the future, should any similar needs come up.

Amazing customer service!  I was able to schedule a specific time and was happy how I was treated.  My two keyfobs for my car didn't work.  Luckily they were able to program a new one.  They took the time to discuss their service.  Then took the extra effort to get the new keyfob to work.  

They are well versed in locksmithing and after meeting with them I'll always come here.

Had to have 2 cars rekeyed after my keys were stolen.  They were able to rekey my ignitions and doors.  They were very reasonable compared to the daalership.  I brought my cars in early morning and they were completed in a timely manner.  Been doing business here thru the years and have never been disappointed.

Jacob helped fix a door in our new house. I called and he was here in less that 20 minutes and got the job done in 5. I'm super impressed and will definitely call Diamondback again for any future needs.

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Peter and his company, Surprise Locksmith, for any and all your locksmith needs!

It's a small store but this guy does great locksmithing work. Unfortunately for me it wouldn't duplicate a key that said do not duplicate on it but that's no big deal next time I'll just grind it off

I called and was able to get an appointment the next day.

I also went to the store and spoke to Eric with my side gate lock issue.

I needed rekey all our door.  Bobby came and provided estimates.  He also identified problem locks and helped me with all my lock issues and rekey.

I used ACME in Scottsdale back in 2015 and they did a great job too.
