Called at 1145 AM, said I am locked out of my garage, and no way in other than a keyed emergency access. And I need somebody asap, as I need to fly out later today. They said OK, we be there from 1-3pm.

Guy showed up right at 1pm (I was shocked, being used to the cable company saying 1-3 and shows up at 4). Chris opened the door in 5 seconds, showed me how that type of emergency lock works. And talked about a bunch more security how to's for the area.

Much appreciate the fast and competent response and it wasn't insanely expensive either.

Recommended, no fuss no muss locksmith. They just get it done and fast.

This place is great. Brought my automotive door locks to them to have them re-keyed for my classic truck and they turn it around for me in 24 hours. Another local lock shop around the corner had the locks for four weeks without doing anything so I really appreciate this place. I will be going to Prescott lock and safe from here on out!

We have one of those cool keyless locks in our home, we recently moved and currently in the process of having some renters move in.  Of course we know realize we lost the keys that do come with the door (just in case) and part of getting them moved in requires us to provide them a key.  Long story short, Tom came out today and quickly rekeyed our door!  It was fast, convenient and saved us some headaches!  Thx Tom, much appreciated!

It was nice that the serviceman could change our locks the same day we called for service, but a week later when our outside door would not latch properly, we were informed we would be charged for a service call. Bad decision on my part as our home warranty would have covered more for less. And they charged us more than the prices they advertised.

Over the weekend i misplaced my car keys, so as a consumer i was seeking the services of a locksmith. I came across your company and gave you a call. a tech named adam was sent to my home we agreed upon a price of $ 220 for 1 key and a key fob, after 45mins he came to my door and said " i cant  do the job for the agreed price, it will cost more then a realized." right then and there i was skeptical. with an unlocked truck and no key i then decided to go to the chevy dealership with my vin number and have a key made. when i returned to my truck when i stick my key the ignition it would not turn, as pulled it out the entire ignition came with it. no one touched the ignition after your tech , so naturally i called him back over to my home to " finish the job he started ". he then came to my home to charge me $250 to fix his mistake as a consumer you can see why i may be upset the be charged for a service that wasn't completed correctly he ruined my ignition and didn't make me a key, he has offered to fix the ignition for a price which i feel is unfair because when this processed started the ignition was 100% fine that was the doing of your tech. Now if i let your tech fix the ignition there will be a key , most  likely that key will not work for door locks, so if that is the case WHY would i want two keys when i had ONE key at the start of this headache. now lets also remember i went to the dealership and paid to have a key made, if your tech replaces the ignition and door locks ( because i do not want 2 keys i only want 1)  then your tech has now cost me for that key since it would for these replacement parts he is offering. Bottom line is i want my truck to have a working ignition with ONE key for ignition and door locks and no headache. i am not looking for any problems i would hate to have to bring my case to the attorney generals office , as a stated in the beginning i was a consumer seeking a service you advertised to provided and yet your tech seemed to have made matters worse and much more costly for me and your company.

I hired Copperstate Locks and Security to replace the locks and door nobs for my outside doors 2 months ago.  They charged me $2000 up front, non-refundable for the new hardware.  
6 weeks later they came out to install the new locks and discovered that several of the locks were defective and others were not what we ordered.  After 4 hours of work half my locks were new and half were old.  An hour after they left I went through an unlocked door which then locked leaving me trapped outside.
I asked them to come back then next day and replace my old locks which they had taken against my wishes.  They said they thrown the old locks away away and gave me knock-off locks instead.  
We had to hire another locksmith to replace the knock-offs and he shared with us that Copperstate had pulled several pins out of the knock-offs to make them easier to key, but a lot less secure.

Don't do business with Copperstate Locks, they are amateurs.

I returned from out of town and left my home key inside my house. So I called Sage Locksmith and I was given an estimate amount from $24.99 to $199. The guy arrived and ATTEMPTED one time ONLY with a drill to unlock my door from my garage. He said "oh I can't do it" and said it will cost more because I need to use another DRILL!!!! I was shock as I watched him use one drill only to try to unlock my door from my garage to the inside of my home. It was 3:30 am and he was the only company that answered at this time and I had to work that morning at 6 am. So I said ok what is the cost will be now. He charged me for $29 service call and $289 door opening plus a CHEAP replacement new lock supply + install it quality 2 x $55 = $110! Plus $35 taxes as he adds his own amount of taxes of $35 never used a Calculator. So my total was $463 for a cheap replacement and my original door supply was pretty pricey and I was given a cheap door supply and he only tried one time to unlock my door and said "I need to go I have someone else to go to " ... very unprofessional and unwilling to try a second attempt to unlock my door with a different drill. I would never recommend anyone to call this company as to save your money waiting till six in the morning to call different company who is willing to help you and not overcharge you because it's 3:30am  in the morning.  Now I have a cheap door handle and will replace it with a new one! Beware do not call Sage Locksmith LLC company and I contact the company manager and he was unwilling to understand my point of view of being charged $463 to have a cheap door replacement supply! Save your money call a different locksmith at 3:30am!

These guys are total pros. One crazy night turned calm and ok because I called the right people. Recommend on professionalism, efficiency and affordability.

Big Mike came out the same day I called!  He's not only skilled, professional and fast, he's also nice and funny!  He takes our safety seriously and did a great job on my locks!  10/10 with rice!

We had to pay for and emergency service call since my mom locked her keys in the door, so we asked them to change out some locks while he was here. I just assumed it would work fine - and we don't use our front for much.. but the front door lock barely works.. the bolt doesn't fully extend or retract  (and he left the mechanism loose). He worked very slow then said he didn't have time to finish. The man was also non-communicative and never smiled once. They helped my mom out so that's why I rated 3 stars, otherwise way less.

Horrible!  Where do I begin? First of all, I guess the fact that when I scheduled the appointment and heard a television blaring in the background, that I should have known this was not going to be the most professional place to deal with.  Bottom line, they never showed up for the second appointment which was supposed to be when all the locks were changed.  An entire afternoon wasted waiting for them and not even so much as a phone call to let us know that they decided they actually could not do the job.  Really?  The locks needed to be changed.  How difficult is that? That is a basic job that really any locksmith should be able to do.  Don't waste your time.  Such a disappointemnt...

wow this guy is a complete scam.  Took a electric scooter in that had full warranty through razor and he is the service center for this company.  Asked me for a $15.00 dollar deposit that I was supposed to get back..  He told me that they would only give $30.00 labor back to him so I would have to pay the rest.  WELL WHY IS HE IN BUSINESS WITH RAZOR.COM THEN? I said I was coming down to get my $15.00 dollar deposit and my 8 year old sons scooter back, and he said "YOUR NOT GETTING ANYTHING"  HE ALSO DIDN'T EVEN CALL AND LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND HE HUNG UP ON ME.  WOW!

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
