Needed two transponder key for the Nissan Quest. It requires knowledge and special equipment to do the job right. And Jeremy had them both.
He arrived when he said he would, and got right to work. It didn't take him long to cut and encode the blank keys. They worked the first time. And all this for about half of what the dealer wanted.
I am extremely satisfied, and will definitely call on them again for any future needs.

The guy that runs the front counter is so nice and professional. He is very knowledgeable and has been able to help me multiple times with some odd requests I have had with my business. Great place, great prices, and great fast service. Definitely check them out.

I had my keys redone when I moved into my new home and booked online through yelp. The owner was very responsive and friendly! I bought a home from out of state so I wasn't going to be here when the tech came to change the locks, so I asked my uncle to come and be present to unlock the doors etc. The whole process was seamless which was refreshing since I was dealing with so much buying a home out of state and having to schedule so many different things. Regarding the job, the tech was super quick and knowledgeable! Everything works perfectly and I am contacting them again since I bought new stainless steel locks and need the old brass swapped out. I will be referring any family or friends here who need lock assistance!!

Awesome job! Fast and friendly! We locked our keys Out and they were very helpful!!

It was nice that the serviceman could change our locks the same day we called for service, but a week later when our outside door would not latch properly, we were informed we would be charged for a service call. Bad decision on my part as our home warranty would have covered more for less. And they charged us more than the prices they advertised.

I'm new to the area and wasn't too sure how to find a good locksmith. As often as I do I had to resort to Yelp to help me out. I found B's Lock and Key and thought I'd give them a shot merely on the fact they were so close. They had a few reviews but normally I would need more than a couple to make a decision on a business.
I had recently bought a new used truck and the previous owner only had one key to the truck. I knew I'd need another along with the FOBs. Being frugal I bought a couple of FOBs with a key on Amazon. It was a low risk with a potential of high reward considering how much these items were at the dealership.
Bryan and I had played phone tag for a couple of days but he was good at keeping his word and returning my calls. He came out to the house on a Saturday afternoon and gave me knock off keys a go. The FOBs worked great but the key with the transponder didn't work. I was bummed but as like with any good locksmith he carried the correct key with him. It did cost me $70 dollars but it was still $55 dollars cheaper than the dealership. I was hoping to save a lot more money but the convenience and customer service was worth it to me.
I would highly recommend Bryan, he seems like a decent enough guy. He also recommended someone to get my stereo installed as well. I haven't gotten a call back but being a new guy in the area it's nice to get a recommendation for anyone.
Very professional, courteous and convenient. Two thumbs up.

It is never a good day when you lock your keys in your car. Especially when that's where your purse, diapers and car seats are. I called a TON of places and the prices were crazy all over the place, I had people say "I will be there in 30," and 2 hours later no one comes still. I got in touch with Phillip and when he said "25 minutes" I didn't believe him. He showed up in 20 minutes, super polite, quick and efficient. He was very professional, and kind. He explained everything to me and was done in u def 5 minutes. I will definitely be using him in the future for any locksmith services I need. Excellent service, highly recommend.

My son lost his key fob to his 2002 Mercedes. It was a Sunday, and they were able to be at our house in a couple of hours to get us a new key. On top of it, the old key had never worked to lock/unlock the doors, but the tech who came out had it working in about 5 minutes! He was awesome!
I highly recommend them. We called around- most people won't even touch a Mercedes for whatever reason but they didn't hesitate, got us a new key quickly, and didn't jack up the price on us either!

Person on the phone was happy to tell me that they charge $29 for the service call $25 for the labor and after that would not even attempt to try to give me any sort of ballpark figure on what it would cost for a rekey or making a new key for a house lock. She kept saying it depended on the lock. Of course I get that but I'm not going to send out their service person without some sort of ballpark figure and they lost my business because of the vagueness of the possibility of what that price could be. Are we talking $50? $500? Are we talking $1,000? I told her it was a regular house Sledge door lock but still no ballpark figure of what it would cost. She did offer to have her service person call me on their way out to give me some sort of ballpark figure but I don't want a ballpark figure when they're scheduled to come out I want to know the ballpark figure to decide whether or not I want them to come out.

I took my weed eater to Bobs Lock and Cycle in July of this year. Since then I have returned it 3 times for the same problem. I have encountered rude employees, the prices are high and quality of repair below standard. I RECOMMEND ANY REPAIR SHOP BUT THIS ONE!!!!

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.
Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.
I agreed because they had me by the balls.
After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".
He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...
So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.
I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".
So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.
Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...
If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.
Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
