I was in a pickle and JT's went above and beyond to help me and my clients.  
I'm a Realtor and had a home close in Maricopa through Offerpad.  Offerpad has someone come out to change their lock off of the home.  The problem is, they give a window of 3-5 business days.  My clients weren't occupying the house yet so there was no way for me to know "when" the key would be changed and I needed to ensure the house was secured for my clients.  

To make the situation tougher, I live in the SE Valley so just popping by to check out the house is a 2 hour round trip drive.  

After lots of pestering, Offerpad finally called their locksmith and told us they would be out on Dec 24th to change the lock but wouldn't give me a time, nor contact me when it was done.  JT's went out and checked the house for me, more than once, including at the end of the day on Christmas Eve!!
The lock was not changed on Christmas eve as we were told, so JT's went out again after Christmas to check on the house.  

Long story shortened, they not only saved me a ton of worrying about my clients home, but they also saved me HOURS of driving back and forth to check on their home.  To top it off, they didn't charge me extra for all of their trips!!  Their price was beyond reasonable.

When I needed a locksmith right away, I called Pinnacle. They came the same day and their service was fantastic. They were nice, courteous and their work was great quality and quick. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

Jumbo and Chad came out today for a household re-keying job I needed done.  They were both very pleasant and professional, and the work performed was exceptional.  I highly recommend their services!

24/7 Locksmith On Call was GREAT. CJ arrived quickly and got us in our house and rekeyed the locks. He did a wonderful job and now we are home safe and out of the Arizona heat:) Would definitely recommend 24/7 Locksmith On Call!

Just bought a new home. Ernie was able to come out right away and change all the locks! He was on time, polite and reasonably priced! He will be our new locksmith. Cannot say enough positive things about him.

B's Lock and Key have made some rather unique keys for some unusual locks. The keys work perfectly every time!  The prices are more than fair.  B's Lock and Key was punctual, professional and knowledgeable!  I have refereed quite a few to B's Lock and Key and have heard nothing but positives!

It is never a good day when you lock your keys in your car. Especially when that's where your purse, diapers and car seats are. I called a TON of places and the prices were crazy all over the place, I had people say "I will be there in 30," and 2 hours later no one comes still. I got in touch with Phillip and when he said "25 minutes" I didn't believe him. He showed up in 20 minutes, super polite, quick and efficient. He was very professional, and kind. He explained everything to me and was done in u def 5 minutes. I will definitely be using him in the future for any locksmith services I need. Excellent service, highly recommend.

I recently had an ignition switch fail on a car.   This was going to be a very expensive repair at the dealership. I purchased another ignition switch online and thought I would be in business.  Then I learned about the immobilizer device.  The car would turn over but not start.  I went to Copperstate and spoke to Doug.  He explained that he could take my new ignition switch and re-key it so my old key would work in my new switch, preventing the immobilizer problem.  He did the work in about an hour.  I brought the switch home installed it and the car started immediately!  Thanks Doug,  I will be back!!

I posted a request and David responded within minutes and we were able to setup an appt for later in the week with Sage Locksmith.  I appreciate David following up with me the day before to confirm the time and he showed up early.

Highly recommend. I needed a new FOB. They cut the key and programmed the FOB in about 20 minutes. I called around and they were by far the cheapest option. They were incredibly friendly.

Seriously as good as it gets. Andrew helped me fix the lock on my car and worked tirelessly to get the job done. There were several parts that I had to get but he was happy to help and even though I had to come back a few times, he stayed with the original quote which was FAR BETTER than any of the others. I called like 5 locksmiths. Save your time, money and trouble and just go with these guys! They are awesome!

We had to pay for and emergency service call since my mom locked her keys in the door, so we asked them to change out some locks while he was here. I just assumed it would work fine - and we don't use our front for much.. but the front door lock barely works.. the bolt doesn't fully extend or retract  (and he left the mechanism loose). He worked very slow then said he didn't have time to finish. The man was also non-communicative and never smiled once. They helped my mom out so that's why I rated 3 stars, otherwise way less.

I called on Monday morning to check on duplicating my car key because I knew it was not available everywhere. Supposedly the woman on the phone checked, while I was on hold and returned to tell me they had a blank and could duplicate my key the next morning when I could get there. I arrived at opening and was told by this man that he did NOT have the blank and needed to get one. It wasted my time and when I told him that he got mad and told me he didn't need my business.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHER LOCKSMITHS IN THE AREA.

A week before Christmas, I took my son's Go-Ped in because it wasn't running. I had tried to rebuild the carb with a kit from another shop which is now closed and had given me wrong parts.

Called Bobs up and they said it would run $75-$80 depending on the issue. They seemed nice enough when I went in and they said a couple days would be needed for repair.  I also asked them to see about replacing 2 missing board screws and the bushings. They called a few days later and I went in to see a $142 bill. I asked them what had happened because this was off the mark from our discussion. I am told that they put several hours into trying to fix the carb only to replace it in addition to the salvaged screws and bushings which they were charging me $7.50 for.  Then I'm told, "well if you had asked us to call before replacing anything, we would have."  

My issue is that we did not discuss work that would double my bill. I understand markups. If you tell me I will have to replace the carb then I will gladly pay for the work that was done and either wait to pay the cost when I have money or I will do it myself.

I will have to keep looking for a reliable small engine mechanic. I have 2 lawn mowers, weed eater, and blower and of course an 11 yo's Go-Ped that all need work.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
