We moved into our new house and only had one key and the kids lost it!! I called JT's at 6pm and Jeremiah answered the phone and said he would come right over! Which was amazing and he was the nicest guy you could ask for he changed all of our door locks and reinstalled them within the hour!! I called six lock smoths this day and NONE of them called me back and  Jeremiah not only answered he came right over! AMAZING SERVICE!!! Would call in a second if I needed new keys made!! THANKS

The guy that runs the front counter is so nice and professional. He is very knowledgeable and has been able to help me multiple times with some odd requests I have had with my business. Great place, great prices, and great fast service. Definitely check them out.

Before we employed this company in Phoenix we asked if there would be a problem with mailing the new keys to us in Canada.  Answer was no.  The work was done on August 3....we didn't receive the new keys until Sept. 10!!!  We had emailed them numerous times during this time as to where our keys were...first it was claimed they had been mailed shortly after the work was done.  By the third week in August with still no sign of them we phoned them on Sept.1.They said there had been some problems with customs so they were mailing the keys again.  When we finally received them in a cardboard envelope it was very disconcerting to see that they included in their return address  "Mr. Rekey"  which clearly indicates what is in the package.  But what was really alarming was the original paper envelope contained within the cardboard envelope that they had attempted to mail...postmark Aug. 31....it was a window envelope that displayed the invoice & anyone handling it could see the address where the locksmith had changed the locks. And you could feel the keys inside.  I would never use these people again.  Not trustworthy....a locksmith who can't keep track of keys.

Story making short,while visiting my family and friends got locked out of the house used services of locksmith very friendly and on time most important work done professional way and reasonable price.Thank you very much.

I broke my key fob for my 2010 Nissan Altima and lost the motherboard so my car was stuck at my job. I called Tyrone and he only charged me a $100 flat fee! Other locksmiths were going to charge me 165-400. Which was INSANE! He was awesome enough to meet me where the car was located and he was very professional and kind! If you ever have any troubles with your keys or locks I highly recommend this gentleman! :)

I lost the keys to my Lexus and was told by a few people that the only place I could get a key made was at the dealership. Then a friend of mine told me that BRIAN made a key for her Honda so I gave him a call and he was able to make a key for my Lexus the same day. Not to mention his price was way less than the dealership was going to charge me. I would highly recommend B's Lock and Key!!!

Very grateful for the timely response and decent prices! I got ahold of them after 3am on a Sunday morning and it was no time before someone was helping me get back into my car.

I hired Copperstate Locks and Security to replace the locks and door nobs for my outside doors 2 months ago.  They charged me $2000 up front, non-refundable for the new hardware.  
6 weeks later they came out to install the new locks and discovered that several of the locks were defective and others were not what we ordered.  After 4 hours of work half my locks were new and half were old.  An hour after they left I went through an unlocked door which then locked leaving me trapped outside.
I asked them to come back then next day and replace my old locks which they had taken against my wishes.  They said they thrown the old locks away away and gave me knock-off locks instead.  
We had to hire another locksmith to replace the knock-offs and he shared with us that Copperstate had pulled several pins out of the knock-offs to make them easier to key, but a lot less secure.

Don't do business with Copperstate Locks, they are amateurs.

I called them for service and they never returned my call. They said someone would call me right back with a service time. I never heard back from them. The person who answered the phone sounded like I was an inconvenience.

Chris was great to work with! Had a key fob combo copy made for our car and he was knowledgeable and patient while we made decisions on the type of key to be made. Price was good and quality of the key feels nicer than OEM. Thank you Chris!

Went to the Infinity dealership to order a replacement FOB.  They still lived up to my previous review, just god-awful service and overpriced.  Came to ACME Locksmith, not only were they able to order a manufacturer FOB from Infinity, they were able to do the programing for half the price without having to make an appt. or drop my car off.   Saved me hundreds of dollars!  This is the place to go for all your locksmith needs!

Called for information.  The person was warm, personable and professional.  They are mobile service only, no store front.  Which means they must be able to complete their job from their vehicle.  No problem!

Key broke in two months when I had it in my pocket. Dealer key lasted 7 years before, when I told owner what happened he says he would make me another one and charge me 145.00$ there are other businesses out there that warranty there keys for a year. I had a locksmith come out and they told me the 35th ave keys look like they were bought on amazon.

Wonderful guy! Very nice, respectful and very good at what he does. He even showed me exactly how my particular ignition switch worked with the new keys he had made. Also, if you get a chance ask to see Red, the resident shop cat.

The only complaint I have was that I was under the impression my three keys had already been made but they needed to be made when I got there, even after calling that I was on my way.

Likely an internal communication issue.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
