My husband and I rented out our home while we were stationed in Colorado Springs for a few years.  We flew home to take care of stuff from our tenants.  I was panicked when I found out our tenants refused to give us our keys back to the mailbox.  We were only in town for a couple days and I called JT's Keys and Locks.  The father-in-law and past owner came out within a few hours (he was in CG).  He showed up, working professionally, quickly and was extremely friendly, not to mention a veteran!  Their pricing is incredibly reasonable.  I am so happy with the service that was provided and I will definitely use this company again if I need.

These guys do awesome work. They are quick and very knowlegable.  I am a Fan. :0)

I made the call about 8:30 a.m. and had a service-person at my house by about 9.  Even better - he called when he was ready to get on his way to make sure the timing was right for me.  Hopefully I won't  lock myself out of someplace again, but if I do, I'll be sure to use these friendly folks again.

I got locked outside my house without the keys the other day. A quick call to These guys was all I needed to do. The guy came quickly, didn't have to break any windows or caused any damage to the door or the lock, very professional service in my opinion.
The price was fair and the service was great. He couldn't seem to open the front door, instead of breaking the lock or trying to "up sell", he was fair and chose to try and pick the lock in the back door, this process didn't take longer than 15min maybe even less.

My wife and I recently purchased a home and needed to re-key the entire place. I called several places and they all were pretty expensive and didn't seem to really care about my business...

I received in the mail a flyer for Keys Please and thought I would call them up to see what they had to offer. Ernie (the owner) answered and scheduled me right away for the following day.

He showed up right on time and changed all my locks and gave us new keys too. Great price and great service. He assisted me over the phone with what locks to choose and also in person. Really nice guy and I appreciated his help. I'll definitely use him again in the future.

I broke my key fob for my 2010 Nissan Altima and lost the motherboard so my car was stuck at my job. I called Tyrone and he only charged me a $100 flat fee! Other locksmiths were going to charge me 165-400. Which was INSANE! He was awesome enough to meet me where the car was located and he was very professional and kind! If you ever have any troubles with your keys or locks I highly recommend this gentleman! :)

Another great visit and Jim took great care of me. It'd been over 2 years since I was here, and my GPS took me to another locksmith since I couldn't remember exactly where CopperState was located.

I had 3 keys cut (2) on OEM Honda keys that worked out. The other key did not fit the ignition and was obviously not cut correctly. I stumbled back into see Jim who remembered me, and he was able to fix the other locksmiths mistake in a heartbeat.

Fast, honest, reliable, and overall the best locksmith in town. Ask for Jim and he will take great care of you. Thanks Jim!

We had trouble with our lock and was out the same day

I do not recommend this company. The guy that came out here was clearly just looking to get money. We finally settled on a price which was higher than what I wanted to pay and at the end he still tried to charge me more and said it was for more fees. Ummm no we agreed on a flat price. Do not deal with these guys!!!! Poor customer service

Russ was very helpful and knew exactly what was wrong with our lock for the back security gate. We had another locksmith business look at it before going to Acme. They told us they would have to order a part from Europe. I would highly recommend using Acme. They saved us a ton of money!

Called for information.  The person was warm, personable and professional.  They are mobile service only, no store front.  Which means they must be able to complete their job from their vehicle.  No problem!

This is a great place to get your keys made. They have just about every key blank you can imagine and the owner has been in the business for a long time. They have never let me down yet.

Willing to sell, but not very honorable about verbal agreements. Won't stand by bike service. Sold a bike out from under me by a few minutes, prob for the best. I even travelled to get there and called ahead to say I was coming for  lt he bike.
No ownership of ownership. Too bad I like to support Indy biz.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
