I was in a pickle and JT's went above and beyond to help me and my clients.  
I'm a Realtor and had a home close in Maricopa through Offerpad.  Offerpad has someone come out to change their lock off of the home.  The problem is, they give a window of 3-5 business days.  My clients weren't occupying the house yet so there was no way for me to know "when" the key would be changed and I needed to ensure the house was secured for my clients.  

To make the situation tougher, I live in the SE Valley so just popping by to check out the house is a 2 hour round trip drive.  

After lots of pestering, Offerpad finally called their locksmith and told us they would be out on Dec 24th to change the lock but wouldn't give me a time, nor contact me when it was done.  JT's went out and checked the house for me, more than once, including at the end of the day on Christmas Eve!!
The lock was not changed on Christmas eve as we were told, so JT's went out again after Christmas to check on the house.  

Long story shortened, they not only saved me a ton of worrying about my clients home, but they also saved me HOURS of driving back and forth to check on their home.  To top it off, they didn't charge me extra for all of their trips!!  Their price was beyond reasonable.  

Thank you so much for your professionalism. understanding of my concerns and communication.  A friend referred me to you and I am so glad they did.

These guys saved the day AND saved me a ton of $$$ money.
I broke my car key in my ignition and after fishing the key out I called these guys and they told me to bring it over.

After less than 5 minutes the gentleman working was able to make a new key and told me to come back if there was any issues. As well gave me referrals to someone if the issue persisted.

Luckily after taking the key to my car it worked perfectly!!!

I had a set screw in a door handle that was stripped out and I did not want to have to buy a complete KwikSet door handle. These guys were referred to me by another locksmith (it's nice to see they all work together - I like that).
Anyway, I brought my door handle in hoping for the best. It took these folks about 10 minutes to remove the stripped set screw and replace it for me for a super small minimal fee. I'm sure they had better things to do than to take the time to take care of my small issue, but they did. And for that I am very grateful. Their customer service was extraordinary. I can't say enough about this business. I put the door handle back on my residential door and it's as good as new. Thank you guys for being there.

One of the worst company's I have dealt with. A technician came out to rekey 4 locks. When he was finished, I was handed 3 new keys. I asked the tech at the time why I don't get 4. He stated, they only make 1 key per door (1 door had 2 locks). I said ok and moved on. A few months later, I needed a 4th key so I went and had one made at Lowe's. Now when that key is used 3 out of the 4 locks don't operate like they should.

I contacted AZ Rekey and told them issue and sent videos showing the issue. I was told they would only come back out if I paid a service fee... AND I was told on the phone that their system showed 4 copies of a key were made! That tells me the tech might have kept one which leads me to think the tech and company are not trustworthy. I hoped in good faith they would come out or at least explain what was going on and they failed.

Do yourself a favor and find another trustworthy locksmith in your area.

I got a new lock in approximately 1 hour after my call.

I received a flyer in the mail with a new move in re-key special. I called that day to set an appointment, and he was available the next day. Ernie re-keyed all of my locks in about an hour. I could tell he really cared about the quality of his workmanship! I will definitely recommend him to friends and family who need a locksmith!

I broke my key fob for my 2010 Nissan Altima and lost the motherboard so my car was stuck at my job. I called Tyrone and he only charged me a $100 flat fee! Other locksmiths were going to charge me 165-400. Which was INSANE! He was awesome enough to meet me where the car was located and he was very professional and kind! If you ever have any troubles with your keys or locks I highly recommend this gentleman! :)

I lost the keys to my Lexus and was told by a few people that the only place I could get a key made was at the dealership. Then a friend of mine told me that BRIAN made a key for her Honda so I gave him a call and he was able to make a key for my Lexus the same day. Not to mention his price was way less than the dealership was going to charge me. I would highly recommend B's Lock and Key!!!

I took a key in to be copied. Little Jim did the work for $3. However, he pointed out that the cuts on the key weren't very deep. He said a burglar using a special key could easily manipulate the tumblers and defeat the lock.

At his suggestion, I removed the lock from the door and brought it to him. He hoped to re-key it, but the cylinder was old and shot. So he dug out a used cylinder from his collection and re-keyed that. Cost: $10, including two new keys. He did the work while I waited.

Little Jim is very pleasant, and he knows his business. You won't do any better!

It's never a good day when your wife locks your keys in the car and you only have one set. David truly saved the day.

I sent a message on Yelp that I needed a locksmith on Sunday morning at 6:00 AM. A couple hours later David contacted to see if I still needed help. He was at my home in 20 minutes with consistent updates as I requested. He had the car open less then 5 minutes later and a spare key made in the event it happens again. I had not checked other prices but I was very pleased with the price. David is a very polite and respectful guy. He did wear a mask and I could not be happier. If I ever need a locksmith again I will use Sage Locksmith and also referring anyone who needs one to them. Thanks for saving the day and possibly my marriage.

I do not recommend this company. The guy that came out here was clearly just looking to get money. We finally settled on a price which was higher than what I wanted to pay and at the end he still tried to charge me more and said it was for more fees. Ummm no we agreed on a flat price. Do not deal with these guys!!!! Poor customer service

I have use this company several times, they are always fast, professional and accommodating! Violet is always a pleasure to deal with and always gets me scheduled same day. Their prices are reasonable and they don't nickel and dime you.

Person on the phone was happy to tell me that they charge $29 for the service call $25 for the labor and after that would not even attempt to try to give me any sort of ballpark figure on what it would cost for a rekey or making a new key for a house lock. She kept saying it depended on the lock. Of course I get that but I'm not going to send out their service person without some sort of ballpark figure and they lost my business because of the vagueness of the possibility of what that price could be. Are we talking $50? $500? Are we talking $1,000? I told her it was a regular house Sledge door lock but still no ballpark figure of what it would cost. She did offer to have her service person call me on their way out to give me some sort of ballpark figure but I don't want a ballpark figure when they're scheduled to come out I want to know the ballpark figure to decide whether or not I want them to come out.

As a uhaul center this place gets 0.0 stars.  Reservation confirmed for Sunday 9 am pick up. Arrived on time and the location was closed.  No instructions or lock box code emailed. No way to check damage on vehicle or miliage or gas level even if we did have a code because there was a huge car show going on in the parking lot blocking in all rentals. Called owner who said nothing he can do, he knows the car show is going on and to call uhaul.com.    Why would you tell someone to pick up a rental knowing the rental would be blocked in or that there was a car show going on?? ‍ Called another location and got patched to the regional office where they had the reservation switched and a credit. Regardless of the terrible service and 3 hour delay, we finally got the rental. Heed my advice - DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS LOCATION EVER.  There are 20 others in the area you can choose from.  This place is where customer service goes to die.

This place is great.  I found it by chance as a certified repair shop for an electric razor scooter I bought.  The owner is old school and he's carved out a nice little business for himself.  Definitely a local small business.  Great service and a fun experience.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
