We bought a large safe from Pinicle . Spoke to a very helpful man named Bill. He pointed out many things that need to be considered when buying a safe. We got an excellent price and free delivery and tie down.
The owner Chris and his right hand man Rich carefully moved the safe exactly where my wife wanted in our office. Then 3 weeks later Chris came back out and moved the safe where my wife really wanted it! Would not let me pay him.  We were out of town and I called Pinicle to unlock one of my employees work vans that was locked and running , they came out fast and the charge was very reasonable .  Great home town locksmith , service like it used to be. Very Honest

The staff at Prescott Lock & Safe are incredible, courteous, and super efficient!  I called them this morning after being locked out of the house and they answered right away and had someone scheduled to go out there to help us out! They even called when they were on their way! Thank you guys for the great service and for taking care of us! I had my keys redone when I moved into my new home and booked online through yelp. The owner was very responsive and friendly! I bought a home from out of state so I wasn't going to be here when the tech came to change the locks, so I asked my uncle to come and be present to unlock the doors etc. The whole process was seamless which was refreshing since I was dealing with so much buying a home out of state and having to schedule so many different things. Regarding the job, the tech was super quick and knowledgeable! Everything works perfectly and I am contacting them again since I bought new stainless steel locks and need the old brass swapped out. I will be referring any family or friends here who need lock assistance!!

It was nice that the serviceman could change our locks the same day we called for service, but a week later when our outside door would not latch properly, we were informed we would be charged for a service call. Bad decision on my part as our home warranty would have covered more for less. And they charged us more than the prices they advertised.

Tyrone is the real deal when it comes to legit locksmiths.   He definitely has the customers best interest at heart, full of integrity, patient, thorough and honest.

He come to my home to program another transponder key to my Lexus.  He was on time and completed the job in a short time.

I contacted B's lock and key about having a key for my car programmed. Brian responded to my messages quickly and was very polite. He was very quick to comeout and do the programming. He worked quickly and was very reasonable with his prices. I strongly recommend him!

Chris was great to work with! Had a key fob combo copy made for our car and he was knowledgeable and patient while we made decisions on the type of key to be made. Price was good and quality of the key feels nicer than OEM. Thank you Chris!

Quick, friendly service from start to finish and did I mention affordable?  I would definitely recommend Acme -5/5!

We had to pay for and emergency service call since my mom locked her keys in the door, so we asked them to change out some locks while he was here. I just assumed it would work fine - and we don't use our front for much.. but the front door lock barely works.. the bolt doesn't fully extend or retract  (and he left the mechanism loose). He worked very slow then said he didn't have time to finish. The man was also non-communicative and never smiled once. They helped my mom out so that's why I rated 3 stars, otherwise way less.

As a uhaul center this place gets 0.0 stars.  Reservation confirmed for Sunday 9 am pick up. Arrived on time and the location was closed.  No instructions or lock box code emailed. No way to check damage on vehicle or miliage or gas level even if we did have a code because there was a huge car show going on in the parking lot blocking in all rentals. Called owner who said nothing he can do, he knows the car show is going on and to call uhaul.com.    Why would you tell someone to pick up a rental knowing the rental would be blocked in or that there was a car show going on?? ‍ Called another location and got patched to the regional office where they had the reservation switched and a credit. Regardless of the terrible service and 3 hour delay, we finally got the rental. Heed my advice - DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS LOCATION EVER.  There are 20 others in the area you can choose from.  This place is where customer service goes to die.

Willing to sell, but not very honorable about verbal agreements. Won't stand by bike service. Sold a bike out from under me by a few minutes, prob for the best. I even travelled to get there and called ahead to say I was coming for  lt he bike.
No ownership of ownership. Too bad I like to support Indy biz.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
