This company is very professional and helpful in assisting me with choosing a safe to install in my new home. They kept me informed of the shipping process from the factory across the country and were very careful installing it in my home. I highly recommend this shop for security hardware!

I called Mr. Rekey this morning to change out a new home (to me) locks, never sure who has keys and want to be safe.  They sent Gus the technician out and he fixed everything.  The cost was surprisingly low for 7 locks.  Gus even helped out with another door to get it to work (not part of service we paid for but he did it anyway).  Gus was quick, efficient had all of the parts and was very nice to work with.  I will use Mr. Rekey again thanks to Gus.  I would also recommend Mr. Rekey to anyone, great price, great service and speedy.

Advertised as 24 hour availability and automated answering service reiterates that claim.   Forwarded to an "operator " line 12 times over 30 minutes, so I'm seriously considering the claim to be false.

I can't say enough great things about Copperstate! I've used other locksmiths in the past, but after calling these guys to re-key my house, I will never use another company. Jim, the owner, is fantastic! His level of expertise and professionalism is excellent and he and his team are a pleasure to work with. I returned from out of town and left my home key inside my house. So I called Sage Locksmith and I was given an estimate amount from $24.99 to $199. The guy arrived and ATTEMPTED one time ONLY with a drill to unlock my door from my garage. He said "oh I can't do it" and said it will cost more because I need to use another DRILL!!!! I was shock as I watched him use one drill only to try to unlock my door from my garage to the inside of my home. It was 3:30 am and he was the only company that answered at this time and I had to work that morning at 6 am. So I said ok what is the cost will be now. He charged me for $29 service call and $289 door opening plus a CHEAP replacement new lock supply + install it quality 2 x $55 = $110! Plus $35 taxes as he adds his own amount of taxes of $35 never used a Calculator. So my total was $463 for a cheap replacement and my original door supply was pretty pricey and I was given a cheap door supply and he only tried one time to unlock my door and said "I need to go I have someone else to go to " ... very unprofessional and unwilling to try a second attempt to unlock my door with a different drill. I would never recommend anyone to call this company as to save your money waiting till six in the morning to call different company who is willing to help you and not overcharge you because it's 3:30am  in the morning.  Now I have a cheap door handle and will replace it with a new one! Beware do not call Sage Locksmith LLC company and I contact the company manager and he was unwilling to understand my point of view of being charged $463 to have a cheap door replacement supply! Save your money call a different locksmith at 3:30am!

I needed two fobs cut/programmed for my girlfriend's car because hers didn't come with a factory self learning setting. I took it in and the girl that helped me was super informative and explained exactly what she was doing and why. The entire process took maybe 20 minutes. I decided to get a fob for my truck too and have them do it also the next week. I normally don't write reviews for anything, but this was a great experience overall. Great quality work, especially for the price compared to the dealership! Absolutely recommend.

We called ACME yesterday and we have a brand new keypad front door lock today!  Leeno came out on time and was very professional. He was pleasant and gave maintenance tips and clear instructions how to change the keypad code. He charged exactly the amount we were quoted and provided excellent service.  Thank you Leeno and ACME! We highly recommend ACME and will always call them first for any locksmith service.

We had to pay for and emergency service call since my mom locked her keys in the door, so we asked them to change out some locks while he was here. I just assumed it would work fine - and we don't use our front for much.. but the front door lock barely works.. the bolt doesn't fully extend or retract  (and he left the mechanism loose). He worked very slow then said he didn't have time to finish. The man was also non-communicative and never smiled once. They helped my mom out so that's why I rated 3 stars, otherwise way less.

Key broke in two months when I had it in my pocket. Dealer key lasted 7 years before, when I told owner what happened he says he would make me another one and charge me 145.00$ there are other businesses out there that warranty there keys for a year. I had a locksmith come out and they told me the 35th ave keys look like they were bought on amazon.

We dropped off our mower and had to call them twice over a 16 day period before we finally got a status on the mower.  They would not honor the warranty on a 2 yr. old motor.  Their reply was the motor was worn out but they would be happy to give us a quote on a new motor.  My husband is a mechanic and did regular maintenance. Why would we buy a new motor from them if they did not warranty the first motor?  I would not recommend the lawn mower repair portion of this business to my friends.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
