I needed a lock replaced and called these guys. They came out and replaced what I needed. Friendly, efficient, skilled and also called letting me know the locksmith was on his way. I appreciated that.
I will use them again for sure.

We live out of town and own 2 town homes.  The first time we called they were to the town home and repaired the problem in 5 minutes.  I talked to the tech and he recommended replacing the locks in the near future.  Recently we were in the area and had Pinnacle replace locks on both of our town homes.  I met the owner Chris and he was a great person to work with.  He showed up on time, had all the right equipment and charged a reasonable rate.  I highly recommend Pinnacle for the nice job they did.

Incredible service from Jaime and Prescott Lock and Safe. I called them with a safe problem and they literally solved it for a very low fee in a matter of minutes. Professional, high-level of expertise, a wonderful experience. I'd recommend them to anyone at anytime.

I had my keys redone when I moved into my new home and booked online through yelp. The owner was very responsive and friendly! I bought a home from out of state so I wasn't going to be here when the tech came to change the locks, so I asked my uncle to come and be present to unlock the doors etc. The whole process was seamless which was refreshing since I was dealing with so much buying a home out of state and having to schedule so many different things. Regarding the job, the tech was super quick and knowledgeable! Everything works perfectly and I am contacting them again since I bought new stainless steel locks and need the old brass swapped out. I will be referring any family or friends here who need lock assistance!!

My sweet godson was asked to go to the garage to get some diapers and somehow managed to get the keys locked in the car.  The best part, it was after 6, I have to work in the morning and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to help us! Yay! (sarcasm) A nice gentleman came within 30 minutes to open the car and had it open within minutes! We also mentioned that we needed to get a spare key made so that this doesn't happen again and he mentioned that they also do that! We will definitely be buying a spare key from them!

My wife and I recently purchased a home and needed to re-key the entire place. I called several places and they all were pretty expensive and didn't seem to really care about my business...

I received in the mail a flyer for Keys Please and thought I would call them up to see what they had to offer. Ernie (the owner) answered and scheduled me right away for the following day.

He showed up right on time and changed all my locks and gave us new keys too. Great price and great service. He assisted me over the phone with what locks to choose and also in person. Really nice guy and I appreciated his help. I'll definitely use him again in the future.

After tonight's insane monsoon, I arrived home from work to find that my garage door opener wasn't working. And then, imagine my surprise/shock/horror when I realized my house key was not on my keychain. I was locked out. I have a dog who needed a potty break and no way to get in, short of breaking a window. I looked up local locksmith services and thankfully TG's locksmith service was right down the street and available to help!

Tyrone was at my house within 5-7 minutes, and I was happily inside my home just a few minutes later. He was super friendly and really professional. I can't say enough great things about Copperstate! I've used other locksmiths in the past, but after calling these guys to re-key my house, I will never use another company. Jim, the owner, is fantastic! His level of expertise and professionalism is excellent and he and his team are a pleasure to work with. I returned from out of town and left my home key inside my house. So I called Sage Locksmith and I was given an estimate amount from $24.99 to $199. The guy arrived and ATTEMPTED one time ONLY with a drill to unlock my door from my garage. He said "oh I can't do it" and said it will cost more because I need to use another DRILL!!!! I was shock as I watched him use one drill only to try to unlock my door from my garage to the inside of my home. It was 3:30 am and he was the only company that answered at this time and I had to work that morning at 6 am. So I said ok what is the cost will be now. He charged me for $29 service call and $289 door opening plus a CHEAP replacement new lock supply + install it quality 2 x $55 = $110! Plus $35 taxes as he adds his own amount of taxes of $35 never used a Calculator. So my total was $463 for a cheap replacement and my original door supply was pretty pricey and I was given a cheap door supply and he only tried one time to unlock my door and said "I need to go I have someone else to go to " ... very unprofessional and unwilling to try a second attempt to unlock my door with a different drill. I would never recommend anyone to call this company as to save your money waiting till six in the morning to call different company who is willing to help you and not overcharge you because it's 3:30am  in the morning.  Now I have a cheap door handle and will replace it with a new one! Beware do not call Sage Locksmith LLC company and I contact the company manager and he was unwilling to understand my point of view of being charged $463 to have a cheap door replacement supply! Save your money call a different locksmith at 3:30am!

I needed a deadbolt put on my door. The dope they sent didn't know how to do it. So I just had my door re keyed. If these guys don't know how to install deadbolts they need to go into another business. I would never use these guys again.

The Store Manager, Brian, went out of the way to program a new FOB and cut me an emergency key for my car. He programmed the new FOB in no time at all but had to modify a blank several times so it would fit in my door lock.
His technical skills at cutting these complicated keys is superb and I would recommend Brian to anyone needing extra keys.

Person on the phone was happy to tell me that they charge $29 for the service call $25 for the labor and after that would not even attempt to try to give me any sort of ballpark figure on what it would cost for a rekey or making a new key for a house lock. She kept saying it depended on the lock. Of course I get that but I'm not going to send out their service person without some sort of ballpark figure and they lost my business because of the vagueness of the possibility of what that price could be. Are we talking $50? $500? Are we talking $1,000? I told her it was a regular house Sledge door lock but still no ballpark figure of what it would cost. She did offer to have her service person call me on their way out to give me some sort of ballpark figure but I don't want a ballpark figure when they're scheduled to come out I want to know the ballpark figure to decide whether or not I want them to come out.

This is a great place to get your keys made. They have just about every key blank you can imagine and the owner has been in the business for a long time. They have never let me down yet.

I took my weed eater to Bobs Lock and Cycle in July of this year. Since then I have returned it 3 times for the same problem. I have encountered rude employees, the prices are high and quality of repair below standard. I RECOMMEND ANY REPAIR SHOP BUT THIS ONE!!!!

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
