JT's Keys & Locks impressed me from the first time I walked in to their shop. I simply needed help with some keys being copied. I had tried having them made at Home Depot twice and none of the ones they made would unlock the locks they were made for. The ones JT's made worked perfect first time for several different locks.
They are family owned and operated and know  what it means to provide high quality customer service. I called them in hopes of having a lock opened that was quoted at a couple of hundred dollars by two professional locksmiths in the Chandler-Gilbert area, which I now live. I called JT's and explained what I needed. I didn't tell them I had other quotes but I knew I wanted them to do the job. I scheduled an appointment and within a couple of days they were out all the way from Maricopa and resolved the problem within a few minutes. I couldn't be happier. They charged me half of what the other professionals did and I happily included a sizeable tip. I highly recommend JT's Keys & Locks...7 out of 5 Stars+ and more! OUTSTANDING

These guys are GREAT! From Marty in the front to the key wizard Jimbo and his new side kick Doug. So helpful, kind and great prices. Made me a new key for my 26 yr old truck, had to take the door apart to do it! With an hour labor and a new key only charged me $30, what a deal!!!! Wonderful people with integrity to match. I called Mr. Rekey this morning to change out a new home (to me) locks, never sure who has keys and want to be safe.  They sent Gus the technician out and he fixed everything.  The cost was surprisingly low for 7 locks.  Gus even helped out with another door to get it to work (not part of service we paid for but he did it anyway).  Gus was quick, efficient had all of the parts and was very nice to work with.  I will use Mr. Rekey again thanks to Gus.  I would also recommend Mr. Rekey to anyone, great price, great service and speedy.

$154 for a basic lockout. They were nice and all. Took a while for them to get out though. Only took like 5 minutes to actually open the door.

Dropped them from two stars to one because they charged 6% to use a credit card. Who has $150 with them in cash?

Just bought a new home. Ernie was able to come out right away and change all the locks! He was on time, polite and reasonably priced! He will be our new locksmith. Cannot say enough positive things about him.

I contacted B's lock and key about having a key for my car programmed. Brian responded to my messages quickly and was very polite. He was very quick to comeout and do the programming. He worked quickly and was very reasonable with his prices. I strongly recommend him!

I took a key in to be copied. Little Jim did the work for $3. However, he pointed out that the cuts on the key weren't very deep. He said a burglar using a special key could easily manipulate the tumblers and defeat the lock.

At his suggestion, I removed the lock from the door and brought it to him. He hoped to re-key it, but the cylinder was old and shot. So he dug out a used cylinder from his collection and re-keyed that. Cost: $10, including two new keys. He did the work while I waited.

Little Jim is very pleasant, and he knows his business. You won't do any better!

My teen daughter locked her keys in the car at school and that is when we learned that the spare key was only a valet key and didn't unlock the car! Sage locksmith responded immediately to my request for quote. They were up front with the cost and got a technician out immediately. The tech got stuck in traffic delaying him 10 minutes (no problem) but I was impressed that he stayed in communication and let us know he was delayed and kept us updated on his ETA. Upon arrival he had the door open in less time than it took to fill out the paperwork. They took my card with a card reader right on site but also had multiple options including things like Zelle. I am very appreciative to have such a reliable - honest- and responsive company to use locally when we have these mini-Emergencies. Highly recommended and would use again!

Horrible service .the tech was 5 hours late .took my car apart .finally came back after multiple attempts to reach them and still could not fix the problem .Took my deposit money and never returned with the new or old part he took out of my car, Looks like I will have to take them to court .

Cut and programmed my key and fob in 15 minutes.  No hassle,  great customer service at a fraction of the time and cost of the dealer quote.

We had to pay for and emergency service call since my mom locked her keys in the door, so we asked them to change out some locks while he was here. I just assumed it would work fine - and we don't use our front for much.. but the front door lock barely works.. the bolt doesn't fully extend or retract  (and he left the mechanism loose). He worked very slow then said he didn't have time to finish. The man was also non-communicative and never smiled once. They helped my mom out so that's why I rated 3 stars, otherwise way less.

As a uhaul center this place gets 0.0 stars.  Reservation confirmed for Sunday 9 am pick up. Arrived on time and the location was closed.  No instructions or lock box code emailed. No way to check damage on vehicle or miliage or gas level even if we did have a code because there was a huge car show going on in the parking lot blocking in all rentals. Called owner who said nothing he can do, he knows the car show is going on and to call uhaul.com.    Why would you tell someone to pick up a rental knowing the rental would be blocked in or that there was a car show going on?? ‍ Called another location and got patched to the regional office where they had the reservation switched and a credit. Regardless of the terrible service and 3 hour delay, we finally got the rental. Heed my advice - DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS LOCATION EVER.  There are 20 others in the area you can choose from.  This place is where customer service goes to die.

Wonderful guy! Very nice, respectful and very good at what he does. He even showed me exactly how my particular ignition switch worked with the new keys he had made. Also, if you get a chance ask to see Red, the resident shop cat.

The only complaint I have was that I was under the impression my three keys had already been made but they needed to be made when I got there, even after calling that I was on my way.

Likely an internal communication issue.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.
