Fantastic. They rekeyed our new house and duplicated keys in less time than a McDonald's drive-through. It was amazing. Great job.
This guy is absolutely the best. Nicest guy to work with and extremely fair with his pricing. Had him come out and re-key 2 years ago but didn't do all the locks. Unfortunately one of the locks we didn't do jammed and we were locked out of the house. He was super responsive and came within an hour. Got in to the house and he fixed all locks that needed fixing. Like I said, very fair with his pricing so if you need anything in regards to keys or locksmith services this is your guy!!

Called these guys to get my key fobs programmed. Was given an estimate and an estimate of time of arrival of 45min. Ron arrived early and was very friendly. He programmed my keys within minutes! Great service and very prompt response. Highly recommend!

Ran was very prompt and friendly. He made what was a bad situation a little bit better. Great service and would highly recommend.

AMAZING, great quality, clean work, profesional, and courteous. I needed a new key for my 2015 Toyota Camry when I lost my master key and trust me when I say this I called nearly 17 other locksmiths on YELP, and no one came close to the price I received from Desert Locksmith! He was able to cut and program and provide a new key for me.
Ran is a pro, and a genuinely nice guy. He fixed my lock on the spot, routed-out the tight gate closure, and answered all my annoying questions (if someone makes it through my gauntlet of questions, they're "in" and I hire them again and again). Thanks, Ran!
I locked myself out of my workspace at 3pm on a Saturday. I immediately called Desert Locksmith - Ran was pleasant and friendly, said he should arrive in about 25 minutes. He arrived promptly and called me as he entered the parking lot. He inspected the lock and in less than 15 minutes he had the door unlocked! Ran saved my life. Courteous and professional, timely, friendly and for a fair price! Hopefully I won't have any future instances for his services, but if I do, I will call him immediately! I called Desert locksmith on a whim when I needed my personal residence locks rekeyed and some replaced- Ran asked for photos of the locks I needed so that he could come prepared and also so he could give me an accurate quote-loved that. Ran also went over every lock before and after the job to make sure everything was done properly. He also made some recommendations that saved me some money, which I appreciated- I don't use a locksmith too often, but if I need one, Ran is my guy and will continue to refer him out-

I called Desert Locksmith a month ago because the painters couldn't get into the duplex I just purchased, and I am an out-of-state investor.
Ran responded very quickly and resolved the issue with minimal instructions that I gave through the phone. I appreciate that he did not sales talk me to replace locks in both units, even though he can most likely tell that I'm not really sure which locks are broken.
The painters confirmed that the locks worked flawlessly after Ram fixed them. Also, I visited the duplex last week and saw that Ran organized the keys in the lockbox and labeled them. So, now there is no confusion of which keys belongs to which unit.

I really liked Ron/Ran. I seldom write reviews unless I like someone. We moved into a new place and had exterior entries to re-engineer. He gave very good suggestions and we went with them. Turned out great. He was here several hours and I didn't feel like he overcharged. Very reasonable. I will always call him in the future.

I would give 10 Stars if I could. I lost the key to my car. My junky old car was having computer issues preventing the locksmith from being able to program a new key. He kept trying everything he could think of and every suggestion he could find for a very long time. I had given up hope then he told me he had done it!!!! I have no doubt that at the dealership this ordeal would have cost me at least double what I paid. I was so happy he got it to work and didn't charge me a ton I almost started crying. I definitely recommend Desert Locksmith.

Ran at desert locksmith did a great job. He showed up within an hour of me calling and locks are perfect.
Ron was awesome! He arrived on time and finished the job in less than an hour. When I was first looking for a locksmith, I requested quotes on a whim from the app. Desert Locksmith responded right away and was able to schedule an appointment within 10 minutes at 11:00pm and through the Yelp's app.

Ran always returns my calls quickly. He is very professional, honest and his prices are affordable. I have trusted him with entry into my home, office and cars when needing his services.
My dogs were playing and be t the key that was in the door. I went to bend it back and the key snapped. I called Desert Locksmith and they came out 15 min later and fixed the lock. They were fast, professional and reasonably priced.
Fast and efficient service, offering really helpful advice to ensure that we had the best solution for our lock situation. Super professional and quick.
Great experience! My husband needed a locksmith FAST after his only key literally broke off in the lock, and guests were supposed to be coming over within the hour. He called Desert Locksmith and was quoted a 20 minute timeframe to arrive. The owner, Ran, arrived in only 10 minutes! He was very friendly, efficient, professional, and easy to work with. He had the lock replaced in a matter of minutes, and acted like it was no trouble at all. He saved the day and we are very grateful! I believe this company offers 24-hour service calls, so I highly recommend them the next time you need help and need it fast!
I contacted Ron to get a quote and he was fair and upfront with pricing and cost. He was also able to get to our office quickly to fix issues that a former employee had caused. Great service we will use again.

The owner of Desert Locksmith, Ran, is professional and good at what he does. I needed a new key cut for my Subaru from a key code I already had. I called him and met him 45 minutes later in Central Phoenix. He quickly was able to locate the key code on his Smartphone, then cut and polished it. He checked that it opened the door and that it started the engine. It works perfectly! Ran's service was impeccable, and his friendly demeanor made the entire interaction an enjoyable experience. I would recommend him without hesitation.

This week I lost the only key fob for my car and was completely locked out of it. My entire family turned the whole house upside down looking for it, to no avail. Called the Lexus dealership to see what a replacement fob would cost and they quoted me a small fortune, plus towing fees. Rather than skip a mortgage payment, I called Ran and his price was a fraction of Lexus's highway robbery. He showed up promptly the next morning and had a new programmed key fob ready in about 40 minutes. Here's the frustrating epilogue: my lost key fob was found tonight in a very unlikely place, just eight hours after Ran handed me the new fob. I'll definitely be calling him to reprogram it so I can keep it as a spare.

Ran was great! I message him this morning and he came a couple of hours later! He came directly to my home. He also worked really fast! Also, he gave an extra key! I would highly recommend him.
Just can't give a better review. Came out on a Sunday, without extra charge. Fixed a complicated problem and made really useful suggestions for how to prevent problem again. Very very kind and professional! And his prices were beyond fair. This is our new locksmith for everything!

Long story short- I found myself at Sky Harbor without keys to drive home. Ran met me at the airport and had my truck re-keyed within 90 minutes and at a price that was really affordable. I would highly recommend Desert Locksmith, and especially Ran to everyone.
Very friendly, very reasonable, and was able to fit me in pretty quickly to rekey the new house I bought.

Ran is great and very professional. We had a new Duplex we needed many doors rekeyed and changing out some locking door knobs to non locking versions and some new deadbolts. Everything he did was perfect I will be having him again as we buy more properties or have issues in the future that need to be addressed.
Even though Ran could not help me with my overly-complicated aftermarket alarm/anti-theft issue, I am giving him five stars for his efforts to resolve my problem. He worked for a good half-hour on trying to get my alarm system functional so I could drive it, and when he couldn't, he did not charge me a dime. When does that ever happen? WOW, a man with a great business ethics. I highly recommend Ran because of his honesty. If I ever need this service again, he will be my first call.

Same-day standing service. Thank you for allowing us to have keys to our house after owning it for over 3 years. Very professional and kept us in the loop on how soon he would arrive. You can't beat his prices after calling around to three different companies we knew this was the right choice for us and we will definitely use again if needed!
