We moved out to Rio Verde Foothills and needed a pest control company. Found Bret who lives in the area and have been using him and Sonoran since.  Great service from a great guy.

Absolutely love this company. They were quick and professional when they came to the house. The gentleman told me exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer all my questions. The price was great and I was able to pay online easily when I wanted to. I'm glad I have them servicing my house for the foreseeable future.

Action Termite did a very thorough job in identifying the areas infested.  The diagram that showed where and what action being taken was extremely well done and informative.  The technician that performed the treatment was very professional and explained what he would be doing and how long it would take.  Very satisfied with this company and employees.

We have used Defense Pest Control for several years and have always had excellent service.

This is the worst Pest Control company ever.  They definitely impress you on the first visit with their new brushes to knock down spider webs and big talks (all lies) about all the extras that they do over other Pest Control Companies.  After that first visit, the toilet is flushed and you, the human excrement, is flushed away for one expensive monthly bill.  They even had the nerve to bill me on a service call when they never showed up and double charged me another month because they came out to spray after I saw numerous crickets in my yard 2 weeks after they sprayed.   By the way, this was suppose to be a free visit per our contract!  

When I called to talk to someone at the company about these issues it was like,  HELLO......IS ANYBODY THERE.   When they finally called, it was all lip service on what they were going to do to correct the billing issues.  These issues were never corrected until I told the manager that I cancelling my contract with their dishonest company.

After leaving my concerns on their voicemail, I got bombarded with calls and emails.  Funny how that works, they were willing to correct the problem because they didn't want to charge me cancellation fees.  That's what I was told.  Not that they were sorry for their clerical mistakes, NO, they felt bad that they would have to charge me for a cancelled contract which proves that they were only interested in doing poor quality work at an over inflated price.  Bottom line, they were only interested in the Benjamins ($$$$$$$ lost from a lost customer).

I later received a $186 bill for the two months remaining on my contract.  I was not about to pay any more money to a scamming, unprofessional, and unethical company.

Like to donate your money, give it to charity not TRUEFORCE PEST CONTROL!

I had an infestation of flies. I stopped counting after I killed about 20. Scott gave me so much advice over the phone and he had even more suggestions when he came to my house. He was professional, honest and very informative. I will definitely be calling him if I ever have other bug problems.

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

Came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Had birds pecking the chimney at 6 am every day.  They installed deterrent spikes and no more noise!

These guys are great! Luckily in my neighborhood too! They have helped our impossible weeds with different sprays. Wendy reminds me of service times and is so nice. During a recent storm my tree took a bad hit. John came out to save it. He also trimmed for me to help me out! Honest, friendly, great work and reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Burns Weed Control is a joke. The product they use is useless. I paid $260.00 for weed control for the year. They have been out 4 times coming again and my yard is still full of weeds. Needless to say I will not be renewing my contract. Also over the phone they say their product kills grass when the technician comes they won't even spray the grass.  Burns quit talking out of both sides of your mouth. Totally worthless company

Charlie gave excellent customer service today for rodent exclusion work.  He was prompt, precise, professional and friendly.  He astutely figured out exactly where we needed work done with eagle's eye and completed the work thoroughly and explained everything he did.  Thank you, Charlie!

Aaron M Johnson did a wonderful job making sure I had everything taken care of.  He was on time and very thorough.  I greatly appreciate bulwark and the quality of work they do.  It is very nice to get emails and txt's to know when they are going to be out and a timeframe in case you want to be home to have them treat inside or to notify them about any issues you have been seeing.  Thank you again and I recommend you to everyone who is looking for a Exterminator.

We've had an agreement for annual termite inspection/service with Budget Brothers for three years with no issues. During the pandemic, however, we've not been having workers inside our home. Now that vaccinations are available and numbers are falling, we decided to go ahead with annual maintenance. When I phoned to renew and schedule I was surprised that Budget Bros was charging a late fee. It's not a lot of money -- it's just the principle of it. It doesn't set well. We're barely two months late, and CoV cases were so high here until recently. So I'm on the phone now collecting information from competitors. I'd rather pay a bit more up front than pay an upcharge to a company trying to profit off the pandemic.
