Where do I start?  With Bret, Jeremy, John, the awesome phone/customer service!  
They are what this company is about.  Giving the best customer service possible while at the same time making sure we are free of those desert critters we all seem to run from!  We have seen only 2 scorpions in 7 years.....and they were outside. We have had very few bugs, spiders, etc. inside our home.  All the spraying is done outside!

Bret, his family and crew have been servicing our home since 2007.  I would not have anyone else.  Bret is always quick to respond to my SOS calls.  Bret or one of the crew members always gets the job done.  Jeremy is amazing.  Always at my home on schedule, professional and eager to help.  

I have had bee problems.  One call and Bret has someone to my home within an hour or two.  John was amazing when he came recently.  

I cannot say enough about this company.  There is no finer people....and no desert critters,  bugs or bees. At my house.  Who could ask for more!

IF YOU HAVE A FLAT ROOF DON'T EVEN BOTHER. At the beginning our experience with them was great. After $1200 and one year of them setting traps, cutting panels in illogical places and sealing the rats in my roof our rat problem has not been worse. They obviously no longer wanted to work with us when they deactivated our account without having the decency to tell us they us that they can't help. They say their work has a warranty on exclusions but quickly terminated the relationship so they don't have to follow up. They frequently sent the technician to my home without the necessary tools, even when asked to bring them. If you're issue is simple, they are probably great but other wise you may want to find another company.

Pilipo does a fantastic job on our pest control. Listens to what issues we are seeing and addresses them, very polite and puts up with our dog too!

I'm quite surprised by the consistently positive reviews, as I have not had a good experience with Watts. We have bird activity around our garage (assuming a nest, but of course I still don't know), to the point that babies are ending up dead on the driveway. I called six days ago asking for an inspector to come out and provide a quote for removing the nest. Apparently, a Watts inspector came by on his scheduled day, but he never called to let me know he was here so we were not able to discuss the issue and options. I simply received an email that night with a quote of $950 for every bird preventive measure in the book - but no confirmation of whether we do have a nest and whether it can be removed or for how much. That was our immediate need, which I thought I made clear when I called initially. I sent an email to Watts in response to the quote, expressing my disappointment and asking for a quote to remove the nest. No response. Called the next day around lunchtime, and Abby said my email was received and I'd hear something by the afternoon. That was 24 hours ago and I've still heard nothing. Clearly, Watts is not treating my situation as urgent. And if it's really not urgent, then at least help me understand why dead birds are ending up on my driveway and adult birds are hanging around my roof shingles, and then maybe we can talk about preventive measures. And if bird removal is not something they can help me with, then why not just tell me that?

After my initial call, I also received several auto marketing emails promoting their services and specials in the meantime, which was quite annoying when all I really need right now is someone to help clean a bird's nest out of my roof -- or, at the very least, tell me what they think might be going on with these birds. Throwing high prices in my face for non-urgent products before the reason for my call is addressed is not the way to win me over as a customer. Unsubscribe. I'll be taking my money elsewhere - that is, to Terminix, who says they can inspect, talk with me about pricing, and remove a nest if necessary all in the same day.

Super friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. Happy with the service provided and pricing is very reasonable! Will definitely refer this company to friends and family.

Garrett was great . The 5 star will come when they return to spray inside garage for some scorpions living' the high life .

I can pay as I go, no automatic withdrawals , I just write them a check when they come out every other month. They'll even come out in between sprays for a touch up if you need it at no extra charge.

This guy, Scott, definitely knows what he is talking about. Asked me tons of questions on the phone and diagnosed the problem without having to come over and provide an expensive treatment. He also provided a simple solution and green, healthy alternatives. Such professional, honest service providers are not easy to find. Call him, you will not be disappointed.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

We saw a few termite tunnels, then a couple more, so we got  busy. I checked reviews on several companies and saw a common theme: expensive and not great reviews on most of them. I had one company come out and pretty much call me stupid because I questioned their price.
I called Arizona Termite and spoke to Glenn and was impressed just speaking to him. He came out the next day in a clean truck, dressed professionally, and a great personality. We walked the house and found several old tunnels and some new ones. He showed me, he explained everything clearly, and gave me options on what to do, as well as some very good prices.
He and his crew came two days later and did a very thorough job, including cleanup from the drilling, etc.
He walked me around again and showed me where and what they had done, what to watch for, and explained the guarantee.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Not the best. We used Burns for many years at two different houses and had a few different techs, but only 1 was actually good. Had a recent issue where the tech reported he did the service, but after checking out Ring cameras we found out our bi-monthly service wasn't actually completed. After reaching out to the tech letting them know we checked the video, he then admitted he didn't do the service because there was other workers in the backyard. Only then, the tech asked to reschedule. I called Burns to discuss the situation and was told a manager will call me right back. After not getting a call that same day or following morning, I started looking for a new pest company and found a great one and ended up canceling Burns. Only after I canceled did the manager call me back! #RespectYourCustomers

We've had Truly Nolen provide our pest control for the past several years.  Our previous service provider failed to ever get our bug situation under control.  It took a bit of time, but Truly Nolen finally succeeded in putting down a good outside barrier that prevents the critters from invading our home.  Today, Jody performed our service, and did a really thorough job of knocking down the cobwebs, spraying the required chemicals, and laying down granules, all while being careful not to damage any of the new plants that we've added to the garden.  It's this kind of careful effort that keeps us Truly Nolen customers.

Save your money. Idea is to create a barrier with their work to ensure pests don't get into the house. Despite their visits and my husband's nightly scorpion hunting, still 2 scorpions in in our Chandler house in the last 2 weeks. I don't know what they did with the 5 minutes they were here for each visit but it was not effective.

Spoke with a very disrespectful Tyler on the phone today when I tried to cancel. Placed on a long hold and he disconnected.

Go with another option.

The professionalism of the field technicians were excellent. The service and customer service was handled with care. They asked all the right questions, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pest & termite contractors. I would've given a 5 star but the receptionist was alittle rude, after asking for the manager they handled this great.
