Where do I start?  With Bret, Jeremy, John, the awesome phone/customer service!  
They are what this company is about.  Giving the best customer service possible while at the same time making sure we are free of those desert critters we all seem to run from!  We have seen only 2 scorpions in 7 years.....and they were outside. We have had very few bugs, spiders, etc. inside our home.  All the spraying is done outside!

Bret, his family and crew have been servicing our home since 2007.  I would not have anyone else.  Bret is always quick to respond to my SOS calls.  Bret or one of the crew members always gets the job done.  Jeremy is amazing.  Always at my home on schedule, professional and eager to help.  

I have had bee problems.  One call and Bret has someone to my home within an hour or two.  John was amazing when he came recently.  

I cannot say enough about this company.  There is no finer people....and no desert critters,  bugs or bees. At my house.  Who could ask for more!

I can not say enough!!! They are AWESOME!! From the first moment I called them!! And then they sent me Dave!!! Dave is the MAN!!! He loves what he does and he is funny and nice!!!!!!!!! Great company. The person confirming the reservation was very nice and accommodating. The technician, Ausrin, was great. He showed up in time, was very professional and thorough with the pest control service. He explained everything and assured me they would come back if I saw any live arachnids.

Update: someone from customer service saw my previous review and reached out to me. He was very helpful in sorting out what happened and came to my property personally to ensure that I received services. He's been very communicative and makes me think much better of the company. I am impressed that they took my negative review so seriously, and although it does not change my initial bad experience, I see it as progress towards them providing others with a better experience. Hopefully they continue to improve because if I had been getting this level of service from the beginning, I'd have given them 5 stars.

Scott was at my house today and I found him to be extremely knowledgable, not only for a solution but also for prevention.  He inspected the inside and outside of my home and educated me on how to fix things that would prevent pests from wanting to live around my house and from gaining entry into my house. I have a list of 15 things to do and he suggested fixing them before using his services to prevent the problem from continuing.  These suggestions will save me money in other ways too, like lowering my water and electric bills.  Scott really cares about people.  He wants to help prevent pests and not just treat the problem.  I've never had someone take the time to educate me on prevention.  Most won't want to because then we won't need there services as often!  The icing on the cake is that Scott uses 100% organic products so there's no risk of toxic chemicals harming your family - including pets!  I highly recommend Scott!

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

I called and left a message.  Got a call back and Glenn was out here in a hour or so.  Examined the entire perimeter down hands and knees, explaining everything as he went.  Said the problem was mostly that corner of the garage I noticed and best option would be to spot treat that.   Said we could do the entire perimeter but not necessary.  No hard sell for the bigger job.  I liked that.  Got his equipment, went do work doing a thorough job as I observed him.  Attitude is neat, professional, engaging, friendly..sense of humor... Was a pleasure.  I might go get some more termites just to have him come back and fix those as well!

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Just because I have to put a star I will put one. I will never use them again. I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years. Paid for the years in full. But recently they have not been showing up when scheduled. I have had to call them. What is more frustrating is they reschedule for the following week. So I have to get my house ready for them again all over and just to waste another 3 hours of my day in hopes they will show up.

Thank you Truly Nolan.... specifically my technician Tammy bc she rocks!!!  She is always out asap for me and takes care of the problem successfully. She has excellent customer service skills and we adore her (including my pet and kids)!  Thanks Tammy!!!

Heath is such a pro!  He makes sure to swipe any cobwebs,and is always so friendly!  He's been our bug guy for quite awhile, which is rare in this business (at least in my experience.).

When our dog died of old age, he noticed the dog house taken apart and made sure to make a special effort to tell us how sorry he was about our pup. So thoughtful!

We've had an agreement for annual termite inspection/service with Budget Brothers for three years with no issues. During the pandemic, however, we've not been having workers inside our home. Now that vaccinations are available and numbers are falling, we decided to go ahead with annual maintenance. When I phoned to renew and schedule I was surprised that Budget Bros was charging a late fee. It's not a lot of money -- it's just the principle of it. It doesn't set well. We're barely two months late, and CoV cases were so high here until recently. So I'm on the phone now collecting information from competitors. I'd rather pay a bit more up front than pay an upcharge to a company trying to profit off the pandemic.
