Your pest company usually goes pretty unnoticed aside from a slip in the door or an occasional email. Today I was reminded of why I choose and have maintained served with Sonoran pest for years, and   will for years to come.

I requested to have an extra service done, and while they could easily have added $350 to my invoice, Jeremy gave me guidance that saved me money and taught me more about the little critters in our area. I am so grateful that in a time when ALL SMALL BUSINESS will struggle, integrity meant more to them.

They are a GREAT CHOICE.

I've signed up and used this service for the past year and few months owner or manager very nice and customer friendly but there is a scheduler you g female that schedules appointments I called on 8/17/21 to ask if I can get an extra treatment scheduled for next month now as we were having infestation issue of cockroaches and scorpions she flat out refused to schedule and asked me to call back next month?!?! I insisted that the owners had assured us that if we needed a retreatment or extra treatment to just call and schedule it. I asked to speak to her manager she said there's no one there and that she's the scheduler and it goes thru her. I was so upset that she is a) treating an existing customer with such disrespect b) was not willing to resolve the issue or bring in a superior to talk to me about told her I would take my business elsewhere she said fine I hope the owners of this business realize that this person young female working on 8/17/21 as a scheduler is loosing customers for you with her attitude. Very disappointing

An update to this issue owners and manager reached out and apologized as I was told that is not their policy the scheduler was wrong I felt that the only way I could reach the owners was Thru a review as I was being blocked by her to talk to supervisors or manager. I thank you for your response and I am glad issue is being resolved as I don't want any other customer to go thru what I did. I will be resuming my service with this great company

I really would give no stars if I could. There was a termite treatment done at the very end of October on my home and here we are a month later and there are termite tubes (active) coming from my ceiling in my room. I then call because this is ridiculous that it would be less than 30 days and there are multiple tubes in my home! I spoke with other companies as well and they agree this SHOULD NOT happen. Then when trying to get someone back out here they are telling me it's going to be two weeks! I shouldn't have to wait when this shouldn't be happening in the first place. It's horrible when the job isn't done the first time. Clearly this was a poor job done.

2018-05-12: Watts came and did the gopher elimination and they haven't come back in three weeks.  They took care of the problem in a single visit.  So far, good- so I am updating the review from 4-to-5 stars.

FYI: When I called to make the appointment, nobody answered the phone.  They did eventually call back though.

I am revising my original review (preserved below) because I got a call from Mark (who sounds like he's an owner or partner), and was very friendly and helpful.  He saw my poor review and moved me to the beginning of the callback queue.  He called just a few minutes after I left the original review and was very, very apologetic.

The problem is gophers, and Mark explained thoroughly why the problem recurs and what can be done to remediate it for the long-term.

(original message):  I am not (yet) a customer.  I just wish they'd answer the phone or call me back.  I called twice today, and left a message the second time.  It's been well over an hour since my second call (and the message).

Super friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. Happy with the service provided and pricing is very reasonable! Will definitely refer this company to friends and family.

Landon the termite guy does an outstanding job. Came at the appointment time. Reviewed what had to be done and knew exactly what to do. Was neat and left everything as he found it if not in better condition. Would recommend him for any problem you may have.

Very happy with this company.  Great response.  Robert came and evaluated my problem and offered an informed opinion and options.  No hard sell, which was appreciated.  Pricing is reasonable.  I will definitely use them when the time comes.

Love this company ! They are prompt with our service each month and make it easy by texting us updates and any requests the week prior to service. There have been different technicians each time but this last time we had Raymond and he was great! Very informative, helpful, and went above and beyond.

Scott, the owner, is very knowledgable and takes the time to address the sources of the problem, ensure you understand what he's looking for, and then takes a low impact approach to addressing any infestations.

Other companies never took the time to explain what agents they were using, how they worked, and they're toxicity.  We have animals and children and seek a no poison approach.

Scott delivered, and we're very pleased so far.

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

If you are looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reasonably-priced professionals in the termite, weed and pest control business, look no further. I just bought a house in Laveen and discovered that I had gophers in my front-side yard and backyard. Thought I could trap them myself but after doing a bit of research, I realized expending energy in that direction would have been futile. A good friend in the landscaping business recommended John to me and I am so glad that he did. I had a tough work schedule that limited days and times that John and I could meet. John was able to move things around so that we could meet at a time that worked best for me. He arrived right on time. I learned more about gophers that day than I ever knew existed. I thought the appointment was a consultation and we would schedule the actual work for another day, but John said he does the work the same day. YAY! We also talked about the weeds in my yard, and for an additional (and quite reasonable fee) he sprayed my weeds also. John quoted a very reasonable price for gopher extermination and explained the process and I watched the Master begin his craft. Pretty amazing stuff, if you ask me. John told me to give it a couple of weeks and that I won't see anymore signs of gophers in my yards. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't seen any gopher activity. YAY again!! Oh, and I don't have any weeds on my rocks either! Triple Yay!!! AZ TPW should be EVERY HOMEOWNER OR BUSINESS OWNER'S go-to for termites, pests and weed control here in the Valley. I certainly tell everyone I know about them. Kudos to John and his team! THEY ARE THE BEST!

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Darren Gleason set everything up. So far they treated my whole house and have not seen any termites.  I do have a year warranty.
Also I have to say Darren knows where they
are eating.
Also I use Burns for scorpions I rarely see them anymore. Took a year for that

And when I caa they get right back to me.

The team of Truly Nolen has been absolutely fantastic. At my pervious residence in Fountain Hills, AZ, they assisted me with various pest issues. Everything from the assessment to the treatment and continued support in handling ants, termites, scorpions, rodents and kissing bugs was outstanding. My assigned pest technician was literally on call. I mean this is far and above the service agreements, but truly an example the team being dedicated to assisting with issues of the pest type. From my assigned oversight manager, on-site evaluator and pest technician my experience was exceptionally great. The Truly Nolen team did not make me feel alone with my pest issues and was always readily available and acted promptly upon my request for assistance. My problems were resolved and dealt with beyond my expectations. Thank you to the team Truly Nolen Tempe!

Jacob from Bulwark has been great! Quick, courteous, and even took care of things I didn't even notice! I asked for a bug spray down and he got rid of the spiderwebs outside. I'll update the rating in another few weeks with how the treatment is going long term, but the initial review looks great. Their monthly rate is in par with other exterminators, but the value of free fly bys for touch ups is such a good deal!

I am updating my review (but not the star rating as no customer should have to deal with this) to share that the owner contacted me, and ended up sending me a full refund.  Just want to be fair/transparent and disclose I received a full refund, which I appreciate.
