This company is the best!  The technicians are well informed, polite, and very thorough.  The management is extremely professional and is always willing to answer questions.  (I even sent a photo of a (dead) bug that I found in my house and Jeremy got back to me within minutes to tell me what it was!)  I have had other pest control companies who would treat the house in 5 minutes and spend more time in the truck filling out their paperwork than treating the house for pests!  Plus, these other companies were ineffective in ridding my house of scorpions.  Sonoran gets the job done!!  And even better...they are competitively priced!  This is the ONLY company to use!!

I have had Green Home Pest Control for 4 visits now and I really like them.
The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and prompt! The office staff are the same and always ready to accommodate any changes or takes care of any issues.
I had a few more bugs after the first 2 times (they told me this would happen) and they were willing to come out in between my regular scheduled time to spray again at no cost.
I wasn't crazy about signing a one year contract but since I really like them it's turning out to be just fine.

We signed up for service with action termite one year ago. One year later, right on time the termites were back in our home, in our stone walls. The technician came out on time, was very friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. He had to drill into our Saltillo tile floors to inject the toxins, but he neatly filled the holes, you can't even see where they were. I would like to add that I'm extremely anti poison, I feel like we're here in the desert and shouldn't kill the local wildlife and mess up the food chain. That being said, termites on the walls in the kitchen is pretty gross and unsanitary. ?

Watts is the best pest prevention company in town, hands down.  Their customer service is incredible and their reliability and integrity are unmatched.  You will love your experience with them whether it's with the office staff or any one of their awesome and friendly techs.  Add on top of that their ability to eradicate pests and you'll have nothing but praises for them.  Just set up your service already.  You won't regret it. I've been a very happy customer since 2013.

Robert Acosta was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a very serious ant issue throughout my yard, Robert took the time to understand the problem and treated it. It was wonderful mowing my lawn and playing in my backyard this weekend without being attacked by ants. My dogs are happy too! I will be sure to let my network know about Defense pest control and Robert! Thank you!

This is the worst Pest Control company ever.  They definitely impress you on the first visit with their new brushes to knock down spider webs and big talks (all lies) about all the extras that they do over other Pest Control Companies.  After that first visit, the toilet is flushed and you, the human excrement, is flushed away for one expensive monthly bill.  They even had the nerve to bill me on a service call when they never showed up and double charged me another month because they came out to spray after I saw numerous crickets in my yard 2 weeks after they sprayed.   By the way, this was suppose to be a free visit per our contract!  

When I called to talk to someone at the company about these issues it was like,  HELLO......IS ANYBODY THERE.   When they finally called, it was all lip service on what they were going to do to correct the billing issues.  These issues were never corrected until I told the manager that I cancelling my contract with their dishonest company.

After leaving my concerns on their voicemail, I got bombarded with calls and emails.  Funny how that works, they were willing to correct the problem because they didn't want to charge me cancellation fees.  That's what I was told.  Not that they were sorry for their clerical mistakes, NO, they felt bad that they would have to charge me for a cancelled contract which proves that they were only interested in doing poor quality work at an over inflated price.  Bottom line, they were only interested in the Benjamins ($$$$$$$ lost from a lost customer).

I later received a $186 bill for the two months remaining on my contract.  I was not about to pay any more money to a scamming, unprofessional, and unethical company.

Like to donate your money, give it to charity not TRUEFORCE PEST CONTROL!

Had a wonderful experience with this company! If it wasn't for the extremely thorough home inspection I wouldn't have found out that I had a leak on the side of my house. They went through my entire front and back yard to assess ways I can prevent pests at no profit or extra revenue for them. This company is honest, professional, and they want to educate the consumer about what preventative measures the consumer can take. 5 stars!

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

I owned my 3000 s.f. block wall home at 87th St and Camelback for 11 years and battled termites for all that time.  Original house 2300 s.f was added onto twice by original owner.  Termite activity was ONLY in the add-on buildings, NEVER the original house, because of the long-lasting but now banned chemicals they used in that day 1966 to treat the soil under foundation.  

I have a 11-year fat folder full of bids by so many termite companies, ranging from $495 with Budget Brothers (for 3-year warranty) to $2700 by Truly Nolen.  All companies wanted to treat the entire house, because they said otherwise they cannot warranty their work.  

My most unhappy experience was with Budget Brothers.  They charged me $495 for whole house treatment with 3-year warranty.  Every time new activity arose during the 3 years, lady who answered the phone would tell me Knock down the tubes and wait a few days to see if activity comes back.   She also told me that the NEW termites keep flying to my house (meaning they do not live there, just passing by) and then emit pheromones to attract more termites to my house.   This to me, was said to dispute my conclusion that their chemical did not work.  Sounded like putting me off, so finally I said There is obvious continuing activity I want you to come out and treat!. I finally told her that it doesn't matter where the termites come from, termites are termites that their chemical should be killing.  Well, then, she had to admit what I was saying was true, so she sent out a crew to treat about 4 times during my warranty period of 3 years.  

More than 3 months after 4th reinfestation treatment on Mar 12, 2014 during warranty period by Budget Brothers in my garage, extensive new infestation appeared in treated area.   Since activity appeared after the three months in corner of garage that Budget Brothers already treated with Dupont Altriset .050%, I accused the owner Jeff of using plain water.  The concentration of mud tunnels hanging from ceiling was so horrifying that other companies said they've never seen anything so bad, and took photos.  LONG mud tubes hung from ceiling in long rows (from wood behind them) like an upside down fence.  Budget Brothers refused to come out again because they said my warranty expired, EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS THE SAME AREA they had treated only months before, and treatments are supposed to last 8 years, if application was done right.  More mud tunnels appeared over the next 12 months in treated area.

By this time I wised up about searching on Yelp for any business category and arranging results by Highest Rated first !   Arizona Termite, Pest, and Weed was one of the top 4 with 5 stars, that I had come out to give me bids.  The other companies, like the past 11 years, gave me bids for WHOLE HOUSE ONLY treatment.

I chose Glenn Pifer/Arizona Termite, Pest, and Weed because he volunteered You never seen any activity on the outside of the block walls all around your house, have you?  (No)  You never seen any activity on the inside of your house, have you? (No)   So WHY WASTE YOUR MONEY TREATING THOSE AREAS THAT HAVE NEVER HAD ACTIVITY???!!!, he told me.   Well this is so logical, why didn't the other companies ask me that?  That is because they want to make money on whole house treatment.  Their reasoning is if they spot treat, the termites will move to areas that were not treated, and then I will be unhappy, so no warranty for spot treatment.   But fact is I NEVER seen any activity in original house, only the add-on rooms.

No one in 11 years VOLUNTEERED Why treat areas you've never seen activity in?   Glenn was upset that other companies made scars in my red brick paving by drilling and patching with blobs that do not match, when it was all unnecessary.  Glenn quoted me only $200 to treat the garage with the fence-like or hanging spaghetti on rod horrid  infestation .   I was so unhappy with Budget Bros who told me this infestation came from termites who were just flying by my house, not because their chemical didn't work.  

When I called Glenn and said OK do it, I called 4 pm, and he said he could come in the morning the VERY NEXT DAY (Aug 25, 2015), and this was when his father just got put in ICU and not expected to live (he is still hanging in there at date of this review)!   I was so taken aback at such fast service.  He came ON TIME with another helper, spent an hour using Termador HE .06% with 5 year warranty for treated areas, when no other company in 11 years would warranty a spot treatment.  I waited 6 months to write this review to make sure termites did not come back.  FINALLY NO TERMITES and only cost $200 including 5 year warranty!

I threw away all the other company's bids and treatment histories over last 11 years in my folder, except Budget Bros cos I am so angry at them.  Only AZ Termite, Pest, is in my termite folder now.  MY Termite company for the rest of my life in AZ !  Thank you Glenn!

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

We love having burns out. Lately, we had a few techs come out that we weren't familiar with. So, we spoke with Ben in the residential department who made sure that our favorite tech would always be the person who comes out. As someone who regularly works from home alone when these techs come, having someone I know and am comfortable with is SO important. HUGE kudos to Ben for getting this all organized for us so we always have our favorite guy come! If you ever have any problems just call Ben! He's your guy!!

I have to give a shout out to Truly Nolan and especially Tammy, the technician that came out to diagnose my problem. I can't say enough about Tammy!  She is personable, pleasant, and humorous along with being very knowledgeable in her craft!!  She knows everything and anything about rodent and pest control!!!  I just moved to Scottsdale and discovered that I had some unwanted critters and bugs!  I called Truly Nolan to make an appointment.  They sent Tammy out right away.  Tammy asked me a few questions and went right to work.  When she finished her exploration of my roof and yard she told me that I had roof rats!  I was shocked!  OMG!  Tammy said Don't worry, I will take care of it and went to work right away!  Needless to say she put my mind at ease and I trust here to the hilt!  Truly Nolan and Tammy are my go to people for pest problems forever!  I give them my highest recommendation!  Kudos to all of them but especially Tammy who works in the trenches!  Thank you Tammy!  I appreciate you and all that you do!!

Heath is such a pro!  He makes sure to swipe any cobwebs,and is always so friendly!  He's been our bug guy for quite awhile, which is rare in this business (at least in my experience.).

When our dog died of old age, he noticed the dog house taken apart and made sure to make a special effort to tell us how sorry he was about our pup. So thoughtful!

I want to thank Budget Brothers for coming to my house over and over to keep the termites well watered. I can only assume that's what they are spraying cause the termites never seemed so happy. I guess I could have just sprayed water myself but what's better then being locked into a company who can water you gravel and side of home so you don't have to.
