Steven was very punctual and professional . He is well informed which helped a lot in regards to scorpions. I especially liked that he asked if we wanted him to take his shoes off so he wouldn't track dirt into the house. In almost two years as a customer each time they have come out they have always been really professional.

These guys are AWESOME!! If you are looking for a good bug service this is definitely the place! We had absolutely no hesitation to signing a bimonthly contract with them as they did a GREAT job and were very friendly and knowledgeable!

We had a real bad scorpion problem, and there really isn't much you can do about that, but they did it! They helped educate us on the fact that there really isn't a scorpion killer you can use, the thing that you can do though is get rid of their food supply which will essentially get rid of the scorpions! And that they did! They came out within a decent time frame and before the tech even left we already had dead food supply (crickets, beetles, spiders, etc...) lining our cement! I haven't seen a bug in quite sometime now! We have had a few scorpions here and ther but WAY LESS than before (and they're due back out in a couple days), it's going to take a little bit of time to get those suckers gone but we are well on our way of being scorpion free! They also sucked up all the spider webs we had all around outside! Wahoo....i hate webs! **shivers**

The tech was quick and very respectful of our stuff and space, he even took his shoes off before coming in the house! We told him he didn't have to but he insisted! That's unheard of with most service places!

The other really awesome thing is that we have 2 dogs, 1 of which has serious seizures even around pet safe sprays you can get in the store. So we made sure to inquire that their product would not hurt our 4 legged kiddos. They ensured us it's as harmless as table salt to them. We haven't had a problem at all with seizures! :o)

Spencer was over yesterday and did the termite treatment.  He was very professional and detailed as well.  Thumbs up Spencer.

He also treated the yard for bugs likewise a great job.

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

I got three bids through Yelp for removing one pigeon nest and to put up spikes so the birds don't come back. I decided to go with the lowest bid.
The owner came out to our house within 24hours.  He removed the nest without making a nest. He was very good at putting up metal spikes in patterns that would work better than we have been able to do on several attempts. The work is also guaranteed. He was a very nice man also.

I called and left a message.  Got a call back and Glenn was out here in a hour or so.  Examined the entire perimeter down hands and knees, explaining everything as he went.  Said the problem was mostly that corner of the garage I noticed and best option would be to spot treat that.   Said we could do the entire perimeter but not necessary.  No hard sell for the bigger job.  I liked that.  Got his equipment, went do work doing a thorough job as I observed him.  Attitude is neat, professional, engaging, friendly..sense of humor... Was a pleasure.  I might go get some more termites just to have him come back and fix those as well!

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

worst customer service on the management side i have ever experienced. Very rude, dismissive people on the phones, i have had multiple situations where nothing has been resolved. they have argued with me over the phone, so disrespectful. if i didn't have them thru my apartment complex i would never choose them. my big problem has still not been resolved as it has been over a year now. very very unhappy.

My experience with Budget Brothers was very good. They are  reasonably priced, came on time and stayed true to the quote they gave me over the phone. The technician was curtious, informative and performed all duties as promised. I will be using them from now going forward. Thank you to both the technician and the rep that helped me over the phone!
