I have been using Sonoran Pest Control for two years now and HIGHLY recommend them.  At the beginning of the summer, I was sucked in to use another company who had come to my door to offer me a neighborhood package.  A few months later after starting to use this other company, I almost stepped on a scorpion in my house without shoes on and later that night I found another one.  I called them the next day and to my surprise their lower price DID NOT include spraying for scorpions even though that was a specific question I asked. To include this service, it was another $18.50 on top of the $40.00 I was already paying AND they were going to charge me a $25.00 service fee for them to come out since they had just sprayed two weeks earlier.

I called Bret at Sonoran Pest Control and explained the situation.  I told him I should have never used this other company because when I had been using his company, I NEVER had any scorpions in my house. Plus the cost this other company with them spraying for scorpions was way more expensive than what they were charging me.  Plus the customer service with his company has always been top notch.  He understand peoples concerns and really cares.  If you are looking for a pest control company, I HIGHLY recommend Sonoran Pest Control.  I will NEVER go with anyone else ever again!!

Just had my second service with Green Home. The time the technician spent on our house was incredible! I even saw him clearing spider webs from the eaves of the house. A job I truly hate.
And he spread a different insecticide on the front lawn where we're having a specific problem. So great!

A review from another visit today. Pilipo came down today for our recurring pest control service. He not only answered all our questions but also educated about the few scorpion sightings that we have had. He took time to spray both interior and exterior, removed any spider webs and also checked for any entry points for the pests. Amazing service.

Being a CA girl, I really freaked when I saw a scorpion in my newly purchased home in Fountain Hills. We called late at night and within an hour I had Jahmaine arrive and come to my rescue.  This company offers 24 hour pest help.  Although this bark scorpion was no more than 2 inches in size I was totally beside myself.  Jahmaine spent a lot of time educating me on scorpions and what I can do if there is a next time and then proceeded to walk my property looking to see if he spotted any more.  Luckily none were spotted and I was left feeling greatly relieved and another pest control company to refer to when needed.  This family company is a gem and if I ever need to change companies, this is the one I would turn to. Thank you Watts family!!

Moon Valley has been servicing my home(s) for 15yrs...we have definitely been more than happy with them and would highly recommend them.  They are always prompt and their honesty is beyond question.  They are on time and make swift work of their task at hand but they always make sure to have excellent customer contact while they are out at your home.  There would be no hesitation on my part in the recommendation of this business.

We had Tyson come out from Bulwark and take care of a little scorpion situation we had.  I found one scorpion in 2 of my bathrooms about a week apart, and that had been the most scorpions I'd seen in over 3 years.  We were using another service, but found out they were not treating for scorpions - and I wanted them gone.  They also found a ton of black widows, eggs & webs ... truly makes my skin crawl.

Tyson taught us a bunch about scorpion myths that a bunch of other businesses were trying to feed me.  I don't want to get in to all them now, but let me just say, there is a lot.

One of the main things that impressed me was seeing Tyson put on little booties when he came into the house ... I have had service for many years from other providers, and none ever put on booties to help keep my home clean.  Some other things I have never seen, they treated and cleaned out webs in cracks high around the porch area of my back and all around places that normally are not hit.  Also did a treatment in the outlets where bugs may be hiding out.  

It feels good to be attacking my problem before it becomes a real problem.  Professional service, didn't  try to up sell my anything and answered all my questions.  Bottom line?  I am just glad to be getting rid of the scorpions & black widows, especially with little kids running around my house.  Speaking of that, the product they use is non toxic - won't hurt the kids or pets & I like that a lot.  

I have no problem at all fully recommending these guys to anyone looking for pest service!!!!

Spencer was over yesterday and did the termite treatment.  He was very professional and detailed as well.  Thumbs up Spencer.

Your service people have always been polite and friendly.  They always seem to do a thorough job.  We usually never have an issue but if we have they seem to address it right away.  Thank you for your service.

Honesty, integrity and respect for the consumer.  Something most companies cannot genuinely say anymore these days.  I called this morning and talked to Scott and told him that I wanted him to come spray my yard and house due to seeing a few too many eight legged creatures lately.  Not only did he tell me the honest truth which was that unfortunately, spraying does nothing to get rid of spiders, he gave me some other valuable tips and facts that I never knew.  Most companies would have come over, sprayed, taken my money and been on their way.  Although I didn't end up needing their services today, you better believe they will be the ones I call when I do. Keep up the great work guys!!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I got three bids through Yelp for removing one pigeon nest and to put up spikes so the birds don't come back. I decided to go with the lowest bid.
The owner came out to our house within 24hours.  He removed the nest without making a nest. He was very good at putting up metal spikes in patterns that would work better than we have been able to do on several attempts. The work is also guaranteed. He was a very nice man also.

I was given John's name and number by a friend. It's nice to have good friends, isn't it?

Actually, I am happy to recommend businesses to others...but I often hesitate because I am concerned that they might not get treated as well as I was. In this case, there is no hesitation. I know John will treat me or anyone else the same. No shady, pushy, plans or outrageous costs for long term warranties (once they have your money I've found many in the past who develop amnesia and don't seem to recall ever having been to your place) John really knows his stuff and he is enthusiastic about his craft.

He came out and explained lots too me and treated my place for just general insects. I'm not particularly horrified by bugs in general and actually think scorpions are cool but still don't care to live with them. He gave me a few options for dealing with bats in our porch area.

If you've struggled with other companies who send out poorly trained guys who couldn't kill a bug with a flamethrower then give John a call at ATPW. The only disappointment you'll deal with is that head slapping moment when you say, I should've called them in the beginning.

I don't know Glenn but can't imagine John staking his reputation on anyone less professional than he is.

If you are just looking to make your life harder, keep looking, but if you just want your life to be a bit easier and hand off your pest problems to someone else then call them now.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

We had solar panels installed, and never thought of how pigeons would love those panels! They propogated and abundantly! Jerry Clark came and estimated what it would take to gate off (I think the term was exclusion) the panels and other netting we had on our roof, and recommended a couple trapping sessions. They humanely trapped quite few, and when a huge storm came through, one of the traps fell off the roof (it was a huge storm! It wasn't the only thing that blew off!), And they promptly replaced and fortified the roof and added on another week of trapping. Again, I fault the storm, not the trap. We don't have the pigeons anymore! They stayed at it until the birds were gone. Great, honest, prompt and  service!

We've been using Truly Nolen for years along with my parents and grandparents, so we obviously trust Truly Nolen with our pest control needs. We recently moved and had a new technician come to our house named Tammy Schwertfager and she is absolutely fantastic.  Thorough, honest and personable; just what I like. Thank you Tammy and Truly Nolen.

Bulwark has done a fine job treating my home. I like that the frequency is every other month instead of monthly. I only have the outside treated. Curtis Hansen has treated my house several times. He's timely, professional and always able to assist with problem areas. Happy to continue using Bulwark.

Terrible, do not bother wasting your time or money. This warranty was included with home purchase and i will not pay them for renewal. They have had to come out 3-4 times to treat for termites in 2017 and for returns in same locations. Called again for treatment In Jan 2018 and they have returned to same location with 2nd call and warranty expired. Unacceptable considering other people who used different companies for termite treatment have not had recurring issues like this. I will use my warranty renewal money and contact a company who will treat and complete the job with out 6 frikin calls not fixing the issue! BBBis who i am contacting next

-updated 7/23: the owner is hilarious and completely unprofessional just based on his posted response and private message. There was no story made up very clear and not a hard concept to follow Jeffrey Martin, your company had to be called out multiple times in 2017 and 2 times in 2018. Why would i renew my warranty, pay a company who isn't capable of actually treating the termites and has to be called out multiple times a year? My negative experience is in line with the rest of the bad reviews and your 12 Better Business Bureau complaints. Your competitors I have already scheduled with stated 4 tunnels should not have returned to the same location you treated in January. In addition posting my home address on yelp very dumb move, i will report to yelp for privacy and data sharing concerns.
