This company is the best!  The technicians are well informed, polite, and very thorough.  The management is extremely professional and is always willing to answer questions.  (I even sent a photo of a (dead) bug that I found in my house and Jeremy got back to me within minutes to tell me what it was!)  I have had other pest control companies who would treat the house in 5 minutes and spend more time in the truck filling out their paperwork than treating the house for pests!  Plus, these other companies were ineffective in ridding my house of scorpions.  Sonoran gets the job done!!  And even better...they are competitively priced!  This is the ONLY company to use!!

I'm quite surprised by the consistently positive reviews, as I have not had a good experience with Watts. We have bird activity around our garage (assuming a nest, but of course I still don't know), to the point that babies are ending up dead on the driveway. I called six days ago asking for an inspector to come out and provide a quote for removing the nest. Apparently, a Watts inspector came by on his scheduled day, but he never called to let me know he was here so we were not able to discuss the issue and options. I simply received an email that night with a quote of $950 for every bird preventive measure in the book - but no confirmation of whether we do have a nest and whether it can be removed or for how much. That was our immediate need, which I thought I made clear when I called initially. I sent an email to Watts in response to the quote, expressing my disappointment and asking for a quote to remove the nest. No response. Called the next day around lunchtime, and Abby said my email was received and I'd hear something by the afternoon. That was 24 hours ago and I've still heard nothing. Clearly, Watts is not treating my situation as urgent. And if it's really not urgent, then at least help me understand why dead birds are ending up on my driveway and adult birds are hanging around my roof shingles, and then maybe we can talk about preventive measures. And if bird removal is not something they can help me with, then why not just tell me that?

After my initial call, I also received several auto marketing emails promoting their services and specials in the meantime, which was quite annoying when all I really need right now is someone to help clean a bird's nest out of my roof -- or, at the very least, tell me what they think might be going on with these birds. Throwing high prices in my face for non-urgent products before the reason for my call is addressed is not the way to win me over as a customer. Unsubscribe. I'll be taking my money elsewhere - that is, to Terminix, who says they can inspect, talk with me about pricing, and remove a nest if necessary all in the same day.

Fantastic and prompt service. I called 3 different places to get a consultation and Moon Valley, because they're local was able to come over the same day to get the process started. The others were 2 to 4 days just to get a consult. Moon Valley did a thorough inspection inside and out and determined the best procedure to treat for termites that had showed up on a couple of my exterior walls and in garage. Chris did the initial consultation and scheduled treatment for a couple days later.  His brother Tim, showed up promptly on time for the treatment and got to work right away. When completed, he walked my property and showed me all that had been done, plus he took extra time so show me a couple of areas to pay attention to and possibly adjust how my shrubs got watered to keep the areas near my foundation drier.  Price came in exactly as quoted and absolutely no hidden or extra charges and price was very reasonable when compared to one of my neighbors who had a different company do the same thing to his house (which is same size as mine). I highly recommend Moon Valley Pest Control.

Nathan M is fantastic. Not only does he do a good job with pest control, but he is very courteous. He does extra things like move in the recycle bin and he sends us pictures of our locked gates once he's done, since we have dogs. That is above and beyond. Highly recommend Nathan M!!!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Had birds pecking the chimney at 6 am every day.  They installed deterrent spikes and no more noise!

As good as advertised. Even from the initial phone call to make an appointment, they were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Scott was the one who came to my house and did my inspection. Couldn't have been a nicer, more knowledgeable guy. Gave me lots of good tips on what to look out for in the future. Definitely the only termite/pest company I'll be using moving forward!

I had a very small bedbug scare in one room of my home a year ago, and haven't seen any evidence of bedbugs since. This week a maid service came out and allegedly saw a live adult bedbug. Of course I felt disheartened and stressed to the max! A friend who is a pest control professional made me aware of bedbug sniffing dogs, and recommended Burns. Connor and his dog came out within 2 days, and were amazing! I felt Connor was very honest and straightforward with me, as we were doubtful I even had an infestation, which his search proved to be true - my maid probably saw some kind of beetle. Connor showed me some carpet beetles that look and smell almost identical to bedbugs. He showed me where there were old bedbug fecal stains (that the sniffing dog alerted us to) on the bedroom baseboard where we saw the bugs a year ago. He explained how tricky it was with clients who had had previous presence of the bugs, that the smell would always be present, BUT that doesn't mean there IS a current bug problem. He also said it's illegal for companies to treat when they don't see bugs (good to know). Overall he gave me VERY useful information and answered a ton of questions for me, and set my mind at ease. Well worth the $300 for an inspection to confirm I didn't have bedbugs. I'd absolutely recommend Connor and Burns as trustworthy and honest, and not preying on people's bedbug fear and paranoia. These people have treated our new house for numerous issues and they go over and beyond with the best customer service, detailed pest treatment, and informing you of what they're doing and why. Thank you, Truly Nolen!! Finally a pest company you can trust and rely on.

They do a great job with general bugs and web cleanup. Only fault was over the summer we had an ant problem and they were out weekly to reapply treatment.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I had them come out and give an estimate. I accepted it and scheduled service for a week and a half later. I get a call the day before and called back the day of the service and they cancelled my appointment and said I now have to reschedule another week and a half out. Refused to sweetest me in sooner. I cancelled the service and will never use them for anything again. I arranged my schedule around the time and you just cancel it and make no attempt to squeeze me in any sooner. Shame.
