I could easily write a long review for this family owned and operated business. They were on-time, superb at taking care of my pest-y issues and followed-up the next day. I found huge value in working with them. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this company. They were quick and professional when they came to the house. The gentleman told me exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer all my questions. The price was great and I was able to pay online easily when I wanted to. I'm glad I have them servicing my house for the foreseeable future.

The absolute best prices and best service! It is rare to find a combination of good work great customer satisfaction and knowledgeable staff. As a realtor I've worked with several termite inspectors. This is the only crew that puts protection on their shoes when coming into your house. I highly recommend.

I can pay as I go, no automatic withdrawals , I just write them a check when they come out every other month. They'll even come out in between sprays for a touch up if you need it at no extra charge.

Matt came out today and as always was very friendly even after my puppy barked at him like a big dog.  He is the best tech we have had and ask for him every time.  We love Matt and I even told my puppy he is family so quit barking. Lol

I just called to ask whether he can do termites in the Florence area.   He doesn't come to the area, and doesn't do termites, and said he didn't know any other company in the area who might.  But was so friendly about his response, and trying to be helpful, I just thought I should give him a good review.  :-)

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

I can't say enough good things about this company - they are EXACTLY who you want to hire to handle all of your pest needs - they also did a great job with weed control - for the first property I purchased in Arizona they helped me with my termite issues and squashed them quickly and thoroughly and for the second property they did a full pest spray on short notice when I had 16 trees removed to make sure the pests didn't get inside. I also had out of control weeds in my yard and they helped me get that under control. On top of fantastic service they are fantastic people to work with - you won't be disappointed.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

I can always count on Truly Nolen. Shane has treated our current home for the past two years and we never have any issues with insects in our house. He will go the extra mile to make sure there are no insects in the yard as well. He once noticed a small hole in the house that went into the attic from the outside, and was concerned about critters getting into the attic. He offered to plug the hole at no charge. Excellent customer service!

We had our monthly service from Bulwark Exterminating on 1/25 and our technician Jacqueline Bond was very professional and polite. She looked around to see if anything else needed to be done and she found something and took care of the situation right away. We appreciated that very much. Great job Jacqueline thank you again.

We've had an agreement for annual termite inspection/service with Budget Brothers for three years with no issues. During the pandemic, however, we've not been having workers inside our home. Now that vaccinations are available and numbers are falling, we decided to go ahead with annual maintenance. When I phoned to renew and schedule I was surprised that Budget Bros was charging a late fee. It's not a lot of money -- it's just the principle of it. It doesn't set well. We're barely two months late, and CoV cases were so high here until recently. So I'm on the phone now collecting information from competitors. I'd rather pay a bit more up front than pay an upcharge to a company trying to profit off the pandemic.
