I am super happy with this company. They always make it right. Thank you Linda for handling things so quickly. And Brian is the best, super nice and gets the job done. Never felt like he was in a rush to finish. He patiently treated all possible areas inside my home. He asked where I seen the scorpions and he saturated that area very well. I am very very happy. I was asked to provide a review, so here it is. Service was scheduled for annual termite inspection in October. We have no idea if he came out, because he never came to the door and asked to do inside inspection. I followed up with a couple voicemails that were never returned. As far as we are concerned, the work was never done!

I had ants in the kitchen and somehow wasps were randomly getting into the house. MV Pest Control came and saved the day! One treatment and gone! I now have them on a monthly service. I couldn't be happier or more grateful!!!

We have used Defense Pest Control for several years and have always had excellent service.

The WORST!! When we first signed up we were not told there was a 12 month contract attached to it. Okay that was fine, we thought we would give them a try. We specifically agreed to hire them because we have a scorpion problem. First time they came out it was fine. I called again to schedule another spraying. They never showed up. A few days later they showed up and sprayed the exterior. (Front yard only) I called them to schedule another spraying because we had the scorpions return. I asked them to please schedule ASAP because we have an 11 month old. The rep did not schedule an appointment. She just said she would provide my number to routing so they can call me and schedule an appointment. They never called back. Today we are sitting in an emergency room because the 11 month old got stung by a pregnant scorpion. Thank you TruForce for your neglect and horrible customer service!

I had an infestation of flies. I stopped counting after I killed about 20. Scott gave me so much advice over the phone and he had even more suggestions when he came to my house. He was professional, honest and very informative. I will definitely be calling him if I ever have other bug problems.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

We have used Burn's since 1996 at our home in No. Scottsdale.    We have been pest free all those years.   We also engaged them a couple of times on bee hives in our multi-acre property.

We've used Truly Nolen for several years and we appreciate that they try to get the job done with minimal impact on the environment. We give a special shout out to our technician, Josh, who is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and polite. It was a pleasure having him work at our home.

He listened to my concerns about products leaving residue in the house from a previous person who treated my home, & he assured me what he was using was safe & fine to dry quickly along the windows & NOT all over my floors like the last guy did. He took the time to do my entire house, 3 stories, & even cleared out spider webs outside I didn't even know I had. Thanks for being so thorough!

Jeff contacted me via Yelp on 11/17 asking for my address so he could look into my comments. I responded back on 11/17 with my home address. Almost a month later, and you guessed it, still no response.
