Your pest company usually goes pretty unnoticed aside from a slip in the door or an occasional email. Today I was reminded of why I choose and have maintained served with Sonoran pest for years, and   will for years to come.

I requested to have an extra service done, and while they could easily have added $350 to my invoice, Jeremy gave me guidance that saved me money and taught me more about the little critters in our area. I am so grateful that in a time when ALL SMALL BUSINESS will struggle, integrity meant more to them.

They are a GREAT CHOICE.

It is time to update this review.  I no longer have the scheduling issues with people showing up on random days without calling.  I am satisfied with the new email notification for upcoming service.  I feel like the communication issues have been corrected.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! I called yesterday to have a termite treatment done asap due to selling my home. They were fast and I got an appointment the very next day. Bill K. arrived right on time and kept the communication from beginning till end. I really appreciated his great service. I will recommend this company to all my family and friends!!

I'm quite surprised by the consistently positive reviews, as I have not had a good experience with Watts. We have bird activity around our garage (assuming a nest, but of course I still don't know), to the point that babies are ending up dead on the driveway. I called six days ago asking for an inspector to come out and provide a quote for removing the nest. Apparently, a Watts inspector came by on his scheduled day, but he never called to let me know he was here so we were not able to discuss the issue and options. I simply received an email that night with a quote of $950 for every bird preventive measure in the book - but no confirmation of whether we do have a nest and whether it can be removed or for how much. That was our immediate need, which I thought I made clear when I called initially. I sent an email to Watts in response to the quote, expressing my disappointment and asking for a quote to remove the nest. No response. Called the next day around lunchtime, and Abby said my email was received and I'd hear something by the afternoon. That was 24 hours ago and I've still heard nothing. Clearly, Watts is not treating my situation as urgent. And if it's really not urgent, then at least help me understand why dead birds are ending up on my driveway and adult birds are hanging around my roof shingles, and then maybe we can talk about preventive measures. And if bird removal is not something they can help me with, then why not just tell me that?

After my initial call, I also received several auto marketing emails promoting their services and specials in the meantime, which was quite annoying when all I really need right now is someone to help clean a bird's nest out of my roof -- or, at the very least, tell me what they think might be going on with these birds. Throwing high prices in my face for non-urgent products before the reason for my call is addressed is not the way to win me over as a customer. Unsubscribe. I'll be taking my money elsewhere - that is, to Terminix, who says they can inspect, talk with me about pricing, and remove a nest if necessary all in the same day.

The only good bug is a dead bug. All our bugs are good . . . and dead! If you want dead bugs, ask for Sean Caldicott who did an amazing job for us!

Professionals who get the job done. They stand behind their product. If a weed pops up, they come and take care of it.

First service and I'm super impressed! Aaron Langness was super helpful and let me know the entire process. We are getting out of our other pest control company contract and have zero regrets! Super excited to continue working with them!

Honesty, integrity and respect for the consumer.  Something most companies cannot genuinely say anymore these days.  I called this morning and talked to Scott and told him that I wanted him to come spray my yard and house due to seeing a few too many eight legged creatures lately.  Not only did he tell me the honest truth which was that unfortunately, spraying does nothing to get rid of spiders, he gave me some other valuable tips and facts that I never knew.  Most companies would have come over, sprayed, taken my money and been on their way.  Although I didn't end up needing their services today, you better believe they will be the ones I call when I do. Keep up the great work guys!!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Had birds pecking the chimney at 6 am every day.  They installed deterrent spikes and no more noise!

I love yelp because I get to support local small businesses with a level of comfort offered by reading the reviews posted by others. We had a Great experience wth az tpw .  Glen was helpful and informative and explained the most cost effective solution for my termite problem.  I would not hesitate to recommend AZ termite pest and weed to my friends.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

My technician is Kevin. He is careful, professional and takes care of my property as though it were his.  I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate him.  Totally recommend him!

Regular service was scheduled for 2:00, when I planned to be home.  Apparently the service tech wanted to finish his day early, so he called at noon to come over.  No answer because I wasn't home.  They came anyway.  They rang the door bell.  No answer because I wasn't home.  They found an open gate and did the service anyway with no one home and without permission.  They sprayed potentially hazardous chemicals around the house, and left before it dried.  My pets were outside, and could lick the wet pesticides, and walk in it.  I was not here to keep them inside.  When I got home at 1:45, for the 2:00 appointment, they were gone.  This is rude and dangerous behavior.  They put my pets at serious risk.  They came into my backyard without permission, trespassing and disregarding my privacy.  I had told them about my pets, and not to come if I am not home.  This company can be dangerous to your property and pets, and they have little regard for their customers.

We've been customers with Bulwark for 8 years.  Their technician Chad Sample came out to our home and was courteous, kind, and professional.  He answered my questions and took great care if us.  I would highly recommend them..

Pick any other company!  The house we purchased had them already signed up for termite service.  When we first had issues, they told us to knock down the tunnel, if they rebuild, they'll come out. Ok we've been in it long enough to know when a new tunnel pops up.  Just come out already!  Then they only service the area one Tuesday per month...that being said, if you happen to call the day after, you will be waiting a full month for service.  This last visit was a nightmare.  During COVID, they sent a man who coughed through his entire visit...to the point that the kids all hid in their rooms.  Don't send people out like that!  Their only response:  We have COVID 19 protocols in place.  Nothing more, no apology, no discussion around what those protocols actually are.  They already to crappy work and literally have to be called out ALL the time because their methods are clearly ineffective, but now let's add in sending out someone hacking up a lung during a pandemic?  Literally pick ANY other company.
