We moved to North Scottsdale/DCRanch area from the West Coast in 2007.  My husband, myself and our 4 very young daughters were quickly introduced to scorpions that summer and were not happy. We were very fortunate to meet Jeremy with Sonoran.  Close to a decade later and still working with Jeremy, we will never change services.  His responsiveness and professionalism is beyond. He has set a standard that can not be duplicated by any other vendors...and he has the scorpions under control.. we have very few to none.

Terrible customer service! office manager did nothing to help, they are trying to charge me for service that I did not even have done. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache look elsewhere

I Had termits on the last home I owned. I called action termite off a recommendation from a friend. They were amazing they came out the next day and were very professional and CLEAN. So of course when I saw what I thought was termites I called them out to my new home. They came out and inspected my home and reassured me that what I thought was termites was not. Very honest company and would recommend them to anyone.

I don't know why anyone would ever use another company. Watts is truly the best. They're honest, courteous,effective. They respond immediately. Even if you are someone a lil high maintenance and low patience like myself. They've always worked around my schedule and i've been using them for over a year now. They do outside even if I'm not available and I don't have to worry about anything being broken (which did  happen to me with a different company I used before I found watts ) no worries about something not being completed. I have been using Bulwark for almost an year now and they are professional. Today, it was William Bowlby, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He spread outside and inside since i was seeing few silvefish inside the house. Also coz i have/had history of few scorpions ending inside the house. Thank you and hoping that i don't see any scorpions inside the house this year.

Ryan always provide excellent customer service!  My wife hates insects especially Spiders.  We have not seen an insect in over a year of having service.  Very Happy Wife...

WOW, Scott knows what he is doing and very helpful on talking too you. Took time when he call me back to do things and to give me tips on things I could do to make sure I have a problem. I can respect that he doesn't want to take people's money. When he arrived walk me around my house and swept any spider webs , swept and even when webs weren't in sight. He has my business.....

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

Glenn @ Arizona Termite Pest & Weed is my go-to for any concerns within their title.  I noticed a few termite kickout holes in a room and Glenn quickly resolved the problem.  A while later, I noticed one other hole from what appeared to be a new colony.  We caught it quickly and again, Glenn came to the rescue (with next day service).  Not only was he on time, but he was early (and I'm a big If you're early, you're on time person).  Will certainly continue to use Arizona Termite Pest & Weed as needed.

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

worst customer service on the management side i have ever experienced. Very rude, dismissive people on the phones, i have had multiple situations where nothing has been resolved. they have argued with me over the phone, so disrespectful. if i didn't have them thru my apartment complex i would never choose them. my big problem has still not been resolved as it has been over a year now. very very unhappy.

We've used Truly Nolen for several years and we appreciate that they try to get the job done with minimal impact on the environment. We give a special shout out to our technician, Josh, who is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and polite. It was a pleasure having him work at our home.

Bulwark is great! The service professionals are always so nice, especially CoryN. He always takes the time to explain things to me and is always very courteous.

I used to love this company. Perhaps it's new management but they are rude and disrespectful. They don't remember from month to month what is requested and their new techs are creepy.
