Overall a very good company.  If you aren't using this company for your pest control services than you're doing yourself a disservice.  Jeremy is a good knowledgeable and honest person.  They take care of business.  They do what's best to protect your home.  NO upselling.  They advise you on exactly what they need.  

I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I LOVE Green Home Termite and Pest Control & have been utilizing them for five years. The company has exceptional ethics and are an absolute pleasure to deal with- from the owner to the professional technicians. My professional technician,Trevon, rocks. He's a perfectionist with a great attitude. The chemicals Green Home uses are environmentally friendly, are not toxic to animals or people, and do not cause asthma or allergy exacerbations in myself. My 2 dogs are able to be outside with Trevon when he's working his magic in my yard!  I wouldn't utilize any other company for pest or termite control. 5+ stars in all areas.

Mike from Action Termite and pest control just performed a complimentary complete termite inspection of our home . We found him to be knowledgeable, honest and sincere . When it is time to reapply termite solution, we are choosing Action termite and pest control for both expertise and value .

These guys are just great! As soon as the service contract with my current pest control company expires I'm moving over to them

Family run business that rally caters to the clients. Was a former customer of Burns their prices continued to rise and the tecs continued to change not the case with Moon Valley. Great customer experience good prices

Robert Acosta was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a very serious ant issue throughout my yard, Robert took the time to understand the problem and treated it. It was wonderful mowing my lawn and playing in my backyard this weekend without being attacked by ants. My dogs are happy too! I will be sure to let my network know about Defense pest control and Robert! Thank you!

This is the worst Pest Control company ever.  They definitely impress you on the first visit with their new brushes to knock down spider webs and big talks (all lies) about all the extras that they do over other Pest Control Companies.  After that first visit, the toilet is flushed and you, the human excrement, is flushed away for one expensive monthly bill.  They even had the nerve to bill me on a service call when they never showed up and double charged me another month because they came out to spray after I saw numerous crickets in my yard 2 weeks after they sprayed.   By the way, this was suppose to be a free visit per our contract!  

When I called to talk to someone at the company about these issues it was like,  HELLO......IS ANYBODY THERE.   When they finally called, it was all lip service on what they were going to do to correct the billing issues.  These issues were never corrected until I told the manager that I cancelling my contract with their dishonest company.

After leaving my concerns on their voicemail, I got bombarded with calls and emails.  Funny how that works, they were willing to correct the problem because they didn't want to charge me cancellation fees.  That's what I was told.  Not that they were sorry for their clerical mistakes, NO, they felt bad that they would have to charge me for a cancelled contract which proves that they were only interested in doing poor quality work at an over inflated price.  Bottom line, they were only interested in the Benjamins ($$$$$$$ lost from a lost customer).

I later received a $186 bill for the two months remaining on my contract.  I was not about to pay any more money to a scamming, unprofessional, and unethical company.

Like to donate your money, give it to charity not TRUEFORCE PEST CONTROL!

Scott, the owner, is very knowledgable and takes the time to address the sources of the problem, ensure you understand what he's looking for, and then takes a low impact approach to addressing any infestations.

Other companies never took the time to explain what agents they were using, how they worked, and they're toxicity.  We have animals and children and seek a no poison approach.

Scott delivered, and we're very pleased so far.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

Glenn came to our house and took the time to educate me on termites.  He checked the termite tubes and said they were inactive.   Instead of selling me a complete termite treatment he told me how to do it myself!  He sprayed for bugs and only charged me for that and nothing for the termite inspection.  I would recommend this company and won't use anyone else!

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

I heard they hire Veterans so I had to at least try to give them my business. It was the right move! I've never had such a thorough and competent exterminator! Our house was empty for several months, so when we moved back in, the wildlife banned against us, led by scorpions! Needless to say, they're all dead or gone, either of which works for me! Brittany (spelling?) explained everything to me in great detail and had my little dogs safety on her agenda the entire time. I'm very happy I decided to go with Burns!

Do not ever use truly Nolen for anything. I paid what I thought was the balance on my account, but apparently I still owe them A little over $100. Instead of calling me, or sending me a bill they sent me directly to collections nearly a year after the bill was due. Poor business practice. Most people if they know they still owe money will pay the bill as I would have.I just found out from a bill collector, not from truly Nolan

I set my appointment time and the technician was right on time. He was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. Only time will tell but it appears to have been a great job! I am looking forward to dealing with this company!

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I purchased a condo in March . Prior to close I was instructed by my realtor to contact and purchase a home inspection report. I was given a list of people to contact. On March 15 I contacted Matt from First Step Home Inspectors. He asked me at that time if I wanted to purchase a separate termite inspection. I asked him if I needed one (since I was told by no one else one was needed) he said no , a termite inspection is NOT required especially since this was not a VA loan. And this being a condo I should be protected against termites. So I said ok I don't want a termite inspection just go ahead and do the home inspection .  That same day I was emailed a termite report by Budget Brothers termite inspectors. Along with the report they sent me a bill . I NEVER ordered this report I DECLINED to have one done. This company has been constantly harassing me via phone calls and emails. Jeff called me today accusing me of being a liar and basically threatened me to pay for this $55 bill. It's not the amount obviously. I will pay something if I were responsible for it but I am not! I refuse to pay this and I refuse to be treated so disrespectful. This man was so rude!!! Please do yourself a favor, avoid this company at ALL costs!! Will be contacting BBB next. It's obvious why this horrible company has such a low rating on YELP

And please don't even think about trying to contact me regarding this review as you have done to so many others in the past who have written bad reviews on your company . I have blocked your numbers . And if the harassing continues I WILL report you to the correct authorities.

I guess the majority of all 71 of your reviews are stories haha what a joke!! Just stop ! I know it must be embarrassing only having a two star company on yelp .  Nice try though .....
