Zero stars.  Except you aren't allowed to post with zero

Been using this company for 3 years.  It must speak to the poison or lack there of that I've called them out each year during the service warranty.  Anyway, I currently have six termite tunnels from the ceiling in one bedroom so I called them around November 17 and they can't fit me in until December 29,... Saying that all of those are retreatment, so that must also speak for the lack of chemical success if you're on a six week wait time.   Green Mango came next day.  I also asked for a manager call back. Nothing yet.

Budget Brothers Termite and Pest Elimination is a family owned and operated company that has been  serving the Phoenix Valley for over 25 years. We called them to help with our termite problem. They have a very reasonable fee $395.00 plus tax. I have a 4-plex, which they treated by drilling holes around the foundation, then applying a special treatment foam that is safe for pets, but they recommend that you wait 1 hour before giving them access. They also treated the ceiling, where we first noticed the problem. They offer a year warranty and I recommend them highly.

Absolutely awful. We used this company for termites months ago and decided to do monthly pest control. They were supposed to show up today between 8:30 and 10:30. No show so I called the office. The office claimed that they couldn't get in through the gate. How have they been showing up for months before this and have never recorded the gate code?

So I have had bugs of all types in my home the last month. There are so many ants in our yard it is ridiculous. At least two different types too! I called yesterday and the office said they would do a power spray today when they came by. When I talked to the office today, they told me they will be charging me $97 for it. Why wasn't this quoted when they proposed this service to me the first time?? Unreal!!

Today was the first time I actually was monitoring the exterminator coming and they didn't show up. It makes me think they just haven't been showing up this entire time given that the bug populations are OUT OF CONTROL.

Do NOT use this company. Cancelled all services immediately upon realizing how sketchy they are.

Side note: would have NEVER used this company if I had been the one searching for it given the terrible reviews. My dad found these guys. What a mistake. I should have checked it out for him.

Life savers! Shocked to find termites in our home but was told that can happen with the heavy rains that occurred this winter. They were reasonably priced, timely and thorough in taking care of the problem.

Have been a customer for 3 years.  Had an appointment scheduled for today and NO SHOW.  I called and was told I was not home.  I live in  a guarded community and the tech gave the guard the WRONG address.  The person at the wrong address know nothing, of course, of the appointment so tech left
Upon learning the TRUTH I called back and was told 'a simple mistake was made, we are all human  had a ever heard of dyslexia?   That people can look at something and see something else I asked her if tech was dyslexic and she said she did not know.  Zero apology--I spent 5 hours waiting.  She offered no apology, discount or any remedy for THEIR lack of service. One excuse after another.  Time to look for another provider--but they have my credit card payment so I am stuck for a while.  THe people who answer the phone need some customer service education

We have a year warranty coverage with them and renewed this year. Where we have had them come out to treat, we have not seen activity in that area again. Fast and friendly employees. Good price. I've recommended to friends in our area (Peoria) they are in our area every Thursday.

Second and last update. 5 weeks after calling about reinfestation (August 31, 2022) a guy came out today, Oct. 6, drilled 4 or 5 holes near the baseboard of the nearest wall and sprayed some chemical into the holes, patched with caulk and gone in 30 minutes.  There is an obvious break in the barrier on the outside when they treated the first time in February of this year, so injecting into my wall will stop them?  They will just move to another part of my attic!  You get what you pay for people!

The house that we are renting was previously treated for termites by this company and 3 months later (after the 90 day post treatment period) they are back in full force. I scheduled for them to service the house again which took a month due to their availability and they completely missed the appointment. The never called and did not show up. I called to let them know and the representative acted like I missed them because she couldn't verify with the tech that was supposed to come out. I have no choice but to use them because they are who the owner chose. I would definitely not use this company otherwise.

I set an appointment with Budget Brothers Termite and Pest Control Service for ant extermination.
On September 3, 20121, a Budget Brothers technician treated my property for the ant infestation that was present.
The next week, there were still a multitude of ants occupying my property, so I called Budget Brothers again.
They re-dispatched a service technician, under my warranty coverage, so they did not charge me again for repeating the ant extermination service.
Yesterday, October 31, my wife was attacked by ants that were inside our house, in the area of our kitchen sink.
She killed the ants by applying bleach to the infested area.
My wife was bitten multiple times and her hands and wrists became swollen.
We treated her wounds with ice and antibiotic ointment, which helped to relieve the pain and swelling to a manageable level.
Also, we noticed an overabundance of crickets on our property, more than we have ever seen in any of our 12 years at our home location.
We suspect that Budget Brothers' technician(s) planted crickets on our property to attract scorpions, so that we would hire them to exterminate the scorpions.
I don't trust Budget Brothers anymore, even though I can't prove that they planted the crickets on our property.
However, they were ineffective in exterminating the ant infestation and that situation alone is enough to convince me that Budget Brothers sells customers by offering low prices but does not do a satisfactory job of exterminating pests.
As to the business ethics, it is still a question in my mind as to whether they engage in dishonest (and dangerous) business practices as a means of drumming up more business.
AVOID BUDGET BROTHERS TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL SERVICE!!

UPDATE: The owner didn't like this review. Instead of taking responsibility for the ineptitude of his technician(s) and at least apologizing for their failure to resolve our problem, he calls me a liar, basically, and can't explain the presence of multitudes of crickets on our property except by claiming my account of the present situation is fabricated.
Lame.
p.s. - Burns Pest Control is coming to my home today to permanently solve my ant and cricket problem. Take a guess why I didn't call Budget Brothers AGAIN!
I'm considering consulting with my attorney as to the feasibility of filing a lawsuit against Budget Brothers to obtain compensation for my wife's unnecessary pain and suffering.

Look at the owner's response to my comment(s).
Confrontational and defensive, with no remorse for my wife's suffering and the aggravation of an ineffective treatment for my ant problem, which has, suddenly, turned into a cricket (scorpion-attracting) problem, as well.
Do you want to do business with an owner who is only concerned with his personal profit and has no regard for the welfare of his customer?
Ask yourself that question before you choose to do business with Budget Brothers Pest Control company.

I have had Budget Brothers for several years.  I've caught their technician never leaving the truck but I was billed for a treatment.  When they do treat, I still notice pavement ants even though I told them specifically to treat for them.  My ant treatment from Home Depot did a better job than the treatment from Budget Brothers.

Now the most egregious reason for my review.  As part of the sale of my home, Budget Brothers was selected by the buyer to do a pest inspection.  Guess what! They provided pictures and comments related to rat traps outside that they had placed!!  Wow!! So unusual to have rat traps boxes in the desert. Furthermore, they noted that there were water marks on a window sill inside the garage, suggesting that the seal on the window was bad.  Guess what, it was the window cleaner residue when they didn't clean the drips from cleaning the glass not a window leak.

Finally, they made note of stains on the ceiling for roof leaks!! Next time you need your roof fixed, call Budget Brothers!!!  They are apparently experts in all facets of construction.

I wonder if they are able to diagnose the fact that I would need my head examined to ever use them or recommend them.

Stay away.

Consider the quality of the response from the owner.

The inspector called me yesterday to explain that they provide commentary in excess of the AZ State requirements at COMPANY POLICY, not state statute. They reviewed the roof. Ceilings for marks. I wonder if they provide medical physicals too.

There is a reason the reviews are so low.....buyer beware.   You will pay for their service and guarantee, but good luck getting them to come back to your location.  They tell you to monitor the termites for 2 weeks and call back if they don't go away....and then when you call back it is 6 weeks before they can get out to do their guaranteed service.  GOOD LUCK if you use their service.  I am going to start new with a different company and pay the extra money rather than wait for them to do their job that has already been paid for.

Company came to service the property next to mine. Their tech used my garden hose and water which isn't an issue, but then proceeded to power wash all the bird feces all over the side of my house, driveway and brand new vehicle. Called a couple times to try and get someone to clean it up and being told that they have nothing to do with it and the general manager refuses to speak with me. Awesome way to run a company and cowardly way to have customer service. Will be reporting the company to the BBB , AZ department of Ag, and filing a lawsuit .

We never used your water or hose. You only noticed the bird waste on your home after seeing how clean your neighbors house was. Stop making up stories and wasting our time. It is not physically possible for anything we need to land on your property. Go get help

Just based on your poor poor response to this shows what kind of person and poor company the owner runs , I have photo and physical evidence of their company's poor performance and shows bird feces everywhere, you are a coward who refused to talk and take care of an issue. This will also be added to the lawsuit. Additionally have filed with BBB, ROC, DEPARTMENT OF AG, AND OSHA.

I didn't even hire this company and have to deal with these issues, hopefully no one falls into their poor service and actually hires them.

I have used budget brothers now for 11 years for a termite inspection. I've never had an issue. However, this year they quoted me for a full treatment, which they said needed to be done every 5 to 7 years. The amount quoted was never emailed to me, and I never signed a quote. It was just verbal. When the technician came to treat, the price was much more. I argued with their office, but they were not willing at all to budge. Basically I was charged over $100 more than I was quoted. I feel like they are a good company, but please do not have them do anything unless you have signed a quote.

This company was hired by the buyer in a Real Estate purchase transaction to inspect the property for pests.
After escrow closed we found out the property has rats and mice. They were pointed out to me by a carpet company who saw there were holes the mice made  in the corners of the stairway in the house. I would not have known to look for that but a licensed Pest Inspection company should have.
When i called the company to find out why they didn't call it out in the inspection the manager said they only call out termites on a home purchase transaction! Since when!  News to the buyer and bad news!
Their report itself says
Pest- Termites-Birds- Bees -RODENTS and More! I expected all these things to be inspected and called for, it's what every buyer expects!
The buyer in this case will not be able to have the seller correct the problem now at sellers expense because it wasn't disclosed in their report. The Inspector went out on 2 inspections and didn't call the rodent problem either time. The manager was very rude said it had been too long ago now to discuss. report date 7/21/22 close of esscrow 8-9-22

Its my pleasure to give this great review of Budget Brothers as its most deserved.  From getting an appointment in a timely manner,  to getting a phone call from Jay that he's on the way, to being very punctual, to doing an awesome job - it doesn't get any better than this!  My technician Jay was friendly,  thoroughly professional and very efficient.  Oh and the cost was substantially less than other quotes.  I wondered why the overall rating wasn't particularly good. Especially since I've used BB before and was extremely pleased. I'd purchased the two-warranty plan but didn't need treatment again for five years!  I researched and learned best to get additional reviews to be accurate.   I have NO DOUBT Budget Brothers is top notch in every way! So I hired a new company after the owner said he'd get back to me, never did. They came out did a retreat and what a pleasant surprise, several months have passed and NO activity! Budget is simply incompetent and the proof is in all their attempts, they never solved the problem and another company solved it in a 1 and done service.

I will NOT even rate this crappy company.  I set an appointment on 11/30/21.  Today is the 13th of December and they have to date not been out to identify the issue.  It was reported to me by my tenant initially it was a rodent problem.  Then without contacting me, they ( scheduled) a pest control.  For the 15th of December.  

Then they called me for payment???? WTF?

When I called and cancelled the jerk hung up on me.

Steer clean folks unless you want a bunch of BS and RUDE interaction.

I will spend my money with people who WANT my business.

I bought a 5 year termite contract in 2017 and unfortunately locked in with using these guys for another 2 years... they have been out twice this year alone and I just called this morning for another 3rd visit. 19 days!? It takes almost 3 weeks for them to come out!? Each time termites have been in the same wall in my kitchen! They are incompetent in wiping out the termites. I now have to look at an 8 inch termite tunnel on my wall through Thanksgiving Dinner. Hooray for 2020!!

Recently purchased a home that was under warranty with Budget Brothers. The original treatment report showed the entire perimeter of the home as treated however within weeks of moving in, I found trails all over my house. When contacted they were able to come out and spot treat the area however, in the past 12 months they have had to come back out 4 times to respot treat.
They have never shown up on time for service calls, nor do they call ahead to let you know. I've had them show up 2 hours early or 45 minutes late. There is no consistency and when you call the office to ask about anything everyone gives you a different answer.
Recently had another company come out and survey for service since my warranty with Budget Brothers was almost up and learned that the area that had a continuous problem was not actually treated as shown in their report.

Was sure I had termites. Mike Sullivan came out from Budget Brothers and went all through my house ( inside and out) very thoroughly and guess what I did not have termites!  I have used Budget Brothers in the past and they're probably one of the most honest companies I have ever dealt with and stand behind their product. Mike Sullivan gave a detailed explanation about termites and bug control ..really knew his stuff... I learned a lot.  In a world full of Thieves and scam artists it is so refreshing to meet an honest company and worker.

Proud to having budget Brothers I had two companies come out simply Green, Trojan pest control both quoted loop really high prices and simply green only have one year warranty but prior to buying my house they had did a spot treatment to my house and did a poor job. We had budget Brothers come out and Andrew and John both went over what they were going to do and how they were going to treat it, after them being here and doing it they show me what they did in the repair work and it was awesome. We bought the five year warranty and will definitely have them do our pest control and termite again if ever needed. The inspector was also nice he told us everything that they were going to do just like the People put in the chemicals down,great company to work with.

This company advertises that they have Valley wide, Same day service.  However, their response time is usually around 3-5 weeks.  They always have an excuse for not being able to come out and perform the treatment when I find termites.  The usual excuse is rain has caused an increased workload.  It hasn't rained for months and they are still using the summer monsoons excuse (December 9th).  
So my appointment is 5 weeks from now, to get the treatment done.  I asked to speak with a manager to see about getting a better response time.  The manager was too busy and the phone attendant said she will call back.  No call.
Budget Brothers is consistently very poor to work with.  And, they do not do an effective job of treating termites.  Find another, higher rated service with whom to work.
UPDATE: Dec. 10.  The manager called back and offered to move up the appointment from 5 weeks to 11 days from now.  That amount of time is acceptable but it should not take this much effort to get acceptable results.

I paid for my yearly contract. I had my yearly preventative treatment. Then, not 8 weeks later the exact same termite tracks appeared. However when I called for immediate follow up service I was told I would have to wait over 5 weeks! The termite tracks are now climbing up the walls and I am still unable to receive the termite treatment I contracted for and paid for!! I am disgusted and frustrated at this lack of attention

Update...contract was summarily canceled within 24 hours of me posting original review!! Thank goodness for Chris at Industrial Termite who was on site the next day and resolved the issue within 48 hours!!! 5 Stars for my new Termite company!!!

Office staff isn't polite. They call to remind you of your appt a day before but don't give a time. Then when they show up, if your not home they won't service back yard because if you have animals. Had Terminex for the past 10 years in CA and this was ever an issue with a 4lb Yorkie that's afraid of everything.

I've had a bad experience with this company.  They don' do the job as promised and they lie to you when it's time to renew the warranty. there are always exceptions to the warranty and everything is extra. I would not recommend for anyone to hire them for any services.

I am very happy with the service I've gotten from Budget Brothers Termite and Pest Control.

When I closed on my house 2 years ago they had their team assist with a termite inspection.  I signed up for the monthly service for scorpion abatement (I live near the nature preserve).

I've never learned so much about insects.  Craig is a top notch pest control engineer who gave me sound advice about ground squirrels, how to deter bees that had taken up residence in my pool among other advice.  I'd call him (Dutch) uncle Craig  except we are too close in age.  Thanks Budget Bros and thanks Craig!

Absolute JOKE......Budget Brothers was used by a buyer to perform a Termite Inspection on one of my properties that is under a purchase contract.  I had the property inspected and treated less than 30 days ago, and they completed the required paperwork with the Arizona Department of Agricultural which is a public site.

Budget Brothers show up and take two pictures, one showing the drainage slope is wrong that has nothing to do with Termites.  The second picture was an attempt to take a picture of a Stem wall where they claim they had ACTIVE Termites.

Budget Brothers then attempted to sale the buyer a $360 service agreement on the property.

There was no inspection, there were no Active termites, they used the opportunity to prey on the new buyer to get them to request treatment in the inspection of the home.  

This deal will blow up, as I flat told the buyer to pound sand! and their issue is with the fraud being committed by Budget Brothers.  I will sale the house to someone else.

The best part was the response from Jeff at Budget Brothers telling me that I insulted my own intelligence for calling them out.......Any questions I will forward their picture of ACTIVE Termites, I will forward any and all documents.

Last summer I called Budget Brothers to eliminate a bee hive we had on the side yard.  They were happy to come out again to do a quick inspection a couple of weeks later.  I was completely satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Since I bought my home 16 years ago this is the only company I have ever used. I have paid the full price ($600+) twice for termite treatment because I let my warranty lapse. Since the second time paying full price  I have made sure to always pay the yearly fee. After I paid this years fee I called back to schedule an inspection since there was none done the previous year. I called back to verify the date and time because I forgot and wanted to be sure and be home to unlock the side gate for them to get around back of the house. Today, 9-1 was the time frame of my inspection. Home all day, no show, no call. I called the office to advise that no one showed up and that I was leaving and not to have anyone come because I would not be home since I waited and was available for the 4 hour window. I really got the feeling the person answering the phone could have cared less. Very disappointing customer service, not even an apology...

Budget apparently means different things to different people. I have had typical exterminators (meaning not advertised as budget), and they charge less than what Budget Brothers propose for a property like mine, with scorpions. This small home only has 3 sides of the  house to spray(one wall shared with neighbor as in townhouse).
$35 higher monthly than I have been charged, and then they add on $$$ costs for general exterminating.
Budget Brothers never responded on what chemicals they use, and/or the % of product, as requested.  My most recent exterminator helped reduce scorpions and our are excessive in our neighborhood. I merely wanted lower price up keep.
There response here, seems to indicate a sensitivity to feedback. Being online is what Yelp does to share info with other consumers.

This company had the best price but it's not worth it.  

When termites come back they are difficult to get them to return and honor their  warranty. Makes me question  if the original treatment was done property.

Promised to call before coming between 1-4p and she didn't. I called the office at 3:45p and said she had done inspection already. No email, no text and no phone call. I don't even know what happened unless I have called the office. I have the technician came back. She said she did all outside and asked me if I want any paper work. How can I tell if they have done their job if I haven't received anything. One side wall needs to go thru our neighbor's gate. I was suppose to show her. She sent me the paper work. It's just the picture of the front of the house and 3 words in description: Terminate - renewal inspection. I don't even want to put 1 star in here. The reason I put star is to have this posted.

I want to thank Budget Brothers for coming to my house over and over to keep the termites well watered. I can only assume that's what they are spraying cause the termites never seemed so happy. I guess I could have just sprayed water myself but what's better then being locked into a company who can water you gravel and side of home so you don't have to.

Wow this company is something else we had termite treatment in our home years before with no issues from other companies and had budget brothers come out last year they messed up our tile then the guy tried smearing cement to fix it and left a even bigger disaster oh and the termites still there they came out twice and told me if would take a few months for them to die off nope still there and when I called again they said we haven't spoken to you in months and wanted to charge another $380 for them to come out again

The guys that came to my home seemed nice enough. However when they were finished they did not pick up the rake or brooms they have put on the ground.. My patio furniture had been pulled away from the walls and not replaced. The most disturbing and disgusting item was the multiple cigarette butts left on the sidewalk in front of my home!
Unfortunate for me I chose to use them, but perhaps I can warn off other potential customers.

I had the pleasure to have John and Andrew completed the treatment of termites last Friday.  They arrived on time and explained the treatment process patiently.  Many holes were drilled on all concrete surfaces (garages, patios, cement walkways) to kill the termites around the perimeters of the house.  I am very impressed with the work and professionalism.  I will use Budget Brothers for all of my pest control needs.  Job well done!

I personally did not receive services from this company, but I did however see how this particular person drove. And I wouldn't want to receive services from a company with asshole drivers. They were riding peoples tails, trying to go 60 on side streets, and cut me off 3 times. And cut multiple other people off as well. How you drive shows a lot about how you are as a person, no wonder you only have 2.5 stars :-)

Called these guys last week after seeing termite activity in my kitchen and scheduled an inspection. The inspector noted that there were no signs of termites on the stem walls, so said they must be coming from cracks in the foundation. He gave me a quote for standard termite treatment. I then had four other companies including Orkin, Terminix & Truly Nolen come out and do the same. They all agreed that there were no activity on the stem walls and were likely coming from the foundation. BUT they all also agreed that to treat the problem, it would be necessary to angle drill to treat the problem area, not simple the stem wall. After getting the opinions of the three big companies, I called a friend who owns a company in another state, and he to agreed that angle drilling in this case was the right way to do the job.

After receiving this information, I called Budget Bros and asked that my treatment be applied using angle drilling. At this time they said they would have to send another inspector out to confirm angle drilling could be done. The second inspector came and confirmed that angle drilling could be performed and agreed that angle drilling would be the best way to do the job right. He then said that angle drilling was harder and more risk involved and there would be an additional $250 fee. I agreed to the fee, also an additional fee of $100 to use Termidor. I was okay with paying more to get the job done right!

So today the driller was first to show up to my house and he immediately Says that he cannot angle drill because it's too much of a liability and he could hit water pipes. I told him the house was inspected twice by your company and I agreed to pay extra for angle drilling. He then said well if I do it, you will have to sign a liability damage waiver. I told him that was absurd and was never communicated to my by the inspector or the office. He then said I could wait to discuss with the tech that was actually doing the treatment and that he did not have the work order, he was just here to drill and prep the house.

Once the tech showed up and after holes were drilled in my concrete, the tech said the same thing. We will not angle drill unless you sign a damage waiver releasing us from all liability. Being a business owner myself, this was a red flag. I then explained to him that the whole point of the second inspection and paining more was to angle drill. He then called the owner and was told by the owner to not angle drill without a damage waiver signed.

After this, I called my buddy who owns a termite company in Texas and asked if this was standard. As I suspected he said it was not. He said if I cause damage, we pay for it. I then called Terminix, Orkin and Truly Nolen and asked them all if they were to treat my house as they proposed using angle drilling, would I have to sign any damage waivers. They all said no! One even laughed and apologized on behalf of Budget Bros for making all pest control companies look bad. After being told by 4 different companies that they don't require any damage liability waiver, I sent Budget Bros packing.

I scheduled the service with one of the big 3 companies. I'd rather pay a little more and have the job done right by professionals who will take the responsibility if they screw up. Not some amateurs like Budget Bros. What a joke

I had been a long time customer of Budget Brothers. I mistakenly thought that if they used the right product - Termidor, then it would be ok. Years ago, it worked on my properties, but now in the past year, same properties, I have had no response. The termites became more active with tubes coming down from the walls and ceilings at 2 different properties. I called the owner Jeff, and he told me that it takes 3 months for results, that this is normal, although it never had been before, and after these excuses and delays, still no improvement. They have had to return 2 more times to one property, and 3 to another. The bottom line is they didn't drill under the slab as they should have. All they did was a quick roll over what was easy to access and some foam in the walls, and it didn't touch it. So after $400 for each property, I have had to just spend that all over again for another company to resolve it. This time within 3 days, all termite activity ceased. No question they didn't get the product where it needed to be, but since another company nailed it, this was obviously a solvable problem. I am sure they will respond that I am the bad person for giving a one-star review, but a customer should be responded to with courtesy, prompt action in sufficient strength and location of chemical to resolve it, and not have to keep asking them to come back. Once there is a need to come back, it would seem reasonable to get management out there and fix it.

Instead it went on like I was feeding the termites, not killing them. I paid to have this resolved, and since it never did, that became wasted money. I even emailed them when they sent out their renewal billing for another year, and I told them why I was disappointed. No follow up call or reply email, so it was obvious they don't care.

Never like to give anyone a poor review, but I am simply telling the truth.

I had Budget Brothers Termite and Pest Control out to spray for little black bugs on my patio. Within the month the bugs were still there. I called to tell Budget Brothers their spray did not take care of the problem. I took video so they could visually see the bugs crawling. I was told that they have no guarantee even within 30 days. This is not the way to do business. Earlier this year I had paid them for a 5 year termite guarantee, so they got my $500+ already If I had known their customer service and crappy bug spray didn't work I would have never hired them.
You now have my address. It was your receptionist that claimed there was no warranty. I will look forward to you taking care of the bugs Jeff.

Update, ONLY FIVE MINUTES after I posted speaking my truth in this review below, Jeff, the owner of Budget Brothers called me and said that he was going to post my home address all over on the internet and badmouth me what a psycho I am.  Is this the business owner you wanna do business with?

I owned my 3000 s.f. block wall home battled termites for all that time.  Original house built 1966 was 2300 was added onto twice by original owner.  Termite activity was ONLY in the add-on buildings, NEVER the original house, because of the long-lasting but now banned chemicals they used in that day 1966 to treat the soil under foundation.  

I have a 11-year fat folder full of bids by so many termite companies, ranging from $495 with Budget Brothers (for 3-year warranty) to $2700 by Truly Nolen.  All companies wanted to treat the entire house, because they said otherwise they cannot warranty their work.  

My most unhappy experience was with Budget Brothers.  They charged me $495 for whole house treatment with 3-year warranty.  Every time new activity arose during the 3 years, lady who answered the phone would tell me Knock down the tubes and wait a few days to see if activity comes back.   She also told me that the NEW termites keep flying to my house (meaning they do not live there, just passing by) and then emit pheromones to attract more termites to my house.   This to me, was said to dispute my conclusion that their chemical did not work.  Sounded like putting me off, so finally I said There is obvious continuing activity I want you to come out and treat!. I finally told her that it doesn't matter where the termites come from, termites are termites that their chemical should be killing.  Well, then, she had to admit what I was saying was true, so she sent out a crew to treat about 4 times during my warranty period of 3 years.  

More than 3 months after 4th reinfestation treatment on Mar 12, 2014 during warranty period by Budget Brothers in my garage, extensive new infestation appeared in treated area.   Since activity appeared after the three months in corner of garage that Budget Brothers already treated with Dupont Altriset .050%, I accused the owner Jeff of using plain water.  The concentration of mud tunnels hanging from ceiling was so horrifying that other companies said they've never seen anything so bad, and took photos.  LONG mud tubes hung from ceiling in long rows (from wood behind them) like an upside down fence.  Budget Brothers refused to come out again because they said my warranty expired, EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS THE SAME AREA they had treated only months before, and treatments are supposed to last 8 years, if application was done right.  More mud tunnels appeared over the next 12 months in treated area.

By this time I wised up about searching on Yelp for any business category and arranging results by Highest Rated first !   Arizona Termite, Pest, and Weed was one of the top 4 with 5 stars, that I had come out to give me bids.  The other companies, like the past 11 years, gave me bids for WHOLE HOUSE ONLY treatment.

I chose Glenn Pifer/Arizona Termite, Pest, and Weed because he volunteered You never seen any activity on the outside of the block walls all around your house, have you?  (No)  You never seen any activity on the inside of your house, have you? (No)   So WHY WASTE YOUR MONEY TREATING THOSE AREAS THAT HAVE NEVER HAD ACTIVITY???!!!, he told me.   Well this is so logical, why didn't the other companies ask me that?  That is because they want to make money on whole house treatment.  Their reasoning is if they spot treat, the termites will move to areas that were not treated, and then I will be unhappy, so no warranty for spot treatment.   But fact is I NEVER seen any activity in original house, only the add-on rooms.  

No one in 11 years VOLUNTEERED Why treat areas you've never seen activity in?  Glenn was upset that other companies made scars in my red brick paving by drilling and patching with blobs that do not match, when it was all unnecessary to Glenn.  Glenn quoted me only $200 to treat the garage .  I was so unhappy with Budget Bros who told me this infestation came from termites who were just flying by my house, not because their chemical didn't work.  

When I called Glenn and said OK do it, I called 4 pm, and he said he could come in the morning the VERY NEXT DAY (Aug 25, 2015), and this was when his father just got put in ICU and not expected to live (he is still hanging in there at date of this review)!   I was so taken aback at such fast service.  He came ON TIME with another helper, spent an hour using Termador HE .06% with 5 year warranty for treated areas, when no other company in 11 years would warranty a spot treatment.  I waited 6 months to write this review to make sure termites did not come back.  FINALLY NO TERMITES and only cost $200 including 5 year warranty!

**First off, my name is NOT Mike!  Second, all I am asking for is a letter that states no live activity was seen and that treatment isn't required. If someone had asked me to do that, I would have bent over backward for my customers. Good customer service is not difficult, but it will affect repeat business.

I am trying to refinance my house with a VA loan, which requires a WDIIR to be completed.  The inspector showed up on time and introduced himself, even gave me a card, so no complaints with him.  The issue I have is that when he sent me the report, he also sent me a treatment agreement, in the middle of the report, which the bank saw.  Now they want me to pay for a treatment, or have Budget Bros give me a letter stating that no live activity was found, only an old termite tube stain from a past treatment (that they did).  I've called numerous times and was told that if I was going to repeat the same thing over and over, I was going to get hung up on.  When I asked to speak to the Owner, I was told that he was telling her that they wouldn't help me.  When I said I wanted to speak to him directly and hear it from him, I was told he wasn't in the office.  I asked if he was speaking to her telepathically, and was told that they all had a meeting about my situation early that day and was told not to help me any more.  That is terrible customer service and really shows that they don't back up their word.  If the owner would like to contact me, you know how to get ahold of me.  I am just trying to finish this paperwork issue with the bank and move on with my life.  I used to work for another pest control company before and am regretting not using them for this inspection now that I have an issue. My next step will be to file a complaint with the Pest Management Division, as many of you should do if you are having serious issues.

When Budget Brothers first checked my house for termites and I showed them the termite evidence, the guy said No problem, we can take care of that.

A year later I signed up for the one-year renewal. I waited 6 months to see what was going on with my house.

When another guy showed up for the renewal inspection, I showed him similar termite evidence as I did on the first visit a year and a half ago. He said No, we can't help with that type of termite!

Bad Business!! Don't bother with their service.

Terrible, do not bother wasting your time or money. This warranty was included with home purchase and i will not pay them for renewal. They have had to come out 3-4 times to treat for termites in 2017 and for returns in same locations. Called again for treatment In Jan 2018 and they have returned to same location with 2nd call and warranty expired. Unacceptable considering other people who used different companies for termite treatment have not had recurring issues like this. I will use my warranty renewal money and contact a company who will treat and complete the job with out 6 frikin calls not fixing the issue! BBBis who i am contacting next

-updated 7/23: the owner is hilarious and completely unprofessional just based on his posted response and private message. There was no story made up very clear and not a hard concept to follow Jeffrey Martin, your company had to be called out multiple times in 2017 and 2 times in 2018. Why would i renew my warranty, pay a company who isn't capable of actually treating the termites and has to be called out multiple times a year? My negative experience is in line with the rest of the bad reviews and your 12 Better Business Bureau complaints. Your competitors I have already scheduled with stated 4 tunnels should not have returned to the same location you treated in January. In addition posting my home address on yelp very dumb move, i will report to yelp for privacy and data sharing concerns.

They were suggested to me by my realtor to treat for termites before we moved in. Fast forward 1 year and 5 days later (5 days past the weak 1 year warranty) another termite tunnel is discovered in the garage so I called to see if they would work with that. They need to do a better job hiring, I spoke with Tasha and she was extremely rude, interrupting me a few times as I'm explaining the situation in a very polite manner. SO WHAT ARE YOU GONNA PAY FOR IT?? Is not the reply I would expect, even if they were not willing to work with the warranty. Do yourself a favor call someone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They're the absolute worst!!
I just had my living room and master bedroom treated for bed bugs. After returning a couple hours of being treated I came back to a damaged couch and mattress / box spring. Mind you my mattress / box spring was brand new, had the plastic on the box spring. When coming back the plastic was ripped off the cloth on the bottom of the box spring was ripped off and the technician just left all of that left on the floor. Box spring and mattress is now damaged. When contacting them they asked for pictures so pictures were sent and then was told the owner would be contacting me. After calling multiple times today and being told he's busy or on the phone I still have yet to get a call from the owner but Abby decides to tell me now that the owner will not be contacting me after being told all day he would be. Because I signed something they aren't liable for any damages. Even tho the technician couldn't tell me what I was signing for nor let me hold the little computer device that he had.

Go with a different company. I still have termites after they came out 5 times this year. I kept calling to have them retreat, kept putting me off now I am out of warranty. They said they would come out again but it would cost me almost $500. No thanks. I will find a company that actually treats termites. Nice response. I do NOT have ANY water leaks. Well, I gave them a chance and they just really don't want my business.  I had the treat and had an extended warranty for termites on the house.
I was in the process of selling the house and needed a treatment for termite returns.  They came out as planned and treated.  The funding lender wanted a clean report so I asked Budget Bros for one to provide to the lender.  They were going to charge me $45 to come back out and re-inspect what they had just treated days earlier.  Luckily the funding lender accepted the treatment report.  Now fast forward to the new house.  I figured I would give them the business, given the existing  relationship I had as a customer.  I called Budget to perform an introduction service ($99.00 - which can be found cheaper) but like I said, was going to give them the opportunity.  They came out, sprayed inside and out and after a few days I still had activity.  So, I called them for a re-treatment to which time I was told that they do not retreat houses for initial sprays.  I reminded the lady I was a current customer and was set up on their quarterly service plan.  She again, stated my initial service spray was discounted (really?) and re-treats are not covered.  In fact, I would have to pay yet another $99 for them to return.  I kindly asked her to remove me as a customer and that I would take my business elsewhere and hung up the phone.  I can truly see that they are not in the business to exterminate customers and not bugs.  Search around for a company who wants and appreciates your business.....

And now in response to the owner, easy for you to hide behind a computer in lieu of picking up the phone to make things right.  Don't infer I am a liar (ever) - some business you are running there.  I don't want nor do I ever expect things for free.  I work for a living, pay my bills on time and leave great comments for companies who provide superior service.  My previous company, who I had for years, wouldn't and never did bat an eye to make sure their customer's houses were pest free.  What I want is for your company to honor the products and services.  The fact I have to respond to your comments are very telling on how individuals should steer clear of Budget Bros.  Good thing we as consumers have multiple choices.  Guess that is why this company has 2.5 stars on Yelp.

Terrible experience. After their first visit we noticed the wolf spiders that were starting to pop up around the house were getting worse, so we had them come out again. Even though we told them not to spray anywhere near our chickens on the first visit, they just showed up and started spraying for the 2nd visit and were right on the wall by our coop. My husband stopped them quickly but it didn't matter, one chicken was dead within hours. To make it even worse, we left for a few days right after and came back to the most disgusting spider infestation I've ever seen. All these ants were swarming around our back patio door, and there were more wolf spiders than I could count on the glass doors. When we went out to spray our generic bug barrier, we also found two live black widows. Before Budget, we'd maybe had 5 wolf spiders. We'd never had ant or black widows. Two sessions in, we had an infestation on our patio and around our front door.
Of course they wouldn't refund anything, even though we had to have Orkin out the next day to actually treat the house. We haven't seen a single wolf spider or ant on the windows or doors, or even the patio. They're a little more, but they also haven't kicked any of our pets, so I'd say it's worth it. This place is a waste of money.

Do not do business  with this company!!! All they will do is take your money and then tell you to F off if you complain. The first service was 30 min and they were gone. I had to have them come out again and they were there 5 min.

We've had an agreement for annual termite inspection/service with Budget Brothers for three years with no issues. During the pandemic, however, we've not been having workers inside our home. Now that vaccinations are available and numbers are falling, we decided to go ahead with annual maintenance. When I phoned to renew and schedule I was surprised that Budget Bros was charging a late fee. It's not a lot of money -- it's just the principle of it. It doesn't set well. We're barely two months late, and CoV cases were so high here until recently. So I'm on the phone now collecting information from competitors. I'd rather pay a bit more up front than pay an upcharge to a company trying to profit off the pandemic.

Called Budget Brothers to eliminate termites where we could see tubes and signs of termite activity and a full treatment around the house. They came to our home and started doing what they do. During the time they were at our place the one young man talked a lot about things that did not have anything to do with the work that needed to be done. He should have been concentrating more on his job. At one point I finally said to him, good for you how is the work coming along. As they were finishing one of the young men said that the termites might be active for up to three months after but then we should not see any more signs of activity. During the three months after we saw activity, then 4, 5 months after we continued to see activity each time we knocked down tubes and sprayed the area to 'help' stop the activity. Six to eight months after we found long tubes (see pictures) still being built by the termites. We called another company and they came out did the whole house treatment and we have not seen activity since. Should have called the other company instead, called Budget Brothers on advice from real estate agent but apparently the agent wasn't familiar with BB because had I read these reviews before hand I would not have called BB.

My experience with Budget Brothers was very good. They are  reasonably priced, came on time and stayed true to the quote they gave me over the phone. The technician was curtious, informative and performed all duties as promised. I will be using them from now going forward. Thank you to both the technician and the rep that helped me over the phone! If I could give this business ZERO STARS, I would. We have an annual contract with them for termites, and I had an inspection scheduled during a four hour block from 0900-1300. Nobody called or showed up during that time on the day of the appointment. When I called, I was told that the technician had called and came by around 1100 but no one was home. I had been home all morning.

We rescheduled the inspection for a week and a half later from 0900-1100. Given their history, I called around 1000 the day of to make sure someone was on the way and was told that the inspection had already been completed the first time. When I told them that it had not been completed, they checked and said it was a technical glitch that had marked it as complete the first time and asked to reschedule AGAIN.

This business is absolutely frustrating, poor customer service, would not recommend to anyone. Don't waste your time.

Hired Budget Brothers due to a recommendation from a friend who used them. My experience was fantastic. The customer service rep who scheduled everything was polite and helpful. The crew arrived on time and made sure all affected areas were pointed out and taken care of. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs the same help I did.

This company is a complete scam! They definitely do not deserve even one star.

Home owners beware, if you need termite treatment, this company is a scam! They do not properly treat for termites. If you just read others reviews you will see how many people they have ripped off with termite treatments  
You will also see how vindictive and dishonest this company is, just read the companies replys to negative reviews, they go as far as posting customers private information on here... Wow! That alone says alot about the company.
Please do your research! I know its tempting to save a few $$, but don't hire this company and make the same mistake!

So an update on my initial review.

Shortly after my termite inspection for my VA loan a single termite tube was found on my foundation.  After notifying the owner about the issue he sent out an inspector to take a look.  The inspector verfied the tube and the owner sent people out to treat the building free of charge.  

In all fairness most companies probably would have made me pay for a full treatment. Considering how fast they got out to fix it and how willing they were to stand by their work it's hard for me to not change their rating.

I have had experiences with other companies in the valley for extermination and I have to admit that after everything that's happened Budget Brothers has earned a better rating than I initially gave them.

I have had to call them 2 times and STILL have the same problem. Same areas, nothing changed. 2 times they came out and guaranteed me that they took care of it. 2 times they came out and said they got rid of them all. I looked into other companies who said it shouldn't even be that big of a problem and that they can take care of it.

I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Now time to pay over $3,000 in repairs for a problem that should have been fixed. This is a quote given to me by Terminex. Not caused by this company.

Since reporting this comment, the owner contacted me several times. Then called my wife. He later threatened to sue me if I didn't remove the comment.

If a business does not do a good job or service, I shouldn't be threatened.

Glad I paid for the warranty!  We have a large, older home.  After our initial treatment, we had one small area where the buggers returned.  BB quickly put us on the schedule.  Very professional technicians who work quietly & clean up after themselves (wish my husband did that).  It's been a couple months now, no issues.

Great local company that keeps it's word & courteous staff.  Highly recommend.

I am leaving a 1 star review and that is only because the technician was very nice. Budget Brothers came to spray the outside and inside of my house, after a couple of weeks we were getting MORE alive bugs inside our house than before they sprayed called to get a refund because they charge $99 initially. The manager said they could only offer to come back out and spray again. Told her I didn't want that since it didn't seem to work the first time. She said that's all they could offer since it has been 3 weeks since they sprayed and it was too close to the 30 day 'warranty'... WHAT?!!... Would definitely not recommend!!!! Waste of money

I have used these guys for probably 2 years going on third year. I must tell you that initially they did a very thorough job... no termite activities after their first visit. A year later, I had some in the garage.. I called them again.. they came and did a touch up.. done. So this year I had activities in my living room and they came and did their job... it's been probably two months already and the activities are still there if not even worse! I called them a couple times and I was told to wait 90 days and call them back after that. I don't think I had to go through this the very first time. It is a bit annoying considering I paid $400 the first time and $100 maintenance annually. I hope I'm the only one with this problem. So make sure you ask about these types of things if you ever have termite problems.

How Budget Brothers has only three stars, I'll never know ... it's not accurate, let me tell you that.  So, we stumbled on Budget Brothers because we actually had our house on the market, it went through a termite inspection (shockingly, evidence of termites were found ... can you believe it? In Arizona?? j/k), and when the contract fell through, we decided it was probably good to get the termite damage repaired and just have a general pest spray done in general.  We have about 9 large palm trees in our backyard, let alone the 10 or so smaller ones on the property so we were seeing scorpions more often than we wanted to.

We've been having service done every 2 months for the last year and have had amazing results.  We had been seeing ants near our cats' food dishes (no more), no more scorpions, no bugs at all (:: knock on wood ::).  Rudy Vasquez is our tech and couldn't be a nicer guy.  He's so polite and in & out quickly (while doing a thorough job). That's another thing that I really like ... they try to have the same technician to your house each time you get service so you're seeing the same face over and over.

I can't compliment them enough. Kudos.

Customer service person was a little short on the phone, but polite at the same time - like she was having a tough day. The company owner sent a friendly message to apologize and that made things OK. Apparently, they had been having problems with telephone/online connectivity all day, and I am sure that made the customer service rep's job pretty tough.

These guys have been servicing my parents' home and my rental property for many years,and we have never had problems with them. They also are cheaper than many other services out there.

I have been trying to reach a supervisor for over a week. Today was my 6th time calling and leaving a message. The first time I explained the situation in detail to a front desk lady and was told the situation would be explained and emailed to a supervisor, who would then contact me back. The second time, a different lady answered the phone and told me there were no notes about my past call in the system. I explained everything again and was fed the same story. Can you guess what happened the third time? You guessed it, no notes in the system. At this point I told the lady I would not explain the situation again and to please let me speak to a supervisor. I was told no supervisor was available but that they would contact me back if I left my name and number. Today I called for the 6th time at 3pm and was told the supervisor was out on his break (yeah right). Their unprofessionalism is almost comical.

The reason I'm calling is because Budget Brothers treated our house approximately 3 years ago (correct me if I'm wrong, but either way I do admit I'm past the warranty time frame). At the time, they ended up only treating about 80% of our home, leaving two whole sides of the house untreated. I was at home at the time they did the treatment and was not told anything about this. Only upon further inspection after they left did I realize they had not dug any trenches or drilled any holes on said sides of the house. I called them several times at the time to get an explanation but they never returned my call (it is now apparent to me that it is common practice for them to ignore complaints). I was finally told by one of the ladies I spoke to last week that they hadn't treated that side of the house because the stone pavers were on the way. After reading other reviews on here and on Google, it seems like I'm not the only one this has happened to.

To which I say, okay, the pavers being on the way is understandable, and I too understand why the worker would not want to remove them himself out of fear of breaking them and being liable. But why wasn't I told about this while they were treating? I could have easily removed them myself in a matter of minutes. Also, the pavers are only on one of the sides that wasn't treated. What about the other side? Anyway, as one would expect, the termites have now reappeared on that end of the house and I need to have it retreated, but I believe I shouldn't have to pay the full price due to your mistakes and lack of professionalism. I'm not asking for any freebies, I'm just asking for you to put yourself in my shoes and understand where I'm coming from so we can come to an agreement.

As of now, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!!! I'm giving you one final chance to change my mind. Horrible!!!! Worst service ever! Beware! Stay away. Took my money and never service my house. Called them to service house never came. Told me to remover to remove  the térmite área if it came back to call them. Asked for a manager to return call never did until numerous calls. Owners don't get involved. This is a company name says it all BUGET, you get what you paid for

Updated Review: Spoke with Jeff who as apologetic to our poor experience and quickly worked to schedule another onsite to treat the still effected area. Happy with the outcome and will provide another update in a month once results of treatment are hopefully realized.

terrible customer service (Trisha) has so much attitude, is unhelpful, and just says the same script over and over again (stall tactic?). They tell us they can't do anything for 90 days. When we saw the tubes appear again (4th tube since treatment) almost after 90 days, we called to schedule something, which would be after our 90 day period. the insult to injury is the fact that they would not be able to come out for another 3 weeks. They came out the same week when we wanted to pay them for the treatment, but now that we ask them to stand by their product, they are reluctant to do anything.

their website claims termite elimination and I am beginning to think this is false advertisement. Stay away from this place.

Had a good experience with Budget Brothers, concerning a Termite inspection, at no charge & having them provide preventative Termite service at my home, about 3 years ago; however, a different experience concerning contacting them, about a Bed Bug problem, as they charge $75, just to come out and verify what I already Knew, and I would have had to pay and additional $150, to have the master Bedroom treated. I did contact them about the matter, & they did offer to send another inspector out, but again why no charge for a routine Termite inspection, but  $75 for a Bed Bug inspection!

No problems with inspection, treatment or scheduling, but major concerns with customer service and billing. The company agreed to receive payment through escrow and the payment was shown through the escrow report (and the escrow company subsequently confirmed a check had been cut and sent a month ago). However, a month and a half later, the charge appeared on my credit card.... no notification, email, letter, etc letting me know in advance, just happened to catch it on my statement one day after my balance spiked). When I called to follow-up, I first received a friendly associate who said he would speak to his supervisor about following up with escrow and getting the charges figured out. However, when nothing occurred over the next few days I called back and the phone was answered by a woman who claimed to be part-owner of the company. When asked about the follow-up the prior rep told me about with escrow, she dismissed it saying they had charged the card and she was not interested in pursuing payment through escrow and that I would have to figure that out myself. So I am currently out $800+ and left to pursue resolution elsewhere while my card accumulates interest charges. All this without a single outreach beforehand to let me know all was not on track with the escrow payment (read: someone lost the check) or that they would be charging my credit card instead. Then I have an owner tell me to go figure it out myself. Horrible customer service, zero communication, and sloppy internal processing. 100% not impressed.

As has occurred with previous posts here, the owner replied directly behind the scenes and then posted a disingenuous reply on the public thread. This reinforces the professionalism and customer service concerns indicated in my post and elsewhere in this thread.

As I clarified for the owner in our private thread, my concern is the complete lack of communication before or after charging my card... (I had to stumble across it in my bank statement) and the 'devil-may-care' attitude I receive from a part-owner on the phone yesterday when I called to follow-up. Zero communication, horrible customer service, and lack of professionalism from the owners. (Not to the mention sloppy //or lazy?// internal processes that underly it all). I stand by the 1-star review.

Additionally, the escrow company has record of the check that was sent for payment over a month ago.

I reluctantly would recommend that you not use Budget Brothers Termites for termite issues.  We have a two-year contract with them and they are not addressing the issue.  They have come out several times and have not gotten rid of our termites.  Not at all.  I called on December 22 and was told they could not come out for treatment until January 22.  I asked to speak to a supervisor.  They made an appointment for an inspector to come out.  He inspected our home and agreed that we should be treated right away and said someone would call today to set an appointment for treatment.  They called and again said they could not come out until January 22nd.  I asked for the owner, Jeff Nicholas to contact us and we did not hear from him yet.

We called them two months into our contract to come back out they told us that they needed us to scrape the area and then call them back out if it didn't come back again the termite trail. The trail went away so they didn't come back obviously three days into the expiration of my contract the trail comes back I called they say it's the weekend and we cannot help you your contract expires Monday you have to buy a new contract how convenient why would I buy a new contract with a company who didn't do the job right the first time and he didn't wanna come back out and help us the second time I wish I would've seen the reviews.

Pick any other company!  The house we purchased had them already signed up for termite service.  When we first had issues, they told us to knock down the tunnel, if they rebuild, they'll come out. Ok we've been in it long enough to know when a new tunnel pops up.  Just come out already!  Then they only service the area one Tuesday per month...that being said, if you happen to call the day after, you will be waiting a full month for service.  This last visit was a nightmare.  During COVID, they sent a man who coughed through his entire visit...to the point that the kids all hid in their rooms.  Don't send people out like that!  Their only response:  We have COVID 19 protocols in place.  Nothing more, no apology, no discussion around what those protocols actually are.  They already to crappy work and literally have to be called out ALL the time because their methods are clearly ineffective, but now let's add in sending out someone hacking up a lung during a pandemic?  Literally pick ANY other company.

I am yet another disappointed customer. My husband signed on for a termite contract through Budget Brothers. They have come to our home multiple times as evidence of termites keeps re-appearing. I called most recently a little over a week ago because it was determined that our hardwood floors were being snacked in by subterranean termites. When we removed a plank, live termites were present. I asked how we can possibly get ahead of this and was told that they were available in 2.5-3 weeks to come out and that the only way to treat is to location treat inside of the house as we see them.

Our contractor said no! We have now had to employ another company for $4k more to drill our sub wall and flood our perimeter. Why sign on with a company that only does the bare minimum so that you keep having to call them. Getting a useless warranty with Budget Brothers has been a waste of money for us. Maybe if you are doing preventative treatments, they might be a good option--I don't know--but when you have termites, call someone else! They don't seem to know their stuff, don't offer timely appointments and are very limited in their treatment options.

What a huge disappointment. My husband is banned from signing future service contracts after wasting this much money!

Home has been treated for the last 4 years. It has never been treated right completely and they have been out here twice a year every year. They do not do it the way I ask them to, and they have mot done it properly! I will not ever use them again and WILL NOT refer them to any one else!!!

Have not been happy with this company at all. The home has been treated and retreated multiple times starting in August. The termite activity has not stopped or shown any signs of slowing down. If anything the termite issue seems to be getting worse. Every time I call to request a new treatment the customer service has been terrible. They will deny, deny, deny that the service is not being effective. There is also no consistency regarding how long the treatment takes to be effective. 2 weeks? 1 month? One of the associates actually told me termites are everywhere in Arizona, there's really nothing we can do about them out here that's all I needed to hear. Their treatment is not effective and customer service is even worse. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Move on to another company! We had budget brothers treat our termites and purchased a warranty. When we saw a tube in our son's room they said to knock it down and wait two weeks to see if they come back. They did AND got to our wood floors in the meantime. When we called them again the argued and fussed until we finally got them to come out. They only spot spray when you find more termites so the termites simple move to another room. We've been playing this game for over a year. We just found ANOTHER tube and were told the same script. Knock down the tube and wait. We're DONE with this company!

I needed a termite inspection for a home refinance and have an active warranty with BB. Initially, they didn't offer a discount for the inspection report so I found another place that offered to do the report for less. The other company sent someone out that was looking to find issues not related to termites, so I called BB. They sent someone the next day to do the inspection and received the final report on the spot. Jeff, who I think is the owner, did provide a discount which I appreciate.  Would have been nice to have afforded the discount from the get gofbut overall we are happy. I plan to continue to use them going forward.

We have a roof rat problem. 5 baits in our backyard, second visit he reset them, plus added more in our kitchen!!! After 4th visit still nothing caught!!! That's after spending $300.00!! THEN we get a letter from our HOA, stating we MUST take care of this!!! These guys don't check trees, but apparently there was a RAT NEST in our Palm!!!! SMH!! We ended up buying D-CON PLUS rat traps, as well!!! Wish I didn't spend my money on Budget Brothers

This was our first time dealing with termites since we relocated to Arizona from the midwest.  Not only was owner Jeff SUPER responsive to pricing requests and scheduling, Jeff and Martin who serviced our property were friendly, speedy, and answered ALL of my annoying questions with ease!  Other companies we called wanted more than double for the same service and less warranty, with a longer wait time for service.  I highly recommend this company!  Thank you!

Very poor Customer service they left a mess in the garage  you could see little grey powder spots all over our car (powder they used. all over our car  we had some stuff in the corner in the garage and it was  strewn all over the middle my husband called to make a complaint I called  again the lady said the guy would come back and clean it up ...he came back took pictures  ...was belligerent when I went out  & told him  that's very  poor customer service he said we should've known he was coming in other words his attitude was it's our fault for not moving it ....usually people say we need to work  There  please move your stuff  or your vehicle  ....when we called to complain again after he left  the lady said he'll  be back to clean he never came back I  called and told  Steve I cleaned it myself He listens very quietly said sorry but there was  it no follow through  !they don't care about their customers

Shoutout to Preston who did my inspection and preventive treatment today. I say you can tell someone who sincerely wants to do a good job, Preston is one of those people! Wasn't in a hurry took plenty of time to inspect and explain everything. Even noticed a place where they had not treated on the initial treatment and took care of that as well. I love to give well deserved ratings Preston gets a 10/10! Thank you!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I had them come out and give an estimate. I accepted it and scheduled service for a week and a half later. I get a call the day before and called back the day of the service and they cancelled my appointment and said I now have to reschedule another week and a half out. Refused to sweetest me in sooner. I cancelled the service and will never use them for anything again. I arranged my schedule around the time and you just cancel it and make no attempt to squeeze me in any sooner. Shame.

What a horrible company.  I do t know what kind of treatment they used but the termites keep coming to my house even to the same place.   I did it 3 years ago and they told me ii shouldn't have any problem s for 5-7 years but they retreat 4 times. They just want you to buy the warranty and that's the way to make money.  Stay away from them.  Such a bad experience but I learned my lesson

Horrible service. Lied about treating our house several times. We called several times and the only response was the product takes 60-90 days to work. After that time frame the termites did not go away and remained active. They claimed to have treated the house but on their third trip out there were no signs of treatment before

Should be called Worthless Brothers.  After reportedly having performed a full service full house perimeter treatment, we continued to have termites in several locations.  (We were given the service receipt by the bank who had ordered and paid for the service and attempted to exercise the warranty.)  Over the course of a year we had Budget Brothers come out THREE TIMES, and still termites.  We finally paid to have a competitor treat the house.  Termites disappeared almost immediately and have not returned.  That company also said there was little sign that the house had ever been properly treated prior.  I suggest you shop elsewhere for your termite control provider.

I had quite a few bees come into my condo through the fireplace on a rainy day. I let the first few out through the slider but they kept coming in two at a time. I left and called an exterminator that my HOA recommended. They said they couldn't send someone out until the following morning. I then called Budget Bros. and explained my situation. Carly on the phone was super helpful and nice and had someone out to me within half an hour. Tanner sprayed the chimney and got rid of the bees that were inside. I haven't seen any bees since! I really appreciated how quick the whole experience was! They also gave me a 30 day guarantee to be bee-free.

I have had the worst experience with this company and have to share so that hopefully someone will avoid a colossal mistake.

I purchased a new home and the sellers opted to use this company to treat the termites found during the home inspection, then we got the 2 year contract. Over the last 2 years the termites have only gotten worse at my home. The visible trails have spread from a few areas to throughout the home, inside and out.

I will  say, they came out when I called (after waiting the requisite 90 days between treatments) but I can't fathom what they were actually doing each time they came out, because it was not treating the termites. The hours I have wasted taking time off of work to meet these guys is infuriating.

My contract is up now and I'm getting estimates and inspections from other companies who are aghast at the state my house is in after 2 years treatment. I truly wish that I had just given up on this company earlier, because I'm now having to deal with the untreated mess they left behind. If there was a zero star option I would use it.

If i could give it no stars i would. In July Mike came out to look at our house for bed bugs. Our landlord drove down from flagstaff to meet him because one of my roommates was getting eaten alive, it looked like he had chicken pox with all of the bites. Mike only found dead bed bugs, so he certified the house bed bug free and charged us to give us his opinion of what we knew was false.   At the end of September the whole house is infested... My roommates are forced to sleep on the floor, I have thrown out my mattress (causing me to spend more unnecessary money) . When i called Budget brothers to complain that they did not take care of the problem they said that the bugs could have come back at any point. In reality Budget Brothers did not give us a through inspection causing the problem to grow as they multiplied.

When I called them to let them know of our problem they wanted to charge me 2200 to steam the furniture and it would have to be done 3 times because they constantly lay eggs and get into the walls.
Bed bugs live in everything and can survive for 12 months without blood so they would probably come back. They also informed me that they could not steam my furniture until October 31st which would be over a month of living with these disgusting bugs

This company is a money scheme, unprofessional and unreliable, they do not take responsibility for their actions. I used Arizona Pest exterminators and they are fumigating my house, kept in contact with us and even helped us preparing the house for fumigation. Amazing service and honest. I would NEVER recommend Budget brothers to ANYONE. they brag they are the cheapest in town that is because they make you come back multiple times.

While trying to resolve the issue with Budget brothers POSTED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION  ON YELP so that people could call and harass me. The owner also threatened to sue me because they are a Multi-million dollar company  and said I was never a customer even though I have a receipt number and a date (01-0212865 on 7/21/12 customer number 01-0088232). The owner blew up my phone multiple times during the day when I was working wanting to argue about the situation and to tell me that I need to go to a mental hospital, along with those phone calls coming every day he stalked my social media as well.  STAY AWAY FROM JEFF M AND BUDGET BROTHERS I CANT BELIEVE I LET THESE PEOPLE INTO MY HOME. I have started a case with Angies list and BBB to report these SCAMMERS.

BugBros took my MONEY!  I was initially encouraged, because BugBros would treat only my affected areas. Michael was very nice, but couldn't find any bedbugs! YAY!  So my paranoia calmed.  He told me my home was clear of bugs.  2 days later they charged me a NO SHOW fee of $75 because I didn't cancel my appointment!!!  Their Inspector said I didn't need one, but apparently I was supposed to cancel an appointment THEIR professional said I didn't need.  Wouldn't they know I didn't need the service if their Inspector said so and I assumed would file paperwork.
How would they even know what to do if they didn't read the Inspectors notes! I tried several times to work this out and I didn't received any return calls.  NONE.  I spoke with 2 different people explaining the misunderstanding and left several messages.  Never got a return call.  If THEIR INSPECTOR says my home does NOT need treated, I felt it safe to assume that was a proper excuse to NOT HAVE MY HOME TREATED!!   Very unprofessional.

We used Budget Bros. for several years to try and eliminate a termite problem.  I don't know what they were squirting in the wall and floor, but it doesn't seem to be poison. I hope my house doesn't fall down!  the tubes just keep coming out!

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I purchased a condo in March . Prior to close I was instructed by my realtor to contact and purchase a home inspection report. I was given a list of people to contact. On March 15 I contacted Matt from First Step Home Inspectors. He asked me at that time if I wanted to purchase a separate termite inspection. I asked him if I needed one (since I was told by no one else one was needed) he said no , a termite inspection is NOT required especially since this was not a VA loan. And this being a condo I should be protected against termites. So I said ok I don't want a termite inspection just go ahead and do the home inspection .  That same day I was emailed a termite report by Budget Brothers termite inspectors. Along with the report they sent me a bill . I NEVER ordered this report I DECLINED to have one done. This company has been constantly harassing me via phone calls and emails. Jeff called me today accusing me of being a liar and basically threatened me to pay for this $55 bill. It's not the amount obviously. I will pay something if I were responsible for it but I am not! I refuse to pay this and I refuse to be treated so disrespectful. This man was so rude!!! Please do yourself a favor, avoid this company at ALL costs!! Will be contacting BBB next. It's obvious why this horrible company has such a low rating on YELP

And please don't even think about trying to contact me regarding this review as you have done to so many others in the past who have written bad reviews on your company . I have blocked your numbers . And if the harassing continues I WILL report you to the correct authorities.

Would highly recommend Budget Brothers.

Jonathan and Eric came to our home for a termite service treatment.
They were very professional and showed up on time and got started immediately.

They explained the process before beginning treatment and what to expect after treatment.

Jonathan and Eric were very thorough and  took pride in their work as the results showed.
I have a stained patio and they matched the grey patched concrete, with a similar color, to match my patio!!!!

They went out of their way to go back and paint each drilled covered patch.

Their prices beat the rest and I did not have to settle.

The reply I got from Jeff within 30 minutes of my review was that he was cancelling my appointment for retreat after they treated the same area a month ago... He in no way tried to call mr, remedy the situation,  or take care of his customer..By the way....How much damage can a colony of termites can do in 17 days?

I think they spray food for the cockroaches and crickets. Only once a year do we ever experience crickets, and each year I get someone out to spray, and magically the crickets are gone. This year I used Budget Bro's and after they sprayed, we not only saw an influx of crickets inside our home, but they were on our walls, above our bed, and cricket poop was found on our countertops every morning. GROSS! So, we called and asked for them to come on out again. This time they sprayed a strong chemical that will surely kill the crickets, but now we have cockroaches, lurking our hallways and bathrooms... never before had we ever had a roach in our house and now we have families of crickets and cockroaches.... Budget Bro's will not come out a 3rd time, and I must be grateful, because whatever they sprayed increased the insect activity. Whatever they're spraying does not kill, prevent, or help eliminate bugs. Never again Budget Bro's. I recommend putting that 80 bucks to a company that will actually spray a chemical to kill a cricket.

If this company would simply take care of their customers and honor the warranty they would not have so many bad reviews! If you offer a warranty and then don't bother to properly treat the homes; you will have unhappy customers. You can always start now, don't try to stall customers on re-treat appointments and actually treat the problem! Why would so many customers (including me) have the exact complaint if it were not 100% true? Can you please just be fair and do the right thing?

Do not use this company! We purchased a service plan for termites and was initially told it would be good for 5 years. After one year, we called to have them come out to check and were willing to pay the service fee. We were told at that time that it wasn't necessary and we were under warranty for 5 years. Six months later, we find termites and call the company to come out. Now, we are told the warranty was for a year and we will need to pay the full amount again. What a scam! When we went to use the warranty, it was supposedly not there any longer. Move on to a better company.

Follow up:  the owner contacted me and apologized for the situation I do appreciate the contact he does care about his business and even offered a partial refund which was a good gesture and show of faith, I perhaps had a 1 off situation so I increased the rating to a 4 for the follow up, and thank you for contacting me with follow up information.

So this is regarding a bee issue.  I had called around and got quotes and budget brothers had the best price and could get out the soonest which I felt was excellent which is why there getting a 3 because all and all the bees are now gone.  So my appointment was scheduled between 1-3 I got a call 5 minutes after 3 saying the technician would be there in 30 minutes, next they bee keeper didn't even knock on the door to let us know they were there, but I did give them permission to go in the back yard if i wasn't home, but the courtesy wasn't there.  Next the bee control begins and we're grateful we don't have bees anymore but on the way out they didn't bag the hive and a huge mess was left from our backyard all the way to the front drive way, dead bees and wax everywhere and they didn't even bother to try to clean it, yay me!  So long story short I got what I paid for, trying to save a few bucks.

I recently purchased a home in Maricopa and the previous owner provided a termite treatment thru Budget Brothers and even though you might think I have no business here putting this review I must say you're wrong.
Budget Brothers were paid in full to do a job and so they needed to complete the job in full as well, and whatever excuse they have it's not acceptable. The home was treated in 90 percent of the sorrounding area and it happens  that the remaining 10 percent of the area that needed the most attention was untreated. I called 11/01/17 to get an answer, the lady who answer first told me that in fact the area was treated then after explaining her that there was no sign of trenches or drilling made in such area she changed the answer to tell me the area was unaccessible because of concrete slabs on the way, I reassure her the area was totally accesible then she made me wait 15 minutes just to tell me a supervisor would call me back, well it's been 5 days and counting without any response back. I warn you that Budget Brothers might make attempts with false statements to discredit this review and I also warn you if you need a responsible, credible and reputable company to take care of such important issues around your house please to look somewhere else.

If I could give a negative star, I would.  We originally had them because a policy was purchased when we bought our house.  We agreed to renew BOTH the pest control and termite.  Pest control was absolutely worthless as we continued to find scorpions in our house and bugs everywhere!!  They never showed up on time or even called.  We have since switched to Green Mango (amazing company).  We have kept the termite policy but will cancel that now and switch to Green Mango as well.  We pay an annual fee but cannot get Budget to come do an inspection.  We have to call them if we see any sign of termites.  My husband re-arranged his schedule last week and they didn't call or show up.  Again this week, we requested they call first so my husband had time to come from work.  No word from them.  I called the office, talked to people who appear to not care one way or another, and were informed that the technician had gone to our house and knocked but no one was home.  They did send someone back to our house and treated the site (I was very upset on the phone).  But still no inspection!!  Just treat the site and leave.  Terrible customer service!!  Use Green Mango...you will be much happier!!  This company is a complete waste of your money.

Last summer, I needed quick help with an issue! I arrived at my vacation condo and flushed the toilets, as usual. After flushing the toilet in the main bathroom, I heard a weird sound I turned out it was a roof rat that had found it's way up the sewer into my toilet!! I called my 'normal' exterminator and told they don't 'deal with this type of issue'. I found Budget Brothers, and they sent Brett out the next day. He was professional and had an air of humor for the situation (which was freaking me out).  He's been coming to check our 'rat traps' that we put into our garage since then. HE IS JUST AWESOME!! I cannot recommend Budget Brothers enough, especially Brett!!!

Recommend you get someone else. Paid them a yearly retainer. They Treated twice and failed to eradicate our termites. Called them a third time and they refused to come. Best they could do is an appointment in 30 days!  They also refused to refund the retainer!

Budget Brothers has come to our home three times in the past 9 months. And we were still having termite issues throughout our entire house. Also the drill size Budget Brothers used on tile floors was very oversized. We finally went with a different company. It's been three months and no more termites.

Had these jokers do complete termite treatment, after they came back many times over three years we still had major termite problems the finale straw was when they destroyed a major portion of our Baseboards and it cost us over a$1000 to replace. Don't use this company they are worthless!!! There are no cracks in our foundation! When next company came out they found many places had not been drilled and they did not drill stem wall! Jeff

Absolute terrible service. I had an issue with some ticks so I called budget brothers exterminating and had a great tech come out and spray. He explained everything to me about how it was a 2 week process etc and came out again in 2 weeks and sprayed again. He told me that should do the trick but if I did see more, he would come back at no charge and spray again. Well, we noticed a couple ticks about 4 weeks later. I called and the lady answering the phone set it up, then later called me back saying hey couldn't do it for free and would be full charge. Totally lied to me. Do not use, they lie and do not back up product

Horrible.... I have been trying to contact this company for 2 weeks and I have left messages today I finally got a hold of someone who told me I am 3 weeks out of warranty and I need to pay $125 to continue my warranty to get treated.  I have mud tubes coming down from my ceiling.  Obviously they have been there for longer than 3 weeks.  A reputable company would have honored the warranty.  That's ok will will find another company.  This is bad business no wonder you have horrible reviews.

When we purchased this home in 2016 there were  active termites.  As part of the purchase the termites were treated by Budget Busters. We given were a 1 year warranty  as part of the home purchase.    Since 2016 Budget Busters have been back 3 times in 2 1/2 years to treat for termites. We are selling the home and the prospective buyers had Budget Brothers do an inspection of the property. Once again they said there were active termites in the same area treated 3 times!! They informed me it would cost another $359.00 to treat the home and give the new owner a 1 year warranty. When the tech for Budget Busters showed up I asked him to show me where the termites were active again. The area was treated a year ago. He indicated there were no active termites just damage from previous termites. Yet the previous inspector for Budget Brothers said there were active termites. I told him to call his office to tell them treatment was not needed. He said if he told them that he would be fired as it contradicts the original inspection.I talked to the office staff and a supervisor. They told me he was wrong and  I needed to pay for another full treatment for $359.00 or they would not give a warranty for 1 year. I told them to change the report to no activity they said no and the realty demanded I have it treated because they were told there was termites. . I tried to reason with them that this was the 4th time to treat one area. They said pay it or we will leave.The tech received a call from  his foreman telling him to leave and no treatment for the property. Seems as though its another way to collect money and not resolve the issue. Never hire these folks they do not do the job to rid the home for termites.I am hiring another company.
I doubt this companies credibility and ability to resolve the termite issue. I never realized how many complaints there were about them. Sorry I had to give them one star they deserve none.

Edit to my below review is Jeff the owner made it right and refunded my money today.  The termite treatment they gave me previously was thorough and we loved that it has a warranty!

I also really wish I would have checked the reviews before I hired them.  Do not use them!  I had a terrible experience with them when I recently paid them $250 to REMOVE a bee hive from a new home I purchased.  I called and told them I discovered a swarm of bees in my backyard and needed it removed immediately as I had contractors that needed to complete work in my yard.  I was told for $100 they could spray the property, but that usually isn't enough so Billie upsold me and told me for $250 they could physically remove the hive.  After 4 visits the swarm still existed even after I specifically showed the exterminator where the bees were coming from.  It turns out for 3 visits he was only spraying and on the complete opposite side of a 1 acre property from where I told them the bees were coming from.   After visit 4 we still had swarms of bees and I couldn't wait any longer in fear of my safety everytime I was in the backyard.  So we decided to take matters into our own hands and discovered over 3 hives at the exact place I had been telling the exterminator to check.  We ended up having to remove the hives ourselves.

After I escalated the issue back to Budget Brothers they refused to give me a refund.  They claim they removed a hive, even though I ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY REMOVED THE HIVE MYSELF.  They have been completely unprofessional and offer zero customer service.  They've stolen $150 from me as they did not complete the service I paid for and then lied about physically removing hives that I had to remove myself.

**Update 9/13/2017 Jeff confirmed via email that his company did in fact fail to arrive when they said when we provided the service address in response to his unprofessional comments to this review.  The fact that he tries to imply that this review is false confirms his terrible business practices.  He offered to treat us to dinner for the way the situation was handled and said he would mail us a gift card.  When he did not follow through with that promise, we reached out again.  He said he was waiting for us to take this review down before he'd be willing to mail it.  Don't use this company! ** Termites continue to show up in same spot following treatment.  After first call in, told to just knock down the tubes and then call back if they show up again.  When they showed up again, called again and it was very difficult to get an appointment scheduled.  When appt was finally made, still given a four hour time frame.  No call from anyone until after that time frame had passed.  After five hours, couldn't wait any longer because of work.  Now being told they will not come out until August some time.  Terrible treatment and even worse customer service.

Additional note from 8/14 in response to Jeff's rude reply: Wow Jeff....your response just confirms further that you and your company have absolutely no idea how to treat customers!  Why in the world would anyone waste their time making up phony names and phony stories for a pest control company? Your company ABSOLUTELY DID schedule an appointment with a four hour window, failed to arrive within that time period, or even an hour beyond that time frame.  Although, technically you are right, we are not directly the customer since we are just renting and it was the landlord that has a contract with you.  Your company then tried to lie and cover your own ass when the homeowner was notified that you failed to show up...you tried to say that you arrived on time and that no one was home. When someone finally came out and did the treatment, they left a mess.  We have video evidence... I hope people will see this review and think twice before using you for anything.

One has to wonder, how many of the positive YELP reviews were written using phony names and phony stories written by business owners or managers.  It would be much more believable that would be the case than someone randomly taking the time to write a poor review after having a negative experience. You would benefit from phony positive reviews...What possible benefit do I have in taking the time to share a negative experience here to try and save others from the same terrible customer service?

Budget Brothers came 4 times in the past 2 years to treat for termites. And now the termites are back again. I don't know what they use or how much, but it doesn't work. If you have a warranty, it will take them several weeks after you call to come to your house to treat for termites. Avoid this company.

i am very unhappy with the job budget brothers did at my rental unit. My tenant noticed some pest in the unit and requested a pest control come in and handle the issue. i had a previous dealing with budget brothers for termite elimination at another unit. i am grateful i only did the basic minimum treatment because from the looks of things they do not honor their work. avoid them at all cost.

My rental property had quite a few termites that I wasn't aware of until my renters moved out. Long story short, I called a couple of different pest and termite control companies around the valley to get a price and services comparison. I was then referred to Budget Brothers from a friend and I never looked back.

There were a few key reasons why I went with them over the other guys. Because the property was  a rental house, I didn't want to spend a million dollars getting it fixed, but I also didn't want to deal with them again. So, the warranty and price were the two big things that I looked at.

Now, my friend, who was more familiar with termites than I was told me that the best service (more expensive though) is getting not only getting your property trenched and down drilled, but also getting it stem drilled. He said that this was important and that if I got this done, it would def help me not having to deal with this problem again.

I told budget brothers the other guy's price, warranty, and service and they matched it all the way and then some. It was an easy decision for me to go with them.

The crew showed up right on time (even a bit early) and they got the job done in about 3-4 hours.

I am very happy with the service and I am going to recommend them to my friends and family in the future!

Worst services I have ever received!!!!!

TLTR:
- Price changed from written quote of $250 to $750 (no new information)
- When they realized, they made a mistake they decided to move on without contacting me,  just sent the installer on his way
- Didn't show up for my first appointment
- Made their own employee out to be the villain and took zero responsibility
- I still have Pigeons

The long version-  

Called them to help with a Pigeon problem on my balcony (small rental condo).    They meet me at the unit and gave me a quote in writing.    I scheduled the work ASAP 1.5 weeks out and asked if they would call me with any cancelations.    They did and I moved my appointment up one day.   I was appreciative until no one showed up.   Called the office and it sounded like an honest mistake on the schedule and they still had me down for the following day.   Installer called me on the way there the following day for a 7 am appointment and I assumed we were back on track (they didn't need me there so I went to work).    Got a call late afternoon from my tenant to inform me no work was done.    I called the installer and he said when he arrived he noticed the work was quoted wrong so his supervisor told him to leave.   No idea why they would not call me and let me know a mistake was made.   I called the office manager to try and figure out what happened.  She failed to understand why I might have a problem with no owning the mistake or informing me what had happened.   They blamed the whole thing on the estimator as if they were not the same company.   They made no effort to try and resolve the issue or take any level of responsibility.

I eventually spoke to the original estimator.  She explained what happened with the quote.  It sounded like an honest mistake that I wasn't happy about .....but what I'm still completely amazed by is the office approach to handing the issue.    They wanted $750 instead of $250 that alone was a lot to handle but, the complete lack of understanding of why I might be upset, not standing behind their quote or their employee, and finally zero attempt to resolve the issue.   I wasted three weeks trying to do business with them I can only imagine trying to hold them to a warranty.  I would call someone else!!!!

I am renting a home in Gilbert and have been hearing noises such as scratching and tapping in ceiling at night. Very scary when it wakes me up at all hours of the night. My landlord had Budget Brothers come to my home today to inspect it. Joe came by first and inspected for any openings around the the house critters could be getting in from. He was very personable, thorough and answered all my questions. Then Donnie came to inspect attic and he confirmed there was a rat or rats in attic, yikes, not what I wanted to hear. Donnie was very nice and personable as well. He gave me a lot of information, was very patient and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and put me at ease. He set traps in attic and yard and gave me all the information I needed about when they would come back to check on traps then he left.  Shortly after he left I heard a snapping noise in ceiling and immediately called him. Donnie was nice enough to come right back and check the traps in attic. A rat did set one off but unfortunately did not get trapped.  Oh well, better luck next time rat goes by trap. I am confident Budget Brothers will put an end to my rat problem. I highly recommend Budget Brothers for any unwanted guest issues.

I also would give this company zero star if i could. I had this company do termite treatment and did the 5 year treatment warranty. After a year or so, i set a piece of wood and other things for the trash company to pickup out front. After a day or so i moved the trash pile and the piece of wood was infested with termites. I called and complained. They did nothing. I have had them put rat traps(5) on my property. They caught and killed a few rats. Then they told my wife that there was no activity and removed the traps. My wife nor i asked them to do this! Sure enough the rats came back. Called and the told me it was going to be double what i was paying before. I complained and they lower the price. My wife noticed a lot of ants on the property. So i called them and they said that they would take care of my bug problems. They sent a tech named Walter. My wife called me at work and said he did not spray the back yard. I called them and they sent Water back. Told my wife that she was wrong that he had sprayed the back yard and pool area. So he did not do anymore spraying. After a couple days i had friends over and they asked me why we had so many ants and bugs. We go out front and we did not see anything moving. Called them again and told them and they said they would spray again.  They did spray again, back yard and porch. Said he could not spray the pool area, that it would contaminate the pool. But Walter said that he had sprayed the pool area the first time out. After a couple days I see a black widow by my water faucet. Burned that sucker and almost burnt down the house. Called them again and they sprayed again. A couple more days past and i had another black widow with 3 egg sacks 1 foot from my back door living under my smoker, where my kids and dogs walk everyday. Called them again and told them that they need to get rid of the spiders. Said that it was my fault. because i do not have a monthly service. Just trying to get more money out of me. I said after 3 spraying in 1 month that i should not have 1 spider living on my porch. Asked for the owner to call me. Never heard form him. I called and told them to pick up the rat traps and i do not want to do business anymore. They picked up their traps and have not heard from the owner yet. 4 to 5 years of business with this company and this is how it ends.

I love this company! Just had a termite inspection done and from beginning to end customer service was amazing and helpful. I originally called and scheduled a next day appointment that I had to cancel due to other obligations but the representative over the phone had no problem rescheduling me for Monday. She had good people service and made me feel comfortable and not like an idiot that cant keep up with my appointments (lol). So that was great from the start and they are affordable with reasonable prices for everything. Now..... My inspector was very nice, friendly and amazing. He came in did the job in a short time and even made small talk which is my comfort zone. I think he was amazing and he made me feel really comfortable. (Note: My house was not in presentable order because I'm in the middle of remodeling and cleaning but at no time did he make me feel like a slum (lol)). Over all I ended up ordering a continuous pest control plan by choice and not by solicit because my old company pricing was too high and I had encounters that were not pleasant with a few representatives. Now I truly believe I found a great company just by the 2 dealings I had with people that work here hopefully this can be a continuous feeling for the long term. We purchased a home in Scottsdale that came with a termite warranty from Budget Brothers.  After a few months, we noticed some termite activity in the garage.   We called B.Bros. and they came out after a few weeks and spot treated the area.   About a month later, we noticed a tube coming down from the bathroom ceiling.   We called to make another appointment for treatment.   Like others have said on here, they couldn't come out for at least 30 days.  We made the appointment anyhow and waited.   Well, Budget Brothers never showed up for the appointment.  When I called to inquire, the receptionist said she had no record of the appointment.   A few days later, I received a check in the amount that the one year warranty had cost.  I then called B.B. to tell them i didn't want the money back but wanted the termite problem taken care of.  The receptionist said she would have someone call me.   I never got a call back.  My husband and I repeatedly called and ask to speak with the owner but got the runaround instead.   We ended up having a different company (that actually seems ethical) treat our whole house for termites, at our expense, which wasn't part of our sales contract.  The good news is that we haven't had a problem since.   Just a warning to everyone looking for a deal--if the price seems too good to be true, it usually is!

I purchased a property in Chandler that had a warranty from this company so the warranty was transferred to me as the new owner. I called to have a spot treatment done to one of the bathrooms and they told me due to the busy schedule they wouldn't be able to come out to treat until a month later I begged to be on the first available but ironically when I asked how fast they could come out to do a full service treatment on the whole property I could get someone within a week(of course because that means more money out of my pocket). This caused me to look up the company on social media and check reviews which by no surprise they have a lot of bad reviews. I decided to go with another vendor and will never deal with this company again I am consistently investing into properties and can not deal with sub-par customer service issues like this. Giving them a single star rating is too generous in my personal opinion.

Incredibly disappointed by the customer service response provided by the manager of this company. We have a great security system at our home which perfectly captured 1 employee looking out as another employee stole $28.00 and some gift cards out of our vehicle. I called budget brothers to let them know right away that their personnel had just completed a termite service at my home and we came out to the car to find the door ajar, white dusty fingerprints all over the center console and glove compartment. I asked the manager to please let the employees know they have until the following morning to come back in person with our items and an apology or we would file a police report. At first the manager wouldn't hear me out, saying there was no way his guys would do something like that. Then I told him I had it on camera from two different angles, he stopped in his tracks and said yeah you should just report them. I didn't want to file a police report for $28 dollars and a few $50 dollar gift cards, I wanted an apology and lesson learned. He said he would not communicate that to his team and if a report needed to be filed than so be it. I called back and left a VM on the main line the following morning to try one more time and they never called me back. I didn't file the police report simply because of time but I still can in the future should this not bring down the rating. It truly is disappointing that after being a 5 year customer, this was the response and action taken.

I had budget brothers out to treat for bed bugs, they came out in October and sprayed and said they used a high heat to kill the bugs. THEY DID NOT. They treated one room but not the other so the problem came back. My landlord called them back out and the tech. stated they did not treat the second room at all the first time. They stated they would be back in a week to re-treat, when I called to verify they stated they used hi-heat and would not need to come back. Now they are saying the same thing they need to come back in a week. I would not use this company for any pest control problems even ants, their staff does not communicate well, try's to blame the customer when they did not do the job correctly, and no one knows what the next is doing.

This company is amazing, they were able to come do an inspection the next day. They were very thorough, explained what they were looking for. Set up my services within a timely manner. My technician Rudy was amazing, very polite, professional and personable. I felt very comfortable having him in my home around my children. After he completed the service he took time to explain the chemicals that were used. I will definitely use this company for now on, and I will highly recommend thier services. Called for termite elimination.  We had some tunnels show up around the outside foundation and a close friend who used them before recommended we give them a call.  These guys arrived on time, were courteous, and did a great job cleaning up.  Even helped move things out of the way.  Nice to work with.

This company does not know what they are doing for bed bugs. They come out and don't treat the way they say they are going to, and then try to blame the customer for there still being bed bugs after they come and treat. Stated was going to use high heat to kill the bugs and show up with a hand held heater, that is not going to heat the walls and items and everything to the correct temp. I would not recommend them for any reason.

One of the worsted services in the valley.  Rude, unprofessional, and not trained to identify what steps are needed to solve the problem of termites. We ask for a different service tech to come out. They sent the same rude and unprofessional service men.  We told him to get off the property.  If anything it is a pay us for no service company they then threaten us to charge for a service call. We informed our landlord and looks like legal action is now necessary.  Looks like to name fits the company.  Budget. Brothers Two guys that do little to nothing.  Should read 0 stars

Very impressed with this company! We purchased our first home and upon move in discovered there were ticks in the backyard and in the home. The house had also never been treated for termites. They immediately took care of the ticks and the termite treatment. They arrived on time and every interaction I had with an employee was very pleasant! Flash forward 3 years-- I thought I saw signs of termites so I called to get an additional treatment. After assessing the house they had the integrity to say another treatment was not really needed at this time. Of course they recommend being vigilant, but communicated clearly that Termites were not present. They charged us nothing for coming out. We just found ants in the home and got an appointment within 24 hours! I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends and will continue to sing their praises! So far everyone I know who has worked with them has been just as happy!

We had just put our home on the market, in Peoria, and discovered, through selling agents, that we had a 'couple' of tunnels around the back patio of our home.  We knew we had to take care of this immediately, but were price sensative as we had a lot of ongoing cost to selling our home.  Budget Brothers gave us a quick over-the-phone estimate, with the understanding that they needed to do a visual inspection to verify.  They were quick in response and on time for the appointment.  It was discovered that we had seperate tunnels all around the home including inside the garage walls.  The employee took time to show my wife where all the tubes were as well as the wood on the door frames that had been chewed into.  (I just thought it was wood rot, duh!)  They kept to the original price quoted for the entire home.  They did a high quality trenching job around the outside of the home while doing the concrete drilling as needed in the garage and around the patio's.  At the end, they gave us our one year warranty and receipt which we were able to use as documentation when selling our home.  (Important as the warranty stays with the home, not the owner)  Excellent price, excellent service, excellent quality of workmanship!  I would definately recommend this company and would use them again if needed.

DO NOT CALL PEST CONTROL COMPANIES THAT DO NOT SPECIALIZE IN BEE REMOVAL, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!!  My neighbor had this company come out yesterday to remove a bee population.  They came, sprayed the hive, and now the worker bees have started a new colony on the outside of my garage, about 8 feet from my neighbor's house.  I called Budget Brothers to let them know that the population didn't go away and actually started a new hive on my house, and they said that it was a new population of bees and that it would be another $150 for them to come out to remove the new population of bees from my house.  I told them that this was unprofessional to charge someone for a new service call for the same population that wasn't removed in the first place.  I also told them that my wife is extremely allergic to bees and one reason my neighbor called to have them removed.  Now, we have the bees directly on our house!  I called an actual bee exterminating/removal service in Arizona, and they said NEVER have a pest control company come to remove/exterminate bee poplulation b/c they only spray to kill the hive, and the worker bees will fly around afterwards and start a new hive near the old one.  These pest control companies will claim they remove bees, and guarantee their work, but actually they only guarantee that specific location where the hive was, but when the population moves next door, they charge you another service fee.  If you care about your neighbors, DO NOT call this company or any other general pest control company to remove bees!  They do not back their work, nor get rid of the bee population.  The lady on the phone I spoke with could care less when I told her my wife was highly allergic to bees, and insisted we pay for a new service!  Budget Brothers did not have quality service or good customer service!  I will be sending them the bill for an actual removal of the bees, the probelm they created!
