Love, love, love this company! They are so friendly and will work with whatever schedule you give them.

Every time Curtis Hansen comes out to spray, he explains what he's about to do in great detail. When he's done, he always sends a reassuring text message to let us know the job is done!

I'd highly recommend this company for all your exterminating needs. However, when you call, ask for them to send out Curtis because he won't disappoint!

Jake is an amazing Tech. who takes pride in his job. He pays attention to details and makes sure my house/yard is covered from having pest. Esp. around my security cameras where spiders like to live. I love that the product is pet friendly and take care of business. I definitely recommend this company & lucky to have Jake as my technician! Keeps the spiders, ants, & scorpions away.

We been with Bulwark for about 7 years and their service has always been on point. Their technician Curtis Hansen did an excellent job for our retreat of ants. If you have any issues with pests, this is the company to go with.

We have been a long term customer.  Always arrive when they say they will, very thorough checking for our creepy bugs.  All technicians are well trained and great at their job.  Jaden Cruz came today and found spiders and webs we never saw.  So much for our thoroughness in cleaning.  Great company to work with, if callback for a new problem no charge.  We are on the every other month plan.  They never disappoint.

Heath is such a pro!  He makes sure to swipe any cobwebs,and is always so friendly!  He's been our bug guy for quite awhile, which is rare in this business (at least in my experience.).

When our dog died of old age, he noticed the dog house taken apart and made sure to make a special effort to tell us how sorry he was about our pup. So thoughtful!

Jacob from Bulwark has been great! Quick, courteous, and even took care of things I didn't even notice! I asked for a bug spray down and he got rid of the spiderwebs outside. I'll update the rating in another few weeks with how the treatment is going long term, but the initial review looks great. Their monthly rate is in par with other exterminators, but the value of free fly bys for touch ups is such a good deal!

Ashton M. Did a great job treating my home last week! He listened to my concerns about products leaving residue in the house from a previous person who treated my home, & he assured me what he was using was safe & fine to dry quickly along the windows & NOT all over my floors like the last guy did. He took the time to do my entire house, 3 stories, & even cleared out spider webs outside I didn't even know I had. Thanks for being so thorough!

My old pest company was sold so I asked my sister who she used and she recommended highly Bulwark. They came out today and Brett Wallace was my technician. He was very professional, courteous, and did a great job servicing inside and outside my house. I think I may have found my next long term pest control company.

Jadrein Munsey with Bulwark Exterminating was very polite, listened to what I had to say and seemed to do a great job covering all the areas I told him about us having issues. Honestly I have been thinking about going with another company because I keep having the same issues but hopefully this time with the job Jadrein did we will see a difference.

We are new to Mesa and had our first treatment today. Jacqueline Bond was our tech and I couldn't be more pleased. She was professional, friendly and informative. I feel secure knowing we are protected and have such great representation from Bulwark.

A few years ago we found termite tunnels in our house and it freaked us out. But Bulwark came out and treated it very effectively and they came back for follow up checks regularly. We have them do our annual treatment every year. It's a little pricey but it's definitely worth it! Our technician James Ferguson is always prompt, friendly, thorough, and explains everything he's doing. We're very satisfied with the protection and service we get from bulwark.

Harrison Taylor treated our property today for scorpions. He noticed we had spiderwebs and took the extra time to knock them down and treat for spiders. Great service!

I've been a loyal Bullock customer for years & have 2 accounts. Today Anthony Gonzales sprayed outside all over my yard for my regular spray. He also reminded me he wanted to spray my Arizona Room because it was locked! Thank you Anthony! I have 4 entrance/exit doors leading to my upper & lower levels in my home, plus the door to my Arizona Room. Little buggies sneak in the door cracks of course. However, it's been months since I've seen even 1 little critter thanks to Bullock being on the ball. I get an email & txt days prior to my services from whoever is coming to my home detailing the date and time they will arrive. I don't need the indoors done except a few times a year due to their dedication. I really like one of Bullock's policies; they will come back free of charge between my regular sprays as many times as I need! That has come in handy several times, even if I only see 2 bugs; that's more than enough for me! I have a large dog that they all know and pet. I don't have to shut him in a room or tie him up. I also like that my payments are set up on auto pay! Their prices are great, & the employees are super! Someone almost always answers the phone, or gets right back to me. I've moved several times & Bullock has accommodated me each time taking 1 stresser off my plate. Last summer I cleaned a neighbors weeds and realized I had a spider bite. It just happened to be the day my house was set to be serviced by Bullock. The employee looked at my finger & told me to go to a medical facility asap because it was a Black Widow bite! OMG! I went to my Urgent care, was taken straight to a room for immediate help. My Dr gave me a shot, 2 perscriptions, & vital care instructions! He was also grateful to Bullock, as I'm a Kidney patient and anything & everything can be life concerning. As far as I feel about Bullock; they saved me from complications or worse.  Talk about 1 on 1 personal customer service! I'm truly grateful & there's so much more I would love to write complimenting Anthony and the entire Bullock crew. If you're in the market for ANY type of pest control; look no further!

Today Nick Woodrow serviced our property and took the time to understand our specific needs to ensure he addressed all areas of concern. He moved furniture out of the way to spray thoroughly and sent us a photo of our secured gate when he was finished. They care about their customers  and the safety of our pets. Great job.

Aaron M Johnson did a wonderful job making sure I had everything taken care of.  He was on time and very thorough.  I greatly appreciate bulwark and the quality of work they do.  It is very nice to get emails and txt's to know when they are going to be out and a timeframe in case you want to be home to have them treat inside or to notify them about any issues you have been seeing.  Thank you again and I recommend you to everyone who is looking for a Exterminator.

They do a great job with general bugs and web cleanup. Only fault was over the summer we had an ant problem and they were out weekly to reapply treatment.

Dillon was so friendly. He made sure to ring my door bell when he got here. This was my first service and he made sure to explain what he was going to be doing and why. I just moved in and he was very cautious amid the things around him. Will definitely be having Bulwark back.

Curtis Hansen just treated our house today. I am pleased with the response I get with Bulwark. I found a scorpion a few months ago-called them to RE-treat. They came back and literally sprayed my entire yard, plus the walls.

Anthony Gonzales was our bug guy today. He was very attentive to where I had seen a bug. He was also cautious as to make sure gates were closed so my doggies did not escape.

Bulwark has done a fine job treating my home. I like that the frequency is every other month instead of monthly. I only have the outside treated. Curtis Hansen has treated my house several times. He's timely, professional and always able to assist with problem areas. Happy to continue using Bulwark.

Live here in the hood for 6 years. The whole block is scorpion infested. We've had issues with scorpions the first 4 years here. In the fourth year we didn't see the results from these guys. It takes time and effort. You gotta pay for the monthly visits. After a couple years our home had ZERO scorpions. None. We avg. about 1-2/day, to none. In a neighborhood that has an infestation problem this is hard to achieve. I go out all the time with my weapon and nothing to kill. They're super communicative. Today they sent pics and said due to high call volume in the area for scorpions, we went heavy today. That gives me piece of mind with an old woman here who could be really hurt by one of those guys. Brett Wallace was amazing today and you're worth every penny. Thank you.

Josh R did a very thorough job! He gets 5 stars from us, but I didn't have as good of an experience with the scheduler-- unprofessional and clearly didn't care about what I was saying. Josh, however restored my faith in the service.

Garrett L did a great job for me today and was super helpful! Took consideration of my dogs and let me know when he was done and sent a follow up text letting me know that he made sure my gate was closed so no dogs escaped! Great job Garrett!

Bulwark is always professional, responsive, and great to work with. We had Chad Sample out today and asked him to treat the outside of the house and extra treatment for scorpion activity. He took the time to discuss what we wanted and made sure to send us a text message and picture of the property. Thanks Chad.

Save your money. Idea is to create a barrier with their work to ensure pests don't get into the house. Despite their visits and my husband's nightly scorpion hunting, still 2 scorpions in in our Chandler house in the last 2 weeks. I don't know what they did with the 5 minutes they were here for each visit but it was not effective.

Spoke with a very disrespectful Tyler on the phone today when I tried to cancel. Placed on a long hold and he disconnected.

Go with another option.

We have been using Terminix and have to say in a nut shell, they suck.
I went on Yelp and did some investigating and found Bulwark Exterminating. I had a call back almost immediately and they came out that Saturday to spray the entire home. William Bowlby came out and spent the better part of 2 hours spraying the entire outside inside and then setting up traps in the garage. Then we had one of the worst rain storms in our history on the following Monday. After a short call, William was back out here that same week and redid the entire outside of our home. I could not be more happy or impressed with the level of service we have received from this company. Thank you for making me feel like my time and money actually means something to you. We are, and will be recommending Bulwark to everyone we know.

Bulwark across the board was so helpful and efficient, from first initial phone contact to great site service from Tyler M.  Pricing is fair, service schedule very accommodating and best of all, the treatment worked!  I will be happy to recommend Bulwark to all new neighbors.

Brandon Humphreys has come out to our house to service a few times. We started having scorpions in back January and called bulwark. This company goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I tried other pest control companies but these guys do good work, are polite, punctual, thoughtful, and very professional. The follow up and follow through is unlike any other company I have dealt with and I would recommend them to anyone!

We've had Bulwark for 1.5 years since moving to Gold Canyon. The home was vacant for several months and they helped us get rid of pests like spiders, scorpions, and a roof rat! Early on, they came out several times upon request to respray. They even call after the followup to make sure the problem was solved. Now they just come every 2 months. The day before they send an email and text reminder so I know when to expect them and the tech calls to let me know he is on the way. Excellent customer service, with a desire to make us satisfied! Our tech Cory is super courteous, with a great attitude and eager to please! Can highly recommend.

July of last year I bought  a new home in Mesa with my husband. Sad to say the previous owners left us infested with suger ants and scorpions issues that were very shocking and did not give two rats behind. I have had you bulwark  for a very long time and are very awsome every single time. So one morning while I am having my coffee in my kitchen  I am seeing these suger ants marching through my home along with them fighting with a live scorpion on my floor and I am like yikes!!! So i called Bulwark and they said they will send someone out right away. Within an hour Cory came on his bulwark white horse and saved the day!!! He went to town on these little pest and found the root of where the ants where coming from ..and got the scorpions and was really was amazing at explaining to me what kind of ant I was dealing with what they are attracted to and as summer comes and monsoon season hits scorpions will come out of the wood work and well due to a tree being up against my house well that is the ants highway into my home so he just nailed it with where they were and got them good.. he kicked the scorpions out  I mean primo job I can not thank him enough and the company enough. I have not had any ants since July of last year..i have saw a couple of scorpions and the second I saw them the service pro were out in minutes..i highly recommend bulwark as a exterminating company because they will see what the first available is and take care of your needs right away they are highly educated on what they are doing they do not hire just a bum off the street. They have an amazing staff. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! Bulwark you are the best keep up the fantastic work!! I also think Cory needs a promotion he way to good at his job.He due for a promotion, no problem is to big or small for him.

Jared came out to our house to spray inside and out because i do not like any kind of bug and have never dealt with scorpions before. I ripped the shrubs off the back wall and had a few scorpions i called and he came back out the next day haven't seen anything since!! He is knowledgeable and friendly great service! Wouldn't use any other Company!
