Jameson Bevans was born and raised here in Arizona and was introduced to the pest control industry back in 2004 as a technician, he grew to love the industry after servicing houses and protecting customers from unwanted pests. His passion for pest prevention has allowed him to accelerate and progress within the industry and, after managing multiple companies, his sights are set on creating a pest control company that always exceeds customers expectations and builds long-lasting relationships with its customers. Raymond did a great job as usual. A true test will be this summer in hopes my years of fighting interior scorpions has come to extreme minimum or an end. Mind you previous 2 Pest companies did not resolve my issue. But since being with TrueForce and a few years, we are on a great path where I am not afraid and constantly looking for interior scorpions or being stung. I owe most of that to Matt and now Raymond has been doing a fabulous job as well for the past several application. Thank you so much!

Have been Tru Force for 3 years now and do their monthly service. We moved here from Orange County ca and are not ok with Az scorpions lol true forces product is great! All I ever see is dead bugs if I even see them at all.

Dante with tru force is so friendly and did a wonderful job treating our inside and outside of our home. All their techs are very nice and professional.

We were starting to see all kinds of bugs get into our house, primarily spiders, and several ants in the pantry. We called true for us, and they were professional, and got to us quickly. Since they have sprayed, we only saw ants the next day, after that, they were completely gone. We have them coming every month. highly recommend

I was in the restaurant biz for 30 years in Florida; home of huge palmetto bugs, termites and German roaches. Talk about a nightmare.  So I went through many pest control companies over the years. My main complaint was I would call them Pest Out of Control Companies.
You just can't go around spraying cracks and crevices and think you're controlling the pest.
I FOUND TRUFORCE. This is a company that yes sprays but also talks to you. Why are you having infestation? What is different that now you have vermin? They checked my home for entry ways. Yes I'd like to spray Agent Orange but I've got grandkids and pets.  They are not controlling my pest. They are managing my home AGAINST infestation.
And that my friends is what I found when I found TruForce.
Responsive, courteous, knowledgeable.... And timely.
This is a company that must have a HANDS ON OWNER. You don't get that when the home office is in Minnesota. Great company. And thank you Raymond my tech. One for remembering I have two homes and for taking the TIME with me. To HELP ME resolve and keep my home safe.  If you're not using this company you may have issues building and I would at least call this company to not only get a quote but to have them look at your home for practical resolutions to pest infestation. I have to say, I was very impressed with TruForce.  Raymond came to my house and inspected my property for termites and was very thorough and explained, with respect and professionalism, what he found and what the plan was to get rid of the pesty termites that seems to like my house for the 3rd time.  Raymond showed up on time as he was scheduled and went above and beyond for me.  Took care of what he had to do keeping in mind that I have an escape artist dog, so he treated the inside of house as I requested and when he was done outside, he took the initiative to make sure the gate was secured and locked.  Raymond, I can't thank you enough for taking care of me and my house!

For my initial visit, Antonio serviced my townhome and answered all questions I had in regard to the chemicals, pests, and even educated me on what to expect in the foreseeable future with activity around the home. Jose and the TruForce team consistently do a good job keeping my property free of bugs, scorpions,etc. They're reasonably priced, responsive if I need them to come out off cycle from their regularly scheduled visits, and always very friendly. Raymond was outstanding! Showed up when he said he would. Took the proper precautions to avoid irrigation and wiring and filled in the trenches to where you could barely tell he was even here. We just recently switched from Orkin, and it was the best decision we made. TruForce is always very super thorough, and always take their time. If we see any bugs at all; all we have to do is pick up the phone and they will come out. Johnathan is our tech, he's great with the dogs and found a hidden wasp's nest!  I would recommend these guys to everybody!

We've used TruForce since we bought the house.  They are very prompt and friendly.  We had an ant issue during the summer and they came out immediately.  It continued for a few days after and they came back to spray and find the source.  

Today our technician was Greg, and he was wonderful.  He has great customer service skills, and he is also great with people.  

We have always been very pleased with TruForce.  I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I've been with TruForce now for over a year & I want to report the results are incredible!  We have been extremely pleased with the service!



Excellent service and great pricing. This was our 1st time using TruForce and they were great. Making the appointment was fast and easy and the technician was on time and very professional.

He thoroughly explained the chemical they use and took the time to identify our pest concerns and came up with a plan that will have us bug free in no time.

Michael was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, during each step he took the time to explain what he was doing and what the effects of the insecticides would be.
Overall an excellent experience.

Initial call was easy and comforting.  They were able to send someone to treat same day after we found a scorpion in our childrens' bedroom.

Serviceman was educated, respectful and polite.  He asked for our expectations and areas to focus on when he arrived.

So far, we've already seen excellent results just days after the first spray!

They did a great job. The guy who showed up did so on time and was very thorough, even though he didn't find any termites. I just had an inspection for a mortgage refinance. I would highly recommend if cost and timelines are important to you.

We've been using them for about 3 years. Their service has been consistent.  Originally their phone system was a little frustrating but that's changed.
Most recently, the tech recommended I check into a different service plan. I called and they answered promptly and set me up on a plan with more service for the same price as I'm already paying. Sweet!

Best pest control/exterminating company that I've ever used. I have been with them for about a year now, and couldn't be happier. They do a bunch of houses in my neighborhood. That is actually how I heard about them. We have a bad scorpion problem around, and I asked my neighbors who they use, and turns about about half my neighborhood uses Truforce. I tried doing it myself (which works for about a week, then the bugs just come right back) and I've tried a couple different companies (felt like I was getting ripped off, and the guy would take about 3 minute to spray my whole house...)
Guys with Truforce are super nice and good at what they do. Do yourself a favor and have them spray your house. Oh and they use super safe products!

What a nightmare!  If you want to have your money taken, these are the people to do business with.

I have contact TruForce on several occasions regarding the billing and services which they provided. I have communicated that their pest control issues were necessary for the interior of my home to address scorpions and other pests but that the exterior of the home was unnecessary due to the fact that I am a part of an HOA.

Additionally, I notified them that I would need to have notice so that I could have my dogs kenneled or appropriately relocated. Despite this information, I have been notified that on several instances they have sprayed the exterior of my home - ignoring the need for interior service and billed over and over despite not providing the service that I required.

Finally, despite communicating with them often to address this matter, I was contacted by an individual named Chris and threatened with my credit being adversely affected when I refused to pay for a service that was not adequately provided. I sought to speak with the General / Regional Manager and was then ignored and my information was sent to a credit reporting agency rather than addressing my concerns and remedying the complaint. I feel as though I have been exploited and disregarded as nothing more than a checking account rather than a valued customer.

I had to file with the Attorney General AND the Better Business Bureau.  I'm hoping to get some sort of resolution before it continues to escalate.

A kind and courteous guy came out.  I unfortunately forget his name at the moment.  He seemed thorough and not rushed.  

Update:
Although the service is professional the billing is horrible.  What they call errors in billing, I call fraud.  

The free initial service was charged.  I signed up for every other month, they charged me every month.  I called many times to be credited. When I had enough and tried to cancel, they tried to tell me that I had a contract.

Be careful when you sign-up with this company.

Update: 12/18/17
So, I got a call today from a Mr. Wes from TruForce.  This is after I've gotten a collection notice. He stated that he will do away with the collection and give me add a discounts if I do Business with them again. He acknowledged that there was a billing error with many customers. I still call that fraud. He said if I cannot do business with them the collection will stand.  Now, along with fraud I call it blackmail.

Truforce recently serviced my new home for the first time and did a fantastic job. It was a full coverage service (interior and exterior) and they explained every step of the process. Just moved here from Michigan and truforce was recommended.  I tried it with Taylor Kerr and he did amazing.  What friendly and competent service.  Every time the man came to either door he would knock or ring the bell. He was very well dressed so I had no concern it was a truforce employee. And he showed concern and care.  Loved their service, would recommend to anyone.

I asked Alex from Truforce to be very detailed, he was so polite and funny. Made me feel a little relieved to have him in my home doing what he is trained to do and kill those scorpion and bugs!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.  This is the most incompetent, unethical company I have ever done business with.

Not only did they not schedule service as contractually obligated to, one I started calling for service, they stood me up.  Three times.

I contacted Greg, the account manager, who assured me he would release me from my contract without paying a $200 cancellation fee as this was unusual for them to have this type of issue.

Fast forward three months, and I get a collection notice in the mail.  Also, what a surprise, Greg is not willing to call me back.

If you want a company that provides no service, takes your money, and refuses to talk to you - you found it, enjoy!

Great experience with TruForce. Quick response on my request for a quote, and they were able to come right out to the house for a black widow issue. There was a bit of a hiccup on the arrival time, but Matt did an excellent job explaining what he was going to be doing, and took care of the work in less than an hour. I would highly recommend.

We switched to TruForce a few months back and are SO happy we did! Our pest issues were addressed and we were given a lot of different options of how we wanted to treat them. They have been coming monthly and our big problems are non existent now. Johnathan is our tech and is so professional, kind and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. Reached out to this company for a quote and scheduled a service YEARS ago. They never showed for the appointment so I called them....Their receptionist states that they came the week before and serviced my house, when I was out of town. I said nobody came out and I still have bugs everywhere in my yard. I have cameras and I have a padlock on my back gate and never did these guys come out to my house. I agreed to an $89 service for my front yard, back yard and inside yet never got anything. Receptionist says there must of been some sort of issue and will reschedule. Two weeks later, scheduled appointment time and no technician comes to service my house, so I go with another company...Two months later I get a bill for $89 from Tru Force. I explain to the receptionist I never got a service from the company and that I'm not paying the bill. She says to disregard and that they sent the bill in error. 4 years later....Present day. I'm trying to buy a car and there is Tru Force Pest Control on my credit report for an $89 service that I never received!!!! This company is nothing but scam artists.

A week later companies response to my review is you couldn't find me in the system however you've reported me to collections. Come on!!!

Bulletproof pest control in under an hour. Even better customer service. Matt had enough knowledge and experience to understand where our problems started and how to resolve them. They were also honest about how the egg cycles work vs how they treat them helping us to understand why we may see an increase in activity after the first treatment. I think that's very important, because most companies won't tell you. Then you end up feeling like they made the problem worse. Educating customers transparently is the best way to handle this business and True force is the first company to do it right.

This is just frustrating and unbelievable joke!

After 12 pages of text messages, more than 10 emails and many times of phone calls back and forth for clarifying, correction and confirmation on agreement etc, today I left work early to come home for a RODENT treatment at attic according to the schedule. But after Allllll  these, when I opened the door, I saw a notice that asked me to check email, a bug service invoice has been sent to you! This is not the first invoice, before we set up the appointment I already received one that was said the service was done!

I'm speechless! I feel embarrassed to tell people that what I did to contact such a company. This is totally nonsense. Now I'm not even sure this company really exists or just a scam.

My first question was WOULD THIS HARM BEES? and he said NO. Well, not a single day passes by when I don't see dead bees on my back patio. This may not be a big deal for most people, but it is for me, I always plant flowers in order to balance the honey bee population, that's why this guy tricked me into applying Essentria, the natural version of the insecticide they use. Given the staggering decline of honey bees in California, Senators have introduced legislation that would protect pollinators against toxic pesticides that are contributing to bee colony collapse. I am so dissapointed. Don't fall for this guys.

Scammers!  they claim they are legitimate. Stay away. Their pest control didn't  kill a bug and then they falsely claimed I had a contract with them and tried to bully me into paying it.
It's borderline fraud. They then proceeded to threaten me. So I called to complain and they sent me an inflated bill for a cancelled contract fee even though I never signed a contract with them. Do yourself a favor and move on and save the aggravation.

When I first bought this house I signed up after one of them was door knocking the neighborhood. While I didn't have any issues with bugs in the house, I continually had issues outside. Even though they only come out every other month, I had to call them on the off months to come out again. I had a serious issue with ants around the pool and they never got rid of them. When I tried to cancel the contract, I was told I would have to pay the cancellation fee; I think it was $300 something. I argued why should I have to pay that when you didn't fullfill your end of the contract. I ended up getting a free couple months. When my contract was up, I went with another local company.

After one service, they found out where the ants were coming from and never had another problem.

I received two calls from Truforce trying to get me back. On the second call, it sounded like a younger male, again trying to get me back. When I told him who I went with, he said that's funny we just hired most of their crew. I was busy, so I said if you don't have anything else I had have to go, he then hung up on me.

I called my current pest control company and asked if they had just hired a bunch of people from Truforce, I was told no. She said they hadn't hired anyone from that company and she had never heard of them. She told me she would notify her management.

I would like to add that the Tech's were always very professional, I just think they didn't have a lot of experience to deal with my issue.

We moved into our home three years ago, and soon found that the whole neighborhood is infested with scorpions. Our neighbors told us that bug spray doesn't work on them and it's just something you have to learn to live with in AZ. This was totally unacceptable to me. Fortunately, someone recommended TruForce for dealing with scorpions, so we tried them. The results have been impressive.

In over three years, we have only seen a handful of those filthy creatures in our house. My neighbors, on the other hand, are still infested. Bug spray may not be able to seal the scorpions out completely, but TruForce has made our house livable. On the rare occasion that I have seen a scorpion, I call their office and they are at my property within a day or two. You can't ask for better service.

They consistently do a thorough treatment of the exterior, and they'll spray inside on request at no extra charge. I have never met a technician I didn't like, and every time they come, they ask me if I have any special requests for service. Nice people.

Their customer service is great too. They text and call me the day before coming so I can keep my dog inside while the technician takes care of the outside. Any issues I have ever had were taken care of quickly and professionally.

I recommend TruForce without any hesitation, especially if you're seeing scorpions.

We've always done home pest control ourselves but decided to try TruForce after some recommendations.

Our tech called us when he was 10 mins away and showed up on our doorstep right on time! Jason did a very thorough job and was very professional! How polite and clean cut he was, really stood out to us!
We are surprised at the big difference we saw between when we do our pest control ourself and having a professional come and do it.
TruForce used multiple quality products and got the job done in a timely matter.
We are so happy we aren't seeing any bugs and we didn't have to do it ourselves!

I can't find the past reviews, so I will leave a new one.  The bugs are finally gone and they've fixed all complaints I had in the past. There was only one really bad employee so far; I haven't seen him again, thankfully. I believe in giving 2nd and 3rd chances if the business does all it can to make things right; they have done that so we're happy with this company and plan to keep them around.

True force calls & e-mails to remind me of my appointments & they are always on time or always arrive earlier & wait for the appointment time to service. When a new texh comes out, he tells you it's his first visit to our location & asks what we would him to do. I have not heard or seen any companies do this. It's great to know these people care.

TruForce is a truly a stand up company! They are knowledgable, friendly, and easy to work with! I noticed an improvement as soon as they day after they came! We had a serious ant problem before they came and I'm happy to say that that has been taken care of! I now feel safe having my children play in our backyard.

Alex M. was an excellent technician who listened to our needs and answered our questions very carefully.  He took his time to explain how their produce works and to what extent their service covers.  There are some not-so-flattering reviews on Yelp for their company, but personally I've yet to run into a problem that wasn't solved to my satisfaction.
I've used other companies in the area over the years, but TruForce Pest Control has been professional, timely and cost-effective and their product works...it kills the pests as it's designed to do.  We appreciate their company and look forward to many years of service.

11/14/2017:  An update:  The company was diligent in reaching out to me about my dissatisfaction and attentive when I expressed my concerns and made suggestions.

A girl came to our door to sell pest control services. She never mentioned an obligation should we cancel the service. While they may have sprayed, they did not do what the salesgirl said they would, specifically, remove webs from our property. When I canceled today, they said they are billing us $120 for canceling. I stated I did not know this and was not happy about it. They were nice, but plan to charge me anyway. Seems like a bit of a scam.

My wife and I had just had our second child and my wife was really concerned with scorpions and other bugs in the home. I had heard good things from friends about TruForce, so I decided to give them a try. I am truly glad I did. Since I called them out, we have not seen a single bug or scorpion in or around my home since. They really deliver on what they say their service does and provides. This is the worst Pest Control company ever.  They definitely impress you on the first visit with their new brushes to knock down spider webs and big talks (all lies) about all the extras that they do over other Pest Control Companies.  After that first visit, the toilet is flushed and you, the human excrement, is flushed away for one expensive monthly bill.  They even had the nerve to bill me on a service call when they never showed up and double charged me another month because they came out to spray after I saw numerous crickets in my yard 2 weeks after they sprayed.   By the way, this was suppose to be a free visit per our contract!  

When I called to talk to someone at the company about these issues it was like,  HELLO......IS ANYBODY THERE.   When they finally called, it was all lip service on what they were going to do to correct the billing issues.  These issues were never corrected until I told the manager that I cancelling my contract with their dishonest company.

After leaving my concerns on their voicemail, I got bombarded with calls and emails.  Funny how that works, they were willing to correct the problem because they didn't want to charge me cancellation fees.  That's what I was told.  Not that they were sorry for their clerical mistakes, NO, they felt bad that they would have to charge me for a cancelled contract which proves that they were only interested in doing poor quality work at an over inflated price.  Bottom line, they were only interested in the Benjamins ($$$$$$$ lost from a lost customer).

I later received a $186 bill for the two months remaining on my contract.  I was not about to pay any more money to a scamming, unprofessional, and unethical company.

Like to donate your money, give it to charity not TRUEFORCE PEST CONTROL!

Today was the first day that I have ever had pest control at a house I was living in. I always walk around with anyone doing work on my house because I like to ask questions. Well Derek A. Was very informative about do's and donts with scorpions he told me about everything he sprayed and was very nice. He was actually early for the appointment and customer service was impeccable! Currently I live close to south mountain so critters are quite prevalent. crickets, scorpions and even mice. Nevertheless the great customer service began when I talked to Tyler on the phone. He was informative and helped me out every step of the way. They use effective products and are not afraid to ask questions. I currently will refer TruForce to any person in need of pest control maintenances. Derek answered every question I had and gave me plenty of sticky traps for my home.

TruForce seems to be making strides in their attempt to change the culture for the better. As noted in my previous review, conversations with TruForce were contentious and left me wanting gauge my eyeballs out. They have recently made some additions to their staff to clean up their negative reputation. Scott was brought on board and reached out to me on numerous occasions to apologize for the experience and sincerely wanted to make things right.
Although, I won't be signing on with them any time soon; I would be willing to entertain the idea if there product choice changes and Scott's infectious positivity and customer focus continues to trickle up, down, and across the organization.

I have used truforce for the last 5 years and have never been disappointed. My last service call with Alex was no different, in fact I was impressed and greatly for his accommodations. During their last service call I was unavailable and they were not able to fumigate the inside, and I had not made time to call and schedule a visit, so it was imperative that they inside be services because I was starting to see crickets EVERYWHERE and their non stop chirping was beginning to drive me insane!  Right when I called, and left a message, to request an unscheduled visit I received a text they would be out the next day. I called back to reschedule because I would be working all day and needed the inside done. I called but was unable to get through. The next morning, while I was about to jump in the shower to get ready for work, I hear the door bell and it's TruForce. I spoke to Alex and informed him of my situation asked if he could do the inside first while I was still at home!  He didn't hesitate and was accommodating with my request!  I will continue to use them for years to come and highly recommend them.

Nothing positive to say. Came door to door and sold me a list of lies. Their powerful, but pet and kid friendly product didn't work at all. Within days of service we saw more insects and pests than before.  When we called to have them come out to remedy the situation I was told that we could expect to see more activity because we were killing their food.  Would have made sense if I didn't have to do that 4 times.  I called every time our home was serviced to complain and ask them to come back only 1 or 2 weeks later. As a mother with an infant, seeing multiple live scorpions in my house was pretty upsetting.

Unsatisfied with their product I called to cancel their service.  They told me that in order to cancel I needed to pay 179.00.  180 for a service that I wasn't going to receive and that didn't work. I refused.  After multiple calls from both my husband and I we finally got them to agree to cancel.  Only to have them charge us for a service again. This is the most incompetent company with a junk product. Don't recommend and never using again.

This company is amazing. Alex Carter is the technician that came and serviced my house today. He did a great job. He waited for over 15 minutes for me to get home so that I could let him in the house. He also went out of his way and climbed in my attic to place mouse traps. He went above and beyond and made sure we were taken care of. He is very friendly with my kids who ask him a ton of questions every time he comes over.

Buyers Beware!!! This company cheated us into a 2 year contract by with a Door to Door salesman. They have a signature screen that only shows you are signing for autopayments and tell you the contract is month to month. When we went to cancel after 4 months they sent us the full image of our signature with a 2 year agreement attached. COMPLETE SCAM.

The technician came out again last week while I was gone. He left me a note so I knew he was there. I was skeptical that he actually did his service but as I walked around the house I noticed my spiderwebs were gone, and there was fresh powder at my garage and doorways. Later that day when I got the invoiced emailed to me I read the notes he left. He mentioned ways for me to make sure I don't see bugs, like my wood pile and shed. He also told me he hasn't seen any bugs and to give him a call if he I am. I felt like it was pretty personal service. I didn't get this with my last bug guy.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would! This company has been nothing but problems since the beginning. I hired them last July since my husband had been stung by a scorpion inside my house. At first things were ok then around December I started spotting roaches (which I never once seen prior) I called the company and they kept sending people out to spray and even take pictures of the roaches to see why they were not dying. By April I still had a roach problem and no end in sight and I finally had lost my patience. After several pictures were sent to the supervisor they said I had German roach problem and it was an extra $240 to treat them for good.... why would I pay more since from the beginning I was telling them about the roaches and they did not bother to investigate and would just spray and tell me everything is ok and leave. The problem got bad because they never bothered following up with the pictures they were taking. They did agree to treat the German roaches for free when I brought this point up and they did finally start dying in May, after 5 months of a roach infestation.

Things were ok for a while again but then again this week I started spotting scorpions in my house.  I called the supervisor Shawn I had been speaking to since he roach problem and was told Shawn is not supervisor and never was and that's why he's no longer here.... really?? After some run around for the scorpion treatment I just gave up and cancelled with this company. I will never ever recommend this company to anybody and they're products are junk!!! After a year, yes they treated the roaches, but I still have crickets and scorpions in my house!!! When they're crappy products don't work they want you to pay more for extra service.

I'm updating my review unfortunately I was left stranded by the Customer  Service side of TruForce. The techs I'm sure continue to do fine work; however they are not provided with the information they should have from the call center to make on time appointments. Also, scheduled appointments are not important to the call center either, as I had an appointment window promised not once but 3 separate times, only to wait and wait for a service technician to arrive which you guessed it, never occurred. I come to find out Opps, they forgot to enter it again in the system, or to communicate with the technician or forgot to call me back. I cancelled my service as my time is not a priority to this company and they continued to make the same errors not once, but lucky me 5 times total.  Not acceptable! Top it off we still have ANTS

I recently accepted a job offer out of state and had a last min move. Most honest company's that I had to break a contract with were more then understanding and accommodating with me breaking the contract as long as I provided proof of the move, but not TruForce. TruForce charged me $149.00 to close my account with them. If I could do it all over again, I would never have left the previous pest control company that I used prior to TruForce.   I never had any issues with Senske pest control, and don't know why I ever let the TruForce representative  convince me to switch. If I ever move back to Las Vegas, I defiantly will not be giving TruForce a call and would absolutely not recommend them to a friend.

Buyer beware!!! Cancelled my contract after 6 months and was charged $179.00. Be very careful when you sign up that you understand the cancellation fees. Overall wasn't impressed with the service. The techs walk around your house and squirt mostly water along the baseboards. If you don't move stuff away from the wall for them they just go on by and skip that portion of the wall. You need to watch them closely because they will skip most of the walls if you are not watching them. Most techs are not true experts. The ones I've talked to are doing this as a filler job until they can get back into their primary career. Overall, not impressed...

Be careful before setting up an account with them. They do have good service, but beware of the charges on your credit card. They will keep charging you even though they have not serviced your home every month. Also when you try to cancel, they won't let you. They never tell you initially  that you signed a contract until you try to cancel. So before you decide to go with them make sure to ask if there is a contract. There is a high cancellation fee. Also, when I try to cancel my account with them, they keep saying that someone will call me back but then no one does. It's like they are avoiding the call so I don't cancel the account.

I live in the outskirts of Henderson, where scorpions are plentiful .
What I love about TF Pest, is that they will come out and treat my home if I happen to see a scorpion or two, even if i have already had my scheduled treatment.
The pest guys are all very nice and friendly. Hunter, came out today and did a thorough treatment of the inside and outside of my home, and even HUNTED down and killed a rather large scorpion, as well. I guess Hunter the scorpion hunter is a well suited name for him.
I know there is no way to completely rid yourself of these pest, considering where I live, but, it is nice to have a pest company that will come out anytime you call. Bugs can be very unsettling.
3 stars because I feel in areas that I live, pest control should be all year and not just during some months. Its clear hrnderson has a problem with these pest in paticular.

When I called within two weeks of last service call to inform them I noticed presence of ants, they came back and performed the complete service again. I called on a Friday and they responded by Monday. They even told me they would still come back to do a 30 day followup call thereafter.

Update: someone from customer service saw my previous review and reached out to me. He was very helpful in sorting out what happened and came to my property personally to ensure that I received services. He's been very communicative and makes me think much better of the company. I had Truforce come out and do my initial service. Nick P was the technician and he did a wonderful job! They put a whole barrier around my house and living in Arizona it's hard to keep control of the scorpions but Truforce does an excellent job. I have not seen any scorpions or any bugs for that matter. But they do garuntee they're service so if there ever is a bug I can just give them a call and they'll come back out! I've had a couple pest control companies in the past and they were just average. But Truforce goes above and beyond and takes those extra steps to make the customer happy. Alex Carter came yesterday and sprayed the outside of our house and did a good job.  He went above and beyond for customer service.  I give him a five star rating for service and rate the company three stars because in the months pasts, I didn't have the service completed on the day it was suppose to happen, or they showed up late like an hour late 2 other times. I can see maybe one time running behind, but a couple times that was an inconvenience on my time with a schedule to maintain.

Hopefully the service gets better, otherwise I don't plan on renewing the service and will try another pest control company, or just go back to spraying myself.

Do not service from these guys, they are really just about making money and only comes like 2-3 times a years and scorpions never stopped entering the house. Please avoid these guys. They will not cancel the service even after you ask them to cancel and keep charging (Even after continuously asking them to cancel)  and if you don't pay them they will send it to collection agency.

If there was anytime I wish I could retract something negative I've stated with regard to a business or business practice, my previous review on TruForce Pest Control would be one.

With that, I think it's important for anyone here on Yelp reading reviews about business and their practices that one should consider follow-up reviews and if the businesses are listening and correcting past issues.

I can honestly say that TruForce, is in fact listening, and correcting past growing-pain issues. The individual they have appointed to the helm of their customer operations unit, is TOP NOTCH!

It's apparent, there where some issues and with that, is obvious to me they have listened, and taken a 180 degree turn-around to fix these issues. I don't know of any business that is perfect. I do like to see diligent correction, attention and appreciation from business entities. TruForce has 110% redeemed themselves!

Extremely fast resolve with my situation, a completely different company that what I was dealing with in the past!

I would not think twice to call on TruForce in the future to service my property for pest control.

Service technician arrived on time and was courteous, thorough, and professional. He even identified the pests around my kitchen sink that others and I were unable to - which were springtails if you're in the same boat. I am very satisfied with their service so far and will continue use them in the future.

There lucky I had to put a star. Don't sign a contract, don't call , don't let them collect .  It is not a monthly low amount it's double what they say. Also when the contract ends they will keep charging you because they secretly double to contract amount. Ask for a refund was denied by the CSM. I still want my $29 back thank you

I wish that for some companies you could give a no star, for how terrible there customer service is and how lousy of a job they do at my house. I am pcs'ing to SC and they wanna charge me $115.00 to cancel my service. When my service should have been up this month. I will be going to every news station and BBB to make sure that they stop screwing me and my family over and other customers as well. My brother owns a carpet cleaning business and he is represented very well on this site for the excellent job he does. You on the other hand I wish my other half would have looked at your reviews.

I have read the reviews, and I'm not quite for sure if they are dealing with the same company that I am. We have had this service for about two years and our pest problem was taken care of. We did not have any bug problems after the first treatment. My wife and I are happy with the service. There have been a couple glitches over the years but they were settled and handled to my satisfaction. Nobody is perfect and I've had no issues. I would recommend.

Today was my first experience with tru force pest-control. Derek A. came over and did the first treatment. He was on time ,knowledgeable and appeared to do a thorough job inside and outside of the house. I will take the next month or so to assess whether or not their service meets their guarantees to eliminate pests and will write my follow-up review them. So far I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and I hope that I can say the same in another month or so.

Five stars because any time we've had an issue we call them and a few days later they are at our home. We don't really see spiders or scorpions regardless of the fact we live in AZ and I'm pretty sure that's because Truforce has been using the right stuff to keep the critters away. I'm not usually someone to respond well to door-to-door sales pitches, but for some reason, I was sold on Truforce. I'm happy to say I haven't regretted it. The technicians that have serviced my home have always been professional and thorough in their work. I have had to reschedule services before and their office staff have always been polite and flexible to work with. I believe I got a great deal on my service. I haven't had any problems with bugs in between services. Before I used TruForce, I would see so many bugs (and scorpions). With a toddler, there was no way I could have anything less than excellent pest control and TruForce has been the best. I don't have to worry about my son getting stung by a scorpion or finding a spider in the bathroom. I'm so glad I opened my door to TruForce.

TruForce is a small company that is new to my area in West Los Angeles.  They have been here twice.  I call their office to make sure appointments will be on schedule, and chose not to have automatic billing.  Their people have patiently listened to my concerns, over the telephone and at my house.  I love nature and try to minimize chemicals, but I struggle with black widow spiders due to many pots for plants on the front and back porch.  TruForce removed the spider webs and sprayed a chemical that is supposed to go after the spiders without harming wildlife.  Too soon to know its effectiveness.

Here is my latest issues. A free months ago They scheduled my service. I rescheduled so I could be home to let them in the back yard. Well they came on the wrong day and only serviced the front yard. So last month was my regular month the guy came out did an amazing job. Took his time and communicated everything. Well I was still having issues with spiders and crickets so I had them cone out this month. I called to see if I could be one of the first or last due to a last minute dental appointment. They said not a problem they could come between 7-9 am. Perfect my appointment for the dentist was at 11 45 min away. So at 9:10 still no call no show so I called them. They said oh we rescheduled you for Monday at that time. That doesn't work for me at all. But she said let me check and see what I can do. I said ok but like 3:30 would be good due to my appointment. She called back and said no problem. Thankfully the dentist work was pretty quick because they called at 1:30 I was about 30 min. Away . I race home and the guy said he'd put granules down. He was so fast that I was shocked he was gone already. Never said a word. So I viewed my cameras and he got two scoops of the granules. He went from the front of my house to the back and treated in 1 min 15 sec. Approximately 4000 sq ft. I called and all they could say was it shouldn't take more than 5 min. But in that short of time to go from the front to the back and treat 1 min 15 sec. Seems unreal. All in all these last few months have been bad. They change days and don't tell you and even tho this was a retreat I would think it would be longer. And they have always told me when they were done so I could lock up. I'm just disappointed. I stuck with them in the beginning when I had issues and they contacted me and said well makethis right and now it's back to they don't care anymore. So beware and watch them closely. I can say exact times because I have security cameras so No I'm not exaggerating.

Horrible customer service. Had to call every month to have house serviced, and then they said they were coming, but unable to provide proof. Almost called my lawyer to get out of stupid contract. This is why they need a contract. To keep customers. Not happy at all, in any way, and the stupid e-mails I get now do not tell me anything when they do a service. They never point out anything and they say the same thing every month. One of us stays home just to make sure they are there and actually doing something.

We have used several pest control companies over the years and are extremely satisfied with TruForce. They always come out to re-treat our home if we find bugs between treatments at no charge. The technicians are always great. Today, Zack, our technician, was so accommodating and helpful. Our roommate was sick and resting and he was able to spray the bedroom without disturbing him. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I Had been through a couple other pest control companies that were fairly adequate. Then I lost my job and could not afford to pay a pest control service anymore. My wife kept pestering me to just go get some spray from Home Depot to do it myself but I didn't really feel like it in this climate. Then we found Truforce. I called them up and they showed up that week. The technician was professional and did a fantastic job. Since that first service I have not seen one live bug or spider web or even heard one cricket keeping me up at night. I don't give 5 stars lightly. I would gladly recommend this service to anyone in the area. It's affordable and great service.

The WORST!! When we first signed up we were not told there was a 12 month contract attached to it. Okay that was fine, we thought we would give them a try. We specifically agreed to hire them because we have a scorpion problem. First time they came out it was fine. I called again to schedule another spraying. They never showed up. A few days later they showed up and sprayed the exterior. (Front yard only) I called them to schedule another spraying because we had the scorpions return. I asked them to please schedule ASAP because we have an 11 month old. The rep did not schedule an appointment. She just said she would provide my number to routing so they can call me and schedule an appointment. They never called back. Today we are sitting in an emergency room because the 11 month old got stung by a pregnant scorpion. Thank you TruForce for your neglect and horrible customer service!

Alex from Tru Force came today and did my service. He arrived at exactly 10:00am that is the first time that has ever happened. He was polite and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough job of the interior of my house before proceeding to do the exterior. I told him to come and go freely. You can't give zero stars. Buyer beware. Misleading sales practices. Their sprays don't work and when you call to cancel they harass you. Our credit card company backed us up in disputing their charges and they still try and send it to collections. Very bad business and unethical. Try orange pest control much more professional and effective.

I don't have any bug infestation and i like the maintenance plan I have with them to keep my home bug free. I also like that the techs cover their shoes with booties to keep my home clean. I'd love to give NO stars but that is not an option. These people are awful human beings! They never showed up to perform services but had no problem charging my account. I was finally able to convince a manager to cancel my contract since they weren't keeping up their end of the bargain and servicing my house. After I canceled I received a letter stating our service was terminated. My husband and I were happy to be free of them. Fast forward a few months later I get this weird call from somebody that won't even tell me her name until I give her my social security number over the phone. Hello??? Obviously since she wouldn't tell me her name or company name I just laughed and hung up. She called a few more times and not only would she not tell me her name she was nasty and rude. Then a few weeks after the calls started we get a letter from a third party collection agency stating we are being reported to all credit bureaus because of Tru Force. I call Tru-Force and send the letter of our cancellation I also point out that the card they had on file was still activated so why not just charge it. They never ever attempted to auto draft the money after we canceled. I had to file a dispute with the collection agency and with all three bureaus. I submitted everything I had including a signed letter from the bank stating that I still had the same card activated and they never had to decline a purchase from tru-Force because they had never tried to auto draft us. They all three removed it from my credit report BUT this was all happening while I was buying a house so you can just imagine how fun that was. Through it all from the very beginning their customer service was awful. When we could get somebody out to spray they spent maybe a total of 5 min doing my whole 3000sqft home, three car garage and a very big backyard. We saw more activity of scorpions after they'd leave. Just a whole joke all around. Also, I asked in my neighborhood social media group if anyone else had problems with them and it was a staggering amount of people that had horrible awful experiences with the company. I have no idea how there is 4 stars on yelp! They must of paid people to do it which wouldn't surprise me at all....this company has lowly business ethics. When it was pointed out in another group by an employee that they had 4 stars I felt it was my duty to tell my story. RUN far away from them! AND go read their complaints on BBB you can see they have zero ethics!

TruForce Pest Control sprayed my house for the first time three weeks ago.  The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They returned my calls almost immediately, and were able to come out right away.  Most important, however, is the fact that starting a couple days after they sprayed, we've had no bugs at all.  Whereas we had frequent problems with crickets, ants, and spiders before TruForce came over, we've had literally zero problems since.  Historically, I've sprayed my own house and yard -- but it never worked as well, and was always a pain.  If you have bug problems and want efficient and effective relief, call TruForce. I have no regrets.

I just moved to Arizona about 2 weeks ago. We had one bug guy come out as soon as we moved in. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We were having issues with little bugs all over our house and a scorpion.  We had a different bug guy but still the same service. He answered all of our questions , was very friendly and professional. I do not plan on using anyone else but truforce.

Had house sprayed on exterior 8/5/16 and sorry to say I was bitten by a spider as I slept that night. I have requested a return to spray interior. I have had pest control service all my life and never  experienced being bitten after service was performed. I have never seen a statement disclaimer that this company uses..

Do not sign a contract with this company. They do not spray on any kind of a schedule. They were supposed to come out every two months and would come out two weeks apart and then we wouldn't see them again for almost four months. My husband called them twice and was told that we were under contract and we just had to deal with it. We still had bugs in our home. Total waste of money.

tried them twice....total fail! luckily my landlords have another company they call to the house we are renting so we were saved.

sales team over the phone were pretty nice...thats the only reason they are getting one star.

techs that come out to spray are completely disinterested and seem like they dont know what they are supposed to do.

I would think the techs would have some knowledge of where to spray and what products to use when they come to a house...but the techs were asking me what I want them to do. How the heck am I supposed to know? Umm all I know is that I have bugs and I am relying on you to tell me what there is you, the pest guy, can do to help.

Both times techs came to my house...sprayed a little here and here for literally 2-3 minutes.....then would stand around asking me is there anything else you need me to do? I felt like saying, I just saw you spray around 2 walls.....wheres the rest of your work?

Really disappointed. Given that there are so many companies in this market that have such amazing reviews you would think these guys would step up their game or at least their knowledge of their own field.

Try so many other companies that have amazing reviews....they are good for a reason!

I live in queen creek and we have had some serious issues with scorpions. One day when my son and I were out mowing the lawn we ran across 3 at the base of our orange tree... I went to Home Depot and bought the stuff that they recommended and it worked great for about a week. We went out and used a black light in our backyard and found about 3 scorpions in various different places. A close friend had recommended tru force pest control and we gave them a shot. Me and my wife could not have been happier. The service has been great and I love their scheduling system! Sean Toolson was my initial contact and he was extremely thorough about teaching me about scorpions.... they are some nasty creatures! Thanks tru force! I don't plan on going anywhere else!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.  

I've had this company servicing my house for several years.  At first, they sold me on the product and superior service...but alas, it was not so.  The product seemed to work ok, but the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.  I finally had enough and fired them today.  I have pest tubes in my house, and they will treat through them, which is why I selected Tru-Force in the first place.  I was double charged one month for their service, and only after I called and complained several times did they even acknowledge that they had done anything wrong.  Later, they missed several appointments that they had set, even though I had modified my schedule to be home so that they could spray the interior of my home.  They also weren't treating through the pest tubes as agreed upon in my contract (even though they would mark it off on their invoice as treated), and so I would have to call them back out to do it again.  The technician was like, I think I treated them, when in reality, he didn't even have the equipment on his truck, and they had to send out a different technician.  Huge pain in the a$$, and a complete lie.  We kept having billing problems with them, and so I finally had them put me on appointment only, meaning they would call me every other month to schedule the service, instead of just showing up.  Well, that was sporadic at best, and it was more like every 3 or more months.  This didn't make sense to me either, because when I first signed with them, it was mandatory to have two back-to-back treatments to interrupt the breeding/nesting cycle of the insects.  If that's true, then why the heck can they skip my treatments for several months, without needing back-to-back treatment to get it back under control?  Sounds like a gimmick to line their pockets.

Finally, today, over a week after they were supposed to be here, I called them to see what happened.  You know what they told me?  Oh, we must have been scheduling for NEXT month (even though we specifically set the time and date for NEXT TUESDAY...not NEXT MONTH).  Complete and utter BS.  Who schedules 5 weeks out? They never have before, and we had specifically set a time and date, and I had arranged for someone to be home.  They always schedule a couple days before, or a week at most.  I fired them, and they're like, but we'll give you a free service!  No thanks...  

So, in a nutshell, if you want an expensive, unreliable company who will waste your time, double-bill you, and lie to you on what services they performed, and not show up for work, this is the one for you!  If that's not what you want, I suggest moving on.

TruForce Pest Control does a great job, after their first visit I never saw another bug.  My house was teeming with ants, I had three huge attacks every day, it was nearly impossible to tell where they all came from.  They also work with your schedule, an are very accommodating and thorough.  The workers are professional, and care about your issues.

My home in Mesa, Arizona has always had scorpion problems. We used to have another service but cancelled because we weren't seeing much of a difference. Truforce guarantees scorpions and all other pests. They've been coming to our house for 2 months now we have gone from seeing scorpions every day to seeing none. Thank you truforce!

I just signed up with TruForce today, so at present, I don't have much to say about their service.  However, the two guys (don't remember their names) who came by to explain their product were very thorough in their explanations.  They were very knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly, didn't pressure.  One of their techs, JB, happened to be in the area, and stopped by.  Since he had an opening, I had him service my yard.  He was also very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.  Lastly, and most importantly, the rates are terrific.

I wrote a review of this fantastic company last week, but have not been able to see it when checking yelp.   I apologize if this is a duplicate.  I contacted TruForce along with several other local companies following the recommendations of  friends.  We had noticed signs (yuck) of a mouse in our home.  The initial call to TruForce was handled with a high degree of professionalism and we set an appt right away.  Bronson came and did a complete and thorough inspection, seeing things we had missed.  He took a great deal of time, and recommended a plan to set traps.  He was especially sensitive to the fact that we have children and pets and did not want to use anything that could cause them harm.  I am happy to say that the initial trapping was a success and we have seen no further signs of any more mice.  I would HIGHLY recommend this company, as the technicians were knowledgeable, customer service was superior and the price was fair and reasonable.  The follow up, checking to see if we need additional supplies, or another plan, is SO appreciated!  Thank you.

We had an awful experience with this company. They were knocking door to door and my baby had just been born when I opened the door and this guy just invited himself in my home,  I was so afraid he totally invaded my space and privacy, was touching my child was wondering around the house. When he finally left I called the manager to complain and they gave me the first service for free. Once they started charging us every month on my credit card my husband called, they said we had a contract ( I was NOT aware of this) I didn't want them coming every month, so they decided to make my fee more expensive. I called CS talked to a guy for hours, so incredibly rude, I asked to speak to the manager he was no longer working there. They said that the owner would call us back, he never did. I told the CS guy to please stop coming and to cancel the upcoming appointment. Despite that, they came, sprayed outside my house and charged us the whole fee, even though they did not spray the inside of my house or the patio which are the most important. They came despite me telling them we were not gonna be home. My husband was so upset, he called the company to complain, he said  if he saw a charge on our credit card he would reject it. They did charge us and our credit card gave us back the money because the company had no way of probing that the charge was legit. Please be careful when you sign anything from them. They have poor CS they trick you into a contract they charge differently to all customers. Beware of this company.

Buyer beware! The only reason they get one star from me is that my dispute was resolved appropriately by the company within 24 hours of me sending an email.  Their product doesn't work, they obtained my signature on their contract under false pretenses (their iPad only showed a signature line and told me I was only signing to confirm my appointment), their pet friendly product gave my dogs horrible skin allergies and they never debited my account on the agreed upon date. After a very lengthy discussion with their customer service supervisor, I was told to email my dispute to the owner of the company and to their HR department. I got a suitable resolution within 24 hours with an explanation that their salesman was new. Very disappointed in their business practice, but satisfied with the cancellation of the contract.

I would recommend TruForce to anyone who has a pest problem.  I had black widows, scorpions and cock roaches.  They came to spray last the Friday before last (6/12) and at first all the bugs came out.  I saw dead ones and live ones (scorpions) a few days after they sprayed which they say is normal.  I called in a panic because of the four live (one was a baby) scorpions I found in my garage.  They immediately scheduled a follow up appointment to come and spray again for Thursday 6/18.  They put a dust down for the area where I thought that the scorpions were coming from.  I just literally went out to my garage and found two giant DEAD scorpions in the garage.  There are a lot of people who say that scorpions resist pesticide but if i could post a picture of these two dead scorpions I would.  Thank you TruForce!  I will continue to use your service because it has put my mind at ease.

When we first had TruForce, they were great.  The last year they have sucked!  I have to call to get them to come out.  I called in October to to cancel.  They asked why and I told them they weren't coming out like they said they would & we were seeing a few scorpions.  They asked for one more chance to come out and spray.  So we let them come out again, figuring we'd give them another chance.  They came as said, but fast forward to today.  I get a bill saying we owe them for services rendered.  They haven't come back since October!  I told them I want to cancel and they made us pay for a service they haven't provided for 2 months!  So in order to finally get rid of this headache, my husband paid the money to get rid of them.  It's bull crap we have to pay for a service they haven't provided!!!  All my friends and their friends will know what crap this is.  I would advise NOT to go with this company!

In all honesty, I don't know how their pest service actually is, nor will I ever find out, based on the obnoxious door to door salesman who appeared at my house.  After ringing, I cracked open the door, to a stranger (a man in his 20's) and asked if I could help him.  He was too busy on his phone to answer me right away, so I asked again.  He started telling me h ow he had gone to the neighbors (who actually have a different pest service,) and how the neighbors told him how nice we were.  Still no clue as to why he was there.  I asked him for the third time what he wanted, and quite rudely he answered, What, you don't know your neighbors?  At that point he tried shoving a card in my face, prior to me closing the door.  never once said who he represented, what he was doing knocking at my door. Not in a million years would I ever go to them for service, if this is how the sales force operates!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a young man come to my door a month ago dressed nice and I told him no thank you. Yesterday I had another man come to my door saying he was the manager and he was wearing shorts and flip-flops (what kind of manager wears flip-flops). I told him I'd have to talk to my husband and he said he'd be back at 6. I also told him money was tight right now and he looked at me like I was crazy and said the first one is free and it's only $30 after that (well $30 is a full tank of gas for me or diapers for my daughter) and then left. He came back at 5 saying he had another appointment and asked if he could do the service now and instead of $30 offered $24.99. I told him I hadn't talked to my husband yet because he wasn't home from work. I then asked for his number so I could call him to make an appointment when we were ready. He then looked at me with an exasperated look and asked if I was actually interested. I said I would call him if we wanted to make an appointment. Well he just showed up AGAIN and asked if I talked to my husband. Trying to make a sale is one thing, but being PUSHY and completely IGNORING what people tell them is a great way to NOT get customers. Now I will NOT be using their service even if I did need it just based on the poor attitude and not listening, plus it helps that there are no good reviews about this company. SO here is another one.
