I highly recommend Overson Pest Control. They've been spraying for us for almost 2 years now and we've never had any issues with Overson or bugs. In fact, Alex from Overson is always prompt, very courteous, very informative, and thorough! Recently we thought we may have a roof rat issue, because we have fruit trees on our property and we heard scratching noises in the attic. Alex quickly set traps in the attic and returned a week later - exactly when he said he would - to inspect the traps. One large rat caught, he reset the traps and will be back next week to inspect again. Excellent service at a fair price! Thanks so much Alex!

Live in an area with lots of scorpions and roaches, so I decided to call Complete Pest Management. Glad that I did, service is top notch and professional, this company has not missed one step at all. When the service tech showed up, and introduced himself, he asked immediately what and where are our pest issues. He spent an hour treating the house, and explained everything I needed to know about our scorpion problem. After meeting Art our technician, I knew this was the service for us. We would see on average 5 to 10 scorpions a month inside our house, now we have not seen any after three months of service. On the third month we had fire ants in our grass, showed Art on his monthly visit, they were gone the next day, and have not been back since. This is the company to go with, my wife and I are in the process of building a pool soon, we will hire them for our pool service as well, for when that time comes. First class company all the way.

Excellent service! They showed up right on time! the technician answered all of my questions, he was very thorough, explaining not only what he was doing, but why he was doing it. The best part is, I haven't seen a single scorpion since I started using them! A++

Got home at 3:30. Bee hive in tree in front yard. Called them. 20 minutes they're at my house. 20 minutes later bees are gone. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Steve Johnson and his company Excel through a neighbor who used them for termite issues. That neighbor was so pleased with their service that I opted to call for the same issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly/informative communication, follow through, and pricing. His customer service orientation is wonderful, and the advice and service he and his son provided me was exceptional. In fact, and on my recommendation, our next door neighbor also decided to use Excel for termite treatment. I can't recommend Excel more highly than to say that if you want over and above termite and pest control service.....call Steve Johnson and Excel. You will not be disappointed.

I had him out to spray today and when I came home I found a dying scorpion on my patio. Great service, great person, great job! I didn't even know I had scorpions because I hadn't seen any, but now I'm not concerned about them.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I've been using Anteater For almost 10 years now. My entire family uses them and loves them! Tom is simply the best but whenever someone else has come out we have gotten the same level of excellent customer service we have become accustomed to. Their products really get the job done as well! If we've skipped a month due to being out of town or whatever we still don't have bigs return. And I'm sure this will jinx me but as long as I've been using them I have. Ever seen a  Scorpion unless it's name is Walter O'Brien!

I just had Marcus out and he really saved us from a nightmare with Wasps, we actually had an infestation in our roof on the second story so this was not an easy task! Marcus was so great and he was educating me and my neighbors about what to do, how our landscaping is contributing to the wasps and when to call for inspection. I would definitely call them for services.

We have been working extensively with Anthony and Didi, and have been impressed and grateful for their knowledge, quick response, and support/consideration for the clients we work with. They have been quick to schedule appointments, responsive to concerns and questions, knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring to our clients. I am very thankful we switched to using this company.

We were very impressed with the prompt, friendly service we received. We had woodpeckers making holes in our stucco. He hung spinners and placed gel near the holes to deter the birds. It's been a couple of days now, and we haven't seen a single woodpecker! I wasn't sure what to expect for price. We found the bill to be very reasonable. Glad we supported this locally-owned business!

Great service! Called in the morning for 3 wasp nests I needed removed and Chris was at my house a couple hours later! Chris was very friendly, personable, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business.

Hands-down, the best pest control company we have ever used!  Matt is, yes, friendly, and does a painstakingly thorough job determining what needs to be done to get your home pest free.  Friendly Pest got rid of bats, mice, and annoying birds at our Payson home in one day.  Friendly Pest Control is not only efficient but they make your home sparkle after cleaning and disinfecting areas contaminated by animals. I only wish that Matt and his crew could service our home in Mesa! I would give this company 10 stars if I could.  Thank you Friendly Pest Control - well done!

I was referred to Larry from a neighborhood site and was eager to use a small business in hopes of better service then what we had experienced with a bigger company. The initial visit was great and Larry seemed very knowledgeable. However 6wks after our treatment we began to have LIVE scorpions in the house - never in 5yrs have I experienced this. We called and he came out as promised. However insisted we were okay with the every other month plan despite being in new construction. Well 5wks later we had more LIVE visitors in our home once again. However this time, I called Larry multiple times, sent text messages as well (to the number he previously would respond to ) and never once was a message returned. He was also due today to spray our home and we never received phone call or email as promised. Glad we scheduled another company to start tomorrow! We have little ones in our house and last thing I want is them getting stung. Poor customer service - definitely would not recommend.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

Awful company to work with! Do not waste your money here! Larry came out and sprayed my home with the 30 day guarantee. Since then, he's been out in those 30 days. I spent $150 and feel robbed. I've had crickets back and roaches in those 30 days. The inspector Mike came out and all he suggested was I sign up for regular monthly service. Why would I ever sign up for monthly service if the 30 day guarantee did not work? This company does not care about its customers and it just wants to get inside ur pockets. I will be telling the BBB about this and will never recommend them! Awful!
