We just started our service with Overson and so far so good. Alex was here today and was very good at addressing all our concerns and really focused on our problem areas!

What does one want from a pest company.

3. On time reliability.
4. Quick response for non typical pest issues.
5. Pleasant employees (Both in the office and in the field).
6. Effective pest treatments.

called about an exterior pack rat issue.  was very knowledgeable and looked around the whole perimeter.  said he would get back to me with quote.  later, i received email and he said that he couldn't help me.

i wrote back and asked, why not and was there anything else could do or should i be concerned.  never responded to that email.

low score is not because he couldn't help, but because he didn't respond to my email.

Great service today by Technician Mike S  in Anthem. He thoroughly sprayed my attic where we have a few scorpions getting in to master bathroom.  I have had Titan out before to do same service and it was nothing like what Mike did. He took his time and made sure he got all the nooks and crannies so those pesky scorpions will leave me alone!  Ask for Mike S is my recommendation. Clean, neat, professional service and no issues!

We have been using Sam the Bug Man since the early 1990's (four homes) with excellent results!

I was referred to Steve Johnson and his company Excel through a neighbor who used them for termite issues. That neighbor was so pleased with their service that I opted to call for the same issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly/informative communication, follow through, and pricing. His customer service orientation is wonderful, and the advice and service he and his son provided me was exceptional. In fact, and on my recommendation, our next door neighbor also decided to use Excel for termite treatment. I can't recommend Excel more highly than to say that if you want over and above termite and pest control service.....call Steve Johnson and Excel. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience with Lamont.  He responded quickly and was right on time when he came to my home.  Lamont is very personable and friendly, and his information was very valuable.  All questions were answered and he gave me suggestions on how to keep my home clear from bugs.  He was very honest and his price was beyond reasonable.  I will call Lamont again when the need arises and would recommend him for any of your pest control needs.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

Had the initial treatment service today and everything went well. The technician was on time, courteous and informative. Thank you.

Had the guys from Arizona Professional out to take care of a bee issue that popped up in my back tree.

I called a couple other companies that wanted to schedule appointments for the following week, Az Professional was able to get out same day. I called around 1pm and the bees were gone by 330pm. Couldn't be happier.

The main thing about these guys is they're honest. We're out of town but own investment property in Phoenix -perfect set up to be taken advantage of by unscrupulous maintenance and management companies, right? So our property manager calls one day and says they found bedbugs. Hard for me to verify, not being there. They call an exterminator who comes out and confirms, yep, you've got bedbugs. And heat treating the house will be $4200. So I call Anthony and get him to come out for a second opinion. He comes out promptly, checks the house, and tells me firstly that the same treatment would be about a third of what the other guys quoted, but -and here's the kicker -there are no bedbugs!

Wish there were more businesses like this -who build their reputation through honesty and customer service rather than taking advantage of people.

We were very impressed with the prompt, friendly service we received. We had woodpeckers making holes in our stucco. He hung spinners and placed gel near the holes to deter the birds. It's been a couple of days now, and we haven't seen a single woodpecker! I wasn't sure what to expect for price. We found the bill to be very reasonable. Glad we supported this locally-owned business!

We had a massive wasp infection on our back porch. Actually they built a huge nest, about 8 inches wide with multiple planet nests surrounding.

Chris was prompt and thorough removing the wasps and the nests. They haven't been back.

Friendly Pest Control is the ONLY pest control company willing to help us with our particular issue. I found R.J. on the Nextdoor app & am so grateful that I did. We cannot say enough good things about R.J. who services our area in the Prescott Country Club in Dewey, AZ. Definitely 10 star service. We have a very serious pack rat infestation in our 40 ft motorhome. Most pest control companies will not touch a motorhome and will only provide service to residential or commercial structures. R.J. has a strategic plan to help us and explains everything thoroughly. R.J. s knowledge is extensive & his customer service is excellent. We highly recommend Friendly Pest Control and in particular R.J. for the Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott & surrounding areas. We are going to switch over to Friendly Pest Control for our residential service as well.

I'm shocked to see negative reviews on this company or Larry..  I've used this service since moving to AZ in October and it's been incredible.  

I was initially terrified of scorpions, snakes and the million other critters in AZ but Larry educated me, talked me off the ledge and I haven't seen one scary critter.  That's not to say I don't expect to see at least one, it's Arizona - you can't 100% prevent everything.

I've also read in several articles every new build is likely to have scorpions or other critters around for several weeks or months in some cases.

Long story short, use this service, sit down with Larry and have a conversation about your needs and support a great local business that cares about its customers.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

My experience with this company has been spotty at best. Although we now have an awesome tech, Craig, who has been able to slow down our scorpion problem, my complaint is with the termite dept. We paid to have the whole house treated a couple of years ago, so we are still under warranty. But we have had to have the house spot treated more times than I can count.
Jason, the inspector assigned to us, was nice to begin with, but now his solution to the problem is to up sell us on a whole new treatment. He said to spot treat is basically just putting a band aid on the problem. To me, that is telling us they can't fix the issue. To emphasize how bad it has gotten, we recently found evidence of previous infestation in our wood floor. There is a nice gash by a stem wall. Jason said nothing there now, but the damage has been done.
I  him if I have to pay to have the whole house treated again, I might as well find a company that can actually get rid of the termites. At this point he got very lackadaisical about the whole thing, and acted like he was just glad to not have to deal with a problem his company seemingly cannot fix. Tomorrow, I will be searching for a new pest control company.
