I have received Overson Pest Control services for two years. They are a local company who really cares about their customers. Excellent price, fair deals. They make a profile including a lot of details about the job done. They include the granules against insects to protect trees and gardens. Great orientation about how pests begin, why and the best way to prevent it. Using their services during two years and we are more than please. Both Jared and Logan are comitted to represent very well this company. The best customer service!! Recommended 100%

Art was great!! I called this morning, got an appointment same day. They called & communicated their timing very well. Art showed up on time, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was honest that I didn't need to spray inside my home- which is really nice since I have a young child. I really appreciated his genuine care and thoughtfulness, and of course his expertise. If I have any issues with pests in the future, these are the guys I will trust.

So far so good! Excellent customer service- like seriously above and beyond.  We signed up for the bi monthly routine visits. Hoping for a pest free year!

We had this company seal our first home and seemed to not have any problems. The owner seems like a nice guy but the techs hat came out to our brand new construction were terrible (one of them anyway), he over was kind and kept to himself and did pretty good. The main guy was condescending and rude and left a mess of drywall and whatever they used behind him in almost every room and didn't clean it up. They also damaged many door frames and ways w the ladder. For $1500 I expected consideration for my home. I would never recommend this to anyone!

Worked for this company for a month and loved it, had to quit for health reasons and never received my last check. Some disconnect between office and field staff at times but overall it wasn't a bad place they treat the customers well.

On time, professional, wore bootees in the house, polite, gave examples of different sprays. Definitely continue using this company.

I hired Excel Termite and Pest Control to take care of my termite issue in my garage. They did a great job and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

The best pest control experience I have ever had! Not only was my Dad's home sprayed but dead bugs where removed, the process was explained to me, the product inside the home is safe for people and animals. I got several business cards so I could share with people personally. This is my bug company!

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

We have been very satisfied with Anteater Exterminating.  The office staff and the techs are very friendly and helpful.  I love that when I forget to call to set up an appointment they always call to check in.  Sometimes life gets busy and for me it's always helpful to receive those reminders.

This company is a con! Called about bees In yard, tried to convince me it is a swarm following a queen, blah blah, said to fog it would be 795, and a year protection would be $2295. On phone the gentleman did not quote just said he would send out someone. DO NOT FALL for it. Called three other complies after and they all said this industry is full of frauds. 100-200 average price.

Very responsive & friendly. Tony & Tyler were great. Very nice & answered all questions. Such a big stressor but these guys are very reassuring. Although treatment was just done, I feel like the problem has been taken care of. I appreciated that they actually inspected the whole house rather than just one spot. Have to give it 30 days but I'm sure this nightmare is over thanks to Tony!

Phil made great conversation as well as great service. He fit me into his schedule when others could not schedule me for a week or two out. Pricing was reasonable and he was very informative of what to expect, along with when the next service is required.

Christopher was on time and provided exceptional service. We had a bee problem that he took care of immediately along with, providing a routine spray outside of our home. We will definitely be utilizing his services moving forward.

Talk about great service....  We have been trying to combat our rodent problem ourselves for years with traps, sealing up holes, etc.  We have had rat and mice visitors who had made themselves at home in our crawl space and also inside of our cabin.  We finally gave in and called a couple of rodent control companies in the Payson area to get the problem professionally taken care of.  We decided on Friendly Pest Control, and oh boy, are we glad we made this decision.  Matt knows what he is doing.   Ten years of us failing at rodent control took Matt a couple of months to resolve the problem.  No traces of rodents since.  I highly recommend Matt and Friendly Pest Control.

I'm shocked to see negative reviews on this company or Larry..  I've used this service since moving to AZ in October and it's been incredible.  

I was initially terrified of scorpions, snakes and the million other critters in AZ but Larry educated me, talked me off the ledge and I haven't seen one scary critter.  That's not to say I don't expect to see at least one, it's Arizona - you can't 100% prevent everything.

I've also read in several articles every new build is likely to have scorpions or other critters around for several weeks or months in some cases.

Long story short, use this service, sit down with Larry and have a conversation about your needs and support a great local business that cares about its customers.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

Don't waste your time or money. They schedule appointments and don't show up. When asked why they say scheduling conflict and schedule for next day. They don't show up for the second time! When I called the first representative I spoke with saw that I was scheduled from 8a to 12p and put me on hold. Ok I wait, then get hung up on. I call back and new representative doesn't see anything scheduled for 8a-12p and said I had to wait until Monday! Are you ****ing kidding me? I took off work on Friday because I was told between 9a-5p, I lost a day of pay! I rescheduled obligations I had on Saturday to have this horrible company not show up again.
