I love Overson Pest Control! The employees are very nice, patient, and professional (especially Ivan). I really appreciate the great service that I have been receiving.

5. Pleasant employees (Both in the office and in the field).
6. Effective pest treatments.

Complete Pest Management meets all of my wants and makes me fell like an appreciated customer at the same time.

I have ant problem. A little worried about in/outside cats, but they assured me chemicals are pet safe. Josh was nice & on time. We'll see if it works, but when I peeked outside a few times, he was going to town with the power sprayer everywhere, so I feel good they were very thorough. Thanks a lot.

Robert Sullivan has been performing the service at our property for quite a while now. He is awesome. It is so nice to have a friendly person come out to your house. I've used several companies before, but decided to try Titan a while back and have zero regrets. On a side note, my cat also loves Robert and talks to him every time he comes by.

We have used Sam The Bug Man for several years and recommend this company highly.  Their representatives are always punctual, professional and knowledgeable, and the company's prices are fair.  What more could you want?

Don't pay in full until the job is finished! We paid up front (including $90 to cover some eave holes, which David claims below were free), and David never completed the job. I tried for five weeks to get him to cover one open eve - it was the reason we had called Arizona Pest Squad in the first place. He covered all of the other open eaves but suggested that we wait on one (the one he'd have to get on the roof to reach) until we were sure there was no more bird activity. I contacted David once we no longer saw birds and asked him to cover that final hole since that was the one we initially hired him for. SIX TIMES David was scheduled to come out and SIX TIMES he didn't show up and didn't call or text to let us know. I followed up with him six times over five weeks to reschedule until I finally gave up and told him we'd do it ourselves. I received no response or apology. He had gotten his money, so clearly we weren't a priority. LESSON LEARNED: Don't pay until the job is done!

I was referred to Steve Johnson and his company Excel through a neighbor who used them for termite issues. That neighbor was so pleased with their service that I opted to call for the same issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly/informative communication, follow through, and pricing. His customer service orientation is wonderful, and the advice and service he and his son provided me was exceptional. In fact, and on my recommendation, our next door neighbor also decided to use Excel for termite treatment. I can't recommend Excel more highly than to say that if you want over and above termite and pest control service.....call Steve Johnson and Excel. You will not be disappointed.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

We have been using ant eater for the past eight years and have never had a problem with their service. They are punctual,reliable, knowledgeable , caring, and courteous. When we had an issue with bees they addressed it the next day. We highly recommend ant eater. OK

Had Arizona Professional Pest Control out to take care of some bees. Process was quick and effective. 100% recommend them and will use again. The guys that came out were exceedingly nice and knowledgeable. I felt safe having them take care of a dangerous situation. Thanks!

A couple months ago we found bedbugs on the headboard of our master bed. We were baffled as to how we could have possibly gotten them as we live in a very clean kept apartment and rarely travel. We consulted our landlord at our apartment complex to see what service they provide for extermination and we were told they have a company the hire out for such a job but we were going to be responsible for all costs as she stated we were the ones who brought the bedbugs into our apartment. When the apartment's preferred extermination company showed up to inspect they were in and out in 5 mins and hardly spent any time explaining their findings or how they were going to treat the problem/prevent bedbugs from returning. This whole situation had us so frustrated and uneasy. Knowing we were paying for the extermination regardless, we wanted more assurance and better customer service. That's when we found Phoenix Bedbug Expert. We got to work with both Anthony and Didi who were incredibly friendly and informative. They really made us feel reassured about fixing this nightmare of a problem and were able to take the time to answer our questions. They were also very easy to schedule with and flexible to meet our busy schedule. There is nobody better in the business! We are now bedbug free and proud!

I called this company and was pleasently surprised a man named Phil replied so fast . He's a super nice guy with alot of knowledge ! I hired him and the jobs were done . He did my weeds and also my pests . I have pack rats going under my house ! Eeeww ! I would call him again for either problem , he is very prompt and does the best job . Prices aren't bad either ! Thanks Phil ! Ps I'm also having him do my sprinkler system , it's screwed up !

Talk about great service....  We have been trying to combat our rodent problem ourselves for years with traps, sealing up holes, etc.  We have had rat and mice visitors who had made themselves at home in our crawl space and also inside of our cabin.  We finally gave in and called a couple of rodent control companies in the Payson area to get the problem professionally taken care of.  We decided on Friendly Pest Control, and oh boy, are we glad we made this decision.  Matt knows what he is doing.   Ten years of us failing at rodent control took Matt a couple of months to resolve the problem.  No traces of rodents since.  I highly recommend Matt and Friendly Pest Control.

I don't often give 5 stars in a review, but this company deserves it.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

My father has had a yearly termite inspection policy for years with this company  that he continues to pay.  However, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DECLINED TO A POINT OF NO RETURN. Staff is friendly but seemingly cannot do anything except apologize that phone calls are not returned AND TAKE YET ANOTHER MESSAGE (that will never be returned).  IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT WILL RESPOND THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU.
