I have been calling this company and texting for the past week for a simple quote. Calls go straight to voicemail and they ask you to text. When you text the interaction is minimal with no response.

Highly recommend 520 Termite! We were getting floor installed and termites were found so I called several companies and 520 was the best and responded very quickly. We had a very tight timeline and Mike worked very late into the evening so the floor work could continue the next day. He was extremely reliable and efficient. Don't hesitate to go with this company!

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying.  Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be.  Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do.  No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank.  I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

Ruslin texted me and notified me they would be here in 15 minutes. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and efficient. My dog didn't even bark at them! We paid the $395 we were quoted over the phone. Ruslin and Bobby explained everything in detail and we're 100% satisfied. We were given a 5 year warranty as well. They did the treatment 5 days after my initial call.
Prior to all this we had Truly Nolen out, got a $1,300 quote with a $200 per year warranty. They couldn't do the treatment for a month.

Arizona's Best Choice is a family owned company that I have always used for my pest control and recommend them highly.  The techs are professional, courteous and listen to what you want when they come out to spray for pests.  Jeremy has been my pest control tech for the last 8 years.  Which tells me that the employees are happy to work for an awesome company and there is not a big turn around.

These guys are awesome!  We found a small bird's nest right above our roller shade in our backyard and we were too scared to pull the shade down because we didn't want to hurt the bird.  We called around to see if anyone would be willing to come out today and Goldshot replied right back and had a guy who was willing to come out.  

When he came bit earlier than his appointment time I wasn't home, but he took the time to take a look around the house to assess the situation and when I came home, he was ready to tell me what needed to be done.  Keaton was not only professional and very explanatory, he gave suggestions on what to do in case of what if's.  He also explained how pigeons are attracted to solar panels and when we notice pigeons on our solar panels we can call our solar company instead of calling them or other pest/bird control because our solar company will take care of that.  How honest and trustworthy can he be to tell me that we don't need to call them?  

Although at first I called for someone to just come and simply remove the nest, after listening to him, I decided to have him install screens to prevent future nests, so he's coming back tomorrow to do that.  So even though technically the job isn't completely done yet, I was so excited to have found a great, trustworthy company that I wanted to leave a good review right away to tell everyone if you need help with bird control, or other pests, give these guys a shot.  I'm sure you'll love them!

Jason from critter tech came out this morning to help us with a roof rat problem. He was on time and extremely nice and personable, explained everything so I could understand. He did a very thorough inspection of our home, and found an entry point that we were unaware of and had not expected. Since my husband is a plumbing contractor, there are certain things he can do himself without having to call a professional, and Jason was very forthcoming about this, giving us advice and not trying to upsell us services we did not need. We were very grateful for this and would absolutely recommend them and use them again. Thanks Jason and critter tech!

I was immediately impressed that a business answered my frantic phone call at 6:10 pm and even more impressed that they were sending a technician out immediately as well! We recently had a pidgeon problem on our roof which caused it to leak.  I hired Burns Pest Control to resolve the issue.  I had problems with this contractor not showing up and not calling, not explaining what they were going to do and the products they would use or why, getting our scheduling done, and a lack of communication when contacted.  I had such poor service and the installer was rude, that I was concerned now about the partial work they did on my roof.  This is not a review of Burns Pest Control so I don't want to elaborate on the issues I had with them.  Suffice to say, when I was not happy with their service, I decided I better call some other pest control companies as I was unhappy enough to fire Burns Pest Control and let someone else finish their work.  I live in a large community and saw the Maricopa Bug Busters truck in our neighborhood and remembered I had also seen them before in here.  Maricopa is a small community.  If you're not a good contractor, word spreads, so it meant something that I had seen their truck in here more than once.  I decided to call Maricopa Bug Busters and was lucky enough to talk to the owner, Frank.  I expressed my concerns and he patiently explained to me about the products Burns was using on my roof and gave me his time and attention like I was the only customer he had.  He owed me nothing, but instead of blowing me off because he was busy, he gave me his opinion and told me he would be happy to get on the roof and give me his report.  He took his time to explain all.  He immediately alleviated my concerns about the products being used and we made an appointment for him to inspect our roof.  All I got from Burns Pest Control was NO RESPONSE when I emailed their Customer Service Manager regarding my concerns twice.  He reported that Burns had completed most of the work already and that he felt that they did a good job.  All that was left to do was some netting around the turret.  Since it was a small amount of work left and Frank was obviously busy with a lot of work (even offered to come over on Sunday which was his only day off), I elected to let Burns finish up what they started.  Frank made such a good impression, I was sorry I didn't hire him in the first place.  If I ever have an issue again, Maricopa Bug Busters is the only company I will call.

We have used them for over 9 years and are completely satisfied with their service. They are family-owned and are friendly in their dealings with us.  They respond positively to all our concerns.  They are very reasonably priced.

Joe was fantastic.  We had a squirrel get in our house.  Joe tracked him down and got him out safely.  We are so grateful as he was trashing the house!  We definitely recommend him.

I have used Lisa with Smitty's Pest Control for many, many years!   She is always prompt and does a great job.    My house is always pest free!

Had Steve come out today to the house. They came last year as well. No issues with weeds. Get this company to come out. You won't have any issues. They seem to use a solid mixture for pre emergent and control.

Absolutely the best experience. We discovered we had termites and called Environmental Past & Termite Control based on other Yelp reviews. They called back within 20 minutes, scheduled a technician to come out the next day and work was done professionally and they even swept up afterwards. Price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

We've been using Preventive for years. It's an easy, no-hassle service that keeps the creepies out of our house. If pests do slip through, they will come back for a spot treatment. The technicians are always friendly and provide great service! They also follow direction well, which is important because we try to keep the spray away from where the cats spend time. The cats can handle their own hang-out spots just fine (and provide an A+ scorpion control service of their own).
