Bad service overall. A lot of employee turn around with this company. Multiple requests to schedule our pool to be drained and cleaned. Multiple no shows for pool service no notification that they were not going to show up. When I told them an employee did not show up they proceeded to tell me they did. I have cameras in the backyard that showed they did not come.

Offer affordable pest control with no contract required. We've experienced superior customer service with great communication and flexible scheduling to fit our needs. We prefer to support local businesses whenever possible so using them is a win win. Highly recommend.

After experiencing challenges with another local pest control company we opted to work with these folks and have been very pleased. They are incredibly honest and pleasant to work with and I do not feel I was oversold at all - as I did with other companies. We were dealing with roofrats (gag) and they made the process quick and easy to fix. Steve was very patient with me and answered all my questions without making me feel silly. Definitely recommend using them!

Arizona's Best Choice is a family owned company that I have always used for my pest control and recommend them highly.  The techs are professional, courteous and listen to what you want when they come out to spray for pests.  Jeremy has been my pest control tech for the last 8 years.  Which tells me that the employees are happy to work for an awesome company and there is not a big turn around.

I hired Critter Tech, and did not get the standard of service others received. We were left with three holes in the wall, which did not address the actual problem.

That said, they contacted me to fix the wall and have made a sincere effort to rectify the situation. They'll be by shortly to finish up painting. I appreciate the efforts they've made to make things right.

We would like to say how grateful we are to Marino Cliffton for being the tech for The Beekeeper who helped us with our epic bee matter. We recently had a pidgeon problem on our roof which caused it to leak.  I hired Burns Pest Control to resolve the issue.  I had problems with this contractor not showing up and not calling, not explaining what they were going to do and the products they would use or why, getting our scheduling done, and a lack of communication when contacted.  I had such poor service and the installer was rude, that I was concerned now about the partial work they did on my roof.  This is not a review of Burns Pest Control so I don't want to elaborate on the issues I had with them.  Suffice to say, when I was not happy with their service, I decided I better call some other pest control companies as I was unhappy enough to fire Burns Pest Control and let someone else finish their work.  I live in a large community and saw the Maricopa Bug Busters truck in our neighborhood and remembered I had also seen them before in here.  Maricopa is a small community.  If you're not a good contractor, word spreads, so it meant something that I had seen their truck in here more than once.  I decided to call Maricopa Bug Busters and was lucky enough to talk to the owner, Frank.  I expressed my concerns and he patiently explained to me about the products Burns was using on my roof and gave me his time and attention like I was the only customer he had.  He owed me nothing, but instead of blowing me off because he was busy, he gave me his opinion and told me he would be happy to get on the roof and give me his report.  He took his time to explain all.  He immediately alleviated my concerns about the products being used and we made an appointment for him to inspect our roof.  All I got from Burns Pest Control was NO RESPONSE when I emailed their Customer Service Manager regarding my concerns twice.  He reported that Burns had completed most of the work already and that he felt that they did a good job.  All that was left to do was some netting around the turret.  Since it was a small amount of work left and Frank was obviously busy with a lot of work (even offered to come over on Sunday which was his only day off), I elected to let Burns finish up what they started.  Frank made such a good impression, I was sorry I didn't hire him in the first place.  If I ever have an issue again, Maricopa Bug Busters is the only company I will call.

One of their technicians came out to do an inicial start for the pest control. It's was great. After three weeks we have not seen any bugs inside the house. Only dead crickets and spiders on the outside. We got the 50% discount as well for our inicial start up. This will be our go to company every two months. We were very impressed with their service.

Family First Pest Control is the best! They are SUPER thorough and make sure my house is taken care of. They check in between visits to make sure everything is ok. We use Greentree Pest Control for both our home and our business.  We could not be happier.  It is nice to have found a business that is honest and trustworthy to serve our pest control needs.

I have used Lisa with Smitty's Pest Control for many, many years!   She is always prompt and does a great job.    My house is always pest free!

Had Steve come out today to the house. They came last year as well. No issues with weeds. Get this company to come out. You won't have any issues. They seem to use a solid mixture for pre emergent and control.

Price is competitive and Steve was friendly.

his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

No one loves pest control, but let's face it, it's a pesky necessity in our beautiful desert environment.  We've noticed a few small critters in our home recently, plus one dreaded scorpion, so I called Cummings Pest Control, the company we've used for several years.

Out came Jeffrey, one of the nicest techs I've met.  Our concern is that we live in a zoo - 3 dogs, 3 cats and 1 22-year-old African Grey parrot who has the run of the house.  The thought of toxic chemicals that could harm any of our companion animals is a real concern.  Jeffrey was understanding and informative, explaining that I could simply wait 30 minutes to ensure the internal application was entirely dry.  Cummings uses a mixture that is not toxic to animals so long as it is dry - even if a pet eats a bug that has died as a result of the pest control product.  Jeffrey worked quickly, efficiently and was unfailingly pleasant to talk with.  Thanks, Cummings, for a job well done, and an employee who goes that extra step with clients.  You're lucky to have him.

I typically only review companies that either provide an above average or below average experience.   I have to say, ordering a termite treatment, I never expected to be overwhelmed.  Man, was I wrong.

Environmental Pest & Termite Control provided one of the best service experiences I've ever had.   This company is responsive, professional, on-time, and provided thorough and quality service.   They did a great job explaining their process, what needed treatment and why.  They informed me about what they would do, and then showed up on time and got it done.  They called to let me know it was done and asked if I wanted to review their work.    They emailed me pictures and diagrams of where they did the treatment, so we can refer to it in the future if needed.

Multiple payment options made it very easy for me to pay them.  

I strongly recommend anyone needing a termite inspection and/or treatment, us EP & TC!

Hopefully I never need termite treatment again, but if I do, this is the ONLY company I will call.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is...   well...   I'm just not sure I could love a pest treatment.  But the service we receive is always very prompt, efficient and professional.  We couldn't ask for anything more.  And if we ever see insects between treatments Preventive Pest is always immediately back to treat again and address the issue.
