They quoted me a price one initial price and a rate to out for maintenance. The initial price was higher since they stated a barrier would be needed initially
They stated that before they would come over they would confirm appointments they had wanted to schedule. Without confirmation the person representing Responsible Pest Control came to my house sprayed my front yard and since the appointment was not confirmed my back gate was locked and their representative jumped my back gate without authorization. When I chatting with a representative online, he was very nice and stated that he would not charge me for the service and that it would never happen again. Well in fact it did happen again this month August. Their representative jumped my back gate again (which I don't want do to security reasons) I wrote the company and their response was as follows:

I am so sorry! We will most definitely make that this is brought up to the supervisor. I apologize about that . We will also credit your account for the service that you did not confirm today and for the service you have rescheduled for next week. I am so sorry. ~Gabby

Today I got a text from a woman By the name of Skye stating that she wanted to schedule an appointment for this month. I told her I already had service for this month and she responded she knows but since I hadn't paid (because it was complimentary)for  that service she can't count that as an appointment. Therefore she said either I schedule another service in August or I need to restart the service and pay the initial barrier fee again.

I am not happy with this company because they went back on there word. In there text they were going to give me a complimentary service for the next months service for a future visit which should of been In the upcoming month of September. Instead she stated I either double up on my service in August or get penalized in September which the initial start up fee again. There was no mention of the complimentary service they promised in the prior text that they were  to give me in sept.

It's sad due to the fact even though the company representative jumped my fence unauthorized twice  Gabby who was representing the company was very sorry and gave excellent customer communication and service after the incident. It was all flushed down the toilet when I got the call today and they tried to up charge me and break the commitment they had made previously.

I am editing this review as I received a rapid response from the companies owner. He listen throughly to the issue that I ran into and politely asked how he could resolve the issue to the best of his ability. He resolved the issue to my satisfaction and I appreciate a company that can resolve issue in a reasonable and practical manner. I only wish all company owner were as on top of it as he is.

Hired them for a simple spray. I ended up buying walmart bug spray to kill the ants I still had a week later. walmart spray for the win and cheaper!

Great Company- contacted through Yelp, quickly got back to me and I was able to get a quote which was a good price when compared to some of the others. They were quick to respond to all my questions and I was able to set up service! 1,2,3 with Arizona Best Choice Pest Control- we used the Casa Grande division of this company!

On time, yes, on time.  Polite, friendly, very competitive price.  Used this company for termite treatment.  Ryan, owner of business, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his work, before and after.  No need to look around, this is a great business to trust with your work.

We contacted Joaquin and Thumbs Up Pest Management to assist with a pigeon nest and waste cleanup on the roof of our home.  Joaquin responded quickly and quoted us a price that was less than the other pest management companies we had contacted.  Thumbs Up was able to come out within two days to complete the cleanup project and did an outstanding job.  Joaquin was knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service.  I would highly recommend Thumbs Up to anyone having pest issues!

I highly recommend Joe both as a person and also how he runs his business. First off he is very professional and has a lot of experience in dealing with pigeon problems. I had a situation that presented a very unorthodox problem. So much so that I wasn't sure I could get rid of a family of pigeons roosting up on the roof. These were smart sneaky pigeons too. 2 pigeons turned to 4 turned 8 and so on. I had cracked eggs in my yard, feathers, and poop galore. They were making nests under a water heater solar panel which required a tricky install of pigeon wire. Joes was able to assess the situation, provide me with the best long-term solution, and give me an honest quote. The install was very professional. Joe cleaned up the surrounded areas as well. No more bird poop everywhere. I finally get my yard back! I'm pretty sure they found a new home on someone else's roof.  One more thing is Joe offers a follow up service and trapping should birds return. I highly recommend that service should you need it.

We had our bi-monthly service fro Bulwark today. Phil did his usual superb, thorough job. In addition to spraying the house perimeter for ants he sprayed inside the kitchen where my wife recently saw a bay scorpion; removed and dead rat and rebooted our outdoor traps; and sprayed two bushes for silk worms. We never have an issue that's not addressed quickly and expertly by Phil. Always pleased with the Bulwark service.

I have had my extermination done with Eco Logic for over 4 years.   I have been bug free ever since.  Michael has always been very honest with me, and prices are very fair.  One example is when I was living in a condo I had a bee problem. Of course I called ecologic immediately. Michael informed me that I would be wasting my money if he were to come out because my condo complex should be taken care of that.  He was correct!  He lost the service call for being honest but kept a lifelong customer!

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

Amazing service!

I live in an area where there's so many scorpions we were terrified that they would get in the baby's room or crib. We have seen tons or scorpions but they are outside only and die whenever they come close to the perimeter. You can always call and they will send someone out to spray inside and out of your home as soon as the next day. Great service!
