Some folks on Reddit recommended Precision Pest, so I decided to give them a call. I left a message to request termite inspection/treatment and received a return phone call later in the day. They were able to get me on their schedule that same week. Both the staff and technician were friendly. The technician was able to provide treatment the same day; I only had a studio casita treated - not sure if that is typical. It was much cheaper than I was expecting, and they offered both 2 year and 5 year warranties.

Really glad I chose this company for pest control! Everyone I have encountered has been prompt and helpful. Daniel Guerra has been doing the spraying of my property in Casa Grande and he is always friendly, on time, and willing to give advice if needed. Have not had an insect problem inside or outside the property since using this business. I recommend them highly!

We are new to the area and recently moved in. After calling several other pest control services i heard on the radio or that were recommended, I personally wasn't very impressed. I came to yelp to read their reviews and was even more  unimpressed. This is when I came across Trey and saw how impressed others were with his service.

I gave him a call and he seemed very knowledgeable. He started off by telling me a little bit about his background, his process, the products he uses and patiently answered a few of our concerns mainly about our small dog. After that, we were good to go. He was able to come out that same day and provide my initial service.

Once he arrived, on time, we chatted for a couple and he got right to work spraying the inside first, then the outside with a commercial sprayer which was mounted to a new, very professional looking truck. He also swept cob webs and excess debris from our walls and enclosures.

Since his initial service, he had killed at least one black widow in my garage and I haven't seen any live bugs since within the home.

All in all, very professional, knowledgable, clean, and friendly. We look forward to continued quality service from Trey.

They are always professional and always on time. I wouldn't hire anyone other than them to spray my house, inside and out. And they are always careful around all my 6 dogs.

I would recommend this company to anybody looking for pest control company. We just moved into our home and wanted it sprayed. Joaquin responded to me very quickly with an estimate and he was willing to travel all the way to Gilbert. He sent Martin on a Sunday who was on time, and very detailed and sprayed around our moving mess. Nice guys and very affordable. The inside and outside was done for $45.00 along with brushing and cob webs from the walls.

My dad got bedbugs in his studio apartment. The landlord treated them several times with some other company. They kept coming back. Then the landlord was going to kick my dad out blaming him for the infestation.

One treatment form Naturezone and a little education wiped them out. When my dad moved to another apartment while packing his stuff up we found dead bedbugs everywhere, BUT not a single live one.

My dad has been in his new apartment for 3 months and still has no bedbugs.

Joe is awesome.  He explained everything to me about pigeons and what he can do to solve my problem.  I lived at my house for 2 years and constantly see pigeons on my roof at all hours.  He put up a trap for 3 weeks and caught over 25 pigeons.  Now I hardly see them on my roof.  Honest guy,  I would highly recommend his company for any pigeon problems.

Small family owned business.  The owner came to our house and talked us thru our problem with insects by a lake.  He gave our house an immediate treatment & we signed up for their regular service.  Great deal for his coverage.  Heartily recommend them.

My husband forgot to tell me that Bulwark would be taking care of our house. Our technician made another trip back out the same day at a time when I would be home. Tyler J was wonderful. Very polite and even took the time to get rid of all our cobwebs outside our home too.

We called Eco-Logic because our neighbors referred us. Paul, the owner, arrived first thing in the morning and took his time checking out the perimeter of the house and the ceiling, which is where we initially saw activity. He drilled holes around the outside of our house which was quite time consuming. He explained how termites operate and what to look for and expect in the future. He gave us a 5 year guarantee but said his technique usually works well past that time. Upfront, he's more expensive than other services but he doesn't nickel and dime with add-ons and his price includes any other upkeep service in that 5 year guaranteed timeframe. We know other people that went with other companies who continue to spend $100 a year after their initial service to keep up on the termites. With Eco-Logic, you don't need to do that. They're a local Cave Creek based company so they know the area and you feel like you're dealing with a friendly neighbor. Would highly recommend.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

Equipment used by Poor Boy Termite Control is sophisticated and completely necessary to track the insects when their tubes are not visible.  Thanks to my contract with them, whenever I see evidence of termite return, a phone call results in their remedying the problem promptly.  PLUS they never have left a mess for me to clean up.

DeLane has provided pest control for my home for several years and I remain VERY impressed with his professionalism and honesty. Always prompt, friendly and flexible, DeLane provides an educational, no frills, no contracts service with very reasonable prices. Most important, I no longer have an issue with ants, bugs, crickets, crawly critters and other things that go bump in the night. If I could give 10 stars, I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Israel came out and gave me a very fair estimate for termite treatment.  I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They arrived on time.  As promised the job was done on time and cleaned up!   I will be switching over to them to do my regular pest control.  I will recommend to all my neighbors and friends!

Greenleaf pear control comes out when I need them and are very fast and efficient. Even through this pandemic they come in and spray and keep me and my family safe.

Just had our first visit. Very curtious, excellent customer service.Fred explained services and findings after visit. Also took extra care around doors and garage where our main issues are. Between Tyler (the gentleman who informed us of services) and Fred (the gentleman that performed the service) it feels like our home is in good hands.

Technician called before showing up. Treated all areas inside and out. He was respectful of social distancing and wore a mask. He paid extra attention to the areas I pointed out for noticeable activity. Very professional and friendly, glad we switched.
