After finding two scorpions inside my new house I panicked! I found Responsible Pest Control, and booked online which was extremely easy to do and convenient. Garrett came yesterday- his service and knowledge is remarkable! He was so kind and tentative! I'm so glad I found this company- I'm looking forward to having the continued support and a scorpion-free house. Thanks Garrett and Responsible Pest Control!

Hired them for a simple spray. I ended up buying walmart bug spray to kill the ants I still had a week later. walmart spray for the win and cheaper!

Always very prompt and helpful. Sometimes you have to leave a voicemail when you call but they have always been very good at calling me back. They are also good about calling before they come out to do a service. I had pest issues when I first moved into my house and because of Arizona Best I no longer have issues and have them on a preventative maintenance schedule which makes it easy and convenient. Highly recommend them.

In all fairness, this review relates to interior installation and not effectiveness.  Given that we just had the service installed this week, we can't speak to effectiveness yet, but will write another review when we have time to see there results.

First of all, these guys know scorpions.  Georgia spent a lot of time (uncompensated) explaining precisely what we needed to know about scorpions, their habits, how they were getting into our home, and pest control.  After several calls and lengthy emails, we set up an appointment for home sealing.

The SOS crew showed up right on time (even called before hand to say they were on their way).  They explained the process. They were not in a rush and spent the entire day maticulously sealing every possible entry point inside our home (outside sealing comes later, and was included in the price of the service).  

They took their time to make sure their work was neat and aesthetically pleasing.  I look forward to a scorpion-free rest of the summer thanks to SOS.

We found a bed bug in a bedroom on a Sunday, called Naturzone at 7:00AM (right at opening) on Monday and Bill was at our place an hour later. He inspected our home, and didn't find any problems or signs of bed bugs. He did not recommend any treatments, but offered services if that made us feel better. In addition, he made sure to give us a lot of suggestions and advice on how to prevent future bed bug issues. He spent a lot of time educating us bed bugs, and it made us feel a lot better about finding one. We are definitely going to recommend Naturzone to anyone we know that experiences issues with pests.

I received a few quotes for Pigeon proofing my solar and other roof areas and they were square in the middle of the pack, but still extremely reasonable. I was very pleased with the service I received. Joe and his team did a fantastic job. It's been nearly a month with no Pigeon problems and I am thrilled. I would highly recommend their services!!

My landlord contacted Granada Pest control since both my great danes within the past month got stung and had deadly reactions to scorpion stings as well found a bark scorpion the other night in my backyard and since both dogs got attack and my young son does play out back she reach out to them. Robert came out to service and spray the inside as well spray  my entire back yard extremely good also found a huge ant colony right off my patio in the back and started to treat it. He was very knowledgeable about everything, extremely friendly and answer everything I asked. Not only this place is a family business which I love supporting since they don't rip you off as corporate business usually but inexpensive like other companies I have dealt with in the place. I highly recommend Robert Funnell with Granada Pest Control. Major kudos to this company and him!

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

This is the best pest control service I have ever experienced.  So quick & convenient to schedule, very knowledgable and thorough, and I felt confidant that we were taken care of.

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

Easy, reasonably priced and effective - is there anything else that you want from a Pest Control company? Our biggest issue was with Black Widows and I can honestly say that I can't remember seeing one since we started using Greenleaf. My wife and I have no intention of switching our Pest Control service in the near future - keep up the good work.

I found a fairly alive scorpion in our master bathroom and I called to get a treatment done. I wish it could have been done that day but they came the next day. Matt came to do the spot treatment. He asked questions and addressed my issues. He seemed very educated in his profession and I appreciate him taking time to address the questions I had. Thanks, Matt S! Overall I feel like the spray they use is very effective. It definitely makes me more at ease with my two small children.

This is by far the WORST pest control in Maricopa County! Kayla the so called office manager is horrible she will lie to you and try and talk circles around you. They don't keep their word at all not even on scheduling! If you call them out on their bullshit they will just cancel your one year contract and then say oh we are waiving our cancellation fee for you like they are doing you some favor! They do NOT DESERVE the endorsement that Johnjay from Kiss FM gives them! I will tell EVERYONE I know that this company is HORRIBLE!

Hello Cameron, First, we have listened to the one originating call from June.  The two recordings were for the same initial call to establish service.  You did not provide the follow up calls when communications began to break down.
Second, in July we did not receive a text or email for the 30 day follow up on service.  We have to contact your company.  They scheduled a tech who did not show up.  The tech called and stated he was back at the office and missed our location due to your app failing.  The next day a different technician was sent out.  In September we called because we were due for the bi-monthly treatment according to the schedule your company provided.  Since we did not receive text or email 24 to 48 hours ahead of the service date, we contacted you again.  Kayla, the office manager, was rude and argumentative.  There is clearly a lack of customer service provided by this employee.  Excuses were shared as fast as she could come up with them.  Instead of scheduling a technician out, or apologizing for the inconvenience and lack of consideration, we received hostile treatment for requesting the agreed upon bi-monthly service.  The only thing we wanted was a visit from the technician in the time frame your company stated in the first place.  The other request was for you to honor the notification, stated in the call, of 24 to 48 hour notice before the technician is coming out.  Instead of either of these contractual agreements being honored, we received an email with the two recordings of the one call and a blank service contract.  When I responded and requested contact with the owner due to the poor customer service and lack of record keeping, I received an email stated my contract was being canceled for no justifiable cause.  The only cause here is Kayla lacking in training to service your customers.  I am saddened by this treatment from a company that provides a warranty and guarantee to provide service.  We have received a serious lack of service and a level of disrespect by your employee Kayla.  To have my contract canceled without cause is disturbing and worries me about the future of your business when an employee acts this way with your clientele.  As a business development professional working in higher education and servicing national accounts, my team would lose their position inside the company if they ever treated one our clients in this manner.  We would not cancel our clients contract, we would correct the internal problem and provide the guaranteed service that came with a warranty.   To think this entire situation could have been avoided with a simple scheduling of the service technician and a quick apology for any inconvenience over a lack of notification.  Russell Riter
