After moving into our house in July we were noticing about 4-5 scorpions. I read so many reviews and even watched that gross but fascinating YouTube video they have showing how their product works, we decided to give them a try..
Every time I call or text the company has always been so friendly and fast to respond to my concerns.
We have had quite a few different techs since July but all have been super helpful. Most recently we have seen only a few dead ones compared to  the 4-5 alive ones we had in the beginning. I will definitely be continuing services even after we move.

These folks are amazing, and they do it all. Pest control to termite inspections, to bees and scorpions they have it all covered. It is a family run business, which I love, and their service is spot on. The owner did a 911 emergency visit for us when we had swarming bees in our yard. I know he saved my puppy from some nasty bites. I am a faithful customer for life!

These guys are a joke. Stay away. I paid my balance in full before they serviced my house. I stopped using them because they did a sloppy job on my termite control. Once I stopped using them a new bill populated, unknown source, and no one can explain where this came from. Long story short they sent this to collection, the company they used are trying to harass me for payment.

Ryan is top notch! I have been using Elite Pest Pros for over a year and during that time, I have not seen one spider or one scorpion.  The best thing about Ryan and Elite Pest Pros is that they do not require a contract! When I feel like we need service, I call and schedule my appointment. Ryan does his thing and that's it. No-nonsense, great service and that's it!

But you felt the need to put a positive spin on any shortcomings you have whether realized or not. You're misconceptions of reality will follow you until you finally figure out what you told me and the techs working for you numerous times we don't know anything about pest control Thank you for your well wishes. I am doing fine as usual. Too bad you didn't see the experienced, valuable and knowledgeable employee that you had. Cheers!

Thank goodness for Guaranteed Pest Control. We have used their services for each of our properties and are absolutely impressed. We have a home that is in a newly developed neighborhood and they have been able to keep all those pesky critters out of our home. Highly recommend!

So glad I took the advice of a friend who recommended De-Soto Exterminating. They show up as scheduled, are great communicators and know their bugs. We battle spiders at our house because of being nearby a lake. Ben has advised us how to best manage the problem, acknowledging that it will be an ongoing challenge, and without trying to sell us some magic remedy. Our research backs him up. After 6 months with De-Soto, we have found them capable, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. What more can you ask?

Absolutely fantastic service and work! I came home to find them at my neighbor's house removing and blocking off pigeon access to their rafters. We've had the same problem for a few weeks.

I asked Joaquin if they had time to fit our house in too. He looked with me, told me yes and gave me a quote, and they got started.

In little more than an hour, they had power washed the areas, put wire in place to block pigeon access, and cleaned it all up! I highly recommend, and would love to do business again.

The owner of this company really takes pride in his business. He is extremely courteous and he goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Originally, I called to have a 1x spray, but after the great results and his competitive prices, I ended up calling back and signing up for continued service every few months. I highly recommend.

We recently used Joseph to take care of serious pigeon problem we have had under our solar panels for years. His team was professional, friendly, clean and thorough. They cleaned up  the terrible mess and installed proofing for prevention of roosting in the future. We could not have been happier with his pricing, included services and his trustworthiness.  We highly recommend this business!

I have moved around a lot, and I have been through a ton of PEST CONTROL companies. Each time I have had to sign a lengthy, expensive contract, and the guys that came out were not very friendly or talented. Burns, Orkin, Blue Sky...you name it, I've tried it and never had good results.
I just recently moved to Glendale and had a huge issue with ants, crickets and flies. Grenada was recommended to me by a friend at work. I called and the secretary was extremely accommodating to my schedule. I didn't have to sign a contract (my first spray was SUPER CHEAP) and the guy who came out to spray was extremely thorough. He was also so nice!  My bugs are gone!! Thanks guys!!

We had our bi-monthly service fro Bulwark today. Phil did his usual superb, thorough job. In addition to spraying the house perimeter for ants he sprayed inside the kitchen where my wife recently saw a bay scorpion; removed and dead rat and rebooted our outdoor traps; and sprayed two bushes for silk worms. We never have an issue that's not addressed quickly and expertly by Phil. Always pleased with the Bulwark service.

Eco-Logic Management are absolutely brilliant and I highly recommend. They are timely, genuine and honest about what needs to be done (or not), and 100% transparent in terms of their processes. They are the only company that I would recommend.

Are you bugged has been doing my pest control for 15 years and have kept my home bug free and my pets safe! You can't do any better!!!

So thankful for this company.  Genuine, honest, friendly, and down to earth. I didn't feel like they just wanted to sell me their extended warranty and only spot treat, like any of my experiences with the better-known companies out there. From their customer service team to their technicians, we have had only positive interactions.  We purchased a home with a termite problem two years ago and these folks have been a God-send.  I have been in Real Estate since 2000 and dealt with dozens of termite companies, via my clients and their shared experiences, and now, I am thankful to be able to recommend Poor Boy Termite exclusively(!!) to any and all.

I posted in my community looking for pest control and couldn't believe the overwhelming response... almost all recommended Open Range. I emailed asking for service and DeLane Patterson (whom was on vacation) still communicated with me multiple times and set up for Tim to service my home the same week. You can tell they are extremely knowledgeable and family run. I signed up for monthly service and am so pleased with the results so far. Highly recommended!!

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

This was our first service.  Colton did a great job and was very professional.  I was impressed with the time he took to spray and spread the granules, etc.  Dewebbing the exterior was a nice surprise!  Loved the fact that the technicians wear booties in the house.  I asked him about the garage and that was done as well.  Very happy with the first service.

I am writing this review in hopes that Green Mango will contact me and make this better. I recently moved and paid the two $95 treatments to guarantee that the new home is adequately protected. We have had an infestation of springtails. I called and they have been out twice to treat them. However, the first tech that came didn't even know what they were or how to treat them. Whatever he did, did not help! After researching how they needed to be treated, I called Green Mango a second time and asked them to come out. The second tech was more knowledgable but wouldn't treat the entire outside of the house. In order to get rid of springtails you have to treat the entire perimeter of the house to find their nesting areas. He said if he did that, he'd have to charge me, even though I had paid the two $95 treatments that were supposed to cover any needed extra visits. I finally had to go to Walmart myself and spend $150 on products and treat the house myself. I want out of my contract since Green Mango is unable to control my springtail problem. Customer service was nice, but techs didn't seem very knowledgeable. I am going to continue to treat my house myself and try to get out of my contact. I don't feel it's fair to pay them for a job I have to do. Hopefully they read my review and make things right.
