What I like best is the people who work at this company. The bug guys that come out are always super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel safe having them in my home to spray. And anytime I've found a rogue scorpion they come right out and re-spray at no charge. Overall a great company

I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

Great service! It's was Kevin's first visit, but as most of Zacks staff, he was great. AZ Best has been with me for years. If you don't like something, just address it and it will be handled. Great service.  This is an overall rating over 10 years, not one visit.  I almost want to give all the stars, but it just fell slightly short.

Ryan came out today on short notice to treat what I thought was a termite problem. He let me know that I actually did not show visible signs of termites, and  a general pest control for a fraction of the cost would take care of what I had seen. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained every part of the process and chemicals in detail. I would totally recommend Elite Pest Pros to my friends and neighbors any time. The world could use more honest contractors like that.

We have/had a scorpion problem since moving to our East Mesa home last April.  It is absolutely terrifying after never dealing with them in any other Valley Location, as a 4th generation Arizona native.  I called several scorpion control companies and Georgia at Seal Out Scorpions was far and above more knowledgeable about how to actually control this issue.  We have had Bulwark spraying for the past year and we have seen no improvement so we had to make a change.  Matt and his team came out and spent almost 8 full hours sealing our home.  He walked me through both the interior and exterior of the house, showing me how scorpions could possibly enter the home and how and where they would proceed.  He also gave us great advice on trimming bushes 5 -6 inches above the base and ground and to eliminate any debris, or unnecessary stepping stones where scorpions like to hide.  I have never walked in this house without shoes, especially in the middle of the night, but now I will actually walk from one end of the house to the other because I feel far more secure my family is protected.  We still do monthly treatment for scorpions, but hired a company that does far more than just spray the ground with pesticides the scorpions aren't effected by.  I can't thank Georgia and Matt enough for their compassion (scorpions are so awful to me, I was a little dramatic), incredible customer service and knowledge.  

We are now building a new home and Seal Out Scorpions is going to seal the house as it is being built.  Peace of mind is so important when it comes to my family and their safety, and these folks know exactly what they are doing.  And they are so nice too!

One of the best pest control companies I have worked with in the valley. Impressive response time to address our issue. Just moved into a house and found some surprises. Trey got a tech out to do a full service within hours and he was very thorough. The tech was incredibly helpful and left no crack untouched. I would highly recommend this company. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I would recommend De-Soto Exterminating to anyone.  They did a great job of getting rid of the spiders in my attic that no one else could.  Great service and very professional.  I am a very happy customer.

They were very fast with replies and all communication. Two guys spent three hours here putting up mesh wiring...replacing our old stuff that didn't work... Removing debris... And even cleaning the bird crap off the side of the house. One year warranty. Price was about half of what we were previously quoted by another company.  We were very pleased and would highly recommend them!!!

I would highly recommend Naturzone Pest Control.  They are very informative, and educate you, and their service is Wonderful.   The service man that came to my house was friendly, knowledgeable, and did his job with the highest professionalism.   I will NEVER use anyone other than Naturzone again, and will recommend to every one I know.  They just left my house, but I feel confident in the service they provided that I will only need maintenance in the future.

Joe is awesome.  He explained everything to me about pigeons and what he can do to solve my problem.  I lived at my house for 2 years and constantly see pigeons on my roof at all hours.  He put up a trap for 3 weeks and caught over 25 pigeons.  Now I hardly see them on my roof.  Honest guy,  I would highly recommend his company for any pigeon problems.

My husband forgot to tell me that Bulwark would be taking care of our house. Our technician made another trip back out the same day at a time when I would be home. Tyler J was wonderful. Very polite and even took the time to get rid of all our cobwebs outside our home too.

Eco-Logic Management are absolutely brilliant and I highly recommend. They are timely, genuine and honest about what needs to be done (or not), and 100% transparent in terms of their processes. They are the only company that I would recommend.

I've been a faithful EcoShield customer for five years, but today was far and beyond the best service I've ever had from them and it was all because of Wayne. When I was sitting in my home office on a work call, I personally witnessed him in my backyard going above and beyond to find potential problem areas for summer insects. He took the time to treat my house like his own and his professionalism was amazing. He's the reason I'll remain loyal to this company!

Green Mango fixed all issues and sent a different technician out who was prompt, professional and polite.
