Responsible has been awesome! We moved into a new home and we knew since it's in the desert we would have scorpions and big spiders. After using Responsible, to our surprise we have only found dead scorpions and spiders. Jordan is awesome and makes you feel like he really cares about what you need. They call and remind you when they are coming to visit and are very helpful and respectful every time you speak with someone. We will never use anyone else!

I have used Precision Pest Control multiple times over the past decade and have always found them to be professional, friendly and efficient.   Customer service is superb and all staff members I have encountered have been exceptional.   I would not use any other pest control service.

Great service! It's was Kevin's first visit, but as most of Zacks staff, he was great. AZ Best has been with me for years. If you don't like something, just address it and it will be handled. Great service.  This is an overall rating over 10 years, not one visit.  I almost want to give all the stars, but it just fell slightly short.

Do not bother looking any other pest control company.  Ryan/Elite is the best pest company I have ever used.  They have serviced my home for the lest two years.  Always on time and very professional.  Service charge is only $45 and they do not try to sell you any service contracts.  I had black widow, crickets and scorpions in my home and after the first visit they were gone and I did not need another service for over a year.  

Fast forward to June of this year.  I had a rental house that the previous tenant destroyed.  It was a beautiful remodel only 1.5 years ago and never any pest issues.  After we had to evict the tenant, the home looked like something you see on tv's Hoarders show.  It was full of junk and garbage and tenant brought with them roaches, bed bugs, flees etc.  According to Ryan it was possibly the second worst house he has ever seen.  I wasn't confident anyone can fix the problem 100%.  Ryan showed up, accessed the situation, and treated the home inside and out.  Within 3 weeks all the pest was dead and gone.  My contractor even said he was impressed with the results.  The price was more then reasonable and less then any other company.

Ryan has gained a lifelong customer and I constantly refer him to all my friends and family.

We highly recommend using Seal Out Scorpions. We had our home sealed back in February.  Our installers, Matt and Jeff were great, taking care and time to seal our place and answer lots of questions. William did our walk through, taking hours to talk with us and teach us the best ways to keep our home scorpion/pest free. We did have William come out again for a tune-up last month and have had no scorpions inside since. Georgia may be one of the most knowledgeable people regarding scorpions we've met since moving to the Phoenix area. She spent several hours in total on the phone with us formulating the best plan of action to keep us pest free. I have used a few pest control companies in the past and have been less than satisfied.  I called Guaranteed Pest Control in August and spoke to Trey regarding pest control and described to him the issues I have had with past companies.  I am not hard to please, I just expect companies to stand by their word and show up on time.  Trey and his company has been fantastic from the start.  Whether it has been scheduling or service, they have been wonderful.  I look forward to continuing to work with Guaranteed Pest Control.

I have been using De-Soto Exterminating for a number of years now and  they have dealt with all my pest issues. They are honest and trustworthy! I would highly recommend them to my own clients, family and friends!

I love this company. Charges $40 for inside and outside and they come every three months and I haven't had any more critters. Plan to keep using these guys

I am so grateful for everything this company did to help me and my family get rid of the horrible bed bugs we had in our apartment. We moved in a couple months ago and we had no idea the previous tenants had moved out because of the same problem, but instead of letting the manager know they just packed up and left. We had no idea what to do, we didn't know it was bed bugs so by the time we figured out what was going on, we had gotten rid of our beds, clothes, the kids stuffed animals, anything that could be carrying these nasty bugs. I was referred to Naturzone by my Boss and I am a very satisfied customer. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much for getting rid of all these nasty little creatures. I hope nobody has to go through what we went through with sleepless nights and bug bites everywhere. I recommend Naturzone to anyone out there dealing with this issue. Naturzone is the best!!

Joe is the consummate professional providing a very valuable service dedicated to the control of pigeons.  He is extremely knowledgeable and excellent in sharing his knowledge of how to control the pigeons that are fouling our solar panels and roof.  Joe is one of the most amiable, ethical and reliable providers of professional services that we have ever had the privilege of procuring.  My wife and I encourage you to turn to Joe if you need to control pigeons.

My landlord contacted Granada Pest control since both my great danes within the past month got stung and had deadly reactions to scorpion stings as well found a bark scorpion the other night in my backyard and since both dogs got attack and my young son does play out back she reach out to them. Robert came out to service and spray the inside as well spray  my entire back yard extremely good also found a huge ant colony right off my patio in the back and started to treat it. He was very knowledgeable about everything, extremely friendly and answer everything I asked. Not only this place is a family business which I love supporting since they don't rip you off as corporate business usually but inexpensive like other companies I have dealt with in the place. I highly recommend Robert Funnell with Granada Pest Control. Major kudos to this company and him!

We've been using Bulwark for years. Cory is professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I pay for every other month service. If I have any problems in between treatments, Cory comes out and takes care of it-whether it's a cockroach, a hornet nest, or a rat-for free! One time, my neighbor's house was INFESTED with black widow spiders. Thanks to Bulwark, we didn't have a single black widow, but Bulwark came out and checked just to make sure. That's the level of service they provide. It goes way above and beyond.

I just had my house serviced. Paul, the owner, did a great job trenching around the perimeter of the house and drilling in the necessary areas. 5 year warranty, great price!

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

I wanted to revise my review of Poor Boy Termite Control because after the negative experience we had in July, 2015, they sent out a different gentleman who had happened to have worked on our home several years ago,  He was excellent!  He was professional, polite and made sure our concerns were all addressed.  

So, besides the one bad experience we had the one time and with just the one employee, Poor Boy Termite Control gave us very good service.  We thank them for that and rate them a 4.

We've had Poor Boy come out to our house and work on killing and removing termites.  Apparently they killed some, but they certainly didn't remove them all.  
Thankfully, until today, we bought their warranty.  The guy that came out was rude, argumentative and frankly, creepy!  The same guy told us they already treated the area we showed him.   Actually, they didn't treat that particular area, but even if they had, how does he explain the 4 fresh termite tubes ?  He of course could not.
Eventually, when it was clear he wasn't going to fix the problem, we asked him to leave.  

Besides being very expensive, slow to come out to do warranty work and unprofessional, the lady that answers their phones was very nice and apologetic.

As a 20yr+ business owner myself, what this experience reminds me of is that even 1 awful employee can seriously damage a company's reputation.  There is no excuse to be rude to a customer.

We had a major ant issue inside our house. The owner DeLane came right out and took care of it. We have not seen one single ant since he was here. At my old house we were dealing with scorpions and crickets and he got rid of those right away also. He truly takes pride in his work. II honestly and truly can recommend open range pest control.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely mind boggling. These home inspectors came to do an inspection of my home which was offered for sale. After the inspection my wife came home to our home which had all of our pots and pans out on the counter from being stored in the oven, all of our windows open, in the middle of summer, our AC set to 72 degrees and something that we just found out... left our smoke detector unplugged. I tested all of our smoke and carbon monixide detectors before the inspector to insure they were working. Everything was fine. I never once needed to or would have unplugged them. God forbid our house caught fire our lives could be destroyed. This is not all, there were so many items in our inspection that were listed so I hired a general contractor to come out and give me a quote to repair these so called issues more than half the items on the inspectors report from Trojan home services were all false. You would think a general contractor would want to sell you his services and find some things to repair but the contractor was honest and stated repeatedly that the inspector was wrong about so many things. I would NEVER recommend any one use Trojan for any home inspection services. STAY AWAY! Any sellers reading this review, if your potential buyer hires Trojan stay home for the inspection and watch their every move these guys cannot be trusted.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS... I WOULD!
Nothing but issues... be prepared to have them back multiple times because the agents they use for pest control DONT WORK! Ive had this company out 4 times since march 7th... 3 of which in the last week alone. We have a a certain bug (chinch) in the back yard.... they have taken over! Greenleaf has done nothing to fix the issue. I called back again today and was told, sorry... we cant retreat again for 2 weeks. UM WHAT!?!?! This isn't the only issue we've had... includingfinding multiple scorpions in our rental home greenleaf was treating. We have never seen the treatments ACTUALLY WORK! im confident thats why they lock you into a 1 year contract, because they know it doesnt work... but have to make the money. So now, im stuck paying another company to come out to adress an issue im already paying GREENLEAF TO DO!!!!

EcoShield came out to do a first time service of my home.   The technician, Fred Allen, was professional, courteous and very thorough. He didn't rush and took the time to answer any questions I had.  I look forward to doing business with this company.  Fred did a great job.  The previous company I used, the technicians would come and complete service after 15 minutes.  Fred took his time and made sure every area, inside and out, was completed.

What can I say? This is the best pest control service in town. I had a MAJOR issue and it was quickly resolved by Dusty, Kayla but most of all Steve. His knowledge and attention to detail is hands down the best of ANY technician in the valley. He can answer any question you throw at him and will solve your bug problems even in the most severe of cases. My home was featured on ABC 15 News regarding the scorpion infestation, and I had been battling the scorpions for years. Steve came to my property and did ONE treatment. On his follow up black light treatment we did find a bunch of scorpions.....DEAD! Literally every one was belly up or crispy. He still went through the entire property, and even killed all the scorpions in the common areas near my house in my hoa. Thats 5 star service!
