I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

Great Company- contacted through Yelp, quickly got back to me and I was able to get a quote which was a good price when compared to some of the others. They were quick to respond to all my questions and I was able to set up service! 1,2,3 with Arizona Best Choice Pest Control- we used the Casa Grande division of this company!

I contacted Ryan as a referral from my regular pest service. The problem was lierally life threatening. There are two 30 year old saguaro cacti in my front yard. For the last several years there have been different birds creating nests in the cactus. This year literally 50-60 starlings took over both of them to create nesting sites that were created by Gila Woodpeckers . Long story short...... Starlings deposit droppings that are hazardous to human and canine lungs. Between the two cacti there were 25 nesting sites with over 50 birds in my yard, on my roof, dropping all over the house as well as vehicles in the driveway. The problem had grown out of control. Ryan came out to inspect and we discussed possible solutions. End result: Ryan plugged all holes with product that sealed them off to deny entry. Since the time he left my home there has not been a Starling seen. He solved the problem that had been building for several years; in about an hour and a half. And for those readers who may have been concerned about possible babies in the various nest holes because Starling lay eggs in April................there were none present. Ryan did a great job for a fee that was very very reasonable.

I was very pleased with the service, communication, and the gentlemen that came out to my place. They are extremely knowledgable, far more than any pest control person who just walks around with a can spraying.
I had about 35 scorpions inside the prior summer, and about 7-8 the follwing summer after their work. They came out again and sort of chocked it up to the 7-8 were probably already inside which i dont buy. The bottom line and the conclusion i came to was that the company does a nice job, but if you have enough scorpions outside, and they want to get in, they will to some degree, particularly the smaller ones. Id say it is worth the hefty price tag for their service but its a treatment not an exhaustive fix.

Recently change services to Guarantee Pest Control we are 100% satisfied. After the first spray we had several dead scorpions but they did not even reach the front door. After that we were scorpion free have not seen one dead or alive in the last 3 months.

I would recommend De-Soto Exterminating to anyone.  They did a great job of getting rid of the spiders in my attic that no one else could.  Great service and very professional.  I am a very happy customer.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Joaquin was knowledgeable and professional. He sprayed for pests and put up a screen to stop pigeons from nesting on my roof. His estimates for this service was very reasonable.

Bill Stewart was wonderful, and prices are very reasonable.  I called him mid day because I was worried we might have a bed bug problem (we had seen a live one in the room.  First, he spent about 20minutes talking to me and explaining allot, had me text a picture of the bug, which he immediately identified as a female.  He arranged to get out to my house later that same day, thoroughly inspected all beds and rooms in the house & pushed up mattress and box springs, laid down underneath headboard with flashlight.
Told me no signs of infestation.  I appreciate the honesty.  He did not even charge for the over the phone time he spent consulting with me that day, and when my roommate called him the next day with further questions.  
I will certainly call him in the future for ANY bug problem.  He is professional, knowledgeable and gets right down to business.  Highly recommend him.

Our worship facility has been constantly plagued by pigeons congregating on the roof and cooing non-stop near the open air vents. One pigeon got stuck in the vent and needed to be removed. Joe Martorelli with professional pigeon control agreed to visit our place of worship during the weekend, on short notice, and made the visit on the same day the request was made. Mr. Martorelli was successful at extracting the bird and we agreed to have him develop a  for our long term pigeon control needs. Last week (week of Feb 14th) he completed some additional work for us at our place of worship and we look forward to the possibly of enjoying our worship experiences without the added distracting noises from the neighboring birds.  We held special events at our church on Friday-Sunday of this past weekend and I can say so far....things have been much quieter on our roof.

A three generation family business in west valley.  When I was a REALTOR I recommended their services to my clients.  Last week we discovered termite trail in our bedroom.  They came by within 24 hours, inspected the conditions and recommended service and their one year warranty.  They were here this morning, treated the condition and shared advise on what to watch out for in the coming weeks.  Should condition reoccur after 90 day period they will return at no additional cost.  Prompt, friendly and competent service.  I recommend the highly.  No hype, no waiting, We will definitely subscribe to their warranty program on the long term.  Annual renewal works for us.

We've been using Bulwark for years. Cory is professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I pay for every other month service. If I have any problems in between treatments, Cory comes out and takes care of it-whether it's a cockroach, a hornet nest, or a rat-for free! One time, my neighbor's house was INFESTED with black widow spiders. Thanks to Bulwark, we didn't have a single black widow, but Bulwark came out and checked just to make sure. That's the level of service they provide. It goes way above and beyond.

I have been trying to get in touch with Eco Logic Management but have not received a response. First I wrote an email to them and got an automatic response saying they would contact me in 48 hours.  When they did not get back to me I called and got a message saying they would return my call in 24 hours. Again, no response. I don't understand how this company stays in business.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

We found a termite tube hanging from the ceiling after just moving in. Poor Boys came over within a few days. He was masked and clean and polite and thorough. Love the minimally invasive treatment. Reasonable price and a good warranty. Haven't seen any signs of a return in the few months since the treatment. Would recommend to anyone.

We are HUGE fans of ORPC!  Tim is always professional, quite personable, and punctual.  DeLane emails us ahead of time to remind us of the visit, allowing us to reschedule or ask for additional services, if needed.  Open Range keeps the critters at bay for us, all year long.

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

this company has its sales people knocking on door to lie about who has there service yet again the re try to give the same song my neighbor are being service i advised the rep we have a bug co already he wants to knw who i advise not important. i tell him nicely did you not see the two signs NO SOLICITING? this rep was very rude and confrontational  wanting to first know the company im with and than with who i spoke to when i complain before that they need to read the signs and move on.  i dont know how this sales rep just couldn't even say sorry and move on nope he wants to argue with me. if i could ive a negative one i would have

A few months back a sales guy stopped by my door. I'd been using one of the big name companies for years and I always had crickets or the occasional ant invaders. We would also find about one scorpion per year which I didn't think was too bad considering that I live in Arizona.
