Scott came to our rescue over the weekend. Several bees had collected in a bathroom ceiling. I called Scott, based on positive Yelp reviews. He came right out and figured out what was going on with the bees. He is smart, trustworthy and reliable. I give him the highest recommendation.

The price is reasonable, the owner is nice, the people who spray are friendly and on time and communicate ahead that they are coming. They cleaned all the webs, sprayed all inside and out of my garage, house and patio area, left ant granules for my bit of grass. The spray product is food safe and didn't hurt my plants or pets. Haven't seen a single bug in the last three months. Couldn't be happier!

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

We Seal It hasn't even finished sealing our house yet, but already I am so happy with them, I feel compelled to write them a positive review.

We bought our 1977 midcentury modern dream house in January. We  had the house ripped apart doing renovations while we lived in the house, when our cat found a bark scorpion in our master bath. Fast forward a month, and we had found 250+ bark scorpions on the outside of our house and on the property, and 7 LIVE ONES in the house, all in different rooms. Crawling down from the vaulted ceiling on the rock fireplace, crawling out from the mortar voids in the slump block walls, running across the kitchen floor, and 2 FEET FROM OUR BED! The seller of course, didn't disclose that the property had a scorpion infestation and we were taken by surprise and completely unprepared. I've lived in Arizona 20 years, and I've never even SEEN a scorpion before.

I got to the point where I was completely terrified and didn't feel safe in my own house. I was having panic attacks, couldn't sleep, couldn't sit down anywhere, was blacklight searching every inch inside the house 5-10 times every night before I could try to fall asleep, exhausted, basically losing my mind. I was sleeping with an eye mask and all the lights on in the house all night, hoping to outsmart them and NEVER let it be dark enough for the disgusting creatures to emerge from their hiding places in the walls and attic.

Enter David. He took the time to respond to ALL my crazy emails, even the ones I wrote in a panic after not sleeping all night because I had found ANOTHER one in the house. He patiently explained everything. He scheduled us as soon as he could. HIs quote was VERY reasonable to seal both the inside and outside of the house. His team that came to the house were on time, patient, thorough, responsive, took the time to show me what they were doing and why, cleaned up and moved everything back after working, and were basically completely amazing. Their work was neat and VERY thorough. Even David came to check on things and direct the work, even though he had already been to our house to evaluate it.

Even though he said it wouldn't be an overnight solution, I am already feeling sooooo much better. I feel like we are in control of our house again. The professionalism of this company can't be beat. He will help you, too, so please don't hesitate to call them!

I scheduled my service about 2 weeks ago because their availability was limited. So on 4/26 someone was scheduled to come out and release the systems in the walls and spray the outside of the house. I received a bill for 86$. However, after reviewing my cameras i saw nobody from home team had come to spray.  I called to speak with a manager and I believe I spoke to the tech who allegedly came to spray.  Apparently according to gps, he was on my street that day! Like that mattered when he billed me for work he didn't do! On top of everything, he scheduled to come back out in 7 days!  I would think that if they billed a customer and got caught not even actually doing the work they would make adjustments to come back out immediately! Very disappointed.  The more I thought about it I wondered how many times that had been done before to myself and to others... not sure if it's is just this particular tech or not but I will never use their service again!

I've used two other pest control companies over the years, I got so frustrated that I decided to do-it myself.  This company came in and did twice the job, for half the price.

Sabra did a very professional job. They arrived on time, did a great clean up after out termite treatment. My wife and I are VERY HAPPY. We would highly recommend Sabra's to anyone.  Just great.

I try to use locally owned businesses to keep it in the community.   I've used 911 for 3 years now.  I never was satisfied because they would only come out in the early morning before my massive ant infestation started in the early afternoon thus not giving them the chance the properly address the problem for which we hired them for.  I decided to change service this last month, moved to another company that has drastically changed the infestation in one month.  I now received an email for overdue $$$.  The email stating that they had a rate increase at the first of the year which I wasn't informed by any 911 peeps!  Gary even came and serviced my home and took payment with no mention of rate increases.

We switched to SJM after realizing that our exterminator wasn't cutting it. Sam has taken great care to make sure we have excellent service-- for both termite and scorpion control. He is kind, patient, thorough and always arrives promptly. Leona is so professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend SJM!

I never write reviews but was very impressed with General Pest Control. I noticed bees around my home and some inside yesterday. Needless to say it was not a good night.  I called and left a message about my problem before they opened, and, Marcela called me back before they opened to help me !! They were very professional, courteous and concerned about my problem. They had confirmed an appoint first thing.  David their Tech was comforting and explained exactly how they treated the problem.  I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for other matters.  They also practiced social distance and wore their masked.  If you had a 10 I would have chosen that one!!!

I rarely review businesses: I only bother to review ones that are truly exception, or truly exceptionally bad, and Responsible Pest Control is the former.

We were customers with another scorpion control company, and we suffered with very much alive scorpions in the house for 3 years. The moment we hired Responsible Pest Control, and after their first treatment, we stopped getting any scorpions inside the house. Not a single one. We would see one or two every week, very much alive and scurrying inside the house, but after their first treatment that stopped. We've been with the company for a year now, and we haven't seen a single scorpion since.

If you're looking for an effective scorpion control company, with proven results, great and diligent workers, this is the one for you. I can't speak more highly of them.

Poor service and no response to inquiries made about our service.

I chose this company because of their 5 star rating they were prompt at first and have fallen off since then. We have a scorpion issue which we were up front about from the beginning they said they could handle the situation needless to say the problem still exists. When we called in to inform them that we're finding additional scorpions in the house they did not bother to call back. This is happened 3 times now where we call and do not getting a response to our enquiries. They also had what they call a system error and did not service our house for 3 months.

The owner was very sincere an apologetic for the mistake he did offer to help and correct the problem unfortunately we already hired a new company.

after having them for a year still have rats eating my oranges and running on the roof and had a bee infestation over the summer.

I have used Truly Nolen for pest control in all three of my houses.

At my first house, two other companies couldn't make an impact on the number of scorpions we saw inside (at least one a week). The summer after we signed up with Truly Nolen, we had one inside all summer and it was right by the front door.

When we moved we took our service with us to the new house, had them treat before we moved in and never had a problem with any bugs at that house. We also used them for termites at this house and never had any issues.

Moved again and took our service with us, had scorpions inside when we moved into the new house but after a few treatments, we had no scorpions inside this past summer!

I highly recommend service for any bug or termite issues.

Do not waste your time with this company. I called them because the owner used to be my neighbor 20 years  ago. I called and told them I needed a  consultation for a tick infestation. The woman told me that was not needed and they would have a tech out next day to spray. Steve tech arrived and when I showed him nature of my problem he told me was new to company and would have to call his boss. He then told me the big guns would be contacting me. The only response I got was multiple calls wanting me to set up monthly service. I called and complained that I had not gotten any response and was told we have a lot of new people and that the last entry indicated that I went with different company. LIE. Then I was told that an long term employee would be calling me. Brian called me and told me he had been with company for 25 years. I explained my concerns about lack of response and he told me I feel your pain. He set up appointment for next afternoon to see what we can do to help you. He never showed up or called. I wasted 2 weeks with this place. There is reason they are not a member of the BBB  although they have current complaints against them.

I tried contacting and scheduling with this company since June (it is now the middle of November). We just purchased our house which was previously serviced for termites and we wanted to continue the services. After contacting them and leaving a voicemail every week, they would not contact me back. When I was able to get ahold of someone who was not directly in my location, they said they lost the initial quote I had done in June and it would have to be redone and they would ask someone to contact me. I cancelled my other pest control services because my initial appointment had a bundle deal. Unfortunately, after getting a quote, I was never put into the schedule and could never get ahold of someone. Instead of going with consistency, I will be finding another pest control service.

I will say the tech that came to my house for the initial quote was wonderful and I wish it worked out. The tech was female and I wish I remembered her name because she was very kind and knowledgeable.

STOP!!! - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I called when I noticed bees all over my backyard and had a prompt response. However, the gentleman that showed up to my house looked at the corners of the structure and nothing else. He did not go into the attic or inspect my backyard fully. He then proceeded to tell me the only way to prevent the continuation of bees at my house was to charge $500 for some stickers that are to be placed around my yard. Swiftly, the technician demanded payment and was on his way after ten minutes of being at my home. Very rude, VERY arrogant - this company does not deserve what they charge.

Next, I called the office and informed them of the employee's demeanor towards their clients and he apologetically offered a discount on the bee shield, which was nice, but I had to decline because I felt it was still unnecessary. Here's the kicker... I called back a second time because after talking to a couple friends I was convinced that the work was unsatisfactory and not worth a $95.00 service call. The gentleman on the phone refused to send the tech back to look in my attic and refused to offer any sort of assistance. I proceeded to tell him that I will be informing the BBB of this companies practices. With a large - gasp - the gentleman exclaimed, TAKE A NUMBER! and hung up the phone.

I'm not sure if this company finds it funny that they are basically robbing people by charging extreme prices for minimal service, but customers need to know that this company will not deliver satisfactory work, period.
