Bees had infiltrated the eaves of my home and built their hive. In a matter of days I had hundreds of bees in my backyard.
I contacted Scott and he was very responsive. I explained the situation and forwarded photos of my home and the bees for his review. He was at my home the next morning at which time he humanely removed the Queen, the hive and the bees.
I'm very grateful to him. I'm very happy to have averted extensive damage to my home.
I highly recommend his services.

We had our house sprayed yesterday because of scorpions and black widows.  I HIGHLY recommend Deserts Best because Steve is very thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable! This past Friday we had this company come out to spray both front and back yards for weeds.  What a great company.  Came out on time gave quote and sprayed same day.  We have 3 dogs so a lot of work to keep yard clean.   So glad we called this company.  Great service; great response and the price was great because the weeds are already dying

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

David was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he was a pleasure to work with.  I hired his services as a preventative measure... having a bad experience with insects upon my arrival to Arizona, I wasn't about to risk it with a new home purchase... bugs are bad enough in my book, much less scorpions or anything else creepy crawly or slithering.  
I appreciate professionalism and integrity in a business... David exceeded my expectations.  That's not easy to come by :)

The service provider, David, was very friendly and knowledgable. I like the fact that we get regular service every other month.

I've used two other pest control companies over the years, I got so frustrated that I decided to do-it myself.  This company came in and did twice the job, for half the price.

Sabra herself answered my phone call.  Questions were answered and we were immediately put me on her schedule.
On the day of treatment, she arrived in a timely fashion, offered a warm greeting, and immediately took to surveying property and building to determine if there was any damage followed by the most ideal application.
An initial treatment complete and she explained that I should anticipate a followup in a month to see if the issue has been resolved, or if we need to take further action.
She answered all of my questions, making me feel more at ease.

I've used 911 pest defense since moving to Phoenix in January 2017. I haven't had a pest problem since they started treating our house. They even took the time to point out some structural issues and gave me some ideas on how to handle them. Omar is great. Very friendly, prompt, and fast.
The only thing that would make 911 Pest defense 5 stars for me is an online payment option. Writing checks and mailing them in isn't convenient any more.

SJM are great. They are a family owned and operated business and very conscientious. We have not had any issues arise so far, with critters, so they do a great job.

I have General Exterminating treat the outside perimeter every 3 months. I have ZERO pest problems. I keep up with it because I don't want to know the alternative. If you see pests it's too late in my opinion.

This company is great. I love that there's no contract. They are always on time and flexible if I need to change dates. Ever person I've spoke to over the phone or text is friendly. Haley and Keaton are awesome. I haven't seen scorpions in a long time and when I do it's either dead or about to die (I have a huge fear of them) I recommend Responsible Pest 110%

I wish I could give more stars!  We found evidence of termites in our home and after reading some different yelp reviews decided to give Arizona's Best Choice a call.  They answered right away and put me in touch directly with Gary who handles the inspections.  I was really happy to speak with him knowing that he would be the one coming to my home and the information I was giving wouldn't need to be repeated or get lost in the line of communication with other employees.  We scheduled an inspection within a couple of days and he arrived promptly.  Gary gave the most professional, friendly, and thorough service.  He went through our entire home and sat down with us to explain the step-by-step process of our treatment plan.  When the technicians arrived (about a week later at our scheduled treatment time) they arrived within the window provided and were equally as friendly (we even asked them to wear booties in the house as we'd just had the carpets cleaned - annoying, I know - and they did so without any hesitation).  The areas that were treated are virtually undetectable!  I was very impressed by this because we have some serious eyesores in our outdoor entryway concrete from treatments handled by a previous owner.  For less than $1000 we got an inspection, treatment, and 5 year warranty.  I'm so happy that we hired them to handle this issue in our home and would HIGHLY recommend going with them!

My parents have been using Blue Sky for over 10 years, so it made sense to use them with my family in our new home. We have a new build in a neighborhood with a lot more new builds coming up, so the bug traffic is larger than normal. Not only on the first visit did we get amazing service that was thorough by Daniel, but when we had an increase in the insect traffic a couple weeks later due to construction again, they sent someone out next day! When Anthony arrived he assessed the home and areas where the traffic was the highest and most likely to be issues, then treated the areas well. He called me to update me right away and give me peace of mind about why the insects were coming so much, plus how to handle future possible concerns with them. We have used Truly Nolan for our termite coverage for many years and have been very pleased. Most recently we found out that they offer insulation! Regan helped to explain the process and what would be used and over saw the job on the day the crew came to do the job. AMAZING! We are amazed at the difference in the quietness of our home. Our house backs up to a major street and now we do not even hear hardly a peep! Thank you to Regan to helping us to get this done.

Alex texted me the time he was coming and he was on time.  I had texted him back requesting he ring my door bell when he arrived so I could show him something of concern to me.  He took the time to answer my questions/concerns, which put me at ease.   We also reviewed my spraying instructions, for this visit as that day I had a vendor working at my home and some doors had to remain open.  I hope we can keep Alex as our regular tech.

I had originally used PPC when I first bought my home. They are always very polite and usually punctual unless they have had an issue at a previous location; they usually call and let me know. Earlier in the year I did discontinue but when I had an issue they came right out and could not have been nicer. I had to wait for a time for an open slot do to a busy schedule that day but Charles was great!!!!! And we are back on schedule again even with the annoying calls. But I have found if I ask that I can return their call when I know my schedule better I don't  get called as much. Thank you again for coming to my aid.

I thought I had termites. I scheduled a online appointment the inspector was booked out that day. However they called me two days later and Paul came out to inspect my house. I showed him the picture of the insect I thought was a termite and he said right away that isn't one. He checked the house and found no traces. He also did not push for any products which I loved. He explained me a few things what to look for and left! With so many ppl pushing there service on you this was very nice! Just because of this if I ever have termites I will contact them and of course will recommend them as well!

This company is a rip off.  We wanted the bees removed as in removed from the property alive.  Christian was the tech with no safety equipment and in his shorts went up on the roof and sprayed the entire area where the bees seemed to be but the tree branches blocked the vision so he just exterminated the ones he saw.  He told me that these were transitional bees and and moving to other places.  He was told that we wanted the bees saved and removed but he felt the treatment which he denied exterminated them, was the right choice while never giving the price which he stated was $395 after the treatment.  When I called the company to complain, the representative told me the price was usually $695 for the 2 minute spray extermination.  This place is unethical.
