A bee swarm showed up yesterday on the elm tree in my front yard. My neighbor has grandkids and was concerned about the bees. I found Scott The Bee Man on the Go Gilbert Facebook group, he was highly recommended. I read his website and was pleased to see that he was a bee keeper and would not exterminate the bees.

I called him and was not expecting much, it being a Saturday. It was a nice surprise that he took my call, listened to my concerns, and best of all scheduled bee colony removal this Sunday morning.

He patiently educated me on bees and their behavior and habits, even explaining it was not necessary to remove the bees, they would likely leave in a couple of days. He took the time to inspect the exterior of my home. He vacuumed the bees in just minutes, was careful to ensure that he got the queen bee. He also explained that some bees may possibly return and if that happened, just call him.

I was happy to learn he and his wife actually operate a bee farm in Phoenix and they sell honey and pollen. I immediately requested to have my name added to their mailing list.

The service was excellent and the price reasonable. I know that living in Arizona means co-existing with bugs and creatures and that the bees would be back. I would definitely call Scott again in the future when the bees return.

I asked Steve if he could provide service in Payson, unfortunately it is too far out of his area. This is understandable. But what he did do was take the time to talk to me and provide solutions that I could do myself as well as offer assistance in talking me through issues. Steve is top shelf. I would highly recommend.

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

I really think that David did a great job explaining to me all of what he was doing and why. Also, he took the time to show me all of his work and was very thorough. He was very professional and did a nice job sealing up my home. I live in an area prone to scorpions, so I am hopeful that his work will keep us as close to scorpion free as we can be. I also like that if later down the road I have questions or have an issue, he said to give him a call and they will come out. I would absolutely recommend them.

Sabra herself answered my phone call.  Questions were answered and we were immediately put me on her schedule.
On the day of treatment, she arrived in a timely fashion, offered a warm greeting, and immediately took to surveying property and building to determine if there was any damage followed by the most ideal application.
An initial treatment complete and she explained that I should anticipate a followup in a month to see if the issue has been resolved, or if we need to take further action.
She answered all of my questions, making me feel more at ease.

Gary and Omar are great to work with at 911 pest control they are reasonably priced and do quality work. I have been using them for nearly 2 years now and their treatment is obviously working, my home is pest free. I would recommend them to anyone.

We switched to SJM after realizing that our exterminator wasn't cutting it. Sam has taken great care to make sure we have excellent service-- for both termite and scorpion control. He is kind, patient, thorough and always arrives promptly. Leona is so professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend SJM!

I have General Exterminating treat the outside perimeter every 3 months. I have ZERO pest problems. I keep up with it because I don't want to know the alternative. If you see pests it's too late in my opinion.

This company is great. I love that there's no contract. They are always on time and flexible if I need to change dates. Ever person I've spoke to over the phone or text is friendly. Haley and Keaton are awesome. I haven't seen scorpions in a long time and when I do it's either dead or about to die (I have a huge fear of them) I recommend Responsible Pest 110%

I use these guys for my pest contro and termite control until today.  I called up to see if they also take care of birds, and the answer was yes.  Will, my technician called me on Monday to set up an appointment to come out on Tuesday.  Will was very professionals and respectful.   The other technihians are also professional,  friendly, respectful and know what they are doing.

I love how professional, speedy, and efficient this company is.   The product that they use is strong for everything except fleas.   I've found dead scorpions, bugs and even flies.   Four stars because they need to improve the formula for fleas.    Thank you!

Debi came to do a home inspection for termites and insulation.  When she went into the attic she noticed we were low on our insulation. She was very informative and explained all our options.  She was very courteous, professional and knowledabable.

We have used SOS since 2012 with nothing but excellent results. They did annual inspection last week found some new activity wand scheduled appointment for today. Carl called and gave arrival time and was at that time. Accomplished the necessary action and completed in a timely fashion. WWW

I have been a customer for many years and was always satisfied with their service. However, they are taking advantage of the current situation and treating customers unfairly. They came a few days for my monthly service which includes indoor and outdoor servicing. They told me that due to the virus, they would only be servicing the outside of my house and would do nothing inside. I asked them how they were adjusting my monthly service fee and they responded they were charging the same amount  for doing half the work. When I stated this was unreasonable they said they did not feel any reduction in price was necessary. I do not for one minute believe that ANY of their employees would be satisfied paying full price for something but getting only half of it. They finally did take off $8 instead of half of the $35/month fee. BE WARNED. Like so many others lately, they are just taking advantage of a bad situation and making it worse.

We needed an exterminator to show up when they said they would... There were too many times when they said they would be at our house, and they weren't. It was quite frustrating. So I tried to cancel. There was a misunderstanding and they keep saying they've come out, but we're never home. Which is something I never agreed too. If you are going to provide a service, then I need to be there. Bottom line we are being charged for nothing. Go with green home pest control. Customer service is WAY better and they come out when they say they will!

If there was a zero star I would choose that. I had bees buzzing around a recirculating bird bath and was afraid to lift the base of the fountain incase there was a hive. i called Mountain View and they came promptly. They looked at the bees and said that it could be a hive or just bees looking for water. I asked them if they were going to get bee suits and look under the cover and they headed to their truck to get their equipment . They came back and plugged in some equipment. I asked them if they were not going to suit up and they told me i should go in the house for my protection. I moved a way a little distance and they pulled out a sprayer and sprayed the whole area including the water reservoir. They then peeked under the dome and told me there was no hive. They advised me to shut down my feeder. They wrote up the invoice for a whopping $495. i told them that was a lot considering there was no hive to remove. and they said that cost at least $2000 dollars. Since i had not pre negotiated a price I paid up. After they left I discovered that the spray was oil based and was on all over my potted plants and within the pump in my reservoir. It took me two hours to clean everything and discard the chemical in a safe place. When I called to complain the owner, who was one of the guys who came, was very defensive.
This is a scam and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from them. They are NOT professionals and their charges are out of proportion to what they do.
