Scott was easy to contact and responds well to text messages.  We texted over the course of 2 days and he had a same day appointment.  I had a carpenter bee issue in 2 areas.  He vacuumed up as many bees as possible and then located the hives and destroyed them.  He was quick and efficient.  Worth every penny.  The bees are gone!

We had our house sprayed yesterday because of scorpions and black widows.  I HIGHLY recommend Deserts Best because Steve is very thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable! He will take the time to go through every part of your yard. I have a granddaughter and I feel much better knowing she will be safe. We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

If you are looking to stop scorpions from entering your home look no further.  David is an expert and a true professional. I called when I found one scorpion in my new home. David came out and gave me two estimates to seal my home. The first was to caulk the cracks on the outside of my home and fix cracks in my doors. The second was more extensive work including to cover vents with screens. David told me that one scorpion in my home is normal and I really didn't need my home sealed. I'm not from Arizona and one scorpion in my home is not acceptable. However I appreciate the honesty and not trying to sell me services I don't need. I ended up doing the first estimate. David and two other men sealed everything like where my house meets the foundation, around all door frames, around all windows, and where any wires like the cable wire enter my home. Since his initial sealing he comes to my home every year and fixes the gaps in my doors. I live in a scorpion hot spot (I find 30-40 in my yard on a hot night).  Thanks to David at We Seal It they are not coming into my home and potentially stinging my kids. Best money I've ever spent to battle scorpions.

I had never heard of Taexx or HomeTeam prior to buying my new home.  Am I glad I did!  Their customer service is great and they are always professional.  The added bonus is their Taexx system.  I thought having that would cost me more each month, but they are cheaper than the previous services I have used.  I haven't seen an insect since.   I would recommend to anyone.

I had bugs coming into the house after the Monsoon rain! They came and killed all the buGs! Yay!!

Our neighbors had originally had their house sealed by AZ Best and had great results. After seeing a few scorpions in our house, we decided to do the same. AZ Best is professional, courteous and reliable. They are affordable and will come back, if needed, for a second dose of spraying. Once we had our house sealed by Jim, we saw the last few nasty scorpions in our house and haven't seen one since. Our service tech is Jeremy, and he is the best. Calls the day before to let us know he'll be by, lets us know the time, does a thorough job and answer any questions we have. Definitely worth the price to keep critters away.

This pest company is very deceptive.   When I signed up they said the initial service was $116 and there was a follow up visit 30 days later no charge and there was a $49 discount.  If I cancelled service I no would have to pay the $49.  They're service was ok, but I found I could go to bug and weed Mart and do it so much cheaper and just as good.  So I called to cancel and they said I owe a monthly service and $49 totally $215.  There was never a monthly service done but that didn't matter.  They will send me to collection if I don't pay.  Very deceptive!!!

This company is the WORST! I wish I could post pictures of the destruction that has happened in my home since they came out.  My couches, refrigerator, floor boards, curtains, and holes in my walls have all happened AFTER Truly Nolen came out and did whatever they did.
I have asked for a manager to call for 2 weeks and NOTHING! They say they care but NEVER said anything about possible destruction or gave tips on how to safe gaurd our home.  They refuse to help or refund to help cover any of the damage. They trapped a rat into my home instead of the attic. I don't even want to live here anymore. It is a horrible feeling knowing all they cared about was charging me $1100+. They didn't even show up for the first appointment to check traps after I paid them. I had to call them and ask them to come out.  I have been requesting a call from a manager since June 16th. NOTHING. I was told the technician and a manager would come out today.  NO SHOW.  Didn't even have the decency  to call and say they were no longer coming.  We had to call them 45 min after they didn't show. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR SERVICES.  THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!

I scheduled a termite treatment and was given a window for the service tech....12-4pm.  At 4:15 I called the office asking where the tech might be. I was told they would reach him...said he's probably behind schedule but he'll call you. I said ok. Again I waited. At 5 pm the sos office called and said the technicians truck broke down and wasn't coming today and asked if I could do another 4 hour window tomorrow?   Don't you think If his truck broke down I might have gotten a call sooner than 5pm?  This is just not acceptable for a company.   While the technician was waiting for help for his truck he could have called me to let me know. Or call the office.

Greg Brown is a piece of s*%$!! Very unprofessional very rude!!!! I'd would recommend this person to anyone he's a scumbag.

We needed an exterminator to show up when they said they would... There were too many times when they said they would be at our house, and they weren't. It was quite frustrating. So I tried to cancel. There was a misunderstanding and they keep saying they've come out, but we're never home. Which is something I never agreed too. If you are going to provide a service, then I need to be there. Bottom line we are being charged for nothing. Go with green home pest control. Customer service is WAY better and they come out when they say they will!

SCAMMERS - DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. Although they may have a license and pretty website - they are scammers. Their response - We have been in business for over 20 years - fantastic - so you have scammed thousands of people over the years - congratulations.  They take advantage of people with their outrageous prices. They will come to your home, overcharge you, damage your home and then refer you to another company (who they are clearly in cahoots with) to fix your roof. This secondary company is another pest control company (who isn't licensed in contracting and/or roofing) and they also come with outrageous prices. If you speak with ANY other bee company in the valley - these folks are known for overcharging by 30 - 60% and even show nests/honeycombs that they didn't even find on your property. They will be hearing from us in the near future - I will NOT allow our family to be treated like this. Scum Bags.
