Scott came to our rescue over the weekend. Several bees had collected in a bathroom ceiling. I called Scott, based on positive Yelp reviews. He came right out and figured out what was going on with the bees. He is smart, trustworthy and reliable. I give him the highest recommendation.

The price is reasonable, the owner is nice, the people who spray are friendly and on time and communicate ahead that they are coming. They cleaned all the webs, sprayed all inside and out of my garage, house and patio area, left ant granules for my bit of grass. The spray product is food safe and didn't hurt my plants or pets. Haven't seen a single bug in the last three months. Couldn't be happier!

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

David is a professional. He is kind, responsive and helpful. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. He even referred us to a place that can help us with our normal pest care. He sealed everything in our house. We decided to use We Seal it rather than getting the slippery seal technique that is out there, because David's team does so much more than just seal the stem wall area. I wanted the bells and whistles package, and after he did most of the work, he told me, he didn't think I actually needed all the stuff, and so he left it up to me, to decide if I still wanted to pay for it or save some money and take his recommendation that I didn't need it. I listened to his advice, because he made me feel at ease with his demeanor, knowledge and years of experience. David even told me I had some special pest thing on my home. I have pipes that were built in the wall, and a pest company, (only one pest company can do this, which is the one that invented the technology), can spray the pests through an opening outside into the pipes in my walls. The realtor didn't tell us this, or the inspector, before we bought the place. That would have been a nice, nice to know thing, while we were in contract on the home. Lol Anyway, thank you David and thank you to your team. Excellent service!

SJM was recommended to us shortly after we moved to Arizona and started seeing the dreaded scorpions. While scorpions may be difficult to combat, Sam is extremely diligent in working to address the problem. He also does a yearly termite inspection to assure your home is free from costly termite issues. His wife, Leona, is always willing to address questions and concerns and is highly accommodating when scheduling appointments. They treat you more like family than customers. We had responsible Pest Control come out today to do our initial. We are pleased to see how professional their technician is and would definitely be using them for a monthly service.

After enduring the mess pigeons were making on our roof for more than a few years - and watching them bring their friends and relatives to join them, we were SO PLEASED with the work done by Arizona's Best. The men did a better job than I anticipated. They cleaned out the area where the pigeons had been nesting and sanitized it better than I ever could. Then they blocked off the area with wire so they can't nest in that spot again. Some of my neighbors have shiny spinners on their roof, and these work. I wanted a company who could stop the problem and clean up the mess. I give this company the highest score possible. Polite and efficient. If I have further problems, they'll be my first and only call.

I've been using Blue Sky for over 2 years and they are fantastic. Their treatments seem very effective as we do not have the big nasty pests. The only exception is ants. Those critters are very determined. Blue Sky is responsive to coming out between services to deal with the ants specifically. They spot treat the pop-up areas and it clears up within a few days. I think it's mainly due to us having dogs so they won't use the most effective poisons in order to protect my pets. Because they are so good about coming back out I'm very satisfied.

I'm pleased with their technicians. We have never had any issues with their employees. I even got a preemptive termite assessment and quote. We came back clear and termite free and had the options all outlined for us for prevention to keep it that way. Great company.

Regan Y. and Stephan are the best guys and have a lot of knowledge and information about your pest control as well as rodents. We really appreciated how kind and informative they were even though they had to deliver bad news regarding critters that were TRYING to make their home in our property. We feel like we have the best company and people handling the problem. They will get the job done right, professionally, and honestly. The field technicians are very knowledgable and customer driven. The SOS pricing policy and billing leaves a lot to be desired. My termite renewal this year(2019) increased by 41%!!! Over last year!!! Reasons for the increase were not acceptable to me. I will not renew my termite protection policy at the end of October 2020 or purchase other services from SOS Exterminating. Owned by ServiceMaster who sets arbitrary pricing. Very inflexible.

My husband and I live in San tan Valley.  We were sitting in the back yard enjoying our Friday evening when I looked down by the arcadia door  and there it was the infamous termite  line!!!!! ( I had no clue what it was , but trying to make a long story short) My neighbor referred Phoenix Pest Control..so I called Heck I would have called Roto Rooter if someone told me (I was clueless about these termite creatures). Much to my surprise a young gal showed up at our door. I thought really???? who is this ?? Where's the real bug guy..well guess what??? Not only did  she educate me by explaining how those critters got here but how they were going to kill those beasts.
she not only gave me a class on termites but a very fair deal.
I like this company , so much I wrote this short novel. Kill the beasts!!

If I could give a negative number I would.  They just out right lie and a coward not to call me back or take my calls. Absolute pathetic company.

Contacted them for bee removal. I told them exactly what are problem was, 2 hives, where they were, etc, etc.. He quotes me a price. I asked about a guarantee.  He says yes and asks for the address.  When my husband meets the technician he asks where the hives are and then charges us the quoted price per two.
When I call the office, he says to me he wasn't aware of there being two. Obviously, he did not listen to my detailed description when I initially called, just to then find out from my husband that the technician asked about the 2 hives.  When I called again to let him know I knew he knew the coward would not take my call.
Horrible way to do business, I will never use them again.
To put the icing on the cake, they don't guarantee unless you pay an additional $1400.00 for them to remove the honeycomb. This was in small print on the invoice.
