Scott was easy to contact and responds well to text messages.  We texted over the course of 2 days and he had a same day appointment.  I had a carpenter bee issue in 2 areas.  He vacuumed up as many bees as possible and then located the hives and destroyed them.  He was quick and efficient.  Worth every penny.  The bees are gone!

What makes a successful company these days is the customer service it provides. I cannot say enough for Steve and Deserts best pest! I ran across one of his videos on a Facebook group and after I stepped on yet another scorpion in my kitchen I reached out to him. I texted him at 10pm at night and he responded immediately and set an apt for the very next day! After our first spray we found multiple DEAD scorpions! This was a first for us as we have been through multiple pest control companies and none have worked! We have two children and 4 dogs so I was concerned that the spray wouldn't be safe for them but Steve assured me it was :). Steve also came out immediately and set traps when we had a mouse issue. On another note, we have been going through a hard time since my husband's amputation and Steve has been very flexible and understanding.
We haven't seen a scorpion or any other bug for that matter since we found Steve and Deserts Best! We highly recommend Steve, his company and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

This past Friday we had this company come out to spray both front and back yards for weeds.  What a great company.  Came out on time gave quote and sprayed same day.  We have 3 dogs so a lot of work to keep yard clean.   So glad we called this company.  Great service; great response and the price was great because the weeds are already dying

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

I can't thank We Seal It enough for sealing our home! It was worth every freaking penny! After moving here from Oregon, where I couldn't deal with small, harmless spiders, I was terrified of this whole scorpion thing. We found a few in our home after moving in last April (2018) and I was NOT having it! We called We Seal It to come out in June (2018) and it is now Aug (2019) and we haven't seen ANY in the house since . . . not even one (knock on wood). My neighbors even complain about finding them inside! My husband hunts them and we get pest control too - we still see them outside, which is fine with me, just not in my house baby. We HIGHLY recommend them!

911 Pest Defense is the best exterminator service I've ever had. We've been with them since 2010. Always courteous, always on time, and we have NO bugs! Garry (the owner) is the best! He knows all the bugs, snakes, spiders, etc in the area. I've called him up before describing a bug or a snake I've found and he can tell me what I'm seeing and if it's good or bad, harmless, whatever. And if it's something that needs to be exterminated he sends someone out right away to take care of it. I even called him one night at around dinner time freaking out because there was a snake in my garage, right by the door to the house. He was so kind to take my call after hours and told me exactly what to do. Crisis averted!

I have General Exterminating treat the outside perimeter every 3 months. I have ZERO pest problems. I keep up with it because I don't want to know the alternative. If you see pests it's too late in my opinion.

I rarely review businesses: I only bother to review ones that are truly exception, or truly exceptionally bad, and Responsible Pest Control is the former.

We were customers with another scorpion control company, and we suffered with very much alive scorpions in the house for 3 years. The moment we hired Responsible Pest Control, and after their first treatment, we stopped getting any scorpions inside the house. Not a single one. We would see one or two every week, very much alive and scurrying inside the house, but after their first treatment that stopped. We've been with the company for a year now, and we haven't seen a single scorpion since.

If you're looking for an effective scorpion control company, with proven results, great and diligent workers, this is the one for you. I can't speak more highly of them.

I have been using Az Best services for quite some time now, Always been very pleased with the professional and awesome services they provide, I called them to schedule an appointment for a spray because I'm having a party for the cardinals game this Saturday. after talking to the lady who answers the phone sorry i don't remember your name i explained my situation too bad they were all booked up and couldn't make it in the next few days, I had them put a note in the system just in case some time became available. Not only did i get a call back for a routine person, I heard from the Manager Jose Flores, he advised me that a truck was avail and he would come out and do the services himself.... THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REPEAT CUSTOMER!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

This pest company is very deceptive.   When I signed up they said the initial service was $116 and there was a follow up visit 30 days later no charge and there was a $49 discount.  If I cancelled service I no would have to pay the $49.  They're service was ok, but I found I could go to bug and weed Mart and do it so much cheaper and just as good.  So I called to cancel and they said I owe a monthly service and $49 totally $215.  There was never a monthly service done but that didn't matter.  They will send me to collection if I don't pay.  Very deceptive!!!

I'm so glad I called these guys! I haven't had any luck in the past with pest control people. These guys rectify the situation immediately and will come out at the drop of a hat of I have an emergency. Thank you to all the team specialist who have help with my rats and cockroaches! Yuck!! Very trustworthy and honest. They won't sell you a service you don't need. They're not afraid to jump on a ladder and get dirty and smelly. I appreciate all you guys do. Thanks so much!!

Hired by my finance Co. SOS told me that I would have to go through my Finance co to cancel in order to have someone else to the inspection. Then they didnt show up saying I had cancelled. Check the ratings. Everyone else is 4 or more stars. SOS has one only cause I couldnt give it none!

I would like to start with the good. They are willing to do there best to work with your schedule. The guys that come out are Nice and informative.  Ms. Brenda is the sweetest women. Then there is the negative Jamie she is a horrible person to deal with and I am so sorry for anyone who has to deal with such an unprofessional negative person it's bad business completely. Thankfully everyone else makes up for her terrible work ethic, true definition you get what you get .

Good experience, friendly people and highly recommend, will always have Terminix!!  They definitely stand behind what their guarantee!!

Do not use this company. They came out to remove a small wasps nest and assured me that they would spray so that the wasps wouldn't come back. Less than a month later, wasps in the same place! When I called them about this I was told that when they said that the wasps wouldn't come back, what they meant was that they killed the six that they found,  so how could they come back? Seriously? Funny how other companies I have called today after getting shafted by Mountain View have said that their residual spray keeps wasps away for at least 3 months and yet today, Mountain View said that it wouldn't guarantee any time that new wasps wouldn't set up camp in the area they sprayed.
I couldn't be there when they knocked down the tiny nest so, after reading other people's reviews, it wouldn't surprise me at all if they just didn't spray anything. Not only was I lied to over the phone when I hired them but it clearly states on their website that . We finish the process by treating the area with a residual insecticide that will eradicate the bees over the following days ensuring that they will never return. How misleading can you get?
