I had and appointment last Saturday with trueforce pest control nobody came,call nothing.they said they got my # wrong,they have my address.

I had then put some bird netting about a year ago and the birds pushed it a side. I called them twice to have them repair it and both times they said  they would schedule me but never heard from them. I hired some one else and they called me back in less the 24 hours and scheduled me and texted when they were on there way and when they were done. Also, this other company was half the price.

You don't need to look any further because this is the most awesome pest control company I ever used!! Plus they have great prices too!! I had 100 moths coming in my house every single night for over a month and I couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I called my pest control company and they said they didn't handle flying insects!! I ended up calling about 10 companies and they wouldn't come out or wouldn't call me back when I left a message that it was about a flying insect.  I was at my wits end when a friend recommended Bills. She said they were so impressive and knowledgeable and insisted that they would help me. When I called they had me text a picture to them of the moths. They researched everything about them and came out. They told me not to worry that they would not leave until they found out where they were coming in and solved the problem. And they did it in no time at all!! I insisted they were coming from the attic but they found out they were coming in thru my bathroom plumbing by pushing a big pile of dirt outside from a ground squirrel and seeing moths flying out. They sprayed and sealed my bathroom plumbing and saved me from a pure month of hell!! Then to top it off, they charged me 1/3 of what Terminex was going to charge just to come out and spray and not find the problem for me!!  I will never use another company again!! This company takes such pride in their work and you can tell they love what they are doing. Loretta, the in- charge person, is so intelligent and knowledgeable. I think she said she's been doing this for almost 30 years!! Well you can really tell and I guarantee that they wont disappoint you!!

The new company seems to be fine so far!  We have the same tech, Pam, and she does a very good job!

Matthew and his services have been great. We just moved to AZ about a month ago and hired him to help with Scorpions, ants and mosquitoes. We initially found one scorpion in our home when we first moved in, I contacted Green Magic late that night and Matthew replied back to me within minutes and was out the next day to start our pest control. We've seen no scorpions inside since he has sprayed.
He's very professional and courteous and does a great job; he even goes out of his way to make sure we are completely covered between services. We appreciate the work he does and will continue to use him.

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Bulwark is a great service! We moved into our house and had a scorpion problem. They came out and took care of it! The are fast to put us on the schedule if we need them to come out and spray in between our routine service calls. Our tech Jorge T. was friendly, trustworthy, and went out of his way to make sure our house was sprayed thoroughly! Been with this company for over a year and it has been a great choice in protecting my family and pets from unwanted pest.

I called today with a potential roof rat problem. The personable woman I talked to on the phone offered excellent customer service and got me scheduled for that very same day. There were a few scheduling issues and she was extremely accommodating. John called me to let me know he was about 15 min out and showed up promtly. John was very knowledgeable about my problem and had an immediate solution.  He was professional and  the service was very reasonably priced. I would use this company again anytime I have a pest problem!

Had issues with our previous pest control company Aptive not performing well...had tons of crickets outside and worse yet, they made their way into the house...Aptive couldn't get rid of them after 2 applications. Decided to give Arizona Heat a try. Their tech came out and within 10 days after their initial visit not a cricket anywhere in site....and when the crickets are gone there's nothing for the scorpions to feed on so they are gone too...very happy so far!

First time using West Coast Pest Control.  They responded quickly to my request for a quote, were able to come within two days - I found a scorpion in the house so I wanted someone rather quickly :), and were extremely thorough.  Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, thorough, and fairly priced.  What more could you ask for?  I will definitely be using West Coast Pest Control going forward.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Highly recommend Copper State Pest Management . Alex goes above and beyond, he is EXTREMELY  professional and dedicated to his work. I called COPPERState after coming across a black widow and dealing with the annoying chirping of the lovely crickets this season has brought forth. I was mostly terrified at thought of having spiders anywhere inside or outside of  my house. Having children who are always playing outside, I can't express the peace of mind I have received from knowing that I am protecting the ones I love by simply seeking professional help. Alex guarantees his work and his prices are beyond reasonable. Alex was punctual, respectful wore shoe coverings!! I didn't even have to ask him to do it! A true professional. Brandin does a great job! They provide excellent service & are there when you need them. I definitely recommend them!

To start with I am freaked out my scorpions and spiders. Tyler came to my house (he was recommended by SOS) and was right on time and in uniform. Very professional and took all the time needed to explain the process to me. I have full confidence in this company and have now got them on a routine of monthly pest control. He also recommended a bee deterrent company as bees have taken over my waterfall feature. You won't go wrong with these guys!

Brian has been wonderful and we couldn't be happier with Pro Active Pest Control! We used to be with another pest control company and we were never able to to get rid of our pest problem. We've been seeing mice in our neighborhood and I was reluctant to hire a pest control company since it's never worked for us in the past but after only being with Pro Active for just over a week and they have already caught two rodents! Both times Brian came out right away and was very nice and professional. We had a box out with the other pest control company for months and they never caught anything. I'm so glad we found Pro Active!

I bought a new house with hidden information about my termite problem. I was bombarded with many thousand dollar bids. I called termite specialists and came out next day. Robert explained the ins and outs of termites, while his price with a warranty was reasonable and a worry off my shoulders. Robert treated my house on the spot and have no more termites! Recommend them 100% and will only use them in the future.

I had a persistent pigeon problem that I repeatedly tried to take care of myself to no avail. I finally decided it was time to call in a pro. I found Don's Bees on Yelp and decided to give him a call based on his reviews. I called him and asked if he could give me a ballpark estimate based on some approximate measurements and pictures I texted to him. Don gave me what I considered to be a very fair estimate range. He showed up on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. He not only fixed the area that was a problem, he took care of another area that was a potential problem at no additional cost. I was very impressed with his service and would definitely recommend Don.

Blue Sky gets 1 star because of the lack of professionalism on the part of their office staff not their technicians.  We had been with Blue Sky Pest Control for four years. Which to us meant we were loyal and would hopefully be treated as a loyal customer. Instead when we called almost three weeks out from our next spraying about issues with ants in our yard we were told they would not come out and spray in between service dates, instead they would move up our next service. I protested, I told them I didn't mind them killing the ants now and then spraying on schedule but I was told they would not come out and deal with the ants as a between service trip, and then come back weeks later and spray because it wouldn't be as effective. Blue Sky says they will come out between services if you see need it.  I asked if that is the case why wouldn't they get the ants and maybe push back our next appointment by a week or two. She told me that they don't do that. What is the point of saying you will service in between if you aren't going to honor your agreement. My wife then wrote an email to the company telling them our dissatisfaction with how this was handled. The response we received seemed very condescending. Here is part of that email Often times when a customer calls about pest activity so close to their next service a customer will choose to move their service forward a little rather than schedule the free call back service and then have their regular service a week or so later, as a call back service in between services does not reset the ongoing service schedule. Your ongoing services always fall around the 3rd week of the odd numbered months, so your service for March was pulled forward by a week. I called on 3/5 they came on 3/9 and our next service was supposed to be 3/21. Not only did they move it up by almost 2 weeks the email acts as if I wanted to move up the service which I did not. I only agreed to them moving up the service because my kids couldn't play in our back yard with all the ant piles back there.  Then instead of actually attempting to resolve our issue they just offered to throw money at us.I have gone ahead and credited your account $30 for the lack of service you feel that we provided. All in all loyalty is wasted on this company their customer service when you call in is only looking at their bottom line. The we will come out between services line is just a hook to get you in. Honestly their service is good, and techs are professional. Be careful of their shady office business practices.
