Wayne at Truforce is outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed our concerns when he came out to spray.  Because of Techs like Wayne I have been a very happy customer for all these years.

Our son's apartment had real roach problem. These guys came and took care of it. Excelllent service. They are on time and very friend. Most importantly, they are effective. Nick and Kolby are great.

I chose this company based on the reviews I saw here and I am happy I went with them.  I paid more than I was hoping to, but Summer was so kind and personable that I am happy I went with this company rather than trying to find the lowest price.

Matthew Henderson was great. He arrived on time and texted me when he was on the way.  He serviced the exterior and garage and even sent me a reminder to close garage and lock the gate.

I love this company! Matt was excellent and was able to get me in their schedule very quickly. I had a very bad roach problem with the house I had just bought since it had been vacant for awhile. Within minutes of Matt leaving, there were already tons of roaches dying. This company has made a night and day difference in our home....I'm no longer scared to go into my own backyard (which is a nice feeling)! :)

Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Just updating my review.   They called after and have continued to follow up.  I am always impressed by companies who work hard to make customers happy.  I'll keep them.  Thanks too customer service and my  techs.

We had a huge ant infestation in our mesquite tree and David came out last year, not once but twice, because he warrantied the treatment after a rain storm and provided a six month warranty, should the ants come back. Well it's been a year - we are still completely satisfied!! He saved our tree. He saved our backyard! Thank you!!

This company is great! I had used other pest control companies who charged me hundreds to have a single wasp nest removed. Tony and his techs charged me a reasonable rate and did a full pest service. The tech actually found six nests hiding in a bush in front of the house... Which will be removed shortly. Everyone was professional and the tech thurough. I will be using them again and much appreciate their help with the wasps!

Great service. We have 1/4 acre lot and with working 2 jobs I didn't have the time to fight the battle against the weeds in our front and back yard. Called Custom Weed & Pest Control to setup an appointment and afterwards it took about 2 weeks for the weeds to wilt away. Our yard looks great again and I love the 6 month warranty. We will definitely use this company again at the end of our warranty.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Alex is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond ALWAYS. He's thorough, accommodating, nice. I'm all around happy with his service. I wish all companies were as reliable and easy to work with as Copper Canyon!

I'm so glad I made a call to Orange Pest Control. Tyler was very helpful over the phone and made me feel better about the bug issue we were having. I called Tuesday and he was able to have a technician come the next day. Jordan came Wednesday, he was not only super friendly but also very professional and went above and beyond to help put my mind at ease as I'm very fearful of creepy crawlers.
It's also affordable for my budget being a little less than a dollar a day every 60 days to keep the nasty bugs away!
I highly recommend Orange Pest Control and will continue to spread the word.

I really have nothing but good things to say about Jeremy and the rest of his team at  Arizona Termite Specialists.

My husband and I were having trouble finding a company who could come out and treat our termite problem. A couple companies we tried quoted us an astronomical amount, we're talking up to 10k to treat our property. Other companies either wouldn't return my phone calls,  or would fail to show for the inspection.

Getting ahold of Jeremy was absolutely no trouble. Scheduling was very easy(I have a pretty tight schedule and he worked with me wonderfully). It was also incredibly nice that they let me know if they were running a few minutes behind. I wasn't left wondering where they were.

Jeremy came to our house and did a thorough walk through. Mapping out the entire house,  so he was able to show me on his tablet where the problem seemed to be coming from,  and where they would need to drill to take care of our subterranean termites. He answered all my questions in a way that I had no problem understanding them. He made sure I knew what to expect (they would be pulling up carpets,  and the drill was going to be loud), how long it would take,  and instructions for after.

The pricing was not only fair,  but incredibly reasonable. We were very,  very pleased with the service, the detailed treatment plan breakdown, the customer care, and everything in between.

Excellent,  excellent company and a wonderful staff. If any of our friends,  family,  or clients need referrals for termite control/extermination,  I am more than confident that they will have the best experience with Arizona Termite Specialists.

David Ramos is the guy I use when I need an infestation inspection on one of my listings. What reminded me is of his treatment or consideration of my last inspection I had him do today. As the home is set up he could have said yeah we need to treat, but being the honest guy he is, he found no activity and just billed me for the inspection. Hey these folks are hurting just like everyone else right now and it would have been real easy to lie and no one would know any difference.

So if you need monthly treatment for your home, give him a try. He is a nice honest hard working guy.

My wife and i just had our home located in phoenix worked on by Dons bees and I have to say we can't be happier. I am a out of state landlord and the communication was great. The work they did was excellent and the price was fair. When I called they got out there the next day to assess the condition of the problem I had with pigeons that had taken up residence in the eves and cubby's of my two story home.  The work was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied. They were very patient while i got the work order OK'd from my HOA and they worked with my management company to schedule with the tenant.  Our contact person at Don's Bees was Alisa and she was AWESOME!, she answered every Phone call, every text and every Email in a very pleasant and helpful manner. They sent pictures of the areas to be worked on before and pictures of the work after completed. The mess the pigeons made prior to the work being done was power washed and is a complimentary service that went with the repair. (other companies were going to charge extra for this) So if you have a pigeon problem  I highly recommend Dons Bees. They are a top notch service company with excellent customer service.

top notch professionalism.  I love the way their billing system works, sends me an email to remind me that they are coming, and automatically bills my account/CC.  Very easy.  Their staff is clean cut and the folks that answer the phone are very competant and informative.   We had a serious scorpion problem apon moving into our home in March and now six months after starting service, we have none.  Blue Sky told us exactly what to expect in terms of bug activity in the first couple months of service, and has been right on.  I highly recommend them for peace of mind, customer service, and getting rid of bugs!
