Matt has been my technician for a long time. I do attribute the almost complete elimination of the scorpions INSIDE my home to Matt. I had been fighting this issue since 2012 with various pest companies to no avail. I had 2 sets of babies in my home over the years and I found only techs who really listened and knows my history and put the consistant effort in to ridding me of these terrible pest that had stung me so many times. No stings in the last couple years, yeah! Thank you Matt. Your are gold to me!

I'm so glad I found this company.  Nick was prompt, courteous, professional and best of all - no contract.  While he recommends getting treatment a few times, he won't hold you to it if you have to stop.  I hate when people try to strong-arm you into contracts.  I found his prices to be very fair.  You can't go wrong!

Great company to work with-from the office to the tech. Highly recommend Alex. He is very professional, great communicator, does a fantastic job, very personable and a pleasure to deal with.

Joshua and all the other guys they've sent out have been great. They really stand by their guarantees. We initially had a one time service done because we were having issues with flies and even though they don't guarantee against flying insects, the next month we had ants in the kitchen and they came out for free to completely eradicate the ants in the kitchen. I called after hours to set up the appointment thinking I would leave a message and their manager answered the phone after hours to set it up for me. We have now signed up for their monthly service because they have the best customer service. The exterminators always wear covers on their shoes and are always very professional and pleasant. They work on Saturdays which is very convenient.

We had a terrible experience w another company, Aptive. I saw that Green Magic had a five star rating on Yelp so we gave them a call. The excellent service we received on the phone from Matt let me know that we found the right company. Jordan came the next day and again we got excellent service! Looking forward to working with Green Magic for our pest control services!

What a great family owned company!
They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

The woman who booked my appointment responded within minutes and was very personable over the phone.  
John showed up the next day and was fantastic - he found my ant infestation immediately and was on the ground showing me where it originated.  He was extremely polite and knowledgeable; that, in addition to their extremely reasonable pricing will ensure I go back to Arizona Pest Solutions for any extermination needs.  John also gave me a hot tip about NFL packages through Hulu, so yeah, he's the man.

We had just gotten back from a road trip with some motel stops and suddenly were seeing several blood sucking bugs in our bed. PANIC.
I called Arizona Heat Pest Services, that specializes in bedbugs and Tyler was fantastic. He set me up with an inspection that afternoon.
Chris come over that afternoon while we were washing and drying (high temp) all our bedding, clothing etc. and within minutes he said they were not bedbugs but some kind of desert kissing bug and not to worry.
He was wonderful and inspected the whole house and said we should spray an outside exterior barrier.
The company is great and we will certainly be using them in the future!

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

We were looking for a new pest control service and saw an Orange Pest Control truck in the area, so we decided to give them a try and we're so glad we did! Talked to Tyler about our service needs and he was so patient and friendly.  He answered all of our questions and explained all of the services that were available.  Logan came out a couple of days later to perform the initial service.  He was also very professional and respectful.  He spent time explaining what he was doing and looked into all of the areas of our property we wanted inspected.  Looking forward to continuing our service with them and we highly recommend them.  Great company and awesome customer service!

Here's my experience -

I am in the middle of buying a house and need to be out of my rental by the end of the next month, so any hold ups to closing hold heavy consequences. My lender contacted me in a bit of a panic saying I needed a termite inspection ASAP. It's worth noting this was the Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend and during active termite season. I sent out a request to all of the termite companies in the area and called a few more. Arizona Termite Specialists were one of the first companies to answer my distress call and assured me they would help me out. After chatting with them they were sending someone out to inspect that day (no other company was able to do this).

I had taken the day off from work because I had not felt well that day (purely exhaustion) and went to lay down and wait for them to contact me on a time that they would be able to come out. Little did I know, they had during the 30 minutes I was asleep. I wake up to my doorbell ringing and answer to find Robert from Arizona Termite Specialists at my door. He got to the house that I'm buying and only the landscaper was there, but he's resourceful and asked the landscaper if he knew where I lived or how to get a hold of me. I live two doors down, lol!

We went over to the house and, of course, to my horror (not the fact that there were termites but what that could mean for my closing date), it had termites and hasn't been treated for some time. Now I had to figure out how to get it treated ASAP so it wouldn't hold up closing. Robert told me he would be able to treat it within the next few days. After he left, he scheduled it for the very next day, I was both speechless and extremely thankful. He also got all the paperwork I needed for the lender ASAP. I was also given a great discount for paying in cash. Robert treated the house in less than an hour's time as well as educating me on how the 5 yr warranty worked and what my options were for after that time. He was great to work with and very professional.

I cannot thank Robert or Jeremy at Arizona Termite Specialists enough for their amazing customer service and helping me with my ridiculous time constraints. I will be recommending them to everyone and look forward to working with them going forward.

I needed termite treatment on my home and the estimate I received from Terminex was around $3000. Ouch!
I looked on YELP to get 2nd or 3rd opinions and found the great reviews for House Doctor Exterminating.
Not only was this company, prompt, courteous and professional, they also beat the 'other guys' bids by ALOT! After meeting with the owner, David, and getting the bid, I felt that I no longer had to keep looking.
His team came out within days, arrived on time and cleaned up any mess that they made.
This company also offers new customer specials, which was appreciated!
David is super friendly and down to earth guy that makes you feel comfortable and well cared for.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We began noticing bees trying to get into an opening in our eaves. We couldn't tell if they were starting a hive but decided to call a bee service. We contacted Don's and they were able to come the next day. They arrived as scheduled, pulled a ladder and checked the area and found that the opening was secure with screening behind it so the bees were unable to get in so they had moved on. They only charged a minimal fee for time and travel($20) which we were glad to pay to have the assurance that there wasn't a hive starting and that the opening was secure. Thanks for quick and professional service. I would highly recommend Don's Bees Termites and weeds!

I called the number given to me. BY the responding Blue Sky representative on Yelp only to find it was disconnected.  I then googled their contact info and spoke with someone and was told that Justin is a manager and is aware of my situation and would call me back.  That was yesterday around 2pm.  It's now 4pm on Friday and still no call.  I'm super glad I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break tracking down your employee per your request only to find yet again your people are A.) incompetent or B.) just don't give a crap.  

My experiences with your company would be laughable if they weren't so frustrating and wasteful of my time.  To recap:
1. Texted me asking for a review
2. Neglected to respond when I texted back my dissatisfaction with service
3. Neglected to process my payment info and promised to contact - failed on both
4. Continued to send payment requests while never addressing service concerns
5. Yelp response to my poor review with a disconnected phone number and lets be honest, no real intention to address or correct issues

So, after all this I had a long talk with Justin at Blue Sky.  He was patient and understanding and genuinely concerned and interested in my feedback.  More than anything I appreciated someone following up and listening.  After this call and Justin's direct phone number in the event of any future issues I have agreed to give the company another chance...
