I've been a customer of Bulwark for several years and have always been impressed by their service. The exterminators are very prompt and professional. I highly recommend this business.

I had a bee hive form during late fall and they were not bothersome until this past month. I needed to get rid of the bees because the tree they built a home in died. I needed to cut down the dead tree. Matt was quick to respond and gave me a competitive price and a very good guarantee that the bees will be gone. He sent over Jordan to treat the bees that week. Jordan was very nice, very informative and really took his time with the job. Jordan and Matt advised me if the bees do come back they guarantee their work and they will come back and treat the area. I would highly recommend these guys!

I don't why this business doesn't have 1000 5 star reviews but I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the moment I called them to the moment the guy left, nothing but A+ service. I called several major chains for rodent control and they were not friendly, weeks out for scheduling and wanted a book of my personal information before scheduling vs just getting someone out here asap. Charles at Soto was the exact opposite, he listened and knew it wasn't urgent and had someone out within a few day. The game out, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything and gave me great advice. I highly highly recommend this place. Not only are they great but shows the difference in service and care a local business provides vs a national chain who just puts you on a list.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially from Casey or Kelsey (scheduling supervisor) who can care less about making a customer happy. After speaking to another supervisor yesterday about how unhappy we were because our treatments went from 45 mins to 10 mins and we were beginning to see scorpions on a daily basis, the supervisor offered a scorpion treatment the week of our call. After noticing the email confirmation had the incorrect time, I called the next day and Kelsey or Casey (different supervisor than who I spoke to before) shut me down and said i had to wait 2 months for that treatment. Then began badmouthing the other supervisor and went to say that the supervisor I spoke with before apparently needed more training because she didnt know what she was talking about. So I requested to cancel and she gladly did so. And when I asked for an email confirmation of some sort to be sent, she refused. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We needed a Termite inspection and quote for our home. Johnathan of Arizona Pest Solutions was highly recommended by an associate. He came out the very next day and performed a professional and thorough inspection. Afterwards he showed us area's that indicated the presence of subterranean termite tubes. He provided us detailed explanation of the process and methods utilized to deal with this problem. A quote for the required work was provided in writing. There was no high pressure sales tactics or pressure at all. We called John the next day and he scheduled our service within two days. He arrived right on time and got to work immediately. All work, including clean up and replacing moved items, was completed promptly and in the time frame he promised. A very generous transferable warranty was also provided. If you need a termite inspection and treatment or any other pest problem addressed promptly you couldn't do much better than contacting John at Arizona Pest Solutions.

Austin and Sean were amazing during our horrible experience with bedbugs. I called on a Sunday they were out on Monday and Tuesday we were doing the heat service on the house. We were back in the house on Wednesday AM completely bug free thank goodness. I can't Thank them enough!!

Technician Rob was friendly and informative. He came and inspected my house first and answered any questions I had. He was available to help when something came up and stopped by to answer questions and place a few extra bait traps out to give me peace of mind. I would recommend this company for the great work and price they have!!

I shopped around for the best deal in town. These guys were the most affordable, the nicest and most accommodating. I am thrilled with how everything worked out. Even better, my termites are all dead and gone. Jeremy and Heath rock!

Here's the thing I can only rate a pest control company as five stars or no stars. Either they've killed the bugs, and I'm happy, or they haven't, and unsmiley face occurs.

HDE has been my go-to place for a few years now. I call them 2-3/year, and they take care of any bug issues. We had a problem with Black Widows, and after HDE came out, no problem. My only issue is the dead bugs I find after they come through, which is not their problem, and means they've done their job very well. Thanks for keeping me from screeching in terror at a spider invasion...

I wanted to post a review for Tyler and Don's Bee and Termite.  Tyler came today and treated the whole house for termites after multiple failed treatments from another company using inferior chemicals.  Tyler was fantastic.  He was very thorough and took the time to treat my wholehouse and use the good chemicals.  Also treated the inside.  Can't say enough good stuff about my experience with Tyler and this company.  Highly recommend!  If your having repeat visits from other companies... Something was not done correctly. Call Don's and get the job done properly!

I'm new to Blue Sky Pest control. Hoping their treatment works. Hunter was our rep over the phone and gave a detail description on what would be done.  Cameron was our service tech was very friendly & professional and explained the process again. Here's hoping the treatment works.
