We've been using Merrill for awhile now. Nick has truly been a pleasure to work with and so has his team. They are always kind and courteous and have helped us resolve all of our pest issues.

Steph did a termite inspection for us.  It was thorough and Steph took the time to educate us and explain our options. Friendly, excellent service, on time. Would definitely recommend.

I called your firm on Wednesday to schedule a termite inspection for an 86,000 square foot commercial property.  I was told someone would go out within 48 hours to do the inspection.  I called today to follow up, and no one had any record of my request.  Someone called me back and asked me information about the property as if I had never called, which was not the case.  I called your company off the project due to frustration with the customer service I received.  I work for a large commercial real estate company who was looking for a pest/termite vendor who could help us with numerous properties, but we will definitely never use your company again.

Rating so far is actually a 5 in the following categories: communication, professionalism, pricing and customer service. My overall rating is a 4.5. I reserve the remaining .5 in case I see an infestation of wasps again over the summer months which is the real litmus test. So far so good. Contacted Green Magic because I have a serious wasp problem. They were referred through a friend. Once they understood my concern, Green Magic thoroughly explained what they would do to treat the wasps. The guy who came out was courteous and friendly. What I like is that the same person comes out each time so they become familiar with your areas and pay attention to any problems. They will even come out in-between scheduled visits if you notice any critters! I used to have to be careful going outside my patio door or courtyard area because wasps were always looming and trying to nest. So far I haven't seen any!

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Jon responded to my inquiry very quickly and was able to come and inspect my house the same day, while other inspectors were not available for several days. Luckily I didn't have termites but I was able to get some helpful tips about what to be aware of to spot any future infestations. Joe arrived on Thursday morning as scheduled and went right to work spraying our half acre of weeds.  He finished quickly and let us know that within a week the weeds would be dead.  Per Murphy's Law, we had rain later that afternoon as well as the next day, but here we are only 4 days later and everything is dead!!  So happy it all worked as planned because the company lets you know that there is no refund for rain.  Whatever product was used got the job done.  Would definitely hire them again should the need arise.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Woke up to a roach in my shower and made the call to Frontino! Not only did Brandin come spray the entire perimeter of my house but sprayed all the bushes where the roaches were coming from. Great solid service and solutions to my pest issues! Thank you!!!

Chandler was fantastic! He was very informative, great personality and did a wonderful job. I was just sorry that my wife and I were on a Zoom call so we couldn't talk to him more. You must be proud to have this technician working for you. :)

Antonio came out today after I called about my tenants complaining that they were hearing noises in the attic. I asked Pro Pest to check for entry points around the exterior and a few hours after he completed his inspection I got a well documented photo report of the possible problem areas. He also set traps and will reinspect them in the future.

The service was efficient, appears accurate and thorough.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with Jeremy and he arrived on time. Did a thorough inspection of my house, inside and out, and was super professional and friendly. I was impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use his company again.

Five years ago our HOA had 7 buildings at a condo complex infested with termites and no budgeted funds to cover the cost.  After interviewing numerous companies, David Ramos, owner of House Doctor, was the only company willing to work with our HOA to take care of our issues.  His crew was incredible and so is David and his wife, Tracy, the owners.  A few years later, my husband was building a 720 foot detached garage behind our home.  Found out the day before the concrete pour that we had to have the ground treated for termites.  I called Dave and he said...no problem.  We will be there the next morning to treat before the pour... and they were!  Fast forward to two months ago.  Found termite tunnels in our home (we don't live at the condo complex).  Called David and Tracy.  We get irrigation, so we scheduled the treatment 2 months out (during SRP canal dry up) so   the Termidor (the only chemical you want to use on termites!) would have more time in the ground before the next irrigation.  The two young men that came out to give us the bid and also to do the work are brothers and are two of the most polite and professional young men I have met in a very long time.  I can't say enough good things about House Doctor Exterminating, the owners and their employees!  Again, look no further.  You've found the right company.

An amazing service for the removal of bees & honey.  Don's performance in his job was outstanding.  He is totally honest, knowledgeable and will not charge you for any service that he does not feel is absolutely necessary.  He came highly recommended to us and we are highly recommending him and his service to everyone.  He also does termite treatments, weed control, bed bug removal, pigeon exclusions & scorpion control.  I would trust Don will all of these services.  What a GOLDEN FIND he is.

Description of Work Done:  I just had the initial treatment done on my house and I am scheduled for bimonthly treatments.  The main bugs I am after are the black widows and ants.  I am thankful to have none in my house but I figured it better to get the treatment prior to discovering them in my house.

Quality of Work Completed:  I didn't think I would see such instantaneous results but there tons of dead bugs everywhere.  I mean tons of them.  It has been a few weeks since the first treatment and I still don't see any.  So far, this seems pretty legit.  10 out of 10.

Value:  My initial treatment was 70 bucks after I told them I found them on Angie's list.  I wouldn't say that this is a total steal, but it would have cost me $125 had I not mentioned Angie's List.  My neighbor just had his home sprayed and said it was about $75, so with this piece of info, based on other research and the results so far, I would this a fair value.  5 out of 10.

Customer Service:  XXX was the guy that came out to my home and he did a fantastic job of explaining everything.  He took what he did pretty serious and was more than willing to take the time to explain what each chemical does and why he sprays in certain locations.  He also very conscientious of my kittens.   10 out of 10.

Overall:  After the initial treatment, I am pretty sure I will keep using them for regular services.  I would make sure you comb through their Angie's List sales to make sure you are getting the best deals available.  25 out of 30, 4 stars.
