We always have good results from Bulwark. Whenever we happen to find pests in our home, they hurry out to spray again. Today we had Cory come out and spray around our interior doors because with it heating up outside, the bugs are starting to come inside looking for water. They are quick and reliable.

A horrible infestation in the home of one of my client's has been completely wiped out now for over a month - no sights, no bites. The home had been infested for well over a year by bugs that had lived through a couple exterminations by other companies during that time. Chris was absolutely no trouble to deal with - he was accessible and accommodating, answering all of our questions politely and patiently throughout the entire process. He explained what they were going to do, made his own suggestions based on the individual circumstances, spent time to educate us, speculated respectfully about where the previous companies may have gone wrong, etc. And he was not pushy. Total gentleman the whole time.

Bedbugs seem to be a growing and rampant problem in the valley. The common person (meaning the people who have them) really doesn't know much about bedbugs or how to treat them, and is consequently an easy target for exploitation especially since people become very desperate in this predicament. Trying to distinguish one company from another will prove to be extremely frustrating and overwhelming. Too often it appears people are typically screwed over by some fly-by-night company offering a multi-year warranty and closing up shop in six months, only to open a new business under a new name so they can screw over new people. Don't waste your time. These guys are the jackpot. They are a small, family-run business whose aim is to ensure the job is done right with no stone is left unturned. They will do a free inspection and shoot straight with you.

I recommend them with no reservations whatsoever. Bedbugs are a real nightmare. People deserve to know which companies have integrity. Trust me, you won't go wrong with these guys.

When I moved to Phoenix a few years ago, a friend recommended this company for weed prevention. They came out each spring and sprayed my yard and I never saw a single weed the entire time I lived in my rental property. This year I purchased a home and Custom Weed & Pest Control came out and sprayed the yard about six weeks ago. The gentleman that came out was so efficient that I couldn't believe he sprayed the entire yard. Well, while there's an abundance of weeds in my neighbor's yard, but not a single weed in mine. These guys are exceptional!!!

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

This company is excellent! Competitively priced and very courteous customer service. We are new customers and had a great first experience today.

It been a year and then some I believe since I've had them service my home and had yet to make a review. I got home from a trip saw a termite tunnel and asked some people if they had recommendations for pest people I took their advice to make sure they used termindor, and their references of businesses. I had one guy come and quote me from Varsity which was someone referred, they said they have to drill everywhere there was concrete but they said treating the inside the garage was more $ (because all that concrete). They were maybe about $100 more then orange pest. Orange pest who I found on my own search had a newer Termindor treatment serum then Varsity, they only had to drill holes where there wasn't much of any crack between the house and the lower concrete slab, they treated the garage and they were cheapertjen the first quote, I was sold so I made an appointment and also asked about regular pest services. I did not wanna see their faces every month for treatment so I pay more to see them every 3 months. I can have them come into my home anytime to treat inside as I feel is needed no extra charge otherwise they come and treat regardless if you're home outside. I would say the only part I am disappointed in is the cost of treatment every 3 months, I just want to take a star off just for that or else it would be a 4.5 in my book.

I highly recommend these guys!  After having had less than stellar results with a different company, we decided to try AZ Termite Specialist based on other reviews and we are so glad that we did.  Our service technician, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to explain what he was doing and why.  He was also very considerate and careful about our dogs, making sure to close gates so they didn't get out and letting me know how long they needed to wait to enter the areas where he had treated.  

The inspector who came out to do the initial estimate work, Heath, was also great to work with, listened patiently as we explained our previous issues and was very thorough in checking out the entire house.  We now feel like we are finally working with a company that will be able to resolve our problems and will follow up with effective measures in the future if need be.

What I love most about this site is that a business can only fake it for so long before savory Yelpers catch on.
I hired these guys to kill termites 18 months ago based upon Yelp reviews and the unbelievable price quote that was conducive to my budget.  The quote was half that of the closest bid and included a 5 year guarantee. In hindsight I find it interesting that other than Yelp, few online reviews exist about this outfit.
I waited almost a month for service and feeling relieved that termites were no longer destroying my home I intended to post a mostly favorable review until the discovery of bugs dropping dirt from the ceiling.  A quick call and I was instructed to wait a month for the magic termite killer elixir to work.  A month later the situation was only getting worse and was given a service appointment for the next month.  The pleasant office lady advised they were a small business and were very busy.  On the day of the appointment I stayed home from work and waited to no avail. No service person showed up or called.  The next Monday I was able to contact someone in their office and schedule another service this time I got lucky and would only have to wait three weeks.
Three weeks later a service man showed up two hours after the scheduled appointment looked at my termite mess and sprayed the magic elixir outside.  Fifteen minutes later he left and the next day termites were building more mud huts in the ceiling.  When I questioned the service I was told (again) to wait a month for the magic elixir to work.  A month later I was given a service appointment and waited three weeks.  No one showed for that appointment nor did I get a call so I decided to get some second opinions before my house collapsed.
From two exterminators and a state inspector I learned my house had only been partially serviced and the number of gallons of the magic elixir was not sufficient to protect against the kind of termites in the ceiling.   It seems exterminators save money and labor costs by only servicing around the outside and not underneath the home where termites nest. I also learned that the owners claim of being in business for 40 years did not jive with state records that show he has only had his business license for about 5 years.
Armed with an education on termites and upset I was sold a partial treatment I went down to their Phoenix office to get a refund and discovered the office location listed is a mail box inside a UPS Store.  I was talked into another service appointment which someone showed up for (only 30 minutes late).  When I inquired about the termite problems in the ceiling the serviceman said it was a common occurrence and that I should not worry.  I also asked about the favorable reviews and why no one had posted this common occurrence?  He informed me most of the reviews were written by the owner, his wife and family.  That would explain why very few other reviews exist for this outfit besides Yelp.  
Needless to say the termites continued to get worst in the ceiling and moved into the bathroom.  I hired another exterminator who found termites in two other areas and serviced my entire home.  The termites have stopped dropping dirt so my fingers are crossed.  I will follow up in a couple months on the current exterminator.

We began noticing bees trying to get into an opening in our eaves. We couldn't tell if they were starting a hive but decided to call a bee service. We contacted Don's and they were able to come the next day. They arrived as scheduled, pulled a ladder and checked the area and found that the opening was secure with screening behind it so the bees were unable to get in so they had moved on. They only charged a minimal fee for time and travel($20) which we were glad to pay to have the assurance that there wasn't a hive starting and that the opening was secure. Thanks for quick and professional service. I would highly recommend Don's Bees Termites and weeds!
