Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

From a current customer and referring customer. WOW. Shane and Randall were phenomenal. I am a current Truly customer and they treated my termites and did a great job with my house. I referred them to my parents and they put on the WHITE GLOVE service. I cannot explain how well Shane and Randall described the process, each step of the way, made me and my parents feel at ease with this whole process. I mean, the first thing people think is, is my house going to cave in and they obviously said no, but explaining it in a gracious way was huge. I asked a ton of questions of where, why, and how they were drilling, the type of product they use and they went out of their way to ensure all the questions were answered.

They came to the house clean, they wore gloves, cleaned up everything perfectly and better than what it was. This is a big deal because they are walking through your house and you don't want to have to do more cleaning, but this was not the case.

They did an all day job with no complaining, a smile, and went above and beyond to ensure it was done correctly. I highly recommend Truly for numerous reasons. One, the service is absolutely fantastic it really is. Second, the quality of work is top notch. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and we got a great deal. Third, the communication from start to finish was perfect. Glad we chose Truly again!

We paid a lot of money for pigeon control and issues were never resolved. We were sold something that obviously they could not maintain.  They could have determined when they gave us a quote that they couldn't access the roof to properly install screening. We've had them out repeatedly and one time they came with a lift that couldn't be used because it was too heavy for our backyard sidewalk. The last visit was in May, the person who came wouldn't discuss any findings with me and I have not heard anything since.

My family had been customers of Truly Nolan since the early 80s starting in Tucson. I will never use them again.

We had a great experience with Truly Nolan. We needed some netting put over our open vents on our roof. The team came out right away, assessed the situation and gave us great recommendations even though it meant charging us less. Would go with them for all our pest needs.

Charlie gave excellent customer service today for rodent exclusion work.  He was prompt, precise, professional and friendly.  He astutely figured out exactly where we needed work done with eagle's eye and completed the work thoroughly and explained everything he did.  Thank you, Charlie!

We've had Truly Nolen provide our pest control for the past several years.  Our previous service provider failed to ever get our bug situation under control.  It took a bit of time, but Truly Nolen finally succeeded in putting down a good outside barrier that prevents the critters from invading our home.  Today, Jody performed our service, and did a really thorough job of knocking down the cobwebs, spraying the required chemicals, and laying down granules, all while being careful not to damage any of the new plants that we've added to the garden.  It's this kind of careful effort that keeps us Truly Nolen customers.

The team of Truly Nolen has been absolutely fantastic. At my pervious residence in Fountain Hills, AZ, they assisted me with various pest issues. Everything from the assessment to the treatment and continued support in handling ants, termites, scorpions, rodents and kissing bugs was outstanding. My assigned pest technician was literally on call. I mean this is far and above the service agreements, but truly an example the team being dedicated to assisting with issues of the pest type. From my assigned oversight manager, on-site evaluator and pest technician my experience was exceptionally great. The Truly Nolen team did not make me feel alone with my pest issues and was always readily available and acted promptly upon my request for assistance. My problems were resolved and dealt with beyond my expectations. Thank you to the team Truly Nolen Tempe!

I can always count on Truly Nolen. Shane has treated our current home for the past two years and we never have any issues with insects in our house. He will go the extra mile to make sure there are no insects in the yard as well. He once noticed a small hole in the house that went into the attic from the outside, and was concerned about critters getting into the attic. He offered to plug the hole at no charge. Excellent customer service!

We've been using Truly Nolen for years along with my parents and grandparents, so we obviously trust Truly Nolen with our pest control needs. We recently moved and had a new technician come to our house named Tammy Schwertfager and she is absolutely fantastic.  Thorough, honest and personable; just what I like. Do not ever use truly Nolen for anything. I paid what I thought was the balance on my account, but apparently I still owe them A little over $100. Instead of calling me, or sending me a bill they sent me directly to collections nearly a year after the bill was due. Poor business practice. Most people if they know they still owe money will pay the bill as I would have.I just found out from a bill collector, not from truly Nolan

Aaron is professional,responsive, gets the job done. I guess the six- and eight- legged might have problems with Truly Nolen, but I don't!

We've used Truly Nolen for several years and we appreciate that they try to get the job done with minimal impact on the environment. We give a special shout out to our technician, Josh, who is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and polite. It was a pleasure having him work at our home.

Thank you Truly Nolan.... specifically my technician Tammy bc she rocks!!!  She is always out asap for me and takes care of the problem successfully. She has excellent customer service skills and we adore her (including my pet and kids)!  Thanks Tammy!!!

Regular service was scheduled for 2:00, when I planned to be home.  Apparently the service tech wanted to finish his day early, so he called at noon to come over.  No answer because I wasn't home.  They came anyway.  They rang the door bell.  No answer because I wasn't home.  They found an open gate and did the service anyway with no one home and without permission.  They sprayed potentially hazardous chemicals around the house, and left before it dried.  My pets were outside, and could lick the wet pesticides, and walk in it.  I was not here to keep them inside.  When I got home at 1:45, for the 2:00 appointment, they were gone.  This is rude and dangerous behavior.  They put my pets at serious risk.  They came into my backyard without permission, trespassing and disregarding my privacy.  I had told them about my pets, and not to come if I am not home.  This company can be dangerous to your property and pets, and they have little regard for their customers.

Moved to az 18 months ago from Chicago so we were not aware of all the pest concerns. Ray has put our fears at ease and taking care of every concern we had.   Ray goes above & beyond & shares his knowledge with us at every visit.

These people have treated our new house for numerous issues and they go over and beyond with the best customer service, detailed pest treatment, and informing you of what they're doing and why. I have to give a shout out to Truly Nolan and especially Tammy, the technician that came out to diagnose my problem. I can't say enough about Tammy!  She is personable, pleasant, and humorous along with being very knowledgeable in her craft!!  She knows everything and anything about rodent and pest control!!!  I just moved to Scottsdale and discovered that I had some unwanted critters and bugs!  I called Truly Nolan to make an appointment.  They sent Tammy out right away.  Tammy asked me a few questions and went right to work.  When she finished her exploration of my roof and yard she told me that I had roof rats!  I was shocked!  OMG!  Tammy said Don't worry, I will take care of it and went to work right away!  Needless to say she put my mind at ease and I trust here to the hilt!  Truly Nolan and Tammy are my go to people for pest problems forever!  I give them my highest recommendation!  Kudos to all of them but especially Tammy who works in the trenches!  Thank you Tammy!  I appreciate you and all that you do!!
