I'm a Realtor and the repairs were called out on the home inspection by the buyer.  I looked in our company's Vendor List and In-Ex Designs was recommended by several of our Realtors, so I called them.  They returned my call very quickly, came out the next day and assessed the repairs needed, 2 days later they  made all the repairs in a very professional way, they even matched the tile colors on a 20 year old roof!  The buyers were very impressed with the repairs, as I was!!  They were friendly, professional and very affordable!!  I highly recommend In-Ex Designs for ANY roofing repairs!!  They are now my only go to roofer for any of my clients roofing repairs!!  EXCELLENT SERVICE and GREAT PRICES!!

I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

Woo hoo, I bought my house a new roof! After dithering for far too long, I got a great recommendation from a friend and called Mike Domstead, 602-432-8733, at 1st Class Foam Roofing, 1stclassfoam.com . I can't think when I've had a better commercial experience. Mike was prompt and always available, gave me a detailed proposal and contract with what I considered a fair price, oversaw the efficient tear out of the old roof and  build up of the new one, and made so sure the cleanup was perfect that I canceled my yard service for the month. He provided copious before and after photos that made me very happy and he included a lot of not-so-minor things like building up an area where he could see there'd been water backup, coating my bare-metal a/c duct, painting the HVAC surround, and making sure the skylights were tight. If it ever rains again, I'm good!

P.S. Yes, that's an old TV antenna photobombing the pics, and yes, I still use it. Mike made sure it survived the roofwork.

Simply Green has been servicing my house for 6 months now and I'm very impressed with the results. Prior to my first service, I had been seeing large American roaches in my kitchen near the sink and in my cupboards (2 or 3 per week), plus in my garage and yard, smaller baby roach-like bugs in my upstairs shower most nights, as well as a pervasive amount of crickets in my garage and throughout the house. I had put up with these pests for at least a year or two, based on another organic pest control company I had used about 5 years ago who told me nothing we can do about the American roaches, they come in from outside. Well that's complete bs!!! Since Simply Green came out, ZERO roaches near the sink/cupboards/in the shower, and only the occasional dead cricket or roach anywhere else, including outside! I highly recommend their service plan. It's totally worth it to not worry anymore about when these annoying gross things will run out from their hiding places, scare the crap out of my kid, and turn me into an angry bug killer!

If you are unfortunate enough to have a pigeon infestation on the roof of your house like I had, I highly recommend you call these guys immediately. I made the mistake of putting out a bird feeder one year, but the seed spilled on the ground, attracting pigeons, who also fell in love with the hiding space under the solar panels on our roof. The disgusting mess and noise just kept getting worse and worse, until we had pigeon feathers inside our house.

The guy from West Coast Pest Control who came out to do the estimate (within about 4 days of contacting them!!) was super nice, informative, quick and explained everything in a way that totally made sense to me. He even pointed out that our neighbors had pigeon control wiring on the roof of their house, which I'd never noticed. This helped me understand what needed to be done.

The quote I was given is the price I was charged. The work was done within days of receiving the quote. I didn't even have to be home. Communication via text was on point. Payment was online and easy. My only regret is that I waited and worried as long as I did before contacting this company.

I will say, the service is pricier than I'd hoped but they did A LOT OF WORK. They took before and after photos. Our roof was DISGUSTING. An absolute PIGEON TOILET. Now it's pristine and all the little hiding spots are off limits. We've been blessedly pigeon free since the day the work was done and it was WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!!

Our roof developed a leak and had rotted fascia and other issues. Richard, Scott and their crew did a fantastic job replacing our 30 year old tile roof. They used only the highest quality materials. They patiently worked with us to find a 3rd color of tile to give the mottled look we wanted. Each member of the crew was professional and courteous. Finished just ahead of the monsoon rains! Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]

I loved that B&G  texted me within five minutes of my rating on yelp and made an appointment today between 4 and 6 PM. I waited I had confirmed the appointment and no one showed or wrote back to me. There were other landscapers that reached out but I told them that I already had an appointment today. Very disappointed.

My entire experience with Phillips Roofing was terrific. Bill,the owner, gave me a very timely estimate and explained the scope of the work to be done clearly. The work crew led by Henry arrived every day 6AM and worked like Trojans all day. The work site was cleaned up at the end of each day. Sam, the supervisor checked on the progress being made and the quality of the work being done and reported to me. They did a great job matching replacement tiles used on my 25 year old tile roof. The entire replacement of my underlayment and installation of three roof vents was accomplished in a little over 4 days. I'd recommend Phillips to anyone and they offer a 20 year warranty to boot.
