I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

Woo hoo, I bought my house a new roof! After dithering for far too long, I got a great recommendation from a friend and called Mike Domstead, 602-432-8733, at 1st Class Foam Roofing, 1stclassfoam.com . I can't think when I've had a better commercial experience. Mike was prompt and always available, gave me a detailed proposal and contract with what I considered a fair price, oversaw the efficient tear out of the old roof and  build up of the new one, and made so sure the cleanup was perfect that I canceled my yard service for the month. He provided copious before and after photos that made me very happy and he included a lot of not-so-minor things like building up an area where he could see there'd been water backup, coating my bare-metal a/c duct, painting the HVAC surround, and making sure the skylights were tight. If it ever rains again, I'm good!

P.S. Yes, that's an old TV antenna photobombing the pics, and yes, I still use it. Mike made sure it survived the roofwork.

On the recommendation of neighbors who used Monsoon Roofing a couple years ago and were happy with the service I chose Monsoon to do my roof.

Melvin and his team exceeded expectations.  For a fair price I feel they went above and beyond what I expected.  

Small details such as replacing small nails along the wood underlayment we use to hang Christmas lights and offering to paint to match eaves were noticed and appreciated.

Tino and Matt were wonderful. They arrived right on time and were thorough and neat with the termite treatment. They drilled holes all around the foundation applied the chemical and then closed the holes with cement.
My house got a 3 year treatment two years ago. No holes were drilled and it took them 30 minutes.  Tino and Matt spent a full two hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put back anything they moved.
Finally, the business part of Urban Desert is fantastic. They contacted  me after the initial estimate. They followed up with helpful reminders when appropriate.
I don't leave internet reviews because I want the smallest electronic footprint possible. I'm willing to expand my internet presence to compliment Urban Desert.

Wayne has been treating our house since we moved here in December. When we first moved in, I found a couple black widows in different areas of the backyard at different times, including in our breaker box. He did a really thorough job which has seemed to eliminate them completely from our property. He now comes by once a month to maintain our house, and it has looked great since then.

I originally called cause I found a black widow In my garage

So I signed a contract about 6 months ago
Since then more and more creepy crawlers are showing up

I called the office and they said that getting sprayed will force them out more

Well why did I get treatment in the first place of it just brings them out more

Plus I'm stuck in a contract

Why force someone into a contract if the service is good ?

Because it's not good and you need to pay if you want out

This company has no follow through whatsoever. Do not ever use this company. I am extremely upset with these people and decided to go with a different company. They seem nice on the telephone, but they do NOT follow through on what they promise AT ALL!

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]

Put a patio in our backyard  last year so we had them back to put a driveway in our front. Did a  great job again and we got a great price. We have gotten a ton of  compliments.

We noticed a small leak and call Bill Phillips.. He came out the next morning at sunrise.

The next day, being Saturday, he came up personally himself and fixed it. Very responsible for their work.

They did a complete double papering on a tricky title roof.
