Dan did a repair on our roof,  he did an excellent job.  He was professional and friendly and his price was fair.  I would not hesitate to hire Pride Roofing for any roofing needs!

I needed some flashing done on my roof and I ended up having these guys do the work. They were super easy to work / coordinate with and the end result of the job was great. They did the work properly and knew what they were doing. They were also the only quote I received that was reasonable as the others were nuts - 2x and 3x more. I was hesitant using them as they had no prior reviews but I knew enough about how the work should be done to make sure it was done properly. I'm very satisfied with the end product and will have them back for more work I need done.

We have had 2 roofs done by In-Ex. Our last one was done 8 months ago.
Amazing service, amazing people! I had a tree puncture the roof during a storm and they came out and repaired it - no charge. It's hard to find that kind of service these days.

I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

Very patient with my timeline. New homeowner with sellers paying for roof and the closing kept getting pushed back. Stayed in the budget, fast, and many compliments from the neighbors as to how well they cleaned up after and how great the roof looked. Came back later with the warranty. I have an uncle who has owned a roofing company for over 50 years in my home state.  I know quality work.  I did not know of a good roofing company here in Arizona.  I was relying on reading reviews and requesting quotes on Yelp.  A Foremost Roofing was very responsive to my quote and my questions, drove past my home to take a look and provided me with a reasonable quote to repair the tiles that had flown off during a monsoon.  They scheduled the repair the same week; the roofer was prompt and quick and completed the repair before I left for work. The pricing is reasonable, their work impeccable; they did an excellent job; cleaning up afterwards and leaving the roof clean. I would highly recommend them!

I signed a two page contract in March and was initially told my roof would be done in late April. On May 21st, I finally heard back and was told someone would be at my home in two days--I asked for a week delay because of household company and they agreed. I actually wasn't sure they were still going to perform the service. This is a busy company that rushed the contract signing (and we found an error they had to fix) but then took a long time to get back to us and schedule the work. The men showed up this week to work and were both friendly and polite.  They worked hard. I thought they went out of their way to be extra polite in fact. The owner had assessed the condition of my roof prior to signing the contract and giving us the final quote. However, after power washing my roof (BTW: which basically completely dirties your backyard and pool) and coming back to begin applying the foam, I was told that two spots on the roof had further water damage and some mold that they would have to remove for an additional charge, but at the end of the day they agreed to fix it without charging me. Let's say I wasn't happy and they agreed with me. While the employees were always polite, the less than five stars represents the need for better communications, contract oversight,  and the timely scheduling of their work. I do not have any reason to believe their work was inferior, however. And, again, the employees were pleasant to deal with at my home and came back to check and make sure I was happy.

I called Monsoon Roofing the morning of Oct. 8 due to water leaking from the ceiling in our front room because of the rains we had.  Melvin came over within a few hours.  Two other roofing companies I called never called back.  Melvin explained exactly where the water was coming from and that he could repair the east side of the roof, but since the roof was almost 20 years old and we were going to be here several more years, we decided to replace the entire roof.  He did not try to talk me into a whole new roof.  He was able to start the job two weeks later on Oct. 22.
His amazing workers were on time everyday and cleaned up after each day on the job.  It took 5 days.  They were able to recycle 90% of the tiles.  Eric explained to me that we only needed one piece of plywood replaced and if there were any questions to call him anytime.  I highly recommend Monsoon Roofing.  Super fantastic job!

We really like Urban Desert Pest Control. We've had them come out twice now and each time, we've been pleasantly pleased. The service, price and always friendly staff really make it easy to use them again and again. I don't give other pest control companies the time of day because I like the service that much.

Insectek provided the standard 3 feet up and out treatment to our house. I can't say their chemicals are better than what other pest control companies offer. It did kill bugs outside and inside the house. However, the technician did not clean up cobwebs around the windows and elsewhere like I was told he would. There were stills spiders all around the house. He also did not inform me of a wasp nest hanging on my outside awning above the door. Seems like a simple task anyone taking their job seriously would do. Instead of doing a good job on the pest control, the technician spent more time asking me to write him a positive Yelp review. It's no mystery that asking customers to write reviews, paying them $25 off their next service for a reviewer, and including links to review sites will get you more positive reviews than companies that don't put forth the effort. But there is nothing special about the actual work provided by Insectek and this technician (Parker?) did a less than satisfactory job. He was also 20 minutes late. Less than a week later, I still have insect issues and am out $100.

This company is awesome!!!! I recently moved out on my own and an exterminator was the last thing on my mind until I found wolf spider eggs on my back porch. Immediately I went on google and searched for an exterminator and Simply Green was the one with the best reviews so I went with them. BEST DECISION!! They got me an appointment 2 days after I called. Great response time! Craig was the exterminator that came to the house and was very personable and a very friendly guy! We chatted a bit as he sprayed down the house and he is an all around awesome guy! He kindly explained everything that he did, explained the spray they use making sure it is pet friendly and does not have alot if chemicals as they are more earth-friendly. If anyone is looking for an exterminator for a GREAT price!! Choose Simply Green!!!!!

Wesley came to my house early in the morning after messaging him the night before. He was prompt and professional. He checked for tell tale signs of infestation. Now in a cynical world, you'd be thinking oh this person just wants my money, not this guy!!! He said, nope you have no bugs. He didn't try to sell his services, he was honest like that. Local business like his should always be supported. Do not hesitate to call West Coast PC. Aside from being knowledgeable, he is also compassionate, kind and  customer-oriented. Thank you so much!!!

I have used this company in the past for small repairs.  Was happy to return to them for a complete new roof.  The workers were professional, efficient, and cleaned up the area afterwards.  The roof was completed as promised with high quality materials and workmanship.  The work team leader kept us up to date on what was going on and answered all our questions.  We are very happy with this investment.

I was so happy to see Adjust Pro Solutions knock on my door they are Angel's in disguise I needed a roof real bad and they saved me the hassle with Insurance they handled everything I just had to pay my deductible,  hands down the best roofing company in AZ.

I hate to say it, but I'm dropping my prior review from 5 to 3 stars. The reason being is that, upon prior completion of our yard there was not quite enough gravel to fill in one side at all (still dirt), and a few blocks of travertine had to be cemented along with a tree being replaced that didn't survive the transplant.

That was two months ago now and regardless of numerous texts asking when the job would be finished and several promises that it would be this weekend, next week, etc., two months later absolutely nothing has been changed.

The work done is great and the price was amazing - don't get me wrong! I am, however, extremely disappointed at what was promised has yet to be delivered.

We noticed a small leak and call Bill Phillips.. He came out the next morning at sunrise.

The next day, being Saturday, he came up personally himself and fixed it. Very responsible for their work.

They did a complete double papering on a tricky title roof.
