Daryl of In-Ex Designs was fantastic to work with!  I'm a real estate agent and asked for a roof inspection to assess the condition of a home my clients were purchasing.  My clients are first time homebuyers and the roof was a big concern to them.  Not only did Daryl inspect the roof thoroughly, he provided his inspection report including photos and an estimate for repairs needed.  He was able to meet us quickly and arrived on time.  In-Ex Designs is professional and extremely knowledgeable.  They are honest and very straightforward about the condition of the roof and repairs that are needed now and might be needed in the future.  My name and professional reputation are only as good as the referrals I give to my clients so good reliable companies are critical.  I was referred to Daryl and In-Ex Designs by another real estate agent in my office and won't hesitate to refer this company again.  In fact, when my client is ready for his roof repairs he said he wouldn't use anyone else.

I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

I signed a two page contract in March and was initially told my roof would be done in late April. On May 21st, I finally heard back and was told someone would be at my home in two days--I asked for a week delay because of household company and they agreed. I actually wasn't sure they were still going to perform the service. This is a busy company that rushed the contract signing (and we found an error they had to fix) but then took a long time to get back to us and schedule the work. The men showed up this week to work and were both friendly and polite.  They worked hard. I thought they went out of their way to be extra polite in fact. The owner had assessed the condition of my roof prior to signing the contract and giving us the final quote. However, after power washing my roof (BTW: which basically completely dirties your backyard and pool) and coming back to begin applying the foam, I was told that two spots on the roof had further water damage and some mold that they would have to remove for an additional charge, but at the end of the day they agreed to fix it without charging me. Let's say I wasn't happy and they agreed with me. While the employees were always polite, the less than five stars represents the need for better communications, contract oversight,  and the timely scheduling of their work. I do not have any reason to believe their work was inferior, however. And, again, the employees were pleasant to deal with at my home and came back to check and make sure I was happy.

BEST ROOF REPAIR COMPANY:  We sustained a roof leak at the point where a valley meets the main roof surface. I contacted a number of contractors via Yelp where most were either not interested in doing a repair or anything short of replacing the entire roof. I saw a small ad in our church bulletin for Monsoon Roofing and decided to give them a call. They were courteous and quickly responded. Melvin and his crew performed a perfect repair (I have some roofing experience). The dry-rotted decking and battens were replaced and high-quality underlayment installed. Melvin re-designed the valley so the same problem would not re-occur.  Melvin's interest in providing a long-lasting solution was sincere and impressive.  The crew painted where necessary and replaced broken roof tiles on other parts of the roof, outside the scope of the repair but at no charge. The cleanup was outstanding, the crew was friendly and informative, and they taught me much about doing a proper roof repair.  One has to be very careful when choosing a company for a roof replacement/repair as many of them are not specialists and often short-cut artists.  Monsoon Roofing's motto is Experience, Quality, Service - they provided all of that and exceeded my expectations.  THANK YOU, Melvin and Monsoon Roofing.

Best pest control company that I've ever dealt with by far. From Gina in the office to Danny and Chad (the rat whisperer) in the field....they are there for you at every turn. Our house had a ton of scorpions which I nervously just dealt with.  However,  after my mom got stung, I realized I needed to break down and get pest control.  Since then, I see only dead scorpions and they are only outside.  Adam has been spraying for us and is very friendly and professional.  He goes the extra mile to make sure the scorpions don't come out to get me!

Very impressed with Christian who was our technician. I felt at ease with him right off the bat, which is super important when having any kind of technician enter your home.

He was very knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. Personable, but also helpful. It was very reassuring and informative to hear his expert point of view towards our pest situation. He informed us of what we can do to best prevent our cricket/roach problem from escalating.

This company has no follow through whatsoever. Do not ever use this company. I am extremely upset with these people and decided to go with a different company. They seem nice on the telephone, but they do NOT follow through on what they promise AT ALL!

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]

Theses guys are terrible. Lowest bid? Yes. But they don't finish the job. I asked for new grass and pavers this is the mess that I'm left with. Said they would fix it over and over. They give landscapers and contractors a bad name. They will just change the company name and be back on yelp.

We noticed a small leak and call Bill Phillips.. He came out the next morning at sunrise.

The next day, being Saturday, he came up personally himself and fixed it. Very responsible for their work.

They did a complete double papering on a tricky title roof.
