I was selling my home and my Realtor suggested a roof pre-inspection to ensure the house was in tip-top shape. We don't like surprise repairs!  My roof was 25 years old and although we had never had any roof leaks(knock on wood), I knew I had a few broken tiles based some tile pieces I found.  I asked around for recommended roofing companies and I was shocked at so many poor experiences and high-pressure sales my neighbors shared.

Then I asked a neighbor that I really trust and he recommended In-Ex Designs for their years of experience, professionalism, customer service and craftsmanship.  The In-Ex Design team came out the next day to look at my roof and I am SO GLAD THEY DID!  

After a thorough inspection with detailed photos, the In-Ex Design foreman located two roosting birds in the corner soffits and the wood was completely rotted in the overhang!  This would have never passed inspection! They also found a dozen loose, cracked and missing tiles, as well as, most of the mortar packs(mud balls)were damaged or missing as they were not properly installed by the builder.  That evening we received a detailed quote with photos of all the repairs and a suggested date for when they could start.  I reviewed the quote with my Realtor and he too was surprised at the reasonable cost and how quickly In-Ex Designs could get the job done.  Within a few days they made all the repairs and matched the roof tile and mortar packs color perfectly!  My wife really appreciated the extra care taken to keep the job site clean of debris and no nails lying around.  The next week we got an offer on the house and the property inspection report came back with NO ROOF REPAIRS!  We were shocked! We are SO GLAD we used In-Ex Designs. They fixed everything and made it a stress-free process. I've recommended In-Ex Designs to all my neighbors and co-worker that have aging roofs or looking to replace their roof.   We even bought our trusted neighbor a bottle of wine for a great referral.  In-Ex Designs did an awesome job!

I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

Very patient with my timeline. New homeowner with sellers paying for roof and the closing kept getting pushed back. Stayed in the budget, fast, and many compliments from the neighbors as to how well they cleaned up after and how great the roof looked. Came back later with the warranty. I signed a two page contract in March and was initially told my roof would be done in late April. On May 21st, I finally heard back and was told someone would be at my home in two days--I asked for a week delay because of household company and they agreed. I actually wasn't sure they were still going to perform the service. This is a busy company that rushed the contract signing (and we found an error they had to fix) but then took a long time to get back to us and schedule the work. The men showed up this week to work and were both friendly and polite.  They worked hard. I thought they went out of their way to be extra polite in fact. The owner had assessed the condition of my roof prior to signing the contract and giving us the final quote. However, after power washing my roof (BTW: which basically completely dirties your backyard and pool) and coming back to begin applying the foam, I was told that two spots on the roof had further water damage and some mold that they would have to remove for an additional charge, but at the end of the day they agreed to fix it without charging me. Let's say I wasn't happy and they agreed with me. While the employees were always polite, the less than five stars represents the need for better communications, contract oversight,  and the timely scheduling of their work. I do not have any reason to believe their work was inferior, however. And, again, the employees were pleasant to deal with at my home and came back to check and make sure I was happy.

Monsoon Roofing did a great job repairing our roof.  They followed through on everything they promised, on time and on budget.  Eric, the superintendent was awesome to work with. Fair, honest and a great communicator through the process.  I will recommend them to friends and family and use them on other projects.

I HATE bugs so right after I moved into my house (literally the week of) I searched for a pest control company. There were no bugs, pests, or rodents in the new house but I wanted to make sure it stayed that way.

I have been using them for 6 months and other than maybe the occasional fly that sneaks in from an open door there have been no bugs in the house and no concerns around the house either. This is very impressive as it has been a long monsoon season and still nothing.

They come every other month and offer a guarantee for a free service if there is an issue in between services. Every time they come they confirm that there have been no issues in the last 2 months. I would be on the phone with them the second I spotted a bug/pest in my house but it is still nice of them to confirm that there were no issues.

The service appointments are quick, easy, and non-toxic to pets which is very important to me since my dog licks everything. They are well-priced, which is always something that I look for as well. All of the techs are very nice and are willing to answer any questions.

I highly recommend them if you are looking for a pest control company!

I had a fly infestation in our house. After days of trying on my own, I called to get advice. I had overnight guests coming that day and they were willing to come that afternoon (within 2 hours of my call) to treat the house and find the source. The tech guy was thorough but didn't find the source. I was a bit discouraged and skeptical when he left. But within 12 hours, they were basically gone. Problem solved! I appreciate their quick response time, professional service via phone and in person. They only sprayed outside my house as I have young children and didn't want the chemicals where they play. But it seemed to do the job with just outside spray. Also I used the yelp deal to save a bit. I will call them again!

I first used New Life Roofing a couple of years ago when I had a leak.  Of the four companies who came to look at it, New Life was the only one honest enough to say that it could be repaired.  Every other company tried to tell me I needed a new roof.  When I ha storm damage this week, I called on Tuesday morning.  Richard returned my call promptly.  He was at my house first thing Wednesday morning and had a crew out early Thursday morning to do the repairs necessary to make sure the roof would hold if there was another storm.  His crew was polite and accommodating.  I would not call anyone else for roofing repairs.

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]

Gardiel is fantastic at what he does.  Professional, responsive, attentive to detail and has a terrific vision for what a yard can be turned into.  He and his team were absolutely fantastic; timely and highly skilled. We love our new patio, landscaping, and turf front yard!

I have to admit that I did accept their estimate, which was just under what my deductible is.
However, with an estimate of seven hundred and some odd dollars, I was left wondering if it was an accurate one.
On the day that repair was made, the repairman took a little less than an hour to complete the work.
That much of an estimate for an hours worth of work left me wondering.
