We had a small issue with our roof and had Titan come out and look at it. Johnny showed up on time and addressed our problem. He also took the time to educate us on the cause of the problem and what we needed to do to maintain a heathy roof. If you are looking for someone who is on time, knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does, this is the company to call. I know in the future we will be using Titan for all our roofing needs. We recently had the worst monsoon winds we've in almost 3 years living in this house. I read other reviews on Yelp, called & spoke with Brian (owner) the next morning after I noticed our side porch had been severely damaged. Brian got me a quote by that evening that seemed reasonable for the roof replacement since the damage was beyond repair. Brian was able to schedule me in under a week & his crew arrived on-time 6:00 am & we're friendly & professional. They finished within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied with this company & would absolutely recommend to anybody in the area for any roofing needs

Oron and his crew completed a window replacement/stucco repair project on my home. They were subbed by Andersen. It took a few days because of the large amount of work that had to be done, and it came out great. Oron was attentive throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction, held to his schedule, and made sure it was done to his requirements.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.
we highly recommend Jorge for his roofing skills and integrity as a business owner.  We will definitely call you for our next project.

Over 7 years ago they applied a special pvc type material on my existing foam roof that has been excellent without any leaks or repairs.  Top notch service and quality.  Just recently had an issue with a sky light during a storm and Jim answered immediately and had his team out with a solution very quickly. This company was excellent from start to finish. Korbyn was very knowledgeable about the process and answered all my questions. The project took the estimated 2 weeks. The guys came on time every day, most days working 10 hour days. They were polite,,professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. So glad I called Paul at Sunland. Recently purchased an older ranch home with an original clay tile roof. Paul came out explained everything, was very knowledgeable and offered a clear plan and estimate for the work. Kept me up to date on the schedule and finished as planned. The crew was diligent and thorough, and cleaned up well after themselves. Roof looks great and should go another 40 years. Highly recommended.

I ended up working with Leal Roofing on accident. I had contacted another roofer via Yelp and it sent my message to a few companies. It's always a good idea to get multiple quotes so went ahead and provided my phone number to be contacted for an estimate. The scheduler called me a day or 2 later to set an appointment and said Francisco would come out to take a look.
Francisco was absolutely a pleasure to work with! He was EARLY for our estimate appointment, when does that ever happen? Everyone these days always keeps you waiting. He got right to work checking out where our roof was leaking and also did a once over of the rest of the roof. I heard him walking around checking things out even no where near the leak too. He quickly found the source of our leak, and remnants of a rat nest and an attic vent that the builder didn't have vented correctly. He gave a fair price for the repair and squeezed us in the next day to repair it before rain was forecasted! He showed me the before and after photos to show evidence that it was my roof and not someone else's by pointing out my hot tub, pool etc. I am adding him into my contacts in case we have any other needs in the future. Leal Roofing is absolutely the best.

Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. If you're looking for unprofessional these guys are the right choice. Had an appointment set up for them to come give me an estimate, they were an hour late and when I text them to see if they were still coming they said yes they were in at appointment but they were on their way. Ok.. fine.
Came and looked at my roof, never heard from them again. When I texted to get an update, see if they could take on the job, they straight up ignoring me. At least tell me that it's not a job you want to take on, ignoring potential clients is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will make sure to not recommend this company to anyone who asks. Terribly terribly unprofessional!

I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! They are very efficient, responsive and friendly-no complaints here, thanks guys!

After spraying flat roof area. There were white spots on our car... Randy came bye and explained that it was probably dust from clean up.. gave us $ to get the car washed... cleaned up like new
