We had a small issue with our roof and had Titan come out and look at it. Johnny showed up on time and addressed our problem. He also took the time to educate us on the cause of the problem and what we needed to do to maintain a heathy roof. If you are looking for someone who is on time, knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does, this is the company to call. I know in the future we will be using Titan for all our roofing needs. We have used VHB twice now. A few years ago they replaced our entire roof on our previous house and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Recently, we have used them on a new home to repair some roof damage following a wind storm. Again they came out right away and got the job done. I'm in the midst of acquiring multiple estimates to remodel our master bathroom. So far, FHR Construction stood out the most. Oron, the owner, was very energetic and came up with a few interesting remodeling suggestions. He explained the construction process thoroughly and a project manager will be assigned to oversee the project. Their graphics designer, Jeremy, then put together suggested bathroom designs into multiple 3D images. That helps a lot in identifying changes needed and envisioning the overall bathroom layout, prior to start of construction.
Also, FHR construction has a huge selection of stone and tile which is more reasonably priced than other nearby showrooms. their attention to detail, quality of products and services exceeded my expectations.

Carl came over almost immediately when we had a leak after a brief rainstorm.   He had his crew fix it the next day.  Because of the condition of the roof we had him reroof the entire house at a later date.  He was honest, considerate, and did an amazing job. He sent pictures of the existing roof as they worked.  We feel fortunate that we had the leak (which also included electrical damage) to warn us of the condition of the roof before we developed something more major.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.

I had Sky View install a PBR zincalum metal  roof on my house in Arcadia.  They did an excellent job, the workmanship was first class and they completed the project on time and left the space clean. I would highly recommend them.

I really liked their website and saved it for 2 years until I thought my roof might be ready. Set an appointment a month out, met with the owner and felt very good about the meeting. He told me due to stormy weather it might be weeks for an estimate. Weeks turned into months and I sent an email. The email stated that I wasn't sure why i didn't get an estimate but wished them well. No response.

The owner told be during the presentation that although he wanted my business he was very busy and didn't need it. I congratulate them on their success but regret them wasting so much of my time. If a plausible explanation comes forward as a result of this one star rating i will gladly revise it.

Can't say enough about Vertex. They just finished my roof and it's stunning. John who's one of the owners, Craig who was our account executive and Favian who ran out install crew were accessible, responsive and 100% committed to doing a first rate job and it shows in the end result. Yes there are cheaper metal roofs out there but you get what you pay for. If you want a beautiful metal roof that's made and installed properly Vertex is your roofer.

Paul and his team did a great job on the re roof of my home recently. They are a great group to work with. From post bid follow up to project completion. They were fair and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company is outstanding, Francisco the owner he is a very humble and straightforward guy. He checked my roof for additional damage and fixed everything. He definitely knows his work and backs it with warranty. His price was by far the best, I had multiple contractors come out who were way over priced or just didn't reply back on any quotes. If you need a roofer this the company to use.

Awesome customer service and quality work.  Had my roof re-done and received excellent communication from start to after project ended.  Quality in work is thought out and par to roofing industry standards I studied in other states and codes.  What sets this company apart is that they want to share their knowledge and will stick around afterwards if you need them.  Mike took good care of me, treats customers like family.

I'm not the type of person to give out 5 stars as I'm always thinking things can be learned from other jobs etc. However I'm very happy with what Heritage Roofing did on my homes needs of a new roof from seasonal monsoon storms and the great hail we are blessed to getting, the shingles were definitely damaged which I was shown at the very beginning when the owner of Heritage, Steve I think was his name, anyways he asked if I wanted to see what all damage there was. He was totally right about most of the shingles were almost without any covering.

Upon me calling to get a quote, Steve was prompt even with me being way out here in Cordes Lakes. Spent all the time needed with answering my stupid questions etc so I wasn't rushed to get the quote and him leave right away. I really appreciate that as it shows he's really sincere and genuine. His crew showed up on time every day and never slacked off. They worked nonstop. Steve did show up a couple of times making sure that things were going ok and if I had any new questions. I wasn't expecting him to show up as I had no appt scheduled but rather he just did drop in's on his own accord. Again living in Cordes it's normally to far out of they're way to do such a thing.

Now if I was to give any suggestions to Steve I think that beings so far out that he'd have his crew out here in a shorter working days. If I recall correctly, his crew worked about 4 or 5 hours each day but did get a lot done during this timeframe. I totally understand about going to Church and personally I think it's great. So I give a pass on that for short working hours on that day.

All in all, I'd not hesitate on him and his crew working on my families homes and trust me I'm very picky on that. That's just a testament on his quality of workmen's ship and ensuring things were done right. He came in under his estimate so he was honest about the charges. Nice since many contractors never come in under estimate but rather they find something needing to be done thus increasing their price.

Should Steve or his crew read this, I thank you again for the great work and the starting the job within a few days of my quote.

I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! They are very efficient, responsive and friendly-no complaints here, thanks guys!

We are so pleased with the roof that Craven Construction just completed on our home.  After much research and bidding we chose, craven and are we ever glad we  did.  The team was prompt, respectful of our property and worked quickly.  That cleaned as they went and left the place looking great!
