We had a small issue with our roof and had Titan come out and look at it. Johnny showed up on time and addressed our problem. He also took the time to educate us on the cause of the problem and what we needed to do to maintain a heathy roof. If you are looking for someone who is on time, knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does, this is the company to call. I know in the future we will be using Titan for all our roofing needs. I'm in the midst of acquiring multiple estimates to remodel our master bathroom. So far, FHR Construction stood out the most. Oron, the owner, was very energetic and came up with a few interesting remodeling suggestions. He explained the construction process thoroughly and a project manager will be assigned to oversee the project. Their graphics designer, Jeremy, then put together suggested bathroom designs into multiple 3D images. That helps a lot in identifying changes needed and envisioning the overall bathroom layout, prior to start of construction.
Also, FHR construction has a huge selection of stone and tile which is more reasonably priced than other nearby showrooms. their attention to detail, quality of products and services exceeded my expectations.

C&R Roofing is the only Roofing company listed on our HOAs recommended list and I am glad I found this company.

First used Carl when I found a broken tile shortly after moving into the area.  He was also the company the former owner has long used for repairs and maintenance.

More recently, had a small leak on the inside, Carl came over and within 10 mins and a measuring tape: accurately and impressively pin pointed the cause of the leak which was hidden under the roof tiles.

Clearly has years of expert experience of roofs, the problems caused by the original construction and time.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.
we highly recommend Jorge for his roofing skills and integrity as a business owner.  We will definitely call you for our next project.

I had Sky View install a PBR zincalum metal  roof on my house in Arcadia.  They did an excellent job, the workmanship was first class and they completed the project on time and left the space clean. I would highly recommend them.

Overall happy with the quality and work.  Terrible communication.  Job was supposed to take 1 week, ended up taking 3.  Each step of the way I had to text the owner for an updated and each time I got the same reply, I thought you were informed.  They were very quick to communicate the invoice however.

i paid this company $25,000 for a new steel roof.  The first time it rained it leaked water onto my patio.  I called them, they sent out someone who went up on the roof, did something and then left.  I assumed he had fixed it.  The next time it rained, it leaked again.  I called Vertex and they sent someone out.  He did nothing.  The manager stated to me that someone had been up there and had damaged it. Maybe the guy who put up my canopy.  I  told him the only ones who had been up there were his two workmen.  The installer who had put up the canopy did not go onto the roof, he used a ladder.  And I also told Vertex that I had taken pictures of this installer.   Now when I call this company they do not answer but disconnect the call. They do not want to hear from me when it rains.  It is still leaking and I guess I will have to get a lawyer.  I was over charged and their customer service is nil.  They are class A ripoffs.

So glad I called Paul at Sunland. Recently purchased an older ranch home with an original clay tile roof. Paul came out explained everything, was very knowledgeable and offered a clear plan and estimate for the work. Kept me up to date on the schedule and finished as planned. The crew was diligent and thorough, and cleaned up well after themselves. Roof looks great and should go another 40 years. Highly recommended.

Francisco did an amazing job at fixing a leak I had in my roof. He repaired it 3 years ago and it is still holding up amazing! He came to repair it right when I called even though we were in the middle of a storm. Really cares about his customers! Very professional and trustworthy!

Ron arrived on time the day of the estimate. He answered all of my questions and assured me the company would work with the insurance company if there were any large discrepancies between the adjuster report and our roof replacement estimate. A week later, we called to give them the job, and the exec I talked to upgraded our shingle a no cost to us. The workers arrived two days later at six am, right on time. They worked almost eleven hours that day, and arrived promptly at six am the next day. The clean up was immaculate and the roof looks awesome. I would highly recommend them!

Follow up to my earlier review:
They called me and explained that they bill using Quickbooks and this program doesn't itemize invoices.  Whatever the estimate is becomes the final invoice.  While I think this is a lame explanation and allows for overcharging I appreciated the phone call.
Regarding the difference in dates from when it was due to when it was sent, I was told it was a holiday week and not to worry about that.  I am concerned about this type of thing due to credit being dinged for late payments!  Oh well, what's a person to do.  We are at the mercy of these companies in this day and age.

I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! They are very efficient, responsive and friendly-no complaints here, thanks guys!

I needed my shingle roof replaced due to hail and wind damage plus it was 22 years old.  The inspector/adjustor from my insurance company came out and did a detailed written evaluation so I had a good idea what I needed before asking roofing companies for estimates.  I requested estimates from 3 companies including Craven and two others which were  large companies recommended by Rosie on the House.  The other two companies provided such poor service initially that I decided not to follow through with them.  

I had called Craven because a woman in my neighborhood had them replace her roof last year and she was very satisfied with them.  Randy came out 3 days later and showed up on time as scheduled.  They thought they would be able to schedule the work within 3 weeks but as it turned out they had one crew who had completed another job early and said that if I wished, they could start on my roof in two days.  The crew that came out was knowledgable and experienced.  

The only variable on the estimate was for underlayment which they can't see until they strip the old roof off but they did say that if plywood was damaged it would cost $70 additional for each sheet that needed to be replaced.  As it turned out only one had water damage so that was in line with what my insurance adjustor had told me.  They used quality materials (Owens Corning) and the job was done on time at the cost they had quoted.  Overall, they did a great job and I would recommend them.
