We had a small issue with our roof and had Titan come out and look at it. Johnny showed up on time and addressed our problem. He also took the time to educate us on the cause of the problem and what we needed to do to maintain a heathy roof. If you are looking for someone who is on time, knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does, this is the company to call. I know in the future we will be using Titan for all our roofing needs. Before I found VHB I had frustrating experience with two other companies.  No return phone calls and not showing up. I contacted VHB and Brian responded immediately.  He came to my house right on time and did an inspection.  He took time to go over it with me in detail. Later that afternoon I had a quote in my email. The quote was very reasonable and I decided to go ahead with the repairs. He sent me a contract that was signed online and we scheduled the repairs.  His crew showed up right on time.  They are very professional and hard working.  After the job was completed there were several options for making payment.  I opted for online payment.  Brian followed up afterward to make sure everything was good. I really appreciated working with someone who provides this level of customer service.

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

Carl came over almost immediately when we had a leak after a brief rainstorm.   He had his crew fix it the next day.  Because of the condition of the roof we had him reroof the entire house at a later date.  He was honest, considerate, and did an amazing job. He sent pictures of the existing roof as they worked.  We feel fortunate that we had the leak (which also included electrical damage) to warn us of the condition of the roof before we developed something more major.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.

Travis and Paul came out and did an estimate on my property for a metal roof  When I had the job completed it the metal roof was beautiful and is now covered with a 50 year warranty.   I was surprised to find it actually cut my power bill by about 40% year round and that metal doesn't heat up the way I expected.  The investment in my home is now protected better.

Ron arrived on time the day of the estimate. He answered all of my questions and assured me the company would work with the insurance company if there were any large discrepancies between the adjuster report and our roof replacement estimate. A week later, we called to give them the job, and the exec I talked to upgraded our shingle a no cost to us. The workers arrived two days later at six am, right on time. They worked almost eleven hours that day, and arrived promptly at six am the next day. The clean up was immaculate and the roof looks awesome. I would highly recommend them!

I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! Searching for a local roofing company to repair our roof, we hired Craven Construction to the job. Our reason for choosing Craven, was because Randy was very personable when providing an estimate, and he offered a fair price. His team got the job done quickly and professionally. We are satisfied with the work to date.  There was an issue with a driveway stain left by their trailer, and they came back out to do their best to clean it up. I recommend Craven Construction, and know they have had a few negative reviews. But they did a great job for our home.
