Have had this company since 2021. They have been very responsive to my calls found a couple of termite tunnels on my garage floor, John came
out to take care of the problem. He was very informative and answered my questions . Would request him again, if needed. All the employees at Action Termite are great.
Called because we had a rat roaming behind our walls. They charged me for 2 floors, but they did nothing for the second floor except walking around and checking radiators. The exterminator was pleasant and put rat poison, food and glue traps. This did nothing.
I had a very bad experience with this company. Holes were missed for mice from technician to technician. Every time I called to explain the problem was gone, Leah who is the manager started dodging my calls and acted irritated. Worst 300 dollars spent!
Very easy to get a hold of, quick, and efficient. Andrew Mendez who sprayed our house for scorpions was very knowledgeable and informative. Will definitely continue working with this company in the future.

I contacted Action Termite because they came up as one of the top rated in the area for pest control, I was able to make an appointment that worked for my busy retired schedule (that was a joke) Art Diaz was the inspector and he was very knowledgeable and straight forward on all items and covered all the questions my neighbor and I had for him and left nothing to guess about, I appreciate competence when dealing with someone who claims to be a professional and Art defiantly is. He scheduled both my neighbor and I for service on October 4, 2022.
On October 4, 2022, our technician Fred Flatt arrived and did an outstanding job of drilling, applying the product and filling the holes to where they are barely noticeable, I did tell him that I hope the company is compensating him well due to all the work he put into our homes. All I can say if good job and keep up the great customer service.
I had termites treated at my home while the drywall and bare concrete slab was exposed. The house had a infestation prior to the full remodel I did. The product they used was subpar to what I had asked for. I asked them to use termador and they said their product worked just as good. That was wrong! After about two to three months when home was complete the termites returned and were leaving tailings off my ceiling in my master bath. Their solution was to use traps they had to screw into my newly finished drywall. There are about 8 holes that are now patched on my ceiling that I see daily from this mistake of theirs. I took care of the termites myself when their traps failed to do the job. I used termador and the termites now haven't returned after two years of treatment. Save frustration if they won't use termador don't use this company.
Update the owner reached out and painted my ceiling to make up for the mistake. They are under new ownership and I was assured they now use termador. Thank you for making the ceiling right.

I used this company nearly two years ago with success. I recently noticed some evidence of new termite issues. I called to see if I was still under warranty and I was. In fact, I still am for another few years. These guys scheduled me and came early on the day they said. Eddie and his assistant were professional, friendly and efficient. They got right to work and took care of business and patched the holes they drilled before they left. Highly recommended.

Treated for termites in August 2022 and still had them in October 2022. They were more than happy to honor their warranty and come back. Since I am in the middle of remodeling, they said before I install the flooring, they will come back one more time and treat. Both people that came out were super friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend and use again!

I've used Action Termite & Pests since I moved here in Arizona 3 years ago. They are very responsive and reliable. My technician Fred Flatt was very respectful of my property and very pleasant and knowledgeable.

They promised and then didn't deliver! We were replacing floors and were told numerous times that they could accommodate our schedule to treat cracks when floors were taken up. They had treated the exterior and cashed our check and then we were on their schedule,which didn't work for us at all! We ended up having to pay again to a different company to take care of it. Don't believe this company and anyone who needs an exterminator. Shop elsewhere!! I absolutely do not recommend them! The response is sooo incorrect. They showed up at 6:15 AM!!!!!! They jumped through no hoops. When I agreed to go with them I made it EXTREMELY CLEAR that when the floor was torn up, they had to take care of it immediately. I was promised numerous times that would not be an issue. Use any other company! I was neither unresponsive and I never hung up on anyone. PS. This is the time they were supposed to show up
I was asked to provide a review, so here it is. Service was scheduled for annual termite inspection in October. We have no idea if he came out, because he never came to the door and asked to do inside inspection. I followed up with a couple voicemails that were never returned. As far as we are concerned, the work was never done!
DeAndre Whitmore is our service technician. He is always prompt. DeAndre goes over and beyond in providing personalized service. He ask the needed questions to ensure proper treatment for areas of extra attention. We are very happy with DeAndre Whitmore, he adds value to Action Termite and Pest Control.
I hired Action to help me with a carpenter bee problem, and they did a great job getting rid of them.
HOWEVER, when they continued to show up to treat around my home, I got confused. I called to ask them to please stop spraying for things I don't need. They informed me that I signed up for a year contract, and sent me a picture of my signature. When I told them that the tec did NOT explain this to me, and that I want to cancel, they basically said too bad. I asked them to please stop spraying on my property, but they ignored that too. Not only did they continue to spray (which I had NO need for), but they charged me as well.
I have called numerous times to work this out, but they don't care.
Before you move forward with Action, you read the fine print. Their tec's are very misleading.
Action Termite did a very thorough job in identifying the areas infested. The diagram that showed where and what action being taken was extremely well done and informative. The technician that performed the treatment was very professional and explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. Very satisfied with this company and employees.
Josh and Action do a great job and take the worry out of pest control.

Isaac came today for a termite treatment. He was on time and very professional, did the treatment quickly and communicated everything nicely.
We signed up for service with action termite one year ago. One year later, right on time the termites were back in our home, in our stone walls. The technician came out on time, was very friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. He had to drill into our Saltillo tile floors to inject the toxins, but he neatly filled the holes, you can't even see where they were. I would like to add that I'm extremely anti poison, I feel like we're here in the desert and shouldn't kill the local wildlife and mess up the food chain. That being said, termites on the walls in the kitchen is pretty gross and unsanitary. ?

Giving 5 stars for the customer service. I did not sign up for their treatment plan but did go through a free inspection with Roy. He was very friendly, on time, willing to educate and answer my questions. Pricing was quoted about $500 with one-year warranty or 5 years of $790 with warranty. There was a 3-year plan also, dont remember the price.
I learned that our HOA does cover termite treatments otherwise, I'd have signed up with Roy. He was not pushy with the deal and gave great advice. Would reach out for future if needed!
Action was very helpful and reliable when we had a termite problem. Our technician Isaac explained the situation and after care well. They even needed to reschedule due to the weather, but were able to come by first thing the next day.
We will definitely use this company for all our pest needs!
John was very quick and efficient doing a termite inspection and treatment at our house. He was able to answer every question I had. He was conscientious about where he drilled on the patio so you can barely tell anything was done. Now I just hope those little buggers stay gone! I'll definitely consider Action if I need pest control help in the future

We have been Action Termite customers for about 16 years and have a maintenance plan to keep the termites under control. An appointment is easy to make. The service techs either call or text when they're on the way. Isaac, was our most recent one. He thoroughly investigated the problem area, determined how to apply the pesticide and got the job done quickly. He was charming & funny but sad when he was warned not to pet the dog.

Terribly managed company. We signed up to have reliable pest control services. They consistently no show. Their employees are wonderful and they do a great job even though they can see the shoddy management. Apologies mean nothing by this company. Don't use them.
Termites are no fun but thankfully we have a reliable service group to help us out! Isaac came out for a repeat service today, we had them out initially to treat for termites, a little less then a year later we saw some activity and they were quick to respond and efficient in their work. It is appreciated, thanks all!
Best company I have worked with in 20 years. Always fair pricing and they don't try to sell you unnecessary stuff. They do however recommend intelligent solutions for pest problems you may have. An example was last year I thought I had Aphids just chewing up my lovely flowers and plants. My guy Johnny took a look and identifies it was not aphids I was seeing, but moth caterpillar poop. I was shocked actually, but when we inspected the plants sure enough those little green crawling buggers were everywhere. He told me some stuff to use to get rid of them and also applied some pest control as well. They are now gone. If you need a great company with excellent people and great customer service, call these guys.

Sadly Termites are a reoccurring issue here in Az. I keep my warranty up to date because of this. Action Termite is always responsive when I need them and techs are always on time and polite. Bill has been out a few times. Always courteous, polite, and on time!

Mike Boswell did and inspection on our house and found some termite tunnels in the garage. He made an appointment for us to get the tunnels treated. A thorough job for sure.
When I bought my house I'm AZ ewrly this year - the cockroaches had taken over. Action termite and Pest control was diligent in helping us find a solution to get rid of the cockroaches and AJ even made it an extra trip out when we still found some crawling around. No longer is it a cockroach world and we are living in it. Action Termite and Pest control has always been on time, kept in close communication with us so that we can put away our animals and has always been diligent in answering all my questions. I really would give no stars if I could. There was a termite treatment done at the very end of October on my home and here we are a month later and there are termite tubes (active) coming from my ceiling in my room. I then call because this is ridiculous that it would be less than 30 days and there are multiple tubes in my home! I spoke with other companies as well and they agree this SHOULD NOT happen. Then when trying to get someone back out here they are telling me it's going to be two weeks! I shouldn't have to wait when this shouldn't be happening in the first place. It's horrible when the job isn't done the first time. Clearly this was a poor job done.
Johnny was on time ,friendly, and explained the chemicals and process for our home. The value is great for our bi monthly service as well!

A review from another visit today. Pilipo came down today for our recurring pest control service. He not only answered all our questions but also educated about the few scorpion sightings that we have had. He took time to spray both interior and exterior, removed any spider webs and also checked for any entry points for the pests. Amazing service.
John Perez came out today and found where the termites are coming in so I am hopeful this will finally fix the problem I have been having. Other treatments were not working so I am very happy that It appears we have a resolution.
The new technician barely spent same time treating the property. Did not spray the block wall or the foundation as past technicians did. I quit them immediately.
Very thorough and knowledgeable... helped me cleaned the spider webs outside my house and in my garage. With the work they did, the value is very reasonable. The response time is very quick. New to the area and when I called Action they were super helpful on the phone at explaining services. They were able to send out tech Andrew the next day to treat my home and he was very detailed in explaining everything and making us feel at ease in a new area with different pests
On 8/8/2022 they came inspected my house and report No visible evidence of infestation from wood-destroying insects was observed then we believe and purchased the house. 9/2022 we move in and see termite. We call them go back for warranty treatment. Then they come but don't check anything inside or outside. Just ask me where termite activity and go do a little treatment. I'm very disappointed how they work, look like they don't care, come and gone like a wind. I know the pest control are professional, and they should know what they need to do, but in my case they don't show professionalism, didn't check the house first, didn't explain where termite come from, they only said they spray little 12 oz foam to the wall and termite will die in 90 days. There 4 walls in the room, with termites activities on the ceiling, how do they know which walls to spray and will terminate the termite activity. After see how they work I decided call another company. Yes they come and find out too many area termite activity.

The company was very apologetic for the scheduling issue. Jason came out for the termite inspection and my husband was extremely impressed with his knowledge of our floor plan and termite treatment.

I purchased a home that had a few years left on the warranty from Action and was able to transfer into my name easily and without any fees. Got some reminders in the mail that I was due for the yearly inspection and was able to schedule over the phone. Tech was onsite for 10 minutes or so for the visual inspection both interior and exterior. Easy to pay on the website for the service. No complaints on my end.
Technician never showed up for appointment. Called at around 5:04 after appointment wanting to stop by. We refused them cause we went with another company. The only reason I gave a 3 star is because they have provided good service in the past. The technician they sent needs to be revaluate and her no call no shows.
Great continued experience with Action Termite and their employee Heath. My warranty allows them to help when needed and they are always responsive as well as timely. It's much appreciated in this busy world.

We paid for a 5-year contract $695. Not once did this company contact us for maintenance, send an annual reminder for termite inspection or call for inspection appointment. It was our responsibility.
Needless to say, we had no service by this company during our 5-year, $695 cost.
Our physicians, A/C repair, hairdresser, water delivery, scorpion sprayer, car maintenance, etc. faithfully remind us to set up appointment.
When I just recently call Action, our contract had expired. The CSR was down right rude when I asked her why Action doesn't remind its customers. I think it's a legitimate complaint.
It's 5-year contract is now $100 higher.
When it came time to renew this contract, we received six statements from Action Termite. That's the only correspondence we have ever heard from them; no other out reach for maintenance. Very poor customer service. Main thrust seems to be just collecting money
DO NOT 0USE THIS COMPANY!!! After living in AZ lls told by this company th the offer HEAT TREATMENT I should have no problem getting rid of them LIARS! LIARS! Me not knowing anything about these damn things and clearly the company doesn't know either I believed them
Basically, after $900 in hole they were still there and only offered a 60 day warranty. Idiots!! That's how long it takes to find out if the problem got taken care of. Of course I call and the dumb receptionist pretty much said. TOO BAD your warranty EXPIRED. SMH They know nothing about exterminating!!! I wish I would have done some research instead of using them. Clearly I was the one used for $900. I put the 1 star, they were really fast to get over and take care of MY PROBLEM !!!
Shane is nothing short of awesome to work with monthly. He's always on time, texts when he is on his way and is efficient. He is a great face to the company with his personable and approachable demeanor. We've enjoyed having their service and have had no issues with the creepy crawlies. Give Shane a raise, he is worth it!

Action Termite & Pest Control have given us great service with prompt reaction times to our termite problems. I also love the fact that they send the same technician to your house every time so they are already aware of what is going on so you don't have to spend time explaining your individual problem to multiple techs. Action Termite and Pest Control stands by their products and even provide warranty service should any issues come up between visits. They make it simple and remind me when they're coming, I never have to call. They have quickly responded any time I had a pest problem. I'm not sure where I'd be without Action for the last 7 years, likely stung by bees, sleepless with bedbug bites, my home eaten by termites, and covered in ants. Having bought a new home, we discovered we had a cockroach problem. We called in the company they told us it was German cockroaches and they needed to come in 3 times a couple of weeks apart [total of six weeks] we had to take everything out of the kitchen and it would cost $300. We did as told, they came in, and at the end, we STILL had cockroaches. Called them, were told they don't guarantee their work, they would come in 1 more time and if that didn't cure it, we would have to pay another $300. Called in another company, they tell us 2 of the 3 chemicals used were for ANTS. WTF? POOR business ethic and bad customer service.
Buyer beware, get a second quote before using this company.

I recently put my house up for sale as I was moving out of state. I had been using their monthly service for about two years and never once regretted it. No bug issues of any kind. They worked with me if I had to miss an appointment and were always very polite and courteous. They didn't try to gouge me or the new buyers. Honest and dependable should be this companies motto. I only wish they had an office in Tennessee.
I have a similar experience to the review below by Jeanne B. but have only had my maintenance contract for 1year. No emails, no contact, only a $685 5yr bill statement at the end of the 1year. What company on this planet never talks to a customer, sends out a several hundred dollar bill and receives a high number of renewals. Answer? None.
This company doesn't leave me the impression that they are trying to earn my business. It's a shame because I'm also looking to add pest service monthly and it'd be nice to combine the termite and pest service.
Very unprofessional. Do not follow through when you call the office, They will tell you one thing but not do it. When I called the office and told them about the problem, the owners response was Oh well we F____ up. and hung up on me. Be careful to check your billing. They will not provide all the services that are being charged to you. Do not give you notice when they will arrive even if you request it . Just show up and lie and tell you they called.
Our landlord outreached them back in November when we heard a scratching noice in our attic. It was identified we had a rodent. Traps were placed and we've had multiple inspections of the outside of the home to identify where it is getting in. They have re-assured us every entry point is blocked; however, more than 3 months later we can still hear it and their excuse is that it just hasn't gotten caught in the trap. Terrible and unacceptable. I can only imagine how much damage it's done. There is no sense of caring from them and meanwhile we are the ones having to deal with it.
Beware of the Termite Warranty
They will go to your house spray for termites and tell you that you have a 5-year guarantee. I spent over $1,000 for the service plus 5-year warranty.
Now I get letters stating that I MUST spend $50 for them to come out and do an annual Termite Inspection or else my 5-year warranty will be null and void AND pay $185 dollar renewal fee every year for 5 years to keep the warranty??
I spoke with a lady at their office and she said I did have to pay in order to keep my warranty active.
I have never had to pay every year to keep my warranty.
There are a lot of other companies that will do the same work with a 5-year warranty and not be unscrupulous. This is not a 5-year warranty. It's a 1-year warranty that has 5 PAID renewals.

Mike from Action Termite and pest control just performed a complimentary complete termite inspection of our home . We found him to be knowledgeable, honest and sincere . When it is time to reapply termite solution, we are choosing Action termite and pest control for both expertise and value .
First time homeowner here, and the initial inspection was done during the sale of the house. They've been out a few times since to check the traps that were placed, and I was home for the first inspection which went very well. Yesterday, I received a call reminding me that someone would be out to inspect the traps this morning around 8am, and they wanted to ensure there would be access to the back yard.
This morning we unlocked our two gates to the backyard and locked our dogs up so they didn't have access to the back/side yard. My wife left work this afternoon, using vacation time, to go home and unlock the dog door for them. When she looked in the backyard, the traps were undisturbed, still covered by dirt/rock/grass. If it weren't for the fact that we didn't pay for their services in the first place, I would be finding a different company to work with right now. So, we'll continue this until the warranty runs out and go forward from there.
To be asked to make the yard available and to then not perform the service that is expected is unacceptable in and of itself. Furthermore, to take paid time off to ensure the well-being of our pets while accommodating the request, only to find out nobody ever went into the back/side yard is pretty upsetting. It was a waste of time, a waste of paid time off, and a general inconvenience. Beware that when it comes to these checks, you may not be receiving the services you should have.
Owners son came it and did a great job of explaining and comparing services. They came out the following day and were competitive with their pricing. Happy with their service and would recommend
My wife and I purchased a home and during the process Action Termite and Pest Control did the termite inspection. After moving in about six weeks passed and we found a termite tunnel on the front portion of our house. We called and reported it to Action Termite and Pest Control and they schedule a service technician to come out. We had the nicest technician named Johnny arrive today and explained everything and treated for termites. Johnny was a true professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company based on the service Johnny provided. Thanks Johnny for a job well done.
Horrible customer service. They give you no more than 24 hour notice before they come out. They don't care if you have plans. I have dead rats in my attic for going on two weeks now because of them. I will never use them again and will convince my property management company to never use them again.
I inquired about having something done about a woodpecker that was pecking on our metal chimney. Jason said they had an option but wouldn't guarantee it would work. When he arrived he said that since we had 2 chimneys they should put this device on both even though the woodpecker never went to the other one. Long story short when I called the very next day after install to tell them that what they put up did nothing I emailed, called etc. They never returned any of my inquiries. By careful using them. They will try to sell you other services, and if you don't take them you will not hear from them again.
This is the first time I have owned a home so when I found out I had termites I freaked out and instantly started looking up termite companies. Action Termite Control had come up with many good reviews so I decided to give them a call and it was the best decision I made!
The office staff was very friendly and I was able to get someone to come out quickly! The technician who came to my home was professional, showed up on time and was honest when it came to discussing the treatment process.

Unfortunately, my home has had termites before, so I've been through the song and dance of searching for the right company to address my needs. I've done the calling, having free inspections, getting quotes, negotiating pricing, etc. In my case, it was a giant waste of time. After purchasing a three year policy with ANOTHER COMPANY, and having countless treatments - I still have termites!
That's when a friend referred me to Action Termite Control. Scott showed up the next morning after my initial call for help and completed a thorough inspection of my home. Most importantly, he listened to me as I let him know what the other provider had promised, what they got done, and where I feel they fell short. Scott explained to me what Action would do different, and physically showed me some areas of the home that were missed by the OTHER GUYS. Scott also offered me Actions rock bottom price out of the gate, and it was far better than what I had already paid for with the previous effort.
The day of the treatment, Sean arrived in an Action vehicle, on time, and got straight to work. He helped me move some heavy items away from walls that needed drilling and even took time to sweep up the dust left behind from the drill. I've had pavers put down since the last provider drilled, and Sean was careful to keep the bricks from cracking as he got through them.
To this point, Action has delivered in every way to make this experience as painless as possible. The true test though will be in the removal of my unwanted house pests. I will follow up in 90 days to report if the termite activity has come to a stop!
Action Termite Control has been my go to company with any termite issues I have had. They are always so fast, professional & their warranties are the best out there. I recommend them to anyone that has a termite problem!
Action Termite has treated two properties of mine and they did an outstanding job both times. However, I just received a cold call from them trying to promote unrelated services for 911 Heating and Cooling. They appear to be business neighbors. I do not appreciate the solicitation.
Hired them to do a spot treatment, I was assured that they would restore/ re-secure the carpet... the Action employee rolled it back and said.. that's it.. once confronted he said I don't have the tool (kicker or stretcher) and that is not what we do..
I contacted the general manager and he basically said we are not going to complete the service.. I ended up finding a professional carpet installer and he had no issue restoring the carpet.. at additional cost.

What is it about exterminators in Phoenix??? From my experience two of the last three we used were not very good.
Home inspector discovered termites in one of our rentals. We thought it was old stuff but had to pay to get a treatment. Action termite is hired and they charged $800 bucks and spend a whopping 15 mins servicing the entrire home???
Worse yet, as the service man is leaving he informs us that it was old evidence and we did not need a service. Great why did he not do the ethical thing and tells us that first? Besides how do you treat a 2000 plus square foot home in 15 mins?
This story only gets better when we call the Dept of Ag and learn that Action termite had serviced the home 4 years ago before we bought it?? Apparently their service needs constant follow ups.
We called Action termite and as you might suspect they had no record of that treatment. Funny the Dept of Ag had one so we contacted the original seller and sure enough he hired Action termite to service the home and the warranty was still in effect. So we should not have to pay another $800 bucks.
Action termite sells warranties but does not come out every year to inspect so your on your own to hopefully find a problem before the damage. I gave a one star because the office staff was friendly and apologized for the mix up.
We were able to cancel the charge and advised the new owners to hire a more trust worthy exterminator.

RJ came to do our termite inspection yesterday. He was very professional, detail-oriented, friendly, and did a great job. We noticed that he was even more thorough than inspectors from other companies. No problems were found, which was great. He recommended us to continue with yearly inspection. Positively the worst company for communication!! Chose this company based on a remodeling project for a home we're going to be moving into. During a drywall repair, he said there was evidence of termites and he recommended Action. I chose them because they could do it the next day and we were on a very tight schedule. They billed our credit card sent an email and we thought we were done. The next morning I get a call saying a plumber was on the way because they drilled into a waterline. This is an unoccupied home at the moment so we had no idea. Call the office and was told it was repaired. They had no idea about 12 holes cut out in the drywall to repair the pipe. Then I was told a drywall person would be there the next day to fix it....so I assumed it was done (Friday). So I meet a painter there on Saturday and I have two strange men working at the house. Drywall guys were there with no notification and given permission to enter by someone other than me. Why was this not communicated? So they inform me that this will not be completed until Monday. My other contractors have now been delayed a week because of this company and NO COMMUNICATION! I'm now calling the people that were supposed to be there on Monday and delaying them. And why are all these people being allowed into my house without any notice to the homeowner??!! WHY has this company not called me to tell me this?? I'm beyond upset. Now I have a five year warranty with a company that I have no desire to ever do business with!
Mike, to you response, you were out of town. No, I was not made aware of any damages until you charged my credit card and the next day. This took place on a Tuesday and you were out of town until the following Monday. No, I would not have showed up to the house on a Saturday with a painter had I been aware that drywall repairs were happening at the same time. And the second drywall company (because the first did a shotty job), didn't sand the repairs. Called and told me my painting company needed to sand them which was an additional charge to me because it was considered a drywall repair. I would love to post the pictures of the repairs that were supposed to be acceptable to us. I also think your comments about not being responsible for any damages that your company causes read the contract was unwarranted. You came in and damaged our property and thought you didn't need to repair it properly. I think your customers should be aware of your business practices.
I originally hired Action termite because I wanted a COMPLETE inspection of my property. When Scott first arrived, he concurred that it was necessary to inspect UNDER my park model to determine if we had a problem. He agreed with my assessment that an brief external exam was not sufficient. I pointed out some minor damage that had occurred before another company had treated our home 2 years prior. Although there was no signs of current activity in that area, Scott then only made a cursory exam of our unit, removing a couple of panels and shining a flashlight briefly into my crawl space. And no time did he go into the crawlspace despite having stated earlier that it was necessary to determine IF there was a problem. He then stated their was no signs of termites in my home. He then proposed a $600 treatment followed by yearly $150 exams. He admitted he had not adequately examined the crawl space area but said that was not necessary as the technicians would look when they treated. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR A $600 TREATMENT WHEN HE HAD FOUND NO ACTIVE TERMITES and my home had been treated 6 months ago?????? Scott was aware another company had recently treated my home. While many companies offer FREE inspections, Action termite charged me $68 to come out and give me an estimate for treatment, despite having found no evidence of active termites. BUYER BEWARE! It appears their $68 inspection fee is really just charging you so they can market their treatment service, needed or not!
I just had an estimate done by action termite control. Jason was very friendly and informative regarding the specific needs of my property. No complaints there.
The only complaint I have so far is the cost of the treatment, which seems more expensive than most other companies out there (for that reason, I am only giving 4 stars). They do offer a 5 year warranty. They will then pick up the cost of any additional spot treatments that need to be done.
Jason and Ed were very friendly during the service. They were quick, efficient, and answered all of my questions. There was even a miscommunication and they went above and beyond to get it resolved.
Disclosure: They asked that I rate them for a minor discount, but I did give my honest opinion with no pressure to up sale the company.

I was happy from soup to nuts with Action Termite. I called on a Friday for a free inspection - they had next-day Saturday availability. Mike the inspector and Bill the tech are awesome. The termite service price was reasonable, and I believe I was treated fairly. I have confidence that if I have any questions or future issues with bugs at my home that I can contact them and they will take care of the issue. I also negotiated a reasonable general pest reoccurring service. I highly recommend this company.
I Had termits on the last home I owned. I called action termite off a recommendation from a friend. They were amazing they came out the next day and were very professional and CLEAN. So of course when I saw what I thought was termites I called them out to my new home. They came out and inspected my home and reassured me that what I thought was termites was not. Very honest company and would recommend them to anyone.
Our representative from Action Termite, Guy Avino, came today to take care of a termite problem. He and his assistant were friendly and professional, answering all our questions. They took care of the problem in a timely fashion. Action Termite has been our pest control service for a decade and we've always been pleased with their service!
Paul, the serviceman was accommodating and professional. Some confusing things in the contract/agreement that weren't explained originally were explained to us later. The treatment was just finished, so we will post additional in six months and then again after our annual inspection. This same company did the termite treatment 10 years ago, then a partial treatment 5 years ago. We were happy with them then and hope to be just as happy for the next five years.
Annual inspection. Prompt, efficient. Good company. Robert was great. They removed termites from our house one year ago. This was an annual inspection. This company did, and continues to do a fantastic job.

Had a full termite inspection and 10 year treatment when we bough our house in the fall of 2011. When we came back form a 4 month extended trip, there were two :casings in the main room ceiling. Called for an inspection the week of Thanksgiving and was given a late Friday appointment date which was canceled. New appointment for Dec. 3rd and they called before showing up right on time.
The Good: Agreed that there was evidence of termite activity and sprayed behind the baseboard.
The bad: They were in & out in under 5 minutes, did not remove the casings and didn't inspect anywhere.
The Good: I email and asked if this was normal and received a call stating that NO this is not the way it should have been handled and would I mind if a Operations Manager came to inspect the next day. Heath Greer called before arriving and spent almost an hour going over the whole house. He apologized for the unprofessional service call and walked me through where the termites were coming from, how they got access and how the treatment was going to prevent any more visits. He scheduled next years inspection, removed the casing and left me with a really good feeling about being protected from termites. Yes, I recommend you use Action Termite Control and assure you that they will make sure you are happy with their service.
Don't trust them! I was on vacation but had to get a termite report for an ongoing refinancing process. The report stated state there was evidence of previous damage (which was on the report when I bought my house 16 years ago) and that although no live termites were seen, I needed $500 worth of treatment. I paid $50 for them to try to take advantage of me. I called another company and received a clean bill of health. This company ripped me off for $50 and tried hard to take me for another $500!
Action Termite is a great company. They have been doing our home inspections for 3 years and they are very professional. Trevor came today and he was right on time. He was courteous and finished his inspection in a timely matter. We highly recommend this company!
Poor customer service on the phone. Maybe he was busy but he certainly didn't want to be bothered by my inquiry. There are so many other options in the valley, I will not recommend.
When I bought my house, my realtor recommended these guys for the termite inspection. They found a couple shelter tubes (old & inactive), so I paid them to treat the house and bought a 2 year warranty. Included in the warranty is a free annual inspection and any follow-up treatments necessary. Sounded good.
First, the good part: the treatment appears to have worked just fine as I have not seen any new evidence of creepy crawlies munching mi casa. That's good for three stars, I suppose.
But here's where I have a gripe. Last fall (1 yr in to the new house), it occurred to me in passing that I'd been here a year and that I should be expecting some sort of contact from the termite people to schedule the annual inspection. A call. A letter. Something saying 'Hey, you're due.'
(I don't think this is unreasonable to expect from a service-oriented company. Shoot, it's been well over a decade since I bought my car, and the original dealership still sends me letters saying 'Hey, you're due for your 150k service!')
I hear... nothing. And pretty much forget about it. Until...
Another year goes by. I receive a letter from them, Hey! Your warranty is up for renewal! I don't recall if the first letter contains (paraphrased) By the way, we'd love to schedule your free annual inspection! or if that came in the 2nd letter... or the 1st or 2nd call. Or maybe it was the 3rd letter and the 3rd call...
It certainly was in the 'Hey, your warranty lapsed but if you respond right away we'll re-instate it for you AND schedule your free annual inspection' letter, though.
Which, frankly, irritates me. A lot.
I will not be renewing my warranty with this company as my experience has shown that I'd be paying for nothing.
Summary:
Treatment? Fine. It was effective. I have no more signs of bugs.
Service? Awful. They'll ignore you unless they want money from you.
Warranty? I'm not saying it's a scam, but... um.... I certainly did not receive ANY value for the money I paid them.
Action Termite customer service and technicians are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They react to your problem very promptly and with the serious concern.
I made an appointment for a Saturday and an inspector showed up right on time. Inspected the house and explained how termites travel and destroy. He found areas of termites I hadn't even seen. A quote was given with several options and an appointment was made with my convenience in mind. The technician showed up on time and was done treating my house in a couple hours. I called on the phone to pay the bill. Everything has gone great and I'd recommend this company for your termite problems.

We have had Action Termite Control treat our properties and they are the best! They come highly recommended as experts specializing in termite treatments. I have been a home owner in Phoenix for over 35 years and know that bargain shopping for termite treatments is a bad idea. Watch out for cut-rate termite companies using inferior chemicals that don't last, or just save a step and call Action.
This is the ONLY company to call for termite treatments! I've owned a lot of properties and I've used several different pest control companies over the years and I finally found THE BEST! I discovered termite trails inside my home so I needed service right away but didn't know how I could possibly move several large and very heavy items out of the way. The owner, Scott told me his techs would assist me. Wow! So the techs, Roy and Mike showed up 45 minutes early and did just that! They were here over 2 hours treating my home inside and out and did an amazing job! I can barely even see the drill marks they had to do inside my home. They were neat, polite, and courteous. Oh, and I paid significantly less money than the Big Name company that I also received a quote from! Love these guys!!!
Moved into a new home, had movers take stuff out of our storage unit and move into the home. I found out there were termites that ate thru one of the items. I wanted to make sure there was no way to infest the home. Called Action Termite immediately and within an hour, they had a guy out to inspect the items. Looks like there was no 'live' bugs (as I call them) and reassured me that they would die in a few days (even if there were any in there) without going back to their tunnel from where they came from. Gave me peace of mind. Because my house was a newly built home and pre-treated to prevent termites from infecting the home, he (Mike) even went to go as far as showing me in the electrical panel with the sticker to the company that had the warranty for the house. (a competitor!). He was more than happy to educate me on the issue and it was free consult!! So even though he didn't treat the home, he was very educated and very nice!! I would recommend them to any of my friends/family if they needed their service.
horrible company!!had them come to my home to get rid of the termites but 1 year later they returned.and surprise i have another infestation so i called them again..oh were sorry your out of your 2year warranty...
eddy was just at my house to take care of my termite problem. he was great -- knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. i would highly recommend him. i've been doing business with action termite for many years and eddy was one of the best.
