OH MAN! Arizona people, you're so lucky that you have this pest company as an option to work with. I live in Los Angeles, and unfortunately could NOT get their services (being so far away) but I can tell that they do truly care about their customers. I spoke with their representative Elvis who spent some time to help me navigate my options for pest control alternatives to harsh chemicals. Even though he knew that he could not service our building in LA, he took the time and was thorough and detailed with his advice. He truly helped me and I am so grateful that even though he can't make money off of me, he is nice enough to care about a strangers health and well-being! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Side note... Before I called Green Home, I truly felt lost since Terminex and these other companies only solutions are to use harsh treatment methods that require us to leave the house for 4+ hours just to spray roach killer. I felt uncomfortable with there take it or leave it solution so when I ended up calling Green Home (and specifically Elvis), the conversation I had was so relieving!

IF YOU HAVE A FLAT ROOF DON'T EVEN BOTHER. At the beginning our experience with them was great. After $1200 and one year of them setting traps, cutting panels in illogical places and sealing the rats in my roof our rat problem has not been worse. They obviously no longer wanted to work with us when they deactivated our account without having the decency to tell us they us that they can't help. They say their work has a warranty on exclusions but quickly terminated the relationship so they don't have to follow up. They frequently sent the technician to my home without the necessary tools, even when asked to bring them. If you're issue is simple, they are probably great but other wise you may want to find another company.

I was having issues with mice in my attics. I paid for another independent exterminator only to get ripped off and the job was not completed. Whatever they sprayed didn't work. We still had very kind of bug and spider that we had before in the house. We called the company to tell them the issue and they said they couldn't guarantee their work because we had used a Groupon to pay for the service. I smell a rat! Beware.

We have used them for a while now. I have found that at least 2 times we have had them back because the ants or little bugs in back yard show up again within a week or 2. Two times now they have not shown up for appts. They said they send us a text but we do not text. I made sure they know that now. We have them come every two months and have not had a problem with them trying to charge us every month like some people have. The office help has always been friendly but one worker came out and apparently we had a misunderstanding because he left after doing just the back yard. He came back but refused to answer me when I talked to him. He is not going to service our house anymore. Overall the staff are friendly but the spray seems weak.

I've signed up and used this service for the past year and few months owner or manager very nice and customer friendly but there is a scheduler you g female that schedules appointments I called on 8/17/21 to ask if I can get an extra treatment scheduled for next month now as we were having infestation issue of cockroaches and scorpions she flat out refused to schedule and asked me to call back next month?!?! I insisted that the owners had assured us that if we needed a retreatment or extra treatment to just call and schedule it. I asked to speak to her manager she said there's no one there and that she's the scheduler and it goes thru her. I was so upset that she is a) treating an existing customer with such disrespect b) was not willing to resolve the issue or bring in a superior to talk to me about told her I would take my business elsewhere she said fine I hope the owners of this business realize that this person young female working on 8/17/21 as a scheduler is loosing customers for you with her attitude. Very disappointing

An update to this issue owners and manager reached out and apologized as I was told that is not their policy the scheduler was wrong I felt that the only way I could reach the owners was Thru a review as I was being blocked by her to talk to supervisors or manager. I thank you for your response and I am glad issue is being resolved as I don't want any other customer to go thru what I did. I will be resuming my service with this great company

I absolutely love this company. Their service and field reps are above par in so many ways. I have been with Green Home for about a year and this service truly keeps the pests away.. but to be honest I love them because they are always willing to work with my schedule if I need to move my service dates out. I never have to be home during the service unless I choose to be. My service rep Jay is one of the nicest I've met. Although I will say all reps are professional, kind and on-point! Would recommend this company 100xs over!

After having several near death experiences with scorpions in my home it was time to call the professionals. Honestly, I dread calling around and getting quote after quote from various businesses as my patience and attention span run thin.

Choosing Green Home was easy as they were my first call and Elivis, understanding my sense humor when I said I would burn my home down if another critter got in, not only laughed at my joke, but was professional, patient and informative without being salesy or using scare tactics like you would expect when these types of businesses want to up sale you.

Within 20 mins, Brandon was at home and completed the job in under 45 mins. He too was respectful and even shared his worst horror story with us giving us the chills (and a good laugh).

It was my only experience with them, but I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Like others, I found this company through Living Social. The deal was pretty good. The treatment they do is pretty standard. They all seem to use the same chemicals and techniques. You can sign up for a program of regular treatments and receive some discount, or just call when you want and pay full price. We are on a program.

Their office staff and technicians are friendly and efficient. They can just show up and do the outside and you don't have to be there, but I prefer to be there so I can point out trouble areas (e.g. ant mounds). If you have a larger yard the technician may not find them on his own.

i just added mosquito service to my regular outdoor treatments. The technician today, Ed, is friendly and professional. He explained everything he would do clearly. After treatment, he reported back that he had not sprayed the fairy duster bushes because of the bee activity. I was very pleased since we need the bees! Overall I'm very happy with Green Home! Just had my second service with Green Home. The time the technician spent on our house was incredible! I even saw him clearing spider webs from the eaves of the house. A job I truly hate.

Very impressed with this company! Called yesterday to make an appointment ASAP and Brian got us all set for today between 2 and 4pm. Brendon and Porter arrived just after 2 and they were fantastic. Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment and search for scorpions on our property. When they were done they clearly communicated what was completed and what to expect for next time. Really enjoyed having them out!

And their product is safe for pets and babies! And they guarantee their work for scorpions! Need I say more.

Refused to guarantee their work from the Groupon despite still seeing pests less than 2 weeks after their initial spray. Upon contacting the company, they told me they do not guarantee their Groupon sprays, and largely use them in order to attract suckers (er, sorry, customers) to their much more costly bi-monthly service.

EDIT: The owner, Jon, contacted me directly within hours of this review going up -- apparently there was some miscommunication and they DO guarantee their Groupon work, which is great -- I am scheduled for a respray very soon. I am temporarily changing this review to a 3-star, and will amend it further based upon what happens during their second visit. However, I am already impressed at how Jon explained the situation personally over the phone, and I look forward to seeing how they correct the ant problem I'm facing.

EDIT 2: My problem was handled, and my ant problem went away. HOWEVER, even the technician expressed some surprise that they were coming back for a second spray without me having to pay, even in spite of the fact that the issue was not resolved on the first visit. (This is a little telling.) I'm still considering Green Home for a bi-monthly service in the future, but it's concerning that both employees (but not the owner) expressed similar sentiments about resprays for persistent problems not being a normal part of their guarantee. Still, I have nothing but respect and admiration for how the owner Jon handled my problem, and I have no doubt that any future problem I may encounter will be handled quickly and efficiently as well. We have had this service for a year now....very happy with it. We came from California and we were very worried about scorpions. Our tech gave us lots of info on scorpions. He sprayed inside and out. He also put 'sticky traps' by all entries in our garage....he monitors all of them to make sure no scorpions.

I just moved into a new rental home and after 3 days we found out we have scorpions everywhere. I called and spoke with Jon, and Green Home Pest Control came out and eradicated those little buggers. Luckily none of my children were stung. Those things freak my out.

The companies product and guys that come out to spray are great but the communication about pricing and what you're signing into is very sales. We recently got our scheduled service done and because of COVID they tell us while they are here they cannot come inside to do spray; only outside... but continue you to charge you full price of what inside and outside would be. No one calls you to give you a heads up but have no problem taking you're money. Once our year contract is up we will look elsewhere.

First go with these guys didn't go well for me. But the company reached out and came back out and tried again. So far so good. A few ants still outside by where our back gate, but as days go by they are getting less and less noticeable. No ants in the house. The tech said give it a day to kill the ants inside, but by the end of the day their were no more ants inside. Still have ants out back on the patio, but we had big black ants and the little ants and the big ones are gone. But seeing the results with the big ants give me confidence to wait it out until the regular service. Also, not sure of its direct result of the ant treatment but the spiders on the patio are gone, even our wood stack out back is spider free. I will give four stars but I can't give a five because I feel like this should have been the results the first time. I will continue the regular service although the results have been satisfactory, not great, the treatment they use is safe around my child, my dog, and our vegetable garden. And who knows, maybe in six months after two regular services all the bugs will be gone.

I've owned my home since 2010, & I've never used any other pest control company! I've never had to. Every visit has ended in success, I've never had to call for a return on any issues. Their product is green friendly, no overbearing odors, safe, & still takes care of the problem. The technicians have always been super friendly, knowledgeable, & also understanding if your garage is a mess! We just recently had a visit from Brendan, he was awesome! Great with the dogs, made sure the gate was secure for them, going in and out. He was courteous, friendly, great sense of humor. He found the source of our cricket problem immediately. An extremely large spider was in my car while I was driving. I called Green Home (after pulling over, of course) since I use them for my house and they came out to help. They worked with me on the price since this was an eccentric request. My exterminator, Jake, was awesome and super nice. Well I've called at least 4 times to set up an appointment, and while the call center agents are very nice, and assure me some one will call to set up a time, I get no call. Bought a groupon for this service based on reviews, but this company does not stand behind what they tell you. We have a brand new home and I told the technician we had seen small black ants in one of the bathrooms. He sprayed the area and told me if we saw anything after the treatment that they would come back for free and address any issues. Well, days later we see more ants so I called for a re-treatment but the manager isn't available but he would call me back. He never did, so I called back the next day only to be told that they would not come back out because it was a groupon service call. Nice. Be prepared to get treated alright... poorly!

The company has exceptional ethics and are an absolute pleasure to deal with- from the owner to the professional technicians. My professional technician,Trevon, rocks. Hats off to Green Home for handling a precarious situation with utmost professionalism. When receiving our termite treatment, the technician accidentally hit a water line that was only a few inches below concrete on our patio. He promptly alerted us, and then contacted the owner, Jon. Jon said they would cover all costs to repair the line. He was extremely communicative throughout the process - I was very impressed! I have had Green Home Pest Control for 4 visits now and I really like them.
The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and prompt! The office staff are the same and always ready to accommodate any changes or takes care of any issues.
I had a few more bugs after the first 2 times (they told me this would happen) and they were willing to come out in between my regular scheduled time to spray again at no cost.
I wasn't crazy about signing a one year contract but since I really like them it's turning out to be just fine.

Worst experience ever with a pest control company, the only reason they are getting a 1 star is because I don't have a choice. They were very friendly on the phone when I called to start service then they came out and sprayed inside and out, a few weeks later we were seeing scorpions LIVE in and outside of the house, I called for an additional spray and they came out 3 days before the scheduled spray and sprayed the outside only again, a week later there is LIVE scorpions still outside the house on the walkway and a LIVE cockroach in my room! I expect to see dead bugs everywhere not live! So I canceled service and they charged me $211 cancelation fee! No one ever said anything about a contract!!!! I thought I was signing for the guy that sprayed saying he was there!! In total I paid $319 for them to come out and kill NOTHING!!!! Do not use this company!

Came out in October and serviced inside and out, used a coupon and service was great. Easy to set appointment and showed up on time. Family member also used service and liked as well.

Very happy with the service from John Nelson - a charming and young individual. He asked about particular pest invasions. and sprayed and laid glue boards accordingly. John sprayed all around the perimeter of the interior and exterior of our home - more thorough than other services that we have experienced.

As a result of this good service, we have signed up for quarterly service - with communication via email.

I bought a Living Social deal for GHPC last September to get rid of crickets and beetles. They provided prompt and professional service, but the icing on the cake came a month later. October is our home's scorpion month. For years we have found multiple scorpions per week--mainly in October and tricking into November. The entire fall we found one scorpion! Now that spring is approaching we have found two scorpions within the past week. I called GHPC apprehensively since I don't have a Living Social deal. They went above and beyond offering me a discount on their normal one-time service fee.

Service we purchased included two follow-up visits, scheduled 2nd visit, because of the fumigation had to make arrangements to be home and get sitters for the pets. They never showed up for the appointment. No call, no txt saying they were running late, nothing. We called twice and still no response. **Removed a potion due to follow-up**

Follow-up, there was a scheduling mishap. Jon, reached out and made it right. They ended up coming lat past working hours and showed concern and remorse. Things happen, and went beyond to make it better. We appreciate that.

I woke up and found a sewer roach on my staircase!! First time I have found any roaches in my home ever!! I called Green Home and they were going to come out in the next three days. I am pregnant and with my due date tomorrow I asked if there was any way they could squeeze me in today and that I would be willing to pay more. They moved stuff around and got me in the same day without a fee at all!! The technician Michael that came out was super nice, didn't try to upsell me on anything but was able to talk to me about any problem areas! I will definitely use again and appreciate the professional, quick service. I will mention I bought this off of a Groupon so the fact that the company still went above and beyond shows their commitment to their customers! Highly recommend! :)

With small children it's important for me to have a pest control service. It's even better when they are green. Workers are always friendly and professional. Their staff answers calls quickly and are easy to work with. Happy to be using them for my pest control services.

As promised when they came back to do the free spray I would update my review. I had a crazy amount of spiders all over my backyard and needed them to come back and kill them off. They were on time and did a decent job. The tech got rid of all the webs and sprayed inside, outside, and in the garage. He also gave us a couple free sticky traps that he placed in the garage. The customer service by a guy name Tim was excellent and he informed me of all their available packages. He suggested a few things as well so that I could get the most service for my money. I recommend this company.

Green home pest control is a great company to use for your pest control needs. From the person who answers the phone to the person who comes to spray your house, every one is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job and offer great discounts when you sign up for service that extends through the year. Before I used green home pest control I had a few spiders and crickets around my house and I have received 3 treatments so far and have not seen any other these bugs so it must be working!!

We bought a Living Social deal for Green Home Pest Control because we saw a few scorpions inside our house and one stung our cat who had an allergic reaction and needed 2 emergency vet visits. We also have a couple young children. First it was difficult to reach Green Home Pest Control and I needed to leave a few messages. When we did get in touch, they were very busy and we needed to book an appointment several weeks out. When they came, the technician was nice, but he did not ask about specific areas to focus on, so I just told him areas we had seen the scorpions. The service time was quite short for our large house. Within a week of service we continued to see scorpions. I called to ask if there was a guarantee for service, but since it was a Living Social deal they could not offer a guarantee. They said scorpions are a little harder to get rid of. Unfortunately, we will not be using them again.

Unbelievably fantastic service by my technician, Alex. My initial visit had to be rescheduled twice due to rain (not typical in early June). As my appointment slot was coming to a close, I contacted the office and spoke with a very nice gentleman. He said Alex was at the job right before mine and he'd have him call me. Alex called two minutes later and explained he'd be another hour. He asked if I wanted him to come that evening or he would come on Saturday, his day off, any time that would work for me. What? Not only did he give me the choice but he was super nice. I opted for early Saturday am and he came right on time. Alex has a great personality, he acts like an owner and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why as I am not up on pest control. Alex went above and beyond for his customer and that impressed me beyond words (well, okay still found words). That's old-fashioned, my word is my bond service. You don't see that much anymore. I am a Green Home Customer for life! Alex, you rock!!

I love Green Home Pest Control! Not only is their product Green, safe for humans and my pets, but it is the best product for getting rid of unwanted insects than any toxic product I've ever used either by a service or personally. Everyone from the schedulers and the person who services my home has been so professional, accommodating and helpful. I have to speak to the review I just read about the person unhappy and trying to get rid of scorpions. I was born in Phoenix and lived in AZ my entire life -- and any pest control service (green or toxic) will tell you that the products do not usually kill scorpions (unless if you maybe spray it right on them). You have to kill their food supply, which is other insects, and then the scorpion will go hunting elsewhere. It takes a while to get rid of the other insects - not just one treatment. We live in a desert and scorpions have been here a lot longer than us. Anyway - I am completely happy with Green Home Pest Control and would and have recommended them to others.
