Look elsewhere for help with your AC or heating ! These people are scam artists. They are over priced and looking to make an extra buck! The service guys had horrible body odor, very unprofessional and looked very grungy. I should have looked around more for help!

Quick response and even came out on a Sunday morning! Was able to diagnose what was wrong with our fridge and was very honest with the repair and cost. Unfortunately, the repair would be more than what we paid for the refrigerator but he gave us great places and recommendations on where to purchase a new one and what brand(s) were good!

I have had multiple issues with this company keeping their scheduled times. They never have the decency to call and inform me that they are running late due to someone's A/C was broken down. I am always the one to call and ask about why no one has come and that's when they inform me of their emergency calls they on on. I even seem to be writing down the wrong time as I schedule my appointment or they are changing it with out my knowledge because today I was expecting them to be at my house between 10-1pm and when know one showed I called and they said that I was scheduled for 12-3 on their computer. I am pretty sure that was not the case as I added my appointment to my calendar right after I got off the phone with them. Either way I learned that they wanted to move my time back anyways because once again somebodies A/C was broke down. Now I understand that they need their air more then I need my check up but my concern is that they never call to explain what is going on and leave you sitting at you home thinking earthing is going as planned/scheduled and it is certainly not. This happened to me three times last summer and this is my first attempt this summer with the same results last year. I would not recommend Rescue One Air for your service contract needs and will not be using them once my service contract ends. I would like to take a moment to say that while I was displeased with how things came about today, I was very pleased with the owner giving me a call to try to make things right. I would like to say that I never had a bad experience with their service techs, they have always been very professional and friendly. My hope is that in the future I would get the call informing me when of if there is a delay with showing up for schedule services. Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

Todays date June 24, 2022. Just had this company service my system for two reasons: 1) Routine Maintenance of my 2 Units (1X 5 Ton / 1X 3 Ton 16 SEER Trane) since I had them installed in 2019 and no services done since. 2) two upstair rooms 6 degrees warmer than other rooms so inconsistent temperatures.

Overall Service: I thought the service was very reasonable considering what was needed. I didn't have anything to complicated or have of emergency.

Diagnosis Results: Philip immediately found the issue which turned out to be when the original company installed my systems, they come Pre-Charged but only for runs up to 15' and since mine was just over 25' then moment I turned on my new units the system was under charged. My air temperature prior to being Re-Charged was 61 degrees and after being ate-Charged was 48-50 degrees. He didn't try to over sell the issue which is almost always a sign of dishonesty and a sign of hearing a high $$$ follow.

Cost: The cost was high in my opinion and I know there is an argument for the cost of a new system had I not received this maintenance and service would be much higher. Total cost for servicing 2x Units, 2.5 lbs of 410A, and Labor was $679.89

Final Overview: Honest with diagnosis of issue, went over cost prior to performing the service, showed me actual readings of diagnostic equipment being used, didn't attempt to add additional cost or services and simply addressed what I called for. I would use again but would familiarize myself with current cost of HVAC services to prevent sticker shock or negotiate some payment plan with Society Air prior to.

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

They installed at Nema 14-50 outlet for my Tesla. Wade and Bill are fantastic! I highly recommend them!

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Cannot say enough great things about turn key mechanical! They were responsive, polite and answered all of my many questions. I will use them again and refer them to anyone looking. They gave me an accurate quote and faster service than any of the other dozen companies I contacted. Best service ever.

Casey was able to fix a thermostat problem over the phone!  He has so much know-how in his head that he can tap into that storehouse and fix things via phone!  He was so smart and patient that I decided to have him look into my whole system.  I always put off upkeep in fear of huge padded bills, but he's a straight shooter.  A real pleasure to work with.

Desert Sky AC was sent to service our HVAC unit by our Home Warranty company. We learned that while we do not like our Home Warranty company, we really liked Desert Sky. Matthew was our technician. He was on time, professional, friendly, and patient... As he answered ALL of my questions without a hint of frustration. He was thorough in his work and what we thought could be a very costly visit, he actually pinpointed another culprit in the mechanics of our unit and was able to repair it on the spot. We appreciated his honesty and we will absolutely call on him again in the future. In an industry where there tend to be more scams than not, it was refreshing to have someone knowledgable and truthful taking care of us.

Called Schiller out to preform preventative maintenance on my rooftop unit. Jason did well beyond my expectations as always. Very knowledgeable and doesn't beat around the bush when there is something that needs attention. He got my condensation line fixed, coils cleaned out, thermostat wire changed, sealed the chute feeding the house, and cleaned the unit up very nicely! Now we are ready for the summer without the fear of breaking down. I felt that the overall cost was well within reason and quality of work preformed was spectacular. I would highly recommend Schiller to anyone who needs a reliable, reasonable, and knowledgeable HVAC Company. Keep up the great work!

Soooo, yeah... Here goes my 2 experiences within a 9-year period in my FH home (haven't moved).

Let me first provide a quick overview of a little history background to paint a better picture - bear with me on this.

Air conditioner died a few years after I bought my Fountain Hills home (2011) in late summer September 2013 suddenly. Ok, that was a pretty shitty day because of circumstances, right? I called Discount Air Care and decided to work with them due to quote, timeframe and being local business.

Mike Jones did a great job as he assessed my unit was truly unrepairable so hauled it away, as well as installed a new AC unit along with other necessary steps. My bill for everything was $4,200.00 back on 9/2013. This also included a 10-year parts warranty as well as 1-year labor warranty. More than fair, I felt back then!!

Fast forward to May 18, 2022. Weather getting toastier and AC decides it doesn't want to deliver frosty air in my home (only warm air!). My BF, dad and myself do our best to troubleshoot but no success. The belt on outside unit was running fine and had sufficient power but wasn't converting cool air properly.

Called/emailed that day and procured a technician to come out following day 5/19. Great! I also let them know I was still under the 10-yr parts warranty and provided dates/invoice.

Packed up cat/boyfriend that night to shack up at his (cool) house and asked dad to meet technician following day since he's also retired in FH. No problem!

No major issues were found; just bad capacitor on the unit condenser. Fixed and was done quickly. Charged $310.00. Asked about being under the parts warranty to help out with bill and was told essentially that it was my fault for not changing air filters more frequently and wouldn't be covered. What?!? Total bullshit, in my opinion.

I guess I'm grateful that it wasn't anything more serious and costly, but it's the sheer principle of refusing to honor a client being under a 'true' warranty (I kept a copy of the entire document). Didn't appreciate outright refusal and being lectured on changing filters at least 1x/month, plus an annual on-site visit from them for a health check. Psshhh - whatever.

Note: if you pay w credit card, they mark up by 3%. I asked how else I could pay bill in avoiding this little charge. Was told I could mail a check or drop a check at the office. Okayyyy, haven't written a check in several years but ok- will write check and deliver in person. I don't trust mail service anymore with stuff like this. Went to try and deliver but address put me at the UPS Store by Safeway?! Apparently, they don't even have an office but receive their mail at UPS so it was delivered finally. Why didn't he mention this on the phone? Haha - very odd and unprofessional.

Time for a new AC vendor in the future...

Matt is a very honest person.  He made it very easy to understand and explained everything.  Matt should be recognized and rewarded for being such a great representative of Chandler Air...Matt is a great asset to this company. 5 stars for sure!
