My wife and I came back home from a Labor Day vacation and we arrived home around 3pm. We turned our thermostat down and noticed that after an hour the house had not cooled at all. I went outside to check on the unit and it was on but the fan was not spinning.
It being Labor Day Holiday I figured no one would be responsive regarding our malfunctioning AC...Mike from Cooler Tymes to the rescue.
First he responded quickly and gave me some good over the phone diagnosis. Then he was available to come out the very next morning at 7am. He fixed the issue in a Jif and his price was extremely reasonable. He was also nice enough to give me some maintenance tips and explained his repair process!
If you need any AC repair or maintenance, Mike is the person to contact. He is an honest business owner with integrity.
I just became a lifetime Cooler Tymes customer.
We have used this company before with ok results - requested a service and cleaning of A/C unit. Was quoted a price but when he completed the work he increased the bill (classic Bait and Switch tactic) by $20 for removal of the outside cover prior to cleaning. Will switch to someone else in the future.

Came home from vacation to find one of our units wasn't working and it was 112 outside, terrible time to have that happen. Contacted Mike through Yelp on Sunday night and he was out first thing the next morning. He diagnosed the problem, picked up the correct parts and had it repaired before lunch the same day, on top of that the price was reasonable. One of my outdoor AC condensers was not cooling the downstairs portion of the house. Had an HVAC company come and diagnose the situation and they told me that there's a leak and to determine where it was coming from they'd have to do a leak test with dye and cost would be close to $1000 and proceeded to tell me cost could increase to around $3000/4000 to repair the leak. I asked what a new unit would be....$9000 or more.
I'm the type of person that gets other quotes to compare and had other HVAC companies lined up to come and give me quotes. Mike with COOLER TYMES said he could be at my house after he was done with another job. He came by at the time he said, accessed the outdoor unit and told me there was a leak on the cooper tubing and said he could repair the leak or, replace the entire outside unit. After discussing all options, I decided to have the unit (2005) replaced. Mike came back the next morning (6am) with a sweet looking Lenox and had that bad boy installed in time for the family to wake up to a cool house! Mike is now my go-to HVAC guy for annual maintenance and uh-oh calls on both my AC units. So, Mike, thank you so much for working me into your schedule......YOU ROCK!!!
We had a leak coming from out ceiling in the office and was told that we needed to have our AC repaired. I requested a quote through yelp and one of the companies came in and quoted me 11k to replace the unit saying our AC was too told to get spare parts. Luckily I had Mike already scheduled to come in to also do an estimate. Not only did he immediately tell me it was not our AC unit but a leak in the roofing, he went back to ensure this was the case. I would 100% recommend Mike for being honest and doing his due diligence. At $85 for the service call, it was well worth the savings. Thanks Mike!

Ten years ago Mike sold me a Trane air conditioner to replace my builders grade unit. This week the coil sprung a leak. He found and patched the problem to get the house cold again. He also found out the coil was still under warranty.
My son is a house inspector. He said replacing the coil just before the warranty expired is about as good as it gets.
Thanks for another save Mike. Your incredible effort to keep my house cool was way beyond expectations. As an old guy self quarantined your help makes a huge difference. Thanks for wearing a mask while doing the service. Get an IV and stay safe!

Mike stands behind the products he sells and installs. My 6 yr old Frigidaire high efficiency unit was not cooling at all after a monsoon rolled in over July 4 weekend. While it took a couple days to get on his busy schedule, he got it reset and it is working fine presently. I was impressed that he had the manufacturer on the line to talk through the problem, since it isn't a brand that he installs anymore. Knowledgable and personable.

Mike is the absolute best. I've had him out several times for service and thermostat installs and just checking weird noises. He educates his customer and really knows his craft and he is super honest and responsive. It's always better to hire someone with their own business where they do the work and take pride. We need more businesses like this.

Our service man Mike Greco showed up on time and kept in touch earlier in the day via text. He did a yearly AC check up and everything was fine and the price was great.

I cannot recommend Cooler Tymes enough. Mike is fast and wonderful to deal with. He speeds things up by asking for pictures by text and comes prepared to solve your problem. He was my 4th call a few years ago when my A/C stopped blowing cold. He assessed the issue over the phone and with my pics of the unit he was able to give fair, honest options without pressure. All was solved two days later...impressive for a full compressor swap. Also $750-$1000 cheaper than the other 3. Years later his work is holding up top notch with zero issues. Over the weekend, my HVAC unit started struggling to keep the house cool, blowing hot air. Mike Greco came out, diagnosed the problem within minutes and had the motor / capacitor replaced within an hour.
He's super knowledgeable; walked me through his process, showed me why the old parts were failing and even cleaned up the unit, inside and out. He's got my future business for yearly checkups and anything that goes wrong. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately my AC stopped working. Mike answered the call and made time in his schedule to come take a look at it. It wasn't repairable but he was able to get it replaced by the afternoon. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Mike and his was the best I have ever seen in a Company that has such great service and repairs.
Let me tell you about the estimates. Called 8 different companies even Costco. From 23 to 13 thousand for two units.
Every estimator was told the same thing, the units where install 2001, 2200 hundred square feet,and one room was cold during the winter where the others were heated.
that the estimator should tell us what we needed. Out of the eight two of the estimators were the owners. only two got a ladder and went to the attic to look at the job.
I can go outside myself and look at the a/c units.
Only two estimator went into the attic to look at the furnaces. Only two the owners /worker came out to speak to us. The sales pitch was so great that this I will do for you.
Only one explained everything to detail. Cooler Tymes was referred to me by a new neighbor for I am thankful that is why I am referring Mike Greco of Cooler Times.
He told me he would be there he was, Whenever I called Cooler Tymes Mike would answer. I in a way forgot to meet with him to go over the estimate if I had any concerns.
He called to to set up the second meet I did not return his calls. A few days later I called him that to wait till I call him back in about a week.
Never asked or pried or pushed , in seven days. I called him to make another appointment to meet. Well we sign the contract gave him a deposit and Schedule a install date.
Installation day, seven people including Mike at schedule time arrives. Every person on this crew was wearing a Cooler Times work shirt. Every man knew what his job
was. It looked like a well planned battle plan. everyone worked including the boss (Mike Greco). Was very impressed at three pm they all left for the day. At 3:45pm the drywall guy pulls up.
He comes in to touch up any drywall repairs that are needed. Amazing. The following day Mike and one employee come to setup and to teach us how to use the IQ thermostats.
This guy is 100% customer Satisfaction! I am from Chicago and to this date have never seen anyone this good. Thank you Mike Greco and Cooler Tymes. A job very well done.

I am retired and will spend the rest of my time in the true Sunshine state and Cooler Tymes, and Mike Greco, will be my A/C place.

Mike with Cooler Tymes dictates exactly what he says as he does the job right the first time! We had a home warranty that came out a year ago which didn't fix the issue. Mike came out once to estimate what was wrong and came back with the correct parts to fix. When he was finished he checked out everything and then caught another issue which he fixed too! Our house has NEVER been this cool! I can't say enough greatness about this company!!!! Thank you thank you!

After reading all the great Yelp reviews we decided to sign up for a 3 year service contract. Good price and it's nice to have the peace of mind that the system is covered if anything goes wrong.
Michael came over this morning for our first service and we were impressed with his knowledge and his general niceness!
He told us all about our system and had some suggestions about what type of filters we should be using. Hopefully we will continue to be impressed for the next 3 years. If we are, we'll sign up again!

Our AC was broken both upstairs unit and downstairs unit, two ACs I called Mike at cooler Tymes. He was polite over the phone and I asked him; Could you please come tomorrow early morning before I go to work and he immediately did not hesitate and said I will do my best he showed up exactly as he said at 6:30 AM, fixed both upstairs unit and downstairs unit in less than half an hour he's very reasonable price and very honest man he also advised me that there could be potential other things may need fixing in the near future, he also cleaned both units which I did not ask him to do without extra charges, I will always use this company and recommend Mike for all your air-conditioning needs!!
Saved me from spending nearly a thousand dollars on unnecessary repairs! I was receiving complementary AC tune-ups from a big name AC company because I'm a first responder. On a recent tune-up, the technician found a leak in my evaporator coil and faulty capacitors on my 2yr old Lennox unit. My AC has a 10yr parts warranty but I was responsible for labor costs and I was told that labor was going to be about $1000. I thought it was odd that a 2yr old unit would already be having problems (and the labor costs seemed high) so I called the manufacture for advice and they referred Cooler Tymes among others. I talked to Mike, the owner, and he came over the same day. He checked over everything and found there was nothing wrong with my system! He even looked at the other company's paperwork which said my capacitor numbers were bad and he showed me the numbers were actually fine. That and if repairs were necessary, he would have charged a fraction of what the big name company was going to charge. Thank you again Mike! I will definitely be using Cooler Tymes for any of my AC services in the future!

We've used Mike for several years now and every time has been great. We got home from a 3 week vacation to discover our A/C had stopped working at some point. It was 99 degrees in our house. Called mike at 6:30pm, he was here before 7pm and out the door at 7:30pm and we were back in cool air heaven!! Definitely glad to have such a wonderful guy in our corner!! Thanks, Mike!!
Had issues with platinum home warranty company (avoid at all costs!) Our AC went out, Mike came out the same day I called, was so nice! even though I accidentally texted my address wrong. He found what the home warranty company overlooked and diagnosed the issue within minutes, he had all the parts to fix it and he serviced loose wires and tested everything to make sure everything worked great before he left.

A big THANK YOU to Mike @ CoolerTymes. My AC compressor stopped working; contacted Mike Monday and he was out Tuesday morning early and fixed the problem. It turned out to be a bad capacitor, so a fairly inexpensive fix. But can't say enough about the fast response time. House was cool again less than an hour later. Mike and gang also replaced the AC coil a couple of years ago (coil was under warranty) and they did a great job then too.

Can't express enough appreciation. After a long period of wheezing and sputtering, my second floor air perished, and tried to take my kids with it. We had another contractor out a year ago and he seemed to fix everything BUT the weak flow on the second floor. We attributed it to the sun, to bad construction, to a poor configuration of ducts. Our house was 5 years old when we moved into it and now it is 11. So we learned to live with it.
Today we found out a part had been degrading gradually. Within 30 minutes, the part was replaced and we have air on the second floor the likes of which we never had before. Now I can sponge my children off the floor and pour them into their beds for a comfortable sleep.

What can I say about Mike?! He is professional, quick to answer back calls and come to the job. On top of it, he gets it done quickly, efficiently and ensures everyone is comfortable. Our kids AC hasn't been proving much of cold air, making it miserable days on the second floor of the house. He got it fixed and when things seemed out of order few days later in my daughters bedroom, he didn't hesitate to come out to our house first thing at 0700 and get it all squared away. I highly recommended Mike and will use him again when the time comes!
I can't say enough good things about how professional Mike was on fixing my AC unit. I was able to text him the issue and he just knew what was happening with the unit. He also helped answer question on a room that wasn't getting enough cold air and did some tricks to help fix the issue. Also gave my AC unit a good cleaning and fixed some wiring he seen that wasn't done right while he was here. I can say now my AC unit is working better then it has worked before. Also watch who you call here in phoenix because I had another guy come out saying he couldn't fix my ac unit and would need to replace the full thing where cooler tymes was able to fix it.

Cooler Tymes was a pleasure to work with and Mike the owner is a class act. It was hard for me to believe they had a perfect rating but now I understand why. Mike was friendly, professional, efficient, and over delivered on what I was expecting. Used him to fix a busted A/C unit at my house and he not only fixed the problem but was able to explain to me what went wrong because he was so fast he charged me less than what he quoted because it took such a short time. Honesty and service like that is hard to find today.
I will use Mike for every Heating and A/C problem I have and highly recommend to others. I also rarely leave Yelp reviews through sheer laziness but such good service deserves to be rewarded.
Our A/C quit and I found the great reviews for Cooler Tymes and gave Mike a call. He got me in the same day and was a pleasure to work with.
I was nervous that my wife was going to be home dealing with an A/C guy since I couldn't be there. I was afraid she was going to be told all kinds of things she didn't need. Mike diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He even gave my wife some training to help the system run better.
He did a great job at a fair price and even called the following day to make sure everything was working as it should.

Called these guys last month, and said they'd be out that day, but never showed. Went out of town and needed to find another company, and called them again unknowingly. They said they'd be out in 30 min. Texted them my address and received a text now saying they'd be out after all the other calls were finished. They then texted me asking me to call to discuss thermostats. ( I called for them to come out to service my AC unit) I advised them that I called about servicing my ac unit, and they had in their notes from the month previously. I advised them they never showed and I wasn't happy about that and wasn't going to use them after all. The guy said, ok, and hung up.
So twice now this company has said they'd come out at certain times, and never did. They also have bad customer service. I received no apology from the month previous, and for that, I gave one star.

I contacted Cooler Tymes based off of their Yelp reviews. We had one of our A/C units stop cooling yesterday. I had my wife contact this company today. The technician, Mike, came out and my wife said he was very polite and professional.
After checking everything out he told my wife the TEV or (TX Valve) was clogged and needed to be replaced. He quoted us a repair (with parts) at $595.00. My wife told him she would talk to me. After she called me I said that seemed high and I wanted to discuss with Mike.
I called Mike and asked him what the price was based on. He went into his industry jargon. I think they do this to make our heads spin. I really do not need to know the psi of the Nitrogen he will be using, but he certainly let me know. I told him I would talk to my wife and get back to him. Then Mike offered me a deal. Straight up $500 to fix the unit. Had to be cash though. I told him I would get back to him.
I was working and talked to my wife about 30 minutes later and she said she spoke to Mike again. Now he was offering to fix everything for $400.
So...$595, to $500 and then $400....
Hmmm...sounded sketchy. It was.
We called another company and they came out. Not only was the TEV (TX Valve) not needing to be replaced, but he said that was a scam that some companies use.
He checked the clog and cleared it. Did a full system check. Price? $50. With tip it was $100.
Very disappointed in what Mike from Cooler Tymes tried to pull on us.
I am all for a company making money for services rendered; however, when the drop the price $200 in 1 hour it seems shady.
If you use these guys, I highly recommend you do your research.

We have two air conditioning units and one went out (running, no cooling) about a month ago. I called a different company, based on a referral from a friend. Although they came out within the hour, they charged me an arm and a leg flat rate pricing he called it for the air conditioner capacitor to be replaced.
Fast forward a week later, and my second unit goes out (running, no cooling). After my previous experience, I sought a new place and Yelp pointed me to Cooler Tymes.
My husband called around 7pm on a Friday night and Mike said he would be out in the morning around 7am, which was perfect for us (two units = we didn't have an emergency). He texted before arrival, showed up, heard my sob story about the previous unit, and went straight to work.
A short time later, he said it was the capacitor and went out to his truck to get a replacement. He was done in a jiffy and charged me a FAR MORE REASONABLE price (one I was expecting from the previous company, actually).
Mike was nice, straight forward, on time, professional, charges reasonable rates and does quick, quality work. I would highly recommend him to others and would use him again (knock on wood it won't be for a long, long time!)
We were experiencing a rattle in my AC system that was driving us pretty crazy. We found Cooler Tymes online via Google search. They were able to setup a call for the afternoon.The tech arrived on-time and he was professional and courteous. The issue was identified and fixed very quickly. He gave me some advice regarding our system too - which was helpful because we only recently purchased the house.

I wanted to get my AC up to speed before the hot weather gets here. I'm pretty busy during the week, so I checked Yelp on Saturday morning. Cooler Tymes had great reviews so I gave them a call. The owner, Mike called me back Saturday evening and set up a time for first thing Sunday morning. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed my problem and had me ready to go in no time at all. Even gave me a discount on my repairs! Couldn't be happier with the service, and I now have a permanent HVAC guy! I will happily refer Cooler Tymes to everyone I know!!
The worst ever, I have been calling them 2 a day for the past couple of days and have left voicemails and ask that they contact me but have no heard back from them at all. I also submitted a request online for them to contact me and it has been 4 days. Not sure why it says they get back to you within 2 days, not true at all.

First time using this company after having some bad experiences with others. Chose this one because of the positive reviews and I was not disappointed.
Mike responded very quickly and was friendly. He diagnosed the problem with our heating unit within minutes and explained everything in detail. He even had me come up in the attic so he could show me the problem. He fixed it quickly and charged less than $100.
I was very pleased with my service.
A/C breakdown just as heat wave starting. Mike and crew were able to replace A/C System same day. Had custom ducting done on Saturday morning by professional subcontractor and removed old unit and cleaned all debris in about 8 hours. Amazing time for completion of work in 100+ temperature.
My AC motor was making a loud noise on Saturday. I messaged mike through Yelp and he got me a quote and OEM replacement fan. Can on Monday and did a install and system tune up. Very straight forward don't seem like he will sell you something you don't need. He walked me through everything he did and gave me some good tips. It's nice to have a solid AC guy. His prices were lower than most.
We have been using Cooler Tymes as our go-to repair and maintenance provider for couple of years now. Mike was extremely helpful and professional, both times that we have needed his services. We bought A/C units from him twice and his prices were much better than anything else out in the market. My husband loved the job he did for us the first time, everything was explained thoroughly and done the right way, no shortcuts, the house was nice and cold and our electricity bill was dirt cheap for the size of the house we have (two story home 2,765 sqft). Fast forward to a couple of years, we became landlords and rented out the house, the second A/C unit broke down in the middle of summer, and my husband who is stationed overseas didn't want me to call anyone else other than Cooler Tymes to work with us. We had the peace of mind that the job was going to be done well and fast (tenants living in the house have babies, so we were really concerned for them), but we had nothing to worry about as Mike is very trustworthy and knowledgeable in what he does. Mike was always easy to reach, whether it was through email or call or text, he was extremely flexible working with us, despite the fact of living out of town, we were able to negotiate and make the arrangements needed.

The AC unit for my upstairs started blowing hot air one evening. I called Cooler Tymes the next morning and Mike was able to come out later that day to take a look at it. I had him test both units while he was there. He explained everything he was doing while he worked and he was very friendly.
The unit that was blowing hot ended up needing over 6lbs of freon and the other unit needed 2lbs. I could see dollar signs spinning in my head as he was filling them up but the entire cost ended up being very reasonably priced and I was quite happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Cooler Tymes.
We really loved working with Mike on our recent service. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and we appreciate the time he took with us to explain our system and upgrade options. His prices seem to be very reasonable and very competitive.

Just had Mike come out and get my A/C in to spec for the sale of my house. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. The work was explained to me as he went along and it was done in a timely manner. His rates are very reasonable especially considering the high quality of the work performed. Our AC unit started blowing out hot air recently and we had to find anyone who could come out quickly.
We went with a company who originally quoted us $1800 for a new compressor. We decided to go with a second opinion and saw an ad for Cooler Tymes. The technician, Mike, came out to our house within hours and seemed a lot more experienced and friendly. He said all we needed was a $125 capactior and had us back with AC in no time.
Highly recommended!
Not only did Mike show up and do all the necessary repairs in a timely fashion, but his estimate was less than half of what the previous company gave us. We'll be calling him again with any AC needs.

Our main unit went out and the temperature started to rise and of course, on the hottest day of the year (115'). It was after 5 PM and Mike said give me 15 minutes to see if he had someone to come out. I received a text 15 minutes later saying he was in route and would be here shortly. While in route, Mike called to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Once he arrived, he identified the issue and replaced the part. The air condition started cooling and the cost was better than expected. I can't thank Mike enough for being so helpful and providing a quick response! We will use Mike for all of our air conditioning needs.

We got three estimates for a new HVAC system to replace our original-to-the-house 17 year old HVAC. Cooler Tymes was no cheaper than the others; however, we knew immediately Glenn was the guy to go with. The first company claimed to sell us a variable speed Trane for $10,000.00. However upon doing our own research discovered it was an energy sucking single speed system. The second guy was Glenn and he is a Lennox dealer. He sold us our $13,000.00 Lennox HVAC and this included full re-routing of our ducts and other work. The third guy talked garbage about Cooler Tymes (very critical of it being a small local company), while also refusing to re-route our ducts because I'm not going to ask my guys to bend over up there, we'll install dampers instead. Frankly, we weren't impressed by either statement so we went with Glenn. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ended up getting 72 months interest free for our system and it was all installed in just a few hours. We love our new system. I'm so happy with the company and the system. Thank you, Glenn!
I called Cooler Tymes when our AC was blowing warm air but no cool air. Mike came out quickly and he was friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, and inexpensively replaced the part we needed. Mike is a treasure-trove of knowledge and knew exactly what was wrong with our AC system right away. With his recommendation of an energy-saving replacement, we were able to save about $120 a month in electricity AND actually turn the temp down in the house to be very comfortable!
Mike was on the job the same day during the busiest time of summer and within two days he and his crew had the new system installed and saving us money!....also gave a very nice military discount to this Marine Corps retiree.
I would recommend Cooler Tymes to anyone with cooling and heating issues! He is super fast, super friendly and super knowledgable. Don't waste your time with a big company that is all about ripping you off. Small company, big service!

I came home from work on a 109-degree Friday evening to find my upstairs A/C unit blowing hot air. I decided to contact Cooler Tymes AC after reading all the amazing reviews. After doing some research and calling some of the top companies, Mike, the owner was the only one who called me back on a Sunday, and came to our house as promised ! Upon arrival, he was professional and knew immediately what was wrong with my unit. Scheduled for them to come out and install some units for work. He emailed me the night before that they bumped us off the schedule for another client. I tried to get them to give me an answer as to when we could rescheduled. He would never give us an answer. Not reliable at all. I had to spend all day finding another company to get it done on short notice.
I would recommend Cooler Tymes. My AC went out last summer on a weekend and they were there with a repair in less then two hours. Reasonable prices too. Great service.

My AC went out on Friday afternoon - I was able to get a hold of Mike very easily and thankfully he was able to schedule me in within a few hours. Mike was professional, knowledgable and a genuinely nice guy. He fixed my system without it costing me an arm and leg. I highly recommend Mike for your AC issues.
LIAR...that's the best way to summarize my experience. I was told I needed to replace a part under warranty (my house is only 2 years old) that would have cost me close to $500 in labor. It took about 3 weeks for the owner to call back to replace the part. He claimed the part was on back order. He never attempted to keep me informed on the status of my part. I had a bad vibe about this guy. I decided to research other AC companies. In the meantime I contacted Coolertymes to explain that maybe I didn't need a blower because my fan actually blows air. He insisted that I STILL need this part. I almost fell for this BS but after he ditched me again for a second appointment and sent rude text messages I told him not to contact me again!!! The new company I called A Quality HVAC Air Conditioning and Heating (I would rank them at a 5) came out the next day and said that THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BLOWER. He said it was just the setting/schedule on the thermostat that was off. He reset it & told me to change my filters. He even took out my filters and washed down my units. He gave me really good tips on taking care of my AC units and was very polite and professional. I paid him $59 plus a tip and my upstairs unit works fine. I suggest to always get a second opinion especially if you call this company. I kept ALL the text messages so he can't dispute our conversation.

Mike came out to my house today. My air conditioner was unable to bring the house below 80 degrees and it was working its butt off trying to do so. He called me back within 15 minutes of me leaving a message and scheduled a same day appointment. He was on time to the appointment and swiftly got to work. He took the time to educate me on the problem at hand and even gave advice on how to optimize the performance of the system. My unit was very low on freon. He was able to fill the unit and normalize several measures of pressure and temperature that were way outside of optimal norms. At the end of the day I paid $365 for the service call. I was charged $70 per lb for the freon and $85 for the service call. Upon investigation in price comparison on the internet this seemed an average price. It was definitely no deal, but it wasn't a rip off either. Overall, I would call Mike and Cooler Tymes again as the service was professional and friendly.

I came home from work yesterday to a balmy 87 degrees in my house. I tried 3 different A/C companies ,who all wanted to schedule me for the following day, I finally found Mike here on Yelp and gave him a call. Told him my issue & he said he was on his way! He gave me an accurate ETA & got right on the job. Unfortunately my A/C was shot so he gave me my options which were unbelievably affordable, still hurt the pocket book but not as bad as I was anticipating. It's now 2 o'clock the next day and my units in and cooling the house. Mike was extremely informative and professional. He really takes care of his customers and I will be a repeat customer for sure. Top rated equipment installed expertly.... Mike helped me out with a quote on a new system for our house. Our builder Airflow unit was functioning, but was super loud and I knew it was just a matter of time. I had a few others give me a quote and didn't like their equipment, cost or sales tactics. Like offering me a free cruise... or a Costco card as a rebate. Why not just give me the fairest price up front instead. Mike was good to talk to and made it simple. He told me about the equipment, was very knowledgeable, and it was all top of the line American Standard products that have been the top rated equipment for years by Consumer Reports. Cooler Tymes standing with ROC and BBB were great as well as the yelp reviews so it was really just about cost at that point. Mike was very straightforward with the pricing and sent me everything in writing and it was less than the others by a substantial amount. His people were top notch friendly guys and were in and out with as little fuss as you could probably have with people in your attic and outside replacing a whole system. We've noticed the temperature being more stable, the system is whisper quiet and our electric usage has gone down. I'd definitely recommend Cooler Tymes if you need service or a new system. Cheers
