Thanks to Yelp, when I needed to find a company to fix my HVAC unit, I found Mountainside Air. I actually called them for a second opinion after my regular Heating & Air quoted me a very high price to replace the blower on my unit. Steve and Raoul came out and checked all systems. Blower did need replacing and I was quoted a price that was much lower than the other company. 2 hours later I had a new blower and all systems were working well. I am very impressed with the company as well as with Steve and Raoul. They worked efficiently with no drama and while I hope I won't need the services of Mountainside Air again, it was definitely a good experience. I highly recommend this company.

After being unhappy with our HVAC Service Company, I tried Mountainside Air in Phoenix. Steve came out this morning at the time they said they would be here, I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He was great, on top of that they are very nice people that provide great customer service. I highly recommend this Company.

Tom was great, called him at 3:45 on a Friday and he helped me find the best solution. I didn't hire them, but would be at the top of my list. He was intent on getting me the best solution not just selling product.
I was looking for a mini-split but sounds like moving ducts on my existing central air is the best choice.
Thanks Tom for pointing me in the right direction, even if that isn't a sale for your firm. I appreciate great customer service and honesty.

outstanding group of well trained professionals who went out of their way to hflo me. 90 yr old female living alone who's 20 yr old ac went out. Tom & co workers at my house Nxt morning 8:00 am. crane & new ac at my house 9:00 am. new ac on my roof by noon. running & cooling house. no other company would it could do this for a customer. thx forever

Great company-- Tom is wonderful! He came out of his way to check out our AC situation and give us a quote that was much better than the previous company we had come out for a new one. We got it installed the following week, which is way faster than we thought! They came early in the morning and it was done before the summer heat kicked in! Woohoo to an updated AC! Oh and they fixed a few things that weren't right from the last time someone was up there before we bought the house. They are amazing! And they come to check on the install 2 weeks later. Tom has maintained my unit for awhile now but when summer switched to winter, I noticed that my heat was out. Having an older unit, I expected that it would be a lot of money to replace but it was a simple fix and just a low service charge.
I refer him to all my clients.
Steve and Tom came out and put a couple mini split systems at my house a few months ago and they did a really great job! The mini splits are great for only cooling my living room during the day and my bedroom at night and I'm really enjoying the cheaper electric bill that I had last month. They seemed pretty knowledgeable and answered all the little questions I've had since the install. Tom let me know that I could call or text whenever I needed help or more information which was nice! I've recommended them to a lot of my family and friends since then and a few months in, I've had no issues with their work! Very professional job!
Amazing service! They do our AC maintenance and always take care of us. I don't know anything about AC and how all of that stuff works but everytime I have a question or concern, I know I can always reach out to them and I get an answer or have them come out and check my unit! They are super friendly and very professional!
Tom & Steve just came by to do a follow-up check to the brand new unit they installed a few weeks ago. I must say I am so impressed with both of them and Mountainside Air! Considering I called for a free quote due to a Facebook pop-up ad - I am so pleased with my experience! Knowledgeable, professional and I trust their diagnosis assessments and work. Thank you Mountainside Air for helping me when my AC unit completely went out in 100+ degree heat. You were able to come out to assess the situation quickly, recommend, quote and ultimately install a brand new unit.
