Been in the hvac business since the age of 18. Now in the business for 22 years strong. I love everything about my job. Being able to help folks get their home necessities back on track and feeling cool again. I treat every home as if it were my own. You'll have a friend for life in the ac business.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

My house is now cooling and staying cold. And he was affordable!

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable. I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C. They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently. It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
