Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

Locked out of my car, Pop-A-Lock came within 30 min as promised.  Wanted $125 for a weekday car lock out!  I declined.  Next call, $75.  Called one more, and got it done for $50 with Phoenix Towing Service!  No haggling required either!! So why so many stellar reviews for Pop, praising their fair, reasonable pricing?!  Hmmm... Well, you can guess!  Good luck all :)

Outstanding service today from AZ cars locksmiths. Eric was able to work me in within 30 minutes and provided outstanding service. I had 2 car key replacements made today, one remote and one turn key.  Both worked great and the value was over 50% of the price of the local Toyota dealership.  Thanks again to Eric and this wonderful local business.

My wife and I locked ourselves out of our house and called for some help. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was incredibly nice and up front, giving us the time it would take for him to get to us and letting us know that if we decided to go with someone else who could get there sooner that it'd be okay, while giving us tips on what to look out for to avoid being overcharged. We ended up being able to finagle our way back in but he still called a while later to check on if we made it in okay. Although we didn't end up actually using his service I could tell he was a really genuine and honest guy. Give him your business!

I started having trouble inserting my key in my front door lock. I thought this would be a good time to upgrade my lock to an optional keyless one. I bought a new lock and called and spoke to Alon. He came out yesterday afternoon and installed my new lock. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, but he figured it out and then showed me how to use it. He was efficient and friendly. The price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Todd was a stand up dude. Very friendly, and efficient. The dealership quoted me for a sensor key at $800. His price was $170. Cheaper than the locksmith that triple A referred as well.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

After taking my new Ford Explorer to the dealership to have the oil changed, a strange "My Key" feature started working on my car (which causes the car radio to turn off unless your seatbelt is on, and won't let the vehicle go over 80 mph - which stinks when you are trying to pass someone on the freeway).  I called the dealership to ask them how to get rid of this feature and they told me that I would need a second key (which we lost right after buying the vehicle) and new reprogramming, at a cost of around $200.00.  NO WAY was I paying $200! So I went on Amazon and found a new key blank for $20.00 (instead of $110 at the dealership) and then shopped around for a locksmith to cut and program it.  

The Lock Shop was by far the cheapest of all the people I called.  They charged around $5 to cut the key for me and about $50 to reprogram my original key and the new one.  So they programmed TWO keys and I got it all for about 1/3 the price the dealership quoted me.    

Taylor was very friendly and got the job done quickly.  I think I was there for a total of 30 minutes.  (The dealership told me it would take one hour to program - to justify their high cost, I guess.)

I will definitely be using The Lock Shop again - THANK YOU!!!

C. J. was able to fit me in and arrived within 1 1/2 hours of the call for help. We had a key stuck in the lock. He extracted the key and repaired the lock in about 25 minutes total. Thanks so much C. J. for your great service!

Ari is excellent technician spectacular job efficient and friendly. 5:45pm and he arrived in 20 minutes after I locked keys in van. Highly recommend

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
