Victor Crewdson, the owner, responded to our problem quickly. He asked me to send him a few pictures of our malfunctioning locks. He called me back with an estimate and let me know that he was closing out a job before ours and would text me when he was on his way. We were very impressed. He is a very skilled professional. I needed to repair a few of the interior (powder room, bedroom, etc) door locks in my condo. I originally had Pinnacle Lock and Safe look at the locks, they were unable to repair them.

Next I called Levi. He was prompt coming out and quickly evaluated the problem. He ordered the necessary parts and had all doors functioning properly. USE HIM!!!

If I could give ten stars I would. Today started out great, but nearly ended on a very awful note. After spending half my day in the East Valley I received a call from one of my kids that they managed to somehow lose their key out of their key fob. The entire freaking key broke out and after searching for hours it was nowhere to be found. Luckily we could get in to the car itself with the key fob, but after calling the Honda dealer and having to possibly have the car towed we were told that they had no keys for his car in stock and their was a wait list for them. The key we needed has a chip so I'd have to call around. Just great! Did I mention it was nearly 4pm so I was stressed places would be closing soon. I then got on Yelp of course to search for some local locksmith options and after reading a few reviews I'm so glad I called Rapid Response. Arthur picked up quickly and after explaining my situation he not only said that he had the keys I needed, but that he could get to me within the hour. I didn't need a tow, I didn't have to wait days for the dealership to get some; my son would be able to have his car within an hour for school and work tomorrow. Arthur was friendly, knowledgeable and a lifesaver! After an already stressful day he really helped us out big time! He even was able to make a second spare key at a discount incase something if ever happened again as this was the only key we had from when we bought the car used. So, I was lucky to find a locksmith today!
One that I'm sure I'll use again and again. I called Johnny Locksmith and they took care of me.
I got a phone call in the time frame I was told, and the locksmith showed up exactly when he said.

He was very thorough, even calling the lock system manufacturer to figure out how to set the lock and he changed my keys.

I forgot the guys name unfortunately  (so sorry) but the  owner I believe is who came, was very professional, understanding of the situation and was able to perform his work in less than 20 min. I had locked myself out of the house for being in a rush unfortunately and he showed up, replaced my entry doors key cyl and all was good. He was called to another job and ended taking less than he originally charges just cuz I didn't have enough cash on hand. I owe him for that but will def consider him again in the future if services are needed.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Alcatraz locksmith run by Todd is a fast and proficient locksmith. Todd was able to do for me what others could not. He made a key for my 1971 International Scout - making a key from scratch is a lost art, especially nowadays.

I saw a sticker inside his van that mentioned veteran owned. I definitely support this business. Todd was a paratrooper in the army so I want to thank him for his service, back then and now!

Requested a quote and within minutes had a response, The technician was on the way and within the hour or-so, my antique family China hutch was open!

The lock mechanism on one of our French Doors broke and, without The Lock Shop's involvement, we would have ended up having to replace the entire door set. Window Mart (who manufactured the doors) was being problematic in honoring their lifetime warranty because the hardware had been discontinued (but was still available aftermarket). Kathy at The Lock Shop worked with Window Mart to settle our warranty claim and order the parts. Stephen came out several times and had to do some modification to get the parts to fit, but he kept at it and now our doors are as good as new! He was polite and professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We are very grateful for everything The Lock Shop did to help us get this resolved without having to replace what were otherwise perfectly good doors. Two thumbs up!

Was heading out for a Saturday night out and of course locked myself out of the house. Found CJ and he was over and had me back in my house in 20 minutes! Evening was back on track! Thanks CJ!

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
