Mike's integrity is so refreshing. Over the phone he shared with me that my broken lock has a lifetime warranty that the manufacturer will fix for free. He's undoubtedly earned any future business I may need. He was prompt to respond to my online inquiry, answered my call straight away, and was so friendly, in addition to his honest and helpful advice. Thank you, Mike!

Just speechless on the dishonesty of Levi. I'm currently driving right now but I will update the dishonesty of this man.  Totally blown away! So back to my Yelp Review, So we just purchased a car from the auto auction and it didn't occur to me why it had 2 keys. Well my husband and I decided to stop and eat after driving 6 hours and I decided to take the broken key off the ring. Not knowing that it was the "transponder" key and it's what made the other cut key work.  So we called a locksmith. Well after Levi Pretended to cut a key and "Messed up the last one" he walked back out to us telling he'll give us a break for $80 and taped my dam key together and said this will work! Well NO SHIT! Had he just said pay me for the service call and sent us on our way I would have need fine! But to charge $80 to tape our keys is what BLOWS ME AWAY! I knew his 5 stars would have been to good to be true! That's is the MOST SHADIEST CRAP IVE Ever SEEN! Karma 10x over!

This review will simply be parroting the others that helped me  to decide which locksmith to try, but I think it bears repeating. After my car was stolen, along with everything I had brought with me ( relocating in Az.) , and dealing with a nightmare of a tow yard. (ALL CITY TOWING IN PHOENIX )  I had no reason to expect the last item on "to -do" list, re keying it, would be without complications.

Responsive, Very Fast, Competent, Reliable in ETA and quoted price,( which was a tad lower than avg. rates)  The mobile unit was well equipped with everything needed to provide me with 2 sets of keys, programming required, even a jump start . No small thing on an older Lincoln Navigator SUV, like mine. No trip to the dealer required!  Did I mention this took under 30 mins?!.  He was also very kind, patient,and helpful to an old woman at her wits end!. Save yourself time, stop shopping around and make these folks your first call.Apologies for the length, Good Luck to all.

Johnny is AMAZING! We had three other companies come out(including the Mercedes dealership) and none of them could figure out how to open the car, as the battery is dead and the keys were locked in the trunk. He opened the car in 15 minutes- and he was super reasonable. He will be the first person I call if I ever need a locksmith. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Yelp comes through again!

I bought a house and needed to get the locks changed, so I went with Yelpers over my realtor's recommendations. Based on the reviews, I called Jeff on a Tuesday and set up an appointment for the following Friday.

Jeff was on time and friendly. He immediately popped the cores out of all my locks and re-keyed them in his van, which is sort of a mobile locksmith shop. He did seven cores in about an hour.

I got to talk to Jeff quite a bit while he was working, and it's clear he's a perfectionist (in a good way) who takes a lot of pride in his craft. He double checks to make sure all your locks look nice and function properly. He's well organized, and his prices are reasonable, especially given the quality of service.

Jeff also warned me about scammers who send out untrained servicemen and charge ridiculous prices for a hackneyed job. If a so-called locksmith goes to work with a drill, tell him the deal's off.

They were at my house 20min after I called. They were professional, friendly and got my front door opened very quickly. I highly recommend this company for your 'ooops I locked myself out' moments.

Right on time. Very communicative before the appointment. Found a cost effective way to repair my lock and corrected the cause of its malfunction (cylinder was rubbing against door jamb). Would highly recommend.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Called Julian this morning keys locked in car.  Set time for him to come over at 11:00.  He showed up right on time.  Job done quickly.

Even though the technician was running a little late the office kept me informed and gave my the option to reschedule.  The technician was great.  Worked quickly installing my new deadbolt locks and keying both the same.

My wife and I have been living in Sun City for exactly a year now. When we purchased our house the locks and locksets were really messed up - The "flippers" who refurbished our home apparently didn't want to spend much time or money on proper, high quality, high security locks. We needed to have the house re-keyed anyway just for security concerns as there's no telling who might have duplicate keys out there. Anyway, we called Ace Locksmith because they are local, and we prefer to deal with local people when we do something like this (locks, pest control, alarms, etc.). Our locksmith tech Bo, a very nice young man, arrived promptly, took a look at what we needed, and then went right to work. He already had everything he needed in his truck and was finished within the hour. We now have a house that has better locks that work better. Thank you Bo for your fast and courteous service. You have given us both peace of mind!

Could not have asked for a more reliable locksmith. This was no emergency but Dean came out as promised - and was able to get both cars keyed and fobs programmed in under 30mins.
