Ive had 2 different locksmith experiences by far this was the best. Guy was very friendly and helpful, had different options of keys for me and best part was it was very fast. Had 2 keys done in less than 30mins. Definitely will recommend!

Rapid Response gave me prompt service at a great price.  I contacted several locksmith's to repair my locks.  He was the only one who requested a photo of the problem and quay reasonable fee.  He fixed my lock quickly and effectively.  I will definitely use him aft if needed.

I lost my key fob to my car and did not have a backup. I got several quotes but there was no comparison. Rapid Response had the best rate by far and they were able to be at my home in 20 minutes. The owner was professional, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

If I could give ten stars I would. Today started out great, but nearly ended on a very awful note. After spending half my day in the East Valley I received a call from one of my kids that they managed to somehow lose their key out of their key fob. The entire freaking key broke out and after searching for hours it was nowhere to be found. Luckily we could get in to the car itself with the key fob, but after calling the Honda dealer and having to possibly have the car towed we were told that they had no keys for his car in stock and their was a wait list for them. The key we needed has a chip so I'd have to call around. Just great! Did I mention it was nearly 4pm so I was stressed places would be closing soon. I then got on Yelp of course to search for some local locksmith options and after reading a few reviews I'm so glad I called Rapid Response. Arthur picked up quickly and after explaining my situation he not only said that he had the keys I needed, but that he could get to me within the hour. I didn't need a tow, I didn't have to wait days for the dealership to get some; my son would be able to have his car within an hour for school and work tomorrow. Arthur was friendly, knowledgeable and a lifesaver! After an already stressful day he really helped us out big time! He even was able to make a second spare key at a discount incase something if ever happened again as this was the only key we had from when we bought the car used. Needed to get a car key made asap and Arthur came through for us. He was very fast at responding and giving us the up front cost to make a chip key for our car. Will use them again in the future for any locksmith needs. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding!

Arthur was a total life-saver! I lost my car keys and didn't have a spare so was without transportation and needed a new key made (without the original obviously) as soon as possible. Arthur was prompt in answering my request on Yelp, provided a very reasonable and affordable quote for the product and labor/travel, and was at my house within 30 minutes of a phone call. In process of moving.  Accidentally locked all keys in Casita.  Called and very quickly responded.  Took about 5 minutes to open the casita door.  Shocked when told bill was $199.00 for 5 minutes work.

very professional and his van is set up to do probably anything locksmith related. We called for a lock out house from former tenant and realized we needed more than that in eluding rekey and extra as well as a front gate lock. I HIGHLY recommend! I had guests at my home this morning (a Saturday), and they were locked out due to a broken lock on one door and a lost key for the other. I got on Yelp, found Rapid Response, and gave them a call. Arthur picked up right away, dropped everything, and came to the rescue. He was able to enter and repair the lock and re-key two locks. He was professional and quick and it was a pleasure to work with him. I will definitely call him for any future locksmith needs. Thank you!

This review will simply be parroting the others that helped me  to decide which locksmith to try, but I think it bears repeating. After my car was stolen, along with everything I had brought with me ( relocating in Az.) , and dealing with a nightmare of a tow yard. (ALL CITY TOWING IN PHOENIX )  I had no reason to expect the last item on "to -do" list, re keying it, would be without complications.

Responsive, Very Fast, Competent, Reliable in ETA and quoted price,( which was a tad lower than avg. rates)  The mobile unit was well equipped with everything needed to provide me with 2 sets of keys, programming required, even a jump start . No small thing on an older Lincoln Navigator SUV, like mine. No trip to the dealer required!  Did I mention this took under 30 mins?!.  He was also very kind, patient,and helpful to an old woman at her wits end!.
