Hello, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Terry. I'm the owner and operator of Agent Lock And Key LLC. We are a Certified Locksmith with years of experience in the Locksmith and Home Improvement Field. Veteran owned and operated. We are licensed, bonded, and fully insured for our work. We've always like to find a way to make a difference with not only ourself, but to the people that we serve. We are very driven to do the best job possible and see to it to make sure everything is done with your complete satisfaction. Outstanding company!!!! Terry came to my house and re-keyed every exterior door at our new home. He was on time and very respectful. He was so much cheaper than the other crooks I had called. His prices are better than fair. Terry cares about his customers and his work is top notch.
I had expected the worst when I asked for their services but honestly I received the best service I have ever had. I just can't say enough about Terry and his company. They advertise that they are a veteran owned business and they sure conduct business like they are. I am a veteran and I try to give all my business to veteran owned businesses.
You are crazy to call anyone else.

Just and AMAZING experience! You need ANYTHING call Terry! Got a brand new FOB AND KEY cut and programed for about 100 less than ace and 3X less than dealership! Hope I don't need a locksmith anytime soon but he will be FIRST CALL! And he COMES TO YOU!

In the grand scheme of why someone would require a locksmith, my problem was rather minor. I always try and use local and family owned businesses. Terry was quite to reply to my online request for a quote. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Terry fixed my lockout issue in like 60 seconds. Friendly and on time with scheduled appointment. If you need a locksmith, start here.
I lost the key fob for my Mazda 3. He was helpful for me to find a replacement even though I didn't buy one from him, but he programmed the replacement for me at a very reasonable price. He was very prompt to respond to my need. He arrived on time. Both he and his van are very professional. His work is exceptional. (Terry is also a good guy). He will be my go-to guy for any future locksmith needs.

Very responsive and knew exactly what my issue was (door latch bolt stuck and couldn't open door). Easily scheduled him the next day and was able to get the latch out and replace it. Price was very fair for how tedious and frustrating the job was (tried to do it myself for hours). Highly recommend.

Great experience! Terry was able to come out the same day and rekey the locks on our new house. He was very friendly, polite, helpful, and reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend him to others.
We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

Outstanding service! Prompt, efficient and superb communication. I reached out to all the 5 star locksmiths and Agent Lock And Key was the best by a long shot. They Gave me a firm price. 1/2 of the other companies quoted me as if they were going to up charge me. We found our new locksmith. Thank you very much!!!

I inquired about a mailbox lock replacement on Tuesday. He communicated with me in minutes of my post. By Wednesday (the next day) Terry was out here replacing my lock. He's prompt, friendly and does the job quick. I found my new locksmith. I highly recommend him. A+ Service.

AMAZING JOB, quick responsive and super helpfull. Terry looked up the keys I needed and fobs I wanted, ordered them and programed them very quickly. And the best part us he came to my house to do it. He was professional and informative. I would recommend him any time.
I was so impressed with Terry. We called him over to rekey a house after a renter moved out. I let him know that I loved forty five minutes away and that I needed him to call an hour early before he arrived. He came within the two hour window that he promised and called me within the time frame that I asked him too, and arrived on time. He did not try to upsell me anything and I was blown away with his pricing. He charged me 95 to rekey four doors and break off and resecure a old shed door. He was very quick and friendly and as a single female I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommended him because of his exillent prices and service.
He also accepts cash credit cards and I think checks which was very convenient.

Terry was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish! Not only did he adjust his arrival time to meet our needs and do a great job re-keying our new home, but he provided additional trouble-shooting that went above and beyond! Great price too, I highly recommend and will certainly use Agent Lock and Key in the future!
